If a cooktop is being installed above an oven, a minimum of 6 mm is required between units. Location of the electrical supply within the oven opening may require additional cabinet depth. DUAL INSTALLATION Finish the edges of the opening. They may be visible when the door is open. Two M series ovens can be installed side by side in a standard or flush inset application. A dual installation kit is required. To maintain appropriate airflow, the ovens must be installed into one opening. Any cosmetic or structural material placed between the ovens will impede airflow and is not recommended. Refer to illustrations on the following pages. For standard installations, face trim will overlap stiles and rails. Refer to the chart below. The dual installation kit is available through an authorized Wolf dealer. For flush inset installations, a minimum 3 mm reveal is required on all sides. To ensure consistent reveals, each corner of the opening must be exactly 90°. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS BASE SUPPORT Single Oven Double Oven Locate the electrical supply flush with the back wall and within the shaded area shown in the illustrations on the following pages. For ease of installation, the electrical supply for the oven can be placed in an adjacent cabinet within reach of the conduit. Performance may be compromised if the electrical supply is less than 220 volts. The oven is supplied with a single phase and 3-phase convertible power inlet box. The wiring diagram covering the control circuit is provided with the oven. Use an appliance dolly to move the unit near the opening. Place the appliance dolly on the side or back to prevent damage. Remove and recycle packing materials. Do not lift or carry the oven by the door handle. OVEN DOOR REMOVAL To lighten the load, the oven door(s) can be removed. Only remove if necessary. Door removal should only be done by a certified installer or service technician. To remove, open the door completely. Rotate both hinge latches forward to the open position, remove each screw closest to the hinge, then lift the door up and out. Refer to the illustration below. To reinstall, insert door hinges into the frame openings, then rotate hinge latches to the closed position. WARNING Verify power is disconnected from the electrical box before proceeding. Open the terminal box to expose the screws with corresponding numbers. Run the cord through the strain relief hole and into the terminal box. For Single Phase Install (Line, Neutral, Ground): Loosen the 1, 5, and ground screws. Attach the Neutral wire to the number 5 position. Line should be attached to the 1 position and attach the ground to the corresponding ground screw. Installation Troubleshooting Place the oven in the opening and slide into position. To ensure adequate depth for proper installation, the conduit must fit into the recessed area along the rear edge of the oven. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the oven does not operate properly, Locate the mounting hole in each side trim. Drill 2 mm pilot holes and install #6 x 19 mm screws. Refer to the illustration below. Remove and recycle packing materials including the white protective material behind each rack guide mounting location. follow these troubleshooting steps: • Verify electrical power is supplied to the oven. • Verify proper electrical connections. • If the oven does not operate properly, contact Wolf factory certified service. Do not attempt to repair the oven. Wolf is not responsible for service required to correct a faulty installation. For 3phase Install (L1, L2, L3, Neutral, Ground): Loosen the 1, 2, 3 and remove the copper bars. Loosen 5 and ground screws. Attach L1 to position 1. L2 to position 2. L3 to position 3. Neutral wire to position 5 and attach the ground to the corresponding ground screw. After tightening the screws, tighten down the cord strain relief and close the cover to the terminal box without pinching any of the wires. MOUNTING HOLE IMPORTANT NOTE: Connection of this appliance should be SCREW CLOSED OPEN through a fused connection unit or a suitable isolator, which complies with national and local safety regulations. The on/off switch should be easily accessible after the appliance has been installed. If the switch is not accessible after installation (depending on country) an additional means of disconnection must be provided for all poles of the power supply. When switched off there must be an all pole contact gap of 3 mm in the isolator switch. This 3 mm contact disconnect gap must apply to any isolator switch, fuses and/or relays according to EN60335. Para mantener un flujo de aire adecuado, los hornos deberán estar instalados en una única cavidad. Cualquier material estético o estructural situado entre los hornos impedirá la circulación de aire, por lo que no se recomienda. Observe las ilustraciones de las páginas siguientes. Podrá encontrar el kit de instalación doble en un distribuidor de Wolf autorizado. La instalación debe cumplir con todas las normativas eléctricas aplicables y debe estar correctamente conectada a tierra. Utilice una plataforma rodante para desplazar la unidad hasta la cavidad. Coloque la plataforma rodante en el lateral o en la parte posterior para evitar que se dañe. Quite y recicle los materiales de embalaje. No utilice el asa de la puerta para levantar o trasladar la puerta del horno. EXTRACCIÓN DE LA PUERTA DEL HORNO Puede extraer la puerta o puertas del horno para aligerar el peso. Extráigala solo en caso necesario. La extracción de las puertas deberá ser realizada por un técnico de mantenimiento o instalador certificado. Para ello, abra la puerta completamente. Gire los pasadores de las bisagras hacia adelante hasta la posición abierta, retire los tornillos más cercanos a la bisagra, y luego levante la puerta hacia arriba y hacia afuera. Observe la siguiente ilustración. Para volver a instalarla, inserte las bisagras de la puerta en las aperturas del marco y, a continuación, gire los pasadores de las bisagras hasta la posición cerrada. AVISO Compruebe que la unidad esté desconectada de la caja de conexiones antes de continuar. Abra la caja de cables para ver los tornillos con los números correspondientes. Pase el cable por el agujero aliviador de tensión e introdúzcalo en la caja de cables. Instalación Localización y solución de problemas Coloque el horno en la cavidad y deslícelo hasta su posición. Para comprobar que hay la profundidad adecuada para una instalación correcta, el conducto debe adaptarse al área acoplada a lo largo del borde trasero del horno. Si une plaque de cuisson est installée au-dessus d’un four, il faut laisser au moins 6 mm entre les appareils. L’installation doit se conformer à tous les codes électriques applicables. Elle doit être correctement mise à la terre. Utilisez un diable spécial appareils ménager pour amener l’appareil à l’ouverture. Placez le diable sur le côté ou sur l’arrière de l’appareil pour éviter tout dommage. Retirez et recyclez les matériaux d’emballage. Ne soulevez, ni ne portez le four par la poignée de porte. RETRAIT DE LA PORTE DU FOUR Pour alléger la charge, il est possible de retirer la ou les portes du four. Ne la retirez que si absolument nécessaire. Le retrait des portes doit être confié à un poseur ou un technicien d’entretien qualifié. Pour la retirer, ouvrez complètement la porte. Faites tourner les deux loquets de charnière vers l’avant jusqu’à la position ouverte, retirez les vis les plus proches de la charnière, puis soulevez la porte pour la sortir. Reportez-vous à l’illustration ci-après. Pour la remettre en place, insérez les charnières de porte dans les ouvertures du cadre, puis faites tourner les loquets de charnière jusqu’à la position fermée. AVERTISSEMENT Avant de poursuivre, assurez-vous que le courant est coupé à partir du coffret électrique. Ouvrez la boîte de raccordement de façon à faire apparaître les vis avec les numéros correspondants. Insérez le cordon dans l’orifice du serre-câble puis dans la boîte de raccordement. Pour l’installation monophasée (Alimentation, Neutre, Terre) : Desserrez les vis 1, 5 et les vis de borne de terre. Attachez le fil neutre à l’emplacement 5. La ligne devrait être raccordée à l’emplacement 1 ; branchez le fil de terre à la vis de borne de terre correspondante. Pour l’installation triphasée (L1, L2, L3, Neutre, Terre) : Desserrez les vis 1, 2, 3 et retirez les barrettes en cuivre. Desserrez les vis 5 et les vis de borne de terre. Raccordez L1 à l’emplacement 1. L2 à l’emplacement 2. L3 à l’emplacement 3. Le fil neutre devrait être raccordé à l’emplacement 5 et branchez le fil de terre à la vis de borne de terre correspondante. FERMÉ VIS Retrait de la porte du four. Dépistage des pannes Mettez le four dans l’ouverture et faites-le glisser pour le mettre en place. Pour garantir qu’une bonne profondeur sera obtenue lors de l’installation, le conduit doit s’encastrer dans le renfoncement le long du bord arrière droit du four. REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Si le four ne fonctionne pas Identifiez le trou de fixation dans chaque moulure latérale. Percez des avant-trous de 2 mm puis posez les vis n°6 x 19 mm. Reportez-vous à l’illustration ci-après. Gebruik een rijdend plateau om het apparaat naar de opening te verplaatsen. Zet het plateau aan de kant of terug om schade te voorkomen. Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal. Til de oven niet op aan het deurhandvat. VERWIJDEREN OVENDEUR Om de last te verlichten kunnen de ovendeur(en) worden verwijderd. Verwijder deze alleen indien nodig. Het verwijderen van deuren mag alleen worden gedaan door een erkende installateur of technicien. Elektrische aansluiting WAARSCHUWING Controleer of de stroomvoeding van de elektrokast is uitgeschakeld voordat u verdergaat. Open de klemmenkast om de schroeven met bijbehorende nummers bloot te leggen. Leid het snoer door het gat van de trekontlasting naar de klemmenkast. Voor éénfasige installatie (Lijn, Neutraal, Aarde): Draai de schroeven 1, 5, en aarding los. Sluit de neutrale draad aan op de nummer 5 positie. Lijn moet op de 1-positie worden aangesloten en sluit de aarding aan op de bijbehorende aardingsschroef. Open de deur volledig. Draai beide scharniersloten naar voren in de open positie, verwijder alle schroef die het dichtst bij het scharnier zitten, til de deur op en uit het scharnier. Zie de afbeelding hieronder. Voor driefasige installatie (L1, L2, L3, Neutraal, Aarding): Draai de 1, 2, 3 los en verwijder de koperen staven. Draai de schroeven 5 en aarding los. Sluit L1 aan op positie 1. L1 op positie 2. L3 op positie 3. Neutrale draad op positie 5 en sluit de aarding aan op de bijbehorende aardingsschroef. Om de deur terug te plaatsen steekt u de deurscharnieren in de frame-openingen en draait u de scharniersloten naar de gesloten positie. Na het vastdraaien van de schroeven draait u de snoertrekontlasting vast naar beneden en sluit u de klep van de klemmenkast zonder de draden te beknellen. Installatie Probleemoplossing Plaats de oven in de opening en schuif hem in de gewenste positie. Om te zorgen voor voldoende diepte bij een juiste installatie moet de elektriciteitsleiding passen in het verzonken gebied langs de achterste rand van de oven. BELANGRIJK: Als de oven niet goed werkt, volg dan deze Zoek de bevestigingsgaten in elke trim aan de zijkanten. Boor gaten van 2 mm plaats 6 schroeven van 19 mm. Zie de afbeelding hieronder. Probeer niet om zelf de oven te repareren. Wolf is niet verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud na een ondeskundige installatie. MONTAGEGAT NOTA BENE: Dit apparaat dient via een verzekerde ver- SCHROEF GESLOTEN OPEN bindingseenheid of een geschikte isolator te worden aangesloten, die voldoet aan nationale en plaatselijke veiligheidsvoorschriften. De aan/uit-schakelaar moet gemakkelijk te bedienen zijn na installatie van het toestel. Als de schakelaar na de installatie niet kan worden bediend (afhankelijk van het land) moet een extra manier worden voorzien om alle polen van de stroomvoeding uit te schakelen. Wanneer uitgeschakeld moet er een contactkloof van 3 mm zijn voor alle polen in de scheidingsschakelaar. Deze contactkloof van 3 mm moet gelden voor alle scheidingsschakelaars, zekeringen en/of relais volgens EN60335. Locatie van gat.
