 Schützen Sie das Gerät vor tropfenden oder

spritzenden Flüssigkeiten, und stellen Sie keine mit

Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gefäße (z. B. Vasen) auf das

Gerät.

 Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur in einem gemäßigten

Klima.

 Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine

vorschriftsmäßig installierte und geerdete

Netzsteckdose an. Die Netzspannung muss mit

den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes

übereinstimmen.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel

niemals nass oder feucht wird. Das Netzkabel darf

nicht eingeklemmt oder anderweitig beschädigt

 Der Netzstecker dient als Trennvorrichtung und

dass es beim Betrieb des Gerätes nicht zu einer

Stolperfalle werden kann.

 Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder

Netzkabel sofort von dem Kundenservice

austauschen.

 Prüfen Sie das Gerät, das Netzkabel sowie den

Netzstecker regelmäßig auf sichtbare

Beschädigungen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät auf

keinen Fall, wenn Sie Beschädigungen festgestellt

haben.

 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es

Beschädigungen aufweist, wenn es

heruntergefallen ist oder nicht einwandfrei

funktioniert.

 Sie dürfen das Gehäuse nicht öffnen oder

reparieren. In diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht

gegeben und die Garantie erlischt. Reparaturen

sind ausschließlich durch einen Service-

 Das Gerät an einem sicheren,

erschütterungsfreien Platz aufstellen.

 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es

Beschädigungen aufweist, wenn es

heruntergefallen ist oder nicht einwandfrei

funktioniert.

 Gerät möglichst weit entfernt von Computern und

Mikrowellengeräten platzieren, da es sonst evtl. zu

Empfangsstörungen im Radiobetrieb kommen

kann.

 Treten wegen einer elektrostatischen Entladung

oder kurzeitigen Netzüberspannung

Fehlfunktionen auf, setzen Sie das Gerät zurück.

Ziehen Sie hierfür den Netzstecker bzw.

Netzadapter und schließen ihn nach einigen

Sekunden wieder an.

INSTALLATION

➢ Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihre Netzspannung mit der Angabe auf dem Typenschild

übereinstimmt.

➢ Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in die Netzbuchse auf der Rückseite des Gerätes und den

Stecker in eine korrekt eingebaute Netzsteckdose.

BATTERIEBETRIEB

1. Öffnen Sie den Deckel des Batteriefaches auf

der Unterseite des Gerätes.

2. Legen Sie 8 Batterien vom Typ LR20 (“D”

Größe/UM-1) 1.5 V. Achten Sie dabei auf die

richtige Polarität (Zu sehen im Batteriefach)

(Pfeil 1).

3. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach (Pfeil 2).

Hinweis:

➢ Wird das Gerät mit Batterien betrieben und befindet sich in Standby, entladen sich trotzdem

die Batterien. Um dies zu vermeiden entfernen Sie die Batterien oder betreiben Sie es mit

der Netzspannung.

➢ Wenn Sie Batterien verwenden, empfehlen wir das Gerät längere Zeit nicht mit voller

Lautstärke zu betreiben.

Automatische Standby-Schaltung (ERP)

Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 15 Minuten automatisch in Standby wenn kein Audio-Signal

vorhanden ist. Mit der Taste “ / SOURCE” schalten Sie das Gerät wieder ein.

GRUNDBEDIENUNG

GERÄT EIN-/AUSSCHALTEN

Mit der Taste “ / SOURCE” schalten Sie das Gerät ein.

Drücken und halten Sie “ / SOURCE” um das Gerät auszuschalten.

FUNKTIONSAUSWAHL

Zum Auswählen der gewünschten Funktion drücken Sie im Betrieb wiederholt „ / SOURCE”.

EINSTELLEN DER ALUTSTÄRKE

Drehen Sie während des Betriebs den Lautstärkeregler um die Lautstärke zu erhöhen oder zu

verringern.

DAB

Ziehen Sie die Antenne komplett aus. Ändern Sie die Richtung für den bestmöglichen Empfang.

Wählen Sie den DAB Modus durch wiederholtes Drücken der “ / SOURCE” Taste bis “DAB” im

Display angezeigt wird. Bei der ersten Auswahl des DAB Modus wird ein automatischer

Sendersuchlauf durchgeführt und alle gefundenen Sender in alphabetischer Reihenfolge

gespeichert. Der erste verfügbare Sender wird abgespielt.

Hinweis:

Wird kein Sender gefunden, ändern Sie die Richtung der Antenne oder die Geräteposition.

Starten Sie erneut den Suchlauf indem Sie “ENTER / ” für 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten.

Auswahl von DAB Sendern

Wählen Sie mit “ ” oder “ ” oder durch drehen des “TUNING” Reglers den gewünschten

DAB Radiosender und bestätigen Sie mit “ENTER / ”.

Festsender speichern

1. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Radiosender.

2. Halten Sie die “PROG” Taste gedrückt bis “Progr. speichern” im Display angezeigt wird.

Wählen Sie anschließend mit “ ” oder “ ” oder durch Drehen des “TUNING” Reglers

den gewünschten Speicherplatz.

3. Bestätigen Sie die Eingabe mit “ENTER / ”.

Festsender abrufen

1. Drücken Sie die “PROG” Taste. Im Display erscheint “Progr. aufrufen”. Wählen Sie mit “”

oder “ ” oder durch Drehen des “TUNING” Reglers den gewünschten Speicherplatz.

2. Bestätigen Sie mit der “ENTER / ” Taste.

DAB Information

Durch wiederholtes Drücken der “INFO / “ Taste werden folgende DAB Informationen

angezeigt:

DLS, Signalstärke, Programmtyp (PTY), Enseble-Name, Frequenz, Signalfehlerrate, Audio-Bit-

Rate, Uhrzeit, Datum.

DAB Menü

Das Gerät muss sich im DAB Modus befinden. Mit der Taste “MENU” gelangen Sie in das

Hauptmenü. Wählen Sie mit “ ” oder “ ” eine der nachfolgenden Einstellungen und

bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit “ENTER / ”. Mit der Taste “INFO / “ gelangen Sie einen

Schritt zurück. Zum Verlassen des Menüs drücken Sie “MENU”.

• Vollständiger Suchlauf:

Startet einen vollständigen Suchlauf.

• Manueller Suchlauf:

Suchlauf eines bestimmten Kanals/Frequenz. Informieren Sie sich dazu im Internet über die

entsprechende Kanalbelegung. Wählen Sie den gewünschten Kanal und drücken Sie

“ENTER / ”.

• DRC:

Abkürzung für Digital Range Control. Diese Funktion verringert den Unterschied zwischen

der lautesten und der leisesten Musik. Dies macht leise Töne vergleichsweise lauter und

laut Töne vergleichsweise leiser.

Dies hat jedoch den Nachteil, dass die lauten Abschnitte unangenehm laut werden. Hier ist

es sinnvoll, den Dynamikbereich zu reduzieren. Wählen Sie zwischen folgenden

Einstellungen:

- DRC aus: Dynamikbereich nicht reduziert.

- DRC stark: Dynamikbereich ist stark reduziert.

- DRC schwach: Dynamikbereich ist schwach reduziert.

• Inaktive Sender:

Diese Funktion löscht alle nicht mehr verfügbaren Sender aus der Senderliste. Wählen Sie

in der Auswahl “Ja” und bestätigen Sie mit “ENTER / ”.

• System:

Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter dem Punkt „SYSTEMEINSTELLUNGEN“.

UKW

Ziehen Sie die Antenne komplett aus. Ändern Sie die Richtung für den bestmöglichen Empfang.

Wählen Sie den UKW Modus durch wiederholtes Drücken der “ / SOURCE” Taste bis “FM” im

Display angezeigt wird.

Zur Sendersuche bestehen zwei Möglichkeiten.

• Automatischer Suchlauf:

Wichtig” Alle bereits gespeicherten Festsender werden überschrieben.

Drücken und halten Sie zum Start des Suchlaufs die "ENTER / " Taste für ca. 3

Sekunden. Die Sender werden beginnet von der niedrigsten Frequenz aus gespeichert.

• Manuelle Senderabstimmung:

Durch kurzen Druck von “ ” oder “ ” oder Drehen des “TUNING” Reglers suchen Sie

den gewünsachten Sender. Halten Sie die Tasten gedrückt, startet der Sendersuchlauf zum

nächsten verfügbaren Sender in der entsprechenden Richtung.

Festsender speichern

Ist identisch wie im DAB Modus.

UKW Information

Durch wiederholtes Drücken der “INFO / “ Taste werden folgende DAB Informationen

angezeigt:

Radiotext, Programmtyp (PTY), Sendername, Mono- oder Stereo-Empfang, Uhrzeit, Datum.

UKW Menu

Das Gerät muss sich im UKW Modus befinden. Mit “MENU” Taste gelangen Sie in das

Hauptmenü. Wählen Sie mit “ ” oder “ ” eine der nachfolgenden Einstellungen und

bestätigen Sie mit “ENTER / ”. Mit der Taste “INFO / “ gelangen Sie einen Schritt zurück.

Zum Verlassen des Menüs drücken Sie “MENU”.

• Suchlauf-Einmstellung:

Wählen Sie die gewünschte Einstellung für den automatischen Sendersuchlauf.

- Alle Sender: Suche nach allen empfangbaren Sendern. Das Gerät stoppt auch bei

empfangsschwachen Sendern.

- Nur starke Sender: Nur empfangsstarke Sender werden gefunden.

• Audio-Einstellung:

Wählen Sie MONO oder STEREO für den UKW-Empfang.

• System:

Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter dem Punkt „SYSTEMEINSTELLUNGEN“.

1. Drücken Sie “ / SOURCE” bis “CD” im Display erscheint.

2. Öffnen den CD-Fach und legen Sie eine CD mit der beschrifteten Seite nach oben zeigend

auf die CD-Halterung ein und drücken Sie diese leicht nach unten bis die CD einrastet.

Schließen Sie das CD-Fach.

3. Die Wiedergabe startet nach dem einlesen der CD mit dem ersten Titel.

4. Zum Entfernen der CD drücken Sie die Taste “INFO / ”, öffnen das CD-Fach und heben

vorsichtig die CD von der Halterung.

Halten Sie das CD-Fach immer geschlossen.

HINWEIS:

Ist keine CD eingelegt oder mit der falschen Seite nach oben zeigen eingelegt, erscheint im

Display “NO DISC”.

Steuerelemente:

➢ Starten oder unterbrechen der Wiedergabe mit der “ENTER / ” Taste.

➢ Die Wiedergabe stoppen Sie mit “INFO / “.

➢ Mit “” wechseln Sie zum nächsten Titel.

Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt um den Suchlauf vorwärts zu starten.

Die Taste “” hat folgende Funktionen:

Einmal gedrückt = Wiedergabe von Anfang des gegenwärtigen Titels.

Zweimal gedrückt = Wiedergabe des vorherigen Titels.

Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt um den Suchlauf rückwärts zu starten.

➢ Mit “PRESET / +10” wechseln Sie die CD-Titel in 10er Schritten.

Hörbuchfunktion (Resume)

Wenn Sie den Modus ändern oder das Gerät ausschalten und zum CD-Modus zurückkehren,

startet das Gerät die Wiedergabe ab dem letzten Punkt.

Durch Druck auf “INFO / ” beginnt die Wiedergabe beim nächsten Start wieder mit Titel 1.

Wiederholfunktion

Um eine der nachfolgenden Funktionen zu wählen, drücken Sie wiederholt die “P.MODE” Taste:

Audio CD:

1x = Normaler Wiedergabemodus.

2x = Endloswiedergabe des gegenwärtigen Titels. Das Display zeigt REP-1”.

3x = Endloswiedergabe der kompletten CD. Das Display zeigt “REP-ALL”.

4x = Zufällige Titelwiedergabe aller Titel. Im Display erscheint “RANDOM”.

5x = Normaler Wiedergabemodus.

MP3-CD:

1x = Normaler Wiedergabemodus.

2x = Endloswiedergabe des gegenwärtigen Titels. Das Display zeigt “REP-1”.

3x = Der aktuelle Ordner wird endlos wiedergegeben. “REP-DIR” wird angezeigt.

4x = Endloswiedergabe der gesamten CD. Im Display steht “REP-ALL”.

5x = Zufällige Wiedergabe aller Titel. Das Dispay zeigt „RANDOM”.

6x = Normaler Wiedergabemodus.

Programmierte Wiedergabe

Diese Funktion kann verwendet werden, um eine beliebige Reihenfolge von Titeln zu

programmieren. Für Audio-CDs können Sie bis zu 20 Titel programmieren. Für den MP3-CD-,

USB- oder Kartenmodus können Sie bis zu 99 Titel programmieren.

1. Beenden Sie die Wiedergabe mit “INFO / ”.

2. Drücken Sie die "PROG" Taste.

Bei Audio-CD blinkt “P01 T--001” im Display (P01 bedeutet Programmnummer und T--001

den gewählten Titel).

Bei MP3-CD, USB oder SD blinkt “P01 F--01 001” im Display (P01 bedeutet

Programmnummer, F--01 der gewählte Ordner und 001 der gewählte Titel).

3. Wählen Sie mit “ ” oder “” den gewünschten Titel und drücken Sie "PROG". Die

Anzeige wechselt von „P01“ zu „P02“.

4. Mit den Tasten “” oder “” wählen Sie den nächsten Titel und bestätigen diesen

erneut mit "PROG“. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte um weitere Titel zu speichern.

Hinweis:

Ist die maximale Speicherkapazität erreicht, zeigt das Display “FULL” an.

5. Die programmierte Wiedergabe starten Sie mit der “ENTER / ” Taste. „MEM“ wird oben-

links im Display angezeigt.

6. Mit “INFO / ” beenden Sie die Wiedergabe. Die Programmierung bleibt erhalten.

7. Um die Wiedergabe erneut zu starten drücken Sie “ENTER / ”.

8. Die Programmierung löschen Sie durch zweimaliges Drücken der “INFO / ” Taste. Die

Anzeige “MEM” erlischt.

USB / SD-CARD

Dieses Gerät wurde gemäß den neuesten technischen Fortschritten im USB-Bereich entwickelt.

Aufgrund der großen Auswahl an verschiedenen USB-Speichergeräten oder SD-Karten aller

Art, die derzeit auf dem Markt sind, können wir leider nicht die vollständige Kompatibilität mit

allen USB-Speichergeräten oder SD-Karten garantieren. Aus diesem Grund kann es in seltenen

Fällen zu Problemen bei der Wiedergabe von Dateien von diesen Speichergeräten kommen.

Dies ist keine Fehlfunktion des Geräts.

1. Drücken Sie “ / SOURCE” bis “USB” oder „CARD“ im Display erscheint.

2. Stecken Sie einen USB-Speichermedium oder SD-Karte in den entsprechenden Anschluss.

Die Wiedergabe startet automatisch nach einigen Sekunden.

Die Steuerelemente, Wiederholfunktion und programmierte Wiedergabe sind identisch wie im

CD-Modus.

Hinweis:

• Um Fehlfunktionen zu vermeiden, stecken Sie ein USB-Speichermedium immer direkt an

den Anschluss an.

• Der USB-Anschluss ist nicht geeignet zu Auflagen von Geräten.

ACHTUNG:

Wechseln Sie die Funktion bevor Sie das USB-Speichermedium entfernen!

BLUETOOTH®

Wenn Sie ein Bluetooth®-Audiogerät verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsabstand

innerhalb von 10 Metern liegt. Unterschiedliche Umgebungen können sich auf den

Arbeitsabstand auswirken.

1. Drücken Sie “ / SOURCE” bis “Bluetooth“ im Display erscheint. Ist kein Gerät mit

Bluetooth®-Gerät verbunden, blinkt „Not connected“ im Display.

2. Schalten Sie die Bluetooth®-Funktion an Ihrem externen Gerät ein und wählen Sie

„SCD8100“. Nach erfolgreicher Verbindung leuchtet “Bluetooth connected” konstant.

3. Starten Sie die Wiedergabe an Ihrem externen Bluetooth®-Gerät. Mit “ENTER / ” können

Sie die Wiedergabe unterbrechen und fortsetzen.

4. Mit “ ” oder “” können Sie die Titel auswählen.

Hinweis:

Wird “SCD8100” an Ihrem Bluetooth®-Gerät nicht angezeigt, drücken und halten Sie für 2

Sekunden die “ENTER / ” Taste bis “Not connected” im Display blinkt und starten Sie die

Suche neu.

AUX IN

Über diesen Anschluss können Sie den Ton anderer Geräte wie MP3-Player, usw über die

Lautsprecher hören.

1. Verbinden Sie das externe Gerät mit einen 3.5mm Stereo-Stecker mit der AUX-IN Buchse

auf der Rückseite des Gerätes.

2. Drücken Sie “ / SOURCE” bis “Aux“ im Display erscheint.

3. Sie hören nun die Musik des externen Gerätes. Ändern Sie die Lautstärke durch Drehen

des Lautstärkereglers. Die CD-Steuerelemente sind ohne Funktion.

Hinweis:

Stellen Sie die Lautstärke des externen Gerätes auf Maximum. Andernfalls wechselt das Gerät

wenn kein oder oder ein zu kleines Signal anliegt, in Standby. Dies ist keine Fehlfunktion!

EQUALIZER

Zum Auswählen der Klangeinstellungen drücken Sie wiederholt “EQ”:

MITTIG, ROCK, POP, JAZZ, KLASSIK

SLEEP TIMER

Das Gerät schaltet automatisch nach einer eingestellten Zeit in Standby.

Einstellen des Sleep-Timers

1. Im eingeschaltenem Zustand drücken Sie “MENU” und wählen “SYSTEM” mit “ ” oder

ALARM

Sie können 2 Alarmzeiten einstellen.

2. Stellen Sie den Punkt “Alarm” ein und drücken Sie “ENTER / ”.

3. Wählen Sie “Alarm 1 Setup” oder “Alarm 2 Setup” und bestätigen Sie mit “ENTER / ”.

4. Stellen Sie die Alarmzeit ein und speichern diese der Taste “ENTER / ”.

5. Die Weckdauer (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 Minuten) stellen Sie mit “ ” oder “” ein und

bestätigen diese mit Taste “ENTER / ”.

6. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Weckquelle (DAB, UKW, CD, USB, CARD oder Signalton) und

drücken die “ENTER / ” Taste.

7. Stellen Sie den Weckmodus (Täglich, Einmal, Wochenende, Wochentage) ein und

speichern diesen wieder mit “ENTER / ”.

HINWEIS: Wenn “Einmal” ausgewählt ist, stellen Sie das Weckdatum ein und drücken

„ENTER / ”.

8. Nun wählen Sie die gewünschte Wecklautstärke mit “ ” oder “” und drücken

“ENTER / ”.

9. Zum Aktivieren des Alarms stellen Sie “Alarm on” ein. Zum Deaktiveren wählen Sie “Alarm

off”. Bei aktiverten Alarm ist das entsprechende Alarmsymbol im Display zu sehen.

Ausschalten des Wecktons

Schlummerfunktion (Snooze)

Mit der Taste “ENTER / ” aktivieren Sie die Schlummerfunktion. Der Weckton ertönt erneut

nach ca. 9 Minuten.

HINWEIS:

IST CD, USB oder CARD als Weckquelle gewählt, aber kein Medium vorhanden, ertönt

automatisch der Signalton.

Bei DAB oder UKW wird der letzte eingestellte Sender gespielt.

KOPFHÖRER

Verwenden Sie einen Kopfhörer mit einem 3.5mm Klinkenstecker und stecken diesen in die

Kopfhörerbuchse auf der Rückseite des Gerätes. Die Lautsprecher sind ausgeschaltet.

➢ Ensure that the voltage is the same as that indicated on the main unit identification plate.

➢ Connect the supplied AC power cable to a properly installed safety power socket and the

plug of the cable into the AC socket at the back side of the unit.

BATTERY OPERATION

1. Open the lid of the battery compartment at the

bottom of the unit.

2. Insert 8 batteries of type LR20 (“D” size/UM-1)

1.5 V. Please ensure that the polarity is

correct (see indicated in the battery

compartment) (arrow 1).

3. Then close the battery lid (arrow 2).

Note:

➢ If the device is operated with batteries and is in standby mode, the batteries will still be

discharged. To avoid this, we recommend removing the batteries or connecting the device

to the mains.

➢ When the unit is powered by batteries, in order to play longer time, it is better not

adjust the volume to max.

ERP power management

The unit will turn off automatically after 15 minutes in standby mode if there is no audio

signal. To turn on the unit again press the “ / SOURCE” button.

BASIC OPERATIONS

POWER ON / OFF

Press “ / SOURCE” button to turn the unit on.

Press and hold “ / SOURCE” button to turn off the unit in standby mode.

SELECTING MODES

During on mode, press the “ / SOURCE” button repeatedly to switch between the different

modes.

ADJUSTING VOLUME

Rotate the “VOLUME“ knob to decrease or increase the volume.

DAB

Extend completely the telescopic antenna. Change the position to improve the reception.

Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “DAB” is shown in the display.

The radio will automatically start a full scan of DAB+ stations if the unit is powered on the first

time. When the scan is complete, the stations are stored in alphabetical order. The first available

station will be played.

Note:

If there is no DAB+ reception at any time, change the position of the unit or adjust the antenna.

Press and hold the “ENTER / ” button for approx. 3 seconds to start a new search.

Select DAB radio station

Press the “ ” or “ ” or rotate the “TUNING” knob to select the desired radio station.

To confirm the selection, press the “ENTER / ” button.

Preset store

1. Select the desired radio station.

2. Press and hold the “PROG” button until “Preset Store” is shown in the display. Choose with

“ ” or “ ” or rotate the “TUNING” knob to select the desired program station number.

3. Press to confirm the “ENTER / ”.

Preset recall

1. Press the “PROG” button. “Preset Recall” is shown in the display. Choose with “ ” or

“” or rotate the “TUNING” knob to select the desired program station number.

2. Press to confirm the “ENTER / ”.

DAB information

Press repeatedly the “INFO / “ button to show the following DAB information:

DLS, signal strength, program type (PTY), ensemble name, frequency, signal error rate, audio

bit rate, time, date.

DAB menu

The device must be in DAB mode. To enter the DAB menu, press the “MENU” button. Select

with the “ ” or “ ” one of the following settings and press “ENTER / ”. You can press the

“INFO / “ button to go back to previous step or you press the “MENU” button to exit the DAB

menu.

• Full scan:

Starts the station scan. The DAB frequency band is scanned for stations.

• Manual tune:

To do so you need to know the station frequency. This can be found on the internet site of

the broadcasting service. Select individual frequencies and confirm with the “ENTER / ”

button.

• DRC:

Short for Digital Range Control (dynamic range). The term DRC describes the ratio between

the quietest and the loudest sound. If the dynamic range is very high there are very soft

sounds as well as very loud sounds.

Under some circumstances this may present a problem with playback. Let us assume that

you are listening to a radio station in a relatively loud environment. By increasing the volume

you can play the quiet sections louder.

This however has the disadvantage that the loud sections become uncomfortably loud. It

makes sense here to reduce the dynamic range. Select between the options:

- DRC off: The dynamic range is not reduced.

- DRC high: The dynamic range is sharply reduced.

- DRC low: The dynamic range is slightly reduced

• Prune:

It may be that you can no longer receive some stations after a station scan or change of

location. With this function you can delete these stations from the reception list. Select

“YES” and confirm with the “ENTER / ” button.

• System:

See under “SYSTEM SETTINGS”.

Extend completely the telescopic antenna. Change the position to improve the reception.

Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “FM” is shown in the display.

There are two options to search for and preset radio stations.

• Automatic scan:

Important! Any preset radio stations will be overridden.

Press and hold the "ENTER / " button for approx. 3 seconds. The system scans the

complete frequency band for radio stations. Any stations found will be preset from lowest to

highest frequency.

• Manual scan for audio stations:

Briefly press the “ ” or “ ” buttons or rotate the “TUNING” knob, until you have found

the radio station which you are looking for. If you keep one of the buttons pressed down, the

device will search to the previous, respectively next radio station.

Preset store

Is the same as in DAB mode.

Preset recall

Is the same as in DAB mode.

FM information

Press repeatedly the “INFO / ” button to show the following FM information:

Radio text, PTY, name, mono or stereo broadcast, time, date.

FM Menu

The device must be in FM mode. To enter the FM menu, press the “MENU” button. Select with

the “ ” or “ ” one of the following settings and press “ENTER / ”. You can press the

“INFO / “ button to go back to previous step or you press the “MENU” button to exit the DAB

menu:

• Scan setting:

Select the desired option for automatic station search.

- All stations: Search for all stations that can be received. In this case, station search also

stops for weak stations.

- Strong stations only: Only clear stations are searched.

• Audio setting:

Select the MONO or STEREO for FM reception.

• System:

See under “SYSTEM SETTINGS”.

1. Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “CD” is shown in the display.

2. Open the CD compartment and insert an audio CD with the printed side facing upwards on

to the central cone so that the CD clicks into place. Then close the lid of the CD

compartment.

3. The CD will start the playback from the first title.

4. In order to remove a CD, please press the “INFO / ” button, open the CD door and lift the

CD out carefully.

Keep always the CD deck closed.

NOTE:

If a disc is inserted with a wrong side face up, respectively if no disc is inserted, then the

message “NO DISC“ appears in the display.

Control buttons:

➢ To start or interrupt the playback, press the “ENTER / ” button.

➢ To stop the playback, press the “INFO / “ button.

➢ With “ ” button you can jump to the next track.

If the button is kept pressed down, the machine starts to search forwards through the tracks.

The “ ” button can be used as follows:

Press once = This starts the current track again from the beginning.

Press twice = This jumps back to the previous track.

If the button is kept pressed down, the machine starts to search backwards through the

tracks.

➢ To skip tracks in 10 steps, press the “PRESET / +10” button.

Resume function

If you change the mode or turn off the unit and come back to the CD mode, the unit starts the

playback from the last point.

If you press the “INFO / ” button and start the playback again, the unit starts with the first track

(track 1).

Repeat function

During playback, press the repeatedly the “P.MODE” button to select the following repeat

functions:

Audio CD:

1x = the normal play mode.

2x = the current track is repeated continuously. The display will show “REP-1”.

3x = the whole CD is played continuously. The display will show “REP-ALL”.

4x = all tracks will be played in random order. The display will show “RANDOM”.

5x = back to the normal play mode.

MP3-CD:

1x = the normal play mode.

2x = the current track is repeated continuously. The display will show “REP-1”.

3x = the selected folder is repeated continuously. The display will show “REP-DIR”.

4x = the whole CD is played continuously. The display will show “REP-ALL”.

5x = all tracks will be played in random order. The display will show “RANDOM”.

6x = back to the normal play mode.

Programmed Play

This can be used to program any desired sequence of tracks. For audio CD, you can program

up to 20 tracks. For MP3-CD, USB or card mode, you can program up to 99 tracks.

1. Press the “INFO / ” button.

2. Press the "PROG" button.

With audio CD, “P01 T--001” flash in the display (P01 means the program number and T--

001 the selected track).

With MP3-CD, USB or SD card mode, “P01 F--01 001” flash in the display (P01 means the

program number, F--01 the selected folder and 001 the selected track).

3. Use the “ ” or “ ” buttons to select the desired track and press the "PROG" button

again. The display “P01” change to “P02”.

4. Select the next track with the “ ” or “ ” buttons and press the "PROG" button again.

Repeat the procedure until all the desired tracks are selected.

Note:

Once the storage capacity of the tracks to be programmed has been reached, “FULL” will

show in the display.

5. Press the “ENTER / ” button to start the programmed playback. The upper-left of the

display will show “MEM”.

6. Press once the “INFO / ” button to stop the playback while retaining the program.

7. To play the programmed back again, press the “ENTER / ” button.

8. To delete the program, press the “INFO / ” button twice. The notification “MEM” will

disappear.

USB / SD-CARD

This device has been developed in line with the latest technical advances in the USB field. The

wide range of different USB storage devices or SD cards of all types which are currently on the

market, unfortunately do not allow us to guarantee full compatibility with all USB storage devices

or SD cards. For this reason, in rare cases there may be problems in playing back files from this

storage devices. This is not a malfunction of the device.

1. Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “USB” or “CARD” is shown in the display.

2. Connect a USB storage device or SD card directly into the port. Playback will automatically

start after a few seconds.

The control functions, repeat functions and programmed play are the same as in CD mode.

Note:

• Always directly connect a USB storage medium to the USB port to prevent any

malfunctions.

• The USB port is not designed for charging external devices.

CAUTION:

Switch the device to a different operating mode before you remove the USB storage device.

BLUETOOTH®

If you are using a Bluetooth® audio device, make sure the working distance is within 10 meters.

Different environment may have effect on the working distance.

1. Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “Bluetooth” is shown in the display. If no

Bluetooth® device is paired, “Not connected” will flash in the display.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth® function on your audio device and choose “SCD8100”. After your

audio device is paired successfully, the “Bluetooth connected” will stay on.

3. Start the playback on your Bluetooth® device. With the “ENTER / ” button you can

interrupt or continue the playback.

4. With the “” or “ ” button you can select the tracks.

Note:

If you can´t find “SCD8100” on your device, press and hold the “ENTER / ” button for 2

seconds to enter the pairing mode. “Not connected” is flashing in the display and start the

search again.

AUX IN

Via this socket you can also hear the sound of other playback devices such as MP3 players, CD

players etc. through the loudspeakers.

1. Please connect the external device with a 3.5mm stereo jack plug to the AUX-IN socket at

the right side of the unit.

2. Press repeatedly the “ / SOURCE” button, until “Aux” is shown in the display.

3. You will hear the sound playback from the external device through the loudspeakers. You

may adjust the volume with volume buttons. The CD buttons are not functional.

Note:

Please always turn the volume level to the maximum on the external device. Otherwise, the

main unit will switch to standby mode as no or less audio signal input. This is not a malfunction!

EQUALIZER

In on mode, press repeatedly the “EQ” button to select a sound effect:

FLAT, ROCK, POP, JAZZ, CLASSIC

SLEEP TIMER

This unit can switch to standby automatically after a defined period.

Set the sleep timer

1. When the unit is turned on, press the “MENU” button, select the point “SYSTEM” with the

“” or “ ” button and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

2. Select the point “SLEEP” and press “ENTER / ”.

3. Select with the “ ” or “ ” button the desired sleep timer period (Off, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90)

and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

Note: When the sleep timer is activated, the upper-right side of the display shows the sleep time

counter.

Deactivate the sleep timer

1. Repeat the steps 1 and 2 to enter the sleep timer menu.

2. Select with the “ ” or “ ” button the setting “Off” and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

When the sleep timer is deactivated, the sleep time counter disappears.

ALARM

You can setup Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.

1. When the unit is turned on, press the “MENU” button, select the point “SYSTEM” with the

“” or “ ” button and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

2. Select the point “Alarm” and “ENTER / ” to confirm.

3. Select “Alarm 1 Setup” or “Alarm 2 Setup” and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

4. Set the alarm time and press the “ENTER / ” button again.

5. Set the duration time (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes) with “” or “ ” and confirm with the

“ENTER / ” button.

6. Select the wake up source (DAB, FM, CD, USB, CARD or buzzer) and press again the

“ENTER / ” button.

7. Select the wake up frequency (Daily, Once, Weekends, Weekdays) and confirm the

selection with “ENTER / ”.

NOTE: If you have select “Once”, set the date for wake up and press “ENTER / ”.

8. Now adjust the volume level with the “ ” or “ ” button and press “ENTER / ”.

9. If you want to activate the alarm, set “Alarm on”. If you want to deactivate the alarm, set

“Alarm off”. When the alarm is activated, the alarm icon is shown in the display.

Deactivate sounding alarm tone

When the alarm sounds, press the “ / SOURCE” button to deactivate the sounding alarm tone.

Snooze

When the alarm sounds, press the “ENTER / ” button to snooze the alarm. The alarm sounds

again after 9 minutes.

NOTE:

If CD, USB or CARD is selected as alarm source, but no disc, USB or card is connected, the

unit switches to the “Buzzer” source automatically.

If DAB or FM is selected as alarm source, the unit plays the last tuned radio station.

HEADPHONE

To listen to music privately, use headphones with a 3.5mm stereo jack plug and connect them to

the headphones socket on the right side of the system. The speakers will then be muted.

1. When the unit is turned on, press the “MENU” button, select the point “SYSTEM” with the

“ ” or “ ” button and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

2. Select with the “ ” or “ ” button one of the following settings and press “ENTER / ” to

• Alarm

See at point “ALARM”.

• Time

Set the time manually.

• “Set Time/Date”: Set manually time and date.

• “Auto update”: Update time from “Any” (DAB or FM), DAB, FM, No update.

• “Set 12/24 hour”: Set the time format

• “Set date format”

• Backlight

Adjust the display brightness level and time-out.

• Language

Select the menu language: German, English, French, Italiano, Dutch.

• Factory Reset

Reset the product to factory default status.

Select with the “ ” or “ ” button “YES” and press “ENTER / ” to confirm.

Note: All settings and radio stations will be erased.

➢ Assurez-vous que la tension est la même que celle indiquée sur la plaque signalétique de

l’unité principale.

➢ Connectez le câble d’alimentation secteur fourni à une prise de courant de sécurité

correctement installée et la fiche du câble à la prise d’entrée secteur située à l’arrière de

l’appareil.

FONCTIONNEMENT SUR PILES

1. Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment à piles

au bas de l’appareil.

2. Insérez 8 piles de type LR20 (type

« D » / UM-1) de 1,5 V. Assurez-vous que la

polarité est correcte (consultez le fond du

compartiment à piles) (flèche 1).

3. Refermez ensuite le couvercle du

compartiment à piles (flèche 2).

Remarque :

➢ Si l’appareil fonctionne avec des piles et est en mode veille, les piles se déchargeront

quand même. Pour éviter cela, nous vous recommandons de retirer les piles ou de

brancher l’appareil au secteur.

➢ Lorsque l’appareil est alimenté par piles, il est préférable de ne pas régler le volume au

maximum

afin de prolonger les temps d’écoute.

Gestion de l’alimentation ERP

L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après 15 minutes en mode veille en l’absence de

signal audio. Pour l’allumer de nouveau, appuyez sur la touche « / SOURCE ».

FONCTIONNEMENT DE BASE

MISE EN MARCHE / ARRÊT

Appuyez sur la touche « / SOURCE » pour allumer ou éteindre l’appareil.

Maintenez enfoncée la touche « / SOURCE» pour éteindre l’appareil en mode veille.

SÉLECTION DES MODES

Lorsque l’appareil est en marche, appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE »

pour alterner entre les différents modes.

RÉGLAGE DU VOLUME

Tournez le bouton « VOLUME » pour baisser/augmenter le volume.

DAB

Déployez complètement l’antenne télescopique. Changez-la de position pour améliorer la

réception.

Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE » jusqu’à ce que « DAB » s’affiche à

l’écran.

La radio démarre automatiquement une recherche complète des stations DAB+ à la première

mise sous tension de l’appareil. Lorsque la recherche est terminée, les stations sont stockées

par ordre alphabétique. La première station disponible sera jouée.

Remarque :

S’il n’y a aucune réception DAB+, changez l’appareil de place ou ajustez l’antenne. Maintenez

la touche « ENTER / » enfoncée pendant environ 3 secondes pour lancer une nouvelle

recherche.

Sélectionner une station de radio DAB

Appuyez sur la touche « » ou « » ou tournez le bouton « lTUNING » pour sélectionner

la station radio souhaitée.

Pour confirmer la sélection, appuyez à nouveau sur la touche « ENTER / ».

Stockage de préréglage

1. Sélectionnez la station radio désirée.

2. Maintenez la touche « PROG » enfoncée et sélectionnez le numéro de station de

programme souhaité à l’aide des touches « » ou “ ” ou en faisant tourner le bouton

« TUNING ».

3. Appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour confirmer.

Rappel de préréglage

1. Appuyez sur la touche « PROG » et sélectionnez le numéro de station de programme

souhaité à l’aide de la touche « » ou « » ou en tournant le bouton « TUNING ».

Informations DAB

Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « INFO / » pour afficher les informations DAB

suivantes :

DLS, intensité du signal, type de programme (PTY), nom de l’ensemble, fréquence, erreur de

signal, débit binaire audio, heure, date.

MENU DAB

L'appareil doit être en mode DAB. Pour accéder au menu DAB, appuyez sur la touche

« MENU ». Sélectionnez avec la touche « » ou « » l'un des paramètres suivants et

appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / ». Vous pouvez appuyer sur la touche « INFO / » pour

revenir à l'étape précédente ou sur la touche « MENU » pour quitter le menu DAB.

• Recherche complète :

la recherche de stations commence. Les stations sont recherchées dans la bande de

fréquence DAB.

• Recherche manuelle :

Pour ce faire, vous devez connaître la fréquence de la station. Elle se trouve sur le site

Internet du service de radiodiffusion. Sélectionnez les fréquences individuelles et confirmez-

les avec la touche « ENTER / ».

• DRC :

Abréviation de contrôle de la plage numérique (plage dynamique). Le terme DRC décrit le

rapport entre le son le plus silencieux et le son le plus bruyant. Si la plage dynamique est

très élevée, il y a des sons très doux ainsi que des sons très forts.

Dans certaines circonstances, cela peut poser un problème de lecture. Supposons que

vous écoutez une station de radio dans un environnement relativement bruyant. En

augmentant le volume, vous pouvez jouer les parties silencieuses plus fort.

Ceci présente cependant l’inconvénient que les parties bruyantes deviennent

inconfortablement bruyantes. Il est logique ici de réduire la dynamique. Choisissez parmi les

options suivantes :

- DRC désactivé : la plage dynamique n’est pas réduite.

- DRC élevé : la plage dynamique est considérablement réduite.

- DRC faible : la plage dynamique est légèrement réduite.

• Tri :

Il se peut que vous ne puissiez plus recevoir certaines stations après une recherche de

stations ou un changement d’emplacement. Avec cette fonction, vous pouvez supprimer ces

stations de la liste de réception. Sélectionnez « YES » et confirmez avec la touche

« ENTER / ».

• Système :

Reportez-vous à la section « PARAMÈTRES SYSTÈME ».

Déployez complètement l'antenne télescopique. Changez la position pour améliorer la

réception. Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche « / SOURCE » jusqu'à ce que «FM» s'affiche

à l'écran. Il existe deux options pour rechercher et présélectionner des stations de radio.

• Recherche automatique :

Important ! Toutes les stations radio existantes seront écrasées.

Maintenez le bouton « ENTER / » enfoncé pendant environ 3 secondes. Le système

recherche les stations radio dans toute la bande de fréquences. Toutes les stations

trouvées seront préréglées de la fréquence la plus basse à la fréquence la plus élevée.

• Recherche manuelle de stations radio :

Appuyez brièvement sur les touches « » or « » ou tournez le bouton « TUNING »,

jusqu’à ce que vous ayez trouvé la station de radio que vous recherchez. Si vous maintenez

l’une des touches enfoncée, l’appareil effectuera une recherche jusqu’à la station radio

précédente ou respectivement la station radio suivante.

Affichage des informations

Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « INFO / » pour afficher les informations FM

suivantes :

Texte radio, code PTY, nom, diffusion mono ou stéréo, heure, date.

MENU FM

L'appareil doit être en mode FM. Pour accéder au menu FM, appuyez sur la touche « MENU ».

Sélectionnez avec la touche « » ou « » l’un des paramètres suivants et appuyez sur la

touche « ENTER / ». Vous pouvez appuyer sur la touche « INFO / » pour revenir à l’étape

précédente ou sur la touche « MENU » pour quitter le menu FM.

• Réglages de la recherche :

sélectionner l’option de recherche automatique de stations radio désirée.

- Toutes les stations : Toutes les stations qui peuvent être reçues sont recherchées.

Dans ce cas, la recherche de stations s’arrête également sur les stations à faible signal.

- Stations ayant un signal fort uniquement : le système recherche uniquement les stations

ayant un signal fort.

• Réglages audio :

Sélectionner MONO ou STEREO pour la réception FM.

• Système :

Reportez-vous à la section « PARAMÈTRES SYSTÈME ».

1. Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE » jusqu’à ce que « CD » s’affiche

à l’écran.

2. Ouvrez le compartiment CD et insérez un CD audio avec la face imprimée vers le haut sur

le cône central de sorte que le CD s'enclenche. Fermez ensuite le couvercle du

compartiment CD.

3. Le CD démarre la lecture à partir du premier titre.

4. Pour retirer un CD, veuillez appuyer sur la touche « INFO / », ouvrez la porte du

compartiment à CD et retirez celui-ci avec soin.

Gardez toujours le plateau de CD fermé.

REMARQUE :

Si un disque est inséré avec un mauvais côté vers le haut, ou respectivement si aucun disque

n'est inséré, alors le message « NO DISC » s'affiche à l'écran.

Boutons de commande :

➢ Pour démarrer ou interrompre la lecture, appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / ».

➢ Pour arrêter la lecture, appuyez sur la touche « INFO / ».

➢ Avec la touche « », vous pouvez passer au morceau suivant.

Si la touche est maintenue enfoncée, l’appareil commence à effectuer une recherche des

morceaux vers l’avant.

La touche « » peut être utilisée de la manière suivante :

Une pression = redémarrer la lecture de la piste en cours à partir du début.

Deux pressions = revenir à la piste précédente.

Si la touche est maintenue enfoncée, l’appareil commence à effectuer une recherche des

morceaux vers l’arrière.

➢ Pour sauter les morceaux par incrément de 10, appuyez sur la touche « PRESET / +10 ».

Fonction de reprise

Si vous modifiez le mode ou éteignez l’appareil et revenez au mode CD, l’appareil démarre la

lecture à partir du dernier point.

Si vous appuyez sur la touche « INFO / » et relancez la lecture, l’appareil démarre avec le

premier morceau (morceau 1).

Fonction RÉPÉTER

Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « P.MODE » pendant la lecture pour effectuer une

sélection parmi les fonctions de répétition suivantes :

CD audio :

1x = le mode de lecture normal.

2x = le morceau en cours est répété en continu. L'écran affichera « REP-1 ».

3x = tout le CD est lu en continu. L’écran affichera « REP-ALL ».

4x = tous les morceaux seront lus dans un ordre aléatoire. L’écran affichera « RANDOM ».

5x = retour au mode de lecture normal.

CD MP3 :

1x = le mode de lecture normal.

2x = le morceau en cours est répété en continu. L'écran affichera « REP-1 ».

3x = le dossier sélectionné est répété en continu. L’écran affichera « REP-DIR ».

4x = tout le CD est lu en continu. L’écran affichera « REP-ALL ».

5x = tous les morceaux seront lus dans un ordre aléatoire. L’écran affichera « RANDOM ».

6x = retour au mode de lecture normal.

Programmation de la lecture

Elle peut être utilisée pour programmer n’importe quelle séquence de pistes souhaitée. Pour les

CD audio, vous pouvez programmer jusqu’à 20 morceaux. Pour le mode MP3-CD, USB ou

carte, vous pouvez programmer jusqu’à 99 morceaux.

1. Appuyez sur la touche « INFO / ».

2. Appuyez sur la touche « PROG ».

Avec le CD audio, « P01 T--001 » clignote à l’écran (P01 désigne le numéro de

programme et T--001 le morceau sélectionné).

En mode MP3-CD, USB ou carte SD, « P01 F--01 001 » clignote à l’écran (P01 désigne le

numéro de programme, F--01 le dossier sélectionné et 001 le morceau sélectionné).

3. Utilisez les touches « » ou « » pour sélectionner le morceau souhaité et appuyez à

nouveau sur le bouton « PROG ». L’affichage de « P_01 » passe à « P_02 ».

4. Sélectionnez le morceau suivant avec les touches « » or « » et appuyez à nouveau

sur le bouton « PROG ». Répétez la procédure jusqu’à ce que tous les morceaux souhaités

soient sélectionnés.

Remarque :

Lorsque la capacité de stockage maximale des pistes est atteinte, « FULL » s’affiche à

l’écran.

5. Appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour démarrer la lecture programmée. La partie

supérieure gauche de l’écran affiche « MEM ».

6. Appuyez une fois sur la touche « INFO / » pour arrêter la lecture tout en conservant le

programme.

7. Pour réécouter la programmation, appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / ».

8. Pour supprimer le programme, appuyez à deux reprises sur le bouton « INFO / ». La

notification « MEM » disparaîtra.

CARTE USB / SD

Cet appareil a été développé en fonction des dernières avancées techniques dans le domaine

de l’USB. La large gamme de différents périphériques de stockage USB ou cartes SD de tous

types qui sont actuellement sur le marché, ne nous permet malheureusement pas de garantir

une compatibilité totale avec tous les périphériques de stockage USB ou cartes SD. Pour cette

raison, dans de rares cas, il peut y avoir des problèmes de lecture de fichiers à partir de ces

périphériques de stockage. Il ne s’agit pas d’un dysfonctionnement de l’appareil.

1. Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE » jusqu’à ce que « USB » ou

« CARD » s’affiche à l’écran.

2. Branchez un périphérique de stockage USB ou une carte SD directement dans le port. La

lecture démarre automatiquement au bout de quelques secondes.

Les fonctions de commande et de répétitions ainsi que la lecture programmée ont les mêmes

qu’en mode CD.

Remarque :

• Branchez toujours directement le périphérique de stockage USB sur le port USB pour éviter

tout dysfonctionnement.

• Le port USB n’est pas destiné à la charge de périphériques externes.

ATTENTION :

Commutez le système vers un autre mode de fonctionnement avant de retirer le périphérique

de stockage USB.

BLUETOOTH®

Si vous utilisez un dispositif audio Bluetooth®, assurez-vous que la distance de fonctionnement

est inférieure à 10 mètres.

Un environnement différent peut avoir un effet sur la distance de fonctionnement.

1. Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE », jusqu’à ce que « Bluetooth »

s’affiche à l’écran. Si aucun appareil Bluetooth® n’est appairé, « Not connected » clignotera

à l’écran.

2. Activez la fonction Bluetooth® sur votre appareil audio et choisissez « SCD1800 ». Une fois

que votre appareil audio a été appairé avec succès, « Bluetooth connected » reste affiché.

3. Démarrez la lecture sur votre appareil Bluetooth®. Avec la touche « ENTER / », vous

pouvez interrompre ou continuer la lecture.

4. Avec la touche « » ou « » , vous pouvez sélectionner les morceaux.

Remarque :

Si vous ne trouvez pas « SCD8100 » sur votre appareil, maintenez la touche « ENTER / »

enfoncée pendant 2 secondes pour passer en mode appairage. « Not connected » clignote à

l’écran.

AUX IN

Cette prise permet également de diffuser dans les enceintes le son issu d’autres périphériques

de lecture, par exemple les lecteurs MP3 et CD.

1. Connectez l’appareil externe à l’aide d’une prise jack stéréo de 3,5 mm à la prise AUX-IN à

droite de l’appareil.

2. Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « / SOURCE » jusqu’à ce que « Aux» s’affiche

à l’écran.

3. Vous entendrez le son lu à partir de l’appareil externe à travers les haut-parleurs. Vous

pouvez régler le volume à l’aide des touches de volume. Les touches du CD ne sont pas

fonctionnelles.

Remarque :

Veuillez toujours régler le niveau de volume au maximum sur l’appareil externe. Sinon, l’unité

principale passera en mode veille en l’absence d’entrée de signal audio ou si le signal est faible.

Il ne s’agit pas d’un dysfonctionnement !

ÉGALISEUR

Lorsque l’appareil est en marche, appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche « EQ » pour

sélectionner un effet sonore.

FLAT, ROCK, POP, JAZZ, CLASSIC

MINUTERIE DE SOMMEIL

Cet appareil peut alterner automatiquement en mode veille après une période définie.

Régler la minuterie de sommeil

1. Lorsque l’appareil est allumé, appuyez sur la touche « MENU », sélectionnez l’élément

« SYSTEM » avec la touche

« » ou « » et appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour confirmer.

2. Sélectionnez l’élément « SLEEP » et appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / ».

3. Sélectionnez à l’aide de la touche « » ou « » la période de veille souhaitée

(Désactivé, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90) et appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour confirmer.

Remarque : Lorsque la minuterie de sommeil est activée, le côté supérieur droit de l’affichage

affiche le compteur de temps de sommeil.

Désactiver la minuterie de sommeil

1. Répétez les étapes 1 et 2 pour accéder au menu de la minuterie de veille.

2. Sélectionnez avec la touche « » or « » le réglage « Off » et appuyez sur la touche

« ENTER / » pour confirmer.

Lorsque la minuterie de sommeil est désactivée, le compteur de temps de sommeil

disparaît.

ALARME

Vous pouvez régler l’alarme 1 et l’alarme 2.

1. Lorsque l’appareil est allumé, appuyez sur la touche « MENU », sélectionnez le point

« SYSTEM » avec la touche

« » ou « » et appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour confirmer.

2. Sélectionnez l’élément « Alarm » et appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour confirmer.

3. Sélectionnez « Alarm 1 Setup » ou « Alarm 1 Setup » et appuyez sur la touche

« ENTER / » pour confirmer.

4. Réglez l’heure de l’alarme et appuyez à nouveau sur la touche « ENTER / ».

5. Réglez la durée (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes) avec la touche « » ou « » et confirmez

avec la touche « ENTER / ».

6. Sélectionnez la source de réveil (DAB, FM, CD, USB, CARTE ou sonnerie) et appuyez à

nouveau sur la touche « ENTER / ».

7. Sélectionnez la fréquence de réveil (tous les jours, une fois, les fins de semaine, les jours

de semaine) et confirmez la sélection avec la touche « ENTER / ».

REMARQUE : Si vous avez sélectionné « Once », réglez la date de réveil et appuyez sur la

touche « ENTER / ».

8. Réglez à présent le niveau de volume avec la touche « » ou « » et appuyez sur la

touche « ENTER / ».

9. Si vous souhaitez activer l’alarme, réglez « Alarm on ». Si vous souhaitez désactiver

l’alarme, réglez « Alarm off ». Lorsque l’alarme est activée, l’icône d’alarme s’affiche à

l’écran.

Désactiver le son de l’alarme

Lorsque l’alarme retentit, appuyez sur la touche « / SOURCE » pour désactiver le son de

l’alarme.

Report d’alarme

Lorsque l’alarme retentit, appuyez sur la touche « ENTER / » pour reporter l’alarme. L’alarme

retentit de nouveau après 9 minutes.

REMARQUE :

Si CD, USB ou CARTE est sélectionné comme source d’alarme, mais qu’aucun disque, USB ou

carte n’est connecté, l’appareil passe automatiquement à la source « Buzzer ».

Si le mode DAB ou FM est sélectionné comme source d’alarme, l’appareil joue la dernière

station radio réglée.

ÉCOUTEURS

Pour écouter de la musique en privé, utilisez un casque pourvu d’un connecteur stéréo de

3,5 mm que vous branchez à la prise casque à droite de l’appareil. Les haut-parleurs seront

alors mis en sourdine.

« SYSTEM » avec la touche

WERKING OP BATTERIJEN

1. Open het deksel van het batterijvak op de

onderzijde van het apparaat.

2. Plaats 8 batterijen van het type LR20 (“D”-

formaat/UM-1) 1,5 V. Zorg dat de polariteit

correct is (aangegeven in het batterijvakje)

(pijl 1).

3. Sluit vervolgens het batterijdeksel (pijl 2).

Opmerking:

➢ Als het apparaat op batterijen werkt en in stand-by staat, raken de batterijen nog steeds

leeg. Om dit te voorkomen, raden we aan de batterijen te verwijderen of het apparaat op het

lichtnet aan te sluiten.

➢ Om langer te kunnen afspelen als het apparaat op batterijen werkt, is het beter om

het volume niet op maximaal te zetten.

ERP-voedingsbeheer

Het apparaat zal in stand-by-modus na 15 minuten automatisch uitschakelen als er geen

audiosignaal aanwezig is. Druk op de toets “ / SOURCE” om het apparaat weer in te

schakelen.

ALGEMENE BEDIENINGEN

IN-/UITSCHAKELEN

Druk op de toets “ / SOURCE” om het apparaat in te schakelen.

Houd de toets “ / SOURCE” ingedrukt om het apparaat uit en op stand-by te schakelen.

MODI SELECTEREN

Druk in aan-modus herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” om de modus te wijzigen.

VOLUMEREGELING

Draai aan de “VOLUME”-knop om het volume te verlagen of te verhogen.

DAB

Trek de telescoopantenne volledig uit. Verstel de positie om de ontvangst te verbeteren.

Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” totdat “DAB” op het display wordt weergegeven.

De radio zal automatisch een volledige scan van DAB+-zenders starten als het apparaat de

eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld. Wanneer de scan voltooid is, dan worden de stations in

alfabetische volgorde opgeslagen. De eerst beschikbare zender wordt gespeeld.

Opmerking:

Als er op een bepaald moment geen DAB+ ontvangst is, verplaats dan het apparaat of pas de

antenne aan. Houd de toets “ENTER / ” ongeveer 3 seconden ingedrukt om een nieuwe

zoekopdracht te starten.

DAB-radiozender selecteren

Druk op “ ” of “ ” of draai aan de “TUNING”-knop om de gewenste radiozender te

selecteren.

Om de selectie te bevestigen, drukt u op de toets “ENTER / ”.

Voorinstelling opslaan

1. Selecteer het gewenste radiostation.

2. Houd de toets “PROG” ingedrukt en gebruik “ ” of “ ” of draai aan de “TUNING”-knop

om het gewenste geprogrammeerde zendernummer te selecteren.

3. Druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

Voorinstelling oproepen

1. Druk op de toets “PROG” en gebruik “ ” of “ ” of draai aan de “TUNING”-knop om het

gewenste geprogrammeerde zendernummer te selecteren.

2. Druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

DAB-informatie

Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “INFO / ” om de volgende DAB-informatie te tonen:

DLS, signaalsterkte, programmatype (PTY), groeperingsnaam, frequentie, signaalfoutfrequentie,

bitsnelheid audio, tijd, datum.

DAB-MENU

Het apparaat moet in de DAB-modus staan. Druk op de toets “MENU” om het DAB-menu te

openen. Gebruik “ ” of “ ” om de volgende instellingen te selecteren en druk daarna op

“ENTER / ”. U kunt op de toets “INFO / ” drukken om terug te gaan naar de vorige stap of op

de toets “MENU” drukken om het DAB-menu te verlaten.

• Volledige scan:

De stationscan starten. De DAB-frequentieband wordt gescand voor stations.

• Handmatig afstemmen:

U dient hiervoor de frequentie van het gewenste station te weten. Deze is te vinden op de

website van de zenderservice. Selecteer individuele frequenties en bevestig met de toets

“ENTER / ”.

• DRC:

Afkorting voor Digital Range Control (dynamisch bereik). De term DRC beschrijft de

verhouding tussen het zachtste en het luidste geluid. Als het dynamische bereik erg hoog is,

dan zult u zowel zeer zachte en zeer luide geluiden horen.

Dit kan in bepaalde omstandigheden tot problemen leiden met het afspelen. Laten we

aannemen dat u naar een radiostation luistert in een relatief lawaaierige omgeving. U kunt

de zachtere secties luider afspelen door het volume te verhogen.

Dit heeft echter het nadeel dat de luidere secties oncomfortabel luid worden. Het is in dit

geval aangeraden het dynamische bereik te verlagen. Kies uit de volgende opties:

- DRC uit: Het dynamische bereik wordt niet verlaagd.

- DRC hoog: Het dynamische bereik wordt sterk verlaagd.

- DRC laag: Het dynamische bereik wordt ietwat verlaagd.

• Opschonen:

Het kan gebeuren dat u bepaalde stations niet langer kunt ontvangen na een stationscan of

na een verandering in locatie. U kunt met deze functie de betreffende stations uit de

ontvangstlijst wissen. Selecteer “YES” en bevestig met de toets “ENTER / ”.

• Systeem:

Kijk onder “SYSTEEMINSTELLINGEN”.

Strek de telescopische antenne volledig uit. Verander de positie om de ontvangst te verbeteren.

Druk herhaaldelijk op de “ / SOURCE” -toets tot "FM" op het display wordt weergegeven. Er

zijn twee opties om radiozenders te zoeken en in te stellen.

• Automatische scan:

Belangrijk Enigerlei voorgeprogrammeerde radiostations zullen worden overschreven.

Houd de toets "ENTER / " ongeveer 3 seconden ingedrukt. Het systeem scant de

volledige frequentieband op radiozenders. Alle gevonden stations zullen als voorkeuze

worden opgeslagen van laagste tot hoogste frequentie.

• Handmatige scan voor audiostations:

Druk kort op “ ” of “ ” of draai aan de “TUNING”-knop, totdat u de gewenste

radiozender hebt gevonden. Als u een van de toetsen ingedrukt houdt, dan zal het apparaat

naar respectievelijk het vorige of volgende radiostation zoeken.

Voorinstelling opslaan

Dit gaat hetzelfde als in de DAB-modus.

Dit gaat hetzelfde als in de DAB-modus.

Informatieweergave

Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “INFO / ” om de volgende FM-informatie te tonen:

Radiotekst, PTY, naam, mono- of stereo-uitzending, tijd, datum.

FM-MENU

Het apparaat moet in de FM-modus staan. Druk op de toets “MENU” om het FM-menu te

openen. Gebruik “ ” of “ ” om de volgende instellingen te selecteren en druk daarna op

“ENTER / ”. U kunt op de toets “INFO / ” drukken om terug te gaan naar de vorige stap of op

de toets “MENU” drukken om het DAB-menu te verlaten:

• Scaninstelling:

Selecteer de gewenste optie voor de automatische stationscan.

- Alle stations: Naar alle stations zoeken die kunnen worden ontvangen. De stationscan

stopt in dit geval ook op zwakke stations.

- Alleen krachtige stations: Er wordt alleen naar duidelijke stations gezocht.

• Audio-instelling:

Selecteer MONO of STEREO voor de FM-ontvangst.

• Systeem:

Kijk onder “SYSTEEMINSTELLINGEN”.

1. Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” totdat “CD” op het display wordt weergegeven.

2. Open het cd-vak en plaats een audio-cd met de bedrukte kant naar boven op de centrale

kegel, zodat de cd op zijn plaats klikt. Sluit vervolgens het deksel van het cd-vak.

3. De cd start het afspelen vanaf het eerste nummer.

4. Om de cd te verwijderen, drukt u op de toets “INFO / ”, opent u de cd-klep en tilt u de cd

er voorzichtig uit.

Houd het cd-deck altijd gesloten.

OPMERKING:

Als een schijf ondersteboven is geplaatst of er geen schijf is geplaatst, zal er “NO DISC“ op het

display verschijnen.

Bedieningstoetsen:

➢ Om het afspelen te starten of te pauzeren, drukt u op de toets “ENTER / ”.

➢ Druk op de toets “INFO / ” om het afspelen te stoppen.

➢ Gebruik de toets “ ” om naar de volgende track te gaan.

Als u de toets ingedrukt houdt, spoelt het apparaat de track verder.

De toets “ ” kan als volgt worden gebruikt:

Eenmaal indrukken = Dit start de huidige track weer vanaf het begin.

Tweemaal indrukken = Hierdoor wordt de vorige track geselecteerd.

Als u de toets ingedrukt houdt, spoelt het apparaat de track terug.

➢ Om tracks in stappen van 10 vooruit of terug te gaan, drukt u op de toets “PRESET / +10”.

Hervatfunctie

Als u van modus wisselt of het apparaat uitschakelt en terugkeert naar de cd-modus, dan zal

het apparaat het afspelen starten vanaf het laatste punt.

Als u op de toets “INFO / ” drukt en het afspelen opnieuw start, zal het apparaat beginnen

met de eerste track (track 1).

HERHAAL-functie

Druk tijdens het afspelen herhaaldelijk op de toets “P.MODE” om de volgende herhaalfuncties te

selecteren:

Audio-cd:

1x = de normale afspeelmodus.

2x = de huidige track wordt continu herhaald. De display zal “REP-1” weergeven.

3x = de gehele cd wordt continu herhaald. De display zal “REP-ALL” weergeven.

4x = alle tracks zullen op willekeurige volgorde worden afgespeeld. De display zal “RANDOM”

weergeven.

5x = de normale afspeelmodus hervatten.

MP3-cd:

1x = de normale afspeelmodus. De display zal “Normal” weergeven.

2x = de huidige track wordt continu herhaald. De display zal “REP-1” weergeven.

3x = de geselecteerde folder wordt continu herhaald. De display zal “REP-DIR” weergeven.

4x = de gehele USB wordt continu herhaald. De display zal “REP-ALL” weergeven.

5x = alle tracks zullen op willekeurige volgorde worden afgespeeld. De display zal “RANDOM”

weergeven.

6x = de normale afspeelmodus hervatten.

Geprogrammeerd afspelen

Dit kan worden gebruikt om iedere gewenste volgorde van de nummers te programmeren. U

kunt maximaal 20 tracks programmeren bij audio-cd's. U kunt maximaal 99 tracks

programmeren bij mp3-cd's, USB of SD-kaart.

1. Druk op de toets “INFO / ”.

2. Druk op de toets "PROG".

Bij audio-cd's zal “P01 T--001” knipperen op het display (P01 staat voor het

programmanummer en T--001 voor de geselecteerde track).

Bij mp3-cd, USB of SD-kaart zal “P01 F--01 001” knipperen op het display (P01 staat voor

het programmanummer, F--01 voor de geselecteerde map en 001 voor de geselecteerde

track).

3. Gebruik de toets “ ” of “ ” om het gewenste nummer te selecteren en druk opnieuw op

de toets "PROG". Op het display zal “P01” veranderen in “P02”.

4. Selecteer het volgende nummer met de toets “ ” of “ ” en druk opnieuw op de toets

"PROG". Herhaal de procedure totdat alle gewenste tracks zijn geselecteerd.

Opmerking:

Als de opslagcapaciteit voor de te programmeren tracks is bereikt, dan zal de display

“FULL” weergeven.

5. Druk op de toets “ENTER / ” om het geprogrammeerde afspelen te starten. Linksboven op

de display zal “MEM” verschijnen.

6. Druk eenmaal op de toets “INFO / ” om het afspelen te stoppen en het programma te

behouden.

7. Om het programma opnieuw af te spelen, drukt u op de toets “ENTER / ”.

8. Druk tweemaal op de toets “INFO / ” om het programma te verwijderen. De notificatie

“MEM” zal verdwijnen.

USB/SD-KAART

Dit apparaat is ontwikkeld volgens de meest recente technische ontwikkelingen in de USB-

industrie. Het grote aantal verschillende USB-opslagapparaten en SD-kaarten van alle soorten

die momenteel verkrijgbaar zijn, stelt ons helaas niet in staat om volledige compatibiliteit met

alle USB-opslagapparaten en SD-kaarten te garanderen. Het kan daarom voorkomen dat er

zich problemen voordoen bij het afspelen van bestanden vanaf deze opslagapparaten. Dit is

geen storing van het apparaat.

1. Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” totdat “USB” of “CARD” op het display wordt

weergegeven.

2. Sluit een USB-opslagapparaat of SD-kaart rechtstreeks aan op de poort. Het afspelen zal

na enkele seconden automatisch worden gestart.

De bedieningsfuncties, de herhaalfuncties en het geprogrammeerd afspelen zijn hetzelfde als in

cd-modus.

Opmerking:

• Sluit een USB-opslagmedium altijd direct aan op de USB-poort om storingen te voorkomen.

• De USB-poort is niet ontworpen voor het opladen van externe apparatuur.

LET OP:

Stel het apparaat in op een andere gebruiksmodus voordat u het USB-geheugenapparaat

loskoppelt.

BLUETOOTH®

Als u een Bluetooth®-apparaat gebruikt, zorg dan dat de bedrijfsafstand minder dan 10 meter is.

Verschillende omgevingen kunnen de gebruiksafstand inkorten.

1. Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” totdat “Bluetooth” op het display wordt

weergegeven. Als er geen Bluetooth®-apparaat is gekoppeld, zal “Not connected” knipperen

op het display.

2. Schakel de Bluetooth-functie in op uw audio-apparaat en selecteer “SCD8100”. Nadat uw

audioapparaat succesvol is gekoppeld, zal “Bluetooth connected” constant worden

weergegeven.

3. Start het afspelen op uw Bluetooth®-apparaat. Gebruik de toets “ENTER / ” om het

afspelen te pauzeren of te hervatten.

4. Gebruik de toets “ ” of “ ” om de tracks te selecteren.

Opmerking:

Als u “SCD8100” niet kunt vinden op uw apparaat, houdt u de toets “ENTER / ” 2 seconden

ingedrukt om de koppelingsmodus in te gaan. “Not connected” zal knipperen op het display.

AUX-IN

U kunt met deze ingang via de luidsprekers audio afspelen van andere afspeelapparatuur, zoals

MP3-spelers, cd-spelers, enz.

1. Sluit het externe apparaat met een 3,5 mm stereo-jack aan op de AUX-IN-aansluiting aan

de rechterkant van het apparaat.

2. Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets “ / SOURCE” totdat “Aux” op het display wordt

weergegeven.

3. U zult vervolgens de afspelende muziek van het externe apparaat via de luidsprekers horen.

U kunt het volume aanpassen met behulp van de volumetoetsen. De cd-toetsen zijn niet

functioneel.

Opmerking:

Zet het volumeniveau altijd op het maximum op het externe apparaat. Anders zal de

hoofdeenheid in stand-by-modus gaan omdat er geen of minder audiosignaal wordt

gedetecteerd. Dit is geen defect!

EQUALIZER

Druk in de aan-stand herhaaldelijk op de toets “EQ” om een geluidseffect te selecteren:

FLAT, ROCK, POP, JAZZ, CLASSIC

SLAAPTIMER

Dit apparaat kan na een bepaalde periode automatisch in stand-by gaan.

De slaaptimer instellen

1. Druk, wanneer het apparaat is ingeschakeld, op de knop “MENU”, selecteer het item

“SYSTEM” met de

toets “ ” of “ ” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

2. Selecteer het item “SLEEP” en druk op “ENTER / ”.

3. Selecteer de gewenste slaaptimerperiode (uit, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90) met de toets “ ” of “

” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

Opmerking: Als de slaaptimer is geactiveerd, wordt in de rechterbovenhoek van het display de

teller van de slaaptimer weergegeven.

De slaaptimer deactiveren

1. Herhaal de stappen 1 en 2 om het menu van de slaaptimer te openen.

2. Selecteer de instelling “Off” met de toets “ ” of “ ” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te

bevestigen.

Wanneer de sleeptimer wordt uitgeschakeld, verdwijnt de teller van de slaaptimer.

ALARM

U kunt Alarm 1 en Alarm 2 instellen.

1. Druk, wanneer het apparaat is ingeschakeld, op de knop “MENU”, selecteer het item

“SYSTEM” met de

toets “ ” of “ ” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

2. Selecteer het item “Alarm” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

3. Selecteer “Alarm 1 Setup” of “Alarm 2 Setup” en druk op “ENTER / ” om te bevestigen.

4. Stel de alarmtijd in en druk opnieuw op “ENTER / ”.

5. Stel de duur (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minuten) in met “ ” of “ ” en bevestig met “ENTER /

”.

6. Selecteer de wekker (DAB, FM, CD, USB, CARD of zoemer) en druk opnieuw op “ENTER /

”.

7. Selecteer wanneer de wekker moet afgaan (Dagelijks, Eenmalig, Weekends, Werkdagen)

en bevestig met “ENTER / ”.

OPMERKING: Als u “Once” hebt geselecteerd, stelt u de datum in en drukt u op “ENTER /

”.

8. Pas vervolgens het volumeniveau aan met de toets “ ” of “ ” en druk op “ENTER / ”.

9. Als u het alarm wilt activeren, stelt u “Alarm on” in. Als u het alarm wilt deactiveren, stelt u

“Alarm off” in. Wanneer het alarm is geactiveerd, wordt het alarmpictogram op het display

weergegeven.

Het alarmgeluid uitschakelen

Druk, wanneer het alarm afgaat, op de toets “ / SOURCE” om het alarmgeluid uit te schakelen.

Sluimer

Druk, wanneer het alarm afgaat, op de toets “ENTER” om de sluimerfunctie in te schakelen. Het

alarm zal opnieuw afgaan na 9 minuten.

OPMERKING:

Als CD, USB of CARD is geselecteerd als alarmbron, maar er geen schijf, USB of SD-kaart is

aangesloten, zal het apparaat automatisch de “Buzzer” activeren.

Als DAB of FM is geselecteerd als alarmbron, speelt het apparaat de laatst afgestemde

radiozender af.

HOOFDTELEFOON

Gebruik om privé naar muziek te luisteren een hoofdtelefoon met een 3,5 mm stereokabel en

sluit deze aan op de hoofdtelefoonaansluiting aan de rechterkant van het systeem. De

luidsprekers zullen vervolgens worden gedempt.

FUNZIONAMENTO A BATTERIA

1. Aprire il coperchio del vano porta batteria

situato in basso.

2. Inserire 8 batterie di tipo LR20 (dimensione

“D”/UM-1) da 1,5 V. Verificare la corretta

polarità (come mostrato nel vano batteria)

(freccia 1).

3. Quindi chiudere il coperchio della batteria

(freccia 2).

Nota:

➢ Se il dispositivo è alimentato a batteria, il consumo di questo tipo di alimentazione

continuerà anche in modalità Standby. Per evitare tale consumo, suggeriamo la rimozione

delle batterie o il collegamento del dispositivo alla rete elettrica.

➢ Quando l’unità è alimentata a batteria, al fine di allungarne l’operatività, è meglio evitare

di alzare al massimo il volume.

Direttiva ERP per l’efficienza energetica

L’unità si spegnerà automaticamente dopo 15 minuti in modalità Standby in assenza di

segnale audio. Per accendere di nuovo l'unità, premere il pulsante “ / SOURCE”.

varie modalità.

REGOLAZIONE DEL VOLUME

Ruotare la manopola “VOLUME“ per aumentare o ridurre il volume.

DAB

Allungare tutta l’antenna telescopica. Cambiare la posizione per migliorare la ricezione.

Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “ / SOURCE”, finché sullo schermo non appare l'indicazione

“DAB”.

La radio avvierà in automatico una ricerca di tutte le stazioni DAB+ qualora l’unità sia accesa

per la prima volta. Al termine della scansione, le stazioni sono memorizzate in ordine alfabetico.

Verrà riprodotta la prima stazione disponibile.

Nota:

Se il sistema non riceve alcuna trasmissione DAB+, modificare la posizione dell'unità o regolare

l'antenna. Tenere premuto il pulsante “ENTER / ” per circa 3 secondi per avviare una nuova

ricerca.

Selezionare una stazione radio DAB

Premere i pulsanti “ ” o “ ” oppure ruotare la manopola “TUNING” per selezionare la

stazione radio preferita.

Per confermare la scelta, premere il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

Salvare le stazioni in preselezione

1. Selezionare la stazione radio desiderata.

2. Tenere premuto il pulsante “PROG” e selezionare con i tasti “ ” o “ ”, oppure ruotare la

manopola “TUNING” per selezionare il numero della stazione radio preferita.

3. Premere il pulsante “ENTER / ” per confermare la scelta.

Richiamare le stazioni in preselezione

1. Premere il pulsante “PROG” e selezionare con i tasti “ ” o “ ”, oppure ruotare la

manopola “TUNING” per selezionare il numero della stazione radio preferita.

2. Premere il pulsante “ENTER / ” per confermare la scelta.

Informazioni DAB

Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “INFO / ” per visualizzare le seguenti informazioni DAB:

DLS, potenza del segnale, tipo di programma (PTY), nome gruppo, frequenza, tasso errore di

segnale, velocità in bit audio, ora, data.

MENU DAB

Installer un nouveau logiciel via USB. Per accedere al menu DAB, premere il pulsante “MENU”.

Selezionare con i tasti “ ” o “ ” una delle seguenti impostazioni e premere “ENTER / ”.

Premendo il pulsante “INFO / ”, è possibile tornare all'operazione precedente, mentre

premendo il tasto “MENU” è possibile uscire dal menu DAB.

• Scansione completa:

Avvia la scansione completa. La banda di frequenza DAB è scandita alla ricerca delle

stazioni disponibili.

• Sintonizzazione manuale:

Per procedere con questa opzione occorre conoscere la frequenza della stazione. Tale

informazione si trova sul sito web del responsabile delle trasmissioni. Selezionare le singole

frequenze e confermare con il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

• DRC:

Acronimo di Controllo intervallo digitale (Digital Range Control, intervallo dinamico). Il

termine DRC indica il rapporto tra il suono più alto e quello più basso. Se l'intervallo

dinamico è molto ampio c'è una mescolanza di suoni molto alti e molto bassi.

In alcuni casi, questo può creare problemi alla riproduzione. Supponiamo di ascoltare una

stazione radio in un ambiente relativamente rumoroso. Alzando il volume, è possibile

intensificare la riproduzione dei suoni più bassi.

Questo però ha l'effetto collaterale di intensificare in modo sgradevole anche i suoni già alti.

In tal caso può essere utile ridurre l'intervallo dinamico. Scegliere una delle opzioni:

- DRC disattivato: L'intervallo dinamico non è ridotto.

- DRC elevato: L'intervallo dinamico è ridotto drasticamente.

- DRC basso: L'intervallo dinamico è ridotto leggermente.

• Eliminazione delle stazioni non ricevute:

Dopo una nuova scansione o dopo uno spostamento dell'unità, è possibile che alcune

stazioni non siano più ricevute. Questa funzione permette di eliminare tali stazioni

dall'elenco dei canali ricevuti. Selezionare “SÌ” e confermare premendo il pulsante “ENTER /

”.

• Sistema:

Vedere il paragrafo “Impostazioni del sistema”.

Estendi completamente l'antenna telescopica. Modificare la posizione per migliorare la

ricezione. Premere ripetutamente il tasto “ / SOURCE” fino a quando “FM” appare sul display.

Esistono due opzioni per cercare e preselezionare le stazioni radio.

• Scansione automatica:

Importante! Tutte le stazioni radio preimpostate saranno sostituite.

Tenere premuto il pulsante "ENTER / " per circa 3 secondi. Il sistema scansione l’intera

banda di frequenza per trovare delle stazioni radio. Tutte le stazioni trovate saranno

preimpostate, da quella di frequenza più bassa a quella più alta.

• Scansione manuale delle stazioni audio:

Premere brevemente i tasti “ ” o “ ”, oppure ruotare la manopola “TUNING”, finché non

si trova la stazione radio ricercata. Tenendo premuto uno dei due tasti, il dispositivo

effettuerà la ricerca della stazione precedente o successiva, rispettivamente.

Visualizzazione informazioni

Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “INFO / ” per visualizzare le seguenti informazioni FM:

Radio text (testo radio), PTY (tipo di programma), nome, trasmissione mono o stereo, ora, data.

Menu FM

Il dispositivo deve essere in modalità FM. Per accedere al menu FM, premere il pulsante

“MENU”. Selezionare con i tasti “ ” o “ ” una delle seguenti impostazioni e premere

“ENTER / ”. Premendo il pulsante “INFO / ”, è possibile tornare all'operazione precedente,

mentre premendo il tasto “MENU” è possibile uscire dal menu DAB:

• Impostazioni di scansione:

Selezionare l'opzione richiesta per la ricerca automatica delle stazioni.

- Tutte le stazioni: Ricerca tutte le stazioni ricevibili. In questo caso, la ricerca si ferma

anche sulle stazioni con ricezione debole.

- Solo stazioni con ricezione forte: La ricerca considera solo le stazioni con ricezione

chiara.

• Impostazioni audio:

Selezionare MONO o STEREO per la ricezione FM.

• Sistema:

Vedere il paragrafo “Impostazioni del sistema”.

1. Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “ / SOURCE”, finché sullo schermo non appare

l'indicazione “CD”.

2. Aprire lo scomparto del CD e inserire un CD audio con il lato stampato rivolto verso l'alto sul

cono centrale in modo che il CD scatti in posizione. Quindi chiudere il coperchio del vano

CD.

3. Verrà avviata la riproduzione dei brani contenuti nel CD a partire dal primo titolo.

4. Per rimuovere un CD, premere il pulsante “INFO / ”, aprire lo sportello CD ed estrarre il

disco delicatamente.

Il lettore CD deve rimanere sempre chiuso.

NOTA:

Se viene posizionato un disco con il lato sbagliato rivolto verso l’alto ovvero se non viene

inserito alcun CD, sul display comparirà il messaggio “NO DISC“.

Pulsanti di controllo:

➢ Per avviare o interrompere la riproduzione, premere il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

➢ Per terminare la riproduzione, premere il pulsante “INFO / ”.

➢ Il pulsante “ ” permette di passare alla traccia successiva.

Tenendo il pulsante premuto, il dispositivo inizia l'avanzamento veloce nelle tracce.

Il pulsante “ ” può essere usato nel modo seguente:

Premere una volta = La riproduzione della traccia corrente ricomincia daccapo.

Premere due volte = Si avvia la riproduzione della traccia precedente.

Tenendo il pulsante premuto, il dispositivo inizia il riavvolgimento veloce nelle tracce.

➢ Per saltare i brani in blocchi di 10, premere il pulsante “PRESET / +10”.

Funzione Resume

Se si modifica l'impostazione o si spegne l'unità e si ritorna in modalità CD, l'unità avvia la

riproduzione dall'ultimo punto.

Premendo il pulsante “INFO / ” per riavviare la riproduzione, l'unità inizia dal primo brano

(traccia 1).

Funzione Ripeti

Durante la riproduzione, premere ripetutamente il pulsante “P.MODE” per scegliere una delle

seguenti modalità di ripetizione:

CD audio:

1x = modalità di riproduzione normale.

2x = la traccia corrente è ripetuta in continuazione. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione “REP-1”.

3x = l'intero CD è riprodotto in continuazione. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione “REP-ALL”.

4x = tutte le tracce sono riprodotte in ordine casuale. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione

“RANDOM”.

5x = il sistema torna alla modalità di riproduzione normale.

CD con file MP3:

1x = modalità di riproduzione normale.

2x = la traccia corrente è ripetuta in continuazione. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione “REP-1”.

3x = la cartella selezionata è ripetuta in continuazione. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione “REP-

DIR”.

4x = l'intero CD è riprodotto in continuazione. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione “REP-ALL”.

5x = tutte le tracce sono riprodotte in ordine casuale. Lo schermo mostra l'indicazione

“RANDOM”.

6x = il sistema torna alla modalità di riproduzione normale.

Riproduzione programmata

Questa funzione consente di programmare una sequenza di tracce. Per i CD audio, è possibile

programmare fino a 20 tracce. Per i CD MP3 e nelle modalità USB o scheda, è possibile

programmare fino a 99 tracce.

1. Premere il pulsante “INFO / ”.

2. Premere il pulsante "PROG".

Con i CD audio, sullo schermo lampeggia l'indicazione “P01 T--001” (P01 indica il numero

di programma e T--001 la traccia selezionata).

Con i CD MP3 e in modalità USB o scheda SD, sullo schermo lampeggia l'indicazione “P01

F--01 001” (P01 indica il numero di programma, F--01 la cartella selezionata e 001 la

traccia selezionata).

3. Usare i pulsanti “ ” o “ ”per selezionare la traccia preferita e premere di nuovo il

pulsante "PROG". L'indicazione sullo schermo passa da “P01” a “P02”.

4. Selezionare la traccia successiva con i pulsanti “ ” o “ ” e premere di nuovo il pulsante

"PROG". Ripetere la procedura per selezionare tutte le tracce richieste.

Nota:

Quando lo spazio di memoria per la programmazione delle tracce è esaurito, l'indicazione

“FULL” appare sullo schermo.

5. Premere il pulsante “ENTER / ” per avviare la riproduzione programmata. Nell'angolo in

alto sinistra dello schermo, appare l'indicazione “MEM”.

6. Premendo una volta il pulsante “INFO / ”, si interrompe la riproduzione, mentre il

programma memorizzato si conserva.

7. Per riprodurre di nuovo il programma, premere il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

8. Per cancellare il programma, premere due volte il pulsante “INFO / ”. La notifica “MEM”

scompare dallo schermo.

SCHEDA USB / SD

Questo dispositivo è stato sviluppato per supportare tutte le più avanzate tecnologie in campo

USB. Tuttavia, la vasta gamma di dispositivi di memorizzazione USB e di schede SD oggi

disponibili sul mercato non ci permette di garantire la piena compatibilità del sistema con tutte le

unità USB e schede SD. Per questo motivo, in alcuni rari casi ci potrebbero essere problemi di

riproduzione dei file da dispositivi di questo tipo. Non si tratta di un malfunzionamento del

dispositivo.

1. Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “ / SOURCE”, finché sullo schermo non appare

l'indicazione “USB” oppure “CARD”.

2. Collegare un dispositivo di archiviazione USB o una scheda SD direttamente alla porta. La

Le funzioni di controllo, di ripetizione e di riproduzione delle tracce programmate corrispondono

a quelle descritte per la modalità CD.

Nota:

• Collegare sempre le unità USB direttamente alla porta USB del sistema per evitare

malfunzionamenti.

• La porta USB non è progettata per la ricarica di dispositivi esterni.

ATTENZIONE:

Impostare il dispositivo su un'altra modalità di funzionamento prima di rimuovere l'unità USB.

BLUETOOTH®

Se si usa un dispositivo audio Bluetooth®, assicurarsi di utilizzarlo ad una distanza non

superiore ai 10 metri.

La distanza operativa potrebbe risultare condizionata e, dunque, limitata quando i dispositivi si

trovano in due ambienti diversi.

1. Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “ / SOURCE”, finché sullo schermo non appare

l'indicazione “Bluetooth”. Se non ci sono dispositivi Bluetooth® abbinati all'unità,

l'indicazione “Not connected” lampeggerà sullo schermo.

2. Attivare la funzione Bluetooth® del proprio dispositivo audio e selezionare la voce

“SCD8100”. Dopo il corretto abbinamento del dispositivo audio, l'indicazione “Bluetooth

connesso” resta accesa sullo schermo.

3. Avviare la riproduzione sul dispositivo con Bluetooth®. Il pulsante “ENTER / ” permette di

interrompere o riprendere la riproduzione.

4. Usando i pulsanti “ ” o “ ”, è possibile scegliere le tracce.

Nota:

Se il dispositivo non riesce a trovare l'unità “SCD8100”, tenere premuto il pulsante “ENTER / ”

per 2 secondi per attivare la modalità abbinamento. L'indicazione “Non connesso” lampeggia

sullo schermo.

AUX IN

Tramite questa presa è possibile ascoltare l'audio di altri dispositivi di riproduzione, quali lettori

MP3, lettori di CD, attraverso gli altoparlanti del sistema.

1. Collegare il dispositivo esterno dotato di un connettore stereo da 3,5 mm alla presa AUX-IN

sulla destra dell'unità.

2. Premere ripetutamente il pulsante “ / SOURCE”, finché sullo schermo non appare

l'indicazione “Aux”.

3. Sarà possibile ascoltare l'audio proveniente dal dispositivo esterno, riprodotto tramite gli

altoparlanti. È possibile regolare il volume con i relativi pulsanti. I tasti del CD non

permettono di attivare funzioni.

Nota:

Alzare sempre al massimo il livello di volume sul dispositivo esterno. In caso contrario, l'unità

potrebbe passare alla modalità standby a causa di un segnale audio di ingresso assente o

debole. Non si tratta di un problema di funzionamento!

EQUALIZZATORE

Quando l'unità è attiva, premere ripetutamente il pulsante “EQ” per selezionare uno dei seguenti

effetti audio:

FLAT, ROCK, POP, JAZZ, CLASSIC

TIMER DI SPEGNIMENTO (FUNZIONE SLEEP)

L'unità passa automaticamente in modalità standby dopo un periodo predefinito.

Impostazione timer di spegnimento

1. Quando l'unità è accesa, premere il pulsante “MENU”, selezionare la voce “SYSTEM” con i

pulsanti

“ ” o “ ”, quindi premere “ENTER / ” per confermare.

2. Selezionare la voce “SLEEP” e premere “ENTER / ”.

3. Selezionare con i pulsanti “ ” o “ ” la durata del timer di spegnimento richiesto (Off,

15, 30, 45, 60, 90), quindi premere “ENTER / ” per confermare.

Nota: Quando il timer di spegnimento è attivato, il lato superiore destro dello schermo mostra

l'indicazione del tempo rimanente allo spegnimento.

Disattivazione timer di spegnimento

1. Ripetere i precedenti passi 1 e 2 per accedere al menu del timer di spegnimento.

2. Selezionare con i pulsanti “ ” o “ ” l'impostazione “Off” e premere “ENTER / ” per

confermare.

Quando il timer di spegnimento è disattivato, l'indicatore del tempo rimanente non è

visualizzato.

SVEGLIA

È possibile impostare Sveglia 1 e Sveglia 2.

1. Quando l'unità è accesa, premere il pulsante “MENU”, selezionare la voce “SISTEMA” con i

pulsanti

“ ” o “ ”, quindi premere “ENTER / ” per confermare.

2. Selezionare la voce “Sveglia” e premere “ENTER / ” per confermare.

3. Selezionare l'opzione “Alarm 1 Setup” o “Alarm 2 Setup” e premere “ENTER / ” per

confermare.

4. Definire l'orario della sveglia e premere di nuovo il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

5. Selezionare il tempo di durata (15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minuti) con i tasti “ ” o “ ” e

confermare con il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

6. Selezionare la sorgente da usare come sveglia (DAB, FM, CD, USB, SCHEDA o suoneria)

e premere di nuovo il pulsante “ENTER / ”.

7. Selezionare la frequenza della sveglia (giornaliera, una volta, fine settimana, giorni feriali) e

confermare la scelta con “ENTER / ”.

NOTA: Scegliendo l'opzione “Once”, occorre definire la data della sveglia e premere

“ENTER / ”.

8. Quindi regolare il livello di volume con i pulsanti “ ” o “ ” e premere “ENTER / ”.

9. Per attivare la sveglia, occorre impostare l'opzione “Alarm on”. Per disattivare la sveglia,

occorre impostare l'opzione “Alarm off”. Quando la sveglia è attiva, la relativa icona è

mostrata sullo schermo.

Disattivazione della suoneria della sveglia

Quando la sveglia suona, premere il pulsante “ / SOURCE” per disattivare la suoneria della

sveglia.

Funzione Snooze

Quando la sveglia suona, premere il tasto “ENTER / ” per effettuare lo snooze della sveglia.

La sveglia suonerà di nuovo dopo 9 minuti.

NOTA:

Se la sorgente di sveglia selezionata è CD, USB o SCHEDA, ma non ci sono dischi, unità USB

o schede inseriti, l'unità cambia automaticamente la sorgente selezionata a “Buzzer”.

Se la sorgente della sveglia selezionata è DAB o FM, l'unità riproduce l'ultima stazione radio

sintonizzata.

CUFFIE

Per ascoltare la musica senza disturbare, usare delle cuffie con attacco stereo da 3,5 mm e

collegarle alla presa cuffie sul lato destro dell'unità. Gli altoparlanti verranno disattivati.

Regolare il livello di luminosità e il timeout di spegnimento dello schermo.

• Ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica

Ripristinare il prodotto alle impostazioni di fabbrica.
