Dit apparaat heeft een garantietermijn van 2 jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop. Gedurende de
garantieperiode zal de distributeur volledige verantwoording op zich nemen voor gebreken die
aanwijsbaar berusten op materiaal- of constructiefouten. Wanneer dergelijke gebreken voorkomen, zal
het apparaat, indien nodig, vervangen of gerepareerd worden. De garantieperiode van 2 jaar zal op dit
moment niet terug beginnen, maar loopt verder tot 2 jaar na de aankoop van het toestel. De garantie
wordt verleend op basis van het kassaticket. Indien je apparaat defect is binnen de garantietermijn van 2
jaar, dan mag je het toestel samen met het originele kassaticket binnenbrengen in de winkel waar je het
toestel hebt aangekocht.
De garantie op accessoires en onderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage, bedraagt 6 maanden.
De garantie en verantwoordelijkheid/aansprakelijkheid van de leverancier en fabrikant vervallen
automatisch in de volgende gevallen:
· Bij het niet naleven van de instructies in deze handleiding.
· Bij verkeerde aansluiting, vb. te hoge elektrische spanning.
· Bij verkeerd, hardhandig of abnormaal gebruik.
· Bij onvoldoende of verkeerd onderhoud.
· Bij herstelling of wijziging van het toestel door de consument of niet gemachtigde derden.
· Bij gebruik van onderdelen of accessoires welke niet worden aanbevolen of geleverd door de
leverancier / fabrikant.
VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Wanneer je elektrische toestellen gebruikt, moeten volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht genomen
worden:
· Lees deze instructies zorgvuldig door. Bewaar deze handleiding om later te raadplegen.
· Verwijder voor het eerste gebruik alle verpakkingsmaterialen en eventuele promotionele stickers.
Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met de verpakkingsmaterialen spelen.
· Dit toestel is geschikt om te gebruiken in de huishoudelijke omgeving en in gelijkaardige omgevingen
zoals:
· Keukenhoek voor personeel van winkels, kantoren en andere gelijkaardige professionele
omgevingen
· Boerderijen
· Hotel- en motelkamers en andere omgevingen met een residentieel karakter
· Gastenkamers, of gelijkaardige

· Dit toestel mag gebruikt worden door kinderen vanaf 16 jaar en personen met een fysieke of
sensoriële beperking of mensen met een beperkte mentale capaciteit of gebrek aan ervaring of
kennis, op voorwaarde dat deze personen toezicht krijgen of instructies hebben gekregen over het
gebruik van het toestel op een veilige manier en dat ze ook de gevaren kennen bij het gebruik van het
toestel. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen. Het onderhoud en de reiniging van het toestel
mogen niet door kinderen gebeuren tenzij ze ouder zijn dan 16 jaar en onder toezicht staan.
· Houd het toestel en de voedingskabel buiten het bereik van kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar.
· Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het toestel niet in gebruik is, vooraleer onderdelen te
monteren of demonteren en vooraleer het toestel te reinigen. Zet eerst alle knoppen in de ‘uit’-stand
en trek de stekker bij de stekker zelf uit het stopcontact. Trek nooit aan de voedingskabel om de
stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken.
· Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, moet hij vervangen worden door de fabrikant, een service center
of gekwaliceerde personen om ongevallen te vermijden.
· OPGELET: om ongevallen te vermijden, mag dit toestel niet bediend worden door een externe
bediening, zoals een externe timer, of op een net aangesloten worden dat regelmatig op- en afgezet
wordt.
· Laat een werkend toestel niet zonder toezicht achter.
· Gebruik het toestel niet buiten.
· Gebruik het toestel enkel voor het doel waarvoor het bestemd is.
· Kijk voor gebruik na of het voltage vermeld op het toestel overeenkomt met het voltage van het
elektriciteitsnet thuis.
· De voedingskabel moet steeds aangesloten worden op een stopcontact dat geïnstalleerd en geaard is
volgens de lokale standaarden en normen.
· Gebruik enkel de accessoires die meegeleverd worden bij het toestel.
· Gebruik het toestel nooit wanneer de voedingskabel of stekker beschadigd is, na een slechte werking
van het toestel of wanneer het toestel beschadigd is. Breng het toestel dan naar de dienst naverkoop
van DOMO of het dichtsbijzijnde gekwaliceerde service center voor nazicht, reparatie of elektrische/
mechanische aanpassingen. Probeer het toestel nooit eigenhandig te repareren.
· Dompel het toestel, de voedingskabel of de stekker nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof. Dit
om elektrische schokken of brand te voorkomen.
· Gebruik dit toestel niet met natte handen.
· Dit toestel is voorzien van een korte voedingskabel, om het risico te verminderen dat personen of
objecten vast komen zitten of vallen over een langere voedingskabel. GEBRUIK HET TOESTEL NOOIT
MET EEN VERLENGKABEL.
· Rol de voedingskabel volledig af om oververhitting op de kabel te voorkomen.
· Laat de voedingskabel niet op een heet oppervlak of over de rand van een tafel of aanrecht hangen.
· Laat de voedingskabel niet onder of rond het toestel hangen.
· Sluit de voedingskabel pas op het stopcontact aan nadat het toestel zeker correct gemonteerd is. Om
het toestel te verwijderen van het stopcontact, moet de bediening eerst in de «OFF» of «0» positie
gezet worden. Daarna mag de stekker uit het stopcontact verwijderd worden. Trek nooit aan de
voedingskabel of het toestel zelf om de stekker uit het stopcontact te verwijderen.
· Gebruik het toestel niet als er nog water in staat of als de onderdelen nog nat zijn na het reinigen.
· Gebruik het toestel nooit zonder ingrediënten.
· Wees uitermate voorzichtig bij het vastnemen van de accessoires. Raak de accessoires pas aan van
zodra ze volledig tot stilstand gekomen zijn in het toestel.
· Als het toestel niet goed onderhouden wordt, kan dit de levensduur van het toestel drastisch
verminderen en een gevaarlijke situatie veroorzaken.

· Ongevallen of schade veroorzaakt door het niet volgen van deze regels zijn op eigen risico. Noch de
fabrikant, de importeur of leverancier kan daar dan verantwoordelijk voor geacht worden.
· Kantel het toestel niet verder dan 45°.
· Zet het toestel minstens 15 cm verwijderd van andere objecten om voor een goede ventilatie rond het
toestel te zorgen.
· Zet het toestel niet vaak na elkaar aan en uit. Laat altijd minstens een interval van 5 minuten tussen
om beschadiging aan de compressor te voorkomen.
Voorzichtig: gevaar voor brand / ontvlambare materialen.
Dit apparaat gebruikt een ontvlambaar koelmiddel. Als het koelmiddel lekt en is
blootgesteld aan een externe ontstekingsbron, is er gevaar voor brand.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
· Laat het toestel eerst gedurende 4 uur staan, op een stabiel oppervlak, vooraleer het voor de eerste
keer te gebruiken.
· Maak alle onderdelen van de roomijsmachine die in aanraking zullen komen met het roomijs schoon
met warm water en mild detergent: de vaste kom, de verwijderbare kom, de mengspatel en het
deksel. Maak de onderdelen goed droog vooraleer ze te gebruiken.

GEBRUIK
VOORBEREIDEN VAN DE INGREDIËNTEN
1. Maak de bereiding van de ingrediënten volgens het gekozen recept.
2. Giet de bereiding in de verwijderbare kom.
· ! Opgelet: het totale volume van de ingrediënten mag niet meer bedragen dan 500 ml. Het roomijs
zet nog uit wanneer het gedraaid wordt.
· Opgelet: het is niet nodig om de kom op voorhand in de diepvriezer te zetten. Dankzij de ingebouwde
compressor vriest de roomijsmachine zelf, terwijl het ijs draait.
MONTEREN
1. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker niet in het stopcontact zit.
2. Zet de roomijsmachine op een vlak, stabiel oppervlak.
3. Zet de verwijderbare kom in de vaste kom in de machine. Zorg dat de hendel past in de uitsparingen
van de vaste kom.
4. Klik de motor vast op het transparant deksel.
5. Plaats de mengspatel op de motor door deze over de as te schuiven.
6. Zet het transparante deksel op de kom. Zorg ervoor dat de mengspatel in het midden van de kom
zit. Op de bodem van de kom zit een uitstulping waar de mengspatel op past.
7. Draai het deksel in wijzerzin om het te vergrendelen. Let hierbij op de aanduiding op het toestel. Het
pijltje moet eerst overeenstemmen met het ontgrendelsymbool . Als je het deksel vergrendelt,
draai je het pijltje naar het vergrendelsymbool .

ROOMIJS MAKEN
1. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
2. Draai de draaiknop naar de gewenste positie:
· Mixen: ingrediënten mengen zonder koelen. Het mengprogramma duurt 30 minuten. Hierna
hoor je een signaal.
· Koelen: de inhoud van de kom wordt gekoeld door de compressor en koelventilator, zonder te
mengen. Het koelprogramma duurt 30 minuten. Hierna hoor je een signaal.
· Roomijs: met deze functie maak je roomijs. De compressor en koelventilator koelen het ijs en
de mengspatel mixt het geheel. Het ijs is klaar als het de correcte consistentie bereikt heeft, dan
hoor je een signaal. Als je de knop niet naar de uitpositie draait, dan zal de verlengde koelfunctie
inschakelen. Als de verlengde koelfunctie stopt, hoor je een signaal.
3. Als het toestel klaar is, draai de knop terug naar de uitpositie en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
4. Draai het deksel open in tegenwijzerzin en haal het van het toestel. Het pijltje wijst dan naar het
ontgrendelsymbool .
5. Neem de verwijderbare kom uit het toestel. Verwijder de mengspatel uit het ijs. Schep je ijs uit in
een serveerkom of in een bewaardoos.

VERLENGDE KOELFUNCTIE
Wanneer het toestel niet wordt uitgeschakeld en het ijs niet wordt verwijderd binnen de 10 minuten na
het einde van het draaiproces, schakelt de machine automatisch over naar de verlengde koelfunctie. Het
toestel zal dan nog in totaal 1 uur nakoelen - in intervallen van 10 minuten (10 min. koelen, 10 min. rusten)
- om de consistentie van het roomijs te behouden. Hierna hoor je een signaal, verwijder het ijs en draai de
knop naar de uitpositie.
ZELFBESCHERMINGSFUNCTIE VAN DE MOTOR
Wanneer het roomijs te hard wordt, kan de motor geblokkeerd raken. De zeleschermingsfunctie zorgt
er dan voor dat de motor automatisch wordt stilgelegd.
ZELFBESCHERMINGSFUNCTIE VAN DE COMPRESSOR
Als je na het gebruik van de compressor (bij roomijsfunctie en koelfunctie) het toestel uitschakelt,
kan je nadien gedurende 3 minuten de compressor niet opnieuw gebruiken. Dit is een beveiliging om
oververhitting te voorkomen.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
· Dompel het toestel, de motor, het elektrisch snoer of de stekker nooit onder in water of een andere
vloeistof.
· Zet het toestel uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer te reinigen.
· Maak de behuizing en de vaste kom schoon met een vochtige doek en wat mild detergent.
· Was volgende losse onderdelen af in warm water met afwasmiddel: transparant deksel, mengspatel
en de verwijderbare kom.
· Droog het toestel en alle onderdelen af voor het hermonteren. Gebruik het toestel niet als er nog
water in staat of als de onderdelen nog nat zijn na het reinigen.
PROBLEMEN?
PROBLEEM MOGELIJKE OPLOSSING
De verwijderbare kom is niet makkelijk te
verwijderen.
Er zaten mogelijk druppels tussen de verwijdere en vaste
kom die zijn aangevroren. Wacht 3 tot 8 minuten voor de
kom te verwijderen.
De vewijderbare kom past niet meer in de
vaste kom.
De verwijderbare kom is vervormd door verkeerd
gebruik. Koop een nieuwe kom.
Bij het maken van ijs, schraapt de
mengspatel tegen de verwijderbare kom of

RECEPTEN
· 1/2 vanillestokje
· 2 eierdooiers
· 175 ml melk
· 100 ml slagroom
· 75 g suiker
Was het vanillestokje en snijd het overlangs door, zodat het aroma beter tot zijn recht kan komen. Breng
de slagroom, de melk en het vanillestokje aan de kook. Neem het van het vuur als het kookt. Laat alles
een beetje aoelen. Klop ondertussen het eigeel en de suiker tot een schuimig mengsel. Verwijder
het vanillestokje uit het lauwe melkmengsel en voeg het mengsel al roerend beetje bij beetje bij het
schuimige mengsel van eigeel en suiker. Verwarm het geheel opnieuw terwijl je roert, maar zorg ervoor
dat het niet kookt. Wanneer het geheel steviger begint te worden, neem je het mengsel van het vuur en
laat je het aoelen. Filter het mengsel daarna door een zeef en giet het in de roomijsmachine.
· 60 g pure chocolade
· 250 ml volle melk
· 35 g suiker
· 2 eierdooiers
· 1 el lopende honing
Klop de eierdooiers met de suiker tot een schuimig mengsel. Verwarm de melk samen met de chocolade
en de honing langzaam tot het kookpunt, maar laat het niet koken. Laat alles een beetje aoelen. Giet
het lauwe melkmengsel al roerend beetje bij beetje bij het schuimige mengsel van eigeel en suiker en laat
het geheel aoelen. Giet het daarna in de roomijsmachine.
CITROENSORBET
· Eiwit van 1 ei
· 2 bio-citroenen
· 100 g suiker
· 150 ml water
Schil de citroenen, zonder het wit onder de schil te verwijderen. Laat de schillen ongeveer 30 minuten
trekken in 150 ml water. Pers de citroenen. Zeef het water en het citroensap. Mix deze vloeistof samen
met de suiker en het eiwit. Giet het mengsel daarna in de roomijsmachine.

Cet appareil est garanti 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat. Durant la période de garantie, le distributeur
assumera l’entière responsabilité en cas de défauts de fonctionnement (matériel) ou de fabrication. Si un
tel problème survient, l’appareil sera remplacé ou réparé. La période de garantie de 2 ans ne reprend pas
à zéro, mais se poursuit (jusqu’à 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat de l’appareil). La garantie est accordée
sur la base du ticket de caisse.
Pour les accessoires et les éléments d’usure, une garantie de 6 mois s’applique.
La garantie et la responsabilité du fournisseur et du fabricant n’ont plus eet dans les cas suivants :
· Les instructions du manuel n’ont pas été suivies.
· Mauvais raccordement, par ex. tension électrique trop forte.
· Utilisation contraire, brutale ou anormale.
· Entretien insusant ou non conforme.
· Réparation ou modication de l’appareil par le consommateur ou un tiers non autorisé.

appareil vous-même.
· N’immergez jamais l’appareil, le cordon d’alimentation ou la che dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide. Ceci

· Ne branchez le cordon d’alimentation dans la prise de courant qu’après être sûr que l’appareil soit
correctement monté. Pour débrancher l’appareil, la commande doit être préalablement placée en
position « OFF » ou « 0 ». Après quoi, la che électrique peut être retirée de la prise de courant. Ne
tirez jamais sur le cordon d’alimentation ni sur l’appareil pour le débrancher.
· N’utilisez pas l’appareil s’il renferme encore de l’eau ou si des éléments sont encore humides après leur
nettoyage.
· N’utilisez jamais l’appareil à vide.
· Soyez extrêmement prudent en saisissant les accessoires tranchants, tels les lames. Ne saisissez les
accessoires que lorsqu’ils sont à l’arrêt complet dans l’appareil.
· Si l’appareil n’est pas correctement entretenu, sa durée de vie peut en être fortement diminuée et une
situation de danger en résulter.
· Les accidents ou dommages causés par le non-respect de ces règles sont à vos propres risques. Ni le
fabricant, ni l’importateur, ni le fournisseur ne peuvent, dans ce cas, en être tenus pour responsables.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
· Avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois, laissez-le d’abord sur une surface stable pendant 4
heures.

MONTAGE
1. Assurez-vous que l’appareil ne soit pas branché.
2. Placez la sorbetière sur une surface plane et stable.
3. Placez la cuve amovible dans la cuve xe de l’appareil. Assurez-vous que la poignée s’engage dans
les évidements du bol xe.
4. Clipsez le moteur en position sur le couvercle transparent.
5. Placez la pale mélangeuse sur le moteur en la faisant glisser sur l’axe.
6. Placez le couvercle transparent sur le bol. Assurez-vous que la pale mélangeuse est au centre du bol.
Il y a au fond du bol un renement sur lequel la pale mélangeuse vient se positionner.
7. Tournez le couvercle dans le sens horaire pour le verrouiller. Faites attention pour cela aux
indications gurant sur l’appareil. La èche doit d’abord coïncider avec le symbole de déverrouillage
. Pour verrouiller le couvercle, tournez la èche vers le symbole de déverrouillage .

FAIRE DE LA CREME GLACÉE
1. Branchez l’appareil.
2. Amenez la molette sur la position souhaitée :
· Mixage : mélange d’ingrédients sans réfrigération. Le programme de mélange dure 30
minutes. Un signal acoustique retentit à la n.
· Réfrigération : le contenu du bol est refroidi par le compresseur et le ventilateur de
réfrigération, sans mixage. Le programme de réfrigération dure 30 minutes. Un signal acoustique
retentit à la n.
· Glace : utilisez cette fonction pour fabriquer de la crème glacée. Le compresseur et le
ventilateur de réfrigération refroidissent la glace, tandis que la pale mélangeuse mélange le tout.
La glace est prête lorsqu’elle a atteint la bonne consistance. Un signal retentit à ce moment. Si
vous ne positionnez pas la molette en position d’arrêt, la fonction de réfrigération prolongée
s’activera. Un signal acoustique retentit lorsque la fonction de réfrigération prolongée s’arrête.
3. Quand l’appareil a terminé, ramenez la molette sur la position d’arrêt et retirez la che de la prise.
4. Ouvrez le couvercle en tournant dans le sens antihoraire et retirez-le de l’appareil. La èche pointe
vers le symbole de déverrouillage .
5. Retirez le bol amovible de l’appareil. Retirez la pale mélangeuse de la glace. Versez la glace dans un
bol de service ou dans une boîte pour la conserver.

FONCTION DE RÉFRIGÉRATION PROLONGÉE
Si l’appareil n’est pas débranché ni la crème glacée retirée endéans les 10 minutes après la n de la
rotation, l’appareil bascule automatiquement vers la fonction de réfrigération. L’appareil assurera
encore la réfrigération pendant une durée totale de 1 heure - aux intervalles de 10 minutes (10 min. de
réfrigération, 10 min. de repos), an de préserver la consistance de la crème glacée. Un signal acoustique
retentit à la n. Retirez la glace et positionnez la molette sur la position d’arrêt.
FONCTION D’AUTOPROTECTION DU MOTEUR
Le moteur peut se bloquer lorsque la crème glacée devient trop dure. La fonction d’autoprotection
provoque alors l’arrêt automatique du moteur.
FONCTION D’AUTOPROTECTION DU COMPRESSEUR
Si vous éteignez l’appareil après avoir utilisé le compresseur (en mode glace et réfrigération), vous ne
pouvez plus utiliser le compresseur pendant les 3 minutes qui suivent. Il s’agit d’une sécurité destinée à
empêcher le compresseur de surchauer.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
· N’immergez jamais l’appareil, le moteur, le cordon électrique ou la che dans de l’eau ou tout autre
liquide.
· Éteignez l’appareil et débranchez le cordon d’alimentation de la prise avant de le nettoyer.
· Nettoyez l’enceinte avec un linge humide et un peu de détergent doux.
· Le couvercle transparent, le mélangeur et la cuve amovible se lavent à l’eau chaude, avec un produit
de vaisselle.
· Séchez soigneusement l’appareil et tous ses éléments avant de le remonter. N’utilisez pas l’appareil s’il
contient encore de l’eau ou si les pièces sont encore humides après avoir été nettoyées.

RECETTES
GLACE DE VANILLE
· 1/2 gousse de vanille
· 2 jaunes d’oeufs
· 175 ml de lait
· 100 ml de crème fraîche
· 75 g de sucre
Battez ensemble la crème fraîche et le lait. Lavez la gousse de vanille et coupez-la dans la longueur pour
permettre à l’arôme de mieux se dégager. Ajoutez-la dans le mélange du lait et de la crème fraîche. Portez
le mélange à ébullition, puis retirez-le du feu. Laissez-le refroidir un peu. Entre-temps, battez les jaunes
d’oeufs et le sucre pour obtenir un mélange mousseux. Puis, vous ajoutez en petites quantités le lait tiède
(après avoir retiré la gousse de vanille). Réchauez alors le mélange tout en le remuant mais veillez à ne
pas le faire bouillir. Lorsque le mélange commence à se raermir, vous le retirez du feu et vous le laissez
refroidir. Passez-le ensuite au chinois et versez-le dans la machine à crème glacée.
GLACE AU CHOCOLAT
· 60 g de chocolat noir
· 250 ml de lait entier
· 35 g de sucre
· 2 jaunes d’œufs
· 1 c. à s. de miel liquide
Fouettez les jaunes d’œuf et le sucre jusqu’à obtenir un mélange mousseux. Faites chauer le lait, le
chocolat et le miel à feu doux jusqu’à ce que le mélange atteigne son point d’ébullition, mais ne le laissez
pas bouillir. Ajoutez le mélange à base de lait aux œufs battus et laissez refroidir le tout. Versez ensuite la
préparation dans la sorbetière.
SORBET AU CITRON
· blanc d’oeuf
· 2 citrons
· 100 g de sucre
· 150 ml d’eau
Pelez les citrons, sans toutefois enlever le blanc sous le zeste. Laissez mariner pendant une demiheure le
zeste des citrons dans 150 ml d’eau. Filtrez ensemble l’eau et le jus de citron. Mixez le liquide (mélange
eau-jus de citron) avec le blanc d’oeuf et le sucre. Versez ensuite le tout dans la machine à crème glacée.

MONTAGE
1. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Stecker nicht in der Steckdose steckt.
2. Stellen Sie die Eismaschine auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche.
3. Setzen Sie den herausnehmbaren Behälter in den festen Behälter der Maschine. Achten Sie darauf,
dass der Gri in die Aussparungen der festen Schüssel passt.
4. Klicken Sie den Motor auf den transparenten Deckel.

SPEISEEIS ZUBEREITEN
1. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
2. Drehen Sie den Drehknopf auf die gewünschte Position:
· Mixen: Mischen von Zutaten ohne Kühlung. Das Mixprogramm dauert 30 Minuten. Dann
werden Sie ein Signal hören.
· Kühlung: Der Inhalt des Behälters wird durch den Kompressor und das Kühlgebläse gekühlt,
ohne gemischt zu werden. Die Dauer des Kühlprogramms beträgt 30 Minuten. Dann werden Sie
ein Signal hören.
· Eiscreme: Verwenden Sie diese Funktion, um Eiscreme herzustellen. Der Kompressor und
das Kühlgebläse kühlen das Eis und der Rühraufsatz mischt alles. Das Eis ist fertig, wenn es die
richtige Konsistenz erreicht hat, dann hören Sie ein Signal. Wenn Sie den Drehknopf nicht in

ERWEITERTE KÜHLFUNKTION
Wenn das Gerät nicht ausgeschaltet wird, und das Eis nicht innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach dem Ende des
Rührvorgangs entnommen wird, schaltet das Gerät automatisch auf Kühlfunktion. Das Gerät kühlt noch
insgesamt 1 Stunde - in 10-Minuten-Intervallen (10 Min. kühlen, 10 Min. ruhen) - um das Eis im richtigen
Zustand zu halten. Danach ertönt ein Signal. Entfernen Sie das Eis und drehen Sie den Drehknopf in die
Aus-Position.
SELBSTSCHUTZFUNKTION DES MOTORS
Wenn das Eis zu hart wird, kann dies den Motor blockieren. Die Selbstschutzfunktion sorgt dann dafür,
dass sich der Motor automatisch abschaltet.
SELBSTSCHUTZFUNKTION DES KOMPRESSORS
Wenn Sie das Gerät nach der Benutzung des Kompressors ausschalten (im Eis- und Kühlbetrieb), können
Sie den Kompressor danach 3 Minuten lang nicht mehr benutzen. Dies ist eine Sicherheitsfunktion, die
eine Überhitzung verhindert.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
· Tauchen Sie das Gerät, den Motor, das Stromkabel oder den Stecker niemals in Wasser oder eine
andere Flüssigkeit.
· Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, bevor Sie es reinigen.

· 175 ml Milch
· 100 ml Schlagsahne
· 75 g Zucker

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

MAKING ICE CREAM
1. Plug in the ice cream maker.
2. Turn the dial to the desired position:
· Mix: Mix ingredients without cooling. The mixing programme lasts 30 minutes. You will then
hear a signal.
· Freeze: the contents of the bowl are frozen by the compressor and cooling fan without mixing.
The freezing programme lasts 30 minutes. You will then hear a signal.
· Ice cream: this feature makes ice cream. The compressor and cooling fan freeze the ice and
the mixing paddle mixes it. The ice cream is ready when it has reached the correct consistency.
You will then hear a signal. If you do not turn the dial to the o position, the extended keep-cold
feature will switch on. When the extended cooling function stops, you will hear a signal.
3. When the appliance is ready, turn the dial back to the o position and remove the plug from the
power socket.
4. Turn the cover anticlockwise to open it and remove it from the appliance. The arrow then points to
the unlock symbol .
5. Take the removable bowl from the appliance. Remove the mixing paddle from the ice cream. Scoop
your ice cream into a serving bowl or storage container.
PROLONGED COOLING
When the appliance is not switched o and the ice cream is not removed within 10 minutes after the end
of the mixing process, the appliance will automatically switch to prolonged cooling. The appliance will
cool for another hour in total - with intervals of 10 minutes (cool for 10 min., rest for 10 min.) - to maintain
the consistency of the ice cream. You will then hear a signal. Remove the ice cream and turn the dial to the
o position.
When the ice cream becomes too hard, the motor could get blocked. The self-protection function makes
sure that the motor is automatically stopped in that case.

If you switch o the appliance after using the compressor (with the ice-cream feature and cooling
function), you will then not be able to use the compressor again for 3 minutes. This is a safety feature to
prevent overheating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Never immerse the appliance, motor, electric cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
· Turn o the appliance and unplug the power socket from the mains before cleaning.
· Clean the housing with a damp cloth and some mild detergent.

RECIPES
VANILLA ICE CREAM
· 1/2 vanilla stick
· 2 egg yolks
· 175 ml milk

· 75 g sugar

· 250 ml whole milk

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar into a frothy mixture. Slowly heat the milk together with the chocolate
and honey until it reaches boiling point, but do not let it boil. Add the milk to the beaten eggs and allow it

LEMON SORBET
· 1 egg white
· 2 lemons
· 100 g sugar
· 150 ml water
Peel 2 lemons, without the white under the skin. Let the skin soak in the 150 ml water for about 30 min.
Strain the water and the lemon juice. Mix this uid together with the sugar and the egg white. Add this
mixture in the ice cream maker.

1. Ponga el enchufe en la toma de corriente.
2. Gire el mando giratorio hasta la posición deseada:
· Mezclar: mezclar ingredientes sin enfriar. El programa de mezcla dura 30 minutos. A

L'apparecchio continuerà quindi a rareddare per 1 ora in totale - in intervalli di 10 minuti (10 minuti
di rareddamento, 10 minuti di pausa) per conservare la consistenza del gelato. Al termine si udirà un
segnale acustico. A quel punto, rimuovere il gelato e portare la manopola sulla posizione "spento".

nel composto spumoso ottenuto con i torli d'uovo e lo zucchero. Quindi lasciar rareddare. Dopodiché
versare nella macchina per gelato.
SORBETTO AL LIMONE
· Albume di 1 uovo
· 2 limoni biologici
· 100 g di zucchero
· 150 ml di acqua
Sbucciare il limone, senza rimuovere lo strato bianco sotto la buccia. Immergere le bucce in 150 ml di
acqua e lasciarle in infusione per circa 30 minuti. Spremere i limoni. Filtrare l'acqua e il succo di limone.

1. Ujistěte se, že je přístroj odpojen z el. sítě
2. Přístroj postavte na suché a stabilní místo
3. Vyjímatelnou nádobu vložte do pevné nádoby v přístroji (otvoru). Ujistěte se, aby nádoba i její
rukojeť zapadla do připraveného otvoru/na okraji pevné nádoby.
4. Motorovou část usaďte do průhledného víka.
5. Na hřídel motoru nasaďte (nasuňte) míchací lopatku.
6. Takto připravené části (=víko) nasaďte na přístroj s vloženou nádobou. Uprostřed, na dně nádoby je
výstupek, na který musí řádně dosednou míchací metla.
7. Otočením víka ve směru hodinových ručiček víko zajistěte. Před spuštěním se vždy důkladně
ujistěte, aby bylo víko zamčené. Při nasazování musí šipka nejdříve ukazovat na symbol
odemknutí. Po nasazení pootočte na symbol zamčeného zámku.

1. Nyní můžete přístroj zapojit do elektrické sítě.
2. Otáčením hlavního ovladače můžete vybrat jednu z funkcí:
· Míchání: přístroj bude pouze míchat (bez chlazení). Funkce míchání bez chlazení je
přednastaveno na 30 minut. Po uplynutí času se míchání zastaví a ozve se zvukový signál.
· Chlazení: přístroj začne nachlazovat a mrazit obsah nádoby. Chlazení probíhá pomocí
vlastního kompresoru a trvá 30 minut. Po uplynutí času se nachlazování vypne a ozve se zvukový
signál.
· Výroba zmrzliny: tato funkce automaticky připraví zmrzlinu. Kompresor začne chladit a
mrznoucí obsah nádoby se bude automaticky míchat (aby nepřemrzl na stěnách). Zmrzlina
bude hotová, až se dosáhne správné konzistence. Na konci uslyšíte zvukový signál. Pokud
následně ovladač nepřepnete do polohy OFF/vypnuto, tak se automaticky aktivuje funkce
udržování chlazení. Po skončení dochlazování se ozve další zvukový signál a je potřeba zmrzlinu
spotřebovat nebo přendat do mrazáku.
3. Jakmile máte zmrzlinu hotovou (a chystáte se ji konzumovat), tak přístroj vypněte otočným
ovladačem do polohy „o“ a vypojte kabel ze zásuvky.
4. Víkem otočte proti směru hodinových ručiček, tak aby šipka ukazovala na odemčený zámek . Víko
následně sejměte z přístroje.
5. Z přístroje vyjměte nádobu se zmrzlinou a ze zmrzliny vytáhněte míchací metlu. Potom už nebrání
nic tomu, abyste začali servírovat hotovou zmrzlinu z nádoby.
Pokud není přístroj vypnutý a zmrzlina vyndaná do 10 minut po dokončení míchání, přepne přístroj
automaticky na prodloužené chlazení. Přístroj bude chladit ještě další hodinu, v 10min intervalech, aby
udržel správnou konzistenci zmrzliny. Jakmile uplyne hodina dochlazování, tak zmrzlinu vyjměte a přístroj
vypněte.

Pokud by zmrzlina byla příliš tuhá, může se motor zablokovat. V takovém případě se motor vypne, aby se
nepoškodil.
FUNKCE OCHRANY KOMPRESORU
Pokud přístroj vypnete po využívání kompresoru (funkce zmrzliny nebo chlazení), tak další 3 minuty
nebude možno kompresor znovu zapnout. Jedná se o ochranu proti přehřátí.
· Přístroj, motorovou část, ani kabel ani zástrčku nikdy neponořujte pod vodu.
· Poznámka: Před manipulací s přístrojem a čištěním, vždy nejdříve přístroj odpojte od elektrického
proudu.
· Poznámka: Nepoužívejte hrubé a agresivní čistící prostředky.
· Motorovou část můžete očistit jemným lehce navlhčeným hadříkem s přídavkem saponátu.
· Ostatní části přístroje omyjte ručně pod teplou vodou s trochou saponátu (vyjímatelnou nádobu,
metlu a víko)
· Všechny části přístroje pořádně vysušte.
· Před sestavením musí být všechny části přístroje dokonale suché. Přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud je
některá z jeho částí stále mokrá nebo pokud je na přístroji někde mokré místo.

Vyjímatelnou nádobu nelze snadno
vyjmout.
Mezi vyjímatelnou nádobou a pevnou miskou mohly být
kapičky, které následně zmrzly. Při vypnutém přístroji
počkejte 5 minut, než se miska opět uvolní.
Vyjímatelná nádoba se nevejde do pevné
mísy.
Nádoba je zdeformována v důsledku nesprávného
použití. Sežeňte si novou nádobu.
Při výrobě zmrzliny se míchací lopatka
škrábe o stěnu nebo se kompletně
zablokuje.
Vyjímatelná nádoba je zdeformována v důsledku
nesprávného použití. Kupte si novou misku.
Spotřebič nefunguje. Ujistěte se, že je víko správně uzavřeno. Šipka na
motoru musí směřovat na symbol zamčeného zámku.
RECEPTY
VANILKOVÁ ZMRZLINA
· 1/2 lusk vanilky
· žloutek ze 2 vajec
· 175 ml mléka
· 100 ml šlehačky
· 75 g cukru
Vanilkový lusk opláchněte a podélně rozřízněte, aby se zesílilo vanilkové aroma. Vložte ho do připravené
směsi mléka a šlehačky. Nechte ohřát, ale jakmile začne vařit, tak ho stáhněte ihned ze sporáku. Hrnec
se směsí nechte chvíli vychladnout. Mezitím si utřete žloutky s cukrem do jemné směsi a přidejte k tomu

mléko (vanilkový lusk je třeba vyndat). Znovu směs ohřejte, ale neměla by už vařit. Jakmile je směs pevná,
stáhněte ze sporáku a nechte vychladit. Obsah hrnce prolijte cedníkem a dejte do stroje.
· 60 g kakaa nebo čokolády
· 250 ml plnotučného mléka
· 35 g cukru
· žloutky ze 2 vajec
· 1 polévková lžíce medu (tekutého)
Žloutky s cukrem vyšlehejte do pevné pěny. Mléko společně s čokoládou a medem pomalu zahřejte až
skoro na teplotu varu. Pozor, ale nesmíte nechat převařit. Potom nechejte vše vychladnout. Vlažnou
mléčnou směs pomalu a za stálého míchání přilívejte do žloutkové pěny a vše promíchané nechte
vychladnout. až je nální směs chladná, tak vše nalijte do nádoby a tu vložte do přístroje.
CITRONOVÝ SORBET
· 1 vaječný bílek
· 2 citrony
· 100 g cukru
· 150 ml vody
Oloupejte 2 citrony, aniž byste odstranili bílou vrstvu pod kůrou. Kůru namočte na 30 minut do vody a
nechte vylouhovat. Potom vodu slijte (kůru vymačkejte) a promíchejte ji s citronovou šťávou. Vzniklou
tekutinu promíchejte s cukrem a vaječným bílkem a vložte do stroje.
Symbol na přístroji či na jeho obalu znamená, že s tímto výrobkem

nebude možno kompresor znovu zapnúť. Jedná sa o ochranu proti prehriatiu.
· Prístroj, motorovú časť, ani kábel ani zástrčku nikdy neponárajte pod vodu. Pred zostavením musia byť
všetky časti prístroja dokonale suché.

· 60 g kakaa alebo čokolády
· 250ml plnotučného mlieka
· 35 g cukru
· žĺtky z 2 vajec
· 1 polievková lyžica medu (tekutého)
Žĺtky s cukrom vyšľahajte do pevnej peny. Mlieko spoločne s čokoládou a medom pomaly zohrejte až
skoro na teplotu varu. Pozor, ale nesmiete nechať prevariť. Potom nechajte všetko vychladnúť. Vlažnou
mliečnu zmes pomaly a za stáleho miešania přilívejte do žĺtkovej peny a všetko premiešané nechajte

CITRONOVÝ SORBET
· 1 vaječný bielok
· 2 citróny
· 100 g cukru
· 150 ml vody
