Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt und Innen-

räumen, jedoch nicht im Gewerbe bestimmt. Bitte lesen Sie die

Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie diese

sorgfältig auf. Bei Weitergabe des Gerätes an andere Personen

ist die Gebrauchsanweisung mit zu übergeben. Benutzen Sie das

Gerät wie angegeben und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise.

Für Schäden oder Unfälle, die durch Nichtbeachtung entstehen,

wird keine Haftung übernommen. Entfernen Sie jegliches Verpa-

ckungsmaterial und alle Aufkleber.

Sicherheitshinweise

∙ Dieser Heizlüfter ist eine zusätzliche Heizquelle für den Haus-

gebrauch und darf ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck benutzt

werden. Halten Sie ihn von Nässe fern.

∙ Gerät nur gemäß Angaben auf dem Typenschild anschließen

und betreiben.

∙ Nur benutzen, wenn Zuleitung und Gerät keine Beschädi-

gungen aufweisen. Vor jedem Gebrauch überprüfen!

∙ Berühren Sie den Netzstecker nicht mit nassen Händen.

∙ Schließen Sie den Netzstecker nur an eine ordnungsgemäß ge-

erdete und gut zugängliche Steckdose an.

∙ Um den Netzstecker zu ziehen, immer am Stecker – nie am Ka-

bel – ziehen.

∙ Stecker ziehen nach jedem Gebrauch oder im Fehlerfall.

∙ Reißen Sie nicht an der Netzanschlussleitung. Scheuern Sie die-

se nicht an Kanten und klemmen Sie diese nicht ein.

∙ Zuleitung von heißen Teilen fernhalten.

∙ Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Per-

sonen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder men-

talen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen

benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des si-

cheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die da-

raus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Reinigung

und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder durchgeführt

werden, es sei denn sie sind älter als 8 Jahre und beaufsichtigt.

∙ Kinder jünger als 8 Jahre sind vom Gerät und der Anschlusslei-

tung fernzuhalten.

∙ Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass

sie nicht mit dem Gerät oder dem Verpackungsmaterial spielen

(z.B. Plastiktüten).

∙ Das Gerät darf nicht mit einer Zeitschaltuhr oder mit einem se-

paraten Fernwirksystem betrieben werden!

∙ Verlassen Sie nie bei laufendem Heizlüfter Ihre Woh-

nung! Stellen Sie dazu stets sicher, dass sich der Schalter

in der Stellung OFF (0) befindet.

∙ Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien oder einem feuchten

Raum auf.

WICHTIG:

Zum Vermeiden eines Überhitzens das Gerät in

keiner Weise abdecken. Keine Gegenstände oder

Textilien auf das in Betrieb gesetzte Gerät legen.

∙ Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals ins Wasser.

∙ Während dem Betrieb den Heizlüfter an einem sicheren Ort

aufstellen:

o in mindestens 1 m Entfernung zu brennbaren Gegen-

ständen oder Möbeln;

o bei Wandbefestigung keinesfalls an Wänden aus Kunst-

stoff oder Synthetikmaterial;

o so aufstellen, dass die Schlitze für Zu- und Abluft frei

bleiben: im Umkreis von 1 m an den Abluftschlitzen und

von 50 cm an den hinteren Lüftungsschlitzen dürfen sich

keine Gegenstände befinden;

o keinesfalls direkt unterhalb von Stromsteckdosen aufstel-

len.

∙ Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals nach einer Fehlfunktion, z.B.

wenn es heruntergefallen ist oder auf eine andere Weise be-

schädigt wurde.

∙ Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Verantwortung bei falschen

oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, der durch die Nichtbeachtung

der Gebrauchsanleitung zustande kommt.

∙ Um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden dürfen Reparaturen am Ge-

rät, wie z.B. eine beschädigte Zuleitung austauschen, nur durch

einen Kundendienst ausgeführt werden. Es dürfen nur original

Ersatzteile verwendet werden.

∙ Gerät wird heiß, nur nach dem Abkühlen transportieren.

∙ Das Gerät nur für die in der Bedienungsanleitung beschrie-

benen Zwecke benutzen.

∙ Keine Materialien wie Papier, Pappe, Plastik etc. in das Gerät

geben.

∙ Dieses Gerät ist dazu bestimmt im Haushalt und ähnlichen An-

wendungen verwendet zu werden wie beispielsweise:

o in Küchen für Mitarbeiter in Läden, Büros und anderen

gewerblichen Bereichen

o in landwirtschaftlichen Anwesen und von Kunden in Ho-

tels, Motels und anderen Wohneinrichtungen

o in Frühstückspensionen.

∙ Vor dem ersten Gebrauch: Um den Neugeruch zu beseiti-

gen, das Gerät ca. 15 min. aufheizen lassen.

∙ Vorsicht! Gerät wird heiß. Verbrennungsgefahr!

Während des Betriebes kann die Temperatur der be-

rührbaren Oberflächen sehr heiß sein! Während dem

Betrieb können die Lüftungsschlitze äußerst heiß werden. Be-

sondere Aufmerksamkeit ist nötig wenn Kinder oder verletz-

liche Personen anwesend sind.

∙ Bei Verwendung eines Verlängerungskabels muss dieses einen

Querschnitt von 1,5mm² haben.

∙ Bei einer GS-geprüften 16 A Mehrfach-Steckerleiste darf die-

se wegen Brandgefahr nicht mit mehr wie 3680 Watt belastet

werden.

∙ Achten Sie drauf, dass Kinder nicht am Kabel ziehen oder eine

Stolperfalle entsteht.

∙ Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und vor dem Zu-

sammenbau, dem Auseinandernehmen oder Reinigen stets

vom Netz zu trennen.

∙ Den Heizlüfter keinesfalls in Räumen benutzen, die mit explo-

siven Gasen, Dämpfen aus Lösungsmitteln oder Lacken oder ge-

nerell mit entflammbaren Dämpfen oder Gasen gesättigt sind.

Reinigung

∙ Achtung! Vor jeder Reinigung Netzstecker ziehen

und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.

∙ Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen.

∙ Ihr Heizlüfter ist mit einem Filter ausgerüstet, um das Heizele-

ment vor Staub und Schmutz zu schützen.

∙ Der Filter ist abnehmbar und kann ganz einfach mit Wasser ge-

reinigt werden.

∙ Um den Filter abzunehmen, auf den Verschlusshaken drücken

und ihn wie auf der Abbildung 12 gezeigt, zu Ihnen ziehen.

∙ Für den korrekten Betrieb des Geräts empfehlen wir den Filter

alle 6 Monate zu reinigen und sich daran zu erinnern, IHN BEI

BEENDIGUNG DES VORGANGS WIEDER AM GERÄT ANZUBRIN-

GEN.

Before operating the heater, please read these instructions thoroughly to avoid damage and

hazardous situations. Any use of this heater other than that stipulated in this instruction manual

may cause fire, electric shock or injury, and voids all warranties.

Warranty does not apply to any defect, deterioration, loss, injury or damage caused by, or as a result

of, the misuse or abuse of this heater. The rights dictated by State law are not prejudiced. None of the

terms of this warranty are to be taken as excluding any conditions or warranties implied by State law,

which cannot be excluded or modified.

Before any operation remove the packaging and check product integrity. In case of defects or damages

do not try to repair it yourself but contact your dealer.

Do not let children play with the packaging and protect the environment by disposing of the packaging

in accordance with the national regulations for waste processing.

Please retain these instructions in a safe place for future reference.

1. Your product

 Other than the heater you have chosen the package includes (picture 1):

- N° 2 plastic brackets for wall mounting;

- N° 4 rawplugs 6x25mm;

- N° 4 3,5x55mm cross head screws to fix wall brackets;

- N° 1 drill pattern for wall mounting.

 Refer to your dealer is something is broken or missing.

2. For your safety

 This appliance is intended for normal household use and not for use in commercial/industrial

enviroment, in vehicles or on board ships or aircrafts.

 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless thy have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their

safety.

Children must be under watch to avoid that they could play with the product.

 Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

 Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided

that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate

and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

 CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular

attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

 Make sure that your supply rating corresponds to what specified on the rating plate: 230V~,

50Hz.

 The product has a double IP protection level against water: IPX1 when portable and IPX4 when

wall mounted (picture 2). Respect your country regulations about the use of the product in

different environments.

 Don't leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure in this case that the switch is in

OFF (0) position and the thermostat is in minimum position (¿).

 During function, place the heater in a safe position:

- at least 1m far from inflammable objects or furnitures;

- leaving not less than 1m of free space in front of the heater;

- not located immediately below a socket-outlet.

 Do not leave animals or children touch or play with the appliance. Pay attention! The air outlet

grille gets hot during operation (more than 90°C)

Arbeitsplatz

Wichtig:

Das Gerät niemals auf oder neben eine heiße Oberfläche stellen (z.B. Herdplatte),

sondern nur auf einer ebenen, stabilen und temperaturbeständigen Unterlage be-

treiben. Es ist immer darauf zu achten, dass sich keine entflammbaren Gegenstände

in der Nähe befinden.

Das Gerät nicht an die Tischkante stellen, damit es nicht von Kindern berührt werden

kann oder bei Berührung herunterfällt.

∙ Das Gerät darf nicht in der Nähe von Duschen, Badewannen, Waschbecken oder

Schwimmbecken benutzt werden.

∙ Die Einstellknöpfe dürfen niemals für Personen erreichbar sein, die sich in der Du-

sche oder Badewanne aufhalten und mit nassen Händen berührt werden.

Bedienung

∙ Der auf der Geräterückseite positionierte Standfuß muss wie auf Darstellung 8 ge-

zeigt herausgezogen werden. Den Standfuß ziehen, bis er in der herausgezogenen

Position blockiert wird.

∙ Mit dem Schalter können die verschiedenen Betriebs-

arten gewählt werden: Aus, kalte Luft, warme Luft

(1000W) und sehr heiße Luft (1800W).

∙ Der Heizlüfter ist außerdem mit einer Alarmleuchte

(Darstellung 10) ausgerüstet, die bei Überhitzung/Stö-

rungen des Heizlüfters leuchtet. Es handelt sich nicht

um eine Betriebskontrollleuchte, weshalb sie bei der

normalen Benutzung nicht leuchtet.

∙ Um Überhitzung/Störungen zu vermeiden niemals mit

irgendwelchen Gegenständen bedecken.

Thermostat:

∙ In einem Raum, in dem die Temperatur höher als 30 °C beträgt, ist es normal, dass

das Gerät nicht vom Thermostat, auch wenn dieser sich auf dem Höchststand befin-

det, eingestellt wird.

∙ Umgekehrt ist es in einem Raum, in dem die Temperatur zu niedrig ist (unter 5 °C)

normal, dass das Gerät vom Thermostat, auch wenn er auf den Mindeststand ein-

gestellt ist, ständig eingeschaltet bleibt.

∙ Für die bestmögliche Einstellung des Thermostats empfehlen wir folgende Proze-

dur:

o Stellen Sie den Thermostat auf den Höchststand und lassen Sie das Gerät

bis zum Erreichen einer Wohlfühltemperatur eingeschaltet.

o Drehen Sie den Thermostatknopf anschließend so lange entgegen den

Uhrzeigesinn, bis Sie ein “Klick” vernehmen und das Gerät sich abschaltet.

o Drehen Sie den Thermostatknopf danach wieder (ganz leicht) im Uhrzei-

gersinn.

o In dieser Stellung behält der Thermostat die von Ihnen zuvor gewählte

Raumtemperatur bei.

Fehlerbehebung

∙ Bei Überhitzung werden das Heizelement und der Motor automatisch vom Sicher-

heitssystem des Geräts unterbrochen. In diesem Fall:

o Heizlüfter abschalten und circa 15 Minuten abkühlen lassen.

o Eventuelle weitere Überhitzungsursachen beseitigen (z.B. nicht zu nahe an

eine Wand stellen, Hindernisse am Lufteintritt- oder Luftauslassgitter oder

ungewöhnliche Ansammlungen von Staub beseitigen, Gerät ist umgefallen

etc.).

o Heizlüfter wieder einschalten und den einwandfreien Betrieb desselben

überprüfen.

Wartung

∙ Dieses Gerät bedarf keiner besonderen Wartung.

∙ Wir empfehlen Ihnen das Gerät alle 6 Monate mit einem trockenen Tuch zu reini-

gen.

∙ Im Reparaturfall wenden Sie sich bitte ausschließlich an eine autorisierte Kunden-

dienststelle.

Korrekte Entsorgung dieses Produkts:

Safety information

∙ This heater is an additional source of heat for domestic use and

may only be used for this purpose. Keep the device away from

moisture.

∙ Connect and operate the appliance in accordance with the

specifications shown on the rating label.

∙ Do not use if the plug cord is damaged. Verify before every use.

∙ Do not plug with wet hands.

∙ Connect the power plug to a properly installed and easily acces-

sible socket only.

∙ To unplug the power plug, always pull the plug – not the cable.

∙ Plug off the appliance after each use or in case of failure.

∙ Do not pull at the cord. Don’t pull it over edges and don’t bend

it too much.

∙ Keep the cord away from hot parts.

∙ The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above

1,5mm². A cable drum must always be unwound.

∙ If a GS-tested 16 A multi-pin extension is used, it may not be

charged with more then 3680 watts due to fire hazard.

∙ Make sure that children do not tease the cable or that a trip

hazard occurs.

∙ The device must always be disconnected from the power supply

if it is not supervised and before assembling, disassembling or

cleaning.

∙ Do not use the heater in rooms with explosive gas or while us-

ing inflammable solvents or varnish or glues.

Cleaning

∙ Attention!

Pull the plug before cleaning.

∙ Never immerse the unit into water.

∙ This product is fitted with a filter to protect the heating ele-

ment from dust and dirt.

∙ The filter is removable to be cleaned easily with water.

∙ To remove the filter just unlock the tab by pressing on it and

pull towards you as shown in picture 12.

∙ To keep the heater in perfect condition, clean the filter once

every six months REMEMBERING TO PUT IT BACK AGAIN AF-

TERWARDS.

Workplace

Important:

Operation

∙ The switch is used to control heater’s functioning se-

lecting the off condition, cold air ventilation, warm air

(1000W) or hot air (1800W).

∙ The heater is also equipped with an alarm light

(picture 10) that switches on in case of overheating/

malfunctioning. It is not a power control light and,

consequently, it will not switch on during normal

functioning.

∙ Do not put anything on the heater to avoid any over-

heating/malfunctioning.

Thermostat

∙ In a room with a temperature exceeding 30°C, the thermostat does not turn on the

fan heater even if it is at maximum.

∙ Vice-versa, in a room with a very low temperature (below 5°C), it is normal that the

thermostat keeps the heater constantly on, even if it is at minimum.

∙ To optimise the use of the thermostat, proceed as follows:

o turn the thermostat knob to maximum and wait until a comfortable tem-

perature is reached.

o then turn the thermostat knob anti-clockwise until you hear a “click” and

the heater turns off.

o turn the thermostat knob clockwise just a little.

o in this position, the thermostat will maintain the selected ambient tem-

perature.

Troubleshooting

∙ In the event of overheating, the safety device on the appliance automatically dis-

abled the heating elements and motor. As a result, the heater stops working. In this

case:

o Turn off the fan heater and allow it to cool down for about 15 minutes.

o Eliminate any other possible reasons for overheating (e.g.: obstructions in

front of the air inlet/outlet grilles, build-ups of dirt).

o Turn on the fan heater again and check it works correctly.

Maintenance

∙ This product does not require any special maintenance.

∙ Clean the product with a dry cloth once every 6 months.

∙ If the product requires repairing, contact an authorised technical service centre.

∙ Si vous utilisez une rallonge, celle-ci doit avoir une section de

1,5 mm².

∙ Si vous utilisez une multiprise testée pas GS avec 16 A, il est

interdit de le charger avec plus de 3680 watts en raison d’un

danger incendie.

∙ Si vous utilisez une rallonge, faire attention que les enfants ne

le tirent pas où trébucher sur le câble.

∙ Tirez Ia fiche d‘alimentations toujours si l‘appareil est sans sur-

veillance, avant le montage, le démontage, ou le nettoyage.

∙ N’utilisez pas le thermoventilateur dans des pièces saturées de

gaz explosifs, de vapeurs générées par des solvants ou des ver-

nis ou de vapeurs/gaz inflammables.

Nettoyage

∙ Toujours débrancher l´appareil et le laisser complé-

tement refroidir avant de le nettoyer.

∙ Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau.

∙ Votre radiateur soufflant est doté d’un filtre pour protéger la

résistance contre la poussière et la saleté.

∙ Le filtre est amovible et peut être nettoyé tout simplement avec

de l’eau.

∙ Pour retirer le filtre, appuyer sur le crochet de fermeture et le

tirer vers vous comme montré sur la figure 12.

∙ Pour un fonctionnement correct de l’appareil, nous recom-

mandons de nettoyer le filtre tous les 6 mois et de ne pas ou-

blier de le REMETTRE EN PLACE SUR L’APPAREIL À LA FIN DE

 Do not leave animals or children touch or play with the appliance. Pay attention! The air outlet

grille gets hot during operation (more than 90°C)

∙ Avec l‘interrupteur, les différents modes de fonction-

nement peuvent être sélectionnés : Arrêt, air froid, air

chaud (1000W) et air très chaud (1800W).

∙ Le chauffage du ventilateur est également équipé d‘un

voyant d‘alarme (Figure 10) qui s‘allume lorsque le

chauffage est en surchauffe / dysfonctionnement. Ce

n‘est pas une lumière d‘opération, donc il ne s‘allume

pas pendant l‘utilisation normale.

∙ Pour éviter toute surchauffe / interférence, ne jamais

recouvrir avec d‘objets.

Thermostat :

∙ Dans un local où la température dépasse les 30°C il est normal que le thermostat,

même si placé à son maximum, n’active pas l’appareil.

∙ Par contre, dans un local où la température est très basse (au-dessous des 5°C), il

est normal que le thermostat maintienne l’appareil constamment allumé, même

lorsque celui-ci est réglé au minimum.

∙ Pour régler au mieux le thermostat, nous conseillons la procédure suivante :

o placer le thermostat au maximum et faire fonctionner l’appareil jusqu’à

atteindre une température de tout confort.

o tourner ensuite le bouton du thermostat dans le sens contraire aux

aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à entendre un “click” et l’appareil s’éteindra.

o ensuite, tourner encore légèrement (seulement un petit peu) le bouton du

thermostat dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

o lorsque dans cette position, le thermostat conservera la température

ambiante que vous avez choisie.

Dépannage

∙ Dans le cas d’échauffement anormal de l’appareil, le système de protection contre

la surchauffe interviendra. Si ça arrive :

o Laissez l’appareil refroidir pendant 15 minutes.

o Eliminez les causes de surchauffe : obstacle devant ou derrière l’appareil

qui empêchent le correcte débit d’air, accumulation de poussière, position

de l’appareil trop proche à des surfaces derrière la prise d’aire ou devant la

sortie.

o Remettez l’appareil en marche et vérifiez s’il fonctionne correctement.

Entretien

∙ Cet appareil n’a besoin d’aucun entretien particulier.

∙ Nous vous recommandons de nettoyer l’appareil tous les 6 mois, à l’aide d’un chif-

fon sec.

∙ Si l’appareil doit être réparé, adressez-vous à un service après-vente.

Evacuation correcte de ce produit:

Mettre les appareils usagés immédiatement au rebut.

Veiligheidsinformatie

∙ Deze warmeluchtventilator is een bijkomende verwarmings-

bron en dient uitsluitend voor dit doel gebruikt te worden.

∙ Sluit het apparaat aan en gebruik het in overeenstemming met

de specificaties op het etiket.

∙ Niet gebruiken wanneer het snoer of stekker is beschadigd.

Controleer dit voor elk gebruik.

∙ Sluit niet aan met natte handen.

∙ Sluit de stekker alleen aan op een correct geïnstalleerd en gem-

o nooit onmiddellijk onder een stopcontact.

∙ Gebruik het apparaat nooit na een storing, bijvoorbeeld als het

gevallen is of op een andere manier beschadigd is geraakt.

∙ De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor de schade die ontstaat

door gebruik van het apparaat op een andere manier dan be-

schreven, of een fout in het gebruikt.

∙ Om letsel te voorkomen mogen reparaties zoals het vervangen

∙ Voor het eerste gebruik: Verwarm het apparaat gedurende

15 minuten om de geur van nieuwheid te elimineren.

∙ Let op! Behuizing worden heet. Gevaar voor ver-

branding! Aanraakbare oppervlakken worden heet

tijdens gebruik! Tijdens de werking kan het luchtuitlaa-

trooster erg warm worden. Speciale aandacht is nodig als kin-

deren of personen met beperkte fysieke, gevoelsmatige of

mentale vermogens aanwezig zijn.

∙ Wanneer er een verlengkabel wordt gebruikt, moet deze een

doorsnede van 1,5 mm² hebben.

∙ Als een GS-geteste 16 A multi-pin extensie wordt gebruikt,

wordt deze met niet meer dan 3680 watt belast wegens brand-

gevaar.

∙ Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met de kabel kunnen spelen of

erover struikelen.

∙ Het apparaat moet altijd worden losgekoppeld van de stroom-

voorziening als het niet onder toezicht staat en voor montage,

demontage of reiniging.

∙ Gebruik de warmeluchtventilator niet in ruimtes die verzadigd

zijn met explosieve gassen, of met dampen die gegenereerd

worden door oplosmiddelen of verf, of hoe dan ook bij de aan-

wezigheid van ontvlambare dampen/gassen.

Reiniging

∙ Let op! Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat

u hem schoonmaakt en laat hem eerst afkoelen.

∙ Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water.

∙ Uw convectiewarmtestraler is met een filter uitgerust om het

verwarmingselement tegen stof en vuil te beschermen.

∙ De filter is afneembaar en kan zeer gemakkelijk met water ge-

reinigd worden.

∙ Om de filter af te nemen, op de sluithaken duwen en de filter

zoals in de afbeelding 12 getoond naar u toe trekken.

∙ Voor de correcte werking van het apparaat adviseren wij, de

filter telkens na 6 maanden te reinigen en niet te vergeten, DE

FILTER BIJ BEËINDIGING VAN DE PROCEDURE WEER AAN HET

APPARAAT AAN TE BRENGEN.

Plaatsing

Belangrijk:

∙ Met de schakelaar kunnen de verschillende modi geko-

zen worden: „Uit“, koude lucht, warme lucht (1000 W)

en zeer hete lucht (1800 W).

∙ De convectiewarmtestraler is bovendien uitgerust met

een alarmlampje (afbeelding 10), dat bij oververhit-

ting/storingen van de convectiewarmtestraler verlicht

is. Het gaat niet om een bedrijfscontrolelampje, dat bij

het normale gebruik niet brandt.

∙ Om oververhitting/storingen te vermijden het ap-

paraat noch met een of ander voorwerp bedekken.

Thermostaat:

∙ In een kamer, waar de temperatuur te hoog is (meer dan 30°C), is het normaal dat

de thermostaat het verwarmingstoestel niet zal inschakelen.

∙ In een kamer, waar de temperatuur te laag is (ongeveer 5°C of zelf minder) is het

ook normaal dat de thermostaat het apparaat in werking zal houden totdat de

temperatuur stijgt.

∙ Om de rechtse stand van de thermostaat te selecteren, stellen wij voor:

o de thermostaat (in de richting van de wijzers van de klok) in de maximum-

stand te draaien.

o het apparaat te laten functioneren totdat een comfortabele temperatuur

bereikt is.

o de knop tegen de richting van de wijzers van de klok in te draaien totdat u

een „klik“ hoort en het apparaat stopt.

o de knop (alleen maar een beetje) terug in de richting van de wijzers van de

klok te draaien: in deze stand zal de thermostaat de door u geselecteerde,

comfortabele temperatuur handhaven.

Veiligheid in geval van storingen

∙ In geval van oververhitting zal het veiligheidssysteem de verwarmingselementen

en de motor automatisch uitschakelen. Als dit gebeurt:

o schakelt u de warmeluchtventilator uit en laat u het verwarmingstoestel 15

tot minuten lang afkoelen.

o verhelpt u de oorzaak van de oververhitting (d.w.z. hindernissen vooraan

de luchtinlaat- of luchtuitlaatroosters, ongewone ophopingen van vuil

etc.).

o schakelt u de warmeluchtventilator in en gaat u na, of deze naar behoren

functioneert.

Onderhoud

∙ Dit verwarmingstoestel vereist geen specifiek onderhoud.

∙ Wij raden het aparaat minstens twee keer per jaar te reinigen om stof van de mo-

tor en van de verwarmingselementen te verwijderen.

∙ Indien het verwarmingstoestel gerepareerd dient te worden, verzoeken wij u, een

geautoriseerde klantenservice te contacteren.

Correcte afvalverwijdering van dit product

Versleten apparaten onmiddellijk onbruikbaar maken.

Binnen de Europese Unie duidt dit symbool erop dat dit product niet samen

met huishoudelijk afval verwijderd mag worden. Oude apparaten bevatten

waardevolle, recycleerbare materialen, die aan recycling onderworpen

moeten worden om het milieu c.q. de menselijke gezondheid niet door een

ongecontroleerde afvalverwijdering te schaden. Gelieve oude apparaten daarom via

geschikte inzamelsystemen te verwijderen of het apparaat met het oog op de

afvalverwijdering terug naar de afzender (waar u het product gekocht hebt) te

zenden. De afzender zal dan het apparaat aan een stoffelijke recycling onderwerpen.

Evacuatie van de verpakking

Verpakkingsmateriaal niet gewoon wegwerpen, maar aan recycling onderwerpen.

Verpakkingen van papier, karton en gegolfd karton in verzamelcentra voor oud pa-

pier afgeven. Onderdelen van kunststofverpakkingen en folie dienen eveneens in de

daarvoor bestemde verzamelbakken gedeponeerd te worden.

In de voorbeelden voor de kunststofbenaming staat: PE voor

polyethyleen, het kencijfer 02 voor PE-HD, 04 voor PE-LD, PP voor

polypropyleen, PS voor polystyreen.

Klantenserviceafdeling:

Indien uw apparaat tegen de verwachting in dan toch al eens de klantenserviceaf-

deling nodig heeft, gelieve u dan tot onderstaand adres te richten. Wij zullen dan

in geval van garantie voor de afhaling zorgen. Het apparaat moet transporteerbaar

verpakt zijn.

Ongefrankeerde pakjes kunnen niet aanvaard worden!

Garantie-Be dingungen

Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Gebrauch im Haushalt bestimmt. Schäden am Gerät, die bei bestim-

mungsgemäßem Gebrauch auf Werksfehler zurückzuführen sind und uns unverzüglich nach

Feststellung und innerhalb der Garantiezeit nach Lieferung an den Endabnehmer mitgeteilt

wurden, beheben wir nach Maßgabe der folgenden Bedingungen. Um Ihren Anspruch geltend

zu machen, ist der original Verkaufsbeleg mit Verkaufsdatum beizulegen.

Eine Garantiepflicht wird nicht ausgelöst durch geringfügige Abweichungen von der Soll-Be-

schaffenheit, die für Wert- und Gebrauchstauglichkeit des Gerätes unerheblich sind sowie für

Schäden aus nicht normalen Umweltbedingungen. Die Garantie erstreckt sich ausschließlich

auf Mängel, welche auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind. Die Behebung

von uns als garantiepflichtig anerkannter Mängel erfolgt dadurch, dass die mangelhaften Teile

durch einwandfreie Teile ersetzt werden.

Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:

∙ Normaler Verschleiß

∙ Gebrauchsschäden an der Beschichtung

∙ Glasbruch

∙ Unsachgemäße Anwendung, wie Überlastung oder nicht zugelassene Zubehörteile

∙ Beschädigung durch Fremdeinwirkung, Gewaltanwendung oder Fremdkörper

∙ Schaden durch Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung z. B. falsche Netzspannung

Geräte, für die unter Bezugnahme auf diese Garantie eine Mangelbeseitigung beansprucht

wird, sind an uns sachgemäß verpackt, gereinigt, mit Fehlerangabe und einschließlich Kauf-

beleg einzusenden. Ersetzte Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über. Der Garantieanspruch ist

nicht übertragbar und erlischt bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch oder Zweckentfremdung, wenn

Reparaturen oder Eingriffe von dritter Seite vorgenommen wurden; und zwar unabhängig

davon, ob die Beanstandung hierauf beruht. Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlän-

gerung der Garantiefrist noch setzen sie eine neue Garantiefrist in Lauf. Die Garantiefrist für

eingebaute Ersatzteile endet zum gleichen Zeitpunkt wie die Garantiefrist für das ganze Gerät.

Kann der Mangel nicht beseitigt werden oder wird die Nachbesserung von uns abgelehnt oder

unzumutbar verzögert, wird auf Wunsch des Endabnehmers innerhalb der gesetzlichen Garan-

tiezeit ab Kauf- bzw. Lieferdatum entweder kostenfreier Ersatz geliefert oder der Minderwert

vergütet oder das Gerät gegen Erstattung des Kaufpreises zurückgenommen.

Weitergehende Ansprüche, insbesondere solche auf Ersatz außerhalb des Gerätes entstande-

ner Schäden sind ausgeschlossen.
