• The rst use of this appliance may result in reddening of the skin. It is best to epil-
ate in the evening in order that the skin can recover overnight. Moisture creams
may also help.
• Thin hairs can grow into the skin. Body peeling removes the top layer of the skin
so that ne hairs can reach the surface.
• Do you have any doubts concerning whether you should use this appliance? In
the following cases you should consult your doctor: if you suffer from eczema,
cuts, inamed skin reactions such as folliculitis (purulent hair follicles) and
varicose veins; in the area of moles, if you have an impaired immune system of
the skin (as can occur with diabetes), during pregnancy, if you have Raynaud‘s
syndrome, if you are a haemophiliac or have an impaired immune system.

of the body. Different than in the epilator mode, the hairs are not removed at the

• Shave in the armpit area and in the bikini area: The skin in this area is sensi-
tive. Always tighten the skin with the other hand, to avoid injury.
• Pay attention to skin irregularities such as stem warts. These should not be
