Primary:
Each stretch should be repeated approx. seven times and the
exercise repeated on a regular basis until you feel ready to move
to the intermediate stage.
Intermediate:
Each stretch should be repeated approx. ten times, after 20
consecutive days you can move to the advanced stage.
