RECYCLING: gooi, om de afvalverwerking van elektrisch
en elektronisch afval zoveel mogelijk te beperken, dit
apparaat aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij ander
ongescheiden afval weg, maar lever het in bij een
recyclingcentrum.

Installatie
De mast PS 65 M kan binnen in de kleerkast
gemonteerd worden.
Belangrijk: Monteer de mast zodanig in de kast dat hij
zover mogelijk weg is van dakrand van de caravan
zodat de antenne niet uitsteekt tijdens het rijden.
Overtuig u or ook van dat het dak zowel als de wand
sterk genoeg zijn voor montage van de mast anders
een versteviging aanbrengen.
Zet het sjabloon op de
juiste plaats en boor het
centrale middengat.
Zaag dan een gat in het
plafond van 40 mm.
doorsne.
Zaag dan een 40 mm. gat
in het buitendak. Indien u
geen rond zaagje van 40
mm. heeft, dan handelen
volgens de tekeningen 4 -
5 - 6.
Indien u geen rond zaagje
van 40 mm. heeft, neem
dan de dakdoorvoer en
teken dan het gat af.
Boor dan een serie gaatjes
tot het juiste gat in het dak
is ontstaan.
Werkt de randen van het
gat van 40 mm. glad af,
met oen vijl.
Smeer dan de randen in
met een siliconen kit,
neem dan de mast
dakdoorvoer en druk die in
het gat.
Boor 3 mm. gaatjes jn de
dakdoorvoer en schroef
daar de 3,5 mm.
Zelftappende schroefjes
in om het geheel vast te
zetten

Draai dan de grote moer
met sluitring erop en
draai dit goed vast.
Monteer dan het afslui-
trubber.
Dit rubber moet goed
over de dakdooevoer
gedrukt worden.
Het verdient aanbeveling
om het afsluitrubber aan
de binnenzijde bij de
opening met vet in te
smeren.
Plaats de mast
voorzichtig door de
dakdoorvoer.
Schroef het boutje in het
daarvoor bestemde gat
aan de achterkant van de
blokker unit.
Monteer de boven-kant
van de blokkeer unit
losjes.
Bevestig de bevestigings
unit tegen de wand.
Let op!!! Klap de beugel van de schotelantenne eerst
helemaal open totdat hij niet verder kan, zoals te zien
is op de afbeelding.
Druk de indikator op zijn
plek
en voer de kabel door de
plastic handgreep.
Alvorens de plastic
handgreep in de buis te
bevestigen, moet u de
gaten A en C op een lijn
brengen met punt B.
De kabel moet voor de
indikator langslopen, punt
B.
De twee flexibele
uitenden van de Indikator
in de twee uitsparingen
drukken, doordrukken tot
ze eruit komen.

Met de speciale schroef de
plastic greep aan de mast
bevestigen, gedurende
deze montage de greep
niet draaien
Want dan zouden de
uiteinden van de indikator
uit de openingen kunnen
springen.
Bevestig de kabel dan met de speciale bevestigings unit
aan de antenne. ( Zie tekening. )
Laat de antenne zakken totdat hij in de juiste rijstand
komt te staan. Maak de stalen plaat onder het
afstandsstuk van de LNB met kit of tweezijdig plakband
aan het dak vast.
Controleer of de antenne in de juiste ruststand staat.
Breng het etiket aan op de mast zodat u de antenne
telkens voordat u gaat rijden snel in de juiste stand kunt
vastzetten.
LET OP
1) Het is absoluut noodzakelik om de antenne te installeren zoals aangegeven op
fig. 27, d.w.z. met de schotel naar de achterkant van het voertuig geklapt.
Voordat u met het voertuig gaat rijden moet de antenne eerst absomuut omlaag
gezet worden en in de juiste stand gezet worden zoals aangegeven op fig. 26 eri
27. Als deze voorwaarden NIET in acht genomen worden dan kan het product
beschadigd worden waarvoor de fabrikant niet aansprakelijk gesteld kan
worden.
2) Er wordt geadviseerd om de antenne niet bij harde wind (80 km/u) te gebruiken.
Als deze voorwaarde niet in acht genomen wordt dan kan het product
beschadigd worden waarvoor de fabrikant niet aansprakelijk gesteld kan
worden.
3) De fabrikant kan op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor
enige beschadiging van het product die voortvloeit uit verkeerd gebruik.

Aanwijzingen voor de aansluiting van de VOYAGER + MATIC
Nadat u de schotelantenne en de mast geïnstalleerd heeft moet u de elektrische aansluiting als volgt tot
stand brengen:
• Sluit de coaxkabel (met de betreffende F-connector), die van de greep van de mast afkomstig is, aan op de
ANT connector van het SDI systeem.
•Sluit vervolgens de REC connector van de SDI met behulp van een andere coaxkabel die voorzien is van
een F-connector aan op de LNB connector op de satellietontvanger (TSR 5012 of TSR 3412).
• Sluit het "EL 90" kabeltje, dat afkomstig is van de SDI, aan op het EL 90 display waarbij u erop moet
letten dat u de juiste insteekrichting van de connector aanhoudt.
Het SDI systeem kan ook op een onzichtbare plaats bevestigd worden, waarbij het EL 90 display aan de
wand in de buurt van de mast bevestigd moet worden zodat hij zichtbaar is tijdens het richten van de
schotelantenne.
Aanwijzingen voor de eerste instelling van de VOYAGER + MATIC
De instelling hoeft slechts één keer gedaan te worden op het moment dat u de VOYAGER + MATIC
installeert
Nadat u alle aansluitingen tot stand gebracht heeft moet u de schuinestandmeter op het voertuig waar hij op
geïnstalleerd is "AANPASSEN".
• Zet de satellietontvanger aan en kies een bekend programma (bijv. RAI 1).
• Bekijk op de bijgevoegde kaart (Pag. 9) de schuine stand waarin de schotelantenne gezet moet worden om
hem op de juiste manier op de gekozen satelliet te richten (bijv. voor RAI 1 geldt de satelliet EUTELSAT 13°
- HOT BIRD) op de plaats waar u hem installeert (bijv. voor RAI 1 in Bologna is dit 39°).
• Verstel de VOYAGER + MATIC in de hoogte en draai hem zodanig dat hij gericht wordt op de satelliet die
het gekozen programma uitzendt (RAI 1) en richt hem net zolang totdat u het beste beeld krijgt.
• Als u op het rode knopje op het EL 90 display drukt dan verschijnt er een getal dat de schuine stand van de
schotelantenne aangeeft. Als de mast tijdens de installatie niet volledig rechtop geplaatst is dan zal er op de
schuinestandmeter een leesfout teweeggebracht worden die gecorrigeerd moet worden (bijvoorbeeld in
Bologna is de schuine stand die we op de kaart lezen 39° terwijl het display 43° aan kan geven).
• Steek daarna een kleine schroevendraaier in het gat naast "SET" het rode knopje op het EL 90 display en
draai de schakelaar aan de binnenkant net zolang totdat op het display de juiste schuine stand (39°)
verschijnt.
• Nu is de VOYAGER + MATIC klaar voor de werking en zal het display altijd de "absolute" waarde van de
schuine stand van de schotelantenne geven zelfs als het voertuig niet vlak staat.
LET OP: De schuinestandmeter wordt gevoed door de satellietontvanger en functioneert dus ALLEEN
als de satellietontvanger aanstaat.

Gebruiksaanwijzing van de VOYAGER + MATIC
Voordat u overgaat tot het richten van de schotelantenne moet u controleren of:
• er in de richting van het ZUIDEN geen obstakels in de buurt zijn waardoor de ontvangst van de door de
satellieten uitgezonden signalen belemmerd kan worden (alle belangrijkste satellieten zijn in de richting
van het ZUIDEN gepositioneerd!)
• de plaats waar u zich bevindt binnen het ontvangstgebied van de gewenste satelliet valt (Foot-Print).
Als aan deze beide voorwaarden voldaan is dan moet u het volgende doen:
1) Zet de TV en de satellietontvanger aan en kies het gewenste programma.
2) Doe de schotelantenne omhoog en richt hem in de richting van het ZUIDEN.
3) Controleer op de bijgevoegde kaart de schuine stand waarin de schotelantenne gezet moet worden om
de gewenste satelliet op de plaats waar u zich bevindt te kunnen ontvangen.
4) Druk op de rode knop om het display van de schuinestandmeter aan te zetten en stel de op de kaart
gekozen schuine stand in door aan de schuinstelknop te draaien.
5) Kijk naar de TV en draai de schotelantenne (die reeds in de richting van het ZUIDEN gedraaid is)
langzaam 15°-20° naar rechts of naar links totdat er beelden op de televisie verschijnen en richt hem
vervolgens beter.
N.B.: Het display van de schuinestandmeter blijft circa 20 seconden lang op dezelfde waarde aanstaan,
daarna gaat het display uit om energie te besparen. Om het display weer aan te zetten hoeft u slechts op de
rode knop te drukken.
Alvorens u weer vertrekt, de antenne weer hele-maal plat draaien, zoals in tekening aangegeven.
N.B. De aangebrachte streepjes op de schaalverdeling zijn slechts indikaties en moeten slechts gebruikt
worden als hulpmiddel om de antenne te richten

Met deze technische richtlijn willen wij graag de aandacht van de installa-teurs voor enkele aspecten van de
installatie van het Magic Sat Plus systeem vragen. Tijdens de installatie moeten de volgende aanwijzingen in
acht worden genomen:
Bovendien adviseren wij u alvorens de werking te controleren, eerst te contro-
De van tevoren bepaalde montagepositie van de omzetter is langs de middellijn van de schotel (zie figuur A)
en in deze configuratie werkt het Voyager Matic systeem in de meeste Europese landen op de juiste manier.
Als u zich echter in gebieden bevindt die zich erg ver van de omlooppositie van de satelliet af bevinden, dan
kan het noodzakelijk zijn om de hoek van de omzetter af te stellen. Met name als u uitzendingen van de
satellieten Astra 19E, Astra 28E of HotBird 13E wilt ontvangen en u zich in Portugal of Marokko bevindt moet
de hoek van de omzetter afgesteld worden zoals aangegeven op figuur B2, terwijl als u zich in Turkije
bevindt de omzetter voor dezelfde satellieten op positie B1 geplaatst moet worden. Bijgaand treft u een
overzicht aan om u te helpen bij het instellen van de meest geschikte hoek.
