INSERTING / CHANGING THE BATTERY
Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts in the remote control (5) and on the
batteries are clean, and clean them if necessary.
1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control: Push the battery compart-
ment cover slightly and slide it downwards.
2. Remove used batteries if necessary and insert a new battery (1.5 V, AAA) into the battery com-
partment. Pay attention to the correct polarity.
3. Place on the battery compartment cover and slide it upwards. You must feel it engage. Replace
the batteries if the power of the remote control starts to wane.
SET-UP AND CONNECTION
LPlease Note!
• Only connect the device to a plug socket that is properly installed and matches the technical
data of the device. The plug socket must also be readily accessible after connection so that
the connection to the mains can quickly be isolated.
• Lay the connecting cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and does
not come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Place the device on a dry, at and solid surface. If the device is used on a carpet, make sure
that the ventilation openings on the bottom of the device remain clear. Protect sensitive oor
coverings on which the device is placed with a mat if necessary.
• Connect the cable of the mains adapter (3) rst to the connecting socket (7) of the device and
then connect it to an easily accessible plug socket. The control panel (6) lights up once. The
device is ready.
USE
LPlease Note!
• Never place your hands and feet between the frame and foot plates while the device is in
operation. There is a danger of crushing!
• Do not stand, kneel, stamp or jump on the foot plates to prevent injuries and damage to the
device.
• Do not use the device for longer than 20 minutes without a break.
Start with the slowest level and gradually increase the level of intensity.
The device can be controlled both with and without the remote control. To make it easier to opera-
te, we recommend using the remote control.
Switch on the device using the button (8 or 16) on the control panel (6) or the remote control (5).
1. Sit down on a chair, armchair or similar place in front of the device. Place your feet on the foot
plates (1).
2. To start the device, press the button (8 or 16). The device then starts.
3. If you wish, increase/reduce the level by pressing the button + (11 or 14) or the button – (10 or
15) several times.
4. Use the button to stop the device after the time you want.
5. Pull the mains adapter (3) out of the plug socket and the barrel connector out of the device.

MISE EN PLACE / REMPLACEMENT DES PILES
Avant de mettre les piles en place, véri er si les contacts dans la télécommande (5) et au niveau des
piles sont propres ; les nettoyer le cas échéant.
1. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles au dos de la télécommande : presser légèrement le couvercle du
compartiment à piles pour le faire coulisser vers le bas.
2. Le cas échéant, ôter les piles usagées et insérer des piles neuves (1,5 V, AAA) dans le comparti-
ment à piles. Respecter la polarité.
3. Positionner le couvercle du compartiment à piles pour le faire coulisser vers le haut. L’enclen-
chement doit produire un déclic clairement audible
