Premessa
• Il prodotto dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso per il quale è
stato espressamente concepito. Ogni altro uso è da conside-
rarsi quindi pericoloso. La CAME cancelli automatici s.p.a. non
è responsabile per eventuali danni causati da usi impropri, er-
ronei ed irragionevoli • Conservate queste avvertenze assieme
ai manuali di installazione e d’uso dei componenti l’impianto di
automazione.
Prima dell’installazione
(verifi ca dell’esistente: nel caso di valutazione
negativa, non procedete prima di aver ottemperato
agli obblighi di messa in sicurezza)
• Controllate che la parte da automatizzare sia in buono stato
meccanico, che sia bilanciata e in asse, e che si apra e si chiu-
da correttamente. Verifi cate inoltre che siano presenti adeguati
fermi meccanici di arresto • Se l’automazione deve essere in-
stallata a un’altezza inferiore ai 2,5 m dal pavimento o da altro
livello di accesso, verifi cate la necessità di eventuali protezioni
e/o avvertimenti • Qualora vi siano aperture pedonali ricavate
nelle ante da automatizzare, ci deve essere un sistema di
blocco della loro apertura durante il movimento • Assicuratevi
che l’apertura dell’anta automatizzata non causi situazioni di
intrappolamento con le parti fi sse circostanti • Non montate
l’automazione rovesciata o su elementi che potrebbero piegarsi.
Se necessario, aggiungete adeguati rinforzi ai punti di fi ssaggio
• Non installate su ante poste in salita o discesa (non in piano)
• Controllate che eventuali dispositivi di irrigazione non possa-
no bagnare il motoriduttore dal basso verso l’alto.
Installazione
• Segnalate e delimitate adeguatamente tutto il cantiere
per evitare incauti accessi all’area di lavoro ai non addetti,
specialmente minori e bambini • Fate attenzione nel maneg-
giare automazioni con peso superiore ai 20 kg (vedi manuale
d’installazione). Nel caso, premunitevi di strumenti per la movi-
mentazione in sicurezza • Tutti i comandi di apertura (pulsanti,
selettori a chiave, lettori magnetici etc.) devono essere installati
ad almeno 1,85 m dal perimetro dell’area di manovra del can-
cello, oppure dove non possano essere raggiunti dall’esterno
attraverso il cancello. Inoltre i comandi diretti (a pulsante, a
sfi oramento etc) devono essere installati a un’altezza minima
di 1,5 m e non devono essere accessibili al pubblico • Tutti i
comandi in modalità “azione mantenuta”, devono essere posti
in luoghi dai quali siano completamente visibili le ante in movi-
mento e le relative aree di transito o manovra • Applicate, ove
mancasse, una etichetta permanente che indichi la posizione
del dispositivo di sblocco • Prima della consegna all’utente, ve-
rifi cate la conformità dell’impianto alla norma EN 12453 (prove
d’impatto), assicuratevi che l’automazione sia stata regolata
adeguatamente e che i dispositivi di sicurezza e protezione
e lo sblocco manuale funzionino correttamente • Applicate
ove necessario e in posizione chiaramente visibile i Simboli di
Avvertimento (es. targa cancello).
Istruzioni e raccomandazioni
particolari per gli utenti
• Tenete libere da ingombri e pulite le aree di manovra del can-
cello. Mantenete sgombro dalla vegetazione il raggio d’azione
delle fotocellule • Non permettete ai bambini di giocare con
i dispositivi di comando fi ssi, oppure nell’area di manovra del
cancello. Tenete fuori dalla loro portata i dispositivi di coman-
do a distanza (trasmettitori) • Controllate frequentemente
l’impianto, allo scopo di verifi care eventuali anomalie e segni
di usura o danni alle strutture mobili, ai componenti dell’auto-
mazione, a tutti i punti e dispositivi di fi ssaggio, ai cavi e alle
connessioni accessibili. Mantenete lubrifi cati e puliti i punti di
snodo (cerniere) e di attrito (guide di scorrimento) • Eseguite
controlli funzionali a fotocellule e bordi sensibili ogni sei mesi.
Assicurate una costante pulizia dei vetrini delle fotocellule
(utilizzate un panno leggermente inumidito con acqua; non
utilizzate solventi o altri prodotti chimici) • Nel caso si rendano
necessarie riparazioni o modifi che alle regolazioni dell’impianto,
sbloccate l’automazione e non utilizzatela fi no al ripristino delle
condizioni di sicurezza • Togliete l’alimentazione elettrica prima
di sbloccare l’automazione per aperture manuali. Consultate le
istruzioni • È fatto DIVIETO all’utente di eseguire OPERAZIONI
NON ESPRESSAMENTE A LUI RICHIESTE E INDICATE nei
manuali. Per le riparazioni, le modifi che alle regolazioni e per
le manutenzioni straordinarie, RIVOLGETEVI ALL’ASSISTENZA
TECNICA • Annotate l’esecuzione delle verifi che sul registro
delle manutenzioni periodiche.
Istruzioni e raccomandazioni
particolari per tutti
• Evitate di operare in prossimità delle cerniere o degli organi
meccanici in movimento • Non entrate nel raggio di azione
dell’automazione mentre è in movimento • Non opponetevi
al moto dell’automazione poiché può causare situazioni di
pericolo • Fate sempre e comunque particolare attenzione
ai punti pericolosi che dovranno essere segnalati da appositi
pittogrammi e/o strisce giallo-nere • Durante l’utilizzo di un
selettore o di un comando in modalità “azione mantenuta”,
controllate continuamente che non ci siano persone nel raggio
d’azione delle parti in movimento, fi no al rilascio del comando
• Il cancello può muoversi in ogni momento senza preavviso •
Togliete sempre l’alimentazione elettrica durante le operazioni
di pulizia o di manutenzione.

Important instructions for the safety of people:
READ CAREFULLY!
Foreword
• Use of the products must be restricted to its intended use
(i.e. that for which it was expressly built for). Any other use is
to be considered dangerous. Came Cancelli Automatici S.p.A.
is not liable for any damage resulting from improper, wrongful
or unreasonable use • Keep these warnings with the installa-
tion and use manuals issued with the automated system.
Before installing
(preliminary check: in case of a negative
outcome, do not proceed before having
complied with the safety obligations)
• Make sure that the parts you intend to automate are in
good working order, and that they are properly balanced
and aligned. Also, make sure that proper mechanical stops
are already in place • If the operator will be installed at a
height of less than 2.5 m from the ground or other access
level, check whether you will need any protections and/or
warnings • Any gate leaves, fi tted with pedestrian entrances,
onto which you will install an operator, must have a blocking
mechanism when the gate is in motion • Make sure that the
opening of the automated gate is not an entrapment hazard
as regards any surrounding fi xed parts • Do not mount the
operator upside down or onto any elements that may fold
under its weight. If needed, add suitable reinforcements at
the points where it is secured • Do not install onto gates on
either an upward or downward slope (i.e. that are not on fl at,
level ground) • Check that any lawn watering devices will not
wet the gearmotor from the bottom up.
Installation
• Carefully section off the entire site to prevent unauthorised
access, especially by minors and children • Be careful when
handling operators that weigh more than 20 Kg (see installa-
tion manual). In such cases, employ proper weight handling
safety equipment • All opening commands (e.g. buttons, key
selectors, magnetic detectors, etc.) must be installed at least
1.85 m from the gate’s area of operation perimeter - or where
they cannot be reached from the outside of the gate. Also,
the direct commands (e.g. push button, or proximity devices,
etc.) must be installed at a height of at least 1.5 m and must
not be accessible to the public • All ‘maintained action’ com-
mands, must be placed where the moving gate leaves, transit
areas and driveways are completely visible • If missing, ap-
ply a permanent label that shows the position of the release
mechanism • Before delivering to the client, verify that the
system is EN 12453 (impact test) standard compliant. Make
sure that the operator has been properly adjusted and that the
safety and protection devices, as well as the manual release
are working properly • Where necessary and in plain sight,
apply the Warning Sings (e.g. gate plate).
Special instructions and
advice for users
• Keep the gate’s area of operation clean and clear of any
obstacles. Trim any vegetation that may interfere with the
photocells • Do not allow children to play with the fi xed com-
mand devices, or in the gate’s area of operation. Keep any
remote control devices (i.e. transmitters) away from the chil-
dren as well • Frequently check the system, to see whether
any anomalies or signs of wear and tear appear on the moving
parts, on the component parts, on the securing points, on the
cables and any accessible connections. Keep any joints (i.e.
hinges) lubricated and clean, and do the same where fric-
tion may occur (i.e. slide rails) • Perform functional tests on
photocells and sensitive edges, every six months. Keep glass
panels constantly clean (use a slightly water-moistened cloth;
do not use solvents or any other chemical products) • If the
system requires repairs or modifi cations, release the operator
and do not use it until safety conditions have been restored
• Cut off the power supply before releasing the operator for
manual openings. See instructions • Users are FORBIDDEN
to carry out ANY ACTIONS THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN
EXPRESSLY ASKED TO DO OR SO INDICATED in the manu-
als. Any repairs, modifi cations to the settings and extraor-
dinary maintenance MUST BE DONE BY THE TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE STAFF • On the periodic maintenance log, note
down the checks you have done.
Special instructions and
advice for all
• Avoid working near the hinges or moving mechanical parts
• Stay clear of the gate’s area of operation when in motion •
Do not resist the direction of movement of the gate; this may
present a safety hazard • At all times be extremely careful
about dangerous points that must be indicated by proper
pictograms and/or black and yellow stripes • When using
a selector or command in ‘maintained action’ mode, keep
checking that there are no people in the area of operation of
the moving parts. Do this until you release the command •
The gate may move at any time without warning • Always cut
the power when cleaning performing maintenance.

Condiciones preliminares
• Este producto deberá destinarse sólo para el uso para el
cual ha sido expresamente fabricado. Cualquier uso diferente,
se debe considerar impropio y por lo tanto peligroso. CAME
cancelli automatici s.p.a. no se hace responsable por eventuales
daños causados debido a una utilización inadecuada, errónea o
desmedida • Conservar estas advertencias junto a los manuales
de instalación y utilización de los componentes de la instalación
de automatización.
Antes de la instalación
(verifi cación preliminar de la instalación: en caso de
resultado negativo, no proceder sin haber cumplido
previamente las condiciones de puesta en seguridad)
• Controlar que la parte a automatizar esté en buen estado
mecánico, balanceada y alineada y que se abra y cierre co-
rrectamente. Verifi car además que existan adecuados bloqueos
mecánicos de parada • Si la automatización debe instalarse a
una altura inferior de 2,5 m desde el pavimento o desde otro
nivel de acceso, verifi car si se necesitan eventuales protecciones
y/o advertencias • En caso que existan aperturas peatonales en
las hojas a automatizar, debe existir un sistema de bloqueo de
la apertura durante el movimiento • Cerciorarse que la apertura
de la hoja automatizada no provoque situaciones de entrampado
con las partes fi jas circunstantes • No montar la automatización
al revés o en elementos que pudieran plegarse. Si es necesario,
agregar adecuados refuerzos en los puntos de fi jación • No ins-
talar en hojas colocadas en subidas o en bajada (que no estén
sobre un plano) • Controlar que los eventuales dispositivos de
riego no mojen el motorreductor de abajo hacia arriba.
Instalación
• Señalar y delimitar adecuadamente toda la obra para evitar
accesos imprudentes por parte de personas no pertinentes a
los trabajos, especialmente niños • Prestar mucha atención a
la manipulación de automatizaciones con un peso superior de
20 kg (véase manual de instalación). En dicho caso, utilizar ins-
trumentos idóneos para su movimiento en condiciones seguras
• Todos los mandos de apertura (botones, selectores de llave,
lectores magnéticos, etc.) deben instalarse a una distancia de
1,85 m como mínimo desde el perímetro del área de maniobra
de la cancela, o bien donde no puedan alcanzarse desde afuera
de la cancela. Además los mandos directos (de botón, de mem-
brana, etc.) deben instalarse a una altura mínima de 1,5 m y
no deben ser accesibles al público • Todos los mandos en la
modalidad “acción mantenida”, deben ponerse en sitios desde
los cuales sean completamente visibles las hojas en movimiento
y las relativas áreas de tránsito o maniobra • Aplicar donde falte,
una etiqueta permanente que indique la posición del dispositivo
de desbloqueo • Antes de la entrega al usuario, verifi car la con-
formidad de la instalación a la norma EN 12453 (pruebas de
impacto), cerciorarse que la automatización haya sido regulada
adecuadamente y que los dispositivos de seguridad y protección
y el desbloqueo manual funcionen correctamente • Aplicar don-
de sea necesario y en forma visible los Símbolos de Advertencias
(ej. placa cancela).
Instrucciones y recomendaciones particulares
para los usuarios
• Mantener limpia y sin obstrucciones las zonas de maniobra de
la cancela. Mantener limpio de vegetación el radio de acción de
las fotocélulas • No permitir a los niños jugar con los dispositivos
de mando fi jos o en las zonas de maniobra de la cancela. Tener
fuera del alcance de los mismos los dispositivos de mando a
distancia (emisores) • Controlar frecuentemente la instalación
para verifi car eventuales anomalías y desgastes o daños a las
estructuras móviles, a los componentes de la automatización,
a todos los puntos y dispositivos de fi jación, a los cables y a las
conexiones accesibles. Mantener lubricados y limpios los puntos
de articulación (goznes) y de rozamiento (guías de deslizamiento)
• Efectuar controles funcionales a fotocélulas y bordes sensibles
cada seis meses. Cerciorarse que los cristales de las fotocélulas
estén limpios (utilizar un paño ligeramente húmedo; no utilizar
solventes u otros productos químicos) • Si fuese necesario
efectuar reparaciones o modifi caciones a las regulaciones de la
instalación, desbloquear la automatización y no utilizarla hasta
que no se restablezcan las condiciones de seguridad • Quitar la
alimentación eléctrica antes de desbloquear la automatización
para aperturas manuales. Consultar las instrucciones • SE
PROHIBE al usuario efectuar OPERACIONES NO REQUERIDAS
EXPRESAMENTE AL MISMO E INDICADAS en los manuales.
Por reparaciones, modifi caciones a las regulaciones o para
operaciones de mantenimiento extraordinario, DIRIGIRSE A LA
ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA • Anotar la ejecución de las verifi cacio-
nes en el registro de mantenimiento periódico.
Instrucciones y recomendaciones particulares
para todos en general
• Evitar operar cerca de goznes u órganos mecánicos en mo-
vimiento • No entrar en el radio de acción de la automatización
mientras está en movimiento • No oponerse al movimiento de
la automatización porqué se podrían crear situaciones de pe-
ligro • Prestar mucha atención a los puntos peligrosos. Estos
deberán estar señalados por los relativos pictogramas y/o
bandas amarillos-.negras • Durante la utilización de un selector
o de un mando en la modalidad “acción mantenida”, controlar
continuamente que no haya personas en el radio de acción de
la partes en movimiento hasta que no se suelte el mando • ¡La
cancela puede moverse en cualquier momento! • Quitar siempre
la alimentación eléctrica durante las operaciones de limpieza o
de mantenimiento.

- Abbassare completamente l’anta, ripor-
tare tra l’asse inferiore del braccio porta e
l’anta la misura di 110 mm.
Posizionare la base-guida con la freccia
rivolta verso l’alto e facendo corrisponde-
re il foro “A” con l’asse dei 110 mm. Fis-
sarla con viti o rivetti e tagliare l’eventuale
eccedenza della stessa.
- Lower the door completely, until the distance
between the lower axis of the door arm and
the door measures110 mm. Position the base-
guide with the arrow pointing upwards. Hole
‘A” should be aligned with the 110 mm axis.
Secure with bolts or rivets and saw off any
excess length.
- Baje completamente la hoja, hasta que la
distancia entre el eje inferior del brazo de
la puerta y la hoja sea de 110 mm.Coloque
la base-guía con la flecha hacia arriba y
haciendo coincidir el agujero “A” con el
eje de los 110 mm. Fije con tornillos o re-
maches y corte la posible parte exceden-
te.

- Inserire il motore nella base-guida in cor-
rispondenza dei 4 fori e fissarlo con i due
dadi e viti in dotazione.
Successivamente, fissare i rinvii ai mon-
tanti verticali dell’anta ed in asse con il
motore.
- Insert the motor into the base-guide in align-
ment with the 4 pre-drilled holes. Secure the
motor using the two nuts and bolts supplied
with the unit. Then attach the transmission
systems to the uprights of the doors in align-
ment with the motor.

do coincidir los 4 agujeros, y fíjelo con las

- Alzare completamente l’anta, rilevare la
misura “B” (fig. 4) e da questa accorciare
sia il braccio sia il tubo di 30 mm.
Fissare il tubo e le staffe angolari median-
te la vite, la rondella e il dado in dotazione.
Applicare il tubo esternamente e possibil-
mente più vicino al braccio porta e fissar-
lo mediante vite o robusta saldatura (fig.
5).

(per porte di altezza compresa tra 2400 e
2700 mm).
- Per l’applicazione rilevare ugualmente la
misura “B” e da questa accorciare il tubo
di 30 mm.

- Raise the door to the fully-open position and
measure the length of “B” (see fig. 4). Both the
arm and the tube should be trimmed to 30 mm
less than the length of “B” Use the nut, washer
and bolt supplied with the unit to secure the
tube and the angle brackets. Fit the tube ex-
ternally, as close as possible to the door arm,
and fasten with screw or by welding (see fig.
5).Application of the E 787A long tube (for
doors with heights of 2400 to 2700 mm).
- For installation of the long tube, too, the tube
should be trimmed to 30 mm less than the
length of “B”.

- Levante completamente la hoja, mida la
medida ‘B” (fig. 4) y desde ese punto acor-
te 30 mm tanto el brazo como el tubo. Fije
el tubo y los estribos angulares por medio
del tornillo, la arandela y la tuerca sumi-
nistrados. Coloque el tubo en la parte ex-
terna y lo más cerca posible del brazo puer-
ta, y fíjelo con un tornillo con una solda-
dura robusta (fig. 5).Instalación del tubo
sobredimensionado E 787A (para puertas
de altura comprendida entre 2400 y 2700
mm).
- Para la instalación mida igualmente la
medida “B’ y desde ese punto acorte 30
mm el tubo.

- Inserire gli alberi quadri al motore lascian-

(fig. 6). Lubrificare le boccole e inserirle
nei rinvii. Tagliare il tubo di trasmissione
10 mm più corto delle distanze L1 ed L2
(distanza tra il profilo della boccola e il
profilo dell’albero motore). Lubrificare e
inserire il braccio nel tubo e collegare que-
st’ultimo alla boccola e al rinvio come da
fig. 7.
- Fit the square transmission shafts to the
motor so that they protrude by 35 mm. Anchor
the transmission shafts by tightening the
screws on the motor drive shaft (see fig. 6).
Lubricate the bushings and insert them into
the transmission system. Cut the tube so that
it is 10 mm shorter than the distances L 1 and
L2 (i.e. the distance between the face of the
bushing and the edge of the motor drive shaft).
Lubricate the arm and insert into the tube.
Connect the tube to the bushing and the trans-
mission system as shown in fig. 7.
- Introduzca los árboles cuadrados en el
motor dejando que sobresalgan 35 mm y
bloquéelos con los tornillos de fijación
colocados en el árbol motor (fig.6).
Lubrique los casquillos y móntelos en las
transmisiones. Acorte el tubo de transmi-
sión 10 mm menos que las distancias L1 y
L2 (distancia entre el perfil del casquillo y
el perfil del eje motor).
Lubrique e introduzca el brazo en el tubo
y una éste último al casquillo y a la trans-
misión, tal corno indica la fig. 7.

- Estrarre la rondella e la vite posta sull'al-
berino e inserire la manopola di sblocco
ruotandola in modo da sbloccare il moto-
re come da fig. 8 (questo per facilitare il
collegamento albero quadro/tubo di tra-
smissione/braccio).
- Inserire al tubo di trasmissione i due mor-
setti di giunzione. Collegare lo stesso pri-
ma all'albero quadro del motore e poi al
braccio.
- Posizionare i morsetti all'estremità del
tubo e bloccare quest'ultimi con le piastre
e i grani di fissaggio (fig. 9) ed estrarre la
manopola di sblocco.
- Remove the screw and washer from the shaft
and fit the release knob. Rotate the release
knob in order to release the motor as shown in
fig. 8(this facilitates connection of the square
shaft/transmission tube/ arm).
- Fit the two couplings to the transmission tube.
Connect the transmission tube to the square
motor drive shaft and then to the arm.
- Fit the couplings and the plates to the end of
the tube and tighten the anchor screws to se-
cure them in position (fig. 9).
- Extraiga la arandela y el tornillo coloca-
do en el eje e introduzca la manecilla de
desbloqueo girándola de manera que el
motor quede desbloqueado, tal como
muestra la fig.8 (para facilitar la conexión
árbol cuadrado tubo de transmisión-bra-
zo).
- Introduzca en el tubo de transmisión los
dos sujetadores de conexión. Conecte el
tubo primero al árbol cuadrado del motor
y después al brazo.
- Coloque los sujetadores en el extremo
del tubo y bloquéelos con las placas y los
tornillos de fijación (fig.9), y extraiga la
manecilla de desbloqueo.

- Coloque la hoja a alrededor de 30 mm
del cierre.
- Gire la leva hasta hacer entrar el
microinterruptor (fig.11) y enrosque el
tornillo situado en la leva
- Portare l'anta a circa 300 mm dalla
chiususa.
- Ruotare la camma esterna fino a far
inserire il microinterruttore (fig.11) e
avvitare la vite posta nella camma.
- Lower the door to approximately 300
mm from the fully-closed position.
- Turn the external cam until the
microswitch is activated(fig.11) and
screw the screw in the cam.
- Portare l’anta a circa 30 mm
dall’apertura desiderata.
- Ruotare la camma fino a far inserire il
microinterruttore (fig.10), e avvitare la
vite posta nella camma.
- Move the door to approximately 30 mm
from the opening desired.
- Turn the cam until the microswitch is
activated (fig.10) and screw the screw in
the cam.
- Coloque la hoja a alrededor de 30 mm
de la apertura deseada.
- Gire la leva hasta hacer entrar el
microinterruptor (fig.10), y enrosque el
tornillo situado en la leva.

ASSEMBLY COMPLETION
ULTIMACIÓN DEL MONTAJE
Dopo aver ultimato le operazioni di mon-
taggio, dei collegamenti elettrici e delle re-
golazioni, seguire le seguenti fasi:
- inserire prima la lampada e poi il coper-
chio fissandolo mediante le due viti in do-
tazione;
- inserire la manopola di sblocco in que-
st’ultimo e fissarla con la medesima vite e
rondella.
After assembling the unit, connecting up the
wiring and performing adjustments, proceed
as follows:
- insert the bulb and then fit the cover using
the two screws supplied with the unit.
- fit the release knob and secure the knob
using the screw and washer.
Una vez terminadas las fases de montaje,
conexiones eléctricas y regulaciones, efec-
túe las siguientes operaciones:
- introduzca primero la lámpara y después
la tapa, fijándola con los dos tornillos en-
tregados;
- introduzca en el mismo la manecilla de
desbloqueo y fíjela con el mismo tomillo y
arandela.

- Far oscillare l’anta: se non resta in equi-
librio in ogni posizione, intervenire sui
contrappesi come segue:
motore applicato centralmente: il peso del
motore va diviso e ripartito nei due con-
trappesi in modo equo;
motore applicato lateralmente: il peso del
motore viene ripartito in circa 1/3 sul con-
trappeso del lato motore e 2/3 su quello
opposto;
due motori applicati lateralmente: incre-
mentare un contrappeso del peso di un
motore e così anche per il secondo;
per le porte basculanti a molle, invece,
spostare il punto di attacco di queste nel
foro più adatto.
- Con l’applicazione dei bracci snodati E783
verificare che, in apertura e in chiusura del-
l’anta, l’angolo X formato dai bracci non
superi i 130° (fig. A -B). In questo caso
spostare il braccio superiore nel foro più
adatto della staffa di aggancio.
- Move the door up and down. If the door does
not remain in each position, adjust the coun-
terweights as follows:
Central motor: the weight of the motor should
be equally distributed between the counter-
weights.
One lateral motor: the weight of the motor
should be distributed as follows: 1/3 on the
counterweight on the motor side, 2/3 on the
opposite counterweight.
Two lateral motors: increase both counter-
weights by the weight of one motor.
For spring-balanced doors, move the anchor
point to the most suitable hole.
- For applications with articulated arms (E
783), check that when opening and closing
the door the angle X formed by the arms does
not exceed 130° (see fig. A - B). If necessary,
move the upper arm to the most suitable hole
on the bracket.
- Haga oscilar la hoja: si no queda en equi-
librio en todas las posiciones, regule los
contrapesos de la siguiente manera:
motor montado en el centro: el peso del
motor se divide y reparte en los dos con-
trapesos en partes iguales;
motor montado en el costado: el peso del
motor se reparte en alrededor de 1/3 sobre
el contrapeso del lado motor y 2/3 sobre
aquel opuesto;
dos motores montados en los costados:
aumente un contrapeso en una cantidad
igual al peso de un motor y también haga
lo mismo para el otro.En cambio, para las
puertas basculantes de muelles, desplace
el punto de fijación de éstas situándolo
en el orificio más adecuado.
- Al montar los brazos articulados (E 783)
controle que, en apertura y cierre de la hoja,
el ángulo X formado por los brazos no
supere 130° (fig. A – B). Si así fuera, des-
place el brazo superior en el orificio más
adecuado del estribo de enganche.

- Fit the motor and the transmission system
as shown on page 7 and fit the straight tele-
scopic arms E785A.
- Connect up the wiring and perform the nec-
essary adjustments.
Note: for lateral installation with two motors, fit
the two base-guides and proceed as de-
scribed above.
- Instale la base guía E001 como muestra
la fig. 1, respetando medidas de la tab. 1.
- Instale el motor y las transmisiones como
se describe en la pág. 7, y los brazos tele-
scópicos rectos E785A.
- Haga las conexiones eléctricas y las re-
gulaciones.
Nota: para la instalación lateral de dos mo-
tores, monte las dos bases-guía y proce-
da como indicado más arriba.

heavy-duty service, it is advisable to check
the cable connected to the motor and to
grease the bushings, the arms and the bear-
ing guides at regular intervals.

Introduction
• Le produit devra être uniquement destiné à l’usage pour
lequel il a été spécifi quement conçu. Tout autre usage sera
donc considéré comme dangereux. La société CAME Cancelli
Automatici S.p.A. ne peut être considérée comme responsable
des éventuels dommages provoqués par des usages impropres,
erronés et déraisonnables • Conservez ces avertissements
avec les manuels d’instruction et d’utilisation des composants
de l’installation d’automatisme.
Avant l’installation
(vérifi cation de l’installation existante : en cas
d’évaluation négative, ne continuez pas avant d’avoir
respecté les obligations de mise en sécurité)
• Contrôlez que la partie à automatiser est en bon état mécani-
que, qu’elle est équilibrée et dans l’axe et qu’elle s’ouvre et se
ferme correctement. Vérifi ez également que les butées mécani-
ques d’arrêt nécessaires sont présentes • Si l’automatisme doit
être installé à une hauteur inférieure à 2,5 m du sol ou d’un autre
niveau d’accès, vérifi ez le besoin d’éventuelles protections et / ou
éventuels avertissements • Au cas où des ouvertures pour les
piétons seraient réalisées dans les portes, il faut que soit installé
un système de blocage de leur ouverture pendant le mouvement
• Vérifi ez que l’ouverture de la porte automatisée n’entraîne pas
de situations de blocage avec les pièces fi xes environnantes •
Ne montez pas l’automatisme retourné ou sur des éléments qui
pourraient plier. Si nécessaire, ajoutez les renforts nécessaires
sur les points de fi xation • N’installez pas le système sur des
portes en montée ou en descente (qui ne seraient pas planes) •
Contrôlez que les éventuels dispositifs d’irrigation ne risquent pas
de mouiller le motoréducteur du bas vers le haut.
Installation
• Signalez et délimitez soigneusement tout le chantier afi n d’évi-
ter des accès imprudents dans la zone de travail de la part de
personnes étrangères au chantier et spécialement de mineurs et
d’enfants • Faites attention en manœuvrant les automatismes
pesant plus de 20 kg (voir manuel d’installation). Si nécessaire,
équipez-vous des moyens nécessaires au déplacement en sécu-
rité • Toutes les commandes d’ouverture (boutons poussoirs, sé-
lecteurs à clé, lecteurs magnétiques, etc.) doivent être installés à
au moins 1,85 m du périmètre de la zone de manœuvre du portail,
ou bien là où elles ne peuvent être attrapées depuis l’extérieur à
travers le portail. En outre, les commandes directes (à touche, à
effl eurement, etc.) doivent être installées à une hauteur minimale
de 1,5 m et ne doivent pas être accessibles au public • Toutes les
commandes en modalité « action maintenue » doivent être instal-
lées dans des endroits d’où les portes en mouvement et les zones
de transit ou de manœuvre correspondantes sont entièrement vi-
sibles • Mettez, s’il n’y en avait pas, une étiquette permanente qui
indique la position du dispositif de déblocage • Avant la remise à
l’utilisateur, vérifi ez la conformité de l’installation avec la norme
EN 12453 (essai d’impact), assurez-vous que l’automatisme a
correctement été réglé et que les dispositifs de sécurité et de
protection et le déblocage manuel fonctionnent correctement •
Mettez, là où c’est nécessaire et dans une position bien visible,
les Symboles d’Avertissement (Ex. plaque du portail).

• Conservez la zone de manœuvre du portail propre et sans
rien qui risque de l’encombrer. Retirez la végétation se trouvant
dans le rayon d’action des photocellules • Ne laissez pas les
enfants jouer avec les dispositifs de commande fi xes ou dans
la zone de manœuvre du portail. Conservez hors de leur portée
les dispositifs de commande à distance (émetteurs) • Contrôlez
fréquemment l’installation afi n de vérifi er les éventuelles anoma-
lies et les signes d’usure ou d’endommagements des parties
mobiles de l’automatisme, et de tous les points et dispositifs de
fi xation, des câbles et des branchements accessibles. Maintenez
correctement graissés et propres les points d’articulation (char-
nières) et de frottement (guides de coulissement) • Effectuez des
contrôles fonctionnels des photocellules et des bords sensibles
tous les six mois. Gardez constamment propres les lames des
photocellules (utilisez un chiffon légèrement humidifi é avec de
l’eau ; n’utilisez pas de solvants ou autres produits chimiques)
• Au cas où il serait nécessaire d’effectuer des réparations ou
des modifi cations sur les réglages de l’installation, débloquez
l’automatisme et ne l’utilisez plus jusqu’à ce que les conditions
de sécurité aient été rétablies • Coupez l’alimentation électrique
avant de débloquer l’automatisme pour permettre les ouver-
tures manuelles. Consultez les instructions • Il est INTERDIT
à l’utilisateur de réaliser DES OPERATIONS QUI NE LUI SONT
PAS EXPRESSEMENT DEMANDEES ET INDIQUEES dans les
manuels. Pour les réparations, les modifi cations des réglages et
pour les opérations d’entretien extraordinaires, ADRESSEZ-VOUS
A L’ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE • Notez la réalisation des vérifi ca-
tions dans le registre des entretiens réguliers.

• Evitez de travailler à proximité des charnières ou des organes
mécaniques en mouvement • Ne pénétrez pas dans le rayon
d’action de l’automatisme pendant que celui-ci est en mouve-
ment • Ne vous opposez pas au mouvement de l’automatisme car
cela pourrait entraîner des situations de danger • Faites toujours
particulièrement attention aux points dangereux signalés par les
pictogrammes appropriés et/ou les bandes jaunes et noires •
Pendant l’utilisation d’un sélecteur ou d’une commande en moda-
lité « action maintenue », contrôlez continuellement que personne
ne se trouve dans le rayon d’action des parties en mouvement,
jusqu’au relâchement de la commande • Le portail peut bouger
à n’importe quel moment sans avertissement • Coupez toujours
l’alimentation électrique pendant les opérations de nettoyage ou
d’entretien.

Voorwoord
• Dit product mag alleen worden gebruikt voor de doeleinden
waarvoor het door de fabrikant expliciet is bestemd. Elk ander
gebruik wordt dus als gevaarlijk beschouwd. CAME cancelli au-
tomatici s.p.a. kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor even-
tuele schade die wordt veroorzaakt door oneigenlijk, verkeerd en
onverstandig gebruik • Bewaar deze voorschriften samen met
de installatie- en gebruikshandleidingen van de componenten
van uw automatisering.
Voordat u installeert
(de bestaande situatie controleren: als het resultaat
negatief is, zorgt u eerst dat is voldaan aan de veilighei
dsverplichtingen voordat u begint)
• Controleer of het hekgedeelte waarvoor u de automatisering
installeert mechanisch in een goede staat is, dat het recht staat
en in evenwicht is en dat het goed opent en sluit. Controleer
ook of er goed werkende mechanische eindaanslagen zijn • Als
de automatisering lager dan 2,5 m vanaf de vloer of een ander
toegangsniveau moet worden geïnstalleerd, controleert u of
eventuele beveiligingen en/of waarschuwingen nodig zijn • Als
er voetgangersdoorgangen zijn in de vleugel die u automatiseert,
moet deze doorgang uitgerust zijn met een systeem om het open
gedeelte te blokkeren tijdens de bewegingen • Controleer of de
geopende geautomatiseerde vleugel geen situaties veroorzaakt
waarin mensen vast kunnen raken tussen de vleugel en andere
vaste delen in de buurt ervan • Monteer de automatisering niet
op zijn kop of op elementen die door kunnen zakken. Versterk
indien nodig de bevestigingspunten extra • Installeer de automa-
tisering niet op vleugels die op een helling of daling staan (niet op
een rechte bodem dus) • Controleer of eventuele sproeisystemen
de aandrijving niet van onder naar boven nat kunnen maken.
Installatie
• Signaleer en baken de hele werkruimte voldoende af om toe-
gang door onbevoegden te voorkomen, in het bijzonder kinderen
en jongeren • Pas op voor het gewicht van de automatisering
die meer dan 20 kg weegt (zie de installatiehandleiding). Zorg in
dit geval voor geschikte middelen om de automatisering op een
veilige manier te verplaatsen • Alle bedieningen om de vleugel
te openen (knoppen, schakelaars met sleutels, magnetische
lezers enz.) moeten op een afstand van minstens 1,85 m van
de bewegingsruimte van de vleugel worden geplaatst, of op een
plaats waar ze niet kunnen worden bereikt van buitenaf via de
openingen in de vleugel. De directe bedieningen (knoppen, sen-
soren enz.) moeten op een minimum hoogte van 1,5 m worden

bedieningen waarvoor een continue handeling nodig is, moeten
op plaatsen worden gemonteerd waarop de bewegende vleugel,
de doorgang en manoeuvreerruimte goed zichtbaar zijn • Als dit
er al niet op zit, plakt u een etiket op de plaats waar de deblok-
kering zit • Voordat u de automatisering overhandigt aan de
klant, controleert u of de hele installatie voldoet aan de EN-norm
12453 (installatieproeven); controleert u dat de automatisering
goed is afgesteld en dat alle beveiligingen en manuele deblok-
keringen goed werken • Plak daar waar nodig en op een goed
zichtbare plaats de symbolen die waarschuwen voor gevaar (bijv.
Waarschuwing voor bewegend hek).
Belangrijke instructies en
waarschuwingen voor de gebruiker
• Houd de bewegingsruimte van het hek schoon en vrij. Houd
gras en onkruid in de buurt van de fotocellen kort • Laat kinderen
niet spelen met vaste bedieningen of in de bewegingsruimte van
het hek. Houd ook afstandbedieningen (zenders) uit hun bereik
• Controleer regelmatig de installatie om eventuele problemen,
slijtage of schade aan bewegende delen, aan componenten van
de automatisering en aan alle bevestigingspunten en –mecha-
nismen, kabels en toegankelijke aansluitingen op te sporen.
Houd scharnierpunten en wrijvingsoppervlakken (geleiders)
schoon en gesmeerd • Controleer om de zes maanden of de
fotocellen en veiligheidsranden werken. De glaasjes op de foto-
cellen moeten altijd schoon zijn (gebruik hiervoor een lichtjes met
water bevochtigde doek zonder verdunners of andere chemische
producten) • Als reparaties of andere afstellingen nodig zijn,
deblokkeert u de automatisering en gebruikt u deze niet totdat
alle veiligheidscondities weer zijn vervuld • Zet de stroom uit
voordat u de automatisering deblokkeert voor manuele openin-
gen. Lees de instructies • Voor de gebruiker is het VERBODEN
HANDELINGEN UIT TE VOEREN DIE NIET EXPLICIET VOOR
HEM ZIJN VOORGESCHREVEN EN VERMELD in de handlei-
dingen. NEEM CONTACT OP MET DE TECHNISCHE SERVICE
voor reparaties, wijzigingen aan de afstellingen en bijzondere
onderhoudswerkzaamheden • Noteer uw inspecties in het on-
derhoudsregister.
Belangrijke instructies en

nicht für durch ungeeignete, unsachgemäße und fehlerhaf-
te Verwendung verursachte Schäden • Bewahren Sie diese
Sicherheitshinweise zusammen mit der Montage- und Ge-
brauchsanweisung der Anlage auf.
Vor der Montage
(Überprüfung der vorhandenen Anlage, bei negativer
Bewertung vor der Montage zunächst dafür sorgen,
dass die Anlage sicher ist)
• Überprüfen, dass die zu automatisierenden Teile in guter
mechanischer Verfassung sind, dass sie ausbalanciert und
auf einer Achse sind und dass sie sich problemlos öffnen und
schließen. Zudem kontrollieren, dass geeignete mechanische
Toranschläge vorhanden sind • Sollte der Antrieb in weniger als
2,5 m Höhe vom Boden oder von einer anderen Zugangsebene
montiert werden, überprüfen, ob etwaige Schutzanlagen bzw.
Warnschilder anzubringen sind • Sollten die zu automatisieren-
den Torfl ügel über Fußgängertore verfügen, muss ein System,
das deren Öffnen während der Torbewegung verhindert, vor-
handen sein • Überprüfen, dass die Torfl ügelbewegung keine
Quetschgefahr mit den umliegenden Mauerwerken bewirkt •
Den Antrieb nicht verkehrt herum oder auf Teile montieren, die
sich biegen könnten. Wenn nötig die Befestigungspunkte in
geeigneter Weise verstärken • Nicht auf bergauf bzw. bergab
liegenden Torfl ügeln (nicht eben liegenden) montieren • Über-
prüfen, dass etwaige Bewässerungsanlagen den Getriebemotor
nicht von unten befeuchten können.
Montage
• Die Baustelle in geeigneter Weise begrenzen und sichern, da-
mit sich Unbefugte, vor allem Minderjährige, nicht der Baustel-
le nähern können • Bei Antrieben, die mehr als 20 kg wiegen
(siehe Montageanleitung) ist besondere Vorsicht gegeben. In
diesem Fall, benötigt man geeignete Geräte, um den Antrieb
sicher bewegen zu können • Sämtliche Auf-Befehlsgeräte
(Taster, Schlüsseltaster, Magnetkartenleser usw.) müssen
mindestens 1,85 m vom Torbereich bzw. so installiert werden,
dass man sie nicht von außen erreichen kann. Zudem müssen
sämtliche Befehsgeräte (Taster, Annäherungsschalter usw.) in
mindestens 1,5 m Höhe und so installiert werden, dass sie nicht
von Unbefugten betätigt werden können • Sämtliche Befehls-
geräte in “Totmannbedienung” müssen so installiert werden,
dass die sich bewegenden Torfl ügel und der Zufahrtsbereich
gut überblickbar sind • Wenn nicht vorhanden, einen die Ent-
riegelungsanheit anzeigenden Aufkleber anbringen • Vor Über-
gabe an den Verwender überprüfen, dass die Anlage der Norm
EN 12453 (Tornorm) entspricht und sicher stellen, dass die Au-
tomation in geeigneter Weise eingestellt wurde sowie, dass die
Sicherheits- und Schutzeinrichtungen bzw. die manuelle Entrie-
gelungseinheit in korrekter Weise funktionieren • Wenn nötig
Warnhinweise (z. B. Torwarnschild) gut sichtbar anbringen.
Anweisungen und Empfehlungen
für den Verwender
• Dafür sorgen, dass der Torbereich sauber und Hindernisfrei
ist. Den Funktionsbereich der Lichtschranken von Pfl anzen-
wuchs frei halten • Kindern das Spielen mit den festen Befehls-
geräten bzw. im Torbereich untersagen. Funkbefehlsgeräte
(Handsender) nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren •
Die Anlage regelmäßig überprüfen, um etwaige Fehlfunktionen,
Verschleißerscheinungen bzw. Schäden an den beweglichen
Teilen, an den Antriebskomponenten sowie an allen Befesti-
gungspunkten, Kabeln und zugänglichen Kabelverbindungen
festzustellen. Sämtliche Gelenke (Scharniere) und Reibungs-
stellen (Laufschienen) schmieren und sauber halten • Alle
sechs Monate die Funktionstüchtigkeit von Lichtschranken und
Sicherheitsleisten überprüfen. Die Lichtschranken regelmäßig
säubern (verwenden Sie dafür ein mit Wasser befeuchtetes
Tuch und vermeiden Sie Lösungsmittel sowie andere Chemi-
kalienl) • Sollten Reparaturen oder Einstellungsänderungen
erforderlich sein, den Antrieb entriegeln und bis zur erneuten
Sicherung nicht verwenden • Vor der Entriegelung der Anlage
zur manuellen Toröffnung die Stromversorgung unterbrechen.
Anleitungen befolgen. NICHT AUSDRÜCKLICH IN den Anwei-
sungen AUFGEFÜHRTE TÄTIGKEITEN sind dem Verwender
UNTERSAGT. Für Reparaturen, Einstellungsänderungen und
außerplanmäßige Wartungsmaßnahmen WENDEN SIE SICH
BITTE AN DEN WARTUNGSDIENST • Das Ergebnis der Über-
prüfung der Anlage im Wartungsbuch aufführen.
Anweisungen und Empfehlungen
für alle
• Tätigkeiten in Nähe der Scharniere bzw. der sich bewegenden
mechanischen Teile vermeiden • Den Funktionsbereich des sich
bewegenden Tores vermeiden • Nicht gegen die Antriebskraft
einwirken, da dadurch Gefahrsituationen entstehen können • In
den Gefahrzonen, die durch entsprechende Warnhinweise bzw.
schwarz-gelbe Färbung zu kennzeichnen sind, besonders vor-
sichtig sein • Während der Betätigung eines Tasters bzw. eines
Befehlsgerätes im „Totmannbetrieb” ständig kontrollieren, dass
sich bis zum Schluss keine Personen im Bereich der sich bewe-
genden Torfl ügel befi nden • Das Tor kann sich jederzeit ohne
Vorwarnung in Bewegung setzen. • Während der Säuberung
und Wartung immer die Stromversorgung unterbrechen.

Controleer of de poort manueel vlot opent en
sluit. Er mag dus niets klemmen in de gelei-
dingsrail (1) of aan de katrol of kabel van de
tegengewichten (2)
De constructie van de poort moet stevig ge-
noeg zijn. Bij scharnierende poorten dient u
vooral op de scharnieren (3) zelf te letten.
De bekabeling van de motor en toebehoren
moet conform zijn aan de geldende normen.
Alle klemmende of wrijvende voorwerpen die
een goede werking van de poort tegenwerken,
moeten verwijderd worden.

- Abaisser complètement le vantail jusqu’à ce
que la distance entre l‘axe inférieur du bras
de la porte et le vantail soit de 110 mm. Placer
la base de guidage avec la flèche tournée vers
le haut en faisant coïncider le trou “A” avec
l’axe de 110 mm. La fixer à l’aide de vis ou de
rivets et couper éventuellement la partie en
trop.

- Placer le moteur dans la base de guidage
en correspondance des 4 trous et le fixer
avec les deux écrous et les vis fournis de
série.
Fixer ensuite les renvois aux montants ver-
ticaux du vantail de façon à ce qu’ils soient
alignés avec le moteur.

- Den Motor so in die Führungsschienen-
Basis einfügen, daß die 4 Bohrungen über-
einstimmen, und dann mit den beiden ent-
sprechenden Muttern und Schrauben be-
festigen. Dann die Vorgelege achsenhori-
zontal mit dem Motor an den vertikalen
Torpfosten montieren.

INSTALLATIE VAN DE BEVESTIGINGSP-
LAAT E001
- Sluit de poort. Bepaal nu het middelpunt van de
garagepoort. Hierbij neemt u de afstand tussen de
wieltjes bovenaan en onderaan. Deze afstand deelt
u door twee. Dit is het middelpunt.
Plaats nu de bevestigingsplaat, met de pijl naar
boven en het kleine gaatje op het middelpunt van
de poort.
Bevestig de plaat op een stevige manier met
schroeven. Indien de plaat te lang is, dan zaagt u
de plaat op lengte. In sommige gevallen moet de
poort "uitgedikt" worden met een multiplexplaat
om de motoras en de geleiders van de armen op
gelijke hoogte te plaatsen zodat de as volledig
evenwijdig draait met het poortvlak.
MONTAGE VAN DE MOTOR EN
OVERBRENGINGSARM
- Plaats de motor op de bevestigingsplaat. De
lamp aan de bovenkant. Maak de motor via de
voorziene bevestigingen vast door middel van
de bijgeleverde moeren en bouten en maak
het geheel stevig vast.
Bevestig zowel links als rechts het transmis-
siesysteem (Zie kit E781A) op dezelfde hoog-
te als de aslijn van de motor en dit op +/- 2 mm
van de zijkant van de poort.

- Soulever complètement le vantail, rele-
ver la cote “B” (fig. 4) et en tenir compte
pour raccourcir aussi bien le bras que le
tube de 30 mm. Fixer le tube et les brides
angulaires avec la vis, la rondelle et l’écrou
fournis de série. Monter le tube à l’exté-
rieur, si possible le plus près du bras de la
porte, et le fixer avec une vis ou en le sou-
dant solidement (fig. 5).Montage du tube

- Pour le montage, relever également la
cote “B” et en tenir compte pour raccour-
cir le tube de 30 mm.

- Das Tor ganz hoch kippen, das Maß “B”
(Abb. 4) abmessen und sowohl den Arm
als auch das Rohr um 30 mm kürzen. Das
Rohr und die Winkeleisen mit der mitge-
lieferten Schraube, der Unterlegscheibe
und der Mutter befestigen. Das Rohr außen
und so nahe am Torarm wie möglich an-
bringen und mit der Mutterschraube be-
festigen oder fest anschweißen (Abb.

- Für die Montage ebenfalls das Maß “B”
abmessen und das Rohr um 30 mm kür-

Plaats de poort in open stand en meet de
afstand "B" (Fig. 4). Het schuivend gedeelte
van de arm moet 30mm korter zijn dan B. Maak
de armen vast door middel van de bijgeleverde
bout, rondel en moer.
De bevestigingsplaatjes moeten in de hoek
van de horizontale en vertikale draagrail vast-
gemaakt worden indien ze nog niet voorzien
zijn op de poort (Fig. 5)
OPGELET: Wij raden aan om deze plaatjes
stevig te bevestigen aangezien er veel kracht
op uitgeoefend wordt.
Het gebruik van de verlengarm E787A
Deze verlengarm wordt gebruikt bij poorten
met hoogte tussen 2400mm en 2700mm. Meet
afstand "B" en zorg ervoor dat het schuivend
gedeelte 30mm korter is dan de afstand "B".

- Placer les arbres carrés sur le moteur en
les laissant dépasser de 35 mm. Les blo-
quer avec les boulons sans tête qui se trou-
vent sur l’arbre moteur (fig. 6).
Lubrifier les douilles et les introduire dans
les renvois. Raccourcir le tube de trans-
mission afin qu’il soit plus court de 10 mm
que les cotes L1 et L2 (distance entre le
profil de la douille et le profil de I’arbre
moteur).
Lubrifier et introduire le bras dans le tube,
en reliant ce dernier à la douille et au ren-
voi comme indiqué sur la fig. 7.
- Die Vierkantwellen so in den Motor ein-
setzen, daß sie 35 mm herausragen, und
dann mit den an der Motorwelle befindli-
chen Befestigungsstiften festklemmen
(Abb. 6). Buchsen schmieren und in die

Arm schmieren und in das Rohr einset-
zen, dann den Arm gemäß Abb. 7 mit der
Buchse und dem Vorgelege verbinden.

MONTAGE VAN DE E781A
- Bevestig de vierkante metalen blokjes in de
motor en laat ze er ongeveer 35mm uitsteken.
Maak de blokjes vast met de inbusschroeven
die zich op de as van de motor bevinden
(fig. 6). Plug zowel links en rechts de zwarte
nylon dop in het transmissiesysteem. Zaag de
overbrengingsbuis af op gewenste lengte en
zorg ervoor dat ze 10mm korter is dan de
afstand tussen L1 en L2 (afstand tussen mo-
tor en transmissiesysteem).
Steek zowel links als rechts de telescopische
arm in de arm van de E785A en dan door de
zwarte dop (fig. 7)

- Enlever la rondelle et la vis qui se trou-
vent sur l’arbre. Placer la poignée de dé-
blocage en la tournant de façon à déblo-
quer le moteur comme indiqué sur la fig. 8
(afin de faciliter l’accouplement arbre car-
ré/tube de transmission/bras).
-Installer les deux éléments de jonction sur
le tube de transmission. Raccorder ce der-
nier d’abord à l’arbre carré du moteur et
ensuite au bras.
- Placer les éléments de jonction à l’extré-
mité du tube et les bloquer avec les pla-
ques et les boulons sans tête (fig. 9).
Extraire la poignée de déblocage.
- Die Unterlegscheibe und die an der Welle
befindliche Schraube entfernen. Den Ent-
riegelungsgriff einsetzen und dazu den
Motor wie auf Abb. 8 durch Drehen entrie-
geln (erleichtert den Anschluß von Vier-
kantwelle/Transmissionsrohr/Arm).
- Die beiden Verbindungsklemmen am An-
triebsrohr einsetzen und dieseszuerst mit
der Vierkantwelle des Motors und dann mit
dem Arm verbinden.
- Die Klemmen am Rohrende anbringen
und mithilfe der Platten und Befestigungs-
stifte befestigen (Abb. 9).
Dann den Entriegelungsgriff herausneh-
men.

MONTAGE VAN DE OVERBRENGING-

Maak 2 gaten aan de uiteinden van de buis zodat
men links en rechts achteraf de buis kan aan-
spannen op het blokje in de motor en telesco-
pische arm.
Deblokkeer de motor (rondel en vijs op motor-
blok verwijderen en deblokkeringsknop beves-
tigen) door de knop in wijzerzin te draaien. Dat
zal het bevestigen van de overbrengingsbuis
eenvoudiger maken. Schuif de vierkante stuk-
jes en verbindngsklemover de overbrenging-
sarmen. Breng deze tot aan de voorgeboorde
gaten en maak ze vast met de bijgeleverde
schroeven. (Fig. 8) Daarna terug de deblokke-
ringsknop verwijderen.

qui concerne les opérations suivantes:
- monter les deux bases de guidage en les
superposant aux montants verticaux du
vantail, comme le montre la figure cides-
sus.
- ne placer le tube de transmission E782A
que pour la version E1024, afin d’obtenir
un mouvement synchronisé des deux
moteurs et un équilibrage correct du van-
tail.

lation beschriebenen überein, mit dem
Unterschied, daß:
- die beiden Führungsschienen-Basen wie

- Mettre la porte à environ 300 mm de la
fermeture.
- Tourner la came externe jusqu’à ce que
le microcontact s’enclenche (fig.11) et
visser la vis qui se trouve dans la came.
- Den Torflügel bis auf ca. 300 mm von
der Schließung bringen.
- Den Außennocken drehen bis der
Mikroschlter (Abb. 11) einrastet, und die
im Nocken befindliche Schraube
befestigen.
- Mettre la porte à environ 30 mm de
l’ouverture voulue.
- Tourner la came jusqu’à ce que le
microcontact s’enclenche (fig.10) et
visser la vis qui se trouve dans la came.
- Den Torflügel bis auf ca. 30 mm von der
gewünschten Öffnung entfernt bringen.
- Den Nocken drehen bis der
Mikroschalter einrastet (Abb. 10), und
die im Nocken befindliche Schraube
befestigen.
- Breng het hek op ongeveer 30 mm van de
gewenste openingsstand.
-Draai aan de kam totdat de icroschakelaar
(fig.10) wordt ingeschakeld en draai de
schroef op de kam vast.
- Breng het hek op ongeveer 300 mm van de
sluitstand.
- Draai aan de externe kam totdat de
microschakelaar (fig.11) wordt
ingeschakeld en draai de schroef op de kam
vast.

N.B.: il faut arrêter le moteur pour effec-
tuer cette opération.
Bitte beachten: Der Entriegelungsvorgang
muß bei ausgeschaltetem Motor ausge-
führt werden.
Procéder comme suit après avoir terminé
les opérations de montage, les branche-
ments électriques et les réglages:
- placer d’abord la lampe puis le couvercle
en le fixant à I’aide des deux vis fournies
de série.
- introduire la poignée de déblocage dans
le couvercle et la fixer avec la même vis et
la même rondelle.
Nachdem die Montage beendet und die
Stromanschlüsse und Einstellungen
durchgeführt worden sind, bitte wie folgt
vorgehen:
- Zuerst die Birne einschrauben und dann
die Plastikschirm aufsetzen und mit den
beiden beiliegenden Schrauben befesti-
gen.
- den Entriegelungsgriff in die Welle ein-
setzen und mit derselben Schraube und
Unterlegscheibe wieder befestigen.

Nadat alles gemonteerd is, de aansluitingen en
afregelingen gebeurd zijn gaat u als volgt te
werk:
- Plaats de lamp en bevestig daarna de afdek-
kap met behulp van de bijgeleverde schroe-
ven.
- Plaats de ontgrendelingsknop op het deksel
en bevestig met ingesloten schroef en rondel.

- Faire osciller le vantail: intervenir sur les
contrepoids comme suit s’il ne reste pas
en équilibre:
Moteur monté au centre: le poids du mo-
teur doit être réparti de façon appropriée
sur les deux contrepoids.
Moteur monté sur le côté: le poids du
moteur doit être réparti de la façon sui-
vante: à peu prés 1/3 sur le contrepoids
du côté moteur et 2/3 sur l’autre contre-
poids.
Deux moteurs montés sur le côté: ajouter
le poids d’un moteur à un contrepoids,
même chose pour le second.
Pour les portes basculantes à ressorts, il
faut au contraire déplacer le point de fixa-
tion de ces derniers dans le trou le plus
approprié.
- En montant les bras articulés E 783, véri-
fier si l’angle X formé par les bras ne dé-
passe pas 130° (fig. A - B) durant la phase
d’ouverture et de fermeture du vantail.
Dans ce cas, déplacer le bras supérieur
dans le trou le plus approprié de la bride
de fixation.
- Das Tor schwingen lassen: wenn es nicht
in jeder Position im Gleichgewicht bleibt,
die Gegengewicht wie folgt verstellen:
bei zentral installiertem Motor: das Ge-
wicht des Motors halbieren und gleichmä-
ßig auf die beiden Gegengewichte vertei-
len;
bei seitlich montiertem Motor: das Ge-
wicht des Motors ungefähr zu 1/3 auf das
an der Motorseite befindliche Gegenge-
wicht und zu 2/3 auf das der Motorseite
gegenüberliegende Gegengewicht vertei-
len;
bei zwei seitlich montierten Motoren:
beide Gegengewichte jeweils um das Ge-
wicht eines Motors schwerer machen;
bei Schwingtoren mit Federn: den Veran-
kerungspunkt der Federn in die geeigne-
tere Bohrung verlagern.
- Bei der Montage der Gelenkarme(E 783)
darauf achten, daß in der Öffnungs- und
Schließphase des Tors der von denArmen
gebildete Winkel X nicht größer als 130° ist
(Abb. A - B). Sollte dies der Fall sein, den
oberen Arm in die geeignetere Bohrung
des Verankerungsbügels versetzen.
TEST
- Deblokeer de motor en beweeg de poort
manueel. indien de poort goed uitgebalanceerd
is, dan blijft ze in om het even welke positie
staan.
Motor in het midden geplaatst: het gewicht moet
over de beide tegengewichten verdeeld wor-
den.
Motor op de zijkant geplaatst: Het gewicht moet
als volgt verdeeld worden: 1/3 aan de kant van
de motor, 2/3 bij het andere tegengewicht.
Twee motor aan de zijkant geplaatst: Het ge-
wicht moet over beide tegengewichten ver-
deeld worden.
Voor kantelpoorten met veren: Men moet de
veren aan een hoger of lager geplaast beves-
tigingspunt ophangen.
Wanneer u de knikarmen E783 gebruikt, con-
troleer dan of de hoek gevormd door deze
armen niet meer is dan 130° (Fig. A-B) tijdens
de openings- en sluitingsfase. Wanneer dit het
geval is, dan dient u de arm in een andere
bevestigingspunt te plaatsen.

Le groupe ne nécessite d’aucun entretien
particulier.
Il est néanmoins conseillé de contrôler le
câble relié au moteur et de graisser les
douilles, les bras et les glissières des cous-
sinets en cas d’usage intensif.

Dit systeem is onderhoudsvrij.
Bij intensief gebruik kan het wel gebeuren dat
de aansluitingskabel na verloop van tijd versle-
ten raakt. Het kan ook nooit kwaad om de
glijarmen en draaipunten te smeren.
