-Innestare la scheda di radiofrequenza sulla scheda elettronica D DOPO AVER TOLTO LA TENSIONE (o scollegato le batterie).
N.B.: La scheda elettronica riconosce la scheda di radiofrequenza solo quando viene alimentata.
Attivazione del comando radio

CH1 = Canale per comandi diretti a una funzione della scheda del moto-
riduttore (comando “solo apre” / “apre-chiude-inversione” oppure
“apre-stop-chiude-stop”, a seconda della selezione effettuata sui
dip-switch 2 e 3).
CH2 = Canale per comando diretto a un dispositivo accessorio collegato
su B1-B2.
-Tenere premuto il tasto “CH1” sulla scheda elettronica. Il led lampeggia.
-Premere il tasto del trasmettitore da memorizzare. Il led rimarrà acceso a segnalare l’avvenuta memorizzazione.
-Ripetere la procedura del punto 1 e 2 per il tasto “CH2” associandolo con un altro tasto del trasmettitore.

Serratura elettrica
Dopo averla connessa come da illustrazione, operare come segue:
a) - Selezionare il dip 6 in ON (e il 3 in OFF) E;
b) - premere CH1: il led rosso PROG inizia a lampeggiare B C;
c) - quando il led rimane acceso (dopo circa 5 s) l’operazione è
terminata;
d) - riportare i dip in OFF (o allo stato precedente, determinato
dalla selezione delle funzioni, vedi pag. 6).
N.B.: per tornare alla selezione di default (lampada spia su 10-5),
seguire la stessa procedura premendo CH2.
ZL90 consente di collegare, in alternativa alla lampada spia su 10-5, un’elettroserratura a 12V (15W max) e, se necessario, attivare
anche la funzione “colpo d’ariete”.
Per attivare il “colpo d’ariete”(1):
a) - Selezionare i dip 3 e 6 in ON;

Serratura elettrica
Dopo averla connessa come da illustrazione, operare come segue:
a) - Selezionare il dip 6 in ON (e il 3 in OFF) E;
b) - premere CH1: il led rosso PROG inizia a lampeggiare B C;
c) - quando il led rimane acceso (dopo circa 5 s) l’operazione è
terminata;
d) - riportare i dip in OFF (o allo stato precedente, determinato
dalla selezione delle funzioni, vedi pag. 6).
N.B.: per tornare alla selezione di default (lampada spia su 10-5),

ZL90 consente di collegare, in alternativa alla lampada spia su 10-5, un’elettroserratura a 12V (15W max) e, se necessario, attivare

Regolazioni G
Trimmer ACT Regola il tempo di attesa in posizione di apertura. Trascorso questo tempo, viene effettuata
automaticamente una manovra di chiusura. Il tempo di attesa può essere regolato da 1 secondo
a 150 secondi.
Trimmer DELAY 2M Regola il tempo di attesa del secondo motore a ogni manovra di chiusura. Il tempo di attesa è da
1 secondo a 16 secondi.
Trimmer -- SENS -- RUN Regola la sensibilità amperometrica che controlla la forza sviluppata dal motore durante il
movimento; se la forza supera il livello di regolazione, il sistema interviene invertendo il senso
di marcia.
Trimmer -- SENS -- SLOWING Regola la sensibilità amperometrica che controlla la forza sviluppata dal motore durante i ral-
lentamenti; se la forza supera il livello di regolazione, il sistema interviene invertendo il senso
di marcia.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- RUN Regola la velocità di marcia dell’anta in apertura e chiusura.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- SLOWING Regola la velocità di rallentamento dell’anta a fi necorsa in apertura e in chiusura.
Selezione funzioni F
1 OFF - Abilita la funzione di attesa ostacolo o stop parziale; collegare il dispositivo di sicurezza sui morsetti [2-CY]. Se non è utilizzato
dispositivo, posizionare il dip in ON;
1 OFF - 2 ON - Attesa ostacolo - Arresto del cancello in presenza di ostacolo rilevato dal dispositivo di sicurezza; a ostacolo rimosso,
il cancello riprende automaticamente il movimento nello stesso senso. Collegare dispositivo di sicurezza sul morsetto
[2-CY];
1 OFF - 2 OFF - Stop parziale - Arresto del cancello in presenza di ostacolo rilevato dal dispositivo di sicurezza; a ostacolo rimosso,
il cancello rimane fermo o esegue la chiusura se è attivata la funzione di chiusura automatica. Collegare dispositivo di
sicurezza sul morsetto [2-CY];

Regolazioni G

Selezione funzioni E
1 ON - Chiusura automatica - Il temporizzatore della chiusura automatica si attiva a finecorsa in apertura. Il tempo prefissato è regolabile,
ed è comunque condizionato dall’eventuale intervento dei dispositivi di sicurezza e non si attiva dopo uno «stop» totale di sicurezza
o in mancanza di energia elettrica.
2 ON - Funzione di "apre-stop-chiude-stop" con pulsante [2-7] e trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
2 OFF - Funzione di "apre-chiude-inversione" con pulsante [2-7] e trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
3 ON - Funzione di "solo apre" con trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
4 ON - Prelampeggio in apertura e in chiusura - Dopo un comando di apertura o di chiusura, il lampeggiatore collegato su [10-E],
lampeggia per 5 secondi prima di iniziare la manovra.
5 ON - Rilevazione di presenza ostacolo - A motore fermo (cancello chiuso, aperto o dopo un comando di stop totale), impedisce qualsiasi
movimento se i dispositivi di sicurezza (es. fotocellule) rilevano un ostacolo.
6 ON - Azione mantenuta - Il cancello funziona tenendo premuto il pulsante (un pulsante [2-3] per l’apertura, e un pulsante [2-4] per la
chiusura).
7 ON - Abilitazione al comando di motoriduttori A1824.
7 OFF - Abilitazione al comando di motoriduttori FROG J.
8 ON - Funzionamento del test di sicurezza delle fotocellule - Consente alla scheda di verificare l’efficienza dei dispositivi di sicurezza
(fotocellule) dopo ogni comando di apertura o di chiusura.
9 OFF - Stop totale - Questa funzione arresta il cancello con conseguente esclusione dell’eventuale ciclo di chiusura automatica; per
riprendere il movimento bisogna agire sulla pulsantiera o sul trasmettitore. Inserire dispositivo di sicurezza su [1-2]; se non
utilizzato, selezionare il dip in ON.
10 OFF - Riapertura in fase di chiusura - Se le fotocellule rilevano un ostacolo durante la chiusura del cancello, si attiva l’inversione di
marcia fi no a completa apertura; collegare il dispositivo di sicurezza sui morsetti [2-CX].
NB - i dip 3 e 6 sono usati, in modo indipendente, anche per l’attivazione della elettroserratura e del colpo d’ariete (pagina 4).

Selezione funzioni E
1 ON - Chiusura automatica - Il temporizzatore della chiusura automatica si attiva a finecorsa in apertura. Il tempo prefissato è regolabile,
ed è comunque condizionato dall’eventuale intervento dei dispositivi di sicurezza e non si attiva dopo uno «stop» totale di sicurezza
o in mancanza di energia elettrica.
2 ON - Funzione di "apre-stop-chiude-stop" con pulsante [2-7] e trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
2 OFF - Funzione di "apre-chiude-inversione" con pulsante [2-7] e trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
3 ON - Funzione di "solo apre" con trasmettitore radio (con scheda radiofrequenza inserita).
4 ON - Prelampeggio in apertura e in chiusura - Dopo un comando di apertura o di chiusura, il lampeggiatore collegato su [10-E],
lampeggia per 5 secondi prima di iniziare la manovra.
5 ON - Rilevazione di presenza ostacolo - A motore fermo (cancello chiuso, aperto o dopo un comando di stop totale), impedisce qualsiasi
movimento se i dispositivi di sicurezza (es. fotocellule) rilevano un ostacolo.

NB - i dip 3 e 6 sono usati, in modo indipendente, anche per l’attivazione della elettroserratura e del colpo d’ariete (pagina 4).

- Sbloccare entrambi i motoriduttori (vedi par. “sblocco manuale” nel manuale di installazione dell’automazione), posizionare le ante a
metà corsa, ribloccare i motoriduttori.
Verifica preliminare del senso di marcia in apertura E A
Attenzione! nel caso di una sola anta, collegare il motoriduttore ai morsetti M2-N2-ENC2.
Le operazioni di taratura sono le stesse descritte di seguito.
Taratura automatica della corsa
Attenzione! Per Frog J, selezionare Dip n° 7 in OFF.
Per A1824, selezionare Dip n° 7 in ON.
Premere brevemente il tasto “OPEN MOTOR”. Controllare che entrambe le ante eseguano il
movimento di apertura.
In caso contrario:
1) se le ante si chiudono, invertire le fasi M-N su entrambi i motoriduttori;
2) se l’anta del primo motoriduttore si chiude, invertire la fase M1-N1.
3) se l’anta del secondo motoriduttore si chiude, invertire la fase M2-N2.
Operazione di taratura automatica dei motoriduttori A C
- Posizionare le ante circa a metà corsa premendo il tasto “OPEN MOTOR”.
- Premere il tasto “SET UP” per 3 secondi circa.
- L’anta del secondo motoriduttore effettua una manovra di chiusura e una di apertura, ...
...di seguito, l’anta del primo motoriduttore eseguirà le stesse manovre.
- Ad ante aperte, il led PROG rimane acceso per qualche secondo a indicare la corretta taratura automatica.
Se il led lampeggia, verifi care i collegamenti e ripetere l’operazione di taratura.

Attenzione! Per Frog J, selezionare Dip n° 7 in OFF.
Per A1824, selezionare Dip n° 7 in ON.
Premere brevemente il tasto “OPEN MOTOR”. Controllare che entrambe le ante eseguano il
movimento di apertura.
In caso contrario:
1) se le ante si chiudono, invertire le fasi M-N su entrambi i motoriduttori;
2) se l’anta del primo motoriduttore si chiude, invertire la fase M1-N1.
3) se l’anta del secondo motoriduttore si chiude, invertire la fase M2-N2.
Operazione di taratura automatica dei motoriduttori A C
- Posizionare le ante circa a metà corsa premendo il tasto “OPEN MOTOR”.

- L’anta del secondo motoriduttore effettua una manovra di chiusura e una di apertura, ...

Electrical lock
After hooking it up as shown in the illustration, proceed as follows:
a) - Set dip switch 6 to ON (and dip switch 3 to OFF) E;
b) - press CH1: the red PROG led will start to blink B C;
c) - when the led stays on (after about 5 seconds) the procedure
is complete;
d) - set to the dip switches back to OFF (or to the previous
position, which depends on the functions selection, see page 12).
N.B.: to return to default (indicator lamp on 10-5), follow the same
procedure while pressing CH2.
ZL90 allows you to connect, alternatively to the indicator light on 10-5, a 12V (15W max) electrolock, and if necessary also the “Ram Blow”
function.

Adjustment Trimmer G
Trimmer ACT Adjusts the waiting time when gate is open. Once this time has elapsed, the gate closes automa-
tically. The waiting time can be adjusted anywhere between 1 and 150 seconds.
Trimmer DELAY 2M Adjusts the waiting time of the second motor during each closing run. The waiting time can be
adjusted anywhere between 1 and 16 seconds.
Trimmer -- SENS -- RUN Adjusts the amperometric sensibility which controls the power developed by the motor during
motion; if the power exceeds the adjusted level, the system sets in motion to invert the direction
of motion.
Trimmer -- SENS -- SLOWING Adjusts the amperometric sensibility which controls the power developed by the motor during
slowing downs; if the power exceeds the adjusted level, the system sets in motion to invert the
direction of motion.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- RUN Adjusts the gate-leaf running speed when opening or closing.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- SLOWING Adjusts the gate leaf’s slowing speed at the end of the stroke when opening and closing.

Réglages des compensateurs G
Trimmer ACT Il règle la durée de l’attente en position d’ouverture. Ce délai écoulé, une manœuvre de fermeture s’ef-
fectue automatiquement. La durée de l’attente peut être réglée de 1 seconde à 150 secondes.
Trimmer DELAY 2M Il règle la durée de l’attente du deuxième moteur à chaque manœuvre de fermeture. La durée de
l’attente est de 1 seconde à 16 secondes.
Trimmer -- SENS -- RUN Il règle la sensibilité ampérométrique qui contrôle la force développée par le moteur pendant le
mouvement ; si la force dépasse le niveau du réglage, le système intervient en inversant le sens
de marche.

Attention ! Pour Frog J , sélectionnez Dip n°7 sur OFF.
Pour A 1824 , sélectionnez Dip n°7 sur ON.
Appuyez brièvement sur la touche “OPEN MOTOR”. Contrôlez si les deux vantaux effectuent
le mouvement d’ouverture.
Dans le cas contraire:
1) si les vantaux se ferment, invertissez les étapes M-N sur les deux motoréducteurs.
2) si la vantaux du premier motoréducteur se ferme, invertissez l’étape M1-N1.
3) si la vantaux du deuxième motoréducteur se ferme, invertissez l’étape M2-N2.
Opération de calibrage automatique des motoréducteurs A C
- Placez les vantaux à peu près au milieu de la course en appuyant sur la touche “OPEN MOTOR”.
- Appuyez sur la touche “SET UP” pendant 3 secondes environ.
- Le vantail du deuxième motoréducteur effectue une manœuvre de fermeture et une d’ouverture , ...
... successivement, le vantail du premier motoréducteur exécutera la même manœuvre.

Einstellung der Trimmer G
Trimmer ACT Regelt die Wartezeit in offener Stellung. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit schließt sich das Tor automatisch.
Die Wartezeit kann von 1 bis 150 Sek. eingestellt werden.
Trimmer DELAY 2M Regelt die Wartezeit des zweiten Motors während jedes Zulaufs. Die Wartezeit beträgt zwischen
1 und 16 Sek.
Trimmer -- SENS -- RUN Regelt die amperometrische Empfindlichkeit, die die vom Motor während des Torlaufs erzeugte
Kraft kontrolliert; wenn diese Kraft das eingestellte Niveau überschreitet, reversiert die Steue-
rung den Torlauf.
Trimmer -- SENS -- SLOWING Regelt die amperometrische Empfindlichkeit, die die vom Motor während der Verlangsamung
erzeugte Kraft kontrolliert; wenn diese Kraft das eingestellte Niveau überschreitet, reversiert
die Steuerung den Torlauf.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- RUN Regelt die Geschwindigkeit des Torflügels während des Auf- und Zulaufs.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- SLOWING Regelt die Bremsgeschwindigkeit des Torflügels in den Endlagen während des Auf- und
Zulaufs.
1 OFF Ermöglicht die Funktion Hinderniserwartung bzw. Teilstopp; die Sicherheitsvorrichtung auf Klemmen [2-CY] anschließen. Wenn
nicht gewählt, den dip auf ON stellen.
1 OFF - 2 ON Hinderniserwartung - Abbruch des Torlaufs, wenn von der Sicherheitsvorrichtung ein Hindernis erfasst wird.

Wenn nicht:

2) Wenn sich der erste Getriebemotor schließt, die Phase M1-N1 austauschen;

Electrocerradura
Después de haberla conectado como se ilustra, proceder como se indica:
a) - Seleccionar el dip 6 en ON (y el dip 3 en OFF) E;
b) - apretar CH1: el led rojo PROG comienza a parpadear B C;
c) - cuando el led queda encendido (después de aprox. 5 s.) la
operación se ha concluido;
d) - volver a llevar los dip a la posición OFF (o al estado
precedente, determinado por la selección de las funciones, véase
pág. 30).
NOTA: para volver a la selección de default (lámpara indicadora en10-5),
seguir el mismo procedimiento apretando CH2.
ZL90 permite conectar en alternativas a la bombilla indicadora en 10-5, una electrocerradura de 12V (15W máx) y si es necesario, activar
también la función “golpe de ariete”.

Electrocerradura
Después de haberla conectado como se ilustra, proceder como se indica:

Regulaciones Trimmer G
Trimmer ACT Regula el tiempo de espera en la posición de apertura. Transcurrido este lapso de tiempo, se efectúa au-

cuando se elimina dicho obstáculo, la cancela reanuda automáticamente el movimiento en el mismo sentido.

1 ON - Cierre automático - El temporizador del cierre automático se activa en el final de carrera en fase de apertura. El tiempo
preestablecido es regulable y condicionado de todas maneras por la eventual intervención de los dispositivos de seguridad y
no se activa después de un «stop» total de seguridad o por falta de energía eléctrica.
2 ON - Función de “abre-stop-cierra-stop” con pulsador [2-7] y transmisor radio (con tarjeta radiofrecuencia introducida).
2 OFF - Función de “abre-stop-cierra-inversión“ con pulsador [2-7] y transmisor radio (con tarjeta radiofrecuencia introducida).
3 ON - Función de “sólo abre“ con transmisor radio (con tarjeta radiofrecuencia introducida).
4 ON - Parpadeo previo en fase de apertura y en fase de cierre - Después de un mando de apertura o de cierre, la luz intermitente
conectada en [10-E], parpadea 5 segundos antes de comenzar la maniobra.
5 ON - Detección presencia de obstáculo - Con el motor parado (cancela cerrada, abierta o después de un mando de stop total),
impide cualquier tipo de movimiento si los dispositivos de seguridad (ej. fotocélulas) detectan un obstáculo.
6 ON - Acción mantenida - La cancela funciona teniendo apretado el pulsador (un pulsador [2-3] para la apertura y un pulsador [2-4]
para el cierre).
7 ON - Habilita al funcionamiento con motorreductores A1824.
7 OFF - Habilita al funcionamiento con motorreductores FROG J.
8 ON - Funcionamiento del test de seguridad de las fotocélulas - Permite verificar a la tarjeta, la eficiencia de los dispositivos de
seguridad (fotocélulas) después de cada mando de apertura o de cierre.
9 OFF - Stop total - Esta función detiene la cancela con la consiguiente exclusión del eventual ciclo de cierre automático; para
reanudar el movimiento hay que accionar la botonera o el transmisor. Introducir el dispositivo de seguridad en [1-2]; si no se
utiliza, seleccionar el dip en ON.
10 OFF - Reapertura en la fase de cierre - Si las fotocélulas detectan un obstáculo durante el cierre de la cancela, se activa la inversión
de marcha hasta la completa apertura; conectar el dispositivo de seguridad en los bornes [2-CX].
NOTA - los dip 3 a 6 se usan en modo independiente, también para la activación de la electrocerradura y del golpe de ariete (página 28).

impide cualquier tipo de movimiento si los dispositivos de seguridad (ej. fotocélulas) detectan un obstáculo.
6 ON - Acción mantenida - La cancela funciona teniendo apretado el pulsador (un pulsador [2-3] para la apertura y un pulsador [2-4]
para el cierre).
7 ON - Habilita al funcionamiento con motorreductores A1824.
7 OFF - Habilita al funcionamiento con motorreductores FROG J.
8 ON - Funcionamiento del test de seguridad de las fotocélulas - Permite verificar a la tarjeta, la eficiencia de los dispositivos de
seguridad (fotocélulas) después de cada mando de apertura o de cierre.
9 OFF - Stop total - Esta función detiene la cancela con la consiguiente exclusión del eventual ciclo de cierre automático; para
reanudar el movimiento hay que accionar la botonera o el transmisor. Introducir el dispositivo de seguridad en [1-2]; si no se
utiliza, seleccionar el dip en ON.
10 OFF - Reapertura en la fase de cierre - Si las fotocélulas detectan un obstáculo durante el cierre de la cancela, se activa la inversión
de marcha hasta la completa apertura; conectar el dispositivo de seguridad en los bornes [2-CX].
NOTA - los dip 3 a 6 se usan en modo independiente, también para la activación de la electrocerradura y del golpe de ariete (página 28).

...después, la hoja del primer motorreductor efectuará las mismas maniobras.
- Con las hojas abiertas, el led PROG queda encendido por algunos segundos lo que indica que la calibración automática es correcta.

Elektrisch slot
Sluit het slot aan zoals op de afbeelding en ga dan als volgt te werk:
a) - Zet de dip 6 op ON (en de dip 3 op OFF) E;
b) - druk op CH1: het rode lampje PROG begint te knipperen B C;
c) - zodra het lampje ophoudt met knipperen en gewoon brandt (na
ongeveer 5 sec.) is het apparaat ingesteld;
d) - zet de dip 6 op OFF (of in hun vorige stand, die afhangt van de
gekozen functies, zie pag. 36).
OPM.: om de defaultinstelling te herstellen (controlelampje op 10-5),
herhaalt u deze procedure maar drukt u op CH2.
Met de ZL90 kan, in de plaats van een controlelampje op 10-5, een elektrisch slot van 12V (15W max) worden aangesloten en indien nodig
ook de functie “terugslag” worden geactiveerd.

Instellingen Trimmer G
Trimmer ACT Regelt de wachttijd in de open stand. Als deze tijd verstrijkt, zal de poort automatisch sluiten. De
wachttijd kan worden ingesteld op 1 tot 150 seconden.
Trimmer DELAY 2M Regelt de wachttijd van de tweede motor bij elke sluitbeweging. De wachttijd kan worden ingesteld
op 1 tot 16 seconden.
Trimmer -- SENS -- RUN Regelt de spanninggevoeligheid die de kracht controleert die wordt opgewekt door de motor tijdens
de beweging; als deze kracht de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, zal het systeem de richting van
de beweging omkeren.
Trimmer -- SENS -- SLOWING Regelt de spanninggevoeligheid die de kracht controleert die wordt opgewekt door de motor tijdens
de vertragingen; als deze kracht de ingestelde waarde overschrijdt, zal het systeem de richting
van de beweging omkeren.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- RUN Regelt de snelheid van de vleugel tijdens het openen en sluiten.
Trimmer -- SPEED -- SLOWING Regelt de vertragingssnelheid van de vleugel op de eindaanslag tijdens het openen en sluiten.
1 OFF Schakelt de functie wachten voor obstakel of stop halverwege in, sluit de beveiliging aan op de klemmen [2-CY]; indien niet
gebruikt, zet u de dip op ON.
1 OFF - 2 ON Wachten op obstakel - De poort stopt als de beveiliging een obstakel signaleert; als dit obstakel er niet meer is,
herneemt de poort automatisch weer de beweging in dezelfde richting. Sluit de beveiliging aan op de klem [2-CY].
1 OFF - 2 OFF Stop halverwege - De poort stopt als een obstakel wordt gesignaleerd door de beveiliging; als dit obstakel er niet

Selectie functies E
1 ON - Automatisch sluiten - De timer voor het automatisch sluiten, begint te werken als de vleugel de eindaanslag in de open stand
raakt. De tijd kan worden ingesteld en hangt in elk geval af van het in werking treden van de beveiligingen. De timer start niet
na een totale «veiligheidsstop» of als er geen stroom is.
2 ON - Functie “open-stop-sluit-stop” met knop [2-7] en radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
2 OFF - Functie “open-sluit-omkeren” met knop [2-7] en radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
3 ON - Functie “alleen openen” met radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
4 ON - Waarschuwingsknipperlicht tijdens openen en sluiten - Na een commando voor openen of sluiten, knippert het knipperlicht
dat is aangesloten op [10-E] 5 seconden voordat de beweging start.
5 ON - Obstakel signaleren - Terwijl de motor niet draait (poort gesloten, open of na een totale stop) belet deze functie elke beweging
als de beveiligingen (zoals fotocellen) een obstakel signaleren.

8 ON - Werking van de fotocellentest - Hiermee controleert de kaart of de beveiligingen (fotocellen) werken telkens als een
commando tot openen of sluiten wordt gegeven.
9 OFF - Totale stop - Met deze functie stopt de poort helemaal, waardoor ook de eventuele automatische sluitbeweging wordt
onderbroken; om de beweging te hernemen, dient u de knoppen of de zender te gebruiken. Zet het beveiligingsmechanisme op
[1-2]; indien niet gebruikt, zet u de dip op ON.
10 OFF - Weer openen tijdens sluiten - Als de fotocellen een obstakel signaleren tijdens het sluiten, schakelt het omkeren van de
beweging in totdat de poort helemaal open is; sluit de beveiliging aan op de klemmen [2-CX].
OPM - de dips 3 en 6 worden onafhankelijk gebruikt, ook voor het schakelen van een elektrisch slot en het inschakelen van een terugslag (pagina 34).

Selectie functies E
1 ON - Automatisch sluiten - De timer voor het automatisch sluiten, begint te werken als de vleugel de eindaanslag in de open stand
raakt. De tijd kan worden ingesteld en hangt in elk geval af van het in werking treden van de beveiligingen. De timer start niet
na een totale «veiligheidsstop» of als er geen stroom is.
2 ON - Functie “open-stop-sluit-stop” met knop [2-7] en radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
2 OFF - Functie “open-sluit-omkeren” met knop [2-7] en radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
3 ON - Functie “alleen openen” met radiozender (met gemonteerde radiofrequentiekaart).
4 ON - Waarschuwingsknipperlicht tijdens openen en sluiten - Na een commando voor openen of sluiten, knippert het knipperlicht
dat is aangesloten op [10-E] 5 seconden voordat de beweging start.
5 ON - Obstakel signaleren - Terwijl de motor niet draait (poort gesloten, open of na een totale stop) belet deze functie elke beweging
als de beveiligingen (zoals fotocellen) een obstakel signaleren.
6 ON - Jog-bediening - De poort werkt als de knop ingedrukt wordt gehouden (een knop [2-3] voor het openen en een knop [2-4] voor
het sluiten).
7 ON - Inschakeling bediening Motoraandrijvingen A1824.
7 OFF - Inschakeling bediening Motoraandrijvingen FROG J.
8 ON - Werking van de fotocellentest - Hiermee controleert de kaart of de beveiligingen (fotocellen) werken telkens als een

[1-2]; indien niet gebruikt, zet u de dip op ON.
10 OFF - Weer openen tijdens sluiten - Als de fotocellen een obstakel signaleren tijdens het sluiten, schakelt het omkeren van de
beweging in totdat de poort helemaal open is; sluit de beveiliging aan op de klemmen [2-CX].
OPM - de dips 3 en 6 worden onafhankelijk gebruikt, ook voor het schakelen van een elektrisch slot en het inschakelen van een terugslag (pagina 34).

- Deblokkeer beide aandrijvingen (zie de par. voor het manueel deblokkeren in de installatiehandleiding van de automatisering), zet de
vleugels halverwege hun baan en blokkeer de aandrijvingen weer.

Opgelet ! Als er slechts één vleugel is, sluit u de aandrijving aan op de klemmen M2-N2-ENC2
De handelingen om de baan te kalibreren worden hierna beschreven en zijn dezelfde.
Automatische kalibratie van de baan
Opgelet ! Voor de Frog J: zet de Dip nr. 7 op OFF.
Voor de A1824: zet de Dip nr. 7 op ON.
Druk even de toets “OPEN MOTOR” in. Controleer of beide vleugels open gaan.
Is dit niet het geval:
1) Als de vleugels sluiten, keert u de fasen M-N om op beide aandrijvingen;
2) Als de vleugel van de eerste aandrijving sluit, draait u de fase M1-N1 om;
3) Als de vleugel van de tweede aandrijving sluit, draait u de fase M2-N2 om.
De aandrijvingen automatisch kalibreren

- Zet de vleugels ongeveer halverwege hun baan met de toets “OPEN MOTOR”.
- Houd toets “SET UP” ongeveer 3 seconden lang ingedrukt.
- De vleugel van de tweede aandrijving sluit en opent, ...
...vervolgens zal de vleugel van de eerste aandrijving dit ook doen.
- Met de vleugels open blijft het lampje PROG enkele seconden aan om te signaleren dat de aandrijvingen gekalibreerd zijn.
Als het lampje knippert, dient u de aansluitingen te controleren en de kalibratie te herhalen.
