AVVERTENZE GENERALI
Le istruzioni per la sicurezza e la prevenzione degli infortuni sono riportate
nel fascicolo “INDICAZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA” che costituisce parte
integrante della presente documentazione. Il presente MANUALE
D’ISTRUZIONI per l’uso riporta solamente le informazioni aggiuntive
strettamente correlate all’uso specifico della macchina.
UTILIZZO CONFORME AGLI SCOPI PREVISTI
Questo utensile elettrico è destinato a funzionare come levigatrice, adatta
alla levigatura a secco del legno, plastica, metallo, stucco e superfici
verniciate. Leggere tutti gli avvertimenti di sicurezza, le istruzioni, le
illustrazioni e le specifiche forniti con questo utensile. Il mancato rispetto
di tutte le istruzioni sotto riportate può causare una scossa elettrica, un
incendio e/o un incidente grave. Le operazioni per le quali non è previsto
l’utensile possono provocare un pericolo e causare danni alle persone.
Non utilizzare accessori non specificatamente realizzati per l’uso previsto
o non consigliati dal produttore. Il semplice fatto che l’accessorio possa essere
fissato al vostro utensile non garantisce un funzionamento in tutta sicurezza.
La velocità nominale dell’accessorio deve essere almeno pari alla velocità
massima indicata sull’utensile. Gli accessori fatti funzionare a una velocità
superiore a quella nominale possono rompersi ed essere proiettati in aria.
Il diametro esterno e lo spessore del vostro accessorio devono essere
adatti alle caratteristiche di capacità della protezione di sicurezza del vostro
utensile. Gli accessori che hanno dimensioni non corrette non possono essere
protetti o controllati adeguatamente.
La conformazione degli accessori deve adattarsi correttamente al mandrino
dell’utensile. Gli accessori dotati di fori dell’albero che non corrispondono
agli elementi di montaggio sull’utensile non rimarranno in equilibrio,
vibreranno eccessivamente e potranno provocare una perdita di controllo.
Non usare un accessorio danneggiato. Se l’utensile o l’accessorio ha subito
una caduta, esaminare i danni eventuali o installare un accessorio non
danneggiato. Dopo aver esaminato e installato un accessorio, mettetevi,
insieme alle persone presenti, a una distanza di sicurezza dall’accessorio
rotante e fate funzionare l’utensile alla velocità massima a vuoto per un
minuto. Gli accessori danneggiati si romperanno in genere in questo periodo di
prova.
Utilizzare l’elettroutensile esclusivamente per levigatura a secco. L’utilizzo di
acqua o di altri refrigeranti liquidi può provocare un’elettrocuzione o una scossa
elettrica.
Non far funzionare l’utensile elettrico in prossimità di materiali infiammabili.
Le scintille generate dalla levigatura di materiale metallico potrebbero infiammare
questi materiali. Evitare un surriscaldamento del materiale in lavorazione e
della levigatrice. Prima di iniziare una pausa svuotare sempre il contenitore
per la polvere. La polvere di abrasione nel sacchetto raccoglipolvere o nel filtro
dell’aspirapolvere può prendere fuoco in caso di condizioni sfavorevoli come la
scia di scintille prodotta durante la levigatura del metallo.
Collegare l’utensile ad un dispositivo adeguato di aspirazione polveri. Per
proteggere la salute indossare la mascherina.
Utilizzare morsetti per il fissaggio del pezzo da lavorare. In nessun caso
tenere il pezzo da lavorare con una mano e l’utensile elettrico con l’altra
mano, mentre lo si utilizza. Fissando il pezzo da lavorare con morsetti si
possono avere ambedue le mani libere per una migliore gestione dell’utensile
elettrico.

MESSA IN FUNZIONE
ATTENZIONE Osservare la tensione di rete! La tensione della rete
deve corrispondere a quella indicata sulla targhetta
dell’elettroutensile.
PERICOLO Prima di qualunque intervento sull’elettroutensile
estrarre la spina di rete dalla presa.
PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN SERVIZIO
Prima di mettere in funzione la macchina accertarsi che:
- l’imballo sia integro e non mostri segni di danneggiamento dovuti a trasporto e
magazzinaggio;
- la macchina sia completa; controllare che nuemro e natura dei componenti
siano conformi a quanto riportato sul presente libretto;
- la fonte di energia sia conforme alle caratteristiche della macchina;
- cavo di alimentazione e relativa spina siano in perfetto stato;
- l’interruttore ON/OFF (2) sia efficiente operando, però, a spina disinserita;
- tutti i componenti della macchina siano montati correttamente e non presentino
segni di danneggiamento;
- le feritoie di ventilazione non siano ostruite;
- la macchina sia correttamente collegata ad un sistema d’aspirazione idoneo ed
efficiente.
MONTAGGIO DELLA MACCHINA
- Posizionare la protezione anticalore (6) sulla scatola ingranaggi in modo che i
fori per il passaggio dell'impugnatura corrispondano a quelli esi stenti sulla
scatola ingranaggi;
- avvitare l'impugnatura ausiliaria (5); la stessa può essere posizionata sia a
destra che a sinistra del corpo macchina;
- qualora si desideri operare senza impugnatura ausiliaria, la protezione deve
essere fissata con entrambe le viti (9) in dotazione.
MONTAGGIO/SOSTITUZIONE DEL DISCO DI CARTA ABRASIVA
MONTAGGIO:
- Fare aderire mediante pressione il disco di carta abrasiva al platorello avendo
cura che i fori praticati sulla carta coincidano con i fori di aspirazione esistenti
sul platorello.

ATTENZIONE I valori di misura indicati sono validi solo per utensili
nuovi. Nell’impiego quotidiano i valori di rumore e vibrazione cambiano.
INFORMAZIONE DI RUMORE / VALORE MEDIO
DELL'ACCELERAZIONE
Il livello equivalente di pressione sonora (rumorosità) e il valore quadratico
medio dell'accelerazione è misurati secondo le norme EN 62841
I valori di emissione indicati sono comparativi e utilizzabili per una valutazione
provvisoria dei rischi di esposizione dell’operatore durante il periodo di lavoro.
La corretta valutazione del periodo di lavoro deve comprendere anche i tempi
di funzionamento a vuoto e di arresto dell’utensile. I valori di emissioni indicati
sono rappresentativi delle principali applicazioni dell’utensile. Se l’utensile viene
utilizzato per altre applicazioni, con altri accessori o se non viene sottoposto a
regolare manutenzione, i valori di emissione possono aumentare sensibilmente
durante il funzionamento.

MANUTENZIONE
Tutte le operazioni vanno eseguite a spina disinserita. A fine lavoro,
od in caso di necessità, spolverare con getto di aria compressa il corpo
macchina prestando particolare attenzione alla pulizia delle feritoie di
ventilazione del motore.
Non sono ammessi altri interventi da parte dell'utente.
Per la manutenzione e la periodica pulizia delle parti interne, come spazzole,
cuscinetti, ingranaggi etc. o altre necessità rivolgersi ai Centri di Assistenza
autorizzati anche sul sito www.rupes.com sezione Service.
Utilizzare solo ricambi originali RUPES.
SMALTIMENTO (Direttiva RAEE)
Solo per i Paesi UE: Secondo la Direttiva Europea sui rifiuti di
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche e la sua attuazione in
conformità delle norme nazionali, le apparecchiature elettriche esauste
devono essere raccolte separatamente, ai fini di essere riciclate in

SMONTAGGIO:
- Asportare a strappo il disco abrasivo usato;
- applicare il nuovo disco abrasivo (vedi “MONTAGGIO”)
SOSTITUZIONE DEL PLATORELLO
Sostituire immediatamente un platorello danneggiato. Risultati
ottimali si conseguono solo con accessori originali.
Il montaggio di un platorello di dimensioni errate può causare
vibrazioni eccessive e non ammesse per la macchina.
- Svitare le viti presenti sul platorello;
- per il montaggio operare in senso inverso.
Avviare la macchina e controllare che non siano presenti vibrazioni anomale o
scentrature dell’utensile. In caso contrario spegnere la macchina
immediatamente e provvedere ad eliminare le anomalie.
AVVIAMENTO E FERMATA
- Avviamento: spingere in avanti l’'interruttore ON/OFF (2);
Per bloccare l’interruttore ON/OFF (2): premere l’interruttore verso il basso
nella parte anteriore, fino allo scatto in posizione ON.
- Fermata: rilasciare l’interruttore ON/OFF (2).
Se bloccato premere l’interruttore ON/OFF (2) nella parte posteriore verso il
basso e rilasciarlo in posizione OFF.
ATTENZIONE: dopo un’interruzione dell’energia elettrica se
l’interruttore ON/OFF è inserito, è necessario rilasciare
l’interruttore (vedi Fermata).
REGOLAZIONE ELETTRONICA DEL NUMERO DI GIRI
ER150AES: La regolazione del numero di giri si ottiene manovrando
opportunamente la rotella del regolatore di velocità (3) posta nella parte
posteriore della macchina. La scelta della velocità va fatta in funzione delle
caratteristiche dei dischi di carta abrasiva e del materiale da lavorare.
REGOLAZIONE DEL FLUSSO DI ASPIRAZIONE
Il flusso di aspirazione può essere regolato ruotando la ghiera di regolazione del
flusso di aspirazione (4).

TECHNICAL DATA
GENERAL WARNINGS
All instructions concerning safety and the prevention of industrial accidents
can be found in file SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, that forms integral part of this
documentation. This INSTRUCTION MANUAL only contains additional
information that specifically explain how to use the tool.
SPECIFIC USE
This electrical tool is designed to operate as a sander, suitable for dry
sanding of wood, plastic, metal, plaster and painted surfaces. Read all
safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications supplied with
this tool. Failure to respect all instructions indicated below can cause an
electric shock, fire and/or a serious accident. Grinding, polishing, metal
brushing or cutting operations are not recommended with this tool.
Failure to follow all the instructions provided below may result in serious injuries.
Do not use accessories that are not specifically designed for the intended
use of the tool or that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
The fact that an accessory can be fixed to the tool does not imply that it can be
used safely.
The rated speed of accessories must be at least equivalent to the maximum
speed of the tool. If operated at a greater speed than the rated one,
accessories may break and cause the ejection of chips.
The external diameter and thickness of accessories must be appropriate to
guarantee the protection and safety of the tool. Accessories with incorrect
dimensions cannot be adequately protected or controlled.
The conformation of the accessories must be correctly adapted to the
spindle of the tool. The accessories equipped with holes of the shaft that do
not correspond to the assembly components on the tool, will not remain in
balance, they will vibrate excessively and can cause a loss of control.
Do not use a damaged accessory. If the tool or accessory has suffered a fall,
examine any damages or install an accessory that is no damaged. After
examining and installing an accessory, all persons present, must keep a safe
distance from the rotating accessory and operate the tool at maximum empty
speed for one minute. Damaged accessories generally break during this test
period.
Use the electric tool only for dry sanding. The use of water or other liquid
coolants can cause electrocution or an electric shock.
Do not operate the electrical tool in the proximity of flammable material. The
sparks generated by sanding metal material can ignite these materials.
Avoid overheating the material being processed and in sanding.
Before taking a break, always empty the container of dust. The abrasion dust
in the dust collection bag or in the dust intake filter can set on fire under
unfavourable conditions, such as a trail of sparks produced while sanding the
metal.
Connect the tool to a device suitable dust extraction. To protect the health
wear masks
Use clamps to secure the work piece. Under no circumstances should you
hold the work piece with one hand and the electrical tool with the other hand,
while it is being used. By securing the work piece with clamps, you can have
both hands free to better operate the electrical tool.
The values shown are based on a nominal voltage of 230V/50Hz. In the case of voltages and frequencies of different power values may vary.
Refer to the label technical specifications to the nominal values of the tool.
(*) The tool must be connected to a suitable dust extraction system (not supplied).

STARTING UP
WARNING Pay attention to the mains voltage! The mains voltage must
correspond to the voltage indicated on the technical data identification
place (1).
DANGER Before any intervention on the electrical tool take the plug out
from the socket
BEFORE STARTING THE TOOL
Before starting-up the tool, ensure that:
- the packaging is complete and does not show signs of having been damaged
during storage or transport;
- the tool is complete; check that the number and type of components comply
with that reported in this instruction booklet;
- the power supply and socket outlet can support the load reported in the table
and that indicated on the tool identification plate reproduced;
- the power supply cable and plug are in perfect condition;
- the ON/OFF (2) switch works properly though with the power supply
disconnected;
- all the parts of the tool have been assembled in the proper manner and that
there are no signs of damage;
- the ventilation slots are not obstructed;
- the tool must be connected to a suitable and efficient aspiration device.
ASSEMBLING THE TOOL
- Position the heat protection (6) on the gearbox such that the holes for mounting
the handle are aligned with those on the gearbox;
- screw in the auxiliairy handle (5); the handle can be mounted on the left or right
of the tool body;
- if the tool is to be used without the auxiliary handle, the heat shield must be
fixed in place using the screws provided (9).
ASSEMBLY/REPLACEMENT OF THE ABRASIVE PAPER
ASSEMBLY:
Press the abrasive paper disc into the pad (10) ensuring that the holes in the
paper coincide with extraction holes in the pad.
DISASSEMBLY:
- Used discs can be removed by simply tearing them off;
- new velcro discs are mounted (see “ASSEMBLY”)

INFORMATOIN NOISE / MEAN ACCELERATION VALUE
The tools are suppressed in accordance for the prevention and elimination of radio
disturbances measured in accordance with standard: EN 62841
DANGER The indicate measurements refer to new power tools.
Daily usa causes the noise and vibration values to change.
Displayed emission values are comparative and are to be employed for
a provisional assessment of the operator’s risk exposure during the work period.
Appropriate evaluation of work period must also include tool’s idle and stop
periods. These emission values represent the tool’s main applications.
If the tool is used for other applications, with other accessories, or if it does not
undergo regular maintenance, emission values can significantly increase
during operations.

SANDING PAD REPLACEMENT
Replace damaged sanding pad immediately. Optimal results are
achieved only using original accessories.The assembly of a
sanding pad with incorrect dimensions can cause excessive
vibrations which are not allowed for the machine.
- Unscrew the screws (10) on the disc pad;
- reverse the procedure when fitting the disc pad.
Start the tool and check that there are no unusual vibration, no dismatching
movement of the abrasive disc. Otherwise switch-off the tool immediately and
eliminate the cause.
STARTING AND STOPPING
- Starting: push the slide of the ON/OFF (2) forward; if the tool is to be locked in
the ON position, apply pressure to the front part of the slide switch at the same
time.
- Stopping: release the slide ON/OFF (2).
If locked, press the ON/OFF switch in the lower partdownwards and release it
in the OFF position.
WARNING: after an interruption of the electrical energy, if the
ON/OFF switch is inserted, it is necessary to release the switch
(see Stopped).
ELECTRONIC RPM REGULATION
ER150AES: The rpm can be adjusted by rotating the wheel speed adjustment
wheel (3) located on the rear of the tool. The choice of speed depends on the
characteristics of the abrasive paper disc and the material to be worked.
ADJUSTING THE DUST EXTRACTION FLOW
The extraction flow can be adjusted by rotating the control flow adjustment
control (4).
ACCESSORIES
EK150AES: Ø 150 mm velcro abrasive paper discs with dust extraction holes.
EK200AS: Ø 200 mm velcro abrasive paper discs with dust extraction holes.
MAINTENANCE
All maintenance operations are carried out with the power supply
disconnected. At the end of each work session, or when required,
remove any dust from the body of the tool using a jet of compressed
air, paying particular attention to the motor ventilation slots.
No other maintenance operations must be undertaken by the user.
Maintenance and cleaning of the inner parts, like brushes, ball bearings, gears
etc. or others, must be carried out only by an authorized customer-service
workshop or on www.rupes.com.
Use only the original RUPES parts or accessories.
DISPOSAL (WEEE DIRECTIVE)

RECOMMANDATIONS GENERALES
Les instructions sur la sécurité et la prévention des accidents se trouvent
sur le fascicule « INDICATIONS SUR LA SÉCURITÉ » qui fait partie
intégrante de cette documentation. Le présent MODE D’EMPLOI ne donne
que des informations supplémentaires strictement liées à l’usage spécifique
de outil.
UTILISATION CONFORME
Cet outil électrique est destiné à fonctionner comme ponceuse, adaptée
pour le ponçage à sec du bois, plastique, métal, plâtre et surfaces peintes.
Lire toutes les mises en garde de sécurité, les instructions, les illustrations
et les détails fournis avec cet outil. Le non-respect de toutes les instructions
reportées ci-dessous peut causer une électrocution, un incendie et/ou un
accident grave. Les opérations de meulage, polissage, brossage métallique
ou de découpe ne sont pas conseillées avec cet outil.
Le non-respect des instructions ci-après peut donner lieu à un choc électrique,
un incendie et/ou un accident grave.
N’utilisez pas d’accessoires n’ayant pas été spécialement réalisés pour
l’utilisation prévue ou conseillés par le fabricant. Le simple fait que
l’accessoire puisse être fixé sur votre outil ne garantit pas un fonctionnement en
toute sécurité.
La vitesse nominale de l’accessoire doit être au moins égale à la vitesse
maximale indiquée sur l'outil. Les accessoires fonctionnant à une vitesse
supérieure à la vitesse nominale peuvent se briser et être projetés en l’air.
Le diamètre extérieur et l’épaisseur de votre accessoire doivent être
adaptés aux caractéristiques de capacité du protecteur de votre outil. Il est
impossible de protéger ou de contrôler de façon appropriée les accessoires
présentant des dimensions non correctes.
La taille des meules ou de tout autre accessoire doit être adaptée à la broche
de l’outil. Les accessoires dont le perçage ne correspond pas exactement aux
éléments de montage de l’outil sont en déséquilibre, vibrent excessivement et
peuvent entraîner une perte de contrôle.
La conformation des accessoires doit s'adapter correctement à la broche de
l'outil. Les accessoires dotés de trous de l'arbre qui ne correspondent pas
aux éléments de montage sur l'outil ne restent pas en équilibre, ils vibrent
excessivement et peuvent provoquer une perte de contrôle. Ne pas utiliser
un accessoire endommagé. Si l'outil ou l'accessoire a subi une chute,
examiner les dommages éventuels ou installer un accessoire non
endommagé. Après avoir examiné et installé un accessoire, mettez-vous,
avec les personnes présentes, à une distance de sécurité de l'accessoire
rotatif et faites fonctionner l'outil à la vitesse maximum à vide pendant une
minute.
En général, les accessoires endommagés se cassent au cours de cet d’essai.
Utiliser l'outil électrique exclusivement pour le polissage à sec. L'utilisation
d'eau ou d'autres liquides de refroidissement liquides peut provoquer une
électrocution.
Ne pas faire fonctionner l'outil électrique à proximité de matériaux
inflammables. Les étincelles générées par le ponçage de matériau métallique
pourraient enflammer ces matériaux.
Eviter une surchauffe du matériau en usinage et de la ponceuse.
Avant de commencer une pause, toujours vider le récipient pour la
poussière. La poussière d'abrasion dans le sac de récupération poussière ou
dans le filtre de l'aspirateur peut prendre feu en cas de conditions défavorables
come la traînée d'étincelles produite durant le ponçage du métal.

MISE EN SERVICE
ATTENTION Observer la tension de réseau ! La tension du réseau doit
correspondre à celle indiquée sur l'étiquette d'identification données
techniques (1).
DANGER Avant une quelconque intervention sur l'outil électrique,
extraire la fiche de réseau de la prise
AVANT LA MISE EN SERVICE
Avant de mettre la machine en service, s'assurer que:
- l'emballage est intégre et qu'il ne montre aucun signe d'endomma-gements dus
au transport et au stockage;
- la machine est complète; s'assurer que le nombre et la nature des composants
sont conformes aux indications contenues dans le présent livret d'instructions;
- la source d'énergie est conforme aux caractéristiques de la machine;
- le câble d'alimentation et la fische relative sont en parfait état;
- l'interrupteur de mise en ON/OFF (2) est efficace en agissant cependant lorsque
la fiche est débranchée;
- tous les composants de la machine sont montès correctement et ne présentent
pas de signes d'endommagement;
- les fentes de ventililation ne sont pas bouchées;
- la machine soit relièe à un dispositif d’aspiration appropriè et efficace.
MONTAGE DE LA MACHINE
- Mettre la protection anti-chaleur (6) sur la boîte des engrenages de manière à
ce que les trous pour le passage de la poignée auxiliaire correspondent à ceux
qui se trouvent sur la boîte des engrenages;
- visser la poignée auxiliaire (5): elle peut être mise à droite ou à gauche du corps
de la machine;
- en cas de travail sans poignée auxiliaire, la capot doit être fixée à l’aide des vis
(9) fournies avec la machine.
MONTAGE/REMPLACEMENT DU DISQUE DE PAPIER ABRASIF
MONTAGE:
Appliquer le disque abrasif par pression en veillant à ce que les trous du papier
correspondent aux trous d’aspiration qui se trouvent sur le porte-disque (10).
DÉMONTAGE:
- Arracher les disques usés;
- le montage des nouveaux disques abrasifs à fixation par velcro (voir
“MONTAGE”)

Utiliser des étaux pour la fixation de la pièce à usiner. Ne jamais tenir la
pièce à usiner avec une main et l'outil électrique avec l'autre main, pendant
qu'on l'utilise. En fixant la pièce avec des étaux, on peut avoir les deux mains
libres pour une meilleure gestion de l'outil électrique.

REMPLACEMENT DU PLATEAU
Remplacer immédiatement un plateau endommagé. On obtient
d'excellents résultats uniquement avec des accessoires originaux.
Le montage d'un plateau de dimensions erronées peut causer
des vibrations excessives et non admises pour la machine.
- Dèvisser les vis présentes sur le porte-disque;
- pour le montage, agir dans le sens inverse.
Mettre la machine en marche et s'assurer qu’il n’y a pas de vibrations anomales
et que disque abrasif n'est pas décentré. Dans le cas contraire, énteindie la
machine immediatement et éliminer les anomalies.
MISE EN MARCHE ET ARRET
- Mise en marche: pousser vers l’avant le coulisseau ON/OFF (2); pour le bloquer
en position ON, appuyer en même temps sur la partie avant du couliseau.
- Arrêt: relâcher le coulisseau ou ON/OFF (2);.
Si bloqué, appuyer sur l'interrupteur ON/OFF dans la partie arrière vers le
bas et le libérer dans la position OFF.
ATTENTION: après une interruption de l'énergie électrique, si
l'interrupteur ON/OFF est enclenché, il faut libérer l’interrupteur
(voir Arrêt).
RÉGLAGE ÉLECTRONIQUE DU NOMBRE DE TOURS
ER150AES: Le réglage du nombre de tours s’obtient en manoeuvrant de
manière appropriée le bouton du régulateur de vitesse (3) situé sur la partie
arrière de la machine. Le choix de la vitesse doit être fait en fonction des
caractéristiques des disques du papier abrasif et du matériau à usiner.
REGLAGE DU DEBIT D’ASPIRATION
Le dèbit de l’aspiration peut être règlè en faisant tourner le collier e régulateur
de flux d’aspiration (4).
ACCESSOIRES
EK150AES:Disques du papier abrasifs de Ø 150 mm, à fixation par velcro, avec
trous d’aspiration.
EK200AS: Disques du papier abrasifs de Ø 200 mm, à fixation par velcro, avec
trous d’aspiration.

ENTRETIEN
Toutes les opèrations doivent être effectuées à fiche ètant
débranchèe. A la fin du travail et en cas de nècessitè, dèpoussièrer le
corps de la machine à l’aide d’un jet d’air comprimè en faisant
particuliérement attention au nettoyage des fentes de ventilation du moteur.
Aucune autre intervention de l’utilisateur n’est pas admise.
Tous les travaux d’entretien et les travaux de polissage des piéces internes,
comme les brosses, coussinet, engrenages etc., doivent être effecuès par un
atelier de réparation autorisè www.rupes.com.

TECHNISCHE DATEN
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
Die Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sind im beiliegenden Heft
HINWEISE ZUR SICHERHEIT enthalten, das integrierender Teil dieser
Dokumentation ist. Diese GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG enthält daher nur
Zusatzinformationen, welche den spezifischen Einsatz des Geräts betreffen.
BESTIMMNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Dieses elektrische Werkzeug ist zur Funktion als Schleifmaschine
vorgesehen, geeignet zum Trockenschleifen von Holz, Plastik, Metall,
Stuckmasse und lackierten Oberflächen. Die Sicherheitshinweise, die
Anleitungen, Darstellungen und die Spezifikationen lesen, die mit diesem
Werkzeug geliefert werden. Die Nichtbeachtung der gestellten Anleitungen
kann zu einem Stromschlag, einem Brand bzw. schweren Unfällen führen.
Das Schleifen, Polieren, Drahtbürsten oder Schneiden sollten mit diesem
Werkzeug nicht ausgeführt werden.
Die mangelnde Beachtung aller unten aufgeführten Anweisungen kann zu
elektrischen Schlägen, Brand und/oder schweren Unfällen führen.
Kein Zubehör verwenden, das nicht ausdrücklich für den vorgesehenen
Gebrauch hergestellt oder vom Hersteller empfohlen wurde. Die bloße
Tatsache, dass das Zubehör auf Ihrem Werkzeug angebracht werden kann,
garantiert keine Funktionsweise unter völlig sicheren Bedingungen.
Die Nenngeschwindigkeit des Zubehörs muss mindestens der auf dem
Werkzeug angegebenen Höchstgeschwindigkeit entsprechen. Zubehör, dass
bei einer Geschwindigkeit über der Nenngeschwindigkeit verwendet wird, kann
brechen und in die Luft geschleudert werden.
Der Außendurchmesser und die Stärke Ihres Zubehörs müssen sich für den
Schutzgrad der Sicherheitsvorrichtung Ihres Werkzeugs eignen. Zubehör mit
nichtkorrekten Größen kann nicht angemessen geschützt oder kontrolliert werden.
Die Beschaffenheit des Zubehörs muss sich korrekt an die Spindel des
Werkzeugs anpassen. Das Zubehör mit Öffnungen der Welle, die nicht den
Montageelementen auf dem Werkzeug entsprechen, bleiben nicht im
Gleichgewicht, werden übermäßig vibrieren und können einen
Kontrollverlust nach sich ziehen.
Beschädigte Werkzeuge nicht verwenden. Ist das Werkzeug oder das
Zubehör heruntergefallen, auf eventuelle Schäden prüfen oder ein nicht
beschädigtes Zubehör verwenden. Nach der Prüfung und Installation eines
Zubehörs, bringt man sich und die anwesenden Personen in einen
Sicherheitsabstand zu dem drehenden Zubehör und nimmt das Werkzeug
bei maximaler Geschwindigkeit im Leerlauf, eine Minute lang in Betrieb.
Beschädigtes Zubehör bricht im Allgemeinen während dieses Probezeitraums.
Das Elektrowerkzeug ausschließlich zum Trockenschleifen verwenden. Das
Verwenden von Wasser oder anderen flüssigen Kühlmitteln kann zu Elektrokution
oder einem Elektroschlag führen.
Das Elektrowerkzeug nicht in der Nähe von brennbaren Materialien in
Betrieb nehmen. Die beim Schleifen von Metall erzeugten Funken könnten diese
Materialien entzünden.
Ein Überhitzen des zu bearbeitenden Materials und der Schleifmaschine
vermeiden. Vor dem Beginn einer Pause muss man den Staubbehälter
leeren. Der Schleifstaub im Staubsammelbeutel oder im Filter der
Staubansaugvorrichtung, kann bei ungünstigen Bedingungen, wie zum Beispiel
der Funkenflug der während des Schleifens von Metall entsteht, entzünden.

INBETRIEBNAHME
ACHTUNG Die Netzspannung beachten! Die Netzspannung muss dem
Angaben auf dem Identifizierungsetikett mit den technischen
Daten entsprechen (1).
GEFAHR Vor Eingriffen an dem Elektrowerkzeug muss man den Stecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen.
VOR DER INBETRIEBNAHME
Vor einer Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes sollten Sie sicherstellen:
- daß die Verpackung unversehrt ist und keine Beschädigungen durch Transport
bzw. Lagerung aufweist;
- daß das Gerät vollständig ist, also Anzahl und Art der Gerätekomponenten mit
den Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung überein stimmen;
- das Stromntez entspricht den Gerätekenndaten;
- Anschlußkabel und-Stecker sind in ordnungsgemäßem Zustand;
- der EIN/AUS (2)- Schalter funktioniert einwandfrei. Zur Überprüfung die in
Kapitel “Inbetriebnahme” beschriebenen Schaltstellungen - allerdings bei
gezogenem Netztstecker - ausprobieren;
- Sämtliche Gerätekomponenten sind ordnungsgemäß montiert und zeigen
keine. Anzeichen von Beschädigung;
- die Lüftungsschlitze sind nicht verstopft;
- die Maschine muß an eine sinngemäß bemessene und funktionstüchtige
Staubabsaugung angeschlossen sein.
ZUSAMMENBAU DER MASCHINE
- Die Wärmeschutzkappe (6) so auf das Getriebe aufsetzen, daß die Bohrung
zum Durchstecken des Handgriffs mit der Bohrung im Getriebegehäuse parallel
läuft;
- den seitlichen Handgriff (5) einschrauben. Der Griff kann wahlweise an die linke
oder rechte Seite des Gerätegehäuses angesetzt werden;
- Falls das Gerät ohne seitlichen Handgriff betrieben werden soll, muß man die
Kappe mit den beiliegenden Befestigungsschrauben (9) fixieren.

MONTAGE:
Die Schleifpapierscheibe unter Andrücken auflegen. Dabei darauf achten, daß
die Löcher in der Schleifpapierscheibe über den Absaugöffnungen im Schleifteller
liegen (10).
DEMONTAGE:
- Verbrauchte Schleifpapierscheibe nehmen Sie durch Abreißen ab;
- die neue Haftschleifpapierscheibe mit Klettsystem drücken (siehe "Montage")

INFORMATIONEN SCHALLPEGEL / MITTLERE
BESCHLEUNIGUNG
Der Schalldruckpegel (Geräuschentwicklung) und die mittlere quadratische
Beschleunigungder Maschine, gemessen gemäß EN 62841
ACHTUNG Di angegebenen Messwerte gelten für neue Geräte.
Im täglichen Einsatz verändern sich Geräusch-und chwingungswerte.
Bei den gezeigten Pegelwerten handelt es sich um Vergleichswerte,
die zu einer vorläufigen Einschätzung des Risikos für den Bedienenden während
der Arbeitszeit dienen. Für eine angemessene Einschätzung der Arbeitszeit
müssen die Zeiten berücksichtigt werden, in denen sich das Gerät im
Ruhezustand befindet oder ausgeschaltet ist. Diese Werte wurden anhand der
Haupteinsatzgebiete des Geräts ermittelt. Wenn das Gerät für andere Aufgaben
oder mit anderen Zubehörprodukten verwendet wird oder keine regelmäßigen
Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden, können diese Werte beim Betrieb
deutlich überschritten werden.

WECHSEL DES SCHLEIFTELLERS
Eine beschädigte Schleifscheibe sofort austauschen.
Ausgezeichnete Ergebnisse erhält man nur mit Original-
Ersatzteilen. Die Montage eines Schleiftellers mit falschen Maßen
kann zu.
- Die Schrauben auf dem Schleifteller lösen;
- zur Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgehen
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und stellen Sie fast, daß die Schleifscheibe nicht
vibriert, unrund lauft. Andernfalls das Gerät sofort ausschalten und die
Störung beheben.
EINSCHALTEN UND AUSSCHALTEN
- Einschalten: Den Schiebeschalter EIN/AUS (2) nach vorn schieben. Falls dieser
in EIN- Stellung festgesetzt werden soll, gleichzeitig das vordere Ende des
Schiebers drücken EIN.
- Ausschalten: Den Schiebeschalter loslassen EIN/AUS (2).
Bei einer Blockierung den EIN/AUSF Schalter auf der hinteren Seite nach
unten drücken und in der AUSStellung belassen.
ACHTUNG: Sollte nach der Unterbrechung der Stromzufuhr der
EIN/AUS Schalter eingefügt sein, muss man den Schalter
freigeben (siehe Halt).
ELEKTRONISCHE DREHZAHLREGELUNG
ER150AES: Die Drehzahl stellen Sie über das Rädchen des
Geschwindigkeitsreglers (3) im hinteren Abschnitt des Gerätes ein. Wählen Sie
die Drehzahl passend zur Art der Schliefpapierscheibe sowie den Eigenschaften
des bearbeiteten Materials.
EINSTELLUNG DES ABSAUG-LUFTSTROMS
Den Absaug-Luftstrom kann an der Überwurfmutter (4) eingestellt werden.
WERKZEUGE
EK150AES: Haftschleifpapierscheiben 150 mm Ø mit Absauglöchern.
EK200AS: Haftschleifpapierscheiben 200 mm Ø mit Absauglöchern.
PFLEGE DES GERÄTES
Sämtliche Eingriffe bei gezogenem Netzstecker ausführen. Das
Gerät nach der Arbeit sowie bei Bedarf mit Druckluft von Staub
befreien. Besonders darauf achten, daß die Lüftungsschlitze des
Motors sauber sind.
Sonstige Eingriffe durch den Geräteanwender sind nicht zulässig.
Für die Wartung und die periodische Reinigung von den inneren Teilen z. B:
Bürsten, Lagern, Zahnrädern usw. oder andere Bedürfnisse wenden Sie sich bitte
an einer autorisierten Kundendienststelle an oder auf www.rupes.com.
Verwenden Sie nur die Original RUPES Teile oder Zubehör.

DATOS TECNICOS

de uso contiene solamente información adicional estrechamente relacionada
con el uso específico de la máquina.
USO CONFORME A LO DETERMINADO
Esta herramienta eléctrica está concebida para ser usada como pulidora,
adecuada para pulir en seco madera, plástico, metal, estuco y superficies
barnizadas. Lea todas las advertencias de seguridad, las instrucciones, las
ilustraciones y las especificaciones suministradas con esta herramienta. El
incumplimiento de todas las instrucciones que se indican a continuación
puede causar choque eléctrico, incendios y/o accidentes graves. Se
aconseja no efectuar operaciones de amolado, abrillantado, cepillado
metálico o de corte con esta herramienta.
El incumplimiento de las instrucciones puede causar descargas eléctricas,
incendios y/o accidentes graves.
No utilizar accesorios no realizados específicamente para el uso previsto
o no aconsejados por el productor. El hecho de que el accesorio se pueda
fijar en la herramienta no garantiza un funcionamiento totalmente seguro.
La velocidad nominal del accesorio debe ser al menos igual a la velocidad
máxima indicada en la herramienta. Los accesorios que se hagan funcionar a
una velocidad superior a la nominal pueden romperse y saltar por el aire.
El diámetro exterior y el espesor de su accesorio deben responder a las
características de capacidad de la protección de seguridad de su
herramienta eléctrica. Los accesorios de dimensiones no correctas no se
pueden proteger y controlar adecuadamente.
La conformación de las muelas o de cualquier otro accesorio debe
adaptarse correctamente al mandril de la herramienta. Los accesorios cuyos
orificios en el eje no correspondan con los elementos de montaje en la
herramienta no permanecerán en equilibrio, vibrarán excesivamente y podrán
provocar una pérdida de control.
La conformación de los accesorios debe adaptarse correctamente al mandril

No use accesorios con desperfectos. Si la herramienta o el accesorio ha
sufrido una caída, evalúe los posibles daños o instale un accesorio no
dañado. Tras haber examinado e instalado un accesorio, colóquese, junto
con las demás personas presentes, a una distancia de seguridad del
accesorio giratorio y ponga en marcha la herramienta a la máxima velocidad
sin carga por un minuto. Los accesorios dañados generalmente se rompen
durante el período de prueba.
Utilice esta herramienta eléctrica únicamente para efectuar pulido en seco.
El uso de agua o de otros refrigerantes líquidos puede provocar choque eléctrico
o una descarga eléctrica.
No utilice la herramienta eléctrica en las cercanías de materiales
inflamables. Las chispas producidas por el pulido de material metálico podrían
inflamar dichos materiales.
Evite el recalentamiento del material en elaboración y de la pulidora.
Antes de emprender una pausa, vacíe siempre el contenedor del polvo. El polvo
producido y recogido en la bolsa de recogida de polvo o en el filtro del aspirador
podría incendiarse en caso de condiciones desfavorables como una estela de

Utilice mordazas para fijar la pieza a elaborar. Por ninguna razón deberá
agarra la pieza a elaborar con una mano y la herramienta con la otra
mientras esté utilizándola. Al fijar la pieza a elaborar con las mordazas se
pueden tener las dos manos libres para manejar mejor la herramienta eléctrica.
INFORMACIÓN EMISION DE RUIDO / VALOR MEDIO DE
LA ACELERACION
El nivel equivalente de presión sonora (ruido) y el valor cuadrático medio de la
aceleración es segùn la normas EN 62841
ATENCIÓN Los valores indicatod son válidos para equipos nuevos.
Los valores de ruido y de vibración se modifican durante el uso diario.
Los valores de emisión indicados son comparativos y deben emplearse para la
evaluación provisional del nivel de exposición al riesgo del operador durante el
periodo de trabajo. La correcta evaluación del periodo de trabajo también debe
incluir los periodos de inactividad y de parada. Estos valores de emisión se
refieren a las principales aplicaciones de la herramienta. Si la herramienta se
utiliza para otras aplicaciones o con otros accesorios, o no se somete a
revisiones periódicas, los valores de emisión pueden incrementarse
significativamente durante su funcionamiento.

PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO
ATENCIÓN ¡Controle la tensión de red! La tensión de la red debe
coincidir con la indicada en la etiqueta de identificación de los datos
técnicos (1).
PELIGRO Antes de emprender cualquier intervención en la herramienta
eléctrica desconecte el enchufe de la toma de corriente
ANTES DE LA PUESTA EN SERVICIO
Antes de poner en funcionamiento la máquina verificar que:
- el embalaje esté integro y no tenga señales de daños debidos al transporte y
almacenamiento;
- a máquina esté completa: controlar que el numero y la naturaleza de sus
componentes se adecúen a cuanto se ilustra en el presente manual;
- que la fuente de energia se adecùe a las caracteristicas de la máquina;
- que el cable de alimentación y el enchufe correspondiente estén en perfecto
estado;
- que el unterruptor de ON/OFF (2) funcione bien operando con el enchufe
desconectado;
- que todos los componentes de la máquina estén correctamente ensamblados
y no presenten señales de daño;
- que las ranuras de ventilación no estén obstruidas;
- que la máquina estè conectada a un dispositivo de aspiración a decuado y
eficiente.
MONTAJE DE LA MAQUINA
- Posicionar la protección antitèrmica (6) en la caja la de engranajes, de modo
que los orificios para el paso de la empuñadura correspondan a aquellos
existentes en la caja de engranajes;
- atornillar la empuñadura auxiliar (5); èsta se puede colocar tanto a la derecha
como la izquierda del cuerpo de la màquina;
- si se desea operar sin empunadura auxiliar, la capota debe fijarse con los
tornillos en dotación (9).
MONTAJE/SUSTITUCIÓN DEL DISCO DE PAPEL ABRASIVO
MONTAJE:
Aplicar a presión el disco abrasivo teniendo cuidado de que los orificios del papel
coincidan con los orificios de aspiración del platillo (10).
DESMONTAJE:
- Los discos usados se sacan de un tirón;
- el ensamble de los nuevos discos abrasivos con velcro (véase “MONTAJE”) .

SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA BASE DEL DISCO
Sustituya inmediatamente la base del disco dañada. Se consiguen
los mejores resultados solo usando accesorios originales.
El montaje de una base del disco de tamaño equivocado puede
causar vibraciones excesivas y no admitidas por la máquina.
- Destornillar los tornillos del platillo;
- para el montaje operar en sentido inverso.
Hacer funcionar la màquina y controlar que no hayan vibraciones anómalas y
que el disco abrasivo no tenga asimetrías axiales. En caso contrario,
desconectar inmediatamente y eliminar las anomalîas.
ARRANQUE Y PARADA
- Arranque: empujar hacia adelante la corredera del interruptor ON/OFF (2); si
se desea bloquearlo en posición ON, apretar simultáneamente sobre la parte
anterior de la corredera.
- Parada: soltar la corredera ON/OFF (2).
Si está bloqueado, pulse el interruptor ON/OFF en la parte trasera hacia abajo
y déjelo en posición OFF.
ATENCIÓN: tras un corte de energía eléctrica, si el interruptor
ON/OFF está conectado, habrá que liberar el interruptor (véase
Parada).
SELECCION ELECTRONICA DEL NUMERO DE REVOLUCIONES
ER150AES: La regulación del número de revoluciones se obtiene maniobrando
adecuadamente la ruedecilla del regulador de velocidad (3) ubicada en la parte
posterior de la máquina. La selección de la velocidad se debe hacer en función
de las caracteristicas de los discos abrasivos y del material que se va a trabajar.
REGULACION DEL FLUJO DE ASPIRACION
El flujo de aspiración se puede regular girando la virola del regulador del caudal
de aspiración (4).
ACCESORIOS
EK150AES: Discos de papel abrasivo con velcro de Ø 150 mm con orificios de
aspiración.
EK200AS: Discos de papel abrasivo con velcro de Ø 200 mm con orificios de
aspiración.
MANTENIMIENTO
Todas las operaciones deben realizarse con el enchufe
desconectado. Al final del trabajo, o en caso de necesidad;
desempolvar el cuerpo de la máquina con un soplo de aire
comprimido, prestando particular atención a la limpieza de las ranuras
de ventilación del motor.
No se admiten otras intervenciones por parte del usuario.
Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento y limpieza de partes internas, como
escobillas, rodamientos, engranajes etc., deberan realizadas unicamente por un
taller de servicio autorizado o en www.rupes.com.
Utilice únicamente las piezas o accesorios originales RUPES.
ELIMINACIÓN (DIRECTIVA RAEE)

De getoonde waarden zijn gebaseerd op een nominale spanning van 230V/50Hz. Bij spanningen en frequenties van verschillende vermogens waarden kunnen

instructies niet in acht worden genomen, kan dit leiden tot elektrische
schokken, brand of ernstige ongevallen. Het is afgeraden met dit
gereedschap werkzaamheden, zoals slijpen, polijsten, borstelen of snijden
uit te voeren.
Het niet in acht nemen van onderstaande aanwijzingen kan een elektrische
schok, brand en/of een ernstig ongeval tot gevolg hebben.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet specifiek voor het daarvoor bedoelde
gebruik zijn gemaakt of door de fabrikant worden aangeraden. Het simpele
feit dat het accessoire op uw gereedschap past garandeert geen veilige werking.
De nominale snelheid van het accessoire moet minstens gelijk zijn aan de
maximale snelheid die op het gereedschap is aangegeven. Accessoires die
met een hogere snelheid dan de nominale snelheid werken kunnen defect raken
en worden weggeslingerd.
De buitendiameter en de dikte van uw accessoire moet geschikt zijn voor de
capaciteiten van de veiligheidsbescherming van uw gereedschap.
Accessoires met onjuiste afmetingen kunnen niet correct worden beschermd of
beheerd.
De hulpstukken moeten goed op de spindel van het gereedschap passen.
Hulpstukken waarvan de gaten niet overeenstemmen met de montage-
elementen van het gereedschap zullen niet in evenwicht blijven en overmatig
trillen waardoor de controle kan worden verloren. Gebruik geen beschadigde
hulpstukken. Als het gereedschap of het hulpstuk is gevallen, de eventuele
schade onderzoeken of een niet beschadigd hulpstuk installeren. Na een
hulpstuk te hebben onderzocht en geïnstalleerd, u samen met de andere
aanwezige personen op een veilige afstand van het draaiend hulpstuk
plaatsen en het een minuut onbelast op maximale snelheid in werking
stellen. Beschadigde accessoires breken over het algemeen tijdens deze
testperiode.
Gebruik het elektrisch gereedschap enkel voor droog schuren. Het gebruik
van water of andere koelvloeistoffen kan elektrocutie of elektrische schokken
veroorzaken.
Het elektrisch gereedschap niet laten werken in de buurt van ontvlambare
materialen. De vonken, veroorzaakt door het schuren van metalen, zouden deze
materialen kunnen ontsteken.
Vermijd oververhitting van het bewerkte materiaal en het schuurtoestel. Voor
een pauze moet de stofbak steeds leeggemaakt worden. Het schuurstof in de
stofzak of in de filter van de stofzuiger kan vuur vatten in bepaalde
omstandigheden zoals in aanwezigheid van vonken, geproduceerd door het
schuren van metaal.

Gebruik klemmen voor de bevestiging van het te bewerken werkstuk. Houd
tijdens het gebruik in geen enkel geval het te bewerken werkstuk in de ene
hand en het elektrisch gereedschap in de andere hand. Door het te bewerken
werkstuk met klemmen te bevestigen, kunnen beide handen vrij blijven waardoor
het gereedschap beter kan worden beheerd.

LET OP De aangegeven meetwaarden gelden voor nieuwe gereed
schappen. Bij dageliJks gebruik veranderen geluids – e
trillingswaarden.De bovenstaande waarden zijn vergelijkende waarden
en zijn bedoeld voor een eerste beoordeling van de risico’s waaraan de
gebruiker van deze machine blootstaat tijdens de gebruiksperiode. Voor een
juiste bepaling van de gebruiksperiode moeten ook de momenten worden
meegeteld waarop de machine onbelast draait en is uitgeschakeld. De
bovenstaande waarden hebben betrekking op de normale gebruiksdoeleinden
van deze machine. Als de machine voor andere doeleinden wordt gebruikt, als
andere accessoires worden gebruikt of als de machine niet regelmatig wordt
onderhouden, kunnen de geluids- en trillingswaarden tijdens het gebruik
aanzienlijk hoger liggen.

INGEBRUIKNEMING
LET OP Neem de netspanning in acht! De netspanning moet
overeenstemmen met de spanning aangeduid op de identificatielabel
met technische gegevens (1)
GEVAAR Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact alvorens om het even welke
ingreep op het elektrisch gereedschap uit te voeren.
VÓÓR DE INBEDRIJFSTELLING
Alvorens de machine in te schakelen moet gecontroleerd worden of:
- de doos intact is en geen tekenen van beschadiging door het transport en de
opslag vertoont;
- de machine compleet is; er moet gecontroleerd worden of het aantal en de aard
van deonderdelen klopt met dat wat in dit boekje staat;
- de energiebron in overeenstemming is met de kenmerken van de machine;
- het elektrische snoer en de betreffende stekker in goede staat zijn;
- de ON/OFF (2) goed functioneert, maar werk met de stekker uit het stopcontact;
- alle onderdelen van de machine op de juiste manier gemonteerd zijn en geen
beschadigingen vertonen;
- de ventilatiegleuven niet verstopt zijn;
- dat de machine op de juiste manier op een geschikt en doeltreffend
afzuigsysteem aangesloten is.
MONTEREN VAN DE MACHINE
- Breng de beschermkap (6) op de tandwielkast aan zodat de gaten waar de
handgreep door heen moet precies goed ten opzichte van de gaten die reeds
in de tandwielkast zitten komen te zitten;
- draai de extra handgreep (5) erop; dezelfde handgreep kan zowel aan de
rechterkant als aan de linkerkant van de machine aangebracht worden;
- als u zonder extra handgreep wilt werken moet de beschermkap met de
meegeleverde schroeven (9) bevestigd worden.
MONTAGE/VERVANGING VAN DE SCHUURPAPIERSCHIJF
MONTAGE:
Zorg ervoor dat de schuurschijf goed aan de schuurpad hecht door erop te
drukken waarbij u erop moet letten dat de gaten die in de schuurschijf
aangebracht zijn precies goed ten opzichte van de afzuiggaten die in de
schuurpad (10) aangebracht zijn komen te zitten.
DEMONTAGE:
- Trek de gebruikte schuurschijf eraf;
- doe de nieuwe schuurschijf erop door hem op de schuurpad (zie “MONTAGE”)

ONDERHOUD
Alle werkzaamheden moeten uitgevoerd worden terwijl de stekker
uit het stopcontact gehaald is. Aan het einde van het werk of indien
nodig, moet het machineblok met een straal perslucht schoongeblazen
worden waarbij er goed op gelet moet worden dat de ventilatiegleuven
van de motor goed schoongemaakt worden.
De gebruiker mag geen andere werkzaamheden uitvoeren.
Voor het onderhoud en de periodieke reiniging van de inwendige delen, zoals de
borstels, de lagers, de tandwielen enz. of in andere gevallen moet u zich tot een
erkende servicedienst wenden of www.rupes.com.
Gebruik alleen de originele RUPES onderdelen of accessoires.
VERWIJDERING (RAEE - RICHTLIJN)
Uitsluitend voor landen binnen de EU: Conform de Europese richtlijn
inzake het afval van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur en de
tenuitvoerlegging ervan volgens de nationale wetgevingen, moeten
gebruikt elektrisch apparatuur dat wordt afgedankt gescheiden worden
VERVANGING VAN HET SCHUURPLATEAU
Een beschadigd schuurplateau onmiddellijk vervangen. Optimale
resultaten kunnen enkel verkregen worden met originele
hulpstukken. De montage van een schuurplateau met verkeerde
afmetingen kan overmatige trillingen veroorzaken die niet
toegelaten zijn.
- Draai de schroeven van de schuurpad los;
- volg de omgekeerde procedure bij het monteren.
Start de machine en controleer of er geen abnormale trillingen zijn en of de
schuurschijf niet uit het midden draait. Als dit wel het geval is moet u de
machine onmiddellijk uitschakelen en de storing proberen te verhelpen.
STARTEN EN STOPPEN
- Starten: duw de schuif van de schakelaar ON/OFF (2) naar voren; als u hem in
de ON/OFF (2) stand wilt vergrendelen moet u tegelijkertijd op het voorste
gedeelte van de schuif drukken ON.
- Stoppen: laat de schuif los of druk als de schuif ON/OFF (2).
Bij blokkering de ON/OFF schakelaar op de achterzijde naar beneden drukken
en in de OFF stand laten.
LET OP: Als de ON/OFF schakelaar is ingeschakeld, moet na een
onderbreking van de elektrische stroomtoevoer de schakelaar
vrij gelaten worden (zie stilstand)
ELEKTRONISCHE REGELING VAN HET TOERENTAL
ER150AES: Het toerental kan geregeld worden door in de gewenste mate aan
het wieltje de snelheidsregelaar (3) aan de achterkant van de machine te
draaien. De snelheid moet ingesteld worden op basis van de kenmerken van de
schuurschijven en het materiaal dat bewerkt moet worden.
REGELING VAN DE AFZUIGSTROOM
De afzuigstroom kan geregeld worden door aan de stelring zuigstroomregelaar
(4) te draaien.
HULPGEREEDSCHAPPEN DIE GEBRUIKT MOGEN WORDEN
EK150AES: Papieren schuurschijven met klittenbandhechting Ø 150 mm met
gaten voor stofafzuiging.

Инструкции по технике безопасности и профилактике производственного
травматизма представлены в брошюре «УКАЗАНИЯ ПО ТЕХНИКЕ
БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ», которая является неотъемлемой частью этой документации.
Данное РУКОВОДСТВО ПО ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ содержит информацию,
относящуюся только к специфике работы этой машины.
ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ В СООТВЕТСТВИИ С НАЗНАЧЕНИЕМ
Этот электрический прибор предназначен для работы в качестве
полировального станка, предназначенного для полировки дерева,
пластика, металла, штукатурки и окрашенных поверхностей в сухом виде.
Внимательно прочитайте все правила техники безопасности, инструкции,
иллюстрации и спецификации, поставляемые с этим прибором.
Несоблюдение каких-либо инструкций, представленных ниже, может
привести к удару электрическим током, воспламенению и/или серьезному
пожару. Не рекомендуется использовать этот прибор для работ по
абразивной обработке, шлифовке, металлической зачистке или резке.
Несоблюдение нижеприведенных инструкций может привести к поражению
электрическим током, пожару и/или другому серьезному происшествию.
Не использовать комплектующие, специально не предназначенные для
предусмотренного применения и не рекомендованные производителем
машины. Тот факт, что какое-либо комплектующее может быть закреплено на
вашем инструменте, еще не гарантирует полной безопасности при его эксплуатации.
Номинальная скорость комплектующего должна быть как минимум равна
максимальной скорости, указанной на инструменте. Комплектующие, которые
эксплуатируются на скорости, превышающей номинальную, могут сломаться и
отлететь в сторону.
Наружный диаметр и толщина комплектующего должны соответствовать
характеристикам защиты вашего инструмента. Комплектующие с неправильными
размерами не могут быть надлежащим образом защищены или проконтролированы.
Структура дополнительных приспособлений должна соответствующим
образом подходить к стержню прибора. Дополнительные приспособления,
оснащенные отверстиями вала, которые не соответствуют компонентам
монтажа на приборе, будут разбалансированы, будут характеризоваться
чрезмерной вибрацией и могут вызывать потерю контроля. Никогда не
используйте поврежденное дополнительное приспособление. Если
прибор или дополнительное приспособление упали, проверьте их на
предмет возможных повреждений или используйте неповрежденное
дополнительное приспособление. После проверки и установки
дополнительного приспособления, отойдите вместе с присутствующим
персоналом на безопасное от вращающегося приспособления расстояние
и запустите прибор на максимальной скорости в порожнем виде в течение
одной минуты.
Если комплектующее имеет повреждения, оно, как правило,
ломается в течение этого испытательного периода.
Используйте электроприбор исключительно для полировки в сухом виде.
Использование воды или других охлаждающих жидкостей может привести к
поражению электрическим током или удару электрическим током.
Запрещено использовать электроприбор рядом с воспламеняющихся
материалами. Искры, вырабатываемые полировальным станком при работе с
металлическими изделиями, могут привести к возгоранию воспламеняющихся
материалов.
Избегайте чрезмерного перегрева обрабатываемого материала и
полировального станка. Перед перерывом в работе всегда опустошайте
контейнер для пыли. Пыль от абразивных материалов в пакете для сбора пыли
или в фильтре всасывающего приспособления может воспламениться при
неблагоприятных условиях, например, попадании искры, вырабатываемой
полировальным станком при работе с металлическими компонентами.

Во время работ по полировки может вырабатываться опасная пыль,
контакт с которой или вдыхание которой могут быть опасными для
пользователя и персонала, находящегося радом. Соблюдайте правила
техники безопасности, действующие в соответствующей стране. Подсоедините
прибор к соответствующему приспособлению по всасыванию пыли. В случае
работ, в результате которых может образовываться пыль, надевайте маску.
Используйте зажимы для крепления обрабатываемого компонента.
Категорически запрещено придерживать обрабатываемый компонент
одной рукой, а электроприбор другой рукой. В случае крепления
обрабатываемого изделия зажимами, у пользователя будут свободны обе руки
для лучшего управления электроприбором.
ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ШУМООБРАЗОВАНИЕ / СРЕДНЕЕ
ЗНАЧЕНИЕ УСКОРЕНИЯ
Уровень равнозначен акустическому давлению (уровню шума) в
Среднеквадратичное значение ускорения, замеренное и замерен согласно
норме EN 62841
ОПАСНО Указывают измерения относятся к новым инструментам
власти. Ежедневная США вызывает шум и вибрацию значения
изменится.Показываемые значения шума и вибрации являются
сравнительными и должны использоваться для предварительной оценки
опасности воздействия на оператора во время работы. Для правильной оценки
времени работы необходимо также учитывать время работы инструмента на
холостом ходу и периоды простоя. Все эти воздействия относятся к основным
применениям инструмента. Если инструмент используется для других
применений, с другими принадлежностями или если он не проходит
периодическое техническое обслуживание, воздействующие факторы могут
существенно усилиться во время эксплуатации.

ЗАПУСК В РАБОТУ
ВНИМАНИЕ Всегда соблюдайте напряжение сети! Напряжение сети
должно соответствовать напряжению, указанному на
идентификационной табличке с техническими данными (1).
ОПАСНОСТЬ Перед какими-либо работами в отношении
электроприбора, всегда извлекайте вилку электропитания из
розетки.
ПРЕЖДЕ, ЧЕМ ЗАПУСТИТЬ МАШИНУ В РАБОТУ
Прежде, чем запустить машину, убедиться, что:
- упаковка целая и не имеет следов нарушений или повреждений в результате
транспортирования ихранения;
- машина комплектна; проверить, что количество и тип ее составных частей
соответствуют описанию,имеющемуся в данном руководстве;
- источник энергии соответствует характеристикам машины;
- питающий кабель и соответствующая вилка в безукоризненном состоянии;
- выключатель ВКЛ/ВЫКЛ (2) в рабочем состоянии (проверку осуществить при
отсоединенной вилке электропитания);
- все составные части машины правильно монтированы и не имеют следов
повреждений;
- вентиляционные отверстия не засорены;
- машина подсоединена к соответствующей эффективной вытяжной системе.
ПОДГОТОВКА МАШИНЫ
- Установить теплозащитный кожух (6), на коробку зубчатой передачи так, чтобы
отверстия для прохождения рукоятки соответствовали тем, которые имеются
на коробке зубчатой передачи;
- привинтить вспомогательную рукоятку (5); она может быть установлена как на
правой, так и на левой стороне корпуса машины;
- в том случае, если решено работать без вспомогательной рукоятки,
теплозащитный кожух должен быть закреплен прилагаемыми винтами (9).
МОНТАЖ:
Установить диск из абразивной бумаги, прижимая его к диску-подошве (10)
так, чтобы отверстия на бумаге совпадали с отверстиями для вытяжки,
выполненными на диске-подошве.
ДЕМОНТАЖ:
- Удалить рывком использованный абразивный диск;
- наложить новый абразивный диск, прижимая его к диску-подошве так (см.
“МОНТАЖ”)

ЗАМЕНА ДИСКА
Незамедлительно замените диск в случае повреждение.
Оптимальные результаты достигаются исключительно в
случае использования оригинальных запчастей.
Монтаж диска неправильного размера можетпривести к
чрезмерной вибрации, недопустимой для машины.
- Отвинтить винты, находящиеся на диске-подошве;
- при установкеследоватьвобратномпорядке.
Включить машинуиубедиться, что нет аномальнойвибрации или
коробленияабразивного диска. Впротивномслучаенемедленно
выключить машину и устранить аномалии.
ЗАПУСК И ОСТАНОВКА
-Запуск:переместить ползун переключателя ВКЛ/ВЫКЛ (2) вперед по
направляющей; для блокирования переключателя в положении “включено”,
нажать одновременно на переднюю часть ползуна ВЫКЛ.
- Остановка: отпустить ползун ВКЛ/ВЫКЛ (2).
Если заблокировано, нажмите переключатель ВКЛ/ВЫКЛ, расположенный
в задней части, вниз и отпустите его в положении
ВНИМАНИЕ: после перебоя электропитания, если

ER150AES:Регулирование числа оборотов осуществляется
соответствующим маневрированием колесика регулятора скорости (3),
установленного на задней части машины. Выбор скорости проводится в
соответствии с характеристиками дисков из абразивной бумаги и
обрабатываемого материала
РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЕ ВЫТЯЖНОГО ПОТОКА
Вытяжной поток может регулироваться поворотом зажимного
кольца регулятора потока всасывания (4).

ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ
Все операции проводятся при отсоединенной вилке
электропитания. По окончанию работы, в случае необходимости,
очистить струей воздуха поверхность машины от пыли, обращая
особое внимание на вентиляционные отверстия мотора.
Не допускаются другие вмешательства со стороны потребителя.
Для обслуживания и периодической очистки внутренних частей машины, таких,
как щетки, подшипники, зубчатые передачи ит.п.иприлюбой другой
необходимости следует обращаться вспециализированные центры технического
обслуживания или на www.rupes.com.
