WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
Wichtig: Personen (einschließlich Kinder), die aufgrund ihrer physischen, sensorischen oder

der Beschichtung in die Nahrung gelangen. Benutzen Sie einen Holzspatel oder einen
wärmebeständigen Plastikspatel, um die Nahrung aus dem Gerät zu nehmen.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, da das
Gerät keinen An-/Aus-Schalter besitzt.

INBETRIEBNAHME
• Während des ersten Gebrauchs entwickelt die Antihaftbeschichtung Qualm. Dieser Rauch
ist NICHT schädlich.
• Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind die Platten mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen.
• Um die Backplatten zu entfernen, drücken Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf der
Backplatten, und nehmen Sie dann die Backplatten heraus.
• Legen Sie die gewünschten Platten in das Gerät, indem Sie die hinteren Verriegelungsstifte
der Backplatten in die dazu vorgesehenen Platten-Arrettierungspunkte schieben, und auf
das vordere Ende der Platten drücken, bis Sie einen Klick hören. Die Antihaftbeschichtung
der Platten macht das Einreiben mit Butter, Öl oder Fett nicht unbedingt notwendig.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät und stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose. Die rote
Kontrollleuchte wird aufleuchten und anzeigen, dass das Gerät funktioniert.
• Die grüne Kontrollleuchte wird ebenfalls aufleuchten, sobald das Gerät die gewünschte
Temperatur erreicht hat. Während des Gebrauchs wird diese Kontrollleuchte regelmäßig
an- und ausgehen. Das bedeutet, dass die Betriebstemperatur geregelt wird.
• Achtung! Während des Gebrauchs werden die Backplatten heiß. Berühren Sie sie nicht!
!! UM VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR VORZUBEUGEN, WARTEN SIE IMMER BIS DAS GERÄT VÖLLIG
ABGEKÜHLT IST, BEVOR SIE DIE BACKPLATTEN WECHSELN.
Gebrauch als Sandwichmaker
• Während der Erhitzung des Gerätes bereiten Sie Ihren Toast zu.
• Öffnen Sie das aufgeheizte Gerät und legen Sie eine Scheibe Brot mit der gebutterten
Seite nach unten auf die untere Platte.
• Belegen Sie nun nach Belieben den Toast.
• Fügen Sie die obere Brotscheibe hinzu. Drücken Sie danach den Deckel nach unten.
Während des Toastvorganges tritt heißer Dampf aus dem Gerät; achten Sie darauf –
Verbrennungsgefahr!
• Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem Verschlussriegel.
• Nach einer Röstzeit von ca. 2 bis 3 Minuten oder länger, je nach Ihrem Geschmack, sind
die Sandwich-Scheiben geröstet. Öffnen Sie das Gerät und entfernen Sie den Toast mit
einem Holz- oder Plastikspatel. Es dürfen keine metallenen Gegenstände verwendet
werden, da sonst die Antihaftbeschichtung beschädigt werden kann.
• Schließen Sie das geheizte Gerät, bis Sie weitere Toasts rösten wollen.
• Bereiten Sie weitere Toasts vor, während die ersten geröstet werden.
• Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, sobald Sie das Gerät nicht mehr verwenden.
Gebrauch als Grill
• Reiben Sie die Platten mit etwas Butter, Öl oder Fett ein um zu vermeiden, dass das Grillgut
an den Platten klebt.
• Wenn das Gerät die notwendige Temperatur erreicht hat, öffnen Sie das Gerät und legen
Sie das Grillgut auf die Platte. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Grillgut nicht zu dick ist, damit
Sie das Gerät noch schließen können.
• Die Zubereitungszeit variiert je nach Grillgut und der gewünschten Garzeit. Überprüfen Sie
das Grillgut daher regelmäßig, damit es nicht anbrennt.
• Nach Beendigung des Grillens, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

Gebrauch als Waffelautomat
• Füllen Sie den Waffelteig in die Mitte des Waffelautomaten und schließen Sie den Deckel.
Drücken Sie den Deckel einen Moment fest herunter, damit sich der Teig gleichmäßig
verteilt. Füllen Sie nicht zuviel Teig ein, dieser läuft ansonsten an den Seiten heraus.
• Die Backzeit ist ca. 4 bis 5 Minuten, aber je nach dem gewählten Rezept und dem
gewünschten Bräunungsgrad kann die Backzeit variieren.
• Wenn die Waffel fertig ist, nehmen Sie diese bitte mit einem Kunststoffspachtel heraus.
Benutzen Sie keine scharfen oder spitzen Gegenstände, da ansonsten die Beschichtung
der Backfläche beschädigt werden kann.
• Nach Beendigung des Backens ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

PFLEGEHINWEISE
• Gerät vom Netz trennen und das Gerät und die Platten abkühlen lassen, bevor sie

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way,
due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge,
must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.

Your appliance must never be switched on through an external timer or any kind of
separate remote control system.

USE
• Protective coating burn off will cause smoking on first use. This is NOT harmful.
• When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth, then dry.
• To remove the baking plates, press the release buttons, and take out the baking plates.
• Place the desired plates in the appliance by inserting the plate locking tabs in the plate
locking openings and press on the plates till you hear a click. You may season the plates
with butter, margarine or cooking fat. Since the appliance has a non-stick coated surface,
the use of butter or oil is optional.
• Close the sandwich maker and plug into the electrical outlet. The red pilot light will come
on to indicate that the appliance is switched on.
• The green pilot light will come on as well when the cooking temperature is reached.
During use, this ready light will come on and off regularly. This simply means that the
thermostat is regulating the appliance's temperature.
• Attention: during the functioning, the baking plates heat up. Pay attention not to get
burned.
!! TO AVOID BURNS, WAIT UNTIL THE APPLIANCE HAS TOTALLY COOLED DOWN BEFORE
CHANGING THE PLATES.
Sandwich function
• Prepare your sandwich while the unit is heating.
• Fully open the sandwich maker. Place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the
buttered side against the plate.
• Fill the sandwich.
• Add the top slice with the buttered side up and carefully close the appliance. Do not
force shut. Steam will be ejected from between the plates; make sure that fingers do not
come into contact with it.
• Lock the two halves with the wire clip while toasting.
• Your sandwich will be toasted in 2 to 3 minutes or longer to suit your taste. Open the
appliance and remove sandwich using a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a metal
knife as this may damage the non-stick coating.
• Close the lid to preserve the heat until you are ready to toast the next sandwiches.
• Prepare additional sandwiches if desired while the others are cooking.
• Unplug when finished.
Grill function
• Lightly brush grids with butter, margarine or cooking oil to avoid that the foods stick to the
plates.
• When the appliance has reached the desired temperature, open it and put the foods in
on the grill plate. Make sure the foods are not too thick, so that you can close the
appliance. The cooking time depends on the type of food you are grilling. To avoid
burning the foods, check regularly during the cooking process.
• When grilling is finished, unplug the appliance and leave it open to allow it to cool down.

Waffle function
• Lightly brush grids with butter, margarine or cooking oil.
• Pour batter evenly onto the bottom grid but not all the way to the edges.
• Close the grids. Do not hold the handles during baking. Escaping steam can burn.
• The cover will rise slightly as waffles begin to bake. Do not open the cover for the first
minute.
• The average baking time is 4 to 5 minutes but the baking time may vary according to the
chosen recipe and the desired browning level.
• Remove the waffles with a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use scratching objects, as
these might damage the non-stick coating. Close grids.
• When you have finished baking, unplug the cord from the outlet and leave the grids open
to cool.
• When using for the first time, discard the first two waffles you bake on the new grids.

CLEANING
• Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance and the plates to cool down.
• Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or
grease enters the cooling slots.
• To clean the plates you can let them in the appliance or remove them from the
appliance; therefore press on the button 2 near the handle and remove them (see
picture). If you let them in the appliance, wipe the plates with a damp cloth or towel. If
you remove them from the appliance, you can wash them under running water. Dry them
afterwards. Never place the plates into the dishwasher.

• Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will
damage the finish.

La prise doit être retirée avant de nettoyer l'appareil.

extérieure ou d’un autre système de commande à distance séparé.

MISE EN SERVICE
• Lors de la première utilisation la couche antiadhésive produira de la fumée. Celle-ci n'est
pas nocive et s’estompera rapidement.
• Lorsque vous utilisez votre appareil pour la première fois, essuyez-le avec un chiffon
humide.
• Pour retirer les plaques, appuyez sur le bouton de déverrouillage et enlevez ensuite les
plaques.
• Placez les plaques que vous désirez utiliser dans l’appareil en insérant les ergots de fixation
dans les encoches prévues à cet effet. Appuyez ensuite sur l'avant des plaques jusqu'au
déclic. Les plaques étant antiadhésives, l'utilisation de beurre est facultative mais vous
pouvez, si vous le souhaitez, les enduire de beurre, de margarine ou de toute autre graisse
de cuisson.
• Fermez votre appareil et branchez la fiche de votre appareil dans la prise de courant. Le
témoin lumineux rouge s’allume, vous indiquant ainsi que l’appareil est sous tension.
• Lorsque la température est atteinte, le témoin lumineux vert s’allume aussi. Pendant
l'utilisation, ce témoin lumineux s'éteindra et se rallumera régulièrement. Cela signifie
simplement que le thermostat règle la température de l'appareil.
• Attention: pendant l'utilisation, les plaques deviennent chaudes. Faites attention de ne
pas vous brûler.
!! AFIN D'EVITER TOUT RISQUE DE BRULURE, ATTENDEZ TOUJOURS QUE L'APPAREIL AIT TOTALEMENT
REFROIDI AVANT DE CHANGER LES PLAQUES.
Fonction croque-monsieur
• Pendant que l’appareil chauffe, préparez vos croque-monsieur.
• Ouvrez entièrement l’appareil. Mettez une tranche de pain dans l’emplacement du bas
avec le côté beurré contre la plaque de cuisson.
• Ajoutez la garniture.
• Mettez la tranche de pain du haut avec le côté beurré au-dessus et fermez l'appareil.
Veillez à ne pas entrer en contact avec la vapeur qui s'échappera de votre croque-
monsieur.
• Votre croque sera cuit en 2 à 3 minutes ou en plus de temps selon votre goût. Ouvrez
l’appareil et retirez le croque-monsieur à l’aide d’une spatule en bois ou en plastique.
N’utilisez jamais d'instruments en métal car ceux-ci pourraient endommager le
revêtement antiadhésif.
• Refermez l’appareil afin de préserver la chaleur jusqu’à ce vous remettiez d'autres
sandwichs.
• Nous vous conseillons de préparer d’autres croque-monsieur pendant la cuisson des
premiers.
• Veuillez débrancher l’appareil après l’emploi.
Fonction gril
• Dès que l'appareil est à température, ouvrez-le et badigeonnez les plaques gril avec un
peu de matière grasse et placez les aliments sur la plaque inférieure. Assurez-vous que les
aliments ne soient pas trop épais, de manière à ce que vous puissiez refermer l'appareil
sans forcer.
• Le temps de cuisson dépend du type d'aliments que vous préparez ainsi que de vos
goûts. Il est donc conseillé de vérifier l'état des aliments régulièrement pendant la cuisson
pour éviter qu'ils ne brûlent.
• Dès que la cuisson est terminée, débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le ouvert afin que les
plaques refroidissent.

Fonction gaufres
• Déposez un peu de pâte au milieu de l’appareil et refermez-le. Serrez la poignée un
instant de façon à ce que la pâte se répartisse de manière uniforme sur la plaque de
cuisson. Ne mettez pas trop de pâte sinon celle-ci risque de déborder sur les côtés.
• Le temps de cuisson moyen est de l’ordre de 4 à 5 minutes mais peut varier car il dépend
essentiellement de la recette que vous avez utilisée pour faire la pâte et bien entendu de
vos goûts personnels.
• Lorsque la gaufre est cuite, retirez-la de l’appareil à l’aide d’une spatule en bois ou en
plastique.
• Lorsque vous avez terminé d’utiliser l’appareil, débranchez-le.

NETTOYAGE
• Veuillez retirer la fiche de la prise de courant et attendre que l’appareil et les plaques
refroidissent totalement avant de les nettoyer.
• Essuyez l’extérieur de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon légèrement humide, en vous assurant
que l'humidité, l’huile ou la graisse ne s’infiltre pas dans les aérations de refroidissement de
l’appareil.
• Pour nettoyer les plaques, vous pouvez soit les laisser dans l’appareil, soit les enlever; pour
cela appuyez sur le bouton 2 situé près de la poignée et enlevez-les (voir dessin). Si vous
les laissez dans l’appareil, nettoyez les plaques à l’aide de papier absorbant ou d’un
chiffon doux. Si vous les enlevez de l’appareil, vous pouvez les laver à l’eau courante.
Séchez-les bien. Ne les mettez jamais au lave-vaisselle.

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig alvorens u uw toestel gebruikt.
Belangrijk: Personen (kinderen inbegrepen) die wegens hun fysieke, sensoriële of mentale
capaciteiten, of wegens hun gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, het toestel niet veilig kunnen
gebruiken, mogen dit toestel niet zonder toezicht of instructies van een verantwoordelijke
persoon gebruiken. Hou kinderen goed in het oog om te vermijden dat ze met het toestel
spelen.
Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel vooraleer u het
gebruikt.
Laat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht.
Controleer regelmatig of het snoer niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het
snoer of het toestel zelf enige beschadiging zouden vertonen maar laat het nakijken en
herstellen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst (*). Een beschadigd snoer dient te
worden vervangen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst (*).
Gebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijk gebruik en op de wijze zoals vermeld in de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te
reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.
Gebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen.
Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt.
Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.
Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan
gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker en het toestel beschadigen.
Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer
nergens kan achterhaken en daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het
snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.
Zet het toestel op een tafel of op een voldoende stabiel oppervlak zodat het niet valt.
Wacht tot het toestel volledig is afgekoeld alvorens het te reinigen of op te bergen.
Zorg dat het snoer niet in aanraking komt met de warme onderdelen van het toestel.
Wanneer het toestel in werking is, kunnen toegankelijke delen ervan een zeer hoge
temperatuur bereiken. Raak deze warme onderdelen niet aan.
Zorg ervoor dat de warme onderdelen van het toestel tijdens het gebruik niet in aanraking
komen met gemakkelijk ontvlambare materialen, zoals gordijnen, een tafelkleed en
dergelijke vermits deze in brand zouden kunnen vliegen.
Let erop dat u de speciale bekleding van de bakplaten niet schramt, vermits u hiervan
stukjes in uw voedsel zou kunnen vinden. Gebruik een klassieke houten spatel of een
warmtebestendige plastic spatel.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het toestel niet in werking is, vermits het geen
schakelaar bevat.
Kook enkel eetwaren geschikt om te koken en voor consumptie.
Uw toestel mag nooit worden aangezet door middel van een externe timer of een
separaat systeem met afstandsbediening.
(*) Bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst: klantendienst van de fabrikant of de invoerder, die
erkend en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt.
Gelieve het toestel bij problemen naar deze dienst terug te brengen.

GEBRUIK
• Tijdens het eerste gebruik zal de antiaanbaklaag gaan roken. Deze rook is NIET schadelijk.
• Veeg de bakplaten voor het eerste gebruik met een vochtige doek schoon en droog ze
dan af.
• Om de bakplaten af te nemen drukt u op de ontgrendelingsknoppen en haalt u de
bakplaten vervolgens uit het toestel.
• Plaats de gewenste bakplaten in het toestel door de bevestigingsklepjes van de platen in
de daartoe voorziene openingen te steken. Druk vervolgens op de voorkant van de
platen tot u een klik hoort. De antiaanbaklaag van de bakplaten maakt het gebruik van
boter facultatief, maar u mag de bakplaten met boter, olie of vet insmeren.
• Sluit de sandwichtoaster en steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Het rode controlelampje
zal gaan branden om aan te geven dat het toestel in werking is getreden.
• Het groene controlelampje zal ook gaan branden wanneer de nodige temperatuur is
bereikt. Tijdens het gebruik zal dit controlelampje regelmatig aan- en uitgaan. Dit
betekent dat de thermostaat de juiste temperatuur regelt.
• Opgelet: tijdens het gebruik worden de bakplaten warm. Wees voorzichtig tijdens het
gebruik om brandwonden te voorkomen.
!! OM BRANDWONDEN TE VOORKOMEN, GELIEVE ALTIJD TE WACHTEN TOT HET TOESTEL VOLLEDIG
IS AFGEKOELD VOORALEER U DE BAKPLATEN WISSELT.
Sandwichfunctie
• Maak het brood klaar terwijl het toestel opwarmt.
• Open het toestel. Leg op de onderste helft een snede brood en wel zodanig, dat de met
boter bestreken kant op de bakplaat ligt.
• Vul het brood.
• Leg de bovenste snee brood met de met boter besmeerde kant naar boven en sluit nu
het toestel. Let erop dat uw vingers niet met de bakplaten in aanraking komen.
• De croque monsieur is na ca. 2-3 minuten klaar, maar kan naar believen langer getoast
worden. Open de toaster en haal het brood er met een houten of plastieken spatel uit.
Gebruik hiervoor nooit een metalen mes, omdat anders de antiaanbaklaag beschadigd
wordt.
• Wilt u opnieuw brood toasten, sluit dan zo snel mogelijk de beide helften van het toestel,
zodat er niet te veel warmte verloren gaat.
• Bereid, indien gewenst, andere croque monsieurs voor terwijl de eerste getoast worden.
• Trek na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Grillfunctie
• Wanneer de nodige temperatuur bereikt is, vet dan beide bakplaten in met boter zonder
de randen in te vetten. Leg de etenswaren op de onderste grillplaat en zorg ervoor dat
die etenswaren niet te dik zijn, zodat u het toestel nog kunt sluiten zonder te forceren.
• De kooktijd hangt af van de etenswaren en van uw smaak. Kijk daarom regelmatig de
toestand van de etenswaren na tijdens het grillen, zodat de etenswaren niet aanbakken.
• Wanneer het grillen afgelopen is, trek dan de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het
toestel open zodat de grillplaten kunnen afkoelen.

Wafelfunctie
• Open het toestel en vet de bakplaten met boter, olie of margarine in zonder de randen in
te vetten. Giet het deeg op de onderste bakplaat. Giet niet te veel deeg, want anders
zou het langs de zijkanten uit het toestel kunnen lopen. Druk het deksel een kort ogenblik
naar beneden om het deeg gelijkmatig over de bakplaten te verdelen.
• De gemiddelde baktijd bedraagt ongeveer 4 à 5 minuten maar kan volgens het
gebruikte recept en naargelang de gewenste bruiningsgraad variëren.
• Wanneer de wafels gebakken zijn, open dan het deksel en gebruik een houten of
hittebestendige plastic spatel om de wafels uit het apparaat te halen. Gebruik nooit
scherpe of metalen voorwerpen, want deze zouden de antiaanbaklaag van de
bakplaten kunnen beschadigen.
• Wanneer het bakken beëindigd is, trek dan het snoer uit het stopcontact en laat het
wafelijzer open liggen om af te koelen.

REINIGING
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. Laat het apparaat en de bakplaten eerst afkoelen.
• Reinig de buitenkant met een zachte, vochtige doek. Let erop dat er geen vocht of olie
via de koelspleten naar binnen sijpelt.
• Om de bakplaten te reinigen kunt u ze ofwel in het toestel laten ofwel ze uit het toestel
verwijderen; druk daarvoor op de knop 2 dichtbij de handgreep en neem ze af (zie
afbeelding). Als u de platen in het toestel laat, reinig deze dan met keukenpapier of met
een zachte doek. Als u ze uit het toestel neemt, kunt u ze onder water reinigen. Laat ze
goed drogen. Steek ze nooit in een afwasmachine.

• Schuur nooit de binnen- of buitenkant en gebruik geen staalwol, omdat u anders het
oppervlak ernstig beschadigt.
• Gebruik geen scherpe of ijzeren voorwerpen.

MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Daarom mag uw apparaat,
zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool , niet met
het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden. De gebruiker heeft het recht het toestel naar een
gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het overeenkomstig de
richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal worden.

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD

MODO DE EMPLEO
• La primera vez que se enchufa, hace humo y huele. Esto es normal, puesto que en su
fabricación se pueden haber adherido grasas que se estén quemando.
• Cuando utilice el aparato por primera vez, pásele un paño humedecido.
• Apretar el botón de expulsión para quitar las placas. Luego quitarlas.
• Colocar las placas que desee utilizar en su aparato insertando los ganchos de fijaciones
en las entalladuras. Luego apretar las placas en la parte anterior. No es obligatorio utilizar
mantequilla o cualquier tipo de grasa debido que son placas antiadherentes insertando
los ganchos de fijaciones en las entalladuras. Luego apretar las placas en la parte

• Cierre el aparato y enchufe la clavija en una toma de corriente. El testigo luminoso rojo se
enciende indicando que el aparato está funcionando.
• El testigo luminoso verde se encenderá cuando será conseguida la temperatura de
cocción. Durante su utilización este testigo luminoso se apagará y se encenderá
regularmente. Eso significa que el termómetro regula la temperatura del aparato.
• Atención: durante la utilización, las placas se calientan. Téngalo en cuenta para evitar
quemaduras.
!! PARA EVITAR TODO RIESGO DE QUEMADURA, ESPERE A SIEMPRE QUE EL APARATO ESTE FRIO
ANTES DE CAMBIAR LAS PLACAS.
Ideas para emparedados
• Prepare sus emparedados durante el calentamiento del aparato.
• Abra enteramente el aparato. Ponga una rodaja de pan en el lugar de base con el lado
untado en mantequilla contra la placa de cocción.
• Ponga sobre esta la guarnición que desee.
• Coloque la rodaja de pan superior con el lado untado en mantequilla sobre la placa y
cierre el aparato.
• Cierre las dos mitades del aparato del aparato durante su tostado.
• Su emparedado estará hecho en 2 o 3 minutos, o más tiempo dependiendo de su gusto.
Abra el aparato y retire el emparedado con la ayuda de una espátula en madera o en
plástico. Nunca utilice un cuchillo en metal puesto que este estropearía el recubrimiento
anti adhesivo.
• Cierre el aparato para mantener el calor de este hasta que introduzca de nuevo otros
emparedados.
• Nosotros le aconsejamos que vaya preparando el resto de los emparedados durante la
cocción de los otros.
• Desenchufe el aparato después de su empleo.
Grill
• Ponga mantequilla o margarina sobre las placas para evitar que los alimentos se atascan
sobre las placas. Cuándo el aparato ha alcanzado la temperatura deseada, ábralo y
ponga los alimentos sobre la placa. Asegúrese que los alimentos no son demasiado
gruesos, para que se puede cerrar el aparato.
• El tiempo de cocina depende del tipo de los alimentos. Para evitar que se quemen los
alimentos, cheque regularmente durante el proceso de cocina.
• Cuando el asar es terminado, desenchufe el aparato y déjele abierto para que se enfríe.

Ideas para gofres
• Eche la mezcla en las placas inferiores pero no en los lados. Aprete el asa para que la

LIMPIEZA
• Tras el empleo y antes de su limpieza, desenchufe el aparato y déjelo enfriar.
• Limpie el exterior del aparato con la ayuda de un paño ligeramente humedecido,
asegurándose de que no haya humedad, aceite o grasa que se infiltre en las aeraciones
que enfrían el aparato.
• Para limpiar las placas, Usted puede dejarlas en el aparato o sacarlas; para ello, presione
sobre el botón 2 situado cerca del mango y quítelas (ver dibujo). Si las deja en el aparato,
limpie las placas con la ayuda de un papel absorbente o de un paño suave (nunca con
un estropajo). Si las quita del aparato puede lavarlas con agua corriente con ayuda de
una esponja (nunca con un estropajo).
• Nunca limpie ni el interior ni el exterior con productos abrasivos ya que estos estropean el
revestimiento antiadherente.
• Nunca introduzca el aparato en el agua u otro líquido.

Para poder preservar nuestro medio ambiente y proteger la salud humana, los residuos
eléctricos y equipos electrónicos deberían ser destruidos de acuerdo con unas normas

PARA A SUA SEGURANÇA
Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com sentido de responsabilidade as instruções de
funcionamento.
Importante: As pessoas (incluídas as crianças) com incapacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais, ou sem experiência ou conhecimento não devem utilizar o aparelho excepto se
estiverem a ser vigiadas por uma pessoa responsável pela sua segurança ou se receberam
previamente instruções relativas ao uso seguro do aparelho.
Convém vigiar as crianças para que elas não brinquem com o aparelho.
Confirme se a tensão eléctrica que vai utilizar é igual à indicada na placa sinalética do
aparelho.
Mantenha o aparelho sob vigilância quando em funcionamento.
Verifique com regularidade o estado do aparelho e em caso de danos leve-o a um serviço
técnico competente(*) para o analisar e reparar. Se o cabo da alimentação estiver
danificado este tem de ser obrigatoriamente substituído pelo que deve levar o aparelho a

O aparelho nunca deve ser mergulhado na água ou em qualquer outro líquido seja para
a limpeza ou por qualquer outra razão. Nunca meta o aparelho na máquina de lavar
louça.
Não ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.
O aparelho para ser limpo tem de ser desligado e ter a ficha do cabo da alimentação
retirada da tomada eléctrica.
O aparelho não deve ser utilizado ao ar livre e deve ser guardado em locais secos.
Use sempre os acessórios recomendados pelo fabricante ou pelos serviços técnicos
competentes(*).
Nunca retire a ficha do cabo da alimentação da tomada eléctrica puxando pelo cabo
da alimentação. Verifique se o cabo da alimentação se encontra preso em alguma
coisa. Evite as quedas do aparelho. Não enrole o cabo da alimentação à volta do
aparelho e não o torça.
Coloque o aparelho numa mesa ou superfície plana e segura de forma a não permitir a
queda do aparelho.
Na limpeza ou manutenção o aparelho tem de estar frio.
Não deixe que o cabo da alimentação toque nas partes quentes do aparelho.
Com o aparelho em funcionamento as superfícies ficam com temperaturas elevadas
pelo que não pode tocar nestas partes. Não pode tocar nessas partes do aparelho.

se posam incendiar.
Nunca use na limpeza produtos abrasivos que possam danificar as placas. Use uma
espátula de madeira ou plástico. Nunca utilize utensílios de metal porque os mesmo
podem danificar o revestimento antiaderente.
Sempre que não esteja a utilizar o aparelho desligue-o da tomada fornecedora de
corrente eléctrica.
O aparelho apenas deve ser utilizado na preparação de alimentos adequados ao mesmo.
O aparelho nunca deve ser ligado mediante um temporizador externo ou outro sistema
de comando a distância separado.

MODO DE EMPREGO
• O aparelho possui uma camada de protecção que deixa escapar um pouco de fumo a
quando a sua primeira utilização.
• Antes da primeira utilização limpe com um pano húmido as placas e seque-as bem
antes de as usar.
• Para retirar as placas, pressione na tecla de destravar e remova então as placas.
• Coloque as placas que você deseja utilizar dentro aparelho introduzindo os pinos de
reparar nos entalhes previstos para esta finalidade. Apóie em seguida sobre as placas
até o prendedor. As placas estando antiaderentes, o uso da manteiga é opcional mas
você pode, se desejar, revesti-las de manteiga, de margarina ou de qualquer outra
gordura de cozinhar.
• Feche o aparelho e ligue a ficha do cabo da alimentação à tomada eléctrica. O
sinalizador luminoso vermelho acende-se, indicando que o aparelho está ligado à
corrente eléctrica.
• O sinalizador luminoso verde acende-se quando a temperatura está atingida. Durante a
utilização, o sinalizador luminoso apagar-se-á e acender-se-á regularmente indicando
que o termóstato está regulando a temperatura do aparelho.
• Atenção: durante o funcionamento, o bicarbonato de placas aquecer. Preste atenção
para não se queimar.
A FIM DE EVITAR O RISCO DE QUEIMADURA, ESPERE SEMPRE ATÉ QUE O APARELHO ESTEJA
TOTALMENTE FRIO ANTES DE TROCAR AS PLACAS.
IDÉIAS PARA SANDUÍCHES
• Quando o aparelho estiver aquecido, prepare seu croque-monsieur.
• Abra inteiramente o aparelho. Coloque uma fatia do pão dentro do local fundo com o
lado da manteiga de encontro da placa de cozimento.
• Adicione o enfeite.
• Coloque a fatia de pão com o lado da manteiga para cima e feche o aparelho. Não
entre em contato com o vapor que se escapará de seu croque-monsieur.
• Seus “croques” serão cozinhados de 2 a 3 minutos ou em mais do tempo de acordo com
seu gosto. Abra o aparelho e retire o croque-monsieur usando uma espátula de madeira
ou plástico. Nunca utilize utensílios de metal porque os mesmo podem danificar o
revestimento antiaderente.
• Feche novamente o aparelho a fim preservar o calor até que você recoloque outros
sanduíches.
• Nós aconselhamos o preparo de outro croque-monsieur durante o cozimento dos
primeiros.
• Queira desligar o aparelho após o uso.
FUNÇÃO GRELHADOR
• Ponha manteiga ou margarina sobre a placa para evitar que os alimentos colam sobre
as placas. Quando o aparelho alcançou a temperatura desejada, abre-o e põe os
alimentos na placa. Assegure-se de que os alimentos não são demais grosso, de modo
que pode fechar o aparelho.
• O tempo da cozedura depende do tipo de alimento. Evitar queimadura os alimentos,
cheque regularmente durante a cozedura.
• Quando assar é acabado, desliga o eletrodoméstico e deixa aberto para poder esfriar.

AVVERTENZE
Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio.
Importante: Le persone (inclusi i bambini) che non sono in grado di utilizzare l’apparecchio, sia
per incapacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, sia per mancanza di esperienza o di conoscenze,
non devono utilizzare l’apparecchio a meno che siano sorvegliati da una persona

Mettere l’apparecchio su di un tavolo o un supporto abbastanza stabile per evitare
eventuali cadute.
Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio si sia completamente raffreddato prima di riporlo.
Tenere il cavo elettrico a debita distanza dalle parti calde dell’apparecchio.

UTILIZZARE L’APPARECCHIO
• Durante il primo utilizzo dell’apparecchio, la pellicola protettiva produce del fumo.
Questo NON è nocivo e non compromette l’apparecchio.
• Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio per la prima volta, pulire le piastre con un panno umido e
poi asciugare.
• Per togliere le piastre premere il bottone di rilascio.
• Mettere le piastre desiderate nell’apparecchio, inserendo i ganci di fissaggio nelle
apposite fessure e quindi premere sino a quando si sente un “click”. E’ possibile ungere le
piastre con burro, margarina. Fino a quando le piastre manterranno lo strato
antiaderente, l’utilizzo di grassi è facoltativo.
• Chiudere l'apparecchio e collegare la spina alla presa di corrente. La spia luminosa rossa
si illuminerà ad indicare che l'apparecchio è in funzione.
• Quando l’apparecchio ha raggiunto la temperatura si accende la luce verde. Durante la
cottura, la luce verde si spegnerà e si accenderà più volte, regolarmente: ciò sta ad
indicare che il termostato sta regolando la temperatura dell’apparecchio.
• Attenzione: durante l'uso, le piastre diventano calde. State attenti di non bruciarsi.
ATTENZIONE: PER EVITARE USTIONI, ATTENDERE CHE L’APPARECCHIO SI SIA COMPLETAMENT
RAFFREDDATO PRIMA DI CAMBIARE LE PIASTRE O DI RIMUOVERLE.
Idea per toast
• Chiudere l’apparecchio e preparare i toast mentre l’apparecchio si scalda.
• Aprire l’apparecchio, inserire una fetta di pane nella piastra inferiore con il lato imburrato
a contatto con la piastra di cottura.
• Aggiungere la farcitura.
• Posizionare l’altra fetta di pane con il lato imburrato rivolto verso l’alto e chiudere
l’apparecchio. Fare attenzione a non venire a contatto con il vapore che si crea durante la
cottura.
• Chiudere le piastre tramite l’apposito gancio durante la cottura.
• Non aprire l’apparecchio durante la cottura.
• Il toast sarà cotto in 2/3 minuti o un po’ di più secondo i gusti. A cottura avvenuta estrarre il
toast con l’aiuto di una paletta di legno. Non utilizzare utensili in metallo, in quanto
potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento antiaderente delle piastre.
• Richiudere l’apparecchio per preservare il calore se si intende inserire un altro toast.
• Si consiglia di preparare altri toast durante la cottura del primo.
• Per spegnere l’apparechio togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Funzione grill
• Ungere leggermante le piastre per evitare che la carne si attacchi durante la cottura.
• Quando l’apparecchio è arrivato in temperatura, aprirlo e posizionare il cibo sulle piastre.
Assicurarsi che il cibo non sia troppo spesso, altrimenti l’apparecchio non si chiude. Il
tempo di cottura dipende dal tipo di cibo che state cuocendo. Per evitare che il cibo si
bruci, controllare la cottura.
• Quando la cottura è terminata, staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e attendere che
l’apparecchio si sia completamente raffreddato.

Idea per cialde
• Depositare un piccolo quantitativo di pasta per cialde o wafer al centro
dell'apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio dell'apparecchio per permettere alla pasta di
disporsi in maniera uniforme sulla piastra di cottura. Si raccomanda di non inserire troppa
pasta in quanto potrebbe fuoriuscire dai bordi dell'apparecchio.
• Il tempo di cottura è di 4 a 5 minuti pero può variare. Dipende soprattutto dalla ricetta
utilizzata per preparare la pasta e dai gusti personali di ognuno.
• A fine cottura, aprire l'apparecchio e togliere le cialde o i wafer con l'aiuto di una spatola
in legno o in plastica termoresistente.
• Dopo l'uso spegnere l'apparecchio disinserendo la spina dalla presa di corrente.

PULIZIA
• Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, scollegare la spina e lasciarlo raffreddare.
• Asciugare la parte esterna dell’apparecchio con un panno leggermente umido,
assicurarsi che l’umidità, olio ed il grasso di cottura non si infiltrino all’interno delle asole di
raffreddamento dell’apparecchio.
• Per pullire le piastre, potete lasciarle nell'apparecchio, o toglierle; spingere sul pulsante 2
che si trova accanto la maniglia e toglierle (vedi il disegno). Se lasciate le piastre
nell'apparecchio, pulirle con un pezzo di carta assorbente o con uno straccio. Se togliete
le piastre dall'apparecchio, potete lavarle sott' acqua corrente. Asciugare bene le
piastre. Non mettere nella lavastoglie.

ZASADY BEZPIECZNEGO UŻYTKOWANIA
Zanim zaczniesz uzywać urzadzenie przeczytaj uwaznie instrukcję.

Sandwich
• Podczas nagrzewania, przygotuj kanapki.
• Kiedy zgaśnie zielona lampka kontrolna, otwórz urządzenie. Umieść kanapki na dolnych
płytach.
• Dołącz górne płyty urządzenia I delikatnie zamknij urządzenie. Nie zamykaj gwałtownie. Z
niewielkiej przestrzeni miedzy płytami może wydobywać się para. Uważaj, aby się nie
poparzyć.
• Dociśnij lekko górną część w dół aż usłyszysz charakterystyczny “klik”.
• Kanapka będzie gotowa mniej więcej po 3 do 5 minutach, lub dłużej w zależności od

MASURI DE SIGURANTA
Va rugam cititi cu atentie aceste instructiuni inainte de a folosi aparatul.

USE
• La prima utilizare, stratul de protectie a formelor se va arde putand produce putin fum.
Acest lucru nu este periculos sau daunator pentru dvs sau aparat.

Functia sandwich
• Pregatiti sandwichul pana cand aparatul se incalzeste.
• Deschideti capacul aparatului. Puneti o feliuta de branza pe placa de jos aparatului, cu
partea untoasa in jos.
• Puneti sandwichul.
• Adaugati a doua felie de branza cu partea untoasa in sus si inchideti usor aparatul. Nu
fortati inchiderea. Aburul va fi eliminat prin spatial dintre placi; asigurati-va ca degetele
dvs. Nu intra in contact cu acesta.
• Incuiati cele doua jumatati ale aparatului apasand usor capacul pana cand auziti un
click.
• Prajirea sanwichului dvs. va dura 3 pana la 5 minute sau mai mult potrivit gustului dvs.
Deschideti aparatul si luati sandwichul folosind o spatula de plastic sau lemn. Nu folositi
niciodata un cutit metalic deoarece puteti zgaria suprafata antiaderenta.
• Inchideti capacul ca sa conservati caldura pana cand sunteti gata sa prajiti al doilea
rand sandwichuri.
• Pregatiti alte sandwichuri daca doriti in timp ce celelalte se prajesc.
Functia gratar
• Dati cu o pensula usor putin unt sau ulei pentru a preveni lipirea gratarului de placi.
• Cand aparatul a atins temperatura dorita, deschideti-l si puneti hrana pe placile gratar.
Asigurati-va ca felia nu este prea groasa pentru a putea inchide aparatul. Timpul de
preparare depinde de felul de mancare pe care doriti sa-l preparati. Pentru a preveni
arderea verificati din cand in cand in timpul procesului de gatire.
• Cand gratarul este terminat scoateti din priza aparatul si lasati-l deschis sa se raceasca.

Functia pentru waffle
• Ungeti formele cu unt, margarina sau ulei.
• Puneti aluatul in forme, fara a le umple excesiv.
• Inchideti formele. Nu blocati cu mana. Vaporii emanati va pot arde.
• Capacul se va ridica usor atunci cand aluatul incepe sa se coaca. Nu deschideti
capacul in primul minut.
• Coaceti pana ce aluatul devine auriu, aprox. 3 min.
• Scoateti wafele cu o spatula de lemn sau plastic termorezistent. Nu utilizati obiecte de
metal ce pot zgaria formele. Inchideti capacul.
• Cand ati terminat de copt, deconectati de la retea si lasati aparatul deschis pentru a se
raci.
• La prima folosire, aruncati primele 2 wafe pe care le coaceti.

CURATARE SI INTRETINERE
y Inainte de a curata, deconectati de la retea si lasati sa se raceasca.
y Stergeti exteriorul aparatului cu o carpa umeda, non-abraziva.
y Pentru a curata formele folositi o carpa umeda sau scoateti-le din aparat si spalati-le cu
apa si detergent. Uscati inainte de a le fixa. Nu spalati formele in masina de spalat vase.
y Nu curatati interiorul sau exteriorul cu bureti abrazivi.
y Nu scufundati aparatul in apa sau alte lichide.
PROTECTIA MEDIULUI – DIRECTIVA 2002/96/EC
Simbolul de pe tăbliţa cu datele tehnice înseamnă că produsul nu se poate arunca
împreună cu alte reziduuri menajere. Legea pedepseşte cu amendă persoanele care aruncă
aparatele electrice şi electronice împreună cu alte reziduuri.
Debarasarea corespunzătoare a produselor uzate previne formarea unor efecte negative
pentru mediul natural şi sănătatea umană, care pot fi produse de manipularea nepotrivită a
reziduurilor rămase din uzarea aparatelor electronice.

CONDITII DE GARANTIE
Asiguram conform OG 21/92 republicata si Legea 449/2003 o perioada de 24 de luni de garantie in
urmatoarele conditii :
1. Instructiunile de utilizare si instalare trebuie citite si respectate obligatoriu inainte de instalarea si
folosirea rodusului
2. Pentru a beneficia de reparatii in garantie, cumparatorul are obligatia sa prezinte Certificatul de
garantie impreuna cu factura/chitanta originala de cumparare a produsului si ambalajul original si
nederiorat
3. Durata termenului de garantie se prelungeste cu termenul scurs de la data reclamatiei pana la data
punerii in functiune
4. Vanzatorul este obligat sa livreze consumatorului produse care sunt conforme cu contractul de
vanzare cumparare
5. Se considera ca produsele sunt conforme daca :
a) Corespund descrierii facute de vanzator si au aceleasi calitati ca si produsele pe care vanzatorul
le-a prezentat cumparatorului ca mostra sau model ;
b) Corespund oricarui scop specific solicitat de catre consumator, scop facut cunoscut vanzatorului si
acceptat de acesta la incheierea contractului de vanzare cumparare ;
c) Corespund scopurilor pentru care sunt utilizate in mod normal produsele de acelasi tip ;
6. Pana la proba contrarie lipsa de conformitate aparuta in termen de 6 luni de la livrarea produsului se
prezuma ca a existat la momentul livrarii acestuia cu exceptia cazurilor in care prezumtia este
incompatibila cu natura produsului sau lipsei de conformitate ;
7. Nu se considera a fi lipsa de conformitate daca in momentul incheierii contractului de vanzare
cumparare consumatorul a cunoscut sau nu putea, in mod rezonabil, sa nu cunoasca aceasta lipsa
de conformitate ori daca lipsa de conformitate isi are originea in materialele furnizate de consumator;

8. Orice reparatie sau inlocuire a produselor va fi facuta intr-o perioada rezonabila de timp, stabilita de
comun acord intre vanzator si consumator. In cazul in care vanzatorul dupa toate eforturile si
incercarile constata ca produsul respectiv nu se poate repara si nici inlocui, atunci se obliga sa
restituie cumparatorului contravaloarea produsului in RON (aceeasi de pe factura sau
chitanta);Pentru a beneficia de reparatie gratuita in garantie sau service autorizat, clientul se va
adresa magazinului de unde a achizitionat produsul respectiv ;
NU SE ACORDA service gratuit si nu se inlocuiesc produsele defectate in perioada de garantie, in
urmatoarele conditii :
a) Deteriorari si defectiuni datorate transportului necorespunzator efectuat de cumparator ;
b) Nerespectarea de catre cumparator a conditiilor de manipulare, instalare, utilizare si intretinere
precizate in instructiunile de folosire ;
c) Interventii efectuate in perioada de garantie de catre persoane neautorizate ;
d) Utilizarea produsului pentru alte activitati si in alte conditii decat cele pentru care sunt utilizate in
mod normal produsele de acest fel;
Utilizarea in scop industrial a produselor achizitionate care nu fac parte din gama produselor industriale,
determina pierderea garantiei. Perioada de garantie a produselor din gama produselor industriale este
de 12 luni. In sensul prevederilor legale, respectarea drepturilor fundamentale ale consumatorilor devine
obligatory.
a) protectia impotriva riscului de a achizitiona un produs sau de a li se presta un serviciu care ar
putea sa le prejudicieze viata, sanatatea sau securitatea ori sa le afecteze drepturile si interesele
legitime ;
b) informarea completa, corecta si precisa asupra caracteristicilor esentiale ale produselor si
serviciilor, astfel incat decizia pe care o adopta in legatura cu acestea sa corespunda cat mai bine
nevoilor lui, precum si de a fi educati in calitatea lor de consumatori ;
c) accesul la piete care le asigura o gama variata de produse si servicii de calitate ;
d) despagubirea pentru prejudiciile generate de calitatea necorespunzatoare a produselor si
serviciilor, folosind in acest scop mijloacele prevazute de lege ;
e) exonerarea de plata produselor si serviciilor care nu au fost solicitate si acceptate ;
f) despagubirea pentru daunele provocate de produsele si serviciile care nu corespund clauzelor
contractuale ;
g) asigurarea service-ului necesar si pieselor de schimb pe durata medie de utilizare a produsului,
stabilita in documentele tehnice normative sau declarata de catre producator ori convenita de
parti ;
h) plata, pentru produsele sau serviciile de care beneficiaza, a unor sume stabilite cu exactitate, in
prealabil; majorarea pretului stabilit initial este posibila numai cu acordul consumatorului.
9. Durata medie de utilizare: 2 ani.Perioada maxima de reparare/inlocuire este de 15 zile
calendaristice.Drepturile consumatorului sunt in conformitate cu Legea 449/2003, Legea 269/2004 si
HG 448/2005.
