The manufacturer has a policy of continuous product improvement and reserves the right to make changes to the specifications without prior notification. The system must comply with the relevant local and/or national regulations. You must therefore have the BaseTherm installed by a professionally qualified installer in accordance with all applicable national and international legislation and regulations. Faulty installation, adjustment, alteration, maintenance activity or repair shall render the warranty void. 1.3 Application. The BaseTherm is a room thermostat with an internal room sensor that can be used to control a bus system for 1 or multiple air heaters up to a maximum of 8 units. The BaseTherm is capable of controlling heating or ventilation and reporting and resetting faults when they occur. 1.4 Reference to a table or an image. If reference is made in the manual to an image or table, a number between square brackets is used, e.g. [3]. EN 3.1 General Remove the BaseTherm from the packaging and inspect it for signs of damage. Check that you have the correct type/ model. 3.2 Positioning the thermostat You must take the following into account when determining a suitable position for mounting the BaseTherm. – The BaseTherm is equipped with an internal room temperature sensor and must therefore be placed in the room that requires heating. – We recommend mounting the BaseTherm at a height of ±1.5m from the floor. – Do not position it directly in the air stream from the heater(s) – Do not mount it on a cold external/internal wall – Position it in a draught-free area 3.3 Wiring. We advise always using shielded cable for the wiring. The shielding should be earthed to the appliance. Refer to chart [1] for the maximum length and diameter. Choice of bus cable: The bus cable must comply with specific type shown for the country in question and the values in the technical specifications must be observed. The following points must be taken into account when connecting the BaseTherm to the air heater(s): – Check that the voltage supply has been switched off. If this is not the case, the voltage supply must be switched off first before you proceed further. When switching off the voltage supply of the appliance to which connection is to be made, you should also refer to the technical documentation/operating instructions for the appliance in question. 5 – Mount the BaseTherm to the wall while observing the instructions in section 4.2 Positioning the thermostat. – Connect the BaseTherm in accordance with the electrical diagrams at the back of this technical documentation [2] [3]. When making the connections to the air heaters, please also refer to the technical documentation for the air heaters.  B! N The following applies when connecting multiple appliances to 1 thermostat. When multiple appliances are connected to a single thermostat, the appliances must be given an address. This is done by setting the dip-switches and switch S4 on the burner control box. You must also ensure that the appliance to which the BaseTherm is connected is always addressed as appliance 1 [4]. Refer to figure [5] for the correct settings for the dip-switches and switch S4. – After completing connection and installation, switch the supply voltage back on. Refer to the air heater technical documentation for the relevant instructions. 6 4.0 Operating manual. EN 4.1 Explanation of the push-buttons and display. Info button Push-button, “ventilation”, this button is used to switch the fan on and off. Push-button, “HEAT”, this button is used to switch the heating mode on and off. No function. Up and Down push-button Push-button for incrementing or decreasing settings, or, when using the info button, for viewing all the messages for the connected appliances. “Reset” push-button No function. No function. No function. The function mode is displayed in this part of the screen: heating (auto, heat), ventilation (fan) The temperature, set-point value or fault code is displayed in this part of the screen. The messages are displayed in this part of the screen (set, off, Err). 7 4.2 Switching the heating mode on and off To activate the heating mode, press the “HEAT” push-button. °C The following now appears in the display: “MODE” and “AUTO” or “HEAT”. “AUTO” indicates that the heating mode is switched on but that there is no heating demand as yet. When heat is demanded, “AUTO” disappears and is replaced by “HEAT”. MODE AUTO To switch off the heating mode again, press the “heat” push-button a second time. MODE HEAT 4.3 Switching the ventilation mode on and off To activate the ventilation mode, press the ventilation push-button. The following now appears in the display: “MODE” and “FAN”. °C “FAN” indicates that the ventilation mode is active and the fan will switch on and run continuously. To switch off the ventilation mode again, press the ventilation push-button a second time. MODE FAN Note! The ventilation mode can be used at the same time as the heating mode. Consequently, you can switch the fan to operate continuously when the heating mode is active if required. 4.4 Increasing or lowering the set-point To increase or decrease the set-point value, press the up or down pushbutton. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 8 °C “SET” appears in the display and the digits start to flash. Now you can use the up or down push-button to increase or decrease the set-point to the desired value. After changing the set-point, the main screen automatically appears again after a few seconds. 4.5 Reset after a fault EN Press the reset push-button to reset the system after a fault. RESET MODE °C HEAT “rES” appears in the display and flashes for a few seconds. The appliances connected to the thermostat have been successfully reset when the main screen appears again. If a message is still visible on the screen after resetting has taken place, please refer to chapter 6 for details of the message and the appropriate solution. Please refer also to the technical documentation for the air heater. 5.0 Messages and faults. 5.1 Initial screen When the voltage supply to the appliances and thermostat is switched on, “-- --” appears in the display for the first few seconds. °C This indicates that initialisation is taking place. The main screen is displayed as soon as initialisation has been completed. 5.2 Software version To call up details of the software version, press the Info button during normal operation. This has no effect on the system’s operation. After a few seconds, the main display appears again automatically. 5.3 Display message OFF The message “OFF1” appears in the display when the appliance is locked out. The digit, “1” in this case, is the appliance number. If multiple appliances are connected to the BaseTherm, a different digit may appear (1 to 8 inclusive). MODE °C AUTO Cause of the OFF message: The lock-out is caused by a break in the external circuit or jumper across terminals 1 and 2 of the appliance. After resolution of the problem, the message disappears and the appliance will resume normal function. °C To run through all the messages: You can scroll through all the messages by pressing the blue info button and then pressing the up and down button. 9 5.4 Fault codes. MODE HEAT In the event of a fault in the appliance, the message “Err” appears in the display in combination with a digit from 1 to 8 and a fault code. The red LED next to the info push-button will also light up. “Err 1” means that there is a fault in appliance 1; “Err 2” means that there is a fault in appliance 2. And so on… The fault code indicates the type of fault. The chart below lists and explains the possible faults. If fault codes are active for multiple appliances, the blue info button and the up and down button can be pressed in order to scroll through all the codes. Pressing the Reset push-button clears the fault code display, following which the main screen will appear again. Please refer also to the technical documentation for the air heater for information on the above faults, causes and solutions. 6.0 Disposal of the BaseTherm. Seite 71 11 DE 1.0 Allgemeines 1.1 Alle Rechte vorbehalten. Das System muss die einschlägigen lokalen und/oder nationalen Vorschriften erfüllen. Sie müssen daher die BaseTherm von einem anerkannten Installationsbetrieb gemäß allen nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften und Bestimmungen installieren lassen. Fehlerhafte Installation, Einstellungen, Veränderungen, Wartungsmaßnahmen oder Instandsetzungen führen zum Erlöschen der Gewährleistung. 1.3 Anwendung Die BaseTherm ist ein Raumthermostat mit einem internen Raumsensor, der für die Regelung eines Bussystems für einen oder mehrere Lufterhitzer bis maximal acht Geräte verwendet werden kann. Mit der BaseTherm können Heiz- und Lüftungsbetrieb geregelt und auftretende Fehler gemeldet und zurückgesetzt werden. 1.4 Verweis auf Tabelle oder Abbildung. Wenn in der Anleitung auf eine Abbildung oder Tabelle verwiesen wird, wird eine Zahl in eckigen Klammern angegeben, beispielsweise [3]. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie den richtigen Typ bzw. das richtige Modell erhalten haben. 3.2 Anbringung des Thermostaten Bei der Ermittlung der geeigneten Position für die Anbringung der BaseTherm beachten Sie bitte folgendes. – Die BaseTherm ist mit einem internen Raumtemperaturfühler versehen und muss sich daher in dem Raum befinden, der beheizt werden soll. – Wir empfehlen, die BaseTherm in einer Höhe von ca.1,5 m über dem Boden anzubringen. – Positionieren Sie es nicht direkt im Luftstrom des Heizgeräts/der Heizgeräte – Montieren Sie es nicht an einer kalten Außen-/Innenwand – Bringen Sie es in einem zugfreien Bereich an 3.3 Verkabelung. Wir empfehlen, stets geschirmte Kabel für die Verdrahtung zu verwenden. Die Abschirmung sollte mit der Gerätemasse verbunden sein. Maximale Länge und Durchmesser siehe in Abbildung [1] auf Seite 12. Die Auswahl des Buskabels entnehmen Sie der nachfolgenden Spezifikation: Das Buskabel muss der unten aufgeführten Spezifikation entsprechen. m für das jeweilige Land angegebenen Typ entsprechen, und die in den technischen Daten genannten Werte müssen eingehalten werden. Geeignete Buskabel, die in Ländern mit einem EIB-Markt angeboten werden, sind: Kabeltyp Anwendung EIB-Spezifikation YCYM Festes System Trockene, Feucht- und Nassräume Im Freien (kein direktes Sonnenlicht) Aufputz, Unterputz, in Leitungen J-Y(st)Y Festes System nur in Innenräumen Aufputz, in Leitungen JH(st)H Halogenfreie Kabel, weggesetztes System A-2Y(L)2Y A-2YF(L)2Y Telefon-Erdkabel, System im Außenbereich 3.4 Montage und Anschluss. Beim Anschluss der BaseTherm an das/die Luftheizgerät(e) sind die folgenden Punkte zu beachten: – Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromversorgung ausgeschaltet ist. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, muss zuerst die Stromversorgung ausgeschaltet werden, bevor Sie fortfahren. Wenn Sie das Gerät, zu dem ein Anschluss hergestellt werden soll, ausschalten, sollten Sie vorher die technische Dokumentation/Bedienungsanleitung für dieses Gerät lesen. 13 DE – Befestigen Sie die BaseTherm an der Wand. Beachten Sie dabei die Anweisungen in Absatz 4.2, Anbringung des Thermostaten. – Schließen Sie die BaseTherm gemäß den Schaltplänen auf der Rückseite dieser technischen Dokumentation an. Siehe hierzu Abbildung [2] [3] auf Seite 12 und 13. Beachten Sie beim Anschließen der Lufterhitzer bitte auch die technische Dokumentation für die Lufterhitzer. Achtung Beim Anschließen von mehreren Geräten an 1 Thermostat gilt folgendes. Wenn mehrere Geräte an einen einzelnen Thermostaten angeschlossen werden, müssen die Geräte adressiert werden. Dies geschieht am Schalter S4, durch Einstellen der DIP-Schalter am Brennersteuergerät. Sie müssen weiterhin beachten: Das Gerät, das an die BaseTherm angeschlossen wird, muss als Gerät 1 adressiert werden [4]. Die korrekten Einstellungen für die Dip-Schalter und Schalter S4 siehe in Abbildung [5]. – Schalten Sie nach der Installation die Stromversorgung wieder ein. Die diesbezüglichen Anweisungen finden Sie in der technischen Dokumentation des Luftheizgerätes. 14 4.0 Bedienungshandbuch. 4.1 Erklärung der Drucktasten und der Anzeige. Infotaste Druckschalter, „Lüften“. Mit dieser Schaltfläche wird der Ventilator ein- und ausgeschaltet. Taste „Heizen“. Diese Schaltfläche dient zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Heizmodus. nicht belegt. Auf- und Ab-Taste Taste zum Vergrößern und Verkleinern von Einstellungen oder bei Verwendung der Infotaste, zur Anzeige aller Meldungen für die angeschlossenen Geräte. „Reset“-Taste nicht belegt. nicht belegt. nicht belegt. Die Betriebsart wird in diesem Teil des Bildschirms angezeigt: Heizbetrieb (Auto, Heizen), Lüftung (Ventilator) Temperatur, Einstellwert oder Fehlercode werden in diesem Teil des Bildschirms angezeigt. Die Meldungen werden in diesem Teil des Bildschirms angezeigt (set, off, Err). 15 4.2 Ein- und Ausschalten des Heizbetriebs Drücken Sie zum Aktivieren des Heizbetriebs die Taste „Heizen“ . Auf dem Display erscheint jetzt folgendes: „MODE“ und „AUTO“ oder „HEAT“. °C „AUTO” bedeutet, dass der Heizbetrieb eingeschaltet ist, aber im Moment noch keine Heizanforderung anliegt. Wenn der Heizbetrieb angefordert wird, verschwindet „Auto” und wird ersetzt durch „HEAT“. MODE AUTO Drücken Sie zum Wiederausschalten des Heizbetriebs die Taste „Heizen“ erneut. MODE HEAT 4.3 Ein- und Ausschalten der Belüftung Drücken Sie zum Aktivieren des Belüftungsmodus die Taste „Lüften“. °C Auf dem Display erscheint jetzt Folgendes: „MODE“ und „FAN“. „FAN“ zeigt an, dass der Belüftungsmodus aktiv ist; der Lüfter läuft an und läuft ständig. Drücken Sie zum Wiederausschalten des Belüftungsmodus die Taste „Lüften“ erneut. MODE FAN Hinweis Der Belüftungsmodus kann gleichzeitig mit dem Heizbetrieb verwendet werden. Das bedeutet, dass bei Bedarf der Lüfter auf Dauerbetrieb geschaltet werden kann, wenn der Heizbetrieb aktiv ist. 4.4 Erhöhen und Absenken der Voreinstellung Drücken Sie zum Erhöhen oder Verringern des voreingestellten Wertes die Taste „nach oben“ bzw. „nach unten“. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 16 °C „SET“ erscheint auf der Anzeige, und die Ziffern beginnen zu blinken. Mit der Aufwärts- bzw. Abwärtstaste kann jetzt der voreingestellte Wert erhöht bzw. verringert werden. Nach einer Änderung des Einstellpunkts erscheint nach wenigen Sekunden wieder der Hauptbildschirm. 4.5 Rücksetzung nach einem Fehler RESET Drücken Sie die Reset-Taste, um das System nach einem Fehler zurückzusetzen. DE „RES“ erscheint auf der Anzeige und blinkt einige Sekunden. MODE °C HEAT Die an den Thermostaten angeschlossenen Geräte sind erfolgreich zurückgesetzt, wenn der Hauptbildschirm wieder erscheint. Wenn nach einer Rücksetzung noch eine Meldung auf dem Bildschirm sichtbar ist, schlagen Sie bitte in Kapitel 6 Einzelheiten zur Meldung und zur entsprechenden Lösung nach. Der Hauptbildschirm erscheint, sobald die Initialisierung abgeschlossen ist. 5.2 Software-Version Drücken Sie zum Aufrufen der Software-Version während des normalen Betriebs die Infotaste. Dies wirkt sich nicht auf den Betrieb des Systems aus. Nach wenigen Sekunden erscheint automatisch wieder der Hauptbildschirm. 5.3 Bildschirmanzeige „OFF” Die Meldung „OFF1“ erscheint auf dem Display, wenn das Gerät gesperrt ist. Die Ziffer „1“ ist in diesem Fall die Nummer des Geräts. Wenn mehrere Geräte an der BaseTherm angeschlossen sind, kann eine andere Ziffer erscheinen (1 bis 8). MODE °C AUTO Ursache der Meldung OFF: Die Sperrung wird verursacht durch fehlen einer Verbindung zwischen der Klemme 1 und 2 am Gerät. Wenn das Problem behoben ist, verschwindet die Meldung, und das Gerät nimmt den normalen Betrieb wieder auf. °C Aufrufen aller Anmeldungen: Sie können alle Meldungen aufrufen, indem Sie die blaue Infotaste drücken und dann die Aufwärts- bzw. Abwärtstaste drücken. 17 5.4 Fehlercodes. MODE HEAT Falls im Gerät ein Fehler auftritt, erscheint die Meldung „Err“ in der Anzeige in Verbindung mit einer Ziffer zwischen 1 und 8 und einem Fehlercode. Die rote LED neben der Infotaste leuchtet ebenfalls. „Err 1“ bedeutet, dass im Gerät 1 ein Fehler aufgetreten ist; „Err 2“ bedeutet, dass im Gerät 2 ein Fehler aufgetreten ist. usw.… Der Fehlercode zeigt die Art des Fehlers an. In der nachstehenden Tabelle sind die möglichen Fehler aufgeführt und erläutert. Wenn Fehlercodes für mehrere Geräte aktiv sind, können die blaue Infotaste und die Aufwärts- und Abwärtstaste gedrückt werden, um durch alle Codes zu blättern. Wenn die Reset-Taste gedrückt wird, verschwindet die Fehlercodeanzeige, und der Hauptbildschirm erscheint wieder. Les détails techniques sont supposés être corrects mais ne constituent pas une base pour un contrat ou une garantie. Tous les ordres sont acceptés aux stipulations standard de nos conditions générales de vente et de livraison (disponibles sur demande). 1.2 Avertissements généraux. L’installation doit répondre aux prescriptions nationales et/ou régionales en vigueur. Il faut donc faire installer, adapter ou transformer Base Therm par un installateur professionnel et qualifié, qui tient aussi compte des règlements nationaux et internationaux. En cas d’installation, de réglage, de modification, d’entretien ou de réparation erroné, la garantie échoit. 1.3 Application. Le Base Therm est un thermostat d’ambiance, doté d’un capteur d’ambiance interne, permettant par un système bus de régler un à plusieurs aérothermes, avec un maximum de 8. Le Base Therm permet de réchauffer, de ventiler et en cas de panne de la signaler et de réinitialiser. 1.4 Renvoi vers un tableau ou une illustration. Si le manuel renvoie à une illustration ou un tableau, alors un chiffre est mis entre crochets, par exemple [3]. Le chiffre renvoie aux illustrations et tableaux au dos du manuel avec le numéro mentionné. 2.1 Données techniques. 2.1 Données techniques. Vérifiez si vous avez le type/ modèle correct. 3.2 Installation du thermostat. Lors de la détermination de l’emplacement adapté pour monter le BaseTherm, il convient de tenir compte des points ci-dessous. – Le BaseTherm est équipé d’un capteur d’ambiance interne et doit de ce fait être installé dans la zone à chauffer. – Il est conseillé de placer le BaseTherm à une distance de ± 1,5m à partir du sol. – Ne pas placer directement dans le courant d’air du(des) aérothermes – Ne pas monter sur un mur/une paroi froid(e ) – Placer en dehors des courants d’air 3.3 Câblage. Il est conseillé de toujours utiliser des câbles protégés pour le câblage. La protection doit être mise à la terre sur l’appareil. Voir le tableau [1] pour la longueur et le diamètre maximal. Choix du câble bus : Le câble bus doit être choisi conformément à l’exécution spécifique au pays, les valeurs mentionnées dans les données techniques doivent être conservées. Si ce n’est pas le cas, il convient tout d’abord de mettre hors tension avant de poursuivre. Lors de la mise hors tension, de l’appareil à raccorder, il convient également de consulter le manuel technique/le manuel de commande de l’appareil. 21 FR – Montez le BaseTherm sur la paroi, tenez compte dans ce cas du § 4.2 Installation du thermostat. – Raccordez le BaseTherm selon les schémas électriques qui se trouvent dans le manuel technique [2] [3]. Lors du raccordement d’aérothermes, consultez également au préalable le manuel technique des aérothermes. Attention ! Valable lors du raccordement de plusieurs appareils à un thermostat. Quand plusieurs appareils sont raccordés avec un thermostat, les appareils doivent être adressés. Cela se fait à l’aide de dipswitches et du commutateur S4 sur l’automate du brûleur. Vous devez également veiller à ce que l’appareil sur lequel le BaseTherm est raccordé soit toujours adressé comme l’appareil 1 [4]. Voir pour le réglage correct des dispswitches et du commutateur S4, l’illustration [5] – Branchez après raccordement et restaurez la tension. Pour activer la position de chauffage, vous devez appuyer sur le bouton de réglage « chauffage ». °C Dans l’affichage, vous voyez alors apparaître le texte « MODE » et « AUTO » ou « HEAT ». MODE « AUTO » indique que la position de chauffage est en service mais qu’il n’y a pas encore de demande de chaleur. En cas de demande de chaleur, le texte « AUTO » va disparaître et le texte « HEAT » va s’afficher. AUTO MODE Pour mettre hors service la position chauffage, vous appuyez une fois de plus sur le bouton de réglage « chauffage». HEAT 4.3 Mettre en/hors service la position ventiler Pour activer la position ventiler, appuyez sur le bouton de réglage ventiler. °C Dans l’affichage, vous voyez maintenant apparaître le texte « MODE » et « FAN ». « FAN » indique que la position de ventilation est enclenchée, le ventilateur va être mis en service et tourner en continu. Pour désactiver de nouveau la position ventiler, appuyez sur le bouton de réglage ventiler. MODE FAN Remarque! La position ventiler peut être utilisée en même temps que la position chauffer. Vous pouvez, si vous le souhaitez, faire tourner le ventilateur en continu pendant la position chauffer. 4.4 Augmenter ou abaisser le point de réglage. Pour faire monter ou descendre le point de réglage, appuyez sur le bouton de réglage vers le haut ou vers le bas. MODE °C Dans l’affichage, vous voyez maintenant apparaître le texte « SET » et les chiffres commencent à clignoter. AUTO TEMP 24 °C Vous pouvez maintenant faire monter le point de réglage avec le bouton de réglage haut ou bas jusqu’à la valeur souhaitée. Après la modification du point de réglage, vous revenez automatiquement après quelques secondes à l’écran principal. 4.5 Réinitialiser après une panne. Pour réinitialiser en cas de panne, appuyez sur le bouton de Reset. RESET Dans l’affichage, vous allez voir clignoter pendant quelques secondes le texte “rES”. MODE °C Les appareils raccordés seront réinitialisés ensuite l’écran principal va de nouveau apparaître. HEAT Si une notification reste visible sur l’écran par la suite, voir le chapitre 6 pour le type de notification et la solution à ce problème. Consultez à cet effet également le manuel technique de l’aérotherme. 5.0 Notifications et pannes 5.1. Écran de démarrage. Lors de la mise sous tension des appareils et du thermostat, “-- --” va d’abord apparaître quelques secondes dans l’affichage. °C Le système est maintenant occupé à initialiser, lors de l’initialisation, l’affichage principal va apparaître. 5.2 Version de logiciel Quand pendant l’utilisation normale vous appuyez sur le bouton de réglage, la version du logiciel va apparaître sur l’affichage. Cela n’a aucune influence sur le fonctionnement de l’ensemble. Après quelques secondes, l’affichage principal va de nouveau apparaître automatiquement. 5.3 Notification OFF La notification « OFF 1 » dans l’affichage apparaît quand l’appareil est bloqué. Le chiffre « 1 » se trouve devant le numéro de l’appareil.Quand plusieurs appareils sont raccordés sur le Base Therm, cela peut également être un autre numéro (de 1 à 8 inclus). MODE °C AUTO °C Cause de la notification off: Le blocage est provoqué parce que le raccordement de contact externe entre les bornes 1 et 2 de l’appareil n’est pas présent. Quand ce problème est réparé, la notification va disparaître et l’appareil va de nouveau fonctionner normalement. Parcourir toutes les notifications: En appuyant sur le bouton bleu d’info et ensuite sur le bouton haut et bas, il est possible de parcourir toutes les notifications. 25 FR 5.4 Notifications de panne MODE HEAT En cas de panne de l’appareil, cela s’affichera avec la mention « Err » suivie par un chiffre allant de 1 à 8 inclus avec un code de panne. Une del rouge va également s’allumer à côté du bouton de réglage info. « Err 1 » signifie que l’appareil 1 est en panne ; « Err 2 » signifie que l’appareil 2 est en panne. Etc.. Le code de panne indique quelle est la nature de la panne. Voir le tableau ci-dessous pour la notification correcte de panne. Si une notification de panne se présente pour différents appareils, il est possible de parcourir toutes les notifications en appuyant sur le bouton bleu d’info et ensuite sur le bouton haut et bas. Avec le bouton de réglage Réinitialiser, la panne peut être déverrouillée, ensuite la notification va disparaître et l’affichage principal va de nouveau apparaître. Bij een foutieve installatie, afregeling, wijziging, onderhoudsafhandeling of herstelling vervalt de garantie. 1.3 Toepassing De BaseTherm is een ruimthermostaat, voorzien van een interne ruimtevoeler, waarmee door middel van een bussysteem 1 of meerdere luchtverwarmers, met een maximum van 8, kunnen worden geregeld. De BaseTherm is voorzien van de mogelijkheid om te verwarmen, ventileren en ingeval van een storing deze te signaleren en te resetten. 1.4 Verwijzing naar tabel of afbeelding. Indien in de handleiding wordt verwezen naar een afbeelding of tabel, dan wordt een getal tussen vierkante haken vermeld, bijvoorbeeld [3]. Controleer tevens op juistheid van het type/model. 3.2 Plaatsing thermostaat Bij het bepalen van een geschikte plaats om de BaseTherm te monteren onderstaande punten in acht nemen. – De BaseTherm is voorzien van een interne ruimtevoeler en moet daarom in de te verwarmen ruimte worden geplaatst. – Geadviseerd wordt om de BaseTherm op een afstand van ±1.5m vanaf de vloer te plaatsen. – Niet plaatsen direct in de luchtstroom van de verwarmer(s) – Niet monteren op een koude muur/wand – Tochtvrij plaatsen 3.3 Bekabeling Geadviseerd wordt om voor de bekabeling altijd afgeschermde kabel toe te passen. De afscherming aarden op het toestel Zie voor de maximale lengte en diameter tabel [1]. Keuze buskabel: De buskabel moet overeenkomstig de voor het land specifieke uitvoering worden uitgekozen, waarbij de waarden moeten worden aangehouden die in de technische gegevens zijn opgenomen. Wanneer dit niet het geval is dient eerst de spanning te worden uitgeschakeld voordat u verder gaat. Bij het uitschakelen van de spanning, van het aan te sluiten toestel, dient hierbij ook het technisch boek/bedieningshandleiding van het toestel te worden geraadpleegd. – Monteer de BaseTherm op de wand, houd daarbij rekening met §4.2 Plaatsing thermostaat. – Sluit de BaseTherm aan volgens de elektrische schema`s welke achterin dit technisch boek staan [2] [3]. Raadpleeg bij het aansluiten van de luchtverwarmers ook vooraf het technisch boek van de luchtverwarmers. Let op!!! Geldig bij aansluiten meerdere toestellen op 1 thermostaat. Wanneer er meerdere toestellen met 1 thermostaat worden aangesloten moeten de toestellen worden geadresseerd. Dit kan door middel van de dipswitches en de schakelaar S4 op de branderautomaat. Ook moet u er voor zorgen dat het toestel waarop de BaseTherm wordt aangesloten altijd wordt geadresseerd als toestel 1 [4]. Zie voor de juiste instelling van de dipswitches en schakelaar S4 figuur [5]. – Schakel na het aansluiten en installeren de spanning weer in. Raadpleeg hiervoor ook het technisch boek van de luchtverwarmer. 30 4.0 Bedieningshandleiding 4.1 Verklaring drukknoppen en display BaseTherm 06 29 190 MODE TEMP FAN HEAT AUTO °C K L A NL M B C F D G E RESET H I J A B C D E F G H I J K L M - Rode led, licht op bij een melding of storing. Up en Down drukknop Drukknop setpoint verhogen of verlagen of bij gebruik info knop om alle meldingen van de aangesloten toestellen te zien. Drukknop “Reset” Geen functie. Geen functie. Geen functie. In dit deel van het scherm staat de functiestand verwarmen (auto, heat), ventileren (fan) In dit deel van het display staat de temperatuur, de setpointinstelling of de storingscode. In dit deel van het beeld scherm staan de meldingsteksten (set, off, Err). 31 4.2 Stand verwarmen in- / uitschakelen Om de stand verwarmen te activeren drukt u op de drukknop “verwarmen”. In het display verschijnt nu de tekst “MODE” en “AUTO” of “HEAT”. °C “AUTO” geeft aan dat de stand verwarmen is ingeschakeld maar er nog geen warmtevraag is. Wanneer er warmtevraag is zal de tekst “AUTO” verdwijnen en de tekst “HEAT” zichtbaar zijn. MODE AUTO Om de stand verwarmen weer uit te schakelen drukt u nogmaals op de drukknop verwarmen. MODE HEAT 4.3 Stand ventileren in- / uitschakelen Om de stand ventileren te activeren drukt u op de drukknop ventileren. In het display verschijnt nu de tekst “MODE” en “FAN”. °C “FAN” geeft aan dat de stand ventileren is ingeschakeld de ventilator zal worden ingeschakeld en continu doordraaien. Om de stand ventileren weer uit te schakelen drukt u nogmaals op de drukknop ventileren. MODE FAN Opmerking! De stand ventileren kan tegelijk met de stand verwarmen worden ­gebruikt. Zo kunt u, indien gewenst, tijdens de stand verwarmen de ­ventilator continu laten doordraaien. 4.4 Setpoint verhogen of verlagen Om de setpoint te verhogen of verlagen drukt u op de up of down drukknop. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 32 °C In het display verschijnt nu de tekst “SET” en de cijfers beginnen te knipperen. Nu kunt u met de up of down drukknop de setpoint verhogen of verlagen tot de gewenste waarde. Na het wijzigen van de setpoint keert u automatisch na enkele seconden terug naar het hoofdscherm. 4.5 Resetten na een storing RESET MODE °C Om in geval van een storing deze te resetten drukt u op de drukknop reset. In het display zal nu enkele seconden de tekst “rES” knipperen. HEAT De aangesloten toestellen zullen worden gereset waarna het hoofdscherm weer verschijnt. NL Mocht hierna er een melding in het scherm zichtbaar blijven zie dan hoofdstuk 6 voor de soort melding en oplossing hiervoor. Raadpleeg in dat geval ook het technisch boek van de luchtverwarmer. 5.0 Meldingen en storingen 5.1 Startscherm Bij het op spanning zetten van de toestellen en thermostaat zal eerst ­enkele seconden “-- --” in het display verschijnen. °C Het systeem is nu bezig met het initialiseren wanneer dit gebeurt is zal het hoofddisplay verschijnen. 5.2 Softwareversie Wanneer tijdens normaal bedrijf op de Info drukknop wordt gedrukt zal op het display de ­software versie verschijnen. Dit heeft geen invloed op de werking van het geheel. Na enkele seconden zal automatisch het hoofd display weer verschijnen. 5.3 Melding OFF De melding “OFF1” in het display verschijnt als het toestel geblokkeerd is. Hierbij staat de “1” voor het toestelnummer. Wanneer er meerdere toestellen zijn aangesloten op de BaseTherm kan dit ook een andere nummer zijn (1 t/m 8). MODE °C AUTO Oorzaak melding off: Het blokkeren wordt veroorzaakt doordat de doorverbinding of extern contact tussen de klemmen 1 en 2 van het toestel niet aanwezig is. Wanneer dit weer hersteld wordt zal de melding verdwijnen en het toestel weer normaal gaan functioneren. °C Alle meldingen doorlopen: Door op de blauwe infoknop en vervolgens de up en down knop te drukken kunnen alle meldingen worden doorlopen. 33 5.4 Storingsmeldingen In geval van een storing van het toestel zal dit op het display worden weergegeven met de melding “Err” gevolgd door een cijfer 1 t/m 8 en een storingscode. Ook zal de rode led naast de info drukknop oplichten. “Err 1” betekent dat toestel 1 in storing staat; “Err 2” betekent dat toestel 2 in storing staat. Enz… MODE HEAT De storingscode geeft aan wat de aard van de storing is. Zie onderstaand tabel voor de juiste storingsmelding. Indien er bij meerdere toestellen een storingsmelding is kan door op de blauwe infoknop en vervolgens de up en down knop in te drukken alle meldingen worden doorlopen. Met de drukknop Reset kan de storing worden ontgrendeld waarna melding zal verdwijnen en het hoofddisplay weer zal verschijnen. Upewnij się, że posiadasz właściwy typ/ model urządzenia. 3.2 Pozycjonowanie termostatu Wyznaczając właściwe miejsce zamontowania urządzenia BaseTherm, musisz wziąć pod uwagę następujące czynniki: – Urządzenie BaseTherm jest wyposażone w wewnętrzny czujnik temperatury pomieszczeniowej, dlatego musi zostać umiejscowione w pomieszczeniu wymagającym ogrzewania. – Zaleca się montaż urządzenia BaseTherm na wysokości ±1,5 m od podłogi. – Nie umieszczaj urządzenia bezpośrednio w strumieniu powietrza z nagrzewnicy (nagrzewnic). – Nie montuj urządzenia na zimnej ścianie zewnętrznej lub wewnętrznej. – Umieść urządzenie w miejscu wolnym od przeciągów. 3.3 Okablowanie Do wykonania okablowania zawsze zaleca się użycie kabla ekranowanego. Jeśli tak nie jest, należy wyłączyć napięcie zasilające przed przystąpieniem do dalszych czynności. Wyłączając napięcie zasilające urządzenie, do którego następuje podłączenie, należy dodatkowo skorzystać z dokumentacji technicznej lub instrukcji obsługi tego urządzenia. 37 PL – Przymocuj urządzenie BaseTherm do ściany zgodnie z instrukcjami podanymi w punkcie 4.2 Pozycjonowanie termostatu. – Podłącz urządzenie BaseTherm zgodnie ze schematami elektrycznymi znajdującymi się na odwrocie niniejszej dokumentacji technicznej [2] [3]. Wykonując połączenia z nagrzewnicami powietrza, korzystaj również z dokumentacji technicznej nagrzewnic. Uwaga! Poniższe zasady mają zastosowanie w przypadku podłączania wielu urządzeń do jednego termostatu. Jeśli do jednego termostatu podłączanych jest wiele urządzeń, to należy im przydzielić adresy. Odbywa się to poprzez ustawianie przełączników DIP i przełącznika S4 w module sterowania palnikiem. Należy również pamiętać, by urządzenie, do którego podłączony jest układ BaseTherm, miało zawsze adres urządzenia 1 [4]. Prawidłowe ustawienie przełączników DIP i przełącznika S4 jest podane na rysunku [5]. – Po wykonaniu połączeń i montażu włącz z powrotem napięcie zasilające. M - W tej części ekranu wyświetlane są komunikaty (ustawienia, wyłączenia ??, błędy). 39 4.2 Włączanie i wyłączanie trybu ogrzewania Aby włączyć tryb ogrzewania, naciśnij przycisk funkcji „Heating” (Ogrzewanie). °C Na wyświetlaczu pojawią się wtedy następujące wskazania: „MODE” (Tryb) oraz „AUTO” (Automatyczne) lub „HEAT” (Ciepło). Wskazanie „AUTO” sygnalizuje, że tryb ogrzewania jest włączony, ale nie ma na razie zapotrzebowania na ogrzewanie. Gdy wymagane jest ciepło, wskazanie „AUTO” (Automatyczne) znika i zastępuje je wskazanie „HEAT” (Ciepło). MODE AUTO Aby wyłączyć z powrotem tryb ogrzewania, naciśnij po raz drugi przycisk funkcji „Heating” (Ogrzewanie). MODE HEAT 4.3 Włączanie i wyłączanie trybu wentylacji Aby włączyć tryb wentylacji, naciśnij przycisk funkcji wentylacji. Na wyświetlaczu pojawią się wtedy następujące wskazania: „MODE” (Tryb) oraz „FAN” (Wentylator). °C Wskazanie „FAN” oznacza, że tryb wentylacji jest aktywny, a wentylator będzie włączony i będzie działać nieprzerwanie. Aby wyłączyć z powrotem tryb wentylacji, naciśnij po raz drugi przycisk funkcji wentylacji. MODE FAN Uwaga! Z trybu wentylacji można korzystać równocześnie z trybem ogrzewania. W konsekwencji, w razie potrzeby istnieje możliwość włączenia ciągłej pracy wentylatora przy aktywnym trybie ogrzewania. 4.4 Zwiększanie lub zmniejszanie wartości zadanej Aby zwiększyć lub zmniejszyć wartość zadaną, naciśnij przycisk „w górę” lub „w dół”. MODE °C Na wyświetlaczu pojawia się napis „SET” (Ustaw), a cyfry zaczynają migać. AUTO TEMP 40 °C Możesz teraz użyć przycisku „w górę” lub „w dół”, aby zwiększyć lub zmniejszyć żądaną wartość zadaną. Po zmianie wartości zadanej, kilka sekund później automatycznie pojawia się ekran główny. 4.5 Resetowanie po wystąpieniu usterki RESET MODE °C Aby zresetować układ po wystąpieniu usterki, naciśnij przycisk resetowania. Na wyświetlaczu pojawia się napis „rES” (Resetowanie), migający przez kilka sekund. HEAT Ponowne pojawienie się ekranu głównego oznacza, że urządzenia podłączone do termostatu zostały pomyślnie zresetowane. Jeśli po zresetowaniu na ekranie wciąż jest widoczny komunikat, przejdź do punktu 6, aby uzyskać szczegółowe informacje o komunikacie oraz właściwym rozwiązaniu. Skorzystaj również z dokumentacji technicznej nagrzewnicy powietrza. 5.0 Komunikaty i usterki 5.1 Ekran początkowy °C Po zasileniu urządzeń napięciem i włączeniu termostatu, przez pierwsze kilka sekund na wyświetlaczu widoczne jest wskazanie „-- --”. Oznacza to, że trwa inicjowanie. Po zakończeniu inicjowania wyświetlany jest ekran główny. 5.2 Wersja oprogramowania Aby wyświetlić szczegółowe informacje o wersji oprogramowania, naciśnij przycisk Info podczas normalnej pracy urządzenia. Nie wpływa to na działanie układu. Po kliku sekundach ponownie samoczynnie pojawia się ekran główny. 5.3 Komunikat ekranowy OFF (Wyłączone) Przy zablokowanym urządzeniu na wyświetlaczu pojawia się komunikat „OFF1”. Cyfra, w tym wypadku „1”, oznacza numer urządzenia. Jeśli do układu BaseTherm podłączonych jest wiele urządzeń, mogą pojawiać się inne cyfry (od 1 do 8 włącznie). MODE °C AUTO Przyczyny komunikatu o wyłączeniu (OFF): Zablokowanie jest spowodowane przerwą w obwodzie wewnętrznym lub mostku na zaciskach 1 i 2 urządzenia. Po rozwiązaniu problemu komunikat znika, a urządzenie powraca do normalnej pracy. °C Przeglądanie wszystkich wiadomości: Istnieje możliwość przejrzenia wszystkich wiadomości poprzez naciśnięcie niebieskiego przycisku Info, a następnie naciśnięcie przycisku „w górę” lub „w dół”. 41 PL 5.4 Kody usterek MODE HEAT W przypadku wystąpienia usterki w urządzeniu, na wyświetlaczu pojawia się komunikat „Err” (Błąd) w połączeniu z cyfrą od 1 do 8 i kodem usterki. Świecić się będzie również czerwona dioda LED obok przycisku informacji. Komunikat „Err 1” oznacza usterkę w urządzeniu 1; komunikat „Err 2” oznacza usterkę w urządzeniu 2 itd. Kod usterki wskazuje na jej typ. Poniższa tabela zawiera listę i objaśnienie możliwych usterek. Jeśli kody usterek są aktywne dla wielu urządzeń, istnieje możliwość naciśnięcia niebieskiego przycisku informacji oraz przycisku „w górę” i „w dół” w celu przewinięcia wskazania wszystkich kodów. Sistemul trebuie să fie conform reglementărilor locale şi/sau naţionale aplicabile. Prin urmare, dispozitivul dvs. Base Therm trebuie Instalat de către un instalator profesionist calificat, în conformitate cu toate legile şi reglementările naţionale şi internaţionale aplicabile. Base Therm este un termostat de cameră cu un senzor de cameră intern, ce poate fi folosit pentru a controla un sistem de magistrală pentru unul sau mai multe încălzitoare de aer, până la maximum 8 unităţi. Base Therm este capabil să controleze încălzirea sau ventilarea şi raportarea şi esetarea defecţiunile atunci când apar. 1.4 Referintă la un tabel sau la o imagine. Dacă în manual se face referintă la o imagine sau la un tabel, este indicat un număr între paranteze, spre ex. [3]. Verificaţi dacă este modelul/tipul corect. 3.2 Poziţionarea termostatului Atunci când determinaţi o poziţie potrivită pentru montarea BaseTherm, trebuie să luaţi în considerare următoarele: – BaseTherm este echipat cu un senzor intern pentru temperatura camerei şi, prin urmare, trebuie plasat în încăperea care necesită Încălzire. – Recomandăm montarea dispozitivului BaseTherm la o înălţime de ±1,5m de la podea. – Nu îl poziţionaţi direct în vaporii de aer proveniţi din încălzitor(oare). – Nu îl montaţi pe un perete exterior/interior rece – Poziţionaţi-l într-o zonă unde nu se face curent RO 3.3 Cablajul. Vă recomandăm să folosiţi cabluri ecranate. Aceste cabluri ecranate trebuie împământate la aparat. Consultaţi diagrama [1] pentru lungime şi diametru maxim. Alegerea cablului de magistrală: Cablul de magistrală trebuie să respecte tipul specific indicat pentru ţara în chestiune şi trebuie respectate valorile din specificaţiile tehnice. Următoarele puncte trebuie luate în considerare atunci când conectaţi BaseTherm la încălzitorul(oarele) de aer: – Verificaţi dacă tensiunea a fost oprită. Dacă nu este cazul, tensiunea trebuie oprită înainte de a continua. Atunci când opriţi tensiunea aparatului la care trebuie să se facă conexiunea, trebuie să – Conectaţi BaseTherm conform uneia schiţelor electrice furnizate la finalul acestui manual tehnic [2] [3]. Atunci când faceţi conexiunile la încălzitoarele de aer, consultaţi şi documentaţia tehnică pentru încălzitoarele de aer. ATENŢIE! Următoarele indicaţii se aplică în cazul conectării mai multor dispozitive la 1 singur termostat. Atunci când se conectează mai multe aparate la un singur termostat, aparatelor trebuie să li se aloce o adresă. Acesta se face prin setarea comutatoarelor imersate şi comutatorului S4 pe cutia de control a arzătorului. De asemenea, trebuie să vă asiguraţi că aparatul la care este conectat BaseTherm este întotdeauna denumit aparatul 1 [4]. Pentru setările corecte ale comutatoarelor imersate şi comutatorului S4, consultaţi figura [5]. – După finalizarea conectării şi instalării, porniţi iarăşi tensiunea. Pentru instrucţiuni relevante, consultaţi manualul tehnic al încălzitorului de aer. 46 4.0 Manual de operare. 4.1 Explicarea butoanelor de comandă şi afişajului. Comutatoare pentru creşterea şi micşorarea setării sau, atunci când se foloseşte butonul Info, pentru vizualizarea tuturor mesajelor pentru dispozitivele conectate. G - Butonul de “Resetare” H - Nu funcţionează. I - Nu funcţionează. J - Nu funcţionează. K - Acest mod de funcţionare este afişat în această parte de ecranului: încălzire (auto, încălzire), ventilaţie (ventilator) L - Temperatura, valoarea de referinţă sau codurile de eroare sunt afişate în această parte a ecranului. M - Mesajele sunt afişate în această parte de ecranului (setare, oprire, Eroare). 47 4.2 Activarea şi dezactivarea modului de încălzire Pentru a activa modul de încălzire, apăsaţi butonul “heating” (încălzire). Acum va apărea pe afişaj: “MODE” şi “AUTO” sau “HEAT”. °C “AUTO”indică faptul că modul de încălzire este activat, însă nu există încă necesitate de încălzire. Atunci când căldura este necesară, “AUTO” dispare şi este înlocuit cu “HEAT”. MODE AUTO Pentru a dezactiva din nou modul de încălzire, apăsaţi iarăşi butonul “heating” (încălzire). MODE HEAT 4.3 Activarea şi dezactivarea modului de ventilare Pentru a activa modul de ventilare, apăsaţi butonul de ventilare. Acum va apărea pe afişaj: “MODE” şi “FAN”. °C MODE FAN “FAN” (VENTILATOR) indică faptul că modul de ventilare este activat, iar ventilatorul se va porni şi va funcţiona în mod continuu. Pentru a dezactiva din nou modul de ventilare, apăsaţi iarăşi butonul de ventilare. Atenţie! Modul de ventilare poate fi utilizat în acelaşi timp cu modul de încălzire. În consecinţă, puteţi porni ventilatorul pentru a opera continuu atunci când modul de încălzire este activ, dacă este necesar. 4.4 Mărirea sau micşorarea valorii de referinţă Pentru a mări sau micşora valoarea de referinţă, apăsaţi butonul în sus sau în jos. “SET” (SETARE) va apărea pe afişaj, iar cifrele vor începe să pâlpâie. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 48 °C Acum puteţi folosi butonul în sus sau în jos pentru a mări sau micşora valoarea de referinţă după cum doriţi. După ce aţi modificat punctul de referinţă, afişajul principal va apărea din nou automat după câteva secunde. 4.5 Resetarea după o eroare După o eroare, apăsaţi butonul de resetare pentru a reseta sistemul. RESET “rES” (RESETARE) va apărea pe afişaj, iar cifrele vor începe să pâlpâie. MODE °C HEAT Aparatele conectate la termostat au fost resetate cu succes atunci când afişajul principal reapare. Dacă mesajul este încă vizibil pe ecran după ce s-a efectuat resetarea, consultaţi secţiunea 6 pentru detalii despre mesaj şi soluţia corespunzătoare. De asemenea, consultaţi manualul tehnic al încălzitorului de aer. RO 5.0 Mesaje şi erori. 5.1 Ecranul iniţial Atunci când tensiunea înspre aparate şi termostat este pornită, pe afişaj va apărea, timp de câteva secunde, “-- --”. °C Aceasta indică faptul că iniţializarea începe. Acest ecran principal este afişat imediat ce iniţializarea a fost finalizată. 5.2 Versiunea software-ului Pentru a vizualiza detaliile privind versiunea de software, apăsaţi butonul info în modul de operare normală. Aceasta nu afectează operarea sistemului. După câteva secunde, afişajul principal va reapărea automat. 5.3 Mesaj afişaj “OFF” (Dezactivat) Mesajul “OFF1” apare pe afişaj atunci când aparatul este blocat. În acest caz, cifra ”1” reprezintă numărul aparatului. Dacă la BaseTherm sunt conectate mai multe aparate, poate apărea o altă cifră (de la 1 la 8 inclusiv). MODE °C AUTO °C Cauza mesajului OFF: Blocarea este cauzată de o defecţiune a circuitului extern sau a racordului de pe bornele 1 şi 2 ale instalaţiei. După rezolvarea problemei, mesajul va dispărea, iar aparatul va reveni la modul normal de funcţionare. Pentru a naviga prin toate mesajele: Puteţi derula toate mesajele apăsând butonul albastru de informaţii, apoi apăsând butonul în sus şi în jos. 49 5.4 Coduri de eroare. MODE HEAT În eventualitatea unei defecţiuni la aparat, pe afişaj va apărea mesajul “Err” (Eroare), în combinaţie cu o cifră de la 1 la 8 şi un cod de eroare. Se va aprinde şi LED-ul roşu de lângă butonul info. “Err 1” înseamnă că există o eroare în aparatul 1; “Err 2” înseamnă că există o eroare în aparatul 2. Ş.a.m.d… Codul de eroare indică tipul defecţiunii. Diagrama de mai jos enumeră şi explică posibilele defecţiuni. Dacă codurile de eroare sunt active pentru mai multe aparate, butonul albastru info şi butonul în sus şi în jos pot fi apăsate pentru a derula toate codurile. Apăsând butonul Reset (Resetare), codul de eroare va fi şters de pe ecran, după care va reapărea ecranul principal. Termostat BaseTherm je izbový termostat vybavený interným izbovým snímačom, ktorý sa môže používať na reguláciu zbernicového systému pre 1 alebo viac ohrievačov vzduchu až do 8 jednotiek. Termostat BaseTherm dokáže regulovať vetranie alebo ventiláciu a oznamovať vyskytnuvšie sa chyby. 1.4 Odkaz na tabuľku alebo obrázok. Skontrolujte, že máte správny typ/model. 3.2 Umiestnenie termostatu Pri stanovení vhodnej polohy na namontovanie termostatu BaseTherm musíte zobrať do úvahy nasledujúce skutočnosti. – Termostat BaseTherm je vybavený interným snímačom izbovej teploty a musí byť preto umiestnený v izbe, v ktorej sa vykuruje. – Odporúčame vám namontovať termostat BaseTherm vo výške ±1,5 m od podlahy. – Neumiestňujte ho priamo do prúdu vzduchu z ohrievača(ov). – Nemontujte ho na chladnú externú/internú stenu. – Umiestnite ho na mieste bez prievanu. 3.3 Vedenie. Pokiaľ ide o vedenie, odporúčame vám vždy používať tienený kábel. Tienenie by malo byť uzemnené k vodiču. Maximálne dĺžky a priemery nájdete v tabuľke [1]. Výber zbernicového kábla: Zbernicový kábel musí vyhovovať špecifickému typu pre patričnú krajinu a hodnoty v technických špecifikáciách je nutné dodržať. Pri pripájaní termostatu BaseTherm k ohrievaču(om) vzduchu je nutné zobrať do úvahy nasledujúce body: – Skontrolujte, že prívod napätia bol vypnutý. Ak tomu tak nie, prívod napätia je nutné vypnúť pred tým, ako pristúpite k realizácii ďalších krokov. Počas vypínania prívodu napätia spotrebiča, ku ktorému idete realizovať pripojenie, by ste si mali taktiež pozrieť technickú dokumentáciu/ pokyny na obsluhu patričného spotrebiča. – Termostat BaseTherm namontujte na stenu podľa pokynov v časti 4.2 Umiestnenie termostatu. – Termostat BaseTherm pripojte v zmysle elektrických schém na zadnej strane tejto technickej dokumentácie [2] [3]. Pri realizácii pripojení k ohrievačom vzduchu si pozrite aj technickú dokumentáciu k ohrievačom vzduchu.  OZNÁMKA! P Nasledujúce princípy sa uplatňujú v prípade pripájania viacerých spotrebičov k jednému termostatu. V prípade pripojenia viacerých spotrebičov k samostatnému termostatu je potrebné spotrebičom priradiť adresu. Toto sa realizuje nastavením dvojpolohových mikroprepínačov a prepínača S4 na skrinke ovládania horáka. Taktiež musíte vždy zabezpečiť, aby spotrebič, ku ktorému sa pripája termostat BaseTherm, mal vždy adresu ako spotrebič 1 [4]. Správne nastavenie dvojpolohových mikroprepínačov a prepínača S4 nájdete na obrázku [5]. – Po dokončení pripojenia a inštalácii opäť zapnite prívod napätia. Patričné pokyny nájdete v technickej dokumentácii ohrievača vzduchu. 54 4.0 Návod na obsluhu. 4.1 Vysvetlenie funkcií tlačidiel displeja strana. V tejto časti obrazovky sa zobrazujú hlásenia (set, off, Err). 55 4.2 Zapnutie a vypnutie režimu kúrenia Režim kúrenia zaktivujete stlačením tlačidla „HEAT“. °C Na displeji sa zobrazí nasledujúce: „MODE“ a „AUTO“ alebo „HEAT“. „AUTO“ označuje, že režim kúrenia je zapnutý, ale zatiaľ nie je požiadavka na kúrenie. Akonáhle sa požaduje kúrenie, „AUTO“ zmizne a nahradí ho „HEAT“. MODE AUTO Ak chcete opäť vypnúť režim kúrenia, stlačte tlačidlo kúrenia druhýkrát. MODE HEAT 4.3 Zapnutie a vypnutie režimu ventilácie Režim ventilácie zaktivujete stlačením tlačidla ventilácie. Na displeji sa zobrazí nasledujúce: „MODE“ a „FAN“. °C MODE FAN „FAN“ naznačuje, že režim ventilácie je aktívny, ventilátor sa zapne a bude nepretržite bežať. Ak chcete opäť vypnúť režim ventilácie, stlačte tlačidlo ventilácie druhýkrát. Poznámka! Režim ventilácie sa môže používať súčasne s režimom kúrenia. Následne môžete v prípade potreby prepnúť ventilátor na nepretržitú prevádzku počas aktívneho režimu kúrenia. 4.4 Zvýšenie a zníženie hodnoty nastavenia Pokiaľ chcete zvýšiť alebo znížiť hodnotu nastavenia, stlačte tlačidlo na zvyšovanie alebo znižovanie hodnôt. Na displeji sa zobrazí „SET“ a číslice začnú blikať. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 56 °C Teraz môžete použiť tlačidlo na zvyšovanie alebo znižovanie hodnôt na zvýšenie alebo zníženie nastavenej hodnoty na požadovanú hodnotu. Po zmene nastavenej hodnoty sa po niekoľkých sekundách automaticky opäť zobrazí hlavná obrazovka. 4.5 Resetovanie po chybe Systém po chybe zresetujete stlačením tlačidla na resetovanie. RESET Na displeji sa zobrazí „rES“ a bude blikať zopár sekúnd. MODE °C HEAT Spotrebiče pripojené k termostatu boli úspešne zresetované, ak sa opäť zobrazí hlavná obrazovka. Ak sa po zresetovaní na obrazovke aj naďalej zobrazuje hlásenie, pozrite si stranu 6, kde nájdete podrobnosti o hlásení a zároveň aj patričné riešenie. Pozrite si, prosím, technickú dokumentáciu k ohrievaču vzduchu. 5.0 Hlásenia a chyby. SK 5.1 Úvodná obrazovka Po zapnutí prívodu napätia do spotrebičov a termostatu sa počas prvých niekoľkých sekúnd na displeji zobrazí „-- --“. °C Znamená to prebiehajúcu inicializáciu. Hlavná obrazovka sa zobrazí ihneď po dokončení inicializácie. 5.2 Verzia softvéru Ak chcete zobraziť podrobnosti o verzii softvéru, počas štandardnej prevádzky stlačte tlačidlo na zobrazenie informácií. Nemá žiadny vplyv na činnosť systému. Po niekoľkých sekundách sa hlavný displej zobrazí automaticky znova. 5.3 Zobrazenie hlásenia OFF Hlásenie „OFF1” sa na displeji zobrazí, ak je spotrebič blokovaný. Číslo „1“ v tomto prípade predstavuje číslo spotrebiča. Ak k termostatu BaseTherm je pripojených viac spotrebičov, môže sa zobraziť iné číslo (1 až 8 vrátane). MODE °C AUTO Príčina hlásenia OFF: Blokovanie je spôsobené prerušením externého obvodu alebo mostíka na termináli 1 a 2 na spotrebiči. Po vyriešení problému hlásenie zmizne a spotrebič obnoví štandardnú funkciu. °C Prezeranie všetkých hlásení: V rámci všetkých hlásení môžete rolovať stlačením modrého tlačidla na zobrazenie informácií a následne stlačením tlačidla na zvyšovanie alebo znižovanie hodnôt. 57 5.4 Kódy chýb. MODE HEAT V prípade chyby spotrebiča sa na displeji zobrazí hlásenie „Err“ v kombinácii s číslom 1 až 8, ktoré predstavuje kód chyby. Rozsvieti sa aj červený LED indikátor vedľa tlačidla na zobrazenie informácií. „Err 1“ znamená chybu v spotrebiči 1; „Err 2“ znamená chybu v spotrebiči 2. A tak ďalej… Kód chyby označuje typ chyby. V dolu uvedenej tabuľke je zoznam možných chýb. Ak sú kódy chýb aktívne pre viac spotrebičov, je možno stlačiť modré tlačidlo na zobrazenie informácií a tlačidlo na zvyšovanie alebo znižovanie hodnôt s cieľom rolovania v rámci kódov chýb. Stlačením tlačidla na resetovanie zmažete zobrazenie kódu chyby a následne sa znova zobrazí hlavná obrazovka. V prípade výmeny alebo odstránenia termostatu BaseTherm je nutné starý termostat recyklovať alebo zneškodniť v zmysle národných a/alebo miestnych zákonov a nariadení. 58 Před instalací zařízení si přečtěte následující manuál Varování Nesprávně provedená instalace, úprava, změny, oprava nebo údržba může vést k poškození materiálu nebo zranění. Veškeré práce musí provádět schválení a kvalifikovaní odborníci. Jestliže zařízení nebude nainstalováno podle pokynů, záruka bude neplatná. Z tohoto důvodu vám musí BaseTherm nainstalovat odborný a kvalifikovaný pracovník podle příslušných státních nařízení a mezinárodních norem. Nesprávná instalace, úprava, změny, údržba nebo oprava poruší záruku. 1.3 Použití BaseTherm je pokojový termostat s vnitřním pokojovým čidlem, který se používá k řízení sběrnicového systému pro jednu nebo více teplovzdušných topných jednotek a to až do počtu 8 kusů. BaseTherm dokáže řídit vytápění nebo ventilaci a v případě závad je dokáže oznámit a opětně seřídit. 1.4 Odkaz na tabulku nebo obrázek. Jestliže bude v příručce odkaz na obrázek nebo tabulku, v hranatých závorkách bude číslo, např. [3]. Zkontrolujte, zda máte správný typ/model. 3.2 Umístění termostatu Když se budete rozhodovat, kam umístit termostat BaseTherm, vezměte v úvahu následující: – Termostat BaseTherm v sobě obsahuje snímač pokojové teploty a proto se musí nacházet v místnosti, kterou chcete vytápět. – Doporučujeme umístění termostatu BaseTherm ve výšce ±1,5 m od podlahy. – Neumísťujte ho přímo do proudu vzduchu z topidel. – Nedávejte ho na studenou vnější nebo vnitřní zeď. – Neumísťujte ho do průvanu. 3.3 Zapojení Pro zapojení vždy doporučujeme použít chráněný kabel. Ochranný vodič musí být vždy připojen. CS Viz tabulka [1], kde najdete maximální délky a průměry. Výběr kabelu sběrnice: Sběrnicový kabel musí odpovídat specifickému typu pro danou zemi. Je nutné dodržovat hodnoty uvedené v technické specifikaci. Jestliže ne, tak předtím, než budete pokračovat, vypněte přívod napájení. Když vypínáte přívod napájení zařízení, které budete připojovat, přečtěte si rovněž technickou dokumentaci/návod k použití daného zařízení. – Upevněte termostat BaseTherm na stěnu a přitom dodržte podmínky uvedené v části 4.2 Umístění termostatu. – Připojte termostat BaseTherm podle elektrického schématu uvedeného na konci této technické dokumentace [2] [3]. Při připojování teplovzdušných topných jednotek si prostudujte i technickou dokumentaci k těmto jednotkám. POZNÁMKA: Níže uvedené platí při připojování více zařízení k jednomu termostatu. Jestliže je k jednomu termostatu připojeno více zařízení, zařízením je nutné přiřadit adresy. To se provádí nastavením dvoupolohových mikropřepínačů a spínače S4 na řídicí jednotce hořáku. Musíte rovněž zajistit, aby zařízení, ke kterému je termostat BaseTherm připojen, mělo vždy adresu zařízení 1 [4]. Viz obrázek [5], kde najdete správné nastavení dvoupolohových mikropřepínačů a spínače S4. – Po zapojení instalace zapněte přívod napájení. Informační tlačítko Spínač „ventilation“, Toto tlačítko slouží k zapnutí a vypnutí ventilátoru. Spínač „heating“, Toto tlačítko slouží k zapnutí a vypnutí režimu vytápění. Žádná funkce. Tlačítko pro nastavení a pro posun nahoru/dolů Tlačítko pro zvýšení nebo snížení hodnoty nastavení teploty nebo při použití informačního tlačítka slouží ke zobrazení všech informací o připojených zařízeních. Tlačítko „Reset“ Žádná funkce. Žádná funkce. Žádná funkce. V této části displeje se zobrazuje režim: vytápění (auto, vytápění), ventilace (ventilátor) V této části displeje se objevuje teplota, nastavená hodnota nebo kód chyby. V této části displeje se zobrazují hlášení (set, off, Err). 63 4.2 Zapínání a vypínání režimu vytápění Stiskem tlačítka „heating“ aktivujete režim vytápění. Na displeji se zobrazí: „MODE“ a „AUTO“ nebo „HEAT“. °C „AUTO“ označuje, že je zapnut režim vytápění, ale prozatím není nutné vytápět. Když nastane potřeba vytápění, „AUTO“ zmizí a nahradí jej „HEAT“. MODE Dalším stiskem tlačítka „heating“ vypnete režim vytápění. AUTO MODE HEAT 4.3 Zapínání a vypínání režimu ventilace Stiskem tlačítka „ventilation“ aktivujete režim ventilace. Na displeji se zobrazí: „MODE“ a „FAN“. °C „FAN“ označuje, že režim ventilace je aktivní. Ventilátor se zapne a neustále poběží. Dalším stiskem tlačítka „ventilation“ vypnete režim ventilace. Poznámka: Režim ventilace lze používat ve stejném okamžiku jako režim vytápění. Jestli chcete, můžete tedy zapnout ventilátor, když je aktivní režim vytápění. MODE FAN 4.4 Zvyšování a snižování nastavené teploty Stiskem tlačítka nahoru/dolů můžete zvýšit nebo snížit nastavení teploty. Na displeji se objeví „SET“ a číslice začnou blikat. MODE °C AUTO TEMP 64 °C Nyní tlačítkem nahoru/dolů můžete zvýšit nebo snížit teplotu na požadovanou hodnotu. Po změně nastavené teploty se na displeji po několika sekundách opět objeví výchozí zobrazení. 4.5 Resetování po chybě Po chybě stiskem tlačítka reset můžete resetovat systém. RESET Na displeji se objeví „rES“ a několik sekund bude blikat. MODE °C HEAT Když se na displeji znovu objeví výchozí zobrazení, jsou zařízení připojená k termostatu resetována. Když po resetu hlášení na displeji zůstane, podrobnosti o tomto stavu a jeho řešení naleznete v kapitole 6. Příslušné pokyny najdete rovněž v technické dokumentaci k teplovzdušné topné jednotce. 5.0 Hlášení a chyby 5.1 Úvodní obrazovka CS Když zapnete přívod napájení k zařízením a termostatu, na displeji se na několik sekund objeví „-- --“. °C To znamená, že proběhla inicializace. Výchozí stav displeje se zobrazí, jakmile se dokončí inicializace. 5.2 Verze softwaru Verzi softwaru můžete zjistit, když během běžného provozu stisknete informační tlačítko. Na provoz systému to nemá žádný vliv. Po několika sekundách se na displeji opět objeví výchozí zobrazení. 5.3 Zobrazení hlášení „OFF“ Hlášení „OFF1“ se na displeji zobrazí, když je zařízení zablokováno. Číslice „1“ v tomto případě označuje číslo zařízení. Jestliže je k termostatu BaseTherm připojeno více zařízení, může se objevit i jiná číslice (1 až 8). MODE °C AUTO °C Příčiny hlášení OFF: Zablokování je způsobeno poruchou v externím obvodu nebo na převáděcím vodiči na svorkách 1 a 2 daného zařízení. Po vyřešení problému hlášení zmizí a zařízení bude opět pracovat normálně. Prohlížení všech hlášení: Všechna hlášení si můžete prohlédnou, když stisknete modré informační tlačítko a poté tlačítko nahoru/dolů. 65 5.4 Kódy závad MODE HEAT V případě závady v zařízení se na displeji objeví hlášení „Err“ a číslo 1 až 8 a kód závady. Rozsvítí se rovněž červená kontrolka LED vedle informačního tlačítka. „Err 1“ znamená, že došlo k závadě v zařízení 1; „Err 2“ znamená, že došlo k závadě v zařízení 2 atd. Kód závady označuje typ závady. V tabulce níže jsou uvedeny možné závady a jejich vysvětlení. Jestliže se kódy závad objeví pro více zařízení, po stisku modrého informačního tlačítka a tlačítka nahoru/dolů můžete procházet všemi kódy. Po stisku tlačítka Reset se vynuluje displej s kódy závad a opět se objeví výchozí zobrazení displeje.
