General Safety Guidelines
This appliance may only be used for the purpose for which it was designed and intended. The manufacturer and
supplier are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use.
• This is a commercial product and must only be used by a trained professional who has read and fully
understands this manual. It must not be used (without supervision) by children or persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities
• The device is to be used indoors only.
• WARNING! Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. If either is exposed to
a liquid, immediately disconnect the power supply and have the appliance checked by a certified technician.
Not following these instructions may cause electric shock, or even death.
• Do not use the appliance after it has fallen or is damaged in any other way. Have it checked and repaired by
a certified technician.
• Do not move the appliance while operational and never try to move or carry the appliance by the power
cord.
• Do not place or move the appliance on its side, upside-down or tilted (more than 45°).
• ATTENTION! Do not open the casing or try to repair the appliance yourself (unless instructed). This may void
warranty or cause hazardous situations.
• Do not insert any objects in the casing or openings of the appliance.
• Do not use any extra devices or accessories that are not supplied along with the appliance.
• Never put your hands or other body parts near the moving parts of the appliance while operational.
• Always keep an eye on the appliance when in use.
• Keep all packaging away from children and dispose of packaging in accordance with local, state and national
regulations.
• Avoid overloading the appliance.
• The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable local, state and national regulations.
• Switch off the appliance before pulling the power plug out of the socket.
• Always disconnect the power supply when the appliance is not in use. To pull the plug out of the socket,
always pull on the plug and not on the cable.
• Do not touch the power plug with wet or damp hands.
• Keep the power cable away from operating range and do not cover the cable. Also make sure the power
cable does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep away from open fire.
• ATTENTION! As long as the power plug is in the electrical socket the appliance is connected to the electric
grid.

Product Specific Safety Guidelines
• This appliance may only be used for its intended purpose: To cool, store and display beverages or food.
• Keep all ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure and built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
• Use a dedicated power socket, do not use extension cables or socket boxes.
• Do not store flammable or volatile substances inside or near this appliance.
• Open the door using the handle and do not apply excessive force to the glass surfaces.
• Never hang from or climb on top of the appliance.
• Do not store heavy objects on top of the appliance.
• Make sure the shelves are mounted and secured in place properly. Maximum load per shelf: 25 kg.
• Do not switch on the appliance immediately after it was switched off, wait for 5 minutes before switching
the appliance back on.
First Time Use
• Unpack and inspect your appliance immediately after receipt. If there are any latent defects or damage to
the appliance then immediately contact your supplier. Save all packaging materials in case the appliance
needs to be returned or inspected by the freight carrier.
• Remove any protective film from all surfaces (if applicable).
• Read this instruction manual completely before attempting to install and operate this product. When in
doubt, contact your supplier.
• To ensure all coolant and oil in the cooling system has precipitated properly, keep the appliance in the
upright position for several hours before switching it on. If the appliance was tilted horizontally prior to or
during delivery, keep it upright for at least 8 hours before switching it on.
• If your appliance is supplied with a factory fitted molded plug then you may plug the unit into a standard
electrical outlet. Make sure that the voltage of the appliance and the wall outlet are compatible. If your
appliance is not supplied with a factory fitted molded plug then a qualified electrical engineer must be
contracted to wire the unit to the power supply.
• Before using the appliance for the first time, it is recommended to clean the appliance according to
instructions (see chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”).

Installation
1. The appliance must be positioned level and on a flat and stable surface.
2. Choose a location where the appliance is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat
such as a cooker, oven or radiator.
3. When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 10 cm (4 inches) between the appliance and walls or
other objects for ventilation and ease of use.
4. Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
5. Assemble any parts (if applicable).
6. The shelves can be adjusted, arrange the shelves according to your requirements.
7. Plug the power plug into a grounded and compatible socket.
Operation
• This appliance employs a Forced Air Circulation cooling system. If the circulation of air is obstructed, cooling
will be less effective. Pay attention to the following:
o Make sure the air outlets and air inlets are free of obstruction.
o Keep some space between the items and the walls, doors and ceiling.
o Reduce the time that the doors are open to a minimum.
o Let the unit operate empty for at least 1 hour before placing items inside
• The temperature inside should stay between 0 - 10 °C. Adjust the thermostat settings accordingly. The
ambient temperature will greatly affect which setting is needed to achieve this temperature range.
• Do not set the thermostat to low either, this may cause ice formation and eventually damage to the
appliance.
• Activate the appliance using the “ON/OFF” switch located at the front, next to the digital control panel. The
screen on the control panel will display the actual temperature measured.
(A detailed and in depth user manual for the Dixell control panel is available from your supplier)
• Press “SET” key [B] to view the current set temperature value.
• To change the set temperature value, press and hold the “SET” key until the °C/°F indicator [E] starts
flashing. Use the arrow keys [C/D] to select the desired temperature value and press “SET” to confirm (or
wait 10 seconds). The display value will return to displaying the actual temperature again.
• Enter the programming mode to switch between Celcius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F) parameters. Press and hold
the “SET” and “DECREASE” keys [B+C] simultaneously until the °C/°F indicator [E] starts flashing. Choose the
desired parameter and press “SET” to confirm.
• The appliance will auto-defrost on a predetermined interval. To manually activate defrost mode, press and
hold the “DEFROST” key [A] until the defrost indicator [F] illuminates.
• When not in use, switch off the appliance by removing the plug from the power socket.
• Clean the appliance according to instructions after use (see chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”).

Troubleshooting
The follow overview will help you understand possible problems. However, only qualified
technicians should attempt to open or repair the appliance. Contact your supplier when in doubt.

Cleaning and Maintenance
• Maintenance and repairs should only be done by a certified technician.
• Regularly check and clean the appliance, its parts and accessories (if applicable).
• Regularly check the power plug and power cable for damage. If either is damaged do not use the appliance.
Instead, have it repaired by a certified electrical engineer.
• Always switch off and disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
• ATTENTION! Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol based cleaning
agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the appliance. Use a food safe
detergent instead.
• ATTENTION! Do not use any scourer and sharp or pointed objects during cleaning, this may cause damage
to the appliance.
• ATTENTION! Never hose down the appliance or immerse it in water or any other liquid. Also, do not use a
steamer to clean the appliance
• ATTENTION! Never let the power cable or power plug get wet or damp.
• The condenser should be dust free and cleaned at least every 3 months. Clean using a soft brush and/or
vacuum machine. The condenser is located at the back of the appliance and accesible throught the access
panel.
• The condenser (the cooling element through which the cooling fan pulls the air) must be cleaned at least
once every 3 months. This is easily done using a vacuum cleaner in combination with a soft brush head. To
prevent overheating or (permanent) damage, the condenser must always be free of dust and dirt. Doing so,
will help prevent malfunctions and extend the life-span of the appliance.
• Condenstation is collected in the drain tray and should evaporate naturally. However, in humid
environments there will be more condensation and thus you should check and empty the drain tray
regularly. The drain tray is located nex to the condenser at the back of the appliance.
• Remove and clean the shelves using a brush or sponge and warm soapy water. Rinse under tap afterwards
to remove any soap residues. Always dry the shelves before placing them back inside the appliance.
• Whipe down the exterior and interior using a damp cloth with a mild detergent. Dry the inside using a soft
cloth and keep the door(s) open for a while. This will help to avoid mold and bad smells.

Storage
• Make sure the appliance is cleaned properly before storage.
• Coil up the power cable and put it away.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
Discarding
When discarding the appliance, do so in compliance with local, state and national regulations.
Guarantee
Thank you for using our products, our company will follow related provisions from our "Algemene
Voorwaarden", and provide you services when you can show us the invoice.
We provide 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date). In the warranty period, our company is
responsible for free parts if there is a device fault or quality problem of spare parts under correct operation.
The following is not included in the free service:
1. Damages result from transportation, installation, improper connections.
2. Component damages caused by failing to provide power and voltage as required in technical data.
3. Damages caused by disassembling products, adjust or change the mechanical and electrical structures
without permission.
4. Damage caused by improper operation, cleaning and maintenance.
5. Non-man-made damage, such as damages from abnormal voltage, fire, building collapse, lightning,
floods and other natural disasters, and damages from rats and other pests.
6. Failure in following the manual when operating.
7. Wearable and expendable parts.
8. Altered invoice or without invoice.
In line with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to alter the product, the packaging or the
documentation without prior notice.

Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften

oneigenlijk gebruik.
• Dit is een commercieel product en mag alleen worden gebruikt door een getrainde professional, die deze
handleiding heeft gelezen en volledig begrijpt. Het mag niet (zonder toezicht) worden gebruikt door
kinderen, of personen met een verminderd fysiek, sensorisch of mentaal vermogen.
• Het apparaat dient alleen binnenshuis te worden gebruikt.
• WAARSCHUWING! Houd het apparaat en de stekker uit de buurt van water en andere vloeistoffen. Als een
van beide wordt blootgesteld aan een vloeistof, sluit dan onmiddellijk de stroomtoevoer af en laat het
apparaat controleren door een gediplomeerd vakman. Het niet opvolgen van deze instructies kan een
elektrische schok of zelfs de dood veroorzaken.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet nadat deze is gevallen of op een andere manier is beschadigd. Laat het
controleren en repareren door een gediplomeerd vakman.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit terwijl deze in gebruik is en probeer de machine nooit te verplaatsen of te
vervoeren aan het netsnoer.
• Plaats of verplaats het apparaat niet op zijn kant, ondersteboven of gekanteld (meer dan 45°).
• LET OP! Probeer de behuizing van de machine niet zo maar te openen of de machine zelf te repareren
(tenzij aangegeven). Dit kan de garantie ongeldig maken of gevaarlijke situaties veroorzaken.
• Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing of openingen van het apparaat.
• Gebruik geen extra apparaten of accessoires die niet bij het apparaat zijn meegeleverd.
• Houd uw handen en andere lichaamsdelen uit de buurt van de bewegende delen van het apparaat terwijl
deze operationeel is.
• Houd het apparaat altijd in de gaten tijdens gebruik.
• Houd al het verpakkingsmateriaal uit de buurt van kinderen.
• Voer het verpakkingsmateriaal af in overeenstemming met de lokale, provinciale en nationale voorschriften.
• Voorkom overbelasting van het apparaat.
• De elektrische installatie moet voldoen aan de geldende lokale, provinciale en nationale voorschriften.
• Schakel het apparaat uit voordat u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt.
• Schakel altijd de stroomtoevoer uit wanneer het apparaat niet wordt gebruikt. Om de stekker uit het
stopcontact te trekken, trek dan altijd aan de stekker en niet aan de kabel.

• Raak de stekker niet aan met natte of vochtige handen.
• Houd de stroomkabel op een veilige afstand van de machine en bedek de kabel niet. Zorg er ook voor dat
het netsnoer niet in contact komt met scherpe of hete voorwerpen en houd het uit de buurt van open vuur.
• LET OP! Zolang de stekker in het stopcontact zit, staat het apparaat onder netspanning.
Productspecifieke veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Dit apparaat appliance mag alleen worden gebruikt voor: Het bewaren, koelen en presenteren van
voedingsmiddelen.
• Houd alle ventilatie-openingen van het apparaat vrij van obstructies.
• Gebruik een normaal stopcontact, gebruik geen verlengsnoeren of stopcontactdozen.
• Bewaar geen ontvlambare of vluchtige stoffen in of bij dit apparaat.
• Open de deur met behulp van de hendel en oefen geen overmatige kracht uit op de glazen oppervlakken.
• Hang nooit aan de deur of klim niet op het apparaat.
• Bewaar geen zware voorwerpen op het apparaat.
• Zorg ervoor dat de roosters goed zijn gemonteerd en bevestigd. Maximale belasting per rooster: 25 kg.
• Schakel het apparaat niet onmiddellijk in nadat deze was uitgeschakeld, wacht 5 minuten voordat u het
apparaat opnieuw inschakelt.

Ingebruikname
• Controleer of het apparaat niet beschadigd is. Neem in geval van beschadiging onmiddellijk contact op met
uw leverancier en gebruik het apparaat niet. Bewaar al het verpakkingsmateriaal indien het apparaat
geïnspecteerd of retour gestuurd moet worden.
• Verwijder alle beschermende folies van het apparaat (indien van toepassing).
• Lees aandachtig deze gebruikshandleiding voordat u het apparaat in gebruik neemt. Heeft u nog vragen,
neem dan contact op met uw leverancier.
• Houdt het apparaat enkele uren rechtop voordat u hem inschakelt, dit om ervoor te zorgen dat al het
koelmiddel en de olie in het koelsysteem volledig zijn neergeslagen. Als het apparaat vóór of tijdens het
vervoer horizontaal gekanteld is, houd deze dan minstens 8 uur rechtop voordat u hem inschakelt.
• Als uw apparaat met een standaard stekker geleverd wordt kan u deze in het stopcontact steken. Controleer
alvorens of het voltage gelijkwaardig is. Als uw apparaat enkel met snoer en zonder stekker geleverd wordt
dient u dit door een gediplomeerd vakman te laten monteren.
• U wordt geadviseerd het apparaat te reinigen volgens instructies alvorens ingebruikname (zie hoofdstuk
Reiniging & Onderhoud”).
Installatie
1. Plaats het apparaat waterpas op een vlakke en stabiele ondergrond.
2. Kies een plek uit die niet in direct zonlicht staat of dichtbij een warmtebron zoals bijvoorbeeld een kookstel,
oven of radiator.
3. Zorg voor genoeg ruimte (10cm) om het apparaat heen, voor gemakkelijke toegang, reiniging en ventilatie.
4. Plaats het apparaat zodanig dat de stekker te allen tijde bereikbaar is.
5. Monteer de onderdelen (indien van toepassing).
6. The roosters zijn verstelbaar, plaats deze naar wens.
7. Steek de stekker in een geaard en overeenstemmend stopcontact.
8. Laat het apparaat ten minste 1 uur draaien voordat u er producten in plaatst.

Bediening
• Dit apparaat maakt gebruik van een geforceerd luchtcirculatie om te koelen. Als de luchtcirculatie
belemmerd wordt zal koeling minder effectief zijn. Besteed aandacht aan de volgende punten:
o Zorg dat alle ventilatie-openingen van het apparaat vrij van obstructies zijn.
o Houd wat ruimte tussen de producten binnenin en de wanden, deuren en plafond.
o Bewaar geen artikelen op de vloer, gebruik alleen de planken.
o Beperk de tijd dat de deuren geopend zijn tot een minimum.
• De temperatuur binnenin moet tussen 0 - 10 ° C blijven. Pas de thermostaatinstellingen dienovereenkomstig
aan. Welke instelling benodigd is om deze waarde te bereiken, is sterk afhankelijk van de
omgevingstemperatuur.
• Zet de thermostaat ook niet te laag, dit kan ijsvorming en uiteindelijk schade aan het apparaat veroorzaken.
• Condens wordt opgevangen in de opvangbak en verdampt in principe op natuurlijke wijze. In vochtige
omgevingen zal er echter meer condensatie voorkomen. Hierdoor dient u de opvangbak regelmatig te
controleren en legen.
• Schakel het apparaat uit door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen wanneer het apparaat niet in gebruik
is.
• Reinig het apparaat volgens de instructies (zie hoofdstuk "Reiniging en onderhoud") na gebruik.

Mogelijke Storingen
Het volgende overzicht geeft u beter inzicht in mogelijke storingen. Echter, het apparaat dient alleen open

Reiniging en Onderhoud
• Onderhoud en reparaties dienen alleen uigevoerd te worden door een gediplomeerd vakman.
• Controleer en reinig het apparaat, de kabels/slangen en accesoires regelmatig.
• Controleer regelmatig de stekker en voedingskabel op beschadigingen. Wanneer één hiervan beschadigd is,
is het niet toegestaan het apparaat te gebruiken. De kabel en/of stekker dient door een gediplomeerd
vakman gerepareerd te worden.
• Voordat u het apparaat gaat reinigen, dan wel ter reparatie stelt, altijd eerst het apparaat uitschakelen en
de stekker uit het stopcontact halen.
• LET OP! Gebruik nooit agressieve of bijtende reinigingsmiddelen. Gebruik ook geen oplosmiddel of benzine
houdende middelen. Deze reinigingsmiddelen kunnen het apparaat beschadigen of schadelijke residu’s
achterlaten.
• LET OP! Gebruik geen schuurspons of scherpe objecten tijdens het reinigen. Deze kunnen het apparaat
beschadigen.
• LET OP! Dompel het apparaat nooit in water. Gebruik ook geen hogedrukspuit of directe waterstraal om het
apparaat te reinigen. Gebruik ook geen stoomapparaat om de vriezer te reinigen.
• LET OP! Laat de stekker of de voedingskabel niet nat of vochtig worden.
• De condensor (het koelelement waar de koelventilator de lucht doorheen trekt) moet minimaal eens in de 3
maanden gereinigd worden. Dit gaat gemakkelijk met een stofzuiger in combinatie met een zachte
borstelkop. Om oververhitting of (blijvende) schade te voorkomen, moet de condensor altijd stof- en vuilvrij
zijn. Zo voorkomt u storingen en verlengt u de levensduur van het apparaat.

• Condens wordt opgevangen in de opvangbak en verdampt in principe op natuurlijke wijze. In vochtige
omgevingen zal er echter meer condensatie voorkomen. Hierdoor dient u de opvangbak regelmatig te
controleren en legen.
• Verwijder en reinig de roosters met een borstel of spons en warm zeepsop. Spoel daarna af onder de kraan
om eventuele zeepresten te verwijderen. Droog de roosters altijd voordat u ze terug in de kamer plaatst.
• Reinig de buitenkant en het interieur met een vochtige doek met een mild schoonmaakmiddel. Droog de
binnenkant met een zachte doek en houd de deur(en) een tijdje open. Dit helpt om schimmel en nare
geuren te voorkomen.
Opslag
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat op de juiste manier is schoongemaakt voordat u het opslaat.
• Rol het snoer op en stop deze netjes weg.
• Bewaar het apparaat op een droge en koele plaats.
Afdanken
Wanneer u het apparaat afdankt, doe dit dan in overeenstemming met de lokale, provinciale en nationale
voorschriften.
Garantie
Hartelijk bedankt dat u onze producten gebruikt. Ons bedrijf hanteert bepalingen zoals beschreven in onze
"Algemene Voorwaarden", en geven u ondersteuning wanneer u een factuur kunt overleggen.
Wij verlenen 12 maanden garantie na aankoopdatum. In de garantieperiode is ons bedrijf verantwoordelijk voor
onderdelen onder garantie in geval van materiaalfouten, fabricagefouten of kwaliteitsproblemen. Alleen bij
correct gebruik en orginele onderdelen.
De volgende zaken vallen niet onder de garantie:
1. Schade als gevolg van transport, installatie of verkeerde aansluitingen.
2. Component schade veroorzaakt door verkeerde elektrische- of water aansluiting.
3. Schade als gevolg van demontage of aanpassingen aan de orginele appliance, zonder toestemming.
4. Schade als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik, slechte reiniging of ondeskundig onderhoud.
5. Schade als gevolg van brand, instorting, blikseminslag, wateroverlast, spanningspieken, ongedierte en
andere vergelijkbare gebeurtenissen.
6. Het niet lezen of volgen van de gebruikershandleiding.
7. Verbruiksonderdelen en aan slijtage onderhevige onderdelen.
8. Aangepaste factuur of geen factuur.
Ten behoeve van productontwikkeling en -verbetering behouden wij het recht om; het product, de verpakking of
documentatie te wijzigen zonder dit vooraf bekend te maken.
