Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le

fonctionnement de votre appareil et les précautions à suivre pour

votre sécurité. Merci de le lire attentivement avant la première

recharge et/ou de l’alimentation dans les limites indiquées sur

l’appareil et le manuel. Il faut respecter les instructions relatives à la

ne pourra être tenu responsable.

Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés d’au moins 8 ans

et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles

ou mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou de connaissance,

s’ils (si elles) sont correctement surveillé(e)s ou si des instructions

relatives à l’utilisation de l’appareil en toute sécurité leur ont été

données et si les risques encourus ont été appréhendés. Les enfants

ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien

par l’usager ne doivent pas être effectués par des enfants sans

surveillance.

A n’utiliser en aucun cas pour charger des piles ou des batteries

non-rechargeables.

Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon d’alimentation ou la fiche de

secteur sont endommagés.

Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon de charge est endommagé

ou présente un défaut d’assemblage, afin d’éviter tout risque de

court-circuit de la batterie.

Le mode de fonctionnement automatique ainsi que les restrictions

applicables à l’utilisation sont expliqués ci-après dans ce mode

d’emploi.

Risque d’explosion et d’incendie!

Une batterie en charge peut émettre des gaz explosif.

• Pendant la charge, la batterie doit être placée dans un

emplacement bien aéré.

• Éviter les flammes et les étincelles. Ne pas fumer.

Connexion / déconnexion :

• Déconnecter l’alimentation avant de brancher ou de débrancher

les connexions sur la batterie.

• La borne de la batterie non reliée au châssis doit être connectée

la première. L’autre connexion doit être effectuée sur le châssis loin

de la batterie et de la canalisation de combustible. Le chargeur de

batterie doit alors être raccordé au réseau.

• Après l’opération de charge, débrancher le chargeur de batterie

du réseau puis retirer la connexion du châssis et enfin la connexion

de la batterie, dans l’ordre indiqué.

Raccordement :

• Appareil de classe II

• Le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation doit être effectué

conformément aux règles d’installation nationales.

Entretien :

• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé

par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou des personnes de

qualification similaire afin d’éviter un danger.

Réglementation :

• Appareil conforme aux directives européennes.

DESCRIPTION GENERALE

Le GYSFLASH 4.12 est idéal pour recharger la plupart des batteries au plomb avec ou sans entretien, couramment utilisées pour

les voitures et pour de nombreux autres véhicules. Ces batteries peuvent être de plusieurs types ex: GEL (électrolyte gélié), AGM

(électrolyte imprégné), WET, MF (Maintenance Free), CA (Calcium)...

Ce chargeur a été spécialement conçu pour la recharge des batteries 12 V (6 éléments de 2 V) de 1.2 Ah à 90 Ah, ou pour le main-

tien en charge jusqu’ à 130 Ah.

MISE EN ROUTE

1. Brancher le chargeur sur la batterie avec l’accessoire souhaité (pinces, cosses, etc).

2. Brancher le chargeur sur la prise secteur (réseau monophasé 220-240 Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Sélectionner le mode en appuyant sur le bouton

. Après environ cinq secondes, la charge se lance automatiquement.

4. Durant la charge, l’appareil indique l’état d’avancement de la charge. Lorsque le voyant

clignote, la batterie est prête à

démarrer le moteur. Et lorsque le voyant

reste allumé, la batterie est entièrement chargée.

5. La charge peut être interrompue à tout moment en débranchant la prise secteur ou en appuyant sur le bouton

6. Après l’opération de charge, débrancher le chargeur du réseau puis retirer les connexions de la batterie.

MODES DE CHARGE

• Description des Modes et des Options :

Mode CHARGE (14.4 V/0.8 A) :

Mode destiné à la charge de petites batteries au plomb 12 V de 1.2 Ah à 15 Ah. Cycle de charge automatique en sept

étapes.

Mode CHARGE (14.4 V/4 A) :

Mode destiné à la charge de batteries au plomb 12 V de 15 Ah à 90 Ah et jusqu’à 130 Ah pour du maintien de charge.

Cycle de charge automatique en sept étapes.

Option FROID/AGM (14.7 V) :

Option modiant la tension de charge à 14.7 V pour la charge de batterie par temps froid (moins de 5°C) ou pour

certaines batteries AGM ou batteries avec bouchons.

Mode SUPPLY (13.6V / 4 A):

Mode permettant d’utiliser le chargeur comme une alimentation stabilisée dont la tension est régulée à 13.6 V. Ce

mode est destiné à l’alimentation des véhicules de démonstration et peut également servir à réaliser un remplace-

ment de batterie tout en conservant la mémoire du véhicule. Pour ce mode, il n’y a pas de limite de temps.

Lorsque le voyant

est allumé, la tension est correctement régulée. Si le voyant clignote, cela signie que le

courant consommé sur la batterie est supérieur au courant maximum délivré par le chargeur (4 A) et que la batterie

est susceptible de se décharger à terme.

Pour entrer dans ce mode, appuyer 5 seconds sur le bouton

. Une fois le mode sélectionné, les trois indicateurs

bleus de sélection du mode s’allument. Après environ 5 secondes, la charge démarre automatiquement.

Le GYSFLASH 4.12 utilise une courbe de charge évoluée en sept étapes qui garantit les performances optimales de votre batterie.

Si la moto est équipée d’une prise 12 V, le GYSFLASH 4.12 est capable de charger la batterie via cette prise avec le

système CAN-BUS, sans avoir à allumer le tableau de bord. Dans cette conguration, connecter l’adaptateur allume-

cigare (ref. 029439) sur le chargeur et la prise 12V de la moto puis suivre la procédure de «Mise en route» de la page

précédente. Dans certains cas, il est possible que la charge ne débute qu’au bout de 2 minutes après avoir effectué les

connexions.

• Protections :

Le GYSFLASH 4.12 possède un ensemble de dispositifs le protégeant contre les courts circuits et inversion de pola-

rité. Il dispose d’un système qui évite toute étincelle lors du branchement du chargeur sur la batterie. Ce chargeur

est à double isolation et est compatible avec l’électronique des véhicules.

Le GYSFLASH 4.12 est équipé d’un capteur de température intégré qui lui permet d’adapter son courant de charge en fonction de

la température ambiante an d’éviter toute surchauffe de l’électronique interne.

La garantie ne couvre pas :

• Toutes autres avaries dues au transport.

• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).

• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).

• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).

En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :

- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture….)

- une note explicative de la panne.

This manual contains safety and operating instructions.

Read it carefully before using the device for the first time and keep

it in a safe place for future reference. This machine should only be

used for charging and / or power supply operations comprised

within the limits indicated on the machine and in the instruction

manual. The operator must respect the safety precautions. In case of

inedaquate or unsafe use, the manufacturer cannot be held liable.

This unit can be used by children aged of at least 8 years and by

people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or

lack of experience or knowledge, if they are properly monitored

or if instructions for using the equipment safely was given to them

and if they have been made aware of the risks. Children must no

play with the product. Cleaning and maintenance should not be

performed by unsupervised children.

Do not use to charge small batteries or non rechargeable batteries.

Do not operate the device with a damaged power supply cord or

a damaged mains plug.

Do not use the device if the charging cable appears to be damaged

or assembled incorrectly in order to avoid any risk of short circuiting

the battery.

The operating mode of the automatic charger and the restrictions

applicable to its use are explained below in this manual.

Fire and explosion risks!

A charging battery can emit explosive gases.

• During the charge, the battery must be placed in a well ventilated

area.

• Avoid flames and sparks. Do not smoke.

Connection / disconnection:

• Ensure that the charger’s power supply is disconnected before

plugging or unplugging the connections on the battery.

• Always ensure the Red clamp is connected to the «+» battery

terminal first. If it is necessary to connect the black clamp to the

vehicle chassis, make sure it is a safe distance from the battery and

the fuel/exhaust pipe. The charger must be connected to the mains.

• After charging, disconnect the charger from the mains, then

disconnect the clamp from the car body and then disconnect the

clamp from the battery, in the indicated order.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The GYSFLASH 4.12 is ideal to charge most lead-acid batteries, often used for cars and many other vehicles. These batteries can

be of many types eg: GEL (gel electrolyte), AGM (absorbed glass mat), WET, MF (Maintenance Free), CA (Calcium)...

This charger has been designed to charge 12V batteries (6*2V elements) from 1.2 Ah to 90 Ah, or for oating charge up to 130 Ah.

START UP

1. Connect the charger to the battery using the proper accessory (clamps, lugs, etc...).

2. Plug the charger to the mains (single phase 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Select the mode by pressing the

button. After roughly 5 seconds, the charge starts automatically.

4. During the charge, the device indicates the charge’s progress. When the indicator

blinks, the battery is ready to start the

vehicle. Once the indicator

stays on, the battery is completely charged.

5. The charge can be interrupted at any time by unplugging the mains plug or pressing the

button.

6. After charging, disconnect the charger from the mains, then disconnect the charger’s connections from the battery.

CHARGE MODES

• Modes and Options:

CHARGE mode (14.4V/0.8A) :

Mode designed for lead-acid batteries, 12V from 1.2 Ah to 15Ah. 7 step automatic maintenance cycle.

CHARGE mode (14.4V/4A) :

Mode designed for lead-acid batteries, 12V from 15 Ah to 90 Ah and up to 130 Ah for oating charge. 7 step automa-

tic maintenance cycle.

COLD/AGM Option (14.7V) :

Modies the charging voltage at 14.7V to charge the battery during cold weather (Less than 5°C) or for some AGM

batteries or batteries with caps.

SUPPLY Mode (13.6 V/4 A):

This mode enables to use the charger as a stabilised power supply, with a voltage regulated at 13.6 V. This mode is

designed for providing a power supply to demonstration vehicles and can also be used to replace a vehicle’s battery

while maintaining the system’s memory. With this mode, there is no time limit.

When the

indicator is on, the volyage is properly regulated. If the indicator blinks, this means that the cur-

rent absorbed by the battery is higher than the charger’s maximum current (4 A) and that the battery might end up

being discharged.

To access to this mode, press 5 seconds on the

button. When this mode is selected, the three blue indicators for

mode selection light on. And after roughly 5 seconds, the charge starts automatically.

• Charging curve :

The GYSFLASH 4.12 use an 7 step charging curve which guarantees optimal performance for your battery.

If the motorbike is tted with a 12V plug, the GYSFLASH 4.12 can charge the battery via this plug with the CAN-BUS

system, without switching the dashboard on. In this setup, connect the cigarette lighter adapter on the charger and on

the motorbike’s 12V socket then follow the «start up » procedure on the previous page. In certain cases, it is possible

that the charge will only start 2 minutes after performing the connections.

• Protections :

The GYSFLASH 4.12 has several features to protect it against short-circuits or polarity inversion. It has an anti-spark

feature which prevents sparks whilst connecting the device to the battery. This charger has double insulation and is

compatible with vehicle’s onboard electronics.

The GYSFLASH 4.12 is tted with an integrated temperature probe that ensures that the charging current is adapted to the

ambient temprature to prevent internal electronics’ overheating.

WARRANTY

The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).

The warranty does not cover:

• Transit damage.

• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).

• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).

• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).

In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:

- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)

- A description of the fault reported

der Batterie zu vermeiden.

Der Automatik-Modus sowie die Einschränkungen bei der Benutzung

werden nachfolgend in der Betriebsanleitung erklärt.

Explosions- und Brandgefahr!

Während des Ladevorgangs können explosive Gase entstehen.

• Während des Ladevorgangs muss die Batterie in einem gut

belüfteten Bereich plaziert werden.

• Vermeiden Sie Funken und Flammen. Rauchen Sie nicht!

Verbinden/Trennen:

• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Spannungsnetz bevor Sie Kabel und

Zangen anschließen oder trennen.

• Versichern Sie sich immer, dass die rote Klemme zuerst mit dem

«+» Pol der Batterie verbunden wird. Falls es nötig ist die schwarze

Klemme mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie zu verbinden, versichern

Sie sich, dass es einen Sicherheitsabstand von der Batterie zum

Benzintank/Aufspuff gibt. Achten Sie während der Ladung auf

einen frei zugänglichen Netzanschluss.

• Beachten Sie am Ende des Ladevorgangs folgendes: Trennen

Sie erst das Gerät vom Stromnetz und entfernen Sie dann erst die

Klemmen von der Batterie.

PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG

Das GYSFLASH 4.12 wurde entwickelt um die meisten Fahrzeugbatterietypen zu laden. Batterie-Typen die angeschlossen werden

können: Flüssig, GEL , AGM, CA (Calcium).

Das GYSFLASH 4.12 kann 12V Batterien (6x2V Elemente) von 1,2Ah bis 90Ah vollladen oder zur Ladungserhaltung bei 12V Batte-

rien bis 130Ah.

INBETRIEBNAHME

1. Schließen das Gerät mit dem geeigneten Zubehör (Klemme, Hülse, usw.) an die Batterie an.

2. Dann das Gerät an das Spannungsnetz anschließen (1-ph. 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Drücken Sie die

-Taste und wählen Sie den Modus. Nach ca. 5 Sekunden startet der Ladevorgang automatisch.

4. Das Gerät zeigt den Ladefortschritt an. Sobald die

Kontrollleuchte blinkt, ist die Batterie so weit aufgeladen, dass der Motor

gestartet werden kann. Leuchtet die

Kontrollleuchte kontinuierlich, ist die Batterie vollgeladen.

5. Der Ladevorgang kann jederzeit durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers oder durch Druck auf die

-Taste unterbrochen werden.

6. Nach dem Ladevorgang trennen Sie erst das Ladegerät vom Spannungsnetz und dann von der Batterie.

LADEMODI

• Modi- und Optionsbeschreibung:

LADE -Modus (14.4V/0.8A) :

Dieser Modus ist für das Auaden von 12V Blei-Batterien von 1.2Ah bis 15Ah. Automatischer Ladevorgang in 7 Stufen.

LADE-Modus (14.4V/4A) :

Dieser Modus ist für das Auaden von 12V Blei-Batterien von 15Ah bis 90Ah und für die Ladungserhaltung bis 130Ah.

Automatischer Ladevorgang in 7 Stufen.

Option KÜHL/AGM (14.7V) :

Diese Option ermöglicht ein Auaden der Batterie auf 14,7V für einen Batterieladevorgang bei niedrigen Temperatu-

ren (unter 5°C) oder für manche AGM-Batterien oder Batterien mit Verschlußstopfen.

SUPPLY-Modus (13.6 V / 4 A) :

Im SUPPLY-Modus dient das GYSFLASH als stabile Spannungsversorgung mit einer Spannung von 13,6 V. Das Gerät

versorgt dann während der Präsentation eines Vorführswagens die elektrischen Verbraucher im Fahrzeug mit Energie

tem auaden ohne das Cockpit zu aktivieren. Verbinden Sie den Zigarettenanzünderadapter (Art.-Nr. 029439) mit dem

Ladegerät und dem 12V-Stecker des Motorrads und folgen Sie dem Kapitel «Inbetriebsnahme» auf der vorherigen

Seite. Der Start des Ladevorgangs kann bis zu zwei Minuten dauern.

• Schutzfunktion:

Das GYSFLASH 4.12 ist gegen Kurzschluss, Verpolung, Überhitzung und Funkenbildung beim An- und Abklemmen

geschützt. Die Fahrzeugelektronik ist mit diesem doppeltisolierten Gerät vor Störung geschützt.

Der Überhitzungsschutz des GYSFLASH 4.12 reduziert bei Überhitzungsgefahr die Ausgangsleistung des Gerätes, so dass eine

Beschädigung vermieden wird. Das Ladegerät erhöht die Ausgangsleistung automatisch, wenn sich die Temperatur normalisiert.

El GYSFLASH 4.12 es ideal para recargar la mayoría de baterías de 12V al plomo con o sin mantenimiento, utilizadas de forma

corriente en automóvil y otros vehículos. Las baterías pueden ser de varios tipos, por ejemplo: GEL (electrolito gelicado), AGM

(electrolito impregnado), WET, MF (Libre de mantenimiento), CA (Calcio)...

Este cargador se ha diseñado especialmente para la recarga de baterías de 12V (6 elementos de 2V) de 1.2AH a 90 Ah, o para el

mantenimiento de carga hasta 130Ah.

PUESTA EN MARCHA

1. Conecter el cargador a la batería con el accesorios de su preferencia (pinzas, terminales, etc).

2. Conecte el cargador sobre la toma de corriente (red monofásica 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Seleccione el modo presionando sobre el botón

. Tras aproximadamente cinco segundos, la carga se inicia automática-

mente.

4. Durante la carga, el aparato indica el estado de avance de esta. Cuando el indicador

parpadea, la batería está lista para

arrancar el motor. Y cuando el indicador

sigue encendido, la batería está completamente cargada.

5. La carga se puede interrumpir en todo momento desconectando el aparato de la red eléctrica o presionando el botón

MODOS DE CARGA

• Descripción de los modos y de las opciones:

Modo CARGA (14.4V/0.8A) :

Modo destinado a la carga de pequeñas baterías al plomo de 12V de 1.2Ah à 15Ah. Ciclo de carga automático en

siete etapas.

Modo CARGA (14.4V/4A) :

Modo destinado a la carga de pequeñas baterías al plomo de 12V de 15h à 90Ah y hasta 130 Ah para el manteni-

miento de carga. Ciclo de carga automático en siete etapas.

Opción FRIO/AGM (14.7V) :

Opción que modica la tensión de carga a 14.7V para la carga de baterías en ambientes fríos (menos de 5°C) o para

algunas baterías AGM o baterías con tapones.

Modo SUPPLY (13.6 V / 4 A) :

Modo que permite el uso del cargador como una alimentación eléctrica estabilizada cuya tensión está regulada a 13.6 V.

Este modo está destinado a la alimentación de vehículos de demostración y se puede usar para realizar un reemplazo de

batería conservando la memoria del vehículo. Para este modo, no hay límite de tiempo.

Cuando el indicador

está encendido, la tensión está correctamente regulada. Si el indicador parpadea, esto

signica que la corriente consumida sobre la batería es superior a la corriente máxima del cargador (4 A) y que la batería

puede descargarse con el tiempo.

Para acceder a este modo, pulse 5 segundos en el botón

. Cuando se selecciona este modo, se encienden los tres

indicadores azules de selección de modo. Y después de aproximadamente 5 segundos, la carga se inicia automáticamente.

Si la moto está equipada con una toma de 12V, el Gysash 1.12 puede cargar la batería mediante esta toma con

el sistema CAN-BUS, sin tener que encender el tablero de a bordo. En esta conguración, conecte el adaptador de

encendedor (ref. 029439) sobre el cargador y el enchufe 12V de la moto y proceda a la «Puesta en marcha» indicada

en la página precedente. En algunos casos, es posible que la carga se inicie 2 minutos después de haber realizado las

conexiones.

• Protecciones:

El GYSFLASH 4.12 posee un conjunto de dispositivos que le protegen contra los cortocircuitos y la inversión de pola-

ridad. Dispone de un sistema anti chispas que evita las chispas cuando se conectar el cargador a la batería.

Este cargador es de doble aislamiento y es compatible con la electrónica de los vehículos.

El GYSFLASH 4.12 está equipado con un sensor de temperatura integrado que le permite adaptar su corriente de carga en función

de la temperatura ambiente para evitar cualquier sobrecalentamiento de la electrónica interna.

GYSFLASH 4.12 идеален для зарядки большинства свинцовых батарей с или без обслуживания, широко используемых для

автомобилей и многих других транспортных средств. Эти батареи могут быть разного типа, например: GEL (электролит-

гель), AGM (электролит-пропитка), WET, MF (без обслуживания), CA (Кальций)...

Это зарядное устройство было специально разработано для зарядки батарей 12В (6 элементов по 2В) от 1.2 Aч до 90 Aч,

ВКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

1. Подключите зарядное устройство к АКБ с помощью желаемого аксессуара (зажимы, наконечники и прочее).

2. Подключите зарядное устройство к сети (однофазное питание 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Выберите режим с помощью кнопки

Опция ХОЛОД/AGM (14.7B) :

Опция, изменяющая напряжение зарядки до 14.7В для зарядки АКБ при холодной погоде (меньше 5°C) или

для некоторых батарей AGM или аккумуляторов с пробками.

Режим SUPPLY (13.6 В/4 A):

Этот режим позволяет использовать зарядного устройства как источник стабилизированного питания, напряжение

которого можно настроить на 13.6 В. Этот режим предназначен для питания выставочных автомобилей и может

Dit apparaat kan alleen gebruikt worden of als stroomvoorziening,

en uitsluitend volgens de instructies vermeld op het apparaat en in

de handleiding. Volg altijd nauwkeurig de veiligheidsinstructies op.

Bij onjuist of gevaarlijk gebruik kan de fabrikant van dit product niet

Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar

ruimte.

Aansluiten / Afsluiten :

• Sluit de stroomvoorziening af alvorens de accu aan te sluiten of

los te koppelen.

• De aansluitklem van de accu die niet is aangesloten op een

chassis moet als eerst aangekoppeld worden. De andere verbinding

moet plaats vinden op de chassis, ver van de accu en van de

brandstofkanalisering. De acculader moet vervolgens op het net

aangesloten worden.

• Koppel na het laden eerst de acculader van de netspanning los.

Koppel daarna de connectie van het chassis los, en pas daarna de

connectie met de accu. Respecteer de juiste volgorde.

Aansluiten :

• Apparaat klasse II

• De aansluiting op de netspanning moet conform de nationale

regelgeving gebeuren.

Onderhoud :

• Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is moet deze vervangen worden

door de fabrikant, diens reparatie-dienst of een gelijkwaardig

gekwalificeerde technicus, om ieder gevaar te vermijden.

Richtlijnen :

• Apparaat voldoet aan de Europese richtlijnen.

ALGEMENE OMSCHRIJVING

De GYSFLASH 4.12 is ideaal voor het opladen van de meeste loodaccu’s, met onderhoud of onderhoudsvrij, die gebruikt worden

voor auto’s en voor veel andere voertuigen., Dit kunnen verschillende types accu zijn, bijvoorbeeld : GEL (gegeleerde elektrolyt),

AGM (geïmpregneerd elektrolyt), WET, MF (Maintenance Free), CA (Calcium)....

Deze oplader is speciaal ontworpen voor het opladen van 12V accu’s (6 elementen van 2V) van 1.2 Ah tot 90 Ah, of voor het

behouden van het laadniveau tot 130 Ah.

OPSTARTEN

1. Sluit de accu-lader aan op de accu met behulp van de gewenste hulpmiddelen (klemmen, polen enz.).

2. Sluit de acculader aan op een stopcontact (enkel fase netwerk, 220-240Vac 50-60 Hz).

3. Selecteer de modus met de knop

. Het opladen start automatisch na ongeveer vijf seconden.

4. Tijdens het opladen geeft het apparaat het laadniveau aan. Als het lampje

knippert is de accu klaar om de motor op te

starten. En wanneer het lampje

blijft branden is de accu volledig opgeladen.

5. Het opladen kan op ieder gewenst moment onderbroken worden, door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen of door op knop

te drukken.

6. Koppel, na het laadproces, de acculader van de netspanning los. Koppel dan de aansluiting van de accu los.

LAAD MODUS

• Beschrijving van de Modes en Opties :

OPLAAD Modus (14.4V/0.8A) :

Modus bestemd om kleine 12V loodaccu’s, van 1.2Ah tot 15 Ah. Automatische oplaadcyclus in 7 etappes.

OPLAAD MODUS (14.4V/4A) :

Modus bestemd om kleine 12V loodaccu’s, van 15 Ah tot 90 Ah op te laden, en tot 130 Ah voor het behouden van het

laadniveau. Automatische oplaadcyclus in 7 etappes.

Optie KOUD/AGM (14.7V) :

Optie die de laadspanning naar 14.7V brengt, voor het opladen van een accu in een koude omgeving (kouder dan

5°C), of voor bepaalde AGM accu’s of accu’s met doppen.

SUPPLY Modus (13.6 V/4 A):

Deze modus maakt het mogelijk om de lader te gebruiken als gestabiliseerde voedingsbron, met een gereguleerde

spanning van 13.6 V. Deze modus is geschikt voor het opladen van demonstratie voertuigen, maar kan ook gebruikt

worden bij het vervangen van een accu, om het geheugen van het voertuig te behouden. Voor deze modus is er geen

tijdslimiet.

Wanneer het

lampje brandt is de spanning correct afgesteld. Als het lampje knippert, betekent dit dat de door

de accu verbruikte stroom hoger is dan de maximale stroom die geleverd kan worden door de lader (4 A) en dat de

accu waarschijnlijk op termijn leeg zal raken.

Om toegang te krijgen tot deze modus, drukt u 5 seconden op de

-toets. Wanneer deze modus is geselecteerd,

branden de drie blauwe indicatoren voor de modusselectie. En na ongeveer 5 seconden begint het opladen automatisch.

Als de motor uitgerust is met een 12-volt aansluiting, is de GYSFLASH 4.12 in staat om de accu via deze aansluiting

met het CAN-BUS systeem op te laden, zonder dat het nodig is het dahsboard op te starten. Sluit in deze conguratie

de sigarettenaansteker plug (art. code 029439) aan op de oplader en op de 12V aansluiting van de motor, en volg

vervolgens de procedure «Opstarten» zoals beschreven op de vorige bladzijde. In bepaalde gevallen is het mogelijk dat

het opladen pas begint 2 minuten nadat de kabels aangesloten zijn.

• Beschermingen :

De GYSFLASH 4.12 heeft een reeks beveiligingen die het apparaat beschermen tegen kortsluiting en polariteitswis-

seling. Het apparaat beschikt over een systeem dat de vonkvorming voorkomt bij het aankoppelen van de acculader

op de accu. De oplader heeft een dubbele isolatie en is compatibel met de elektronica van auto’s.

De GYSFLASH 4.12 is uitgerust met een ingebouwde temperatuur sensor, die het apparaat in staat stelt om de laadstroom aan te

passen aan de omgevingstemperatuur, om zodoende oververhitting van de interne elektronica te voorkomen.

Questo dispositivo può essere usato da bambini di età superiore

Una batteria in carica può emettere dei gas esplosivi.

• Durante la carica, la batteria deve essere messa in un luogo ben

ventilato.

• Evitare fiamme e scintille. Non fumare.

Collegamento / scollegamento:

• Scollegare l’alimentazione prima di collegare o scollegare i

collegamenti della batteria.

Il GYSFLASH 4.12 è ideale per caricare la maggior parte delle batterie al piombo-acido, solitamente usate per auto e molti altri tipi

di veicoli. Queste batterie possono essere di molti tipi es.: GEL (gel elettrolita), AGM (absorbed glass mat), WET, MF (Maintenance

Free), CA (Calcio)...

Questo caricabatterie è stato disegnato per caricare batterie a 12V (6*2V elements) da 1.2 Ah a 90 Ah, o per il mantenimento di

batterie no 130 Ah.

AVVIAMENTO

1. Collegare il caricabatterie alla batteria all’uso dell’accessorio desiderato (morsetti, connettori a occhiello, ecc.).

2. Collegare il caricabatterie alla presa (rere monofase 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).

3. Scegliere il modo premendo sul tasto

. Dopo circa cinque secondi, la carica si avvia automaticamente.

4. Durante la carica, il dispositivo indica lo stato di avanzamento della carica. Quando la spia

lampeggia, la batteria è pronta

ad avviare il motore. E quando la spia

rimane accesa, la batteria è completamente carica.

5. La carica può essere interrotta ad ogni momento scollegando la spina dalla presa oppure premendo sul tasto

SUPPLY Mode (13.6 V/4 A):

Modo che permette l’uso del caricabatterie con un’ alimentazione stabilizzata con una tensione regolata a 13.6 V.

Questo modo è destinato all’alimentazione dei veicoli di dimostrazione e può servire anche a realizzare un cambio di

batterie conservando la memoria del veicolo. Per questo modo, non esiste limite di tempo.

Quando la spia

è accesa, la tensione è correttamente regolata. Se la spia lampeggia, ciò signica che la

corrente consumata sulla batteria è superiore alla corrente massima rilasciata dal caricabatterie (4 A) e che la batteria

si può scaricare ad un certo punto.

Per accedere a questa modalità, premere il tasto

per 5 secondi. Quando questa modalità è selezionata, i tre indi-

catori blu per la selezione della modalità si accendono. E dopo circa 5 secondi, la carica si avvia automaticamente.

Se la moto possiede una presa 12V, il GYSFLASH 4.12 è capace di caricare la batteria grazie a questa presa con il

sistema CAN-BUS, senza aver bisogno di accendere al cruscotto. In questa congurazione, collegare l’adattatore all’ac-

cendisigari (cod. 029439) sul caricabatterie e la presa 12V della moto poi seguire la procedura di «Accensione» della

pagina precedente. In certi casi, è possibile che la carica si avvii solo dopo 2 minuti dopo che le connessioni sono state

effettuate.

• Protezioni :

Il GYSFLASH 4.12 ha parecchi accorgimenti per essere protetto da corto-circuiti o inversioni di polarità. Ha un dispo-

sitivo anti-scintille che previene le scintille mentre state connettendo il dispositivo alla batteria. Questo caricabatterie

è dotato di doppio isolamento ed è compatibile con l’elettronica di bordo del veicolo.

Il GYSFLASH 4.12 è dotato di una sonda di temperatura che garantisce che la corrente di carica venga adattata alla temperatura

dell’ambiente per impedire il surriscaldamento di componenti elettroniche interne.
