Introductie

Bedankt voor uw aankoop van de Nomestic® PTH-9 CO2Meter. Het toestel maakt gebruik van een geavanceerde NDIR (Niet-dispersieve

infraroodtechnologie) sensor om uiterst accuraat de (CO2) waarden te meten. Het toestel is geschikt voor alle soorten binnenruimtes zoals

woonkamers, slaapkamers, kantoorgebouwen, boerderijen en voertuigen. Daarnaast is de CO2 meter gemakkelijk vrijstaand te plaatsen, of op te

hangen aan de muur.

Gelieve de Nomestic® Monitor op te laden met de voorziene USB-oplaadkabel, door gebruik te maken van een DC 5V-1A stroomadapter. Niet-standaard

stroomadapters kunnen inefficiënt werken op het toestel. De CO2-monitor laadt volledig op in 4tot 6 uur, en heeft een autonomie van ongeveer 8 uur,

afhankelijk van het gebruik.

Bediening

Kort indrukken: schakelen tussen Celsius (°C) of Fahrenheit (°F)

Lang indrukken: in- of uitschakelen van de buzzer

Wanneer de gedetecteerde CO2-waarde 1500 ppm

overschrijdt, zal de buzzer afgaan om aan te geven dat de

CO2-waarde buiten de veilige schaal ligt.

Kallibratie

Wanneer het apparaat is uitgeschakeld, houdt u de 3 knoppen tegelijkertijd (voor enkele seconden) ingedrukt om de kalibratiemodus te starten. De Nomestic

PTH-9C begint binnen de eerste 24 uur te kalibreren (idealiter bij aansluiting aan de oplaadkabel). Voor een optimale kalibratie tijdens de eerste 24 uur dient

u de monitor in een goed geventileerde ruimte te plaatsen, bijvoorbeeld naast een raam of deur. Dit is vooral belangrijk om de nulmeting te bepalen. Plaats

het apparaat in een ruimte met zo min mogelijk mensen of dieren. Na de eerste 24 uur zal de CO2-monitor op een optimaal niveau gekalibreerd zijn, maar hij

kan de komende dagen nog verder kalibreren. Ventileer de ruimtes waar de monitor staat regelmatig om een optimale meting te garanderen.

Thank you for purchasing the Nomestic® PTH-9C CO2Monitor. Our device uses an advanced NDIR (Non-dispersive infrared technology) CO2

sensor to accurately detect carbon dioxide (CO2) values ranging from 400 ppm to 5000 ppm. As you might know, long-term inhalation of high

concentrations of CO2negatively impacts your health and may induce hypoxic asphyxia in the body. The Nomestic®PTH-9C CO2Monitor is equipped

with intelligent calibration technology, allowing the device to auto-calibrate. The Smart CO2monitor is applicable for all types of interiors like cars, living

rooms, bedrooms, office buildings, farms, etc.

Charging and getting started

Please charge the Nomestic® CO2Monitor with the USB charging cable included in the package using a power adapter of DC 5V-1A. Non-standard power

adapters are not efficient to use with the device. The CO2monitor can be charged fully after 4 to 6 hours, with an autonomy of 8 hours.

Press to turn the backlight on or off

Long press to turn the device on or off

Operating the monitor

Short press: switch between Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F)

Long press: activate or de-activate the buzzer alert

When the detected CO2value exceeds 1500 ppm, the

detector will buzzer to indicate that the CO2value is out of

the safe scale.

Calibration

When the device is turned off, long press the 3 buttons at the same time to enter the calibration mode (around 200sec). The Nomestic PTH-9C will start to

calibrate within the first 24 hours during connection with the power cable. For optimal calibration during the first 24 hours, please position the monitor in a well-

ventilated room, for example next to a window or door. This is particularly important to determine the baseline measurement. In addition, please put the device

in a room with as less people or animals as possible. After the first 24 hours, the CO2monitor will be calibrated at an optimal level but can still auto-calibrate

during the coming days. Please consider to occasionally ventilate the areas where the monitor is positioned.
