monitor that you can wear on your wrist. LINK uses ANT+™ and Bluetooth® Smart technology to
transmit your heart rate data to smartphones and other compatible devices. Download the Mio GO app

Important Safety Information
Consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
Mio LINK provides very accurate heart rate measurements. However, it is not a medical device. The LINK
and USB dongle contain strong magnets. If you use a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted
electronic devices, consult your doctor before using a Mio LINK.

Remove Mio LINK from the packaging.
Fasten the LINK onto your wrist.
Press and hold the button to activate your LINK. The LED will light up.
After a few seconds, the LED light will turn off.
Your LINK is now activated and in standby mode.
Wearing Your Mio LINK
To accurately monitor your heart rate:

Fasten Mio LINK snugly on your wrist. The optical sensor on the back should make good contact
with your skin.
You should wear the LINK above, and not directly on top, of your wrist bone
If you have a smaller wrist, wear the LINK higher on your forearm.
If you use the LINK for biking, wear the LINK higher on your forearm, since the bending of the
wrist will affect the heart rate reading.
If you often have cold hands or poor circulation, try exercising for a few minutes to increase
blood flow before you begin to track your heart rate.
Using Mio LINK
Getting Your Heart Rate
You can get your real-time heart rate when you put Mio LINK in Heart Rate (HR) Mode. You must be
wearing the LINK to obtain an accurate heart rate reading. The heart rate may take a few seconds to
stabilize while your body is adjusting to the physical activity; we recommend activating Heart Rate Mode
during the warm up stage of your workout.
Turning On HR Mode
1. Press and hold the Button until the LED lights up. The colour of this LED is an indicator of the
battery level. (See Charging The Battery for more information).
2. Mio LINK will immediately begin searching for your HR, indicated by the pulsing LED light.
3. Hold your arm still until the LED blinks in a distinctively slower pattern. This means the LINK has
found your heart rate. The LED colour at this point is an indicator of the HR zone. For more
details, please refer to Heart Rate Zones.
If no valid heart rate signal is found within the initial 2 minutes, the LED will light up in red for 2 seconds,
then the LINK will automatically leave Heart Rate Mode and turn off. Please refer to Troubleshooting.
During your workout, if you see a red LED flashing in a steady pattern (ON for 1 second, OFF for 1
second), the LINK has lost connection to your heart rate. Please refer to Troubleshooting.
Turning Off HR Mode
Press and hold the Button until the LED lights up for 2 seconds. 1. The colour of this LED indicates the
battery level. (See Charging The Battery for more information).

Minimize wrist movement when Mio LINK is searching for your initial heart rate.
You may need to tighten the strap.
Try wearing the LINK higher on your forearm.
On colder days, activate the heart rate reading before heading outdoors.
If you are still having trouble, try wearing the LINK on your other wrist.
Heart Rate Zones
Your target heart rate (HR) zone consists of your upper HR limit and your lower HR limit. These limits are
usually a percentage of your maximal heart rate (MHR).
If you do not know your MHR or upper and lower HR limits, you can check with your doctor, or use this
following MHR calculation method as a guidance:

The LED light will blink slowly to indicate your current HR zone. You can customize the upper and lower
boundaries of each HR zone through the Mio GO app. Please see Customizing Heart Rate Zones for
more details.

Zone Alert Mode (3-Zone)
Training Zone Mode is the factory default on Mio LINK. To switch to Zone Alert Mode, or to customize
the upper and lower boundaries of each HR zone, please refer to Customizing Heart Rate Zones.
In Zone Alert Mode, the LED will blink slowly to indicate whether you are below, within, or above the
target HR zone. A double LED flash indicates your heart rate is outside of the target HR zone by 10 BPM
or more.

Customizing Heart Rate Zones
To achieve the full potential of training with Mio LINK, you should configure your LINK through the Mio
GO app. Mio GO allows you to:

Switch between Training Zone Mode and Zone Alert Mode
Customize your upper and lower limits of each HR zone
Mio GO is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
Note: Currently, the Android version of Mio GO will be for setup only. Full features coming soon!
Configuring Your Mio LINK
1. Turn on the Heart Rate Mode of your Mio LINK.
2. Open the Mio GO app on your smartphone or tablet. If you are opening the app for the first
time, you will be asked to register and connect your LINK, as well as set up a user profile. For
instructions on pairing your LINK with Mio GO, please see Using Mio LINK With Devices And
Apps.
3. Tap the Connect icon to see all your previously connected devices.
4. Select your LINK from the list of connected devices. When your LINK has successfully connected
to Mio GO, a Setup Mio LINK button will appear.
5. Tap Setup Mio LINK to access the configuration settings of your LINK.
6. The screen will clearly indicate whether your LINK is currently in Training Zone Mode or Zone
Alert Mode.
7. Select Zone Alert Mode or Training Zone Mode.
8. Within the Zone Alert Mode settings, you can tap the Set Zone Alert Mode button to put your
LINK into Zone Alert Mode.
Within the Training Zone Mode settings, you can tap the Set Training Zone Mode button to put
your LINK into Training Zone Mode.
9. Choose to customize your lower and upper HR limits by either % Max HR or BPM.
10. Tap each zone to change the lower and upper boundaries. Tap Done to save.
11. Your LINK is now configured and ready to support your workout!

Using Mio LINK With Devices And Apps
Mio LINK can be used as a stand-alone heart rate monitor with heart rate (HR) zone indicator. You can
also transmit your real-time HR data, using ANT+™ or Bluetooth® Smart technology, to any compatible
smartphones and exercise equipment computers. Connect your LINK to a compatible device to take
advantage of the wide range of fitness apps available. For a complete list of compatible devices, please
visit mioglobal.com/apps.
Compatible devices will only capture LINK’s HR data in real-time. This requires you to have the device
with you while you are tracking your heart rate.
Working With A Receiving Device

If needed, purchase an ANT+™ dongle when you purchase your Mio LINK heart rate band.
Once you turn on Heart Rate Mode, the LINK will be discoverable from your devices. Once the
LINK is connected to your device, it will begin transmitting your HR data through Bluetooth®
Smart and ANT+™ wireless technology simultaneously.
Wear the receiving device on your arm, in your front pocket, or in front of you on a belt or bike
handlebar. Do not position the device behind you (e.g. in a back pocket or backpack).
Heart rate calculation of the LINK is not based on instant R-R interval, and will not work for apps
that require heart rate variability (HRV) data.
Tip: The first time you use your LINK with a receiving device or app, you must pair the LINK to the device
or app. Pairing can prevent signal interference when other sensors and devices are in the area.
Tips For Pairing

Mio LINK must be in Heart Rate Mode.
Position the receiving device within 3 meters (9 feet) of your LINK.
๏ท
Stay 10 meters (30 feet) away from other ANT+™ or Bluetooth® sensors and devices.
Pairing With Apps
1. If you want to pair through ANT+™, plug in the ANT+™ dongle.
2. If you want to pair through Bluetooth® Smart technology, turn on the Bluetooth® function of
your device.
3. Turn on Heart Rate Mode on your Mio LINK.
4. Open the app that you would like to pair with. Instructions vary for each app, but typically, you
can add or scan for a heart rate sensor within the app’s settings.
5. Repeat the above pairing process for each app. After pairing is complete, your LINK will
automatically be recognized each time you use the app.
Note: To pair with an Android app through Bluetooth® Smart, all of the following requirements must
be met:
o Your device must be running an Android 4.3 or newer operating system.
o Your device must be Bluetooth® Smart Ready.
o The app must support Bluetooth® Smart technology.
Pairing With Receiving Devices Such As Bike Computers
Instructions vary for each device. Follow the instructions for receiving heart rate data from a chest strap;
your device will register the Mio LINK heart rate band.
Maintaining Your Mio LINK
Charging The Battery
Mio LINK contains a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. Follow these instructions and guidelines to
maintain the battery lifespan.
If you do not follow these guidelines, the battery life could be shortened and there is the risk of damage
to your LINK, risk of fire, risk of electrolyte leaks and chemical burns, and risk of injury.
Battery Status
There are two ways to see the battery level of your Mio LINK:
1. The LED light will light up and indicate the battery level every time you turn on or turn off Heart
Rate Mode.

Battery Life
Every full charge of Mio LINK will provide 6 to 8 hours of battery life in Heart Rate Mode.
Charging Your Mio LINK
1. Make sure the 4 charging pins on the back of the Mio LINK are dry. If not, dry them with a towel.
2. Plug the USB connector of the USB dongle into the USB port of your computer.
3. Attach the 4 charging pins on the back of the LINK to the 4 charging pins on the USB dongle. The
magnets in the charging pins will help the two pieces lock into place.
The LED light will fade in and out slowly in a cyan color โ to indicate that the battery is charging. When
the battery is fully charged, the LED light will turn off.

Recharge the battery at least once every 6 months.
Do not expose Mio LINK to high temperatures.
Use your LINK in the temperature range of 5°C to 45°C (41°F to 113°F).
Store the LINK in the temperature range of 0°C to 25°C (32°F to 77°F).
Do not disassemble, puncture, or incinerate the LINK strap or battery.
If the band casing breaks and the battery is exposed, keep the battery away from children.
Battery Replacement

The battery lifetime is approximately 300 charge cycles. If the battery is charged on a weekly
basis, the battery should last for 5 years.
When the battery charge length is noticeably shorter than before, visit mioglobal.com/support
to find out how to replace the battery.
Contact your local recycling authority for information about disposing of the band or battery.
Using Your Mio LINK In Water

Mio LINK is water-resistant and can be worn while swimming.
Important: Do not press the Button under water.
The accuracy of the heart rate monitor might be reduced in cold water or if you are using large
arm movements.
Do not wear your LINK while diving.
RF transmission does not work under water.
After swimming, remove the LINK strap from the main unit. Rinse both with tap water and dry
with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Your Mio LINK

Wipe the optical sensor area and charging pins with a damp cloth as needed. Use mild soap to
remove oil or dirt. If you use Mio LINK regularly, weekly cleaning is recommended.
Avoid scratching the optical sensor area to protect your LINK from damage.
Do not expose the LINK to strong chemicals such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, acetone, alcohol,
or insect repellents. Chemicals can damage the seal, case, and finish.
After swimming, remove the strap from the main unit. Rinse both with tap water and dry with a
soft cloth.

Do not attempt to disassemble or service your Mio LINK.
Protect your LINK from impact shocks, extreme heat, and extended exposure to direct sunlight.
The LINK is water-resistant only if the buttons and casing remain intact.

Mio Limited Warranty Information
This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality, materials or
workmanship at the time of delivery for the Limited Warranty Period (see below), During the Limited
Warranty Period, Physical Enterprises Inc. will, at its sole discretion, remedy such defects free of charge
either by a) repairing, or b) replacing, or c) refunding the original purchase price (excluding taxes,
shipping, handling, duties, and similar amounts), subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited
Warranty. Processing of all warranty claims will be handled by the distributor of the product for the
geographic area where the original purchase was made. To obtain warranty service, contact the
store/dealer where the product was purchased to make a warranty claim.
Warranty Period
The “Limited Warranty Period” starts on the date of purchase and lasts for one year, ending on the first
anniversary of the date of purchase. Your store/dealer (or its importer or distributor) may have offered
you a longer warranty period as part of the sale; Physical Enterprises Inc. is not responsible for such
longer warranty period so please contact your store/dealer for more information. The Limited Warranty
Period will automatically expire without notice, and this Limited Warranty is not enforceable, if (as
determined at the sole discretion of Physical Enterprises Inc.):
1.
the product has been opened or otherwise tampered with (except where permitted by the
relevant documentation, such as to properly replace batteries as instructed);
2.
the product has been serviced by a person other than an authorized Mio service centre or
Physical Enterprises Inc. (please contact Physical Enterprises Inc. to obtain a list of
authorized service centres);
3.
the serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible in any way; or
4.
the product was not purchased from an authorized reseller of Physical Enterprises Inc.

Exclusions And Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and customers will not be entitled to any claim under this Limited
Warranty or otherwise for:

problems arising from normal wear and tear;
2.
problems arising from abuse or rough, careless, or improper handling (and without limiting
the foregoing, damage resulting from bending or dropping the product will be deemed the
result of abuse or improper use);
3.
problems arising from misuse contrary to intended or recommended use;
4.
problems arising from alteration of the Mio product, such as moisture or water damage
sufficient to affect the proper function of the product, and damage to the product case or
visible cracking of the face;
5.
problems arising from the use of the Mio product with any product, accessory, software
and/or service not manufactured or supplied by Physical Enterprises Inc.; or
6.
replaceable batteries, or user manuals or any third-party items;
in each case as determined at the sole discretion of Physical Enterprises Inc.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID AND ENFORCEABLE IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE. TO THE

Mio Limited Warranty Information
This product is warranted to the original
purchaser to be free from defects of quality,
materials or workmanship at the time of
delivery for the Limited Warranty Period (see
below). During the Limited Warranty Period,
Physical Enterprises Inc. (Mio Global) will, at
its sole discretion, remedy such defects free of
charge either by a) repairing, or b) replacing,
or c) refunding the original purchase price
(excluding taxes, shipping, handling, duties,
and similar amounts), subject to the terms and
conditions of this Limited Warranty. Processing
of all warranty claims will be handled by the
distributor of the product for the geographic
area where the original purchase was made. To
obtain warranty service, contact the store/dealer
where the product was purchased to make a
warranty claim.
Warranty Period
The “Limited Warranty Period” starts on the date
of purchase and lasts for one year, ending on
the first anniversary of the date of purchase.
Your store/dealer (or its importer or distributor)
may have offered you a longer warranty period
as part of the sale; Mio Global is not responsible
for such longer warranty period so please
contact your store/dealer for more information.
The Limited Warranty Period will automatically
expire without notice, and this Limited Warranty
is not enforceable, if (as determined at the sole
discretion of Mio Global):
1. the product has been opened or otherwise
tampered with (except where permitted by the
relevant documentation, such as to properly
replace batteries as instructed);
2. the product has been serviced by a person
other than Mio Global;
3. the serial number has been removed, altered
or made illegible in any way; or
4. the product was not purchased from an
authorized reseller of Mio Global (please
contact Mio Global to obtain a list of authorized resellers).

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and
customers will not be entitled to any claim under
this Limited Warranty or otherwise for:
1. problems arising from abuse or rough,
careless, or improper handling (and without
limiting the foregoing, damage resulting
from bending or dropping the product will be
deemed the result of abuse or improper use);

intended or recommended use;
3. problems arising from alteration of the Mio
product, such as moisture or water damage

and/or service not manufactured or supplied
by Mio Global; or
5. replaceable batteries, or user manuals or any
third-party items;
in each case as determined at the sole discretion
of Mio Global.
Exclusions and limitations of liability;

This limited warranty is only valid and
enforceable in the country of purchase. To
the maximum extent permitted by applicable,
mandatory laws:
1. This limited warranty is your sole and
exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other
warranties, representations, guarantees or
conditions, whether expressed or implied;
2. Neither this limited warranty, nor any other
warranty, guarantee, representation or condition, including any implied warranty and condition (whether for merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose, or otherwise), will
extend beyond the limited warranty period;

3. Mio global, or any of its affiliates or their
respective employees, officers, directors,
representatives and agents (collectively,
the “physical entities”), shall not be liable
for special, incidental, punitive, indirect or
consequential damages, including but not
limited to loss of anticipated benefits, loss of
data, loss of use, cost of capital, cost of any
substitute equipment or facilities, claims of
third parties, damage to property resulting
from the purchase or use of the item or
arising from breach of the warranty, breach of
contract, negligence, strict tort, or any legal
or equitable theory, even if mio global knew of
the likelihood of such damages;
4. Without limiting the foregoing, the physical
entities do not warrant that the operation
of the product will be uninterrupted or error
free, or that the product will work with any
hardware or software provided by a third
party, and expressly disclaim any damages
resulting from inaccuracy or mathematical
inaccuracy of the product or the loss of stored
data; and
5. The physical entities shall not be liable for
delay in rendering warranty service.
Some provinces, states or other jurisdictions
do not allow limitations on the length of implied
warranties or conditions, or do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of certain types of
damages, or the exclusion or limitation of liability
for death or personal injury caused by that

liegen im Ermessen von Mio Global.

Diese eingeschränkte garantie gilt nur in dem

Informatie over de Beperkte Garantie
voor Mio
Dit product wordt aan de oorspronkelijke
koper gegarandeerd vrij te zijn van defecten
van kwaliteit, materiaal of fabricagefouten op
het moment van levering voor de looptijd van
de Beperkte Garantie (zie hieronder). Tijdens
deze garantieperiode zal Physical Enterprises
Inc. (Mio Global) naar eigen goeddunken deze
gebreken kosteloos verhelpen door a) reparatie
of b) vervanging of c) terugbetaling van de
oorspronkelijke aankoopprijs (exclusief btw,
verzendkosten, belastingen en gelijkaardige
kosten) onder de voorwaarden en bepalingen van
deze Beperkte Garantie. De verwerking van alle
garantievorderingen wordt uitgevoerd door de
distributeur van het product die is toegekend aan
de geografische zone waarin de oorspronkelijke
aankoop plaatsvond. Om aanspraak te kunnen
maken op de garantie dient contact opgenomen
te worden met de winkel of dealer waar het
product werd gekocht.
Looptijd van de garantie
De “Looptijd van de Beperkte Garantie” begint
op de datum van aankoop, geldt voor één jaar
en eindigt op de eerste verjaardag van de datum
van aankoop. Het is mogelijk dat uw winkel/

verkoper (of de importeur of de distributeur)
u een langere looptijd heeft aangeboden als
onderdeel van de verkoop. Mio Global is echter
niet verantwoordelijk voor deze langere looptijd.
Neem daarom contact op met uw winkel/
verkoper voor meer informatie. De Looptijd
van de Beperkte Garantie loopt automatisch af
zonder aankondiging en deze Beperkte Garantie
is niet afdwingbaar, indien (zoals bepaald naar
eigen goeddunken van Mio Global):
1. het product werd geopend of gemanipuleerd
(behalve waar dit is toegestaan zoals beschreven in de desbetreffende documentatie,
zoals bijvoorbeeld het correct aanbrengen van
de batterijen);
2. het product een onderhoud heeft gekregen,
uitgevoerd door iemand die niet gerelateerd is
aan Mio Global;
3. het serienummer is verwijderd, gewijzigd of
onleesbaar is gemaakt; of
4. het product niet is aangekocht bij een
erkende verkoper van Mio Global (neem
contact op met Mio Global voor de lijst van
erkende verkopers).

Uitsluitingen en beperkingen
Deze Beperkte Garantie is niet van toepassing en
klanten zullen geen vordering kunnen indienen
in het kader van deze beperkte Garantie of
anderszins, voor:

1. problemen die ontstaan door foutief gebruik of
ruw, onzorgvuldig of onoordeelkundig gebruik
(en zonder beperking van het voorgaande,
schade ten gevolge van buigen of laten vallen
van het product wordt geacht het gevolg te zijn
van misbruik of oneigenlijk gebruik);
2. problemen die ontstaan door foutief gebruik in
tegenstelling tot aanbevolen gebruik, of gebruik
waarvoor het product is bedoeld;
3. problemen die ontstaan door aanpassingen
aan het product van Mio, zoals vocht of
waterschade die afbreuk doen aan de goede
werking van het product, en schade aan
de behuizing van het product of zichtbare
scheuren aan de voorkant;
4. problemen die ontstaan door het gebruik van
het product van Mio met gelijk welk ander
product, toebehoren, software en/of dienst die
of dat niet werd vervaardigd of geleverd door
Mio Global; of
5. vervangbare batterijen of gebruikershandleidingen noch voor items van een derde partij;
in elk geval bepaald naar eigen goeddunken
van Mio Global.
Uitsluitingen En Beperkingen Van
Aansprakelijkheid; Disclaimers
Deze beperkte garantie is slechts geldig en
afdwingbaar in het land van aankoop. Voor zover
maximaal toegestaan op grond van toepasselijke,
verplichte wettelijke bepalingen:
1. Deze beperkte garantie is het enige en
exclusieve rechtsmiddel en komt in de plaats
van alle andere garanties, verklaringen,
garantiebepalingen of voorwaarden, uitdrukkelijk of impliciet;
2. Deze beperkte garantie, noch enige andere
garantie, garantiebepaling, vertegenwoordiging
of toestand, met inbegrip van alle impliciete
garantie en toestanden (of voor verkoopbaarheid of geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel,
of anderszins) zal nooit verder reiken dan de
looptijd van de beperkte garantie.
3. Mio global of een van haar dochterondernemingen en hun respectievelijke werknemers,
functionarissen, directeuren, vertegenwoordigers en agenten (gezamenlijk, de “fysieke
entiteiten” ) kan niet aansprakelijk worden
gesteld voor speciale, incidentele, punitieve of
indirecte schade noch voor gevolgschade, met
inbegrip van, maar niet beperkt tot verlies van
verwachte voordelen, verlies van gegevens,
verlies van gebruik, kosten van kapitaal, kosten
van eventuele vervangende apparatuur of
voorzieningen, vorderingen van derden, schade
aan eigendommen als gevolg van de aankoop
of het gebruik van het item of als gevolg van
inbreuk op de garantie, verbreking van het
contract, nalatigheid, onrechtmatige daad of
een juridische of billijk theorie zelfs als mio
global wist van de kans op dergelijke schade.
4. Zonder beperking van het voorgaande
garanderen de fysieke entiteiten niet dat de

hardware of software die door een derde partij
werd geleverd en wijzen zij nadrukkelijk gelijk
welke aansprakelijkheid af voor de schade die
voortvloeit uit onjuistheden of wiskundige onnauwkeurigheid van het product of het verloren
gaan van opgeslagen gegevens; en
5. De fysieke entiteiten zijn niet aansprakelijk
voor vertraging bij het uitvoeren van de dienstverlening in het kader van de garantie.
In een aantal provincies, regio’s of andere
rechtsgebieden is het niet toegestaan de duur van
impliciete garanties of toestanden te beperken, of
is het niet toegestaan bepaalde soorten schade,
uitsluiting of beperking van aansprakelijkheid voor
overlijden of persoonlijk letsel veroorzaakt door
nalatigheid te beperken of uit te sluiten. Indien
dit van toepassing is in de provincie, staat of
het rechtsgebied van de oorspronkelijke koper,

Aankopen in de winkel
Indien u een product van Mio aankocht in een
winkel dan dient u contact op te nemen met de
winkelier voor een terugbetaling of vervanging.

Voor producten aangekocht op mioglobal.com
geldt een volledige terugbetalingsperiode van
dertig (30) dagen. Indien u om welke reden
dan ook niet helemaal tevreden bent over uw
aankoop in onze webshop, neem dan contact

product dient te worden geretourneerd in de
originele verpakking en in ongebruikte staat te

limitada de Mio
El comprador original tiene la garantía de que
este producto no contiene defectos de calidad,
materiales o de fabricación en el momento de la
entrega y que está asegurado durante el periodo
de garantía limitada (véase más adelante).
Durante este periodo, Physical Enterprises Inc.
(Mio Global) solucionará, según considere, tales
defectos sin coste adicional alguno mediante
a) reparación, b) cambio o d) devolución del
precio de compra original (impuestos, envío,
manipulación, derechos y cantidades similares
no incluidas), de acuerdo con los términos y
condiciones de la presente garantía limitada. El
distribuidor del producto de la zona geográfica
en la que fue adquirido el producto se encargará
de tramitar las reclamaciones de garantía. Para
acogerse al servicio de garantía, póngase en
contacto con el vendedor/ tienda en la que
fue adquirido el producto para interponer una
reclamación.
Periodo de garantía
El “Periodo de garantía limitada” comienza en
la fecha de compra y tiene una duración de un
año; su vencimiento tendrá lugar en la fecha
en la que la compra cumpla un año. Puede
que el vendedor/ tienda (o su importador o
distribuidor) le hayan ofrecido un periodo de
garantía superior como parte de la venta. Mio
Global no será responsable de dicho periodo
ampliado, por lo que deberá ponerse en contacto
con el vendedor/ tienda para más información.
El Periodo de garantía limitada vencerá
automáticamente sin preaviso, y la garantía
limitada no se aplicará si (en caso de que así lo
considere Mio Global):
1. el producto está abierto o ha sido manipulado
indebidamente (salvo en los casos permitidos
por la documentación correspondiente, como
por ejemplo cómo cambiar correctamente las
baterías según las instrucciones);
2. el producto ha sido suministrado por personal
ajeno a Mio Global;
3. si el número de serie se ha eliminado,
modificado o resulta ilegible; o
4. el producto no se ha adquirido en una
tienda autorizada de Mio Global (póngase en
contacto con Mio Global para obtener una
lista de tiendas autorizadas).

o servicio que no ha sido fabricado o suministrado por Mio Global; o
baterías recambiables o manuales de usuario
o artículos de terceros; en cada caso según
considere Mio Global.
Exclusiones y limitación de
responsabilidad; aviso legal
La presente garantía limitada será válida y
aplicable en el país en el que se haya realizado
la compra. En la medida permitida por la
legislación aplicable y obligatoria:
1. La presente garantía limitada será su único
recurso y sustituirá todas las garantías,
declaraciones o condiciones, explícitas o
implícitas;

2. Esta garantía limitada, así como cualesquiera
garantías, declaraciones o condiciones,
incluidas garantías y condiciones implícitas
(ya sean para comercialización o adecuación
a un fin concreto, u otro) no tendrán una

3. Mio global, o cualquiera de sus filiales o
de sus empleados, directivos, consejeros,
representantes y agentes correspondientes
(denominados en conjunto, las “entidades
físicas”), no serán responsables de los daños
y perjuicios especiales, fortuitos, punitivos, indirectos o emergentes, incluidos, entre otros,
pérdida de beneficios previstos, pérdida de
datos, pérdida de uso, coste de capital, coste
de equipos o instalaciones de sustitución,
reclamaciones de terceros, daños causados
a bienes derivados de la compra o uso del
producto o del incumplimiento de la garantía,
incumplimiento del contrato, negligencia,
responsabilidad objetiva extracontractual, o
cualesquiera teorías legales o equitativas,
incluso en el caso en el que mio global
estuviere al corriente de la posibilidad de
tales daños y perjuicios;
4. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, las entidades
físicas no garantizarán que el producto

rechazan expresamente cualesquiera daños

garantías o condiciones implícitas, o no aceptan
la exclusión o limitación de algunos tipos de
daños y perjuicios, o la exclusión o limitación de
responsabilidad por motivo de muerte o lesiones
físicas con motivo de la negligencia de la parte
en cuestión. Si este fuere el caso en la provincia,
estado o territorio del comprador original, las
anteriores limitaciones o exclusiones no serán
aplicables, salvo en los casos contemplados por

con qualsivoglia altro prodotto, accessorio,
software e/o servizio non realizzato o fornito
da Mio Global; o
batterie sostituibili, oppure manuali utenti o
articoli di terze parti; in ogni caso la decisione
sarà presa alla sola discrezione di Mio Global.
Esclusioni e limitazioni di responsabilità;

La presente garanzia è valida e applicabile solo
nel paese di acquisto. Nella misura massima
consentita dalle normative vincolanti applicabili:
1. La presente garanzia limitata è l’unica e la
sola soluzione e sostituisce qualsivoglia altra
garanzia, dichiarazione o condizione, sia essa
implicita o esplicita;
2. Né la presente garanzia limitata, né
qualsivoglia altra garanzia, dichiarazione o
condizione, inclusa qualsivoglia garanzia
e condizione implicita (sia essa di commerciabilità o idoneità per un particolare
scopo o altro), si estenderà oltre il periodo di
garnzia limitata;
3. Mio global, o qualsivoglia filiale o
rispettivo dipendente, funzionario, direttore,
rappresentante e agente (collettivamente, le
“persone fisiche”), non sarà responsabile per
danni speciali, incidentali, punitivi, indiretti o
conseguenti, inclusi, ma non in via limitativa,
perdita di vantaggi previsti, perdita di dati,
perdita d’uso, costo di capitale, costi di
qualsivoglia attrezzatura o struttura sostitutiva, reclami di terze parti, danni a proprietà
derivanti dall’acquisto o dall’uso dell’articolo
o dalla violazione della garanzia, del contratto,
da negligenza, atto illecito, o qualsivoglia
altra teoria equa o legale, anche qualora mio
global fosse a conoscenza della possibilità di
suddetti danni;
4. In via non limitativa rispetto a quanto previsto
nelle clausole che precedono, le persone
fisiche non garantiscono che il funzionamento

fornito da una terza parte, e declinano
espressamente qualsivoglia danno eventualmente frutto di imprecisione o inaccuratezza
matematica del prodotto o perdita di dati

período de garantia mais longo no âmbito da
venda; a Mio Global não é responsável pelo
referido período da garantia prolongado, assim,

informações. O Período de garantia limitada
expira automaticamente sem aviso, sendo
que esta Garantia limitada não é aplicável, se

1. o produto tiver sido aberto ou sofrido algum
tipo de intrusão (exceto quando permitido
através da documentação relevante, como
por exemplo para substituir corretamente as

2. o produto tiver recebido assistência prestada
por alguém que não a Mio Global;
3. o número de série tiver sido removido,
alterado ou tornado ilegível de alguma
forma; ou
4. o produto não tiver sido comprado a um
revendedor autorizado da Mio Global

utilização correta ou recomendada;
3. problemas derivados de alterações do
produto Mio, tais como danos provocados por
humidade ou água suficientes para afetar o
funcionamento correto do produto, e danos
ao invólucro do produto ou fendas visíveis na
parte frontal;
4. problemas derivados da utilização do produto
Mio com qualquer produto, acessório, software e/ou serviço não fabricado ou fornecido
pela Mio Global; ou
5. baterias substituíveis, ou manuais do
utilizador ou itens de terceiros; conforme
determinado pela Mio Global.

Esta garantia limitada apenas é válida e vigente
no país em que a compra foi efetuada. Até à
extensão máxima permitida pela legislação
aplicável em vigor:

1. Esta garantia limitada é única e exclusiva e
substitui todas as outras garantias, representações ou condições, explícitas ou implícitas;
2. Nem esta garantia limitada, nem qualquer
outra garantia, representação ou condição,
incluindo qualquer garantia e condição
implícita (para comercialização ou adequabilidade a um efeito em particular, ou outro),
serão prolongadas para além do período de
garantia limitada;
3. A mio global, ou qualquer uma das suas filiais
ou respetivos funcionários, responsáveis,
diretores, representantes e agentes
(coletivamente denominados “entidades
físicas”), não podem ser responsabilizados
por danos especiais, acidentais, punitivos,
indiretos ou consequenciais, incluindo, entre
outros, a perda de benefícios antecipados,
perda de dados, perda de utilização, custo
de capital, custo de qualquer equipamento
ou instalação de substituição, reclamações
de terceiros, danos a propriedade resultantes
da compra ou utilização do item ou derivados
da quebra da garantia, quebra do contrato,
negligência, ato ilícito ou qualquer teoria
legal ou equitativa, mesmo que a mio global
tivesse conhecimento da probabilidade de
tais danos;
4. Sem limitar o referido, as entidades físicas
não garantem que o funcionamento do
produto será ininterrupto ou isento de erros,

garantiperioden kommer Physical Enterprises
Inc. (Mio Global), enligt eget gottfinnande, att
kostnadsfritt åtgärda sådana defekter genom
att antingen a) reparera eller b) byta ut eller c)

garanti. Alla reklamationer kommer att hanteras

Garantiperiod

tredjepartsartiklar; varje enskilt fall avgörs
enligt Mio Global egna gottfinnande.
Undantag och ansvarsbegränsningar;

Denna garanti är endast giltig och verkställbar
