Sie haben sich damit für ein hochwertiges
Gerät entschieden. Die Bedienungsan-
leitung ist Bestandteil dieses Gerätes. Sie
enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit,
Gebrauch und Entsorgung.
Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung des
Gerätes mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshin-
weisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur
wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen
Einsatzbereiche.
Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weiter-
gabe des Gerätes an Dritte mit aus.
1. Gerätebeschreibung
1.1 Verwendungszweck
Mit diesem Ventilator SilverCrest SVW 50
A1 können Sie die Luft in trockenen Innen-
räumen umwälzen.
Dieses Gerät ist für den Einsatz in Privat-
haushalten und nicht für den gewerblichen
Einsatz geeignet.
Das Gerät darf ausschließlich auf dem
Boden aufgestellt werden.

4. Sicherheitshinweise
4.1 Begriffserklärung
Folgende Signalbegriffe finden Sie in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung:
Warnung!
Hohes Risiko: Missachtung der
Warnung kann Schaden für Leib
und Leben verursachen.
Vorsicht!
Mittleres Risiko: Missachtung der Warnung
kann einen Sachschaden verursachen.
Hinweis:
Geringes Risiko: Sachverhalte, die im
Umgang mit dem Gerät beachtet werden
sollten.
4.2 Allgemeine Hinweise
• Lesen Sie vor dem Gebrauch bitte sorg-
fältig diese Bedienungsanleitung. Sie ist
Bestandteil des Gerätes und muss jeder-
zeit verfügbar sein.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für den
beschriebenen Verwendungszweck (siehe
„1.1 Ver wendungszweck“ auf Seite 3).
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die erforderliche Netz-
spannung (siehe Typenschild am Gerät)
mit Ihrer Netzspannung übereinstimmt.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt,
durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder)
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensori-
schen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder
mit mangelnder Erfahrung und/oder
mangelndem Wissen benutzt zu wer-
den, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine
für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person
beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr
Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu
benutzen ist. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt
werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie
nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Bei eventuellen Funktionsstörungen darf
die Instandsetzung des Gerätes nur
durch unser Service-Center erfolgen. Die
Kontaktdaten finden Sie in „Service-Cen-
ter” auf Seite 9.
• Das Gerät darf ausschließlich auf einem
festen, ebenen, trockenen und nicht brenn-
baren Untergrund aufgestellt werden.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzsteck-
dose gut zugänglich ist, damit Sie eventuell
den Netzstecker schnell ziehen können.
4.3 Schutz vor elektrischem Schlag
Warnung! Die folgenden Sicher-
heitshinweise sollen Sie vor einem
elektrischen Schlag schützen.
• Sollte das Gerät zu Boden gefallen sein
oder einen harten Schlag abbekommen
haben, oder sollte es ins Wasser gefal-
len sein, dürfen Sie es nicht weiterbenut-
zen. Wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an
unser Service-Center. Die Kontaktdaten
finden Sie in „Service-Center” auf
Seite 9.

• Wenn das Gerät beschädigt ist, darf das
Gerät keinesfalls benutzt werden. Lassen
Sie das Gerät in diesem Falle von qualifi-
ziertem Fachpersonal reparieren. Die
Kontaktdaten finden Sie in „Service-Cen-
ter” auf Seite 9.
• Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses
Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss sie durch
den Hersteller oder eine ähnlich qualifi-
zierte Person ersetzt werden, um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
• Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals in unmit-
telbarer Nähe eines Spülbeckens, einer
Badewanne, einer Dusche oder eines
Schwimmbeckens, da Spritzwasser in
das Gerät gelangen könnte.
• In das Gerät dürfen keinesfalls Wasser
oder andere Flüssigkeiten gelangen.
Daher:
– niemals im Freien einsetzen,
– niemals mit Flüssigkeit gefüllte
Gefäße, wie Trinkgläser, Vasen etc.
auf das Gerät stellen.
Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das
Gerät gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den
Netzstecker und lassen das Gerät von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal reparieren.
Die Kontaktdaten finden Sie in „Service-
Center” auf Seite 9.
• Fassen Sie das Gerät, die Netzan-
schlussleitung oder den Netzstecker nie-
mals mit feuchten Händen an.
• Ziehen Sie die Netzanschlussleitung
stets am Netzstecker heraus. Ziehen Sie
niemals an der Leitung selber.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzan-
schlussleitung nie geknickt oder
gequetscht wird.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzan-
schlussleitung nicht durch scharfe Kanten
beschädigt wird.
• Halten Sie die Netzanschlussleitung von
heißen Flächen (z.B. Herdplatte) fern.
• Wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht
benutzen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker
aus der Netzsteckdose. Nur dann ist das
Gerät völlig stromfrei.
• Die Benutzung von Verlängerungskabeln
sollten Sie vermeiden. Sie ist nur unter
ganz bestimmten Voraussetzungen
gestattet:
– Das Verlängerungskabel muss für die
Stromstärke des Gerätes geeignet
sein.
– Das Verlängerungskabel darf nicht
„fliegend“ verlegt sein: es darf nicht
zur Stolperfalle werden oder von
Kindern erreichbar sein.
– Das Verlängerungskabel darf keines-
falls beschädigt sein.
– Es dürfen keine weiteren Geräte als
dieses Gerät an der Netzsteckdose
angeschlossen werden, da es sonst zu
einer Überlastung des Stromnetzes
kommen kann (Verbot von Mehrfach-
steckdosen!).
• Das Gerät darf nicht mit einer externen
Zeitschaltuhr oder einem separaten Fern-
wirksystem, wie zum Beispiel einer Funk-
steckdose, betrieben werden.
4.4 Schutz vor Verletzungen
Warnung! Beachten Sie fol-
gende Hinweise, um Verletzungen
zu vermeiden.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzan-
schlussleitung nie zur Stolperfalle wird
oder sich jemand darin verfangen oder
darauftreten kann.
• Versuchen Sie niemals mit Fingern oder
Gegenständen durch die Öffnungen in
das Innere des Gerätes zu fassen.

4.5 Zur Sicherheit Ihres Kindes
Warnung! Kinder können Gefah-
ren oft nicht richtig einschätzen und
sich dadurch Verletzungen
zuziehen. Beachten Sie daher:
• Dieses Gerät darf nur unter Aufsicht von
Erwachsenen verwendet werden um
sicherzustellen, dass Kinder nicht mit
dem Gerät spielen.
• Achten Sie sorgfältig darauf, dass sich
das Gerät immer außerhalb der Reich-
weite von Kindern befindet.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Ver-
packungsfolie nicht zur tödlichen Falle
für Kinder wird. Verpackungsfolien sind
kein Spielzeug.
5. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus
der Verpackung und entfernen Sie das
Verpackungsmaterial.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene,
trockene Fläche.
3. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine
geeignete Steckdose (siehe
„3. Technische Daten“ auf Seite 4).
6. Bedienen
Vorsicht!
Die Abdeckung 5 dient ausschließlich Ser-
vicezwecken. Im Betrieb muss sie immer fest-
geschraubt sein, um mögliche Schäden zu
vermeiden.
6.1 Ein- und ausschalten
Einschalten:
Drehen Sie den Ein- / Aus-Schalter 3 auf
„ON”.
Ausschalten:
Drehen Sie den Ein- / Aus-Schalter 3 auf
„OFF”.
6.2 Gebläsestufe einstellen
Mit den Gebläsestufen wählen Sie, wie
schnell das Gerät die Luft im Raum umwälzt.
Das Gerät besitzt vier Gebläsestufen.
Wählen Sie die gewünschte Gebläsestufe,
indem Sie den Schalter Gebläsestufen 1 auf
die gewünschte Stufe drehen.
Hinweis: Die einzelnen Gebläsestufen
sind doppelt vorhanden. Drehen Sie den
Schalter Gebläsestufen 1 nach rechts, wenn
Sie mit einer kleinen Gebläsestufe starten
wollen und drehen Sie ihn nach links, wenn
Sie mit einer großen Gebläsestufe beginnen
wollen.
6.3 Laufdauer einstellen
Das Gerät besitzt einen Timer, mit dem Sie
die gewünschte Laufdauer zwischen 0 und
120 Minuten einstellen können.
1. Schalten Sie den Timer ein, indem Sie
Drehschalter 3 auf eine beliebige Zeit
zwischen 0 und 120 Minuten stellen.

Gleichzeitig wird die Stromversorgung ein-
geschaltet.
2. Um den Timer auszuschalten, stellen Sie
den Drehschalter 3 auf „OFF“.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie das Gerät im Dauer-
betrieb arbeiten lassen wollen, müssen Sie
den Drehschalter 3 auf „ON“ stellen.
6.4 Windrichtung einstellen
Vorsicht! Drehen Sie das Lüftungsgitter 2
nie von Hand. Dadurch könnte das Gerät
beschädigt werden.
Die Windrichtung ist durch Drehen des
Lüftungsgitters 2 einstellbar:
1. Schalten Sie das drehbare
Lüftungsgitter 2 ein, indem Sie den
Schalter 4 auf „MOVE” stellen.
Das Lüftungsgitter 2 dreht sich und
verteilt die Luft gleichmäßig im Raum.
2. Wenn Sie eine bestimmte Windrichtung
haben möchten, warten Sie, bis sich das
Lüftungsgitter 2 in der entsprechenden
Position befindet und schalten dann den
Schalter 4 auf „STOP”.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie am Schalter für die
Gebläsestufen 1 die Stellung „0” gewählt
haben, dreht sich auch das Lüftungsgitter 2
nicht mehr.
6.5 Transport
1. Stellen Sie vor dem Transport sicher,
dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
2. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose.
3. Transportieren Sie das Gerät am Trage-
griff 6.
7. Reinigen
Damit Sie lange Freude an Ihrem Gerät
haben, sollten Sie es regelmäßig reinigen.
Warnung! Um die Gefahr eines
elektrischen Schlages oder einer
Beschädigung zu vermeiden:
– Trennen Sie vor jeder Reinigung
die Stromversorgung.
– Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in
Wasser.
– Lassen Sie kein Wasser oder
Reinigungsmittel in das Gerät
laufen.
Vorsicht! Verwenden Sie niemals scharfe
oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel, da die
Teile dadurch beschädigt werden könnten.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuch-
ten Lappen. Sie können auch etwas
Spülmittel nehmen oder spezielle Reini-
gungsmittel für Lack bzw. Kunststoff.

8. Entsorgung
8.1 Gerät
Das Symbol der durchgestriche-
nen Abfalltonne auf Rädern
bedeutet, dass das Gerät in der
Europäischen Union einer
getrennten Müllsammlung zuge-
führt werden muss. Dies gilt für
das Gerät und alle mit diesem Symbol gekenn-
zeichneten Zubehörteile. Gekennzeichnete
Geräte dürfen nicht über den normalen Haus-
müll entsorgt werden, sondern müssen an einer
Annahmestelle für das Recycling von elektri-
schen und elektronischen Geräten abgegeben
werden. Recycling hilft, den Verbrauch von
Rohstoffen zu reduzieren und die Umwelt zu
entlasten. Informationen zur Entsorgung und
zur Lage des nächsten Recyclinghofes erhalten
Sie z.B. bei Ihrer Stadtreinigung oder in den
Gelben Seiten.
8.2 Verpackung
Wenn Sie die Verpackung entsorgen möcht-
en, achten Sie auf die entsprechenden
Umweltvorschriften in Ihrem Land.
9. Garantie der HOYER Handel GmbH
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre
Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mäng-
eln dieses Gerätes stehen Ihnen gegen den
Verkäufer des Gerätes gesetzliche Rechte
zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch
unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie
nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kauf-
datum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Original
Kassenbon gut auf. Diese Unterlage wird als
Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kauf-
datum dieses Gerätes ein Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Gerät von
uns – nach unserer Wahl – für Sie kostenlos
repariert oder ersetzt. Diese Garantieleis-
tung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Drei-
jahresfrist das defekte Gerät und der
Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und
schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin der
Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie
gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte oder
ein neues Gerät zurück. Mit Reparatur oder
Austausch des Gerätes beginnt kein neuer
Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche
Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleist-
ung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte
und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf
vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen
sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden.
Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende
Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.

Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitäts-
richtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor
Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt
sich nicht auf Geräteteile, die normaler
Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als
Verschleißteile angesehen werden können
oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen
Teilen, z. B. Schaltern, Akkus oder Teilen, die
aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Gerät
beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder
gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße
Benutzung des Gerätes sind alle in der
Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anwei-
sungen genau einzuhalten.
Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von
denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgera-
ten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbe-
dingt zu vermeiden.
Das Gerät ist lediglich für den privaten und
nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt.
Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer
Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei
Eingriffen, die nicht von unserem autorisier-
ten Service-Center vorgenommen wurden,
erlischt die Garantie.
Abwicklung im Garantiefall
Um eine schnelle Bearbeitung Ihres
Anliegens zu gewährleisten, folgen Sie bitte
den folgenden Hinweisen:
• Bitte halten Sie für alle Anfragen die
Artikelnummer (für dieses Gerät:
IAN 86377) und den Kassenbon als
Nachweis für den Kauf bereit.
• Die Artikelnummer entnehmen Sie bitte
dem Typenschild, einer Gravur, auf dem
Titelblatt ihrer Anleitung (unten links)
oder als Aufkleber auf der Rück- oder
Unterseite.
• Sollten Funktionsfehler oder sonstige
Mängel auftreten, kontaktieren Sie
zunächst das nachfolgend benannte
Service-Center telefonisch oder per
E-Mail.
• Ein als defekt erfasstes Gerät können Sie
dann unter Beifügung des Kaufbelegs

destiné au brassage de l’air dans des espaces
fermés secs.
Cet appareil est conçu pour un usage
domestique privé et n’est pas adapté à un
usage commercial.

• Veuillez lire avec attention la présente
notice d’utilisation avant utilisation. Elle
fait partie intégrante de l’appareil et doit
être à tout moment disponible.
• Utilisez l’appareil uniquement aux fins
auxquelles il est destiné (voir
« 1.1 Destination » à la page 11).
• Assurez-vous que la tension secteur
nécessaire (voir plaque signalétique sur
l’appareil) concorde avec la tension
secteur de l’installation.
• L’emploi de cet appareil est interdit aux
personnes (y compris les enfants)
souffrant de capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales restreintes ou
ne pouvant pas s'en servir pour cause
d'un manque d'expériences et / ou de
connaissances, sauf s’ils sont surveillés
par une personne compétente pour la
sécurité ou si ladite personne leur a
donné des instructions d’emploi pour
l’appareil. Il est important de surveiller
les enfants en bas âge, afin qu'ils ne
jouent pas avec l'appareil.
• Seul notre centre de service après-vente
est habilité à remettre en état l'appareil
dans le cas de dysfonctionnements
éventuels. Vous trouverez les données de
contact dans « Service après-vente » à
la page 17.
• L’appareil peut être installé uniquement
sur une surface stable, plane, sèche et
non inflammable.
• Veillez à ce que la prise reste bien
accessible pour pouvoir éventuellement
la débrancher rapidement.
4.3 Protection contre la décharge
électrique
Attention ! Les consignes de
sécurité suivantes sont destinées à
vous protéger contre une décharge
électrique.
• Vous ne devez pas continuer à utiliser
l’appareil s'il est tombé par terre, s'il a
reçu un choc violent ou s'il est tombé

dans l'eau. Veuillez dans ce cas vous
adresser au centre de service après-
vente. Vous trouverez les données de

• Si l’appareil est endommagé, ne l’utiliser
en aucun cas. Faites dans ce cas réparer
l’appareil par une main d’oeuvre
qualifiée. Vous trouverez les données de
contact dans « Service après-vente » à
la page 17.
• Si le câble d‘alimenation est
endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le
fabricant, son service après-ventes ou
des personne de qualification similaire
afin d‘éviter un danger.
• N'utilisez jamais l'appareil à proximité
immédiate d'un lavabo, d'une baignoire,
d'une douche ou d'une piscine, car de
l'eau pourrait être projetée sur l'appareil.
• L’eau ou d’autres liquides ne peuvent en
aucun cas pénétrer dans l’appareil. Par
conséquent :
– Ne jamais l’utiliser à l’air libre ;
– Ne jamais poser sur l’appareil des
récipients remplis de liquide tels que
des verres, des vases, etc ;
Si du liquide pénètre dans l’appareil,
débranchez immédiatement la fiche
secteur et confiez la réparation de
l’appareil au personnel spécialisé et
qualifié. Vous trouverez les données de
contact dans « Service après-vente » à
la page 17.
• Ne saisissez jamais l’appareil, le câble
secteur ou la prise secteur, les mains
humides.
• Débranchez toujours le câble secteur en
tirant sur la prise mâle. Ne tirez jamais
sur le câble lui-même.
• Veillez à ne jamais couder ou coincer le
câble d’alimentation.
• Veillez à ce que le câble secteur ne soit
pas endommagé par des arêtes vives.
• Maintenez le câble secteur éloigné des
surfaces à haute température (comme
de la table de cuisson par ex.).
• Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil pendant
une période prolongée, retirez la fiche
secteur de la prise de courant. Dès lors,
l’appareil ne sera plus du tout alimenté
en courant.
• Evitez l’utilisation de rallonges. Elle est
autorisée dans certaines conditions
uniquement :
– la rallonge doit convenir à l’ampérage
de l'appareil ;
– la rallonge ne doit pas être posée
« volante » : elle ne doit ni pouvoir
provoquer de chute, ni pouvoir être
atteinte par des enfants ;
– la rallonge ne doit en aucun cas être
endommagée ;
– aucun autre appareil que celui-ci ne doit
être raccordé à la prise femelle secteur,
une surcharge du secteur pouvant sinon
survenir (multiprises interdites !).
• L'appareil ne doit pas être mis en
marche au moyen d'un interrupteur
horaire programmable ni d'un système
de déclenchement à distance séparé,
par ex. prise à télécommande RF.
4.4 Protection contre les blessures
Attention ! Respectez les
consignes suivantes pour éviter toute
blessure.
• Veillez à ce que le cordon
d’alimentation ne représente pas un
obstacle sur lequel une personne
pourrait trébucher ou marcher ou dans
lequel elle pourrait se prendre les pieds.
• N’essayez jamais d’accéder à l’intérieur
de l’appareil à travers les ouvertures
avec les doigts ou avec des objets.

4.5 Pour la sécurité de votre enfant
Attention ! Les enfants ne sont
fréquemment pas à même d’évaluer
correctement les dangers, risquant
ainsi de se blesser. Prenez note par
conséquent :
• Ce produit ne doit être utilisé que sous la
surveillance d'adultes pour empêcher
que des enfants jouent avec.
• Veillez attentivement à ce que l’appareil
se trouve toujours hors de la portée des
enfants.
• Ne laissez jamais les enfants jouer avec
l’emballage plastique (risque
d’étouffement). Les films d’emballage ne
sont pas des jouets.
5. Avant la première utilisation
1. Sortez l’appareil de son emballage avec
précaution et retirez le matériau
d’emballage.
2. Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane
et sèche.
3. Enfichez la fiche de secteur dans une prise
appropriée (voir « 3. Caractéristiques
techniques » à la page 12).
6. Utilisation
Prudence !
Le couvercle 5 est pour entretien uniquement.
Pendant le fonctionnement, il doit toujours être
serrés afin d'éviter tout dommage éventuel.
6.1 Mise en marche et à l’arrêt
Mise en marche :
Positionnez l’ interrupteur marche/arrêt 3 sur
«ON».
Mise à l’arrêt :
Positionnez l’ interrupteur marche/arrêt 3 sur
«OFF».
6.2 Réglage du niveau de ventilation
Le niveau de ventilation permet de sélectionner
la vitesse de brassage de l’air dans la pièce.
L’appareil possède quatre niveaux de
ventilation.
Choisissez le niveau de ventilation souhaité en
positionnant le commutateur de réglage du
niveau de ventilation 1 sur le niveau
correspondant.
Remarque : Les différents niveaux de
ventilation sont disponibles en double. Tournez
le commutateur de réglage du niveau de
ventilation 1 vers la droite si vous souhaitez
démarrer avec un faible niveau de ventilation
et tournez-le vers la gauche si vous souhaitez
démarrer avec un niveau de ventilation élevé.
6.3 Réglage de la durée de
fonctionnement
L'appareil est muni d'un minuteur qui permet de
régler la durée de fonctionnement entre 0 et
120minutes.
1. Pour activer le minuteur, il suffit de faire
tourner le bouton rotatif 3 sur la durée

souhaitée entre 0 et 120minutes.
L'appareil s'allume automatiquement.
2. Pour désactiver le minuteur, il suffit de
mettre le bouton rotatif 3 sur 'OFF'.
Remarque: Si vous souhaitez faire
fonctionner l'appareil en continu, vous devez
mettre le bouton rotatif 3 sur 'ON'.
6.4 Réglage de la direction du flux d’air
Attention ! Ne faites jamais tourner la grille
de ventilation 2 à la main. Ceci risque
d’endommager l’appareil.
Pour régler la direction du flux d’air, vous
devez activer la grille de ventilation 2 :
1. Activez la grille de ventilation 2 rotative
en positionnant le commutateur 4 sur
«MOVE».
La grille de ventilation 2 tourne et
répartit l’air uniformément dans la pièce.
2. Si vous souhaitez orienter le flux d’air
dans une direction donnée, patientez
jusqu’à ce que la grille de ventilation 2
se trouve dans la position
correspondante et positionnez alors le
commutateur 4 sur «STOP».
Remarque : Si vous positionnez le
commutateur de réglage du niveau de
ventilation 1 sur «0», la grille de
ventilation 2 s’arrête également de tourner.
6.5 Transport
1. Assurez-vous avant le transport que
l’appareil est à l’arrêt.
2. Débranchez la fiche secteur de la prise
secteur.
3. Transportez l’appareil par la poignée de
transport 6.
7. Nettoyage
Pour profiter longtemps de votre appareil, il est
recommandé de le nettoyer régulièrement.
Avertissement! Pour éviter tout
risque de choc électrique ou de
dommage:
– Coupez l’alimentation électrique
avant toute opération de
nettoyage.
– Ne plongez jamais l’appareil
dans l’eau.
– Ne laissez jamais de l’eau ou un
produit d’entretien s’infiltrer dans
l’appareil.
Attention! N’utilisez jamais de nettoyants
agressifs ou abrasifs, ceux-ci pouvant
endommager les pièces de l’appareil.
• Nettoyez l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon
humide. Vous pouvez également
employer un peu de liquide vaisselle ou
un produit spécial pour peinture ou
plastique.

8. Mise au rebut
8.1 Appareil
Le pictogramme avec le tonneau
sur roues barré signifie que le
produit doit être affecté à une
collecte des déchets séparées
dans les Etats membres de
l'Union européenne. Cette
disposition s'applique au produit et à tous les
accessoires portant ce pictogramme. Il est
interdit de jeter les produits marqués en
conséquence dans les ordures ménagères
normales et imposé de les remettre à un poste
de collecte pour le recyclage des appareils
électriques et électroniques. Le recyclage aide
à réduire la consommation de matières
premières et soulage notre environnement. Par
conséquent, veuillez absolument respecter les
prescriptions en matière d’élimination en
vigueur dans votre pays.
8.2 Emballage
Si vous souhaitez mettre l'emballage au rebut,
respectez les règlements en vigueur dans votre
pays.
9. Garantie de la société HOYER Handel GmbH
Chers clients,
Ce produit est garanti pendant 3 ans à
compter de la date d’achat. Si vous constatez
des défauts, vous disposez d'un recours légal
à l'encontre du vendeur. Ces droits légaux ne
sont pas limités par notre garantie, exposée
comme suit.
Conditions de la garantie
Le délai de garantie courre à partir de la date
d'achat. Conservez soigneusement le ticket de
caisse. Ce document sert de preuve d'achat.
Si un défaut de matériel ou de fabrication
survient au cours des trois années suivant la
date d'achat du produit, celui-ci est réparé
gratuitement ou remplacé, à notre discrétion.
Cette garantie s'applique à condition que le
produit défectueux soit retourné accompagné
du justificatif d'achat (ticket de caisse) durant
cet intervalle de trois ans, avec une explication
écrite succincte de l'origine et de la date du
défaut constaté.
Si le défaut est couvert par la garantie, nous
vous retournons l'appareil réparé ou un
produit neuf. La réparation ou le remplacement
n'entraîne pas le renouvellement de la garantie
pour une nouvelle période.
Durée de la garantie et dommages-intérêts
légaux
La durée de garantie n'est pas prolongée du
fait de son application. Il en va de même pour
les pièces réparées. Les défauts et dommages
existants précédemment à l'achat doivent être
signalés immédiatement au déballage du
produit. Les réparations effectuées en dehors
de la durée de garantie sont payantes.
Etendue de la garantie
La production de ce produit a suivi des normes
de qualité strictes et le produit a été
soigneusement contrôlé avant livraison.

La garantie s'applique pour les défauts de
matériel ou de fabrication. Cette garantie ne
s'applique pas aux pièces soumises à une
usure normale et considérées comme telles ou
aux dommages causés à des pièces fragiles
comme les interrupteurs, les accumulateurs ou
les éléments en verre.
Cette garantie s'annule en cas de détérioration
du produit, d'utilisation ou d'entretien
inappropriés. Afin de s'assurer d'un usage
approprié du produit, il convient de respecter
toutes les consignes mentionnées dans la
notice d'utilisation.
Les modes d'utilisation et les traitements qui
sont déconseillés dans la notice d'utilisation
doivent être évités absolument.
Cet produit est destiné exclusivement à un
usage privé et non à un usage commercial.
En cas de traitement ou d'utilisation abusive ou
inappropriée et en cas d'intervention non
autorisée par notre SAV, la garantie ne
s'applique pas.

d'application de la garantie, merci de suivre
les consignes suivantes :
• Préparez le justificatif d'achat et le

4.2 Indicazioni generali
• Prima dell’utilizzo leggere attentamente
queste istruzioni per l’uso. Sono parte
integrante dell’apparecchio e devono
essere disponibili in qualsiasi momento.
• Utilizzare l’unità solo per gli scopi
applicativi descritti (vedi "1.1 Impiego
previsto" a pagina 19).
• Controllate se la tensione di rete
necessaria (vedi targhetta
sull’apparecchio) corrisponde alla
vostra.
• Il seguente apparecchio non deve
essere utilizzato da persone (compresi i
bambini) con capacità fisiche, sensoriali
o mentali ridotte o che non abbiano una
sufficiente esperienza e/o
dimestichezza con lo stesso, a meno che
non siano scrupolosamente sorvegliati
da persone competenti o non abbiano
ricevuto chiare istruzioni di come
utilizzarlo. I bambini devono essere
controllati per assicurarsi che non
giochino con l'apparecchio.
• In caso di eventuali anomalie di
funzionamento, la riparazione
dell’apparecchio deve essere eseguita
solo dal nostro centro assistenza. Per i

• Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato
esclusivamente su base fissa, piatta,
asciutta e ignifuga.
• Accertarsi che la presa sia ben
accessibile, in modo da poter estrarre
rapidamente la spina di rete in caso di
necessità.
4.3 Protezione dalle folgorazioni
Pericolo! Le seguenti istruzioni di
sicurezza servono per proteggere
l’utente da folgorazioni elettriche.
• Se l’apparecchio cade a terra o riceve
un forte colpo oppure cade nell’acqua,
non deve più essere utilizzato. In tal
caso rivolgersi al nostro Service-Center.

• Mai utilizzare l’apparecchio se
danneggiato. In tal caso la riparazione
dell’apparecchio deve essere eseguita
da personale specializzato. Per i dati di
contatto si rimanda al "Centro
d’assistenza" a pagina 25.
• Se il cavo di rete di questo apparecchio
è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal
produttore o da una persona
ugualmente qualificata, per evitare
pericoli.
• Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio in
prossimità di lavelli, vasche da bagno,
docce o piscine, poiché gli schizzi
d’acqua potrebbero penetrare
nell’apparecchio.
• Evitare il contatto di acqua o di altri
liquidi con l’apparecchio. Quindi:
– non utilizzare all’aperto;
– non posizionare contenitori con liquidi
quali vasi, bicchieri, ecc.

In caso di contatto dell’apparecchio con
liquidi, rimuovere immediatamente la
spina di rete e far riparare il dispositivo
da personale qualificato. Per i dati di

• Non toccate mai l’apparecchio, il cavo
di allacciamento alla rete o la spina con
mani bagnate.
• Staccate il cavo di allacciamento alla
rete solo afferrandone la spina. Non
tirare mai il cavo stesso.
• Fare attenzione a non piegare o
schiacciare mai il cavo di rete.
• Accertarsi che il cavo di rete non venga
danneggiato da spigoli appuntiti.
• Tenete il cavo di allacciamento alla rete
lontano da superfici calde (p. es. piastra
del piano cottura).
• Se l’unità non viene utilizzata per lungo
tempo, estrarre la spina dalla presa.
Soltanto in questo modo l’apparecchio è
completamente privo di alimentazione.
• Dovreste evitare l’uso di prolunghe.
Questo è consentito solo in condizioni
del tutto particolari:
– la prolunga deve essere adatta per
l’amperaggio dell’apparecchio;
– la prolunga non deve essere posata in
modo "volante”: non si deve potervi
inciampare o essere raggiungibile dai
bambini;
– la prolunga non deve in nessun caso
essere danneggiata;
– alla presa elettrica non devono essere
allacciati altri apparecchi oltre a
questo, poiché altrimenti può
verificarsi un sovraccarico della rete
elettrica (divieto di prese multiple!).
• L’apparecchio non deve essere azionato
con un timer esterno o con un sistema di
telecontrollo separato, come ad
esempio una presa telecomandata.
4.4 Protezione da lesioni
Pericolo! Osservare le seguenti
indicazioni, per evitare di
provocare lesioni.
• Assicurarsi che non sussista mai il
pericolo di inciampare nel cavo di rete
oppure che nessuno vi si possa
impigliare o lo possa calpestare.
• Non tentare mai di raggiungere con dita
od oggetti l’interno dell’unità passando
attraverso i fori.
4.5 Per la sicurezza dei bambini
Pericolo! Spesso i bambini non
sono in grado di valutare bene i
pericoli e possono così provocarsi
lesioni. Per questo motivo
osservare quanto segue:

• Questo prodotto può essere utilizzato
esclusivamente sotto la supervisione di
adulti per garantire che non venga
utilizzato dai bambini come giocattolo.
• Assicurarsi con attenzione che
l’apparecchio si trovi sempre al di fuori
della portata dei bambini.
• Prestare attenzione che la pellicola da
imballaggio non metta a repentaglio la
vita dei bambini. Le pellicole da
imballaggio non sono giocattoli.
5. Istruzioni preliminari
1. Estrarre con cautela l’apparecchio
dall’imballaggio e rimuovere il materiale
di imballaggio.
2. Collocare l’apparecchio su una
superficie piana e asciutta.
3. Inserire la spina di rete in una presa
idonea (vedi "3. Dati tecnici" a
pagina 20).
6. Funzionamento
Attenzione! Il coperchio 5 è eletto usare
solo. Durante il funzionamento, deve sempre
essere serrati per evitare possibili danni.
6.1 Accensione e spegnimento
Accensione:
Ruotare l'interruttore I / O 3 su "ON".
Spegnimento:
Ruotare l'interruttore I / O 3 su "OFF".
6.2 Regolazione dei livelli di
ventilazione
Con i livelli di ventilazione si seleziona la
velocità con cui l'apparecchio farà circolare
l'aria nel locale.
L'apparecchio ha quattro livelli di
ventilazione
Selezionare il livello di ventilazione
desiderato ruotando l'interruttore dei livelli
di ventilazione 1 sul livello desiderato.
Nota: Ogni livello di ventilazione è
disponibile due volte. Ruotare l'interruttore
dei livelli di ventilazione 1 verso destra se si
desidera cominciare con un livello più basso
e verso sinistra se si desidera cominciare
con un livello più alto.
6.3 Impostare la durata di
funzionamento
L'apparecchio è dotato di un timer, con il
quale è possibile impostare la durata di
funzionamento desiderata tra 0 e 120
minuti.
1. Attivare il timer, mettendo l'interruttore
rotante 3 su una posizione compresa tra
0 e 120 minuti. Contemporaneamente
viene attivata l'alimentazione elettrica.
2. Per disattivare il timer, mettere
l'interruttore rotante 3 su "OFF".
Indicazione: Se si desidera far
funzionare l'apparecchio in modalità
continua, l'interruttore rotante 3 deve essere
impostato su "ON".

6.4 Regolazione della direzione della
corrente d’aria
Attenzione! Non ruotare mai
manualmente la griglia di aerazione 2.
L’apparecchio potrebbe risultarne
danneggiato.
La direzione della corrente d’aria può
essere impostata ruotando la griglia di
aerazione 2:
1. attivare la griglia di aerazione 2
girevole posizionando l'interruttore 4 su
"MOVE".
La griglia di aerazione 2 ruota e
distribuisce l'aria in modo uniforme
nell'ambiente.
2. Per impostare una determinata direzione
della corrente d'aria, attendere che la
griglia di aerazione 2 si trovi nella
posizione corrispondente e spostare
l'interruttore 4 su "STOP".
Nota: se sull'interruttore dei livelli di
ventilazione 1 è stata selezionata la
posizione "0", anche la griglia di
aerazione 2 non ruota più.
6.5 Trasporto
1. Prima del trasporto assicurarsi che
l’apparecchio sia spento.
2. Estrarre la spina di rete dalla presa.
3. Trasportare l'apparecchio utilizzando
l'apposita maniglia 6.
7. Pulizia
Per poter prolungare la durata dell’unità si
consiglia di effettuare una pulizia regolare.
Attenzione! Per evitare il
pericolo di folgorazioni o di danni:
– prima di ogni intervento di
pulizia è necessario scollegare
l’alimentazione.
– Non immergere l’apparecchio in
acqua.
– Evitare la penetrazione di acqua
o detergenti nell’apparecchio.
Attenzione! Evitare l’uso di detergenti
aggressivi che possono danneggiare i
componenti.
• Pulire l’apparecchio con un panno
umido. Può essere utilizzato anche un
po’ di detersivo per piatti o di
detergente speciale per vernici o
plastica.

8. Smaltimento
8.1 Apparecchio
Il simbolo con il bidone della
spazzatura su ruote depennato
significa che nell'Unione
Europea il prodotto deve
essere smaltito nella
spazzatura differenziata. Ciò
vale sia per il prodotto che per tutti gli
accessori contrassegnati con lo stesso
simbolo. I prodotti contrassegnati non
possono essere smaltiti nei rifiuti normali, ma
devono essere consegnati ad un ufficio
accettazione di riciclaggio di
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. Il
riciclaggio aiuta a ridurre notevolmente il
consumo di materie grezze e soprattutto
l'inquinamento ambientale. Rispettare
scrupolosamente le disposizioni in materia
di smaltimento in vigore nel proprio paese.
8.2 Imballaggio
Se volete smaltire la confezione, fate
attenzione alle relative disposizioni

una garanzia di 3 anni a partire dalla data
di acquisto. In caso di difetti del prodotto
può far valere i Suoi diritti nei confronti del
venditore come previsto dalla legge. Tali
diritti di legge non sono limitati dalla nostra
garanzia, descritta di seguito in dettaglio.
Condizioni di garanzia
Il periodo di garanzia ha inizio dalla data
di acquisto. Conservare pertanto lo
scontrino di cassa originale, in quanto
documento comprovante l'acquisto.
Se entro tre anni dalla data di acquisto di
questo prodotto insorge un difetto di
materiale o di fabbricazione, ci impegniamo
a riparare o a sostituire a nostra scelta il
prodotto. La prestazioni di garanzia
presuppone, entro il termine di tre anni, la
presentazione dell'apparecchio difettoso e
della prova di acquisto (scontrino di cassa)
e una breve descrizione scritta del difetto e
del momento in cui è insorto.
Se il difetto è coperto dalla nostra garanzia,
ci impegniamo a rispedire il prodotto
riparato o un nuovo prodotto. Con la
riparazione o la sostituzione del prodotto
non decorre un nuovo periodo di garanzia.
Periodo di garanzia e rivendicazioni per
difetti
Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato
dalla prestazione di garanzia. Questo vale
anche per le parti sostituite e riparate.
Eventuali danni o difetti riscontrati già al
momento dell'acquisto devono essere
comunicati subito dopo l'apertura della
confezione. Dopo lo scadere del periodo di
garanzia le riparazioni vengono effettuate a

L’apparecchio è stato prodotto rispettando i
più severi standard di qualità ed è stato
scrupolosamente testato prima della
spedizione.
La garanzia copre i difetti di materiale o di
fabbricazione. Non si estende alle parti del
prodotto soggette a normale usura e
considerate pertanto parti usurabili, né ai
danni ai componenti più fragili, ad es.
interruttori, batterie o parti in vetro.
La garanzia decade se il prodotto viene
danneggiato, utilizzato o sottoposto a
manutenzione in modo non conforme. Per
un utilizzo conforme del prodotto è
necessario attenersi a tutte le avvertenze
contenute nelle istruzioni per l'uso.
Sono assolutamente da evitare gli utilizzi e le
azioni che le istruzioni per l'uso sconsigliano.
Il prodotto è concepito esclusivamente per
l’uso privato, non per quello commerciale.
La garanzia decade in caso di utilizzo
indebito e non conforme, uso della forza e
interventi non effettuati dal nostro centro
d'assistenza autorizzato.

1. Beschrijving apparaat
1.1 Beoogd gebruik
Met deze ventilator SilverCrest SVW 50 A1
kunt u de lucht in droge binnenruimten laten
circuleren.
Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor privégebruik
en is niet geschikt voor commercieel gebruik.
Het apparaat mag uitsluitend op de bodem
worden geplaatst.

4.1 Verklaring van begrippen
Volgende aandachtstrekkers vindt u in deze
gebruiksaanwijzing:
Waarschuwing!
Hoog risico. Niet-naleving van de
waarschuwing kan tot letsel en
zelfs de dood leiden.
Voorzichtig!
Gemiddeld risico. Niet-naleving van de
waarschuwing kan tot materiële schade
leiden.
Opmerking:
Laag risico. Zaken waar u in de omgang
met het apparaat rekening mee dient te
houden.
4.2 Algemene aanwijzingen
• Lees vóór het gebruik a.u.b. aandachtig
deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Ze is
bestanddeel van het apparaat en moet
te allen tijde beschikbaar zijn.
• Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend voor de
beschreven toepassing (zie „1.1 Beoogd
gebruik“ op pagina 26).
• Controleer of de benodigde
netspanning (zie typeplaatje op het
apparaat) overeenstemt met uw
netspanning.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om te
worden gebruikt door personen
(inclusief kinderen) met beperkte fysieke,
sensorische of geestelijke capaciteiten of
met een gebrek aan ervaring en/of
kennis, tenzij dit gebeurt onder toezicht
van een persoon die voor hun veiligheid
verantwoordelijk is of indien ze van
deze persoon instructies kregen over
hoe het apparaat dient te worden
gebruikt. Op kinderen dient men altijd
toe te zien, om te garanderen dat ze niet
met het apparaat spelen.
• Bij eventuele storingen in de werking
mag de reparatie van het apparaat
alleen door ons servicecenter gebeuren.

• Het apparaat mag uitsluitend op een
stevige, vlakke, droge en niet brandbare
ondergrond worden geplaatst.
• Let erop dat het stopcontact goed
toegankelijk is zodat u de netstekker er
eventueel snel uit kunt trekken.
4.3 Bescherming tegen elektrische
schokken
Waarschuwing! De volgende
veiligheidsinstructies zijn bestemd
om u tegen een elektrische schok
te beschermen.
• Als het apparaat mocht zijn gevallen of
als er hard tegenaan is gestoten, of als
het in het water is gevallen, mag u het
niet verder gebruiken. Wend u in dat
geval tot ons service-center. De

• Als het apparaat is beschadigd, mag het
in geen geval meer worden gebruikt.
Laat het apparaat in dat geval door
gekwalificeerd personeel repareren. De
contactgegevens vindt u in „Service-
center” op pagina 32.
• Als het netsnoer van dit apparaat wordt
beschadigd, moet het door de fabrikant
of een ander gekwalificeerd persoon
worden vervangen om gevaar te
voorkomen.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de directe
nabijheid van een gootsteen, een
badkuip, een douche of een zwembad
omdat er spatwater in het apparaat zou
kunnen komen.
• Er mogen in geen geval water of andere
vloeistoffen in het apparaat komen. Let
daarom op het volgende:
– Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de
open lucht.
– Plaats nooit met vloeistof gevulde
voorwerpen zoals glazen of vazen op
het apparaat.
Als er niettemin vloeistof in het apparaat
komt, trek dan onmiddellijk de stekker uit
het stopcontact en laat het apparaat
door gekwalificeerd vakpersoneel
repareren. De contactgegevens vindt u
in „Service-center” op pagina 32.
• Raak het apparaat, het netsnoer of de
stekker nooit met vochtige handen aan.
• Trek het netsnoer altijd aan de stekker
uit. Trek nooit aan het snoer zelf.
• Let erop dat het netsnoer niet geknikt of
afgekneld wordt.
• Let erop dat het netsnoer niet door
scherpe randen wordt beschadigd.
• Houd het netsnoer uit de buurt van hete
oppervlakken (bijv. kookplaten).
• Wanneer u het apparaat langere tijd
niet gebruikt, trek dan de stekker uit het
stopcontact. Alleen dan is het apparaat
volledig stroomvrij.
• Het gebruik van verlengsnoeren dient u
te vermijden. Dit is slechts onder strikte
voorwaarden toegestaan:
– het verlengsnoer moet geschikt zijn
voor de stroomsterkte van het
apparaat;
– het verlengsnoer mag niet "hangend"
worden gelegd: het mag niet voor
struikelgevaar zorgen en moet voor
kinderen onbereikbaar zijn;
– het verlengsnoer mag in geen geval
beschadigd zijn;
– er mogen geen andere apparaten
dan dit apparaat op hetzelfde
stopcontact worden aangesloten,
want dit zou tot een overbelasting van
het stroomnet kunnen leiden
(meervoudige contactdozen
verboden!).
• Het apparaat mag niet met een externe
tijdschakelklok of een aparte
afstandsbedieningssyteem zoals bij v.
een radiocontactdoos worden gebruikt.
4.4 Bescherming tegen letsel
Waarschuwing! Neem de
volgende aanwijzingen in acht om
letsel te voorkomen.
• Zorg ervoor dat niemand over het
netsnoer kan struikelen, er verstrikt in kan
raken of erop kan trappen.
• Probeer nooit met uw vingers of
voorwerpen door de openingen in het
inwendige van het apparaat te grijpen.

4.5 Voor de veiligheid van uw kind
Waarschuwing! Kinderen
kunnen gevaren vaak niet juist
inschatten en daardoor letsel
oplopen. Let daarom op het
volgende:
• Dit product mag alleen onder toezicht
van volwassenen worden gebruikt om te
garanderen dat kinderen niet met het
apparaat spelen.
• Let er zorgvuldig op dat het apparaat
zich altijd buiten bereik van kinderen
bevindt.
• Zorg ervoor dat de verpakkingsfolie niet
een dodelijke val voor kinderen kan
vormen. Verpakkingsfolie is geen
speelgoed.
5. Voor het eerste gebruik
1. Haal het apparaat voorzichtig uit de
verpakking en haal het
verpakkingsmateriaal weg.
2. Zet het apparaat op een egaal, droog
oppervlak.
3. Steek de stekker in een geschikt
stopcontact (zie „3. Technische
gegevens“ op pagina 27).
6. Bediening
Voorzichtig!
Het deksel 5 is alleen ter dienst. In de
operatie moet het worden altijd geschroefd
strak om mogelijke schade te voorkomen.
6.1 In- en uitschakelen
Inschakelen:
Schakel de in-/uitschakelaar 3 op „ON”.
Uitschakelen:
Schakel de in-/uitschakelaar op „OFF”.
6.2 Ventilatorstand instellen
Met de ventilatorstanden kiest u hoe snel het
apparaat de lucht in de ruimte laat
circuleren.
Het apparaat heeft vier ventilatorstanden.
Selecteer de gewenste ventilatorstand door
de schakelaar ventilatorstanden 1 op de
gewenste stand te draaien.
Aanwijzing: De afzonderlijke
ventilatorstanden zijn dubbel aanwezig.
Draai de schakelaar ventilatorstanden 1
naar rechts wanneer u met een kleine
ventilatorstand wilt starten en draai deze
naar links wanneer u met een grote
ventilatorstand wilt beginnen.
6.3 Werkingsduur instellen
Het apparaat beschikt over een timer
waarmee u de gewenste werkingsduur kunt
instellen tussen 0 en 120 minuten.
1. Schakel de timer in door
draaischakelaar 3 op een willekeurige
tijd tussen 0 en 120 minuten te zetten.
Tegelijkertijd wordt de stroomvoorziening
ingeschakeld.

2. Om de timer uit te schakelen zet u de
draaischakelaar 3 op "OFF".
Aanwijzing: wanneer u het apparaat
continu wilt laten werken, moet u de
draaischakelaar 3 op "ON" zetten.
6.4 Windrichting instellen
Voorzichtig! Draai het ventilatierooster 2
nooit met de hand. Daardoor kan het
apparaat beschadigd raken.
De windrichting is door het draaien van het
ventilatierooster 2 instelbaar:
1. Schakel het draaibare
ventilatierooster 2 in, door de
schakelaar 4 op „MOVE” te zetten.
Het ventilatierooster 2 draait en verdeelt
de lucht gelijkmatig in de ruimte.
2. Wanneer u een bepaalde windrichting
wilt hebben, wacht u tot het
ventilatierooster 2 zich op de
desbetreffende positie bevindt en dan
schakelt u de schakelaar 4 op „STOP”.
Aanwijzing: Wanneer u op de
schakelaar voor de ventilatorstanden 1 de
stand „0” heeft gekozen, draait ook het
ventilatierooster 2 niet meer.
6.5 Transport
1. Zorg voor het transport dat het apparaat
is uitgeschakeld.
2. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
3. Transporteer het apparaat aan de
draaggreep 6.
7. Reiniging
U moet het toestel regelmatig reinigen om
lang plezier van uw apparaat te hebben.
Waarschuwing! Om gevaar
van een elektrische schok of een
beschadiging te voorkomen:
– Haalt u voor elke reiniging de
stekker uit het stopcontact.
– Dompel het apparaat nooit
onder in water.
– Laat geen water of
reinigingsmiddel in het apparaat
lopen.
Voorzichtig! Gebruik nooit scherpe of
schurende reinigingsmiddelen, omdat
onderdelen van het apparaat hierdoor
beschadigd kunnen worden.
• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige
doek. U kunt ook een beetje
afwasmiddel nemen of speciale reiniger
voor lak c.q. kunststof.

8. Weggooien
8.1 Apparaat
Het symbool van de
doorstreepte afvalcontainer op
wielen betekent dat het
product in de Europese Unie
apart moet worden verwijderd.
Dit geldt voor het product en
alle van dit symbool voorziene accessoires.
Met dit symbool gekenmerkte producten
mogen nooit met het gewone huisvuil
worden verwijderd, maar moeten worden
ingediend bij een inzamelpunt voor de
recycling van elektrische en elektronische
apparaten. Recycling helpt het verbruik van
grondstoffen te verminderen en het milieu te
ontlasten. Let daarom in elk geval op de
afvalverwijderingsvoorschriften in uw land.
8.2 Verpakking
Als u de verpakking wilt verwijderen, dient u
de in uw land geldende milieuvoorschriften
na te leven.
9. Garantie van de HOYER Handel GmbH
Geachte klant,
Op dit apparaat verlenen wij 3 jaar
garantie vanaf de koopdatum. In geval van
defecten aan dit product heeft u wettelijke
rechten tegenover de verkoper van het
product. Deze wettelijke rechten worden
door onze hierna beschreven garantie niet
beperkt.
Garantievoorwaarden
De garantieperiode begint vanaf de
koopdatum. Bewaar de originele kassabon
op een veilige plaats. Deze bon heeft u
nodig om de koopdatum aan te tonen.
Indien binnen drie jaar vanaf de koopdatum
van het product een materiaal- of
fabricagefout optreedt, wordt het product
door ons (naar onze keuze) of kosteloos
voor u gerepareerd of vervangen. De
voorwaarde voor deze garantieprestatie is
dat binnen de periode van drie jaar het
defecte apparaat en de koopkwitantie
(kassabon) wordt ingeleverd en schriftelijk
kort wordt beschreven waaruit het gebrek

Wanneer het defect door onze garantie
wordt gedekt, ontvangt u het gerepareerde
of een nieuw product terug. Door de

Garantieperiode en wettelijke aanspraak
op garantie
De garantieperiode wordt door de garantie
niet verlengd. Dit geldt ook voor vervangen
en gerepareerde onderdelen. Eventueel al
bij de koop aanwezige schade en gebreken
moeten direct na het uitpakken worden
gemeld. Aan reparaties die na afloop van
de garantieperiode noodzakelijk worden,

Omvang van de garantie
Het apparaat werd volgens strenge
kwaliteitsrichtlijnen geproduceerd en vóór
de levering zorgvuldig gecontroleerd.
De garantie geldt voor materiaal- of
fabricagefouten. Deze garantie wordt niet
verleend voor productonderdelen die
blootgesteld zijn aan normale slijtage en
daarom als slijtonderdelen worden
beschouwd of voor beschadigingen aan
breekbare onderdelen, bijvoorbeeld
schakelaars, accu’s en onderdelen die van
glas zijn gemaakt.
Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het product
werd beschadigd, niet vakkundig werd
gebruikt of onderhouden. Voor een
vakkundig gebruik van het product moeten
alle aanwijzingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing
nauwkeurig worden opgevolgd.
Toepassingsdoelen en handelingen waarvan
in de gebruiksaanwijzing wordt afgeraden of
waarvoor wordt gewaarschuwd, moeten
beslist worden vermeden.
Het product is enkel voor particulier gebruik
en niet voor commercieel gebruik bedoeld.
Bij misbruik of onvakkundige behandeling,
gebruik van geweld en bij ingrepen die niet
door ons geautoriseerde servicecenter
worden uitgevoerd, vervalt de garantie.
Afwikkeling in geval van garantie
Om een snelle bewerking van uw
aangelegenheid te garanderen, dient u de
volgende aanwijzingen op te volgen:
• Houd bij alle aanvragen het
artikelnummer (voor dit apparaat: IAN
86377) en de kassabon als bewijs van
aankoop bij de hand.
• Het artikelnummer vindt u op het
typeplaatje, een gravure, op de
titelbladzijde van uw
gebruiksaanwijzing (links onder) of als
sticker op de voor- of achterzijde.
• Indien er functiestoringen of andere
defecten optreden, neem dan eerst
telefonisch of per e-mail contact op met

• Een als defect geregistreerd product kunt
u vervolgens onder toevoeging van de
kassabon en de beschrijving van het
defect en wanneer dit is opgetreden

4.1 Terms used

into account when dealing with this
appliance.
4.2 General information
• Before using the appliance, be sure to
read these Operating Instructions
carefully. They are a component part of
the appliance and must be available at
all times.
• Use the appliance only for the purpose
described (see “1.1 Intended use” on
page 33).
• Check whether the mains voltage (see
type plate on the appliance) agrees with
your mains voltage.
• This device is not intended to be used by
individuals (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or with a lack of experience
and/or lack of knowledge, unless
supervised by a person responsible for
their safety or they have received
instructions from such a person as to
how to use the device. Children should
always be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the device.
If there should be any malfunctions, the
appliance may only be repaired by our
Service Centre. The contact data can be
found in “Service Centre” on page 39.
• The appliance must only be set up on a
firm, level, dry and non-flammable
surface.
• Check that the power socket is easily
accessible so that you can pull out the
mains plug quickly if necessary.
4.3 Protection against electric shock
Warning! The following safety
information is intended to protect
you against electric shock.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen
on the floor, received a hard blow or
fallen into water. In this case, please
contact our Service Centre. The contact
data can be found in “Service Centre”
on page 39.
• The appliance must not under any
circumstances be used if it is damaged.
Have the device repaired in such cases
by a qualified specialist. The contact

• If the mains cable for this appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or a person with similar
qualifications in order to avoid a
hazard.
• Never use the appliance in the
immediate vicinity of a sink, bath tub,
shower or swimming pool as splashes
might enter the appliance.
• Water or other liquids must never be
allowed to enter the appliance. For this
reason:
– never use outdoors;
– never place containers filled with
liquid, such as drinking glasses, vases
etc. on the appliance;
If nonetheless liquid does enter the
appliance, unplug the mains plug
immediately and have the appliance
repaired by a qualified specialist. The
contact data can be found in “Service
Centre” on page 39.
• Never touch the appliance, the mains
cord or the mains plug with moist hands.
• Always pull the mains cord out by the
plug. Never pull it by the cord itself.
• Ensure that the mains cable is not kinked,
twisted or crushed.
• Ensure that the mains cable is not
damaged on sharp edges.
• Keep the mains cord away from hot
surfaces (such as stove eyes).
• If you are not using the appliance for a
prolonged period of time, remove the
plug from the wall socket. Only then is
the appliance completely free of current.
• You should avoid using extension cords.
This is only allowed under very
particular conditions:
– The extension cord has to be suited for
the appliance's amperage.
– The extension cord must not be
installed "loose": it must not be
possible to trip over it or within the
reach of children.
– The extension cord must not by any
means be damaged.
– No other devices other than this
appliance must be connected to the
mains socket, as otherwise
overloading of the power supply
network could occur (multiple sockets
are not allowed!).
• The appliance must not be operated
with an external time switch or separate
remote control system, such as a wireless
remote control socket.
4.4 Protection against injury
Warning! To avoid injury, please
observe the following information.
• Ensure that it is not possible for anyone
to trip over or to get caught up in or step
on the mainscable.
• Never insert fingers or any objects
through the openings into the inside of
the appliance.
4.5 For the safety of your child
Warning! Children often cannot
assess dangers correctly and are
injured as a result. Please therefore
observe the following:
• This product may only be used under
adult supervision to ensure that children
do not play with the appliance.
• Always take care to ensure the
appliance is kept out of the reach of
children at all times.
• Ensure that the packing foil does not
become a deadly trap for a child.
Packing foils are not toys.

5. Before using for the first time
1. Unpack the appliance carefully from the
packaging and remove the packing
material.
2. Place the appliance on a level, dry
surface.
3. Insert the mains plug into a suitable
mains socket (see “3. Technical data”
on page 34).
6. Operation
Caution!
The cover 5 is for service use only. In
operation, it must always be tightened in
order to prevent possible damages.
6.1 Switching on/off
Switching on:
Turn the On/Off switch 3 to "ON".
Switching off:
Turn the On/Off switch 3 to "OFF".
6.2 Setting the blower setting
The blower settings are used to select how
fast the appliance circulates air in the room.
The appliance has four blower settings.
Set the desired blower setting by turning the
blower settings switch 1 to the desired
setting.
Note: The individual blower settings each
exist twice. Turn the blower settings switch 1
clockwise if you wish to start with a low
blower setting and turn it anti-clockwise if
you wish to start with a high blower setting.
6.3 Setting the running time
The appliance has a timer which you can
use to set the desired running time to
between 0 and 120 minutes.
1. Switch on the timer by turning rotary
switch 3 to any time between 0 and 120
minutes. The power supply is switched on
at the same time.
2. To switch off the timer, set rotary
switch 3 to "OFF".
Note If you want the appliance to operate
continuously, set rotary switch 3 to "ON".
6.4 Setting the angle of tilt
Caution! Never pivot the vent grille 2 by
hand. This could damage the appliance.
The tilt angle can be set by pivoting the vent
grille 2:
1. Activate the pivoting vent grille 2 by
setting the switch 4 to "MOVE".
The vent grille 2 will pivot and distribute
the air evenly within the room.
2. If you desire a specific tilt angle, wait for
the vent grille 2 to move into the
corresponding position and then set the
switch 4 to "STOP".
Note: If you have selected position "0" for
the blower settings switch 1, the vent grille 2
will also stop pivoting.
6.5 Transport
1. Check that the appliance is switched off
before transportation.

2. Disconnect the power supply plug from
the mains socket.
3. Use the carry handle 6 to transport the
appliance.
7. Cleaning
To ensure your product gives you lasting
service, you should clean it regularly.
Warning! To avoid the danger of
an electric shock or damage:
– Always disconnect the power
supply before cleaning.
– Never immerse the appliance in
water.
– Do not allow any water or
detergent to get into the
appliance.
Caution! Never use caustic or abrasive
cleaning agents, as they could damage the
parts.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.
You can also use a little washing-up
liquid or a special cleaning agent for
paint or plastic.
8. Disposal
8.1 Appliance
The symbol with the crossed-
out rubbish bin on wheels
means that within the European
Union, the product must be
disposed of to a sorted rubbish
collection. This applies to the
product and all accessories which are
marked with this symbol. Marked products
must not be disposed of via the regular
domestic waste but must be handed in to a
recycling centre for electrical or electronic
devices. Recycling helps to reduce the use of
raw materials and to relieve the
environment. It is therefore imperative that
you follow the disposal regulations
applicable in your country.
8.2 Packaging
If you would like to dispose of the
packaging, please observe the
corresponding environmental regulations in
your country.

Dear Customer,
You have a warranty on this product which
is valid for 3 years from the date of
purchase. In the event of this product being
defective, you have statutory rights against
the seller of the product. These statutory
rights are not limited by our warranty as set
out below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period begins with the date of
purchase. Please keep the original till receipt
in a safe place. This is required as your
proof of purchase.
If a defect in materials or workmanship
occurs within three years of the date your
product was purchased, we will repair or
replace the product at our discretion at no
charge to you. This service under warranty
assumes that the defective product and the
proof of purchase (till receipt) are submitted
within the three-year period and that a brief
description in writing is provided of what the
defect is and when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, the
repaired product or a new one will be sent
back to you. There is no new warranty
period following repair or replacement of
the product.
Warranty period and statutory claims
relating to defects
The warranty period is not extended when a
service is provided under warranty. This also
applies to replaced and repaired parts. Any
damage or defects present at purchase must
be reported immediately the product is
unpacked. Repairs incurred once the
warranty period has expired are
chargeable.
Scope of warranty
The product has been carefully
manufactured in accordance with strict
quality guidelines and was thoroughly
checked before being delivered.
The warranty applies to defective materials
or workmanship. This warranty does not
extend to product parts exposed to normal
wear and tear (and which can therefore be
considered wear parts) or to damage to
fragile parts such as switches, batteries or
parts made of glass.
This warranty is void if the product is
damaged or if it is not used or maintained
properly. All the information in the operating
instructions should be observed precisely to
ensure that the product is used properly.
It is essential to avoid intended uses and
actions which are discouraged or warned
against in the operating instructions.
The product is intended for only private use
and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty is void in the event of misuse,
incorrect treatment, use of force or
interference by anyone other than our
authorized service centre.

Ziehen Sie niemals an der Leitung selber. • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzanschlussleitung nie geknickt oder gequetscht wird. • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzanschlussleitung nicht durch scharfe Kanten beschädigt wird. • Halten Sie die Netzanschlussleitung von heißen Flächen (z.B. Herdplatte) fern. SVW 50 A1 • Wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht benutzen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Nur dann ist das Gerät völlig stromfrei. • Die Benutzung von Verlängerungskabeln sollten Sie vermeiden. Sie ist nur unter ganz bestimmten Voraussetzungen gestattet: – Das Verlängerungskabel muss für die Stromstärke des Gerätes geeignet sein. – Das Verlängerungskabel darf nicht „fliegend“ verlegt sein: es darf nicht zur Stolperfalle werden oder von Kindern erreichbar sein. – Das Verlängerungskabel darf keinesfalls beschädigt sein. – Es dürfen keine weiteren Geräte als dieses Gerät an der Netzsteckdose angeschlossen werden, da es sonst zu einer Überlastung des Stromnetzes kommen kann (Verbot von Mehrfachsteckdosen!). • Das Gerät darf nicht mit einer externen Zeitschaltuhr oder einem separaten Fernwirksystem, wie zum Beispiel einer Funksteckdose, betrieben werden. 4.4 Schutz vor Verletzungen Warnung! Januar 2013 5:05 17 4.5 Zur Sicherheit Ihres Kindes Warnung! Kinder können Gefahren oft nicht richtig einschätzen und sich dadurch Verletzungen zuziehen. Beachten Sie daher: • Dieses Gerät darf nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen verwendet werden um sicherzustellen, dass Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. • Achten Sie sorgfältig darauf, dass sich das Gerät immer außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern befindet. • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Verpackungsfolie nicht zur tödlichen Falle für Kinder wird. Verpackungsfolien sind kein Spielzeug. 5. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch 1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät vorsichtig aus der Verpackung und entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial. 2. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, trockene Fläche. 3. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine geeignete Steckdose (siehe „3. Technische Daten“ auf Seite 4). 6. Bedienen Vorsicht! Die Abdeckung 5 dient ausschließlich Servicezwecken. Im Betrieb muss sie immer festgeschraubt sein, um mögliche Schäden zu vermeiden. 6.1 Ein- und ausschalten Einschalten: Drehen Sie den Ein- / Aus-Schalter 3 auf „ON”. Ausschalten: Drehen Sie den Ein- / Aus-Schalter 3 auf „OFF”. 6.2 Gebläsestufe einstellen Mit den Gebläsestufen wählen Sie, wie schnell das Gerät die Luft im Raum umwälzt. Das Gerät besitzt vier Gebläsestufen. 6 Wählen Sie die gewünschte Gebläsestufe, indem Sie den Schalter Gebläsestufen 1 auf die gewünschte Stufe drehen. Hinweis: Die einzelnen Gebläsestufen sind doppelt vorhanden. Drehen Sie den Schalter Gebläsestufen 1 nach rechts, wenn Sie mit einer kleinen Gebläsestufe starten wollen und drehen Sie ihn nach links, wenn Sie mit einer großen Gebläsestufe beginnen wollen. 6.3 Laufdauer einstellen Das Gerät besitzt einen Timer, mit dem Sie die gewünschte Laufdauer zwischen 0 und 120 Minuten einstellen können. 1. Januar 2013 5:05 17 Gleichzeitig wird die Stromversorgung eingeschaltet. 2. Um den Timer auszuschalten, stellen Sie den Drehschalter 3 auf „OFF“. Hinweis: Wenn Sie das Gerät im Dauerbetrieb arbeiten lassen wollen, müssen Sie den Drehschalter 3 auf „ON“ stellen. 6.4 Windrichtung einstellen Vorsicht! Drehen Sie das Lüftungsgitter 2 nie von Hand. Dadurch könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden. Die Windrichtung ist durch Drehen des Lüftungsgitters 2 einstellbar: 1. Schalten Sie das drehbare Lüftungsgitter 2 ein, indem Sie den Schalter 4 auf „MOVE” stellen. Das Lüftungsgitter 2 dreht sich und verteilt die Luft gleichmäßig im Raum. 2. Wenn Sie eine bestimmte Windrichtung haben möchten, warten Sie, bis sich das Lüftungsgitter 2 in der entsprechenden Position befindet und schalten dann den Schalter 4 auf „STOP”. Hinweis: Wenn Sie am Schalter für die Gebläsestufen 1 die Stellung „0” gewählt haben, dreht sich auch das Lüftungsgitter 2 nicht mehr. 6.5 Transport 1. Stellen Sie vor dem Transport sicher, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. 2. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. 3. Transportieren Sie das Gerät am Tragegriff 6. 7. Reinigen Damit Sie lange Freude an Ihrem Gerät haben, sollten Sie es regelmäßig reinigen. Warnung! Um die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages oder einer Beschädigung zu vermeiden: – Trennen Sie vor jeder Reinigung die Stromversorgung. – Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser. – Lassen Sie kein Wasser oder Reinigungsmittel in das Gerät laufen. Entsorgung 8.1 Gerät Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Abfalltonne auf Rädern bedeutet, dass das Gerät in der Europäischen Union einer getrennten Müllsammlung zugeführt werden muss. Dies gilt für das Gerät und alle mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichneten Zubehörteile. Gekennzeichnete Geräte dürfen nicht über den normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden, sondern müssen an einer Annahmestelle für das Recycling von elektri- schen und elektronischen Geräten abgegeben werden. Si le câble d‘alimenation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son service après-ventes ou des personne de qualification similaire afin d‘éviter un danger. N'utilisez jamais l'appareil à proximité immédiate d'un lavabo, d'une baignoire, d'une douche ou d'une piscine, car de l'eau pourrait être projetée sur l'appareil. L’eau ou d’autres liquides ne peuvent en aucun cas pénétrer dans l’appareil. Par conséquent : – Ne jamais l’utiliser à l’air libre ; – Ne jamais poser sur l’appareil des récipients remplis de liquide tels que des verres, des vases, etc ; Si du liquide pénètre dans l’appareil, débranchez immédiatement la fiche secteur et confiez la réparation de l’appareil au personnel spécialisé et qualifié. Débranchez toujours le câble secteur en tirant sur la prise mâle. Ne tirez jamais sur le câble lui-même. Veillez à ne jamais couder ou coincer le câble d’alimentation. SVW 50 A1 • Veillez à ce que le câble secteur ne soit pas endommagé par des arêtes vives. • Maintenez le câble secteur éloigné des surfaces à haute température (comme de la table de cuisson par ex.). • Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil pendant une période prolongée, retirez la fiche secteur de la prise de courant. Dès lors, l’appareil ne sera plus du tout alimenté en courant. • Evitez l’utilisation de rallonges. Elle est autorisée dans certaines conditions uniquement : – la rallonge doit convenir à l’ampérage de l'appareil ; – la rallonge ne doit pas être posée « volante » : elle ne doit ni pouvoir provoquer de chute, ni pouvoir être atteinte par des enfants ; – la rallonge ne doit en aucun cas être endommagée ; – aucun autre appareil que celui-ci ne doit être raccordé à la prise femelle secteur, une surcharge du secteur pouvant sinon survenir (multiprises interdites !). • L'appareil ne doit pas être mis en marche au moyen d'un interrupteur horaire programmable ni d'un système de déclenchement à distance séparé, par ex. prise à télécommande RF. 4.4 Protection contre les blessures Attention ! Januar 2013 5:05 17 4.5 Pour la sécurité de votre enfant Attention ! Les enfants ne sont fréquemment pas à même d’évaluer correctement les dangers, risquant ainsi de se blesser. Prenez note par conséquent : • Ce produit ne doit être utilisé que sous la surveillance d'adultes pour empêcher que des enfants jouent avec. • Veillez attentivement à ce que l’appareil se trouve toujours hors de la portée des enfants. • Ne laissez jamais les enfants jouer avec l’emballage plastique (risque d’étouffement). Les films d’emballage ne sont pas des jouets. 5. Avant la première utilisation 1. Sortez l’appareil de son emballage avec précaution et retirez le matériau d’emballage. 2. Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane et sèche. 3. Enfichez la fiche de secteur dans une prise appropriée (voir « 3. Caractéristiques techniques » à la page 12). 6. Utilisation Prudence ! Le couvercle 5 est pour entretien uniquement. Pendant le fonctionnement, il doit toujours être serrés afin d'éviter tout dommage éventuel. 6.1 Mise en marche et à l’arrêt Mise en marche : Positionnez l’ interrupteur marche/arrêt 3 sur « ON ». Mise à l’arrêt : Positionnez l’ interrupteur marche/arrêt 3 sur « OFF ». 6.2 Réglage du niveau de ventilation Le niveau de ventilation permet de sélectionner la vitesse de brassage de l’air dans la pièce. L’appareil possède quatre niveaux de ventilation. 14 Choisissez le niveau de ventilation souhaité en positionnant le commutateur de réglage du niveau de ventilation 1 sur le niveau correspondant. Remarque : Les différents niveaux de ventilation sont disponibles en double. Tournez le commutateur de réglage du niveau de ventilation 1 vers la droite si vous souhaitez démarrer avec un faible niveau de ventilation et tournez-le vers la gauche si vous souhaitez démarrer avec un niveau de ventilation élevé. 6.3 Réglage de la durée de fonctionnement L'appareil est muni d'un minuteur qui permet de régler la durée de fonctionnement entre 0 et 120 minutes. 1. L'appareil s'allume automatiquement. 2. Pour désactiver le minuteur, il suffit de mettre le bouton rotatif 3 sur 'OFF'. Ne faites jamais tourner la grille de ventilation 2 à la main. Ceci risque d’endommager l’appareil. Pour régler la direction du flux d’air, vous devez activer la grille de ventilation 2 : 1. Activez la grille de ventilation 2 rotative en positionnant le commutateur 4 sur « MOVE ». La grille de ventilation 2 tourne et répartit l’air uniformément dans la pièce. 2. Si vous souhaitez orienter le flux d’air dans une direction donnée, patientez jusqu’à ce que la grille de ventilation 2 se trouve dans la position correspondante et positionnez alors le commutateur 4 sur « STOP ». Remarque : Si vous positionnez le commutateur de réglage du niveau de ventilation 1 sur « 0 », la grille de ventilation 2 s’arrête également de tourner. 6.5 Transport 1. Assurez-vous avant le transport que l’appareil est à l’arrêt. 2. Débranchez la fiche secteur de la prise secteur. 3. Transportez l’appareil par la poignée de transport 6. 7. Nettoyage Pour profiter longtemps de votre appareil, il est recommandé de le nettoyer régulièrement. Avertissement ! Per i dati di contatto si rimanda al "Centro d’assistenza" a pagina 25. • Se il cavo di rete di questo apparecchio è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal produttore o da una persona ugualmente qualificata, per evitare pericoli. • Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio in prossimità di lavelli, vasche da bagno, docce o piscine, poiché gli schizzi d’acqua potrebbero penetrare nell’apparecchio. • Evitare il contatto di acqua o di altri liquidi con l’apparecchio. Quindi: – non utilizzare all’aperto; – non posizionare contenitori con liquidi quali vasi, bicchieri, ecc. sull’apparecchio; In caso di contatto dell’apparecchio con liquidi, rimuovere immediatamente la spina di rete e far riparare il dispositivo da personale qualificato. Non tirare mai il cavo stesso. • Fare attenzione a non piegare o schiacciare mai il cavo di rete. • Accertarsi che il cavo di rete non venga danneggiato da spigoli appuntiti. • Tenete il cavo di allacciamento alla rete lontano da superfici calde (p. es. piastra del piano cottura). • Se l’unità non viene utilizzata per lungo tempo, estrarre la spina dalla presa. SVW 50 A1 Soltanto in questo modo l’apparecchio è completamente privo di alimentazione. • Dovreste evitare l’uso di prolunghe. Questo è consentito solo in condizioni del tutto particolari: – la prolunga deve essere adatta per l’amperaggio dell’apparecchio; – la prolunga non deve essere posata in modo "volante”: non si deve potervi inciampare o essere raggiungibile dai bambini; – la prolunga non deve in nessun caso essere danneggiata; – alla presa elettrica non devono essere allacciati altri apparecchi oltre a questo, poiché altrimenti può verificarsi un sovraccarico della rete elettrica (divieto di prese multiple!). • L’apparecchio non deve essere azionato con un timer esterno o con un sistema di telecontrollo separato, come ad esempio una presa telecomandata. 4.4 Protezione da lesioni Pericolo! Osservare le seguenti indicazioni, per evitare di provocare lesioni. • Assicurarsi che non sussista mai il pericolo di inciampare nel cavo di rete oppure che nessuno vi si possa impigliare o lo possa calpestare. • Non tentare mai di raggiungere con dita od oggetti l’interno dell’unità passando attraverso i fori. 4.5 Per la sicurezza dei bambini Pericolo! Le pellicole da imballaggio non sono giocattoli. 5. Istruzioni preliminari 1. Estrarre con cautela l’apparecchio dall’imballaggio e rimuovere il materiale di imballaggio. 2. Collocare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana e asciutta. 3. Inserire la spina di rete in una presa idonea (vedi "3. Dati tecnici" a pagina 20). 6. Funzionamento Attenzione! Il coperchio 5 è eletto usare solo. Durante il funzionamento, deve sempre essere serrati per evitare possibili danni. 6.1 Accensione e spegnimento Accensione: Ruotare l'interruttore I / O 3 su "ON". Spegnimento: Ruotare l'interruttore I / O 3 su "OFF". 6.2 Regolazione dei livelli di ventilazione Con i livelli di ventilazione si seleziona la velocità con cui l'apparecchio farà circolare l'aria nel locale. L'apparecchio ha quattro livelli di ventilazione Selezionare il livello di ventilazione desiderato ruotando l'interruttore dei livelli di ventilazione 1 sul livello desiderato. Nota: Ogni livello di ventilazione è 22 disponibile due volte. Ruotare l'interruttore dei livelli di ventilazione 1 verso destra se si desidera cominciare con un livello più basso e verso sinistra se si desidera cominciare con un livello più alto. 6.3 Impostare la durata di funzionamento L'apparecchio è dotato di un timer, con il quale è possibile impostare la durata di funzionamento desiderata tra 0 e 120 minuti. 1. Attivare il timer, mettendo l'interruttore rotante 3 su una posizione compresa tra 0 e 120 minuti. Contemporaneamente viene attivata l'alimentazione elettrica. 2. Per disattivare il timer, mettere l'interruttore rotante 3 su "OFF". Indicazione: Se si desidera far funzionare l'apparecchio in modalità continua, l'interruttore rotante 3 deve essere impostato su "ON". RP86377 Standventilator LB1 Seite 23 Dienstag, 22. Januar 2013 5:05 17 6.4 Regolazione della direzione della corrente d’aria Attenzione! Non ruotare mai manualmente la griglia di aerazione 2. L’apparecchio potrebbe risultarne danneggiato. La direzione della corrente d’aria può essere impostata ruotando la griglia di aerazione 2: 1. attivare la griglia di aerazione 2 girevole posizionando l'interruttore 4 su "MOVE". La griglia di aerazione 2 ruota e distribuisce l'aria in modo uniforme nell'ambiente. 2. Per impostare una determinata direzione della corrente d'aria, attendere che la griglia di aerazione 2 si trovi nella posizione corrispondente e spostare l'interruttore 4 su "STOP". Nota: se sull'interruttore dei livelli di ventilazione 1 è stata selezionata la posizione "0", anche la griglia di aerazione 2 non ruota più. 6.5 Trasporto 1. Prima del trasporto assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia spento. 2. Estrarre la spina di rete dalla presa. 3. Trasportare l'apparecchio utilizzando l'apposita maniglia 6. 7. Pulizia Per poter prolungare la durata dell’unità si consiglia di effettuare una pulizia regolare. Attenzione! Per evitare il pericolo di folgorazioni o di danni: – prima di ogni intervento di pulizia è necessario scollegare l’alimentazione. – Non immergere l’apparecchio in acqua. – Evitare la penetrazione di acqua o detergenti nell’apparecchio. Smaltimento 8.1 Apparecchio Il simbolo con il bidone della spazzatura su ruote depennato significa che nell'Unione Europea il prodotto deve essere smaltito nella spazzatura differenziata. Ciò vale sia per il prodotto che per tutti gli accessori contrassegnati con lo stesso simbolo. I prodotti contrassegnati non possono essere smaltiti nei rifiuti normali, ma devono essere consegnati ad un ufficio accettazione di riciclaggio di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. Il riciclaggio aiuta a ridurre notevolmente il consumo di materie grezze e soprattutto l'inquinamento ambientale. Beschrijving apparaat 1.1 Beoogd gebruik Het apparaat mag uitsluitend op de bodem worden geplaatst. Met deze ventilator SilverCrest SVW 50 A1 kunt u de lucht in droge binnenruimten laten circuleren. Veiligheidsinstructies 4.1 Verklaring van begrippen Volgende aandachtstrekkers vindt u in deze gebruiksaanwijzing: Waarschuwing! Hoog risico. Niet-naleving van de waarschuwing kan tot letsel en zelfs de dood leiden. Voorzichtig! Gemiddeld risico. Niet-naleving van de waarschuwing kan tot materiële schade leiden. Opmerking: Laag risico. Zaken waar u in de omgang met het apparaat rekening mee dient te houden. 4.2 Algemene aanwijzingen • Lees vóór het gebruik a.u.b. aandachtig deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Ze is bestanddeel van het apparaat en moet te allen tijde beschikbaar zijn. • Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend voor de beschreven toepassing (zie „1.1 Beoogd gebruik“ op pagina 26). • Controleer of de benodigde netspanning (zie typeplaatje op het apparaat) overeenstemt met uw netspanning. • Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om te worden gebruikt door personen (inclusief kinderen) met beperkte fysieke, SVW 50 A1 sensorische of geestelijke capaciteiten of met een gebrek aan ervaring en/of kennis, tenzij dit gebeurt onder toezicht van een persoon die voor hun veiligheid verantwoordelijk is of indien ze van deze persoon instructies kregen over hoe het apparaat dient te worden gebruikt. Op kinderen dient men altijd toe te zien, om te garanderen dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen. • Bij eventuele storingen in de werking mag de reparatie van het apparaat alleen door ons servicecenter gebeuren. De contactgegevens vindt u in „Servicecenter” op pagina 32. • Het apparaat mag uitsluitend op een stevige, vlakke, droge en niet brandbare ondergrond worden geplaatst. • Let erop dat het stopcontact goed toegankelijk is zodat u de netstekker er eventueel snel uit kunt trekken. 4.3 Bescherming tegen elektrische schokken Waarschuwing! De volgende veiligheidsinstructies zijn bestemd om u tegen een elektrische schok te beschermen. • Als het apparaat mocht zijn gevallen of als er hard tegenaan is gestoten, of als het in het water is gevallen, mag u het niet verder gebruiken. Als het apparaat is beschadigd, mag het in geen geval meer worden gebruikt. Laat het apparaat in dat geval door gekwalificeerd personeel repareren. Als het netsnoer van dit apparaat wordt beschadigd, moet het door de fabrikant of een ander gekwalificeerd persoon worden vervangen om gevaar te voorkomen. Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de directe nabijheid van een gootsteen, een badkuip, een douche of een zwembad omdat er spatwater in het apparaat zou kunnen komen. Er mogen in geen geval water of andere vloeistoffen in het apparaat komen. Let daarom op het volgende: – Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de open lucht. – Plaats nooit met vloeistof gevulde voorwerpen zoals glazen of vazen op het apparaat. Als er niettemin vloeistof in het apparaat komt, trek dan onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat door gekwalificeerd vakpersoneel repareren. De contactgegevens vindt u in „Service-center” op pagina 32. Raak het apparaat, het netsnoer of de stekker nooit met vochtige handen aan. Trek het netsnoer altijd aan de stekker uit. Trek nooit aan het snoer zelf. Let erop dat het netsnoer niet geknikt of afgekneld wordt. Let erop dat het netsnoer niet door scherpe randen wordt beschadigd. Houd het netsnoer uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken (bijv. kookplaten). • Wanneer u het apparaat langere tijd niet gebruikt, trek dan de stekker uit het stopcontact. Alleen dan is het apparaat volledig stroomvrij. • Het gebruik van verlengsnoeren dient u te vermijden. Dit is slechts onder strikte voorwaarden toegestaan: – het verlengsnoer moet geschikt zijn voor de stroomsterkte van het apparaat; – het verlengsnoer mag niet "hangend" worden gelegd: het mag niet voor struikelgevaar zorgen en moet voor kinderen onbereikbaar zijn; – het verlengsnoer mag in geen geval beschadigd zijn; – er mogen geen andere apparaten dan dit apparaat op hetzelfde stopcontact worden aangesloten, want dit zou tot een overbelasting van het stroomnet kunnen leiden (meervoudige contactdozen verboden!). • Het apparaat mag niet met een externe tijdschakelklok of een aparte afstandsbedieningssyteem zoals bij v. een radiocontactdoos worden gebruikt. 4.4 Bescherming tegen letsel Waarschuwing! Neem de volgende aanwijzingen in acht om letsel te voorkomen. • Zorg ervoor dat niemand over het netsnoer kan struikelen, er verstrikt in kan raken of erop kan trappen. • Probeer nooit met uw vingers of voorwerpen door de openingen in het inwendige van het apparaat te grijpen. RP86377 Standventilator LB1 Seite 29 Dienstag, 22. Januar 2013 5:05 17 4.5 Voor de veiligheid van uw kind Waarschuwing! Kinderen kunnen gevaren vaak niet juist inschatten en daardoor letsel oplopen. Let daarom op het volgende: • Dit product mag alleen onder toezicht van volwassenen worden gebruikt om te garanderen dat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen. • Let er zorgvuldig op dat het apparaat zich altijd buiten bereik van kinderen bevindt. • Zorg ervoor dat de verpakkingsfolie niet een dodelijke val voor kinderen kan vormen. Verpakkingsfolie is geen speelgoed. 5. Voor het eerste gebruik 1. Haal het apparaat voorzichtig uit de verpakking en haal het verpakkingsmateriaal weg. 2. Zet het apparaat op een egaal, droog oppervlak. 3. Steek de stekker in een geschikt stopcontact (zie „3. Technische gegevens“ op pagina 27). 6. Bediening Voorzichtig! Het deksel 5 is alleen ter dienst. In de operatie moet het worden altijd geschroefd strak om mogelijke schade te voorkomen. 6.1 In- en uitschakelen Inschakelen: Schakel de in-/uitschakelaar 3 op „ON”. Uitschakelen: Schakel de in-/uitschakelaar op „OFF”. 6.2 Ventilatorstand instellen Met de ventilatorstanden kiest u hoe snel het apparaat de lucht in de ruimte laat circuleren. Het apparaat heeft vier ventilatorstanden. SVW 50 A1 Selecteer de gewenste ventilatorstand door de schakelaar ventilatorstanden 1 op de gewenste stand te draaien. Aanwijzing: De afzonderlijke ventilatorstanden zijn dubbel aanwezig. Draai de schakelaar ventilatorstanden 1 naar rechts wanneer u met een kleine ventilatorstand wilt starten en draai deze naar links wanneer u met een grote ventilatorstand wilt beginnen. 6.3 Werkingsduur instellen Het apparaat beschikt over een timer waarmee u de gewenste werkingsduur kunt instellen tussen 0 en 120 minuten. 1. Schakel de timer in door draaischakelaar 3 op een willekeurige tijd tussen 0 en 120 minuten te zetten. Tegelijkertijd wordt de stroomvoorziening ingeschakeld. 29 RP86377 Standventilator LB1 Seite 30 Dienstag, 22. Januar 2013 5:05 17 2. Om de timer uit te schakelen zet u de draaischakelaar 3 op "OFF". Aanwijzing: wanneer u het apparaat continu wilt laten werken, moet u de draaischakelaar 3 op "ON" zetten. 6.4 Windrichting instellen Voorzichtig! Draai het ventilatierooster 2 nooit met de hand. Daardoor kan het apparaat beschadigd raken. De windrichting is door het draaien van het ventilatierooster 2 instelbaar: 1. Schakel het draaibare ventilatierooster 2 in, door de schakelaar 4 op „MOVE” te zetten. Het ventilatierooster 2 draait en verdeelt de lucht gelijkmatig in de ruimte. 2. Wanneer u een bepaalde windrichting wilt hebben, wacht u tot het ventilatierooster 2 zich op de desbetreffende positie bevindt en dan schakelt u de schakelaar 4 op „STOP”. Aanwijzing: Wanneer u op de schakelaar voor de ventilatorstanden 1 de stand „0” heeft gekozen, draait ook het ventilatierooster 2 niet meer. 6.5 Transport 1. Zorg voor het transport dat het apparaat is uitgeschakeld. 2. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. 3. Transporteer het apparaat aan de draaggreep 6. 7. Reiniging U moet het toestel regelmatig reinigen om lang plezier van uw apparaat te hebben. Waarschuwing! Om gevaar van een elektrische schok of een beschadiging te voorkomen: – Haalt u voor elke reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact. – Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water. – Laat geen water of reinigingsmiddel in het apparaat lopen. Voorzichtig! Gebruik nooit scherpe of schurende reinigingsmiddelen, omdat onderdelen van het apparaat hierdoor beschadigd kunnen worden. • Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek. Weggooien 8.1 Apparaat Het symbool van de doorstreepte afvalcontainer op wielen betekent dat het product in de Europese Unie apart moet worden verwijderd. Dit geldt voor het product en alle van dit symbool voorziene accessoires. Met dit symbool gekenmerkte producten mogen nooit met het gewone huisvuil worden verwijderd, maar moeten worden ingediend bij een inzamelpunt voor de recycling van elektrische en elektronische apparaten. Recycling helpt het verbruik van grondstoffen te verminderen en het milieu te ontlasten. Let daarom in elk geval op de afvalverwijderingsvoorschriften in uw land. 8.2 Verpakking Als u de verpakking wilt verwijderen, dient u de in uw land geldende milieuvoorschriften na te leven. 9. Garantie van de HOYER Handel GmbH Geachte klant, Op dit apparaat verlenen wij 3 jaar garantie vanaf de koopdatum. In geval van defecten aan dit product heeft u wettelijke rechten tegenover de verkoper van het product. Deze wettelijke rechten worden door onze hierna beschreven garantie niet beperkt. Garantievoorwaarden De garantieperiode begint vanaf de koopdatum. Bewaar de originele kassabon op een veilige plaats. Deze bon heeft u nodig om de koopdatum aan te tonen. Indien binnen drie jaar vanaf de koopdatum van het product een materiaal- of fabricagefout optreedt, wordt het product door ons (naar onze keuze) of kosteloos voor u gerepareerd of vervangen. De voorwaarde voor deze garantieprestatie is dat binnen de periode van drie jaar het SVW 50 A1 defecte apparaat en de koopkwitantie (kassabon) wordt ingeleverd en schriftelijk kort wordt beschreven waaruit het gebrek bestaat en wanneer dit is opgetreden. Wanneer het defect door onze garantie wordt gedekt, ontvangt u het gerepareerde of een nieuw product terug. Door de reparatie of vervanging van het product begint geen nieuwe garantieperiode. Garantieperiode en wettelijke aanspraak op garantie De garantieperiode wordt door de garantie niet verlengd. Dit geldt ook voor vervangen en gerepareerde onderdelen. Eventueel al bij de koop aanwezige schade en gebreken moeten direct na het uitpakken worden gemeld. Januar 2013 5:05 17 Omvang van de garantie Het apparaat werd volgens strenge kwaliteitsrichtlijnen geproduceerd en vóór de levering zorgvuldig gecontroleerd. De garantie geldt voor materiaal- of fabricagefouten. Deze garantie wordt niet verleend voor productonderdelen die blootgesteld zijn aan normale slijtage en daarom als slijtonderdelen worden beschouwd of voor beschadigingen aan breekbare onderdelen, bijvoorbeeld schakelaars, accu’s en onderdelen die van glas zijn gemaakt. Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het product werd beschadigd, niet vakkundig werd gebruikt of onderhouden. Voor een vakkundig gebruik van het product moeten alle aanwijzingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing nauwkeurig worden opgevolgd. Toepassingsdoelen en handelingen waarvan in de gebruiksaanwijzing wordt afgeraden of waarvoor wordt gewaarschuwd, moeten beslist worden vermeden. Het product is enkel voor particulier gebruik en niet voor commercieel gebruik bedoeld. If the mains cable for this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a person with similar qualifications in order to avoid a hazard. Never use the appliance in the immediate vicinity of a sink, bath tub, shower or swimming pool as splashes might enter the appliance. Water or other liquids must never be allowed to enter the appliance. For this reason: – never use outdoors; – never place containers filled with liquid, such as drinking glasses, vases etc. on the appliance; If nonetheless liquid does enter the appliance, unplug the mains plug immediately and have the appliance repaired by a qualified specialist. Unpack the appliance carefully from the packaging and remove the packing material. 2. Place the appliance on a level, dry surface. 3. Insert the mains plug into a suitable mains socket (see “3. Technical data” on page 34). 6. Operation Caution! The cover 5 is for service use only. In operation, it must always be tightened in order to prevent possible damages. 6.1 Switching on/off Switching on: Turn the On/Off switch 3 to "ON". Switching off: Turn the On/Off switch 3 to "OFF". 6.2 Setting the blower setting The blower settings are used to select how fast the appliance circulates air in the room. The appliance has four blower settings. Set the desired blower setting by turning the blower settings switch 1 to the desired setting. Note: The individual blower settings each exist twice. Turn the blower settings switch 1 clockwise if you wish to start with a low blower setting and turn it anti-clockwise if you wish to start with a high blower setting. 6.3 Setting the running time The appliance has a timer which you can use to set the desired running time to between 0 and 120 minutes. 36 1. Switch on the timer by turning rotary switch 3 to any time between 0 and 120 minutes. The power supply is switched on at the same time. 2. To switch off the timer, set rotary switch 3 to "OFF". Note If you want the appliance to operate continuously, set rotary switch 3 to "ON". 6.4 Setting the angle of tilt Caution! Never pivot the vent grille 2 by hand. This could damage the appliance. The tilt angle can be set by pivoting the vent grille 2: 1. Activate the pivoting vent grille 2 by setting the switch 4 to "MOVE". The vent grille 2 will pivot and distribute the air evenly within the room. 2. In the event of this product being defective, you have statutory rights against the seller of the product. These statutory rights are not limited by our warranty as set out below.
