In dieser Gebrauchsanweisung werden nur die zusätzlichen Aspekte für Wartung und Pflege und der Verwendung als Laubbläser dargestellt, die in der Gebrauchsanweisung des MotorBasisgerätes nicht genannt sind. Grundsätzlich sind alle in der Gebrauchsanweisung des MotorBasisgerätes aufgeführten Angaben, insbesondere die Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Lesen Sie vor der Montage und der ersten Inbetriebnahme diese Gebrauchsanweisung und die Gebrauchsanweisung des MotorBasisgerätes gründlich durch und beachten Sie unbedingt alle Sicherheitsvorschriften! Um die Leistungsfähigkeit Ihres Gerätes über eine lange Zeit zu erhalten, sollten Sie die Betriebs- und Wartungshinweise genau einhalten. Sollten Sie nach dem Studium der Gebrauchsanweisungen noch weitergehende Fragen haben, steht Ihnen Ihr SOLO-Händler gerne zur Verfügung. Verpackung und Entsorgung Bewahren Sie die Originalverpackung zum Schutz vor Transportschäden für den Fall eines Versandes oder Transportes auf. Wird das Verpackungsmaterial nicht mehr benötigt ist es entsprechend den örtlichen Bestimmungen ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Verpackungsmaterialien aus Kartonagen sind Rohstoffe und somit wieder verwendungsfähig oder können dem Rohstoffkreislauf zurückgeführt werden. Nach Ablauf der Betriebsfähigkeit, ist das Gerät entsprechend den örtlichen Bestimmungen ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Sicherheitsvorschriften Beachten Sie unbedingt die Anweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung und in der Gebrauchsanweisung des Motor-Basisgerätes. Grundsätzlich gelten bei der Verwendung des Anbaugerätes auch alle Hinweise und Vorschriften in der Gebrauchsanweisung des Motor-Basisgerätes. Folgende Sicherheitsvorschriften gelten zusätzlich zu den in der Gebrauchsanweisung des Motor-Basisgerätes aufgeführten Angaben. 1.1 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Wechselwerkzeug Blasgerät 69 00 715 ist ausschließlich zur Montage an folgende MotorBasisgeräte zulässig: • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • SOLO Motorsensen 129LTS Das an ein zugelassenes Motor-Basisgerät montierte Wechselwerkzeug Blasgerät darf nur zum Blasen von Laub, Gras, und Papier in Gartenanlagen, Gehwegen, Parkplätzen und Einfahrten direkt am Boden verwendet werden. Nach dem Zusammenblasen können die Laub, Gras und Papierabfälle dann leicht mit einer Kehrschaufel aufgesammelt und ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden. Bei Abfällen die komplett kompostierfähig sind, ist die Entsorgung über eine Kompostanlage empfohlen. Die Verwendung des Gerätes für alle andere Zwecke wie zum Beispiel das Trocknen von nassen Gegenständen oder Lebewesen ist nicht zulässig! 1.2 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät mit besonderer Vorsicht, da mit hoher Gebläsegeschwindigkeit gearbeitet wird und auch Teile vom Luftstrom hochgeschleudert werden können. Das Missachten der Sicherheitshinweise kann lebensgefährlich sein. Halten Sie sich auch an die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaften. Diese Gebrauchsanweisung und die Gebrauchsanweisung des Motor-Basisgerätes müssen ständig am Einsatzort verfügbar sein. Sie sind von jeder Person zu lesen, die mit Arbeiten mit und an dem Gerät (auch zur Wartung, Pflege und Instandsetzung) beauftragt ist. • Erstbenutzer sollten sich vom Verkäufer oder durch einen Fachmann einweisen lassen. • Es dürfen nur Zubehör- und Ersatzteile verwendet werden, die ausdrücklich vom Hersteller für dieses Gerät empfohlen sind. Tragen Sie feste Schuhe mit griffiger Sohle, am besten Sicherheitsschuhe mit Stahlkappe. Unsere Empfehlung: SOLO Leder Forststiefel Best.-Nr.: 9930510 + Größe (36 - 48) Bei der Arbeit, bei der Reinigung und bei allen Wartungsarbeiten sind Schutzhandschuhe zu tragen. Unsere Empfehlung: Handschuhe SOLO Fit Best.-Nr.: 9939012 + Größenindex Verwenden Sie einen persönlichen Gehörschutz und einen Gesichtsschutz (z.B. Schutzbrille) Unsere Empfehlung: SOLO Gesichts/Gehörschutzkombination Best.-Nr.: 993901002(Uni-Größe) Halten Sie Personen und Tiere vom Arbeitsbereich fern. Der Mindestabstand beträgt 15 Meter. Besonders auf Kinder, sowie auf Tiere die sich im Gestrüpp aufhalten, achten. Falls sich eine Person bzw. ein Lebewesen nähert, die Maschine sofort stoppen. Der Benutzer ist verantwortlich für Gefahren oder Unfälle, die gegenüber anderen Personen und deren Eigentum auftreten. DEUTSCH 3 Arbeitsvorbereitung - Anbau ; Anwendung 2. Arbeitsvorbereitung - Anbau Das Blasgerät darf erst in komplett zusammengebauten Zustand in Betrieb genommen werden. 3. Anwendung Verwenden Sie das Gesamtgerät entsprechend der Abbildung. Vor der Montage (und späteren Demontage) an das Motor-Basisgerät, ist der Motor des MotorBasisgerätes abzustellen. Anbau an den Schaft des Motor-Basisgerätes: • Spannschraube (1) lockern, • Fixierstift (2) durch Ziehen und Drehen entriegeln, • die Schaftrohrteile mit dem Innen/ AußenVierkant der Wellen passgenau ineinander stecken, Es ist zu beachten, dass die Hohlwelle im Schaftrohr-Unterteil in den Vierkant im Antriebswellen-Oberteil eingreift. Gegebenenfalls muss beim Zusammenstecken das Schaftrohrunterteil leicht hin und her gedreht werden. • Fixierstift durch Drehen freigeben und in die Bohrung im Schaftrohr hörbar einrasten lassen, • Spannschrauben gut festziehen. Trennen der Schaftrohre: • Die Spannschraube (1) lockern. • Den Fixierstift (2) durch Ziehen und Drehen entriegeln. • Die untere Schaftrohrhälfte (3) mit Antriebswelle aus der Kupplungsmuffe herausziehen. DEUTSCH 4 Das Gesamtgerät immer mit beiden Händen sicher festhalten, und so führen, dass der Gebläsekopf knapp über dem Boden bewegt wird. Tragegurt verwenden. Die Blasrichtung ist immer vom Körper wegzeigend und darf auch nicht auf Gegenstände, die durch den Luftstrom bzw. mitgeschleuderten Teichen beschädigt werden könnten, gerichtet sein. Betriebs- und Wartungshinweise ; Garantie 4. Betriebs- und Wartungshinweise Nach einer Einlaufzeit von ca. 5 Betriebsstunden müssen alle erreichbaren Schrauben und Muttern auf Festsitz überprüft und evtl. nachgezogen werden. Kontrollieren Sie vor jedem Arbeitsbeginn das gesamte Gerät auf betriebssicheren Zustand. 4.1 Getriebeschmierung Für die Schmierung des Kegelradgetriebes ist das SOLO "Spezial-Getriebe-Fließfett" (Best.-Nr. 008318025) zu verwenden. Die Schmierfettfüllung wöchentlich kontrollieren und gegebenenfalls (ca. alle 20 - 50 Betriebsstunden) ergänzen. Die seitliche Verschlussschraube herausdrehen. Wenn an der Innenseite der Gewindeöffnung kein Fett sichtbar ist, muss die Fettfüllung ergänzt werden (Nachfüllmenge: ca. 5-10 g). Verschlussschraube wieder einsetzen und festziehen. Achtung: Nicht zu viel Fett einfüllen, da dies zu Überhitzung im Getriebe führen kann. Das Getriebegehäuse darf auf keinen Fall vollständig mit Fett gefüllt sein. Tipp: Füllen Sie bei Bedarf nur maximal 5g nach und kontrollieren Sie lieber öfter (z. Bsp. jeweils vor Arbeitsbeginn) ob noch Fett sichtbar ist. Bei Unsicherheiten hilft Ihnen Ihre Fachwerkstatt gerne weiter. 4.2 Reinigung und Pflege Beachten Sie bei der Reinigung und Pflege die Sicherheitsvorschriften. Nach der Arbeit das gesamte Gerät von Schmutz reinigen. Keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Reinigungsmittel verwenden. Bei Stilllegung und Aufbewahrung unbefugten Zugang - besonders durch Kinder ausschließen. Für die Motoreinheit die Hinweise in der Gebrauchsanweisung des Motor-Basisgerätes beachten. 5. Garantie Der Hersteller garantiert eine einwandfreie Qualität und übernimmt die Kosten für eine Nachbesserung durch Auswechseln der schadhaften Teile im Falle von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern, die innerhalb der Garantiezeit nach dem Verkaufstag auftreten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass in einigen Ländern spezifische Garantiebedingungen gültig sind. Fragen Sie im Zweifelsfall Ihren Verkäufer. Er ist als Verkäufer des Produktes für die Garantie verantwortlich. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass für folgende Schadensursachen keine Garantie übernommen werden kann: • Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung. • Unterlassung von notwendigen Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten. • Schäden auf Grund unsachgemäßer Vergasereinstellung. • Verschleiß durch normale Abnutzung. • Offensichtliche Überlastung durch anhaltende Überschreitung der Leistungsobergrenze. • Verwendung nicht zugelassener Arbeitswerkzeuge. • Gewaltanwendung, unsachgemäße Behandlung, Missbrauch oder Unglücksfall. • Eingriffe nicht sachkundiger Personen oder unsachgemäße Instandsetzungsversuche. • Verwendung ungeeigneter Ersatzteile bzw. nicht Originalteile, soweit diese den Schaden verursachten. • Verwendung ungeeigneter oder überlagerter Schmierstoffe. • Schäden, die auf Einsatzbedingungen aus dem Vermietgeschäft zurückzuführen sind. Reinigungs-, Pflege- und Einstellarbeiten werden nicht als Garantieleistung anerkannt. Jegliche Garantiearbeiten sind von dem vom Hersteller autorisierten Fachhändler auszuführen. Safety regulations Observe all general and safety instructions in this manual and in the operating instructions of the power tool. As a general principle, all the information and instructions in the operating instructions of the power tool also apply to the use of the attachment. The following safety instructions apply in addition to the information detailed in the power tool operating instructions. 1.1 Correct use It is only permissible to fit the leaf blower attachment 69 00 228 to the following power tools: • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • SOLO power trimmers 129LTS The leaf blower attachment fitted to an approved power tool may only be used to blow leaves, grass and paper straight from the ground on gardens, footpaths, car parks and driveways. After being blown together the leaves, grass and paper waste is then easily collected with a dust pan and brush, and disposed of correctly. It is advised that waste which is completely compostable be disposed of on a compost heap. The use of the tool for any other purposes, for example drying wet objects or animals is not permissible. 1.2 General safety instructions Use this tool with care. The fan works at high speed and can produce powerful gusts of air that could lift up objects. Ignoring the safety instructions can result in loss of life. Also observe the accident prevention requirements of your professional body or the Health and Safety at Work Act. Both these operating instructions and those of the power tool must always be available where the tool is used. They must be read by each person who comes into contact with the tool (even for service and maintenance, care and when replacing parts). • First time users should be instructed by the seller or an expert. Only use accessories and spare parts (particularly for the cutters) recommended by the manufacturer. Wear sturdy shoes with a good tread - ideally safety shoes. We recommend: SOLO face/ear protection pack Part no: 993901002 (one size) Keep bystanders and animals away from the working area. Maintain a minimum distance of 15 m. When working near thickets, be aware that children and animals may be hidden there. Immediately stop the machine if any person or animal comes close to the working area. The operator is responsible for any accidents or damage caused to individuals or property. ENGLISH 3 Preparation for work - Installation ; Aplication 2. Preparation for work – Installation The blower may only be operated when fully assembled. 3. Application Use the assembled leaf blower in accordance with the illustration. Switch off the power tool engine before fitting (and later removing) the attachment to/from the power tool. Fitting onto the shaft of the power tool: • Undo tension screw (1). • Release fixing pin (2) by pulling it out and turning it. • Fit the shaft sections precisely onto the inner/outer quadrant of the shafts. Ensure that the hollow shaft in the lower shaft section mates with the quadrant in the upper section of the drive shaft. When assembling it may be necessary to lightly twist the lower shaft tube to and fro. • Release the fixing pin by turning and audibly click into position in the shaft tube hole. • Thoroughly tighten clamping screws. To separate the shaft sections: • Release the straining screw (1). • Pull out the fixing pin (2). • Pull the lower shaft tube (3) with gearbox from the female coupling. ENGLISH 4 Always hold the assembled leaf blower securely with both hands, and in such a way that the blower head moves just above the ground. Use a carrying strap. Always point the blower away from your body and never towards objects that could be damaged by the air stream or material being blown by it. Operating and maintenance information ; Guarantee 4. Operating and maintenance information After a running-in time of app. 5 hours, all accessible screws and nuts (except the carburettor adjusting screws) must be checked for tightness and they must be retightened, if required. Check the complete machine for operational safety. 4.1 Gearbox lubrication To lubricate the bevel gear drive, use SOLO "Special gearbox grease" (part no. 008318025). Check the grease level weekly and top up, if required (approx. every 20 - 50 hours). Remove the filler plug from the side of the gearbox. If no grease is visible inside, top up with grease (top-up quantity approx. 5 – 10 g). Replace and tighten the filler plug. Please note: Do not overfill with grease, as that may lead to the gearbox overheating. Never fill the gearbox casing to the top with grease. Tip: If required, top up with a maximum of 5g grease. It is preferable to check more frequently (e.g. before you start working) whether grease is still visible. Your SOLO dealer workshop is happy to help you in case of doubt. 4.2 Cleaning and maintenance Observe the safety instructions when cleaning and maintaining. After use clean any dirt from the entire tool. Never use cleaning solutions containing solvents. Restrict access to the tool when in storage and not being used. Keep away from children. Observe the instructions in the operating instructions for the power tool with regard to the drive unit. 5. Guarantee The manufacturer guarantees trouble-free quality and will cover the cost of replacing parts which are found to be faulty in material or workmanship within the prescribed guarantee period after the date of purchase. Please note that specific guarantee conditions may vary from country to country. If in doubt, ask your equipment vendor. He is responsible for guarantee matters. We hope you will understand that we cannot be liable for damage resulting from the following causes: • Non-compliance with the operating instructions. • Neglecting essential maintenance and repair work. • Damage caused by incorrect carburettor adjustment. • Wear in normal use. • Obvious overload by continuously exceeding the maximum performance limit of the product. • Using non-authorised tools. • Use of force, incorrect treatment, misuse and accidents. • Damage from excessive heat due to dirt build-up around the cooling fan housing. • Attempted adjustments and repairs by unqualified persons. • Use of unsuitable spare parts or third party parts, if these are the cause of the defect. • Use of unsuitable or stale fuel. • Damage caused by using the product in the hire or rental industry. Normal cleaning, adjustments or maintenance work fall outside the guarantee provisions. A service centre authorised by the manufacturer must carry out all guarantee work. Les prescriptions de sécurité suivantes s’appliquent en plus des indications mentionnées dans la notice du bloc-moteur. 1.1 Utilisation conforme Le souffleur de feuilles additionnel 69 00 715 est exclusivement destiné à un montage sur les blocsmoteurs suivants : • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • Débroussailleuses SOLO 129LTS N'utiliser ce souffleur de feuilles additionnel monté sur un bloc-moteur autorisé que pour amasser par soufflage des feuilles mortes, de l'herbe, des papiers dans les jardins, les allées, les parkings et les entrées directement au niveau du sol. Les feuilles mortes, le gazon et les déchets papier peuvent être facilement mis en tas puis éliminés à l'aide d'une pelle après avoir été rassemblés par soufflage. Il est recommandé d'éliminer les résidus entièrement compostables dans un centre de compostage. Il est interdit d’utiliser cet appareil pour tout autre but, comme le séchage d'objets mouillés ou d'êtres vivants par exemple ! 1.2 Consignes de sécurité Utiliser cet appareil avec un soin particulier car la soufflerie fonctionne à grande vitesse et des pièces peuvent être projetées par le flux d'air. Le non-respect des consignes de sécurité peut entraîner la mort. Respectez également les consignes de prévention d’accident des caisses de prévoyance des accidents. Ce mode d’emploi et la notice du blocmoteur doivent être en permanence disponibles sur le lieu d’utilisation. FRANÇAIS 3 Préparation du travail - montage d'équipement ; Utilisation 2. Préparation du travail – montage d’équipement Le Balai Souffleur ne doit être démarré qu’après montage complet. 3. Utilisation Utiliser l'appareil comme le montre l'illustration. Avant montage (ou démontage ultérieur) sur le bloc-moteur, éteindre le moteur du bloc-moteur. Montage sur le tube de transmission du bloc-moteur : • Desserrer la vis de serrage (1), • Tirer et tourner la goupille d'ajustage (2) pour la débloquer, • Insérer ensemble et avec précision les pièces du tube de transmission et l'écrou carré intérieur/extérieur des arbres. Il faut s’assurer que l’arbre creux en bas du tube de transmission s’encastre sur le carré mâle de la transmission filetée supérieure. Il sera éventuellement nécessaire de faire tourner légèrement le bas du tube de transmission lors de l'insertion. • Libérer la goupille d'ajustage en la tournant et la laisser s'encliqueter dans l'alésage du tube de transmission (audible), • Bien resserrer les vis de serrage. Pour séparer les deux moitiés du tube : • Desserrez la vis de serrage (1). • Débloquez la goupille de fixation (2) en tirant dessus. • Tirez la moitié inférieure du tube de transmission avec l’arbre d’entraînement hors du manchon d’accouplement (3). FRANÇAIS 4 Toujours tenir l'ensemble de l'appareil à deux mains et le guider de manière à bouger la tête de soufflerie juste au-dessus du sol. Utiliser un harnais. La soufflerie doit toujours être orientée de manière à souffler dans le sens opposé au corps et ne doit pas être dirigée sur des objets susceptibles d'être endommagés par le flux d'air ou les particules projetées. Remarques d'exploitation et de maintenance ; Garantie 4. Remarques d’exploitation et de maintenance Après un temps de rodage d'environ 5 heures de service, tous les écrous et vis accessibles (à l'exception des vis de réglage du carburateur) doivent être contrôlés et resserrés, si nécessaire. Vérifiez l'état sûr de l'appareil à moteur avant le démarrage 4.1 Lubrification de l'engrenage Utiliser de la graisse liquide « spécial engrenages » (No. de réf. 008318025) pour lubrifier l'engrenage à roues coniques. Vérifier le niveau d'huile une fois par semaine et le compléter éventuellement (toutes les 20 à 50 h. de service). Otez le bouchon de fermeture latéral en le dévissant. Si la partie interne de l'ouverture du filetage ne présente aucun lubrifiant, il faut alors rajouter du lubrifiant (quantité à rajouter : env. 5 à 10 g). Replacez le bouchon de fermeture et revissez-le. Attention : ne pas ajouter trop de graisse car ceci pourrait provoquer une surchauffe de l'engrenage. Le carter de l'engrenage ne doit être en aucun cas entièrement rempli de graisse. Conseil : au besoin, remplir au maximum 5 g et contrôler de préférence plusieurs fois (p. ex. avant de commencer à travailler) si de la graisse est encore visible. En cas de doute, demandez assistance à votre atelier spécialisé qui vous viendra volontiers en aide. 4.2 Nettoyage et entretien Respectez les consignes de sécurité lors du nettoyage et de l’entretien. ettoyer tout l’appareil après avoir servi. Ne pas utiliser de produit d'entretien à base de solvant. En cas de mise hors service et d’entrepôt, veillez à exclure tout accès non autorisé – particulièrement par des enfants. Después de soplar la hojarasca, la hierba y los desechos de papel, éstos pueden recogerse fácilmente con un rastrillo y eliminarse adecuadamente. Los residuos que puedan utilizarse completamente para compostaje deben depositarse en un puesto para compost. Está prohibido utilizar el equipo para cualquier otro fin, como por ejemplo, para secar objetos o personas o animales mojados. 1.2 Indicaciones generales de seguridad Utilice este aparato con especial precaución, ya que funciona a una alta velocidad del secador y partes de la corriente de aire pueden ser proyectadas hacia arriba. ESPAÑOL 3 Preparación para el trabajo - Montaje ; Utilización 2. Preparación para el trabajo - Montaje La puesta en marcha del soplador se permite solamente en estado ensamblado. 3. Utilización Utilice el equipo general tal y como se muestra en la ilustración. Antes del montaje (y posterior desmontaje) en el equipo básico a motor debe apagarse el motor del equipo básico a motor. Montaje en la barra del equipo básico a motor: • Soltar el tornillo de fijación (1), • Desbloquear la varilla de fijación (2) tirando de ella y girándola • Acoplar entre sí los componentes de la barra con el cuadrado interior/exterior de los ejes. Procure que el eje hueco de la parte inferior de la barra quede bien acoplado en el cuadrado de la parte superior del eje de accionamiento. Si es posible, al realizar el acoplamiento debe girar ligeramente a un lado y a otro la parte inferior del eje. • Liberar la barra de fijación girándola y enclavarla en el orificio de la barra hasta que haga clic, • Apretar bien los tornillos de fijación. Para separar las dos partes de la barra: • Afloje el tornillo tensor (1). • Empuje la espiga de fijación (2) hasta que salga. • Saque la parte inferior de la barra con el eje desencajándola de la caja de acoplamiento (3). ESPAÑOL 4 Sujete firmemente el equipo general con las dos manos y diríjalo de forma que el cabezal soplador se desplace a corta distancia sobre el suelo. Utilice la correa de transporte. La dirección de soplado debe ser siempre opuesta al cuerpo y no debe orientarse hacia objetos que puedan resultar dañados por la corriente de aire o por partículas que puedan resultar proyectadas. Indicaciones de mantenimiento ; Garantía 4. Indicaciones de mantenimiento Después de un período de marcha inicial de unas 5 horas se tendrán que inspeccionar todo los tornillos y tuercas a los que se tenga acceso (excepto los tornillos de ajuste del carburador), para ver si están bien apretados y apretarlos si fuese necesario. Antes de empezar, compruebe siempre que todo el aparato a motor se encuentra en condiciones adecuadas para su funcionamiento. 4.1 Lubricación del engranaje Para engrasar el engranaje de rueda cónica utilice el aceite SOLO “especial para engranajes” (nº de pedido 008318025). Compruebe el nivel de aceite semanalmente y rellénelo llegado el caso (tras unas 20 – 50 horas de trabajo). Desenrosque el tornillo lateral. Si en la parte interior del orificio roscado no se aprecia grasa, deberá corregirse el llenado (cantidad de reposición: 5-10 g aprox.). Coloque de nuevo el tornillo y apriételo. Atención: no abuse del aceite porque puede provocar el recalentamiento del motor. En ningún caso se debe llenar la carcasa del engranaje con aceite. Consejo: en caso de necesidad, añada como máximo 5g y compruebe a menudo el nivel de aceite (p. ej antes de empezar a trabajar).En caso de duda, acuda a un comercio especializado. 4.2 Limpieza y cuidados Siga las normas de seguridad cuando realice tareas de limpieza. Cuando finalice el trabajo debe limpiar todo el aparato. No utilice detergentes que contengan disolventes. Guarde bien el aparato para evitar que se realice un uso inadecuado del mismo, especialmente por parte de niños. Tenga en cuenta las instrucciones del manual de uso del equipo básico a motor en relación al grupo motor. 5. Garantía El fabricante garantiza la más alta calidad y asume los gastos derivados de mejoras al cambiar las piezas defectuosas en el caso de defectos del material o de fabricación que surjan después del día de adquisición del aparato, durante el período de garantía. Norme di sicurezza Osservare sempre le disposizioni per la sicurezza riportate in questo libretto di istruzioni e nel libretto di istruzioni dell'attrezzo di base a motore. Fondamentalmente nell'uso dell'attrezzo sono valide anche tutti i suggerimenti e disposizioni riportate nel libretto delle istruzioni dell'attrezzo di base a motore. Le seguenti misure di sicurezza sono valide in aggiunta alle indicazioni riportate nel libretto delle istruzioni dell'attrezzo di base a motore. 1.1 Uso corretto L' attrezzo intercambiabile soffiatore 69 00 715 è omologato per il montaggio esclusivo sui seguenti attrezzi di base a motore: • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • SOLO Decespugliatore 129LTS Che un attrezzo intercambiabile soffiatore montato su un attrezzo di base a motore può essere utilizzato, soffiando direttamente a terra, solamente per soffiare foglie, erba e carta in giardini, vialetti, parcheggi e ingressi. Dopo essere state ammucchiate con il soffiatore le foglie, erba e cartacce possono essere facilmente raccolte con la paletta e smaltite secondo al normativa. Nel caso di rifiuti completamente compostabili si suggerisce lo smaltimento negli impianti di compostaggio. L'utilizzo dell'attrezzo per tutti gli altri usi come ad esempio asciugare oggetti o esseri viventi bagnati non è permesso! 1.2 Istruzioni generali di sicurezza Utilizzare questo attrezzo con particolare attenzione poiché lavora con un getto d'aria molto alto e pezzetti possono essere scagliati in aria dalla corrente d'aria. La mancata osservanza delle misure di sicurezza indicate può mettere in serio pericolo di vita. Osservare attentamente anche le misure di prevenzione e di sicurezza fornite dalle associazioni di settore. Il libretto di istruzioni per l’uso deve essere sempre dsponibile nello stesso luogo in cui si trova l’apparecchiatura a motore. Deve essere letto da tutte le persone addette all’uso dell’apparecchio (anche per la manutenzione, cura e messa in esercizio). • Chi si accinge ad usare per la prima volta l’soffiatore, deve essere adeguatamente istruito dal venditore o da una persona già pratica. • Si devono impiegare soltanto accessori, utensili da taglio e ricambi forniti dal fabbricante e autorizzati espressamente per l'applicazione esterna. Calzare scarpe robuste con suola ruvida - sarebbe meglio scarpe di sicurezza. Il nostro suggerimento: SOLO - Protezione combinata viso/udito Nr.-Ord.: 993901002 (TagliaUni) Tenere i presenti e gli animali lontani dall’area di lavoro. Mantenere a una distanza di almeno 15 m. Quando si lavora vicino a un bosco, fare attenzione che bambini e animali possono essere nascosti all’interno. Fermare immediatamente la macchina se qualche persona o animale entra nell’area di lavoro. L’operatore è responsabile per qualsiasi incidente o danno causato a individui o a proprietà. ITALIANO 3 Preparazione per il lavoro - Montaggio ; Utilizzo 2. Preparazione per il lavoro - Montaggio Il soffiatore deve essere messo in funzione solo in condizione di montaggio completo. 3. Utilizzo Utilizzare l'apparecchio montato come indicato dalla figura. Prima del montaggio (e successivo smontaggio) sull'attrezzo di base a motore, il motore dell'attrezzo di base a motore deve essere spento. Montaggio sull'albero dell'attrezzo di base a motore: • Allentare la vite di fissaggio (1), • Sbloccare la spina di fissaggio (2) tirando e girando, • La sezione del tubo inserendo con precisione la sezione interna / esterna dell'albero quadrato nella sezione inferiore dell'asta, È necessario fare attenzione che l'albero cavo nella sezione inferiore dell'asta si innesti nell'albero di trasmissione della sezione superiore. Se necessario quando si attacca la sezione inferiore dell'asta ruotare leggermente a destra e sinistra. • Sbloccare la spina di fissaggio con una leggera rotazione e lasciare che si inserisca con uno scatto nell'asta, • Serrare bene la vite di fissaggio. Separazione dei tubi: • Allentare la vite di fissaggio (1). • Sbloccare la spina di fissaggio (2) tirando e girando, • Estrarre la sezione inferiore dell'asta (3) con l'albero conduttore dal manicotto di distacco della frizione. ITALIANO 4 Tenere sempre l'apparecchio generale con entrambe le mani e usare in modo che la testa soffiante si muova solo poco sopra il terreno. Utilizzare la cinghia di sostegno. La direzione di soffiaggio è sempre in direzione di allontanamento dal corpo e non deve essere mai diretto su oggetti poiché il getto d'aria o i pezzetti che vengono scaraventati dal getto d'aria possono danneggiarli. Istruzioni di esercizio e manutenzione ; Garanzia 4. Istruzioni di esercizio e manutenzione Dopo un periodo di rodaggio di ca. 5 ore di esercizio, si dovranno verificare gli accoppiamenti di tutte le viti e i dadi raggiungibili e si dovrà procedere, se necessario, al loro serraggio. Prima della messa in funzione, assicurarsi che l'apparecchio si trovi in perfette condizioni di funzionamento. 4.1 Lubrificazione degli ingranaggi Utilizzare per la lubrificazione dell’ingranaggio conico il “grasso liquido per ingranaggi” SOLO (Nr. ordine 008318025). Controllare settimanalmente il livello dell’olio di lubificazione e se necessario (ca. ogni 20 - 50 ore di esercizio) rabboccare. Svitare ed estrarre la vite di chiusura laterale. Se non si nota presenza di grasso all'interno dell'apertura filettata, rabboccare (quantità rabbocco: circa 5-10 g). Inserire e riavvitare la vite di chiusura. Attenzione: non aggiungere troppo lubrificante, questo potrebbe provocare un surriscaldamento degli ingranaggi. In ogni caso la scatola degli ingranaggi non deve mai essere piena di lubrificante. Suggerimento: Quando necessario rabboccare solo 5 g alla volta e controllare più spesso (ad esempio all’inizio del lavoro) se il grasso è ancora visibile. Nel caso di dubbio la propria officina meccanica specializzata sarà felice di aiutare. 4.2 Manutenzione e pulizia Osservare le norme di sicurezza nella pulizia e manutenzione. Terminato il lavoro pulire l'intero apparecchio dalla sporcizia. Non utilizzare detergenti a base di diluente. Quando non in uso impedire che vi possano accedere persone non autorizzate e in particolar modo i bambini. Per l'unità motore osservare le indicazioni riportate nel libretto delle istruzioni dell'attrezzo di base a motore. 5. Garanzia Il produttore garantisce una qualità a perfetta regola d’arte e si accolla i costi per le riparazioni e icontrolli generali, sostituendo le parti difettose, nel caso in cui vi siano difetti di materiale o di fabbricazione, che si producono entro il periodo di garanzia a partire dal giorno della vendita. Facciamo inoltre notare che in alcuni paesi hanno valore condizioni di garanzia specifiche. In caso di dubbio preghiamo di contattare il rivenditore. Il rivenditore del prodotto è responsabile della garanzia. I danni dovuti alle seguenti cause non sottostanno ad alcuna garanzia: • Mancata osservanza delle Istruzioni d’uso. • Omissione dei lavori necessari di manutenzione e pulizia. • Danni imputabili ad una regolazione impropria del carburatore. • Usura per deperimento naturale. • Evidente sovraccarico in seguito ad un superamento continuo del limite superiore di rendimento. • Impiego di utensili da lavoro e dispositivi di taglio non ammessi. • Uso della forza, trattamento improprio, cattivo uso o infortunio. • Danni imputabili a surriscaldamento a causa di insudiciamento nella scatola del ventilatore. • Interventi di persone inesperte o tentativi di riparazione non appropriati. • Uso di non appropriate parti di ricambio o di terza parte, se queste sono le cause del difetto. • Impiego di materiali di esercizio non idonei o sovrapposti. • Danni riconducibili alle condizioni di impiego dovute ad uso come attrezzo a noleggio. I lavori di pulizia, cura e regolazione non sono riconosciuti come prestazione di garanzia. Un centro di servizio autorizzato dal costruttore dovrà condurre tutti I lavori in garanzia. ITALIANO 5 - NEDERLANDS - Verwisselbaar gereedschap voor bladblazer Gebruiksaanwijzing Oorspronkelijke gebruiksaanwijzing Het verwisselbare gereedschap van bladblazer 69 00 715 mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor montage op de volgende motoraangedreven basisapparatuur: • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • SOLO Bosmaaier 129LTS Het gereedschap kan snel worden verwisseld door de schachtbuisonderdelen eenvoudigweg te vervangen met te monteren gereedschap. In deze gebruiksaanwijzing worden alleen de extra onderwerpen over onderhoud, verzorging en het gebruik als bladblazer behandeld die niet werden vermeld in de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat. In principe moet alle vermelde informatie in acht worden genomen, vooral de veiligheidsvoorschriften, die in de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat uiteen wordt gezet. Lees voor montage en de eerste inbedrijfstelling deze gebruiksaanwijzing en de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat grondig door en neem vooral alle veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht! Om de prestaties van uw machine gedurende lange tijd te vrijwaren, dient u de onderhoudsaanwijzing nauwkeurig na te leven.. Als u na het bestuderen van deze gebruiksaanwijzing nog vragen heeft, kunt u altijd terecht bij uw SOLO-verkoper. Verpakking en afvalfase Bewaar de originele verpakking om de zaag te beschermen tegen transportschade als ze moet worden getransporteerd. Als u het verpakkingsmateriaal niet meer nodig heeft, moet het overeenkomstig de plaatselijke voorschriften worden weggedaan. Verpakkingsmateriaal uit karton is een grondstof die opnieuw kan worden gebruikt of gerecycleerd. Als de machine niet meer kan worden gebruikt, moet ze overeenkomstig de lokale voorschriften worden weggedaan. De productnaam voor de volledige machine die conform de voorschriften is gemonteerd, is Bladblazer. Toegepaste normen bij het testen van de volledige machine: EN ISO 12100-1, 12100-2; CISPR12 Gegarandeerd/ gemeten geluidsvermogensniveau van de volledige machine (DIN 45635): 110 dB(A)/ 106 dB(A) Conformiteitbeoordelingsprocedure Bijlage V Alle verdere aanduidingen in de CE-verklaring van conformiteit in de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat zijn geldig na montage in overeenstemming met de voorschriften. Deze verklaring is niet meer geldig, wanneer het product zonder toestemming wordt omgebouwd of aangepast, of wanneer het product wordt gemonteerd op een motoraangedreven basisapparaat dat in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet als een geschikt apparaat wordt vermeld. Sindelfingen, 1 januari 2009 SOLO Kleinmotoren GmbH Wolfgang Emmerich Zaakvoerder Veiligheidsvoorschriften Met het oog op de constante verdere ontwikkeling van onze apparaten zijn wijzigingen in de leveringsomvang op het vlak van vorm, techniek en uitvoering voorbehouden. Verder kunnen geen aanspraken worden afgeleid uit informatie en afbeeldingen in deze handleiding. 1. Veiligheidsvoorschriften Het is verplicht de instructies en de veiligheidsvoorschriften in deze gebruiksaanwijzing en in de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat in acht te nemen. In principe zijn bij gebruik van het aanbouwapparaat ook alle instructies en voorschriften uit de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat geldig. De volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften zijn van kracht in aanvulling op de informatie die wordt vermeld in de gebruiksaanwijzing van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat. 1.1 Voorgeschreven gebruik Het verwisselbare gereedschap van bladblazer 69 00 715 mag uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor montage op de volgende motoraangedreven basisapparatuur: • SOLO 109LG, • SOLO 129LG, • SOLO Bosmaaier 129LTS Het verwisselbare gereedschap voor een bladblazer dat op een toegestaan motoraangedreven basisapparaat wordt gemonteerd, mag enkel rechtstreeks op de grond worden gebruikt voor het blazen van blad, gras en papier in tuinen, op paden, parkeerplaatsen en inritten. Nadat het blad, gras en papierafval op een hoop is geblazen, kan dit gemakkelijk met een vuilnisblik worden verzameld en zoals voorgeschreven, worden verwijderd. Bij afval dat volledig tot compost kan worden verwerkt, wordt aanbevolen dit afval via een composteringsinstallatie te verwerken. Het gebruik van het apparaat voor alle andere doeleinden, bijvoorbeeld het drogen van natte objecten of levende wezens, is niet toegestaan! 1.2 Algemene veiligheidsvoorschriften Wees bij het gebruik van dit apparaat extra voorzichtig, omdat het een groot blaasvermogen heeft en de luchtstroom ook deeltjes de lucht in kan slingeren. Het niet naleven van de veiligheidsinstructies kan levensgevaarlijk zijn. Volg de ongevalpreventievoorschriften van de beroepsverenigingen. De gebruiksaanwijzing moet altijd beschikbaar zijn op de plaats waar de machine wordt gebruikt. Ze moet door iedereen worden gelezen die belast is met werken aan de machine (ook onderhoud, verzorging en herstelling). • Degenen die het apparaat voor de eerste keer gebruiken, moeten zich door de verkoper of door een vakman laten instrueren. • Er mogen uitsluitend accessoires en aanbouwonderdelen worden gebruikt die door de fabrikant geleverd en uitdrukkelijk voor de bevestiging op dit type vrijgegeven zijn. Draag stevige schoenen met slipvrije zolen, bij voorkeur veiligheidsschoenen met stalen punt. Onze aanbeveling: SOLO lederen bottine bestelnr.: 9930510 + maat (36 - 48) Draag veiligheidshandschoenen met slipvrij greepoppervlak. Onze aanbeveling: SOLO Fit veiligheidshandschoenen bestelnr.: 9939012 + maatindex Gebruik persoonlijke gehoorbescherming en gezichtsbescherming (bijv. veiligheidsbril). Onze aanbeveling: SOLO gezichts-/gehoorbescherming bestelnr.: 993901002 (één maat) Hou personen en dieren op een veilige afstand van het werkterrein. De minimale afstand bedraagt 15 meter. Let met name op kinderen en op dieren die zich in het struikgewas ophouden. Als een persoon of een dier dichterbij komt, dient u onmiddellijk de machine te stoppen. De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor gevaren of ongevallen die ontstaan voor andere personen en hun eigendom. NEDERLANDS 3 Werkvoorbereiding - aanbouw ; Toepassing 2. Werkvoorbereiding - aanbouw Het is pas toegestaan de bladblazer in gebruik te nemen wanneer deze volledig is gemonteerd. 3. Toepassing Gebruik het volledige apparaat zoals in de afbeelding wordt getoond. Voor montage (en op een later tijdstip, demontage) op/ van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat moet de motor van het basisapparaat worden afgesteld. Aanbouw op de schacht van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat: • Draai spanschroef (1) los; • Ontgrendel fixeerstift (2) door middel van trekken en draaien; • Steek de onderdelen van de schachtbuis met het binnenste/ buitenste vierkant van de assen goed passend in elkaar; let erop dat de holle as in het schachtbuisonderdeel in het vierkant van het bovenste deel van de aandrijfas grijpt; draai bij het samenvoegen eventueel het schachtbuisonderdeel licht heen en weer; • Maak de fixeerstift los door middel van draaien en laat deze hoorbaar in het boorgat in de schachtbuis klikken; • Draai de spanschroeven stevig vast. De schachtbuizen scheiden: • Draai spanschroef (1) los; • Ontgrendel fixeerstift (2) door middel van trekken en draaien; • Trek de onderste helft van schachtbuis (3) met de aandrijfas uit de koppelingsmof. NEDERLANDS 4 Houd het volledige apparaat altijd veilig, met beide handen vast en leid dit zo dat de blaaskop dicht over de grond wordt bewogen. Gebruik een halsband. De bladblazer moet altijd van het lichaam worden afbewogen en mag evenmin op objecten, die door de luchtstroom resp. meegesleepte zaken kunnen worden beschadigd, zijn gericht. Gebruiks- en onderhoudsinstructies ; Garantie 4. Gebruiks- en onderhoudsinstructies Na een inlooptijd van ca. 5 bedrijfsuren moeten alle bereikbare schroeven en moeren worden gecontroleerd op vastzitten en evtl. worden vastgedraaid. Controleer vóór het starten of het volledige apparaat in bedrijfsveilige staat verkeert. 4.1 Smering van het drijfwerk Voor de smering van de kegelwieloverbrenging moet het speciaal transmissievloeivet van SOLO (bestelnr. 008318025) worden gebruikt. Controleer de vulling met smeervet wekelijks en vul eventueel bij (ca. om de 20 - 50 bedrijfsuren). Draai de zijdelingse sluitschroef uit. Als er aan de binnenzijde van de drijfwerkopening geen vet zichtbaar is, moet het vet worden aangevuld (bijvulhoeveelheid: ca. 510 g). Zet de sluitschroef terug en draai ze vast. Opgelet: Niet te veel vet aanbrengen, want dit zou tot oververhitting in het drijfwerk kunnen leiden. De behuizing van het drijfwerk mag nooit volledig met vet gevuld zijn. Tip: Vul in voorkomend geval slechts maximaal 5g bij en controleer liever vaker (bijv. telkens voor het werk begint) of er nog vet zichtbaar is. Als u niet zeker bent, kunt u gerust contact opnemen met uw werkplaats. 4.2 Reiniging en verzorging Neem bij reiniging en verzorging de veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht. Reinig na de werkzaamheden het vuil op het volledige apparaat. Gebruik geen reinigingsmiddelen met oplossingsmiddelen. Zorg er bij stopzetting en opslag voor dat onbevoegde toegang – vooral door kinderen – niet mogelijk is. Neem voor de motormodule de gebruiksaanwijzing in acht van het motoraangedreven basisapparaat. 5. Garantie SOLO garandeert een perfecte kwaliteit en neemt de kosten op zich voor verbetering achteraf door het vervangen van defecte onderdelen in het geval van materiaal- of fabricagefouten die binnen de garantieperiode na de dag van de verkoop optreden. Let erop dat in sommige landen specifieke garantievoorwaarden gelden. Informeer bij twijfel bij uw verkoper. Hij is als verkoper van het product verantwoordelijk voor de garantie. Wij vragen uw begrip ervoor dat voor de volgende schadeoorzaken geen garantie kan worden geaccepteerd: • Het niet opvolgen van de handleiding. • Het niet uitvoeren van de vereiste onderhouds- en reinigingswerkzaamheden. • Schade wegens een ondeskundige afstelling van de carburateur. • Slijtage door normaal verbruik. • Klaarblijkelijke overbelasting door langdurige overschrijding van het maximale vermogen. • Gebruik van niet-toegestane werkgereedschappen en maaivoorzieningen. • Gebruik van geweld, ondeskundige behandeling, misbruik of ongeluk. • Schade door oververhitting wegens vervuiling in de ventilatorbehuizing. • Ingrepen door ondeskundige personen of ondeskundige pogingen tot reparatie. • Gebruik van ongeschikte reserveonderdelen of niet-originele SOLO-onderdelen, voor zover deze de schade veroorzaken. • Gebruik van ongeschikte of te lang bewaarde bedrijfsmiddelen. • Schade die te herleiden is tot gebruiksomstandigheden uit het verhuurbedrijf. Reinigings-, onderhouds- en instelwerkzaamheden worden niet erkend voor garantievergoeding. Alle garantiewerkzaamheden dienen door een SOLO-vakhandelaar te worden uitgevoerd.
