Erstickungsgefahr, da kleine Teile verschluckt oder eingeatmet werden können! Verwendung Kassette abziehen (Abb. E) 1. Bauen Sie das Hinterrad Ihres Fahrrads aus. Entfernen Sie dazu den Schnellspanner oder alternativ vorhandene Muttern. 2. S  etzen Sie den Kassettenabzieher (12) in den Abschlussring der Kassette (Abb E). Hinweis: Beachten Sie, dass der Abzieher zwingend zu Ihrer Kassette passen muss. Je nach Hersteller benötigen Sie unter Umständen jeweils einen anderen Abzieher. 3. Legen Sie parallel die Kettenpeitsche um die Ritzel der Kassette. 4. S  tecken Sie den Innensechskantschlüssel (4) mit dem Aufsatz (5) in den Kassettenabzieher (12) und lösen Sie den Abschlussring. 5. S  chrauben Sie zunächst den Abschlussring ab. Ziehen Sie anschließend die Kassette ab. Pedale demontieren (Abb. C) 1. Schrauben Sie das linke Pedal mit dem Pedalschlüssel (3) im Uhrzeigersinn ab. 2. Schrauben Sie das rechte Pedal mit dem Pedalschlüssel (3) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ab. Hinweis: Fetten Sie das Pedalgewinde vor dem Wiedereinsetzen der Pedale. Schlauch wechseln (Abb. D) 1. Lassen Sie die Luft aus dem Schlauch raus. 2. Schieben Sie einen Reifenheber (7) vorsichtig mit dem flachen Ende zwischen Felge und Mantel. Beginnen Sie in der Nähe des Ventils. Hinweis: Damit der Reifenheber nicht wieder herausfällt, können Sie ihn mit Hilfe des Hakens an einer Speiche befestigen. 3. Setzen Sie den zweiten Reifenheber (7) ein Stück weiter ein und ziehen Sie den Mantel so weit über die Felge, bis der Schlauch rundherum abgenommen werden kann. Hinweis: Gehen Sie mit dem Montierhebel vorsichtig um. Der Schlauch darf nicht beschädigt werden. Kurbel (Vierkant) demontieren (Abb. F) 1. Lösen Sie die Kurbelschraube mit einem passenden Schlüssel und entfernen Sie diese. Hinweis: Einige Kurbeln haben Schraubenabdeckungen. Diese müssen vor dem Demontieren der Kurbel entfernt werden. 2. Drehen Sie den Dorn des Kurbelabziehers (10) komplett zurück und drehen Sie den Kurbelabzieher (10) per Hand in die Kurbel hinein. Hinweis: Um sicher zu gehen, dass der Kurbelabzieher fest in der Kurbel sitzt, ziehen Sie ihn mit einem Schraubenschlüssel (SW 22 mm) fest. 3. Schrauben Sie den Dorn des Kurbelabziehers (10) mit einem Schraubenschlüssel (SW 14) so lange ein, bis die Kurbel sich gelöst hat. Kurbel (Hollowtech II) demontieren (Abb. G) 1. Schrauben Sie die Kurbelkappe mit dem Sternkappenwerkzeug (11) ab. 2. Lösen Sie die Kurbelschrauben mit dem passenden Innensechskantschlüssel (6). Innenlager (Hollowtech II Kurbelgarnitur) entfernen (Abb. H) 1. Demontieren Sie zunächst die Kurbel. 2. Lösen Sie die linke Lagerschale mit dem Lagerschalenwerkzeug (2) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. 3. Lösen Sie die rechte Lagerschale mit dem Lagerschalenwerkzeug (2) im Uhrzeigersinn. 4. Entfernen Sie das Innenlager. Hinweis: Fetten Sie das Innenlager vor dem Wiedereinsetzen. Speichen spannen (Abb. I) 1. Bringen Sie den Speichenschlüssel (9) auf einem Nippel an. 2. D  rehen Sie den Speichenschlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Speiche fester zu ziehen oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um sie zu lockern. 3. P rüfen Sie die Spannung der Speichen und wiederholen Sie gegebenenfalls die Schritte 1 und 2. Kette öffnen (Abb. J) (Abb. K) 1. Setzen Sie den Kettennieter (8) am unteren Kettenstrang an. 2. Legen Sie die Kette passgenau auf die Führungsschiene (8e). 3. Drehen Sie an der Stellschraube (8a), um die Kette zu sichern. Die Kettensicherung (8b) muss korrekt an der Kette ausgerichtet sein und fest an der Kette anliegen. Hinweis: Die Kettensicherung hält die Kette während der Entfernung/Einfügung des Kettenniets fest und verhindert ein Verkanten der Kette. Der Hohlraum dient der Aufnahme des Kettenniets beim Herausdrücken. 4. Drehen Sie den Hebel im Uhrzeigersinn um mit Hilfe des Kettennietdrückers (8c) den jeweiligen Kettenniet zu entfernen. 5. Ziehen Sie das nietfreie Ende der Kette durch das Schaltwerk heraus. Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass die Führungsschiene (8d) nicht zum Halten der Kette geeignet ist. Legen Sie die Kette stets auf die Führungsschiene (8e) beim Heraus- oder Hineindrücken des Kettenniets. Kette schließen (Abb. K) 1. Stecken Sie die beiden Kettenenden ineinander und passen Sie die Kette in den Kettennieter (8) ein. 2. S  ichern Sie die Kette mit der Kettensicherung (8b). 3. P ositionieren Sie den neuen Kettenniet auf der Führungsschiene (8d) und drücken Sie ihn hinein. DE/AT/CH 5 Lagerung, Reinigung Den Artikel immer trocken und sauber in einem temperierten Raum lagern. Nur mit einem trockenen Reinigungstuch sauber wischen. WICHTIG! Nie mit scharfen Reinigungsmitteln reinigen. Hinweise zur Entsorgung Entsorgen Sie den Artikel und die Verpackungsmaterialien entsprechend aktueller örtlicher Vorschriften. Verpackungsmaterialien wie z. B. Risk of suffocation and choking due to small parts that can be swallowed or inhaled! Use Removing the cassette (Fig. E) 1. Remove the back wheel of your bicycle. To do this, undo the quick release or alternatively, undo the nuts. 2. P ut the cassette removal tool (12) into the closure ring of the cassette (Fig. E). Note: Take note that the removal tool must fit your cassette. Depending on the manufacturer, you may possibly require a different removal tool each time. 3. Put the chain whip in parallel around the sprockets of the cassette. 4. Insert the Allen key (4) with the attachment (5) into the cassette removal tool (12) and loosen the closure ring. 5. F irst unscrew the closure ring. Then remove the cassette. Removing the pedals (Fig. C) 1. Unscrew the left pedal in a clockwise direction using the pedal spanner (3). 2. U  nscrew the right pedal in an anti-clockwise direction using the pedal spanner (3). Note: Grease the pedal thread before reinstating the pedals. GB/IE 7 Changing the tube (Fig. D) 1. Let the air out of the tube. 2. Using the flat end of the tyre lever (7), carefully push it between the rim and the tyre. Start near the valve. Note: To prevent the tyre lever falling out again, you can attach it to a spoke using the hook. 3. Insert the second tyre lever (7) in a little further and pull the tyre over the rim until the tube can be removed all the way around. Note: Handle the tyre lever carefully. The tube must not be damaged. Removing a (square) crank (Fig. F) 1. Loosen the crank bolt with a suitable key and remove it. Note: Some cranks have bolt covers. These must be removed before the crank is disassembled. 2. Turn the bolt of the crank puller (10) back completely and turn the crank puller (10) by hand into the crank. Note: To make sure that the crank puller is firmly seated in the crank, tighten it with a spanner (SW 22mm). 3. Screw in the bolt of the crank puller (10) with a spanner (SW 14) until the crank has come loose. Tensioning the spokes (Fig. I) 1. Attach the spoke spanner (9) to a nipple. 2. T urn the spoke spanner clockwise to tighten the spoke or anti-clockwise to loosen it. 3. C  heck the tension of the spokes and repeat steps 1 and 2 if necessary. Opening the chain (Fig. J) (Fig. K) 1. Put the chain rivet tool (8) onto the lower chain strand. 2. Place the chain exactly onto the guide rail (8e). 3. Turn the adjusting screw (8a) to secure the chain. The chain guard (8b) must be correctly aligned with the chain and be firmly attached to the chain. Note: The chain guard holds the chain tight during removal / insertion of the chain rivet and prevents the chain from tilting. The hollow space serves to receive the chain rivet when it’s being pressed out. 4. Turn the lever clockwise to remove the respective chain rivet using the chain tool (8c). 5. Pull the rivet-free end of the chain out through the rear derailleur. Note: Note that the guide rail (8d) is not suitable for holding the chain. Always put the chain onto the guide rail (8e) when pressing the chain rivet in or out. Removing (Hollowtech II) crank (Fig. G) Closing the chain (Fig. K) Removing the inside bearing (Hollowtech II chainset) (Fig. H) Storage, cleaning 1. Unscrew the crank cap with the star cap tool (11). 2. Loosen the crank bolts with the appropriate Allen key (6). 1. First remove the crank. 2. Loosen the left bearing shell with the bearing spanner (2), turning anti-clockwise. 3. Loosen the right bearing shell with the bearing spanner (2), turning clockwise. 4. Remove the inside bearing. Note: Grease the inside bearing before reinstating. 8 GB/IE 1. Insert the two ends of the chain into each other and fit the chain into the chain rivet tool (8). 2. S  ecure the chain with the chain guard (8b). 3. P osition the new chain rivet on the guide rail (8d) and press it in. Always store the product in clean and dry condition at room temperature. Only wipe clean with a dry cleaning cloth. IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with aggressive cleaning agents. Disposal Dispose of the article and the packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Démontez la roue arrière de votre vélo. Pour cela, retirez le serrage rapide ou l’autre écrou éventuel. 2. P lacez l’extracteur de cassette (12) dans l’anneau de fermeture de la cassette (fig. E). Remarque : Faites attention : l’extracteur doit obligatoirement être adapté à la cassette. Selon le fabricant, il est possible que vous ayez besoin d’un autre extracteur. 3. Placez parallèlement le fouet à chaînes et le pignon de la cassette. 4. P lacez la clé à six pans creux avec le (4) avec l’outil (5) dans l’extracteur de cassette (12) et dévissez l’anneau de fermeture. 5. D  évisser d’abord l’anneau de fermeture. Dévisser ensuite la cassette. Démontage de la pédale (fig. C) 1. Dévissez la pédale de gauche avec la clé à pédale (3) dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. 2. Dévissez la pédale de droite avec la clé à pédale (3) dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre. Remarque : Graissez le filetage de la pédale avant de remettre les pédales en place. Changer la chambre à air (fig. D) 1. Laissez l’air sortir de la chambre à air. 2. Glissez doucement un démonte-pneu (7) avec l’extrémité plate entre la jante et la chape. Commencez à proximité de la soupape. Remarque : Pour éviter que le démonte-pneu ne retombe, vous pouvez l’attacher à un rayon à l’aide du crochet. 3. Insérez le deuxième démonte-pneu (7) un peu plus loin et tirez la chape sur la jante jusqu’à ce que la chambre à air puisse être retirée tout autour. Remarque : Utilisez le levier de montage avec précaution. La chambre à air ne doit pas être endommagée. Démontage de la manivelle (carrée) (fig. F) 1. Dévissez la vis de la manivelle avec une clé adaptée et retirez-la. Remarque : Certaines manivelles comportent des raccords vissés. Ceux-ci doivent être retirés avant de démonter la manivelle. 2. Faire tourner à l’envers le mandrin de l’extracteur de manivelle (10) dans sa totalité, puis insérer l’extracteur de manivelle (10) à la main dans la manivelle, en tournant. Remarque : Pour vous assurer que l’extracteur de manivelle est bien placé dans la manivelle, serrez-le avec une clé (ouverture 22 mm). 3. Vissez le mandrin de l’extracteur de manivelle (10) avec une clé (ouverture 14) jusqu’à ce que la manivelle se soit détachée. Démonter la manivelle (Hollowtech II) (fig. G) 1. Vissez le capuchon de la manivelle avec l’outil pour capuchons en étoile (11). 2. Dévissez la vis de la manivelle avec la clé à six pans creux adaptée (6). Retirer le palier intérieur (pédalier Hollowtech II) (fig. H) 1. Démontez d’abord la manivelle. 2. D  évissez la coquille de roulement gauche avec l’outil pour coquille de roulement (2), en tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. 3. D  évissez la coquille de roulement droite avec l’outil pour coquille de roulement (2), en tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. 4. Retirez le palier intérieur. Remarque : Graissez le palier intérieur avant de le remettre en place. Tendre les rayons (fig. I) 1. Posez la clé à rayons (9) sur un raccord. 2. Tournez la clé à rayons dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour resserrer les rayons ou dans le sens inverse pour les relâcher. 3. Vérifiez la tension des rayons et reproduisez si nécessaire les étapes 1 et 2. Ouvrir la chaîne (fig. J) (fig. K) 1. Placez le dérive-chaînes (8) sur la chaîne inférieure. 2. Placez la chaîne exactement sur le rail de guidage arrière (8e). 3. Serrez la vis de réglage (8a) pour sécuriser la chaîne. La sécurité de chaîne (8b) doit être correctement aligné avec la chaîne et correctement fixée à celle-ci. Remarque : La sécurité de chaîne maintient la chaîne en place pendant le retrait/l’ajout du rivet de chaîne et empêche l’inclinaison de la chaîne. La cavité retient le rivet de chaîne lorsqu’il est poussé vers l’extérieur. 4. Tourner le levier dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre pour retirer le rivet de chaîne correspondant à l’aide du loquet du rivet de chaîne (8c). 5. Tirez l’extrémité non rivetée de la chaîne à travers le dérailleur arrière. Remarque : Tenez compte du fait que le rail de guidage (8d) n’est pas adapté pour maintenir la chaîne. Placez toujours la chaîne sur le rail de guidage arrière (8e) en sortant ou insérant le rivet de chaîne. FR/BE 11 Fermer la chaîne (fig. K) 1. Insérez les deux extrémités de la chaîne l’une dans l’autre et insérez la chaîne dans le rivet de chaîne (8). 2. Sécurisez la chaîne avec la sécurité de chaîne (8b). 3. Placez le nouveau rivet de chaîne sur le rail de guide (8d) et insérez-le en appuyant. Rangement et entretien Toujours ranger l‘article propre et sec dans une pièce tempérée. Nettoyer uniquement avec un chiffon sec. IMPORTANT ! Ne pas nettoyer avec des nettoyants agressifs. Verwijder hiertoe de snelspanner of de bevestigde moeren. 2. P laats de cassettetrekker (12) in de sluitring van de cassette (afb E). Aanwijzing: Houd er rekening mee dat de trekker absoluut geschikt moet zijn voor uw cassette. Afhankelijk van de fabrikant hebt u mogelijk een andere trekker nodig. 3. Leg tevens de kettingzweep rond de tandwielen van de cassette. 4. S  teek de inbussleutel (4) met de opzethouder (5) in de cassettetrekker (12) en draai de sluitring los. 5. S  chroef de sluitring er vervolgens af. Verwijder tenslotte de cassette. Pedalen demonteren (afb. C) 1. Schroef het linker pedaal met de pedaalsleutel (3) in de richting van de wijzers van de klok los. 2. S  chroef het rechter pedaal met de pedaalsleutel (3) tegen de richting van de wijzers van de klok in af. Aanwijzing: Vet het schroefdraad van de pedalen in voordat u deze weer monteert. Binnenband verwisselen (afb. D) 1. Laat de lucht uit de binnenband lopen. 2. Schuif een bandenlichter (7) voorzichtig met de vlakke kant tussen de velg en de buitenband. Begin vlak bij het ventiel. Aanwijzing: Haak de achterkant van de bandenlichter om een spaak om te voorkomen dat deze uit de velg valt. 3. Plaats de tweede bandenlichter (7) een stuk verder en trek de buitenband zo ver over de velg dat u de binnenband er rondom uit kunt nemen. Aanwijzing: Ga voorzichtig te werk met de montagehulp. De binnenband mag niet beschadigd raken. Crank (vierkant) demonteren (afb. F) 1. Draai de crankbout lost met een passende sleutel en verwijder de bout. Aanwijzing: Sommige cranks hebben een schroefafdekking. Deze dient te worden verwijderd voordat de crank wordt gedemonteerd. 2. Draai de pen van de crankafnemer (10) volledig terug en draai de crankafnemer (10) met de hand in de crank. Aanwijzing: Om er zeker van te zijn dat de crankafnemer goed vast zit in de crank, draait u hem vast met een schroefsleutel (SW 22 mm). 3. Draai de pen van de crankafnemer (10) net zo lang aan met een schroefsleutel (SW 14) totdat de crank los is. Crank (Hollowtech II) demonteren (afb. G) 1. Draai de crankafdekking los met de crankdopsleutel (11). 2. Draai de crankschroeven los met een passende inbussleutel (6). Binnenlager (Hollowtech II-crankstel) verwijderen (afb. H) 1. Demonteer vervolgens de crank. 2. Draai de linker lagerschaal met het lagerschaalgereedschap (2) tegen de klok in los. 3. Draai de rechter lagerschaal met het lagerschaalgereedschap (2) met de klok mee los. 4. Verwijder het binnenlager. Aanwijzing: Vet het binnenlager in voordat u dit weer monteert. Spaken spannen (afb. I) 1. Plaats de spaaksleutel (9) op een nippel. 2. D  raai de spaaksleutel met de klok mee om de spaak vaster te draaien en tegen de klok in om hem losser te draaien. 3. C  ontroleer de spanning van de spaken en herhaal indien nodig stap 1 en 2. Ketting lossen (afb. J) (afb. K) 1. Plaats de kettingpons (8) op het onderste kettingdeel. 2. Leg de ketting exact op de geleiding (8e). 3. Draai aan de stelschroef (8a) om de ketting te sluiten. De kettingborging (8b) moet correct op de ketting zijn uitgelijnd en strak op de ketting zitten. Aanwijzing: De kettingborging houdt de ketting vast tijdens het verwijderen/plaatsen van de kettingpons en voorkomt dat de ketting kantelt. De holling dient voor opname van de pons tijdens het uitdrukken. 4. Draai de hevel tegen de klok in om met behulp van de pen (8c) de betreffende kettingpen te verwijderen. 5. Trek het gedeelte van de ketting zonder de pen door de derailleur. Aanwijzing: Houd er rekening mee dat de geleiding (8d) niet geschikt is om de ketting tegen te houden. Leg de ketting steeds op de geleiding (8e) bij het verwijderen of plaatsen van de kettingpen. Ketting sluiten (afb. K) 1. Steek de beide uiteinden van de ketting in elkaar en leg de ketting in de kettingpons (8). 2. B  org de ketting met de kettingborging (8b). 3. P laats de nieuwe kettingpen op de geleiding (8d) en druk hem in de ketting. Opslag, reiniging Het artikel altijd droog en netjes in een op temperatuur gebrachte kamer opbergen. Odkręcić lewy pedał za pomocą klucza do pedałów (3) w kierunku zgodnym z ruchem wskazówek zegara. 2. Odkręcić prawy pedał za pomocą klucza do pedałów (3) w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara. Wskazówka: Nasmarować gwint pedałów przed ich ponownym zamocowaniem. Wymiana dętki (rys. D) 1. Hrozí nebezpečí udušení! Nebezpečí poranění! • Výrobek obsahuje ostré součásti. Dávejte pozor, aby nedošlo ke zranění. • Při vysouvání a zasouvání dávejte pozor zejména na prsty. Nebezpečí poranění uskřípnutím. • Před každým použitím zkontrolujte, zda není výrobek poškozený nebo opotřebovaný. • Pozor! Výrobek není vhodný pro děti do 36 měsíců. Nebezpečí udušení: dítě může spolknout nebo vdechnout drobné díly! Použití Odstranění kazety (obr. E) 1. Demontujte zadní kolo vašeho kola. Odstraňte proto rychlonapínáky nebo volitelně stávající matky. 2. N  asaďte stahovák kazety (12) do uzavíracího kroužku (obr. E). Upozornění: Dbejte na to, aby byl stahovák bezpodmínečně vhodný pro vaši kazetu. Dle výrobce potřebujete, pokud to vyžadují okolnosti, jiný stahovák. 3. V  ložte řetězový bič paralelně kolem pastorku kazety. 4. Z  astrčte klíč s vnitřním šestihranem (4) s článkem (5) do stahováku kazety (12) a uvolněte uzavírací kroužek. 5. O  dšroubujte nejprve uzavírací kroužek. Odejměte poté kazetu. Demontáž pedálů (obr. C) 1. Odšroubujte levý pedál pedálovým klíčem (3) ve směru hodinových ručiček. 2. Odšroubujte pravý pedál pedálovým klíčem (3) proti směru hodinových ručiček. Upozornění: Namažte pedálový zvedák před opětovným nasazením pedálů. Výměna hadice (obr. D) 1. Vypusťte vzduch z hadice. 2. Posuňte zvedák pneumatiky (7) opatrně plochým koncem mezi ráfek a plášť. Začněte v blízkosti ventilu. Upozornění: Aby zvedák pneumatiky nevypadl, můžete ho s pomocí háku připevnit na paprsek kola. 3. Nasaďte druhý zvedák pneumatiky (7) o kousek dál a táhněte plášť tak daleko přes ráfek, dokud nebude moct být hadice kolem odebraná. Upozornění: Zacházejte s montážní pákou opatrně. Hadice nesmí být poškozená. Demontáž kliky (čtyřstěn) (obr. F) 1. Povolte šroub kliky vhodným klíčem a odstraňte ho. Upozornění: Některé kliky mají krytky šroubu. Ty musejí být před demontáží kliky odstraněny. 2. Vytočte čep stahováku kliky zcela zpět (10) vtočte stahovák kliky (10) ručně do kliky. Upozornění: K zajištění, že stahovák kliky sedí pevně v klice, utáhněte ho pomocí šroubového klíče (SW 22 mm). 3. Šroubujte čep klikového stahováku (10) pomocí šroubového klíče (SW 14) tak dlouho, dokud se klika neuvolní. Demontáž kliky (Hollowtech II) (obr. G) 1. Odšroubujte krytku kliky pomocí nástroje pro hvězdicovou krytku (11). 2. Uvolněte klikové šrouby vhodným šestihranným klíčem (6). Odstranění vnitřního ložiska (sada klik Hollowtech II) (obr. H) 1. Demontujte nejprve kliku. 2. Uvolněte levou misku ložiska pomocí nástroje pro misky ložisek (2) proti směru hodinových ručiček. 3. Uvolněte pravou misku ložiska pomocí nástroje pro misky ložisek (2) ve směru hodinových ručiček. 4. Odstraňte vnitřní ložisko. Upozornění: Namažte vnitřní ložisko před opětovným nasazením. Napnutí paprsků (obr. I) 1. Připevněte klíč na paprsky kol (9) na nipl. 2. P ootočte klíčem na paprsky kol ve směru hodinových ručiček k pevnějšímu dotažení paprsků nebo proti směru hodinových ručiček k jejich uvolnění. 3. Z  kontrolujte napnutí paprsků a dle situace znova opakujte kroky 1 a 2. Otevření řetězu (obr. J) (obr. K) 1. Nasaďte řetězový nýt (8) na dolní větev řetězu. 2. Položte řetěz vhodně na vodící lištu (8e). 3. Otočte stavěcím šroubem (8a) k zajištění řetězu. Zajištění řetězu (8a) musí být na řetězu správně srovnáno a musí k řetězu těsně přiléhat. Upozornění:Zajištění řetězu drží řetěz během odstranění/přidání nýtu a zabraňuje vzpříčení řetězu. Dutý prostor slouží k uchopení pro řetězového nýtu při vytlačení. 4. Pootočte pákou ve směru hodinových ručiček, abyste s pomocí zatlačovače řetězového nýtu (8c) odstranili daný řetězový nýt. 5. Vytáhněte konec řetězu bez nýtu přes řadící ústrojí. Upozornění: Dbejte na to, že vodící lišta (8d) není vhodná k držení řetězu. Při vytlačení a zatlačení řetězového nýtu vkládejte řetěz vždy na vodící lištu (8e). Uzavření řetězu (obr. K) 1. Strčte oba konce řetězu do sebe a vložte řetěz do řetězového nýtu (8). 2. Zajistěte řetěz pomocí zajištění řetězu (8b). 3. Umístěte nový řetězový nýt na vodící lištu (8d) a zatlačte ho dovnitř. Skladování, čištění Výrobek skladujte vždy suchý a čistý v temperovaném prostoru. Utírat dočista pouze suchým čisticím hadříkem. DŮLEŽITÉ UPOZORNĚNÍ! Nikdy nečistěte agresivními čisticími prostředky. Za týmto účelom odstráňte rýchloupínač alebo alternatívne existujúce matice. 2. N  asaďte sťahovák kazety (12) do ukončovacieho krúžku kazety (obr. E). Upozornenie: Majte na pamäti, že sťahovák musí byť vhodný pre vašu kazetu. V závislosti od výrobcu potrebujete za konkrétnych okolností vždy iný sťahovák. 3. Položte súbežne reťazový sťahovák okolo pastorkov kazety. 4. Z  asuňte imbusový kľúč (4) s násadou (5) do sťahováka kazety (12) a uvoľnite ukončovací krúžok. 5. O  dskrutkujte najskôr ukončovací krúžok. Následne stiahnite kazetu. Demontáž pedálov (obr. C) 1. Pomocou kľúča na pedále (3) odskrutkujte ľavý pedál v smere hodinových ručičiek. 2. P omocou kľúča na pedále (3) odskrutkujte pravý pedál proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. Upozornenie: Pred opätovným nasadením pedálov namažte závit pedálu. SK 23 Výmena duše (obr. D) 1. Vypusťte vzduch z duše. 2. Zasuňte opatrne montážnu páčku na plášte (7) plochým koncom medzi ráfik a plášť. Začnite v blízkosti ventilu. Upozornenie: Aby montážna páčka na plášte nevypadla, môžete ju pomocou háku upevniť na špici. 3. Nasaďte druhú montážnu páčku na plášte (7) o kúsok ďalej a pretiahnite plášť cez ráfik potiaľ, kým sa nedá duša dookola stiahnuť. Upozornenie: S montážnou páčkou zaobchádzajte opatrne. Duša sa nesmie poškodiť. Demontáž kľuky (štvorhranu) (obr. F) 1. Uvoľnite skrutku kľuky pomocou vhodného kľúča a odstráňte ju. Upozornenie: Niektoré kľuky majú kryty skrutiek. Tieto sa musia pred montážou kľuky odstrániť. 2. Otočte tŕň sťahováka kľúk (10) úplne späť a zatočte sťahovák kľúk (10) ručne do kľuky. Upozornenie: Pre uistenie, aby sťahovák kľúk pevne sedel v kľuke, utiahnite ho kľúčom na skrutky (veľkosť kľúča 22 mm). 3. Zaskrutkujte tŕň sťahováka kľúk (10) kľúčom na skrutky (otvor kľúča 14) potiaľ, kým sa kľuka neuvoľní. Demontáž kľuky (Hollowtech II) (obr. G) 1. Odskrutkujte krytku kľuky pomocou hviezdicového nástroja na krytky (11). 2. Uvoľnite skrutky kľuky pomocou vhodného imbusového kľúča (6). Odstránenie vnútorného ložiska (súprava kľuky Hollowtech II) (obr. H) 1. Najskôr demontujte kľuku. 2. Uvoľnite ľavú ložiskovú misku pomocou nástroja na ložiskové misky (2) proti smeru hodinových ručičiek. 3. Uvoľnite pravú ložiskovú misku pomocou nástroja na ložiskové misky (2) v smere hodinových ručičiek. 4. Odstráňte vnútorné ložisko. 24 SK Upozornenie: Pred opätovným nasadením vnútorné ložisko namažte. Napnutie špíc (obr. I) 1. Umiestnite centrovací kľúč (9) na nipel. 2. O  táčajte centrovacím kľúčom v smere hodinových ručičiek, aby sa špica pevnejšie utiahla alebo proti smeru hodinových ručičiek, aby sa uvoľnila. 3. S  kontrolujte napnutie špíc a opakujte prípadne kroky 1 a 2. Otvorenie reťaze (obr. J) (obr. K) 1. Nasaďte nitovač reťaze (8) na spodnú vetvu reťaze. 2. Položte reťaz s presným lícovaním na vodiacu lištu (8e). 3. Otáčajte nastavovacou skrutkou (8a) pre zaistenie reťaze. Poistka reťaze (8b) musí byť správne vyrovnaná na reťazi a pevne priliehať k reťazi. Upozornenie: Poistka reťaze pevne drží reťaz počas odstraňovania/vkladania nitu reťaze a zabraňuje spriečeniu reťaze. Dutý priestor slúži na upnutie nitu reťaze pri vytláčaní. 4. Otáčajte páku v smere hodinových ručičiek, aby ste pomocou vytláčača nitu reťaze (8c) odstránili príslušný nit reťaze. 5. Vytiahnite koniec reťaze bez nitu von cez radiaci mechanizmus. Upozornenie: Majte na pamäti, že vodiaca lišta (8d) nie je vhodná na držanie reťaze. Reťaz položte na vodiacu lištu (8e) vždy pri vyťahovaní alebo zatláčaní nitu reťaze. Zatvorenie reťaze (obr. K) 1. Zasuňte do seba obidva konce reťaze a vsaďte reťaz do nitovača reťaze (8). 2. Z  aistite reťaz pomocou poistky reťaze (8b). 3. U  miestnite nový nit reťaze na vodiacu lištu (8d) a zatlačte ho dovnútra. Skladovanie, čistenie Výrobok skladujte vždy suchý a čistý v temperovanej miestnosti. Utrite dočista len suchou handrou. DÔLEŽITÉ! Nikdy nečistite agresívnymi čistiacimi prostriedkami. Pokyny k likvidácii Výrobok a obalový materiál zlikvidujte v súlade s aktuálnymi miestnymi predpismi.
