Dit apparaat heeft een garantietermijn van 2 jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop. Gedurende
de garantieperiode zal de distributeur volledige verantwoording op zich nemen voor
gebreken die aanwijsbaar berusten op materiaal- of constructiefouten. Wanneer dergelijke
gebreken voorkomen, zal het apparaat, indien nodig, vervangen of gerepareerd worden. De
garantieperiode van 2 jaar zal op dit moment niet terug beginnen, maar loopt verder tot 2
jaar na de aankoop van het toestel. De garantie wordt verleend op basis van het kassaticket.
Indien je apparaat defect is binnen de garantietermijn van 2 jaar, dan mag je het toestel
samen met het originele kassaticket binnenbrengen in de winkel waar je het toestel hebt
aangekocht.
De garantie op accessoires en onderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage, bedraagt 6
maanden.
De garantie en verantwoordelijkheid/aansprakelijkheid van de leverancier en fabrikant
vervallen automatisch in de volgende gevallen:
· Bij het niet naleven van de instructies in deze handleiding.
· Bij verkeerde aansluiting, vb. te hoge elektrische spanning.
· Bij verkeerd, hardhandig of abnormaal gebruik.
· Bij onvoldoende of verkeerd onderhoud.
· Bij herstelling of wijziging van het toestel door de consument of niet gemachtigde derden.
· Bij gebruik van onderdelen of accessoires welke niet worden aanbevolen of geleverd door
de leverancier / fabrikant.

VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Bij het gebruik van elektrische apparaten, moeten steeds de basisveiligheidsvoorschriften in
acht genomen worden, zoals ondermeer:
· Lees alle instructies aandachtig door. Bewaar deze handleiding voor later.
· Zorg ervoor dat alle verpakkingsmateriaal en promotiestickers verwijderd zijn alvorens het
apparaat de eerste keer te gebruiken.
· Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met het verpakkingsmateriaal kunnen spelen.
· Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in een huishoudelijke omgeving en voor commerciële
doeleinden zoals:
· In personeelskeukens, winkels, kantoren en andere gelijkaardige werkomgevingen;
· In boerderijen;
· Door klanten in hotels, motels en andere residentiële omgevingen;
· In omgevingen van het bed and breakfast type.
· Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (waaronder kinderen) met een
lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of mentale beperking, of met een gebrek aan ervaring en kennis,
tenzij ze onder toezicht staan of aanwijzingen hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het
apparaat van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid.
· Kinderen moeten onder toezicht staan, om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet met het apparaat
spelen.
· Dit apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden door kinderen tussen 0 en 16 jaar. Dit apparaat
mag worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf 16 jaar als ze voortdurend onder toezicht staan.
Dit apparaat mag worden gebruikt door mensen met een lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of

schoonmaakt.
· Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet dit vervangen worden door de fabrikant, zijn
onderhoudsagent of gelijkaardige gekwaliceerde personen, om risico’s te vermijden.
· LET OP: Om risico’s te vermijden, mag dit apparaat niet aangesloten worden op een
externe schakelaar zoals een timer, of op een stroomkring die regelmatig aan- en
uitgeschakeld wordt door de elektriciteitsmaatschappij.
· Voorzichtigheid is geboden bij het hanteren van messen, vooral bij het verwijderen van
het mes uit de schaal, bij het leegmaken van de schaal en bij het schoonmaken van het
apparaat.

· De oppervlakken van het apparaat kunnen warm worden tijdens het gebruik. Er wordt
aangeraden niet de oppervlakken maar alleen de handgrepen van het apparaat aan te
raken, om brandwonden te vermijden.
· Gebruik dit apparaat niet als het snoer of de stekker beschadigd is of als het apparaat
niet goed werkt of op enige wijze beschadigd is. Breng het apparaat terug naar de
Onderhoudsdienst van DOMO of de onderhoudsagent voor onderzoek, herstelling of
mechanische bijstelling.
· Dompel de behuizing, het snoer of de stekker niet onder in water of een andere vloeistof,
om elektrische schok of brandwonden te vermijden.
· Laat het netsnoer niet over de rand van het aanrecht hangen of warme oppervlakken
raken.
· Gebruik dit apparaat niet voor andere doeleinden dan het beoogde gebruik.
· Laat het apparaat nooit onbewaakt achter wanneer het in werking is.
· Plaats het apparaat niet op of in de buurt van een hete gas- of elektrische brander, of in
een verwarmde oven.
· Gebruik of bewaar dit apparaat niet buiten.
· Verplaats het apparaat niet wanneer het in gebruik is.
· Gebruik enkel het keukengerei dat bij het apparaat werd geleverd.
· Controleer zorgvuldig of de spanning en frequentie overeenstemmen met de indicaties op
het typeplaatje van het apparaat.
· De stekker moet in het juiste stopcontact gestoken worden, dat geïnstalleerd en geaard is
volgens de lokale normen en vereisten.
· Als dit apparaat niet schoon gehouden wordt, zou dit de levensduur kunnen verkorten en
mogelijk leiden tot gevaarlijke situaties.

GEBRUIK
Opmerking: alvorens het toestel te gebruiken, maak het proper met een vochtige doek.
1. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet ingeschakeld is wanneer je de ingrediënten toevoegt.
Verwijder de stekker van het apparaat.
2. Verwijder het deksel. Wees voorzichtig voor het mes.
3. Plaats alle ingrediënten in de blender.
4. Voeg het water of de bouillon als laatste toe. Let hierbij op de minimum- en
maximumaanduiding binnenin het toestel. Zorg ervoor dat het toestel steeds tot aan de
minimumaanduiding (1200 ml) of maximumaanduiding (2000 ml) is gevuld.
5. Plaats het deksel op de behuizing. Let hierbij op dat het deksel correct geplaatst wordt.
6. Steek de voedingskabel in de snoeraansluiting achteraan het toestel. De indicatielampjes
van de programma’s zullen één voor één knipperen.
7. Selecteer het gewenste programma (chuncky/smooth/extra smooth/juice/jam/blend-
clean) door op de programmakeuzetoets ‘SELECT’ te drukken. Druk daarna op start
‘START/STOP’. Op de LED-display zie je een aftelklok.
Opgelet: de behuizing wordt warm.

8. Wanneer het programma afgerond is, hoor je gedurende één minuut een eindsignaal.
Wees voorzichtig wanneer je de soep uitgiet!
Opgelet: als je tijdens het programma het toestel wil uitschakelen of nog van programma wil
veranderen, houd je de aan/uitknop even ingedrukt.

GEHEUGENFUNCTIE
Als je een ingrediënt bent vergeten toe te voegen, kan je dit nog doen terwijl het toestel
in werking is door gewoon het deksel van het toestel te halen. De soepmaker onthoudt
gedurende 2 minuten het huidige programma. Voeg de vergeten ingrediënten toe en plaats
het deksel terug op het toestel. Het programma gaat gewoon verder.

PROGRAMMA’S
Chunky: verwarmen
De chunky-functie is perfect voor soepen met grotere stukken. Zorg ervoor dat je de groenten
al in de gewenste grootte snijdt. Het apparaat mixt de soep niet maar kookt ze enkel. Dit
programma duurt ongeveer 28 minuten. Het programma is beëindigd wanneer je gedurende
een minuut een pieptoon hoort. Vervolgens schakelt het toestel over in de automatische
warmhoudfunctie (zie het hoofdstuk over de automatische warmhoudfunctie). Als je niet
tevreden bent over de structuur van de soep, kan je achteraf de blend-functie gebruiken.
Smooth: verwarmen + mixen
De smooth-functie zorgt ervoor dat je een gladde, perfect gemixte soep krijgt. Dit
programma duurt 21 minuten. Het toestel warmt eerst op en zal de groenten aan de kook
brengen. Na ongeveer 11 minuten mixt het toestel kort de ingrediënten voor de eerste maal.
Vervolgens zal de soep verder koken. Na ongeveer 15 minuten zal het toestel voor de tweede
maal de soep kort mixen. Na 18 minuten mixt het toestel de soep tot een gladde massa. Het
programma is beëindigd wanneer je gedurende een minuut een pieptoon hoort. Vervolgens
schakelt het toestel over in de automatische warmhoudfunctie (zie het hoofdstuk over de
automatische warmhoudfunctie).
Extra smooth: verwarmen + extra mixen
De extra smooth-functie zorgt ervoor dat je een zeer jn gemixte soep bekomt. Met deze
functie kan je dus eenvoudig een velouté maken. Het programma duurt 30 minuten. In deze
tijd zal het toestel de groenten koken en regelmatig mixen zodat de soep zeer jn gemixt is na
aoop. Het programma is beëindigd wanneer je gedurende een minuut een pieptoon hoort.
Vervolgens schakelt het toestel over in de automatische warmhoudfunctie (zie het hoofdstuk
over de automatische warmhoudfunctie).
Juice: mixen
De juice-functie is ideaal voor het bereiden van een smoothie, milkshake of andere koude
dranken. Het programma duurt 2 minuten. Na aoop hoor je gedurende een minuut een
pieptoon. Dit programma mixt enkel en warmt de ingrediënten dus niet op.
Jam: verwarmen + mixen
De jam-functie is perfect geschikt voor het bereiden van lekkere contuur. Het programma
duurt 25 minuten. Tijdens deze 25 minuten verwarmt en blend het toestel regelmatig totdat
het de juiste structuur bekomt voor een lekkere contuur. Het programma is beëindigd
wanneer je gedurende een minuut een pieptoon hoort.
Opgelet: deze functie is niet geschikt voor het maken van soep want de mix- en
verwarmtijden zijn anders ingesteld.

Blend/clean: mixen of reinigen
Als je soep nog niet de gewenste structuur heeft, kan je je soep nog even verder mixen met
deze functie. Selecteer het programma “blend” en bevestig met de starttoets. Houd de
starttoets ingedrukt totdat je de gewenste structuur hebt. Bij dit programma zal de blender
niet opwarmen. Wij raden je aan de blend-functie niet langer dan 20 seconden ononderbroken
te gebruiken. Op deze manier kan je je toestel na gebruik ook reinigen.
AUTOMATISCHE WARMHOUDFUNCTIE
Deze functie houdt de soep automatisch warm gedurende 30 minuten na aoop van het
gekozen programma. Tijdens deze 30 minuten zal het toestel af en toe mixen om de juiste
consistentie te behouden. Na 30 minuten schakelt het toestel zichzelf uit en zal het de soep
dus niet langer warm houden.
Opgelet: dit geldt enkel voor de programma’s chunky, smooth en extra smooth.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
· Plaats het toestel nooit in de vaatwasmachine.
· Verwijder het deksel van de blender en reinig met een vochtige doek.
· Wees voorzichtig wanneer je het mes proper maakt.
· Vul de blender na gebruik met warm water en een beetje zeep. Reinig je toestel met
de blend/clean-functie (zie hoofdstuk gebruik). Maak de blender proper met een zacht
sponsje. Gebruik geen schuursponsjes die krassen kunnen maken op de bodem.
· Droog het deksel en de blender onmiddellijk af na reiniging.
· Zorg ervoor dat het toestel nooit wordt ondergedompeld in water.

VEELGESTELDE VRAGEN
Kan ik koude soepen, zoals gazpacho, maken in de soepblender?
Dit kan. Je kan kiezen tussen de programma’s “chunky”, “smooth”, “extra smooth”. De soep
zal eerst gekookt worden. Nadien kan je de soep laten aoelen in de ijskast. Met het “juice“
programma kan je de soep ook koud bereiden.
De soepblender stopt met werken.
Het apparaat heeft een veiligheid tegen oververhitting. Wanneer het toestel oververhit raakt,
zal het toestel uitschakelen. Dit kan gebeuren wanneer je meerdere malen soep na elkaar
maakt en het toestel niet voldoende aoelt na elke kookcyclus. Wanneer dit gebeurt, volstaat
het om de blender leeg te maken en deze ongeveer een half uur te laten aoelen. Je toestel
zal nu terug werken.
Ook wanneer je de blend-functie langer dan 20 seconden gebruikt, zal deze veiligheid
ingeschakeld worden. In dit geval wacht je 10 seconden.
Wat als er voeding aanbakt op de bodem van het toestel?
Zorg ervoor dat je steeds een kopje water of bouillon toevoegt aan de ingrediënten. Zo zal
het voedsel geen rechtstreeks contact hebben met de verwarming, waardoor het niet zal
aanbakken.
Onthoud mijn toestel het programma als ik het deksel verwijder?
Ja, het toestel heeft een geheugenfunctie gedurende twee minuten. Dit wil zeggen dat je
gedurende twee minuten bv. nog ingrediënten kan toevoegen. Plaats binnen de twee minuten
het deksel terug op het toestel en het programma gaat gewoon verder.

Kan ik het toestel ook voor andere bereidingen gebruiken dan soep?
Ja. Je kan het toestel ook gebruiken om heerlijke conturen, smoothies, compotes, sauzen of
milkshakes te maken met de jam, juice- of blend functie.
Mag ik vlees toevoegen aan de soep?
Ja. Gebruik hiervoor enkel het programma “chunky”. Het vlees zal samen met de groenten
gaar gekookt worden. Snij het vlees in kleinere stukken, van maximum 2 op 2 cm.
Wat is de inhoud van de soepblender?
De maximaal toegestane hoeveelheid soep die je in 1 cyclus kan maken is 2 l.
De minimale en maximale hoeveelheden staan aangeduid aan de binnenkant van het toestel.
Overschrijd de maximale hoeveelheid niet. Doe je dit toch, dan gaat de overloopsensor in
veiligheid, en valt het toestel uit.
Kan ik de tijden voor “smooth”, “chunky”, “extra smooth“, “jam“ en “juice” aanpassen?
Nee. Deze tijden zijn standaard ingesteld en zorgen voor het beste resultaat.
MILIEURICHTLIJNEN
Dit symbool op het product of op de verpakking wijst
erop dat dit product niet als huishoudafval mag worden
behandeld. Het moet naar een plaats worden gebracht waar
elektrische en elektronische apparatuur wordt gerecycleerd.
Als je ervoor zorgt dat dit product op de correcte manier
wordt verwijderd, voorkom je mogelijk voor mens en milieu
negatieve gevolgen die zich zouden kunnen voordoen in
geval van verkeerde afvalbehandeling. Voor meer details in
verband met het recycleren van dit product, neem je best
contact op met de gemeentelijke instanties, het bedrijf of de
dienst belast met de verwijdering van huishoudafval of de
winkel waar je het product hebt gekocht.
Het verpakkingsmateriaal is recycleerbaar. Behandel de
verpakking milieubewust.

Cet appareil est garanti 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat. Durant la période de garantie, le
distributeur assumera l’entière responsabilité en cas de défauts de fonctionnement (matériel)
ou de fabrication. Si un tel problème survient, l’appareil sera remplacé ou réparé. La période
de garantie de 2 ans ne reprend pas à zéro, mais se poursuit (jusqu’à 2 ans à compter de la
date d’achat de l’appareil). La garantie est accordée sur la base du ticket de caisse.
Pour les accessoires et les éléments d’usure, une garantie de 6 mois s’applique.
La garantie et la responsabilité du fournisseur et du fabricant n’ont plus eet dans les cas
suivants :
· Les instructions du manuel n’ont pas été suivies.
· Mauvais raccordement, par ex. tension électrique trop forte.
· Utilisation contraire, brutale ou anormale.
· Entretien insusant ou non conforme.
· Réparation ou modication de l’appareil par le consommateur ou un tiers non autorisé.
· Utilisation d’éléments ou d’accessoires qui ne sont pas recommandés ou fournis par le

UTILISATION
Remarque : avant d’utiliser l’appareil, nettoyez-le à l’aide d’un chion humide.
1. Assurez-vous que l’appareil ne soit pas branché lorsque vous ajoutez les ingrédients. Otez
la che de l’appareil.
2. Enlevez le couvercle. Soyez prudent avec le couteau.
3. Placez tous les ingrédients dans le blender.
4. Ajoutez l’eau ou le bouillon en dernier. Respectez les indications minimum-maximum
gurant à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Remplissez l’appareil en respectant les indications
minimum (1 200 ml) et maximum (2000 ml).
5. Mettez le couvercle sur le récipient. Assurez-vous que le couvercle soit placé
convenablement.
6. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation dans la connexion d’alimentation située à l’arrière de
l’appareil. Les lampes-témoins des programmes vont clignoter l’une après l’autre.
7. Choisissez le programme désiré (chunky/smooth/extra smooth/juice/jam/blend-clean)
en appuyant sur la touche de choix du programme ‘SELECT’. Conrmez en enfonçant la
touche de mise en marche ‘START/STOP‘. L’écran LED ache une minuterie.
Attention: le récipient devient chaud.

FONCTION MÉMOIRE
Si vous avez oublié de mettre un ingrédient, ajoutez-le lorsque l’appareil est en marche en
levant simplement le couvercle. Le soupmaker mémorise le programme actuel pendant
2 minutes. Ajoutez les ingrédients manquants et replacez le couvercle sur l’appareil. Le
programme se poursuit normalement.

LES PROGRAMMES
La fonction ‘chunky’ convient parfaitement aux soupes à gros morceaux. Assurez-vous de
couper déjà les légumes à la grandeur souhaitée. L’appareil cuit la soupe, mais ne la mixe pas.
Ce programme dure 28 minutes. Le programme est terminé lorsque le bip sonore retentit
pendant une minute. Après, la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique ce met en fonction
(voir la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique). Si la texture de la soupe ne vous plaît
pas, vous pouvez utilisez la fonction ‘blend’ a posteriori.
La fonction ‘smooth’ vous permet d’obtenir une soupe onctueuse et parfaitement mixée.
Ce programme dure 21 minutes. L’appareil commencera à chauer et portera les légumes
à ébullition. Après environ 11 minutes, l’appareil mixera la soupe une première fois très
brièvement. La soupe continuera ensuite à cuire. Après environ 15 minutes, l’appareil mixera
la soupe une deuxième fois brièvement. Après 18 minutes, l’appareil mixera la soupe jusqu’à
obtenir la bonne onctuosité. Le programme est terminé lorsque un bip sonore retentit
pendant une minute. Après, la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique ce met en fonction
(voir la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique).
La fonction « extra smooth » vous permet d’obtenir une soupe nement mixée. Grâce à
cette fonction, vous pouvez préparer des veloutés en toute simplicité. Le programme dure
30 minutes. Pendant ces 30 minutes, l’appareil cuit les légumes et les mixe régulièrement
pour que la soupe soit très nement mixée. Le programme est terminé lorsque un bip sonore
retentit pendant une minute. Après, la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique ce met en
fonction (voir la fonction du maintien au chaud automatique).
Juice: mixer
La fonction ‘juice’ convient parfaitement pour la préparation de smoothies, milk-shakes et
autres boissons froides. Le programme dure 2 minutes. À la n du programme, un bip sonore
retentit pendant une minute. Ce programme mixe les ingrédients, mais ne les réchaue pas.
La fonction « jam » vous permet de préparer de délicieuses contures. Le programme dure
25 minutes. Pendant ces 25 minutes, l’appareil chaue et mixe régulièrement vos ingrédients
jusqu’à obtenir la consistance parfaite pour une délicieuse conture. Le programme est
terminé lorsque un bip sonore retentit pendant une minute.
Attention : cette fonction ne convient pas à la préparation de soupes car elle présente des
temps de chaue et de mixage diérents.

Blend/clean: mixer/nettoyage
Si votre soupe n’a pas encore la consistance souhaitée, mixez-la encore un peu en utilisant
cette fonction. Choisissez le programme ‘blend’ et conrmez en enfonçant la touche de mise
en marche. Maintenez la touche de mise en marche enfoncée jusqu’à obtenir la consistance
souhaitée. Le blender ne chaue pas au cours de ce programme. Nous vous recommandons
de ne pas utiliser la fonction ‘blend’ sans interruption pendant plus de 20 secondes. Cette
fonction vous permet également nettoyer votre appareil après utilisation.
FONCTION DE MAINTIEN AU CHAUD AUTOMATIQUE
À la n du programme choisi, cette fonction s’enclenche automatiquement et permet de
maintenir votre soupe au chaud pendant 30 minutes. L’appareil mixe votre préparation an
de garder la bonne consistance. Après 30 minutes, l’appareil s’éteint automatiquement et la
soupe n’est donc plus maintenue au chaud.
Attention : cette fonction ne vaut que pour les programmes chunky, smooth et extra smooth.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
· Ne placez jamais l’appareil dans le lave-vaisselle.
· Otez le couvercle du blender et nettoyez-le avec un linge humide.
· Soyez prudent en nettoyant le couteau.
· Après usage, remplissez le blender d’eau chaude et d’un peu de savon. Nettoyez votre
appareil avec la fonction ‘blend/clean’ (voir chapitre ‘Utilisation’). Nettoyez le blender avec
une petite éponge douce. N’utilisez pas d’éponge abrasive qui pourrait rayer le fond.
· Séchez le blender et le couvercle immédiatement après le nettoyage.
· Assurez-vous que l’appareil ne soit jamais immergé dans l’eau.

QUESTIONS FRÉQUENTES
Puis-je faire des soupes froides, comme du Gazpacho, dans le blender?
C’est possible. Vous avez le choix entre les programmes “chunky”, “smooth” et “extra
smooth”. La soupe sera d’abord cuite. Vous pouvez ensuite la faire refroidir dans le
réfrigérateur. Vous pouvez également utiliser le programme « juice » pour préparer des soupes
froides.
Le blender s’arrête de fonctionner.
L’appareil comporte une sécurité contre la surchaue. Lorsque l’appareil surchaue, il
se déconnecte. Ceci peut se produire lorsque vous préparez de la soupe plusieurs fois
consécutivement et ne laissez pas l’appareil refroidir susamment après chaque cycle de
cuisson. Lorsque ceci se produit, il vous sut de vider le blender et de le laisser refroidir
environ une demi-heure. Votre appareil fonctionnera à nouveau.
Cette sécurité sera également activée si vous utilisez la fonction “blend” pendant plus de 20
secondes consécutives. Il vous sut, dans ce cas, d’attendre 10 secondes.
Quid si de la nourriture attache au fond de l’appareil?
Assurez-vous de toujours ajouter une tasse d’eau ou de bouillon aux ingrédients. La nourriture
n’entrera pas en contact direct avec l’élément de chaue et n’attachera pas.

L’appareil fonctionne-t-il également sans couvercle?
L’appareil dispose d’une fonction mémoire de deux minutes. Cela signie que vous avez
deux minutes pour ajouter des ingrédients par exemple. Vous disposez de deux minutes pour
replacer le couvercle sur l’appareil et le programme se poursuit normalement.
Puis-je utiliser également l’appareil pour d’autres préparations que la soupe?
Oui. Vous pouvez également utiliser cet appareil pour préparer des contures, des smoothies,
des compotes, des sauces ou des milkshakes en utilisant les fonctions « jam », « juice » ou «
blend ».
Puis-je rajouter de la viande dans la soupe?
Oui. N’utilisez pour cela que le programme “chunky”. La viande sera cuite en même temps
que les légumes. Découpez la viande en morceaux plus petits, de 2 x 2 cm maximum.
Quelle est la contenance du blender?
La quantité maximale de soupe que vous pouvez faire en 1 cycle est de 2 l. Les quantités
minimale et maximale sont indiquées à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Ne dépassez pas la quantité
maximale. Si vous le faites malgré tout, le capteur de trop-plein enclenche la sécurité et
l’appareil s’arrête.

GEBRAUCH
Hinweis: Vor dem Gebrauch des Geräts reinigen Sie es bitte mit einem feuchten Tuch.
1. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät nicht eingeschaltet ist, wenn Sie die Zutaten zufügen.
Entfernen Sie den Stecker vom Gerät.
2. Entfernen Sie den Deckel. Seien Sie dabei vorsichtig, dass Sie sich nicht an den Messer
verletzen.
3. Geben Sie alle Zutaten in den Behälter.
4. Fügen Sie zum Schluss das Wasser bzw. die Brühe hinzu. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass
Sie die min./max. Menge nicht überschreiten. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät immer bis
zum Mindestfüllstand (1200 ml) oder bis zum maximalen Füllstand (2000 ml) gefüllt ist.
5. Setzen Sie den Deckel wieder auf das Gerät. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass der Deckel
korrekt auf dem Gerät sitzt.
6. Stecken Sie das Stromkabel in die vorgesehene Buchse an der Rückseite des Gerätes. Die
Kontrolllämpchen des Gerätes werden eine nach der anderen blinken.
7. Wählen Sie das gewünschte Programm (chunky/smooth/extra smooth/juice/jam/
blend-clean), indem Sie auf den entsprechenden Programmknopf ‘SELECT’ drücken.
Bestätigen Sie Ihre Wahl, indem Sie den Start Knopf ‘START/STOP’ drücken. Auf dem
LED-Bildschirm sehen Sie einen Countdown.

SPEICHERFUNKTION
Wenn Sie das Hinzufügen einer Zutat vergessen haben, können Sie dies, während das Gerät
in Betrieb ist, einfach durch das Önen des Deckels tun. Der Suppenmacher speichert das

DIE PROGRAMME
Chunky: Erwärmen
Die Chunky-Funktion eignet sich perfekt für Suppen, wobei das Gemüse in Stücken bleiben
soll. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gemüse in mundgerechte Stücke geschnitten ist. Das Gerät
mixt die Suppe nicht, sondern kocht sie nur. Das Chunky-Programm dauert 28 min. Das
Programm ist beendet, wenn Sie eine Minute lang den Piepton hören. Die Automatische
Warmhaltefunktion schaltet an (mehr Info: Automatische Warmhaltefunktion). Wenn Sie nach

zum letzten Mal feingemixt. Das Programm ist beendet, wenn Sie eine Minute lang einen

Die Funktion „Extra Smooth“ sorgt dafür, dass Sie eine sehr fein gemixte Suppe erhalten. Mit
dieser Funktion können Sie deshalb ganz einfach eine Velouté zubereiten. Das Programm
dauert 30 Minuten. In dieser Zeit kocht das Gerät das Gemüse und mixt es regelmäßig, damit
die Suppe am Ende sehr fein gemixt ist. Das Programm ist beendet, wenn Sie eine Minute
lang einen Piepton hören. Die Automatische Warmhaltefunktion schaltet an (mehr Info:

Juice: mixen
Die Juice-Funktion ist ideal zur Zubereitung eines Smoothies, Milchshakes oder für andere
kalte Getränke geeignet. Das Programm dauert 2 Minuten. Nach dem Ende hören Sie eine
Minute lang einen Piepton. Das Programm mixt nur und wärmt die Zutaten nicht auf.
Die Jam-Funktion ist perfekt zur Zubereitung von leckerer Kontüre geeignet. Das Programm
dauert 25 Minuten. Während dieser 25 Minute heizt sich das Gerät regelmäßig auf und mixt,
sodass die richtige Struktur für eine leckere Kontüre entsteht. Das Programm ist beendet,
wenn Sie eine Minute lang einen Piepton hören.
Achtung: Diese Funktion ist nicht zur Zubereitung von Suppe geeignet, denn die Einstellungen
der Mix- und Aueizzeiten weichen voneinander ab.

Blend/clean: mixen + reinigung
Wenn Ihre Suppe noch nicht die gewünschte Struktur besitzt, können Sie diese mit dieser
Funktion noch etwas weiter mixen. Wählen Sie das Programm ‘Blend’ und bestätigen Sie es
mit der Start-Taste. Halten Sie die Start-Taste gedrückt, bis die gewünschte Struktur erreicht
ist. Bei diesem Programm wärmt der Mixer nicht auf. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die Blend-
Funktion nicht länger als 20 Minuten ununterbrochen zu benutzen. Auf diese Art und Weise
können Sie das Gerät nach der Verwendung auch reinigen.
AUTOMATISCHE WARMHALTEFUNKTION
Diese Funktion hält die Suppe nach dem Ende des gewählten Programms automatisch für 30
Minuten warm. Das Gerät mixt für 2 Sekunden, um die gewünschte Konsistenz zu erhalten.
Nach 30 Minuten schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Es hält die Suppe dann nicht mehr
warm.
Achtung: Dies gilt nur für die Programme „Chunky“, „Smooth“ und „Extra Smooth“.
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
· Das Gerät darf nicht in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden.

VIELGESTELLTE FRAGEN
Kann ich auch kalte Suppen, wie z.B. Gazpacho, mit dem Mixer machen?
Ja, das ist kein Problem. Sie haben die Wahl zwischen den Programmen ‘chunky’, ‘smooth’,
‘extra smooth‘. Die Suppe wird hierbei erst gekocht und kann danach im Kühlschrank
abgekühlt werden. Mit dem Programm „Juice“ können Sie auch kalte Suppe zubereiten.
Der Mixer funktioniert nicht. Was kann das sein?
Das Gerät hat einen eingebauten Überhitzungsschutz. Wenn das Gerät zu warm wird, schaltet
es sich automatisch von selbst ab. Es kann passieren, dass das Gerät überhitzt, wenn Sie
mehrere Male nacheinander Suppe kochen, ohne das Gerät zwischendurch ausreichend
abkühlen zu lassen. In so einem Fall reicht es das Gerät ca. 30 min. abkühlen zu lassen. Danach
sollte das Gerät wieder funktionieren.
Auch wenn die Mixer–Funktion länger als 20 Sek. benutzt worden ist wird die eingebaute
Sicherung das Gerät abschalten. Warten Sie in diesem Fall ca. 10 Sek. bevor Sie die „Blend“-
Taste erneut drücken.
Was mache ich, wenn Zutaten am Boden des Gerätes anbrennen?
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie stets eine Tasse Wasser oder Brühe zu den Zutaten gießen, so dass

Note: Before using the device, clean it with a moist cloth.
1. Ensure the soup maker is unplugged before adding the ingredients.
2. Remove the lid. Be careful not to touch the blade.
3. Place all the ingredients in the soup maker.
4. Add the water or broth last, lling it up to between the min and max indication lines.
Make sure that the appliance is always lled between the minimum (1200 ml) and
maximum (2000 ml) indicators.
5. Place the lid back onto the jug. Ensure it is securely in place.
6. Plug the cable in the power socket at the bottom of the handle. The indicator lights will

MEMORY FUNCTION
If you have forgotten to add an ingredient, you can still do this while the appliance is running
by just removing the lid from the appliance. The soup maker will remember the current
programme for 2 minutes. Add the forgotten ingredients and replace the lid. The programme
will continue.
SETTINGS
Chuncky: heat
The chunky-function is perfect for soups requiring a chunkier consistency. For chunky soup
there is no blending process, just heating. It is therefore recommended that you cut the
vegetables into the desired size. The device does not mix the soup but only cooks it. The

program lasts for 28 minutes. The programme is completed when the signal sounds for one
minute. The program ensures the ingredients are heated for longer to ensure the ingredients
are fully cooked. The automatic keep-warm function will start (more info: Automatic keep-
warm function). If you are not satised with the consistency of your soup; you can use the
blend-function afterwards.
Smooth: heat + mix
The smooth-function is perfect for a soup with a smooth consistency. The program lasts for 21
minutes. The program ensures the ingredients are blended to the right consistency and gently
cooked at the right temperature. At rst the appliance will start heating, en the vegetables
will be cooked. After 11 minutes the soup maker mixes the ingredients briey. After this the
soup will boil. After 15 minutes the appliance will mix the soup briey for a second time. After
18 minutes the soup will be mixed to a smooth consistency. The programme is completed
when a signal is sounded for one minute. The automatic keep-warm function will start (more
info: Automatic keep-warm function).
Extra smooth: warm up + extra mixing
The extra smooth function ensures that you get a very nely blended soup. Using this
function, you can easily whip up a velouté. The programme takes 30 minutes. In that time, the
machine cooks the vegetables and regularly mixes them, so that the soup is nely blended
when nished. The programme is completed when a signal is sounded for one minute. The
automatic keep-warm function will start (more info: Automatic keep-warm function).
Juice: mix
The juice function is ideal for preparing a smoothie, milkshake or other cold drinks. The
programme takes 2 minutes. When completed, a signal will sound for one minute. This
programme mixes only and therefore does not heat up the ingredients.
Jam: warming + mixing
The jam function is perfect for preparing a delicious jam. The programme takes 25 minutes.
During this time, the machine regularly heats and blends so you achieve the correct structure
for a delicious jam. The programme is completed when a signal is sounded for one minute.
Note: This function is not suitable for making soup, because the mixing and heating time is set
dierently.
Blend/clean: mix and cleaning
If your soup does not have the desired consistency, you can continue to mix the soup with this
function. Select the ‘Blend’ programme and conrm by pressing the start button. Press and
hold the start button until you have the desired consistency. The blender does not heat with
this programme. We advise you not to use the blend function for longer than 20 seconds at a
time. This is also how you can clean the appliance after use.

This function automatically keeps the soup warm for 30 minutes once the selected
programme has nished. The appliance will mix the soup regulary to maintain the right
consistency. The appliance will switch itself o after 30 minutes and so will no longer keep the
soup warm.
Note: this process applies to the chunky, smooth and extra smooth programmes only.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Do not place the appliance in the dishwasher.
· Remove the lid and clean with a damp cloth.
· Be careful when cleaning the blade.
· Fill the jug with warm water and a little bit of soap. Clean your appliance with the blend/
clean function (see the section on use). Clean the inside of the jug with a soft sponge. Do
not use a scouring pad as this will scratch the base.
· After cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly.
· Do not immerse the appliance in water.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I make cold soups like Gazpacho in my soup maker?
Yes. First cook the soup using the chunky, smooth or extra smooth setting. Then simply let the
soup cool or refrigerate. You can also make cold soups with the “juice” programme.
The soup maker stops working.
The appliance has a safety thermostat. When the appliance is overheated it stops working.
This can happen when you use the soup maker multiple times in a row. If this problem occurs,
remove the food and allow the appliance to cool for half an hour. It should now work correctly.
If the blend function is used continuously for more than 20 sec., the safety will turn o the
appliance. When this happens wait for 10 seconds before reusing the blend function.
What if food burns on the base of the appliance?
Always make sure you add water or broth to the ingredients. When the food is not in direct
contact with the heating on the base it will not burn.
Does the appliance work when I remove the lid?
Yes, the appliance has a memory function for two minutes. This means that you have two
minutes to, for example, add additional ingredients. Replace the lid on the appliance within
the two minutes and the programme will simply continue.
Can I use the appliance to make anything other than soup?
Yes. You can also use the machine to make wonderful jams, smoothies, compotes, sauces or
milkshakes with the jam, juice or blend function.
Can I add meat in the soup maker?
Yes. Only use the Chunky-function. The meat will be cooked together with the vegetables.
Mince the meat in small pieces, max. 2 by 2 cm.
What is the capacity of the soup maker?
The maximum capacity you can make in one cycle is 2 l.
The min. and max. capacity are indicated on the inside of the jug. Do not ll the soup maker
above the max. line. Otherwise the overll sensor will go into safety and cut the power.

USO
Observación: antes de utilizar el aparato, límpielo con un paño húmedo.
1. Asegúrese de que el aparato no se enciende cuando agrega los ingredientes. Desenchufe
el aparato.
2. Retire la tapa. Tenga cuidado con la cuchilla.
3. Coloque todos los ingredientes en la licuadora.

Chunky: calentar
La función gruesa es ideal para sopas con trozos más grandes. Corte las verduras en el tamaño
deseado. La máquina no mezcla la sopa, solo la cocina. Este programa tiene una duración de
unos 28 minutos. El programa termina cuando escuche la señal sonora durante un minuto.
Se iniciará la función automática para mantener la sopa caliente (más información: función
automática para mantener la sopa caliente). Si no está satisfecho con la estructura de la sopa,
puede utilizar posteriormente el modo de mezcla.
Smooth: calentar + mezclar
La función smooth garantiza la obtención de una sopa suave, perfectamente integrada.
Este programa dura 21 minutos. Primero el aparato se calienta y se llevan las verduras a
ebullición. Después de aproximadamente 11 minutos, el aparato mezcla brevemente los
ingredientes por primera vez. A continuación, se seguirá cocinando la sopa. Cuando hayan
pasado aproximadamente 15 minutos, el aparato mezclará brevemente la sopa por segunda
vez. Después de 18 minutos, el aparato mezclará la sopa hasta obtener una masa suave. El

La función “juice” es ideal para preparar un licuado, un batido de leche u otras bebidas frías. El
programa tiene una duración de 2 minutos. Una vez acabado el programa, escucha un pitido
durante un minuto. Este programa solo mezcla y, por lo tanto, no calienta los ingredientes.
Jam: calentar + mezclar
La función jam es perfectamente apta para la preparación de una deliciosa mermelada. El

FUNCIÓN AUTOMÁTICA PARA MANTENER LA SOPA CALIENTE
Esta función mantiene la sopa caliente automáticamente durante 30 minutos después de

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
Puedo elaborar sopas frías, como gazpacho, en la licuadora de sopa?
Si, es posible. Se puede elegir entre los programas “chunky”, “smooth” o “extra smooth“.
Primero la sopa se cocerá. A continuación puede dejar que la sopa se enfríe en el frigoríco.
Con el programa “juice”, también puede preparar la sopa en frío.
La licuadora de sopa ha dejado de funcionar.
El dispositivo tiene una protección contra el sobrecalentamiento. Cuando el aparato se

min. automaticky spustí mixér a suroviny rozmixuje. Poté se objem provaří. Cca. po 15 min.
se spustí druhé mixování, aby se dosáhlo velmi jemné konzistence. Po 18 min. programu
bude polévka dostatečně jemná. Program je ukončen, a zazní signál po dobu jedné minuty.
Automatická funkce udržení stálé teploty spustí.
Tato funkce je vhodná pro dosažení velmi jemné konzistence polévky. Pomocí této funkce
můžete snadno vyšlehat základní francouzskou omáčku „Velouté“. Program trvá 30 minut.
Během této doby přístroj vaří a pravidelně mixuje, takže polévka je jemně rozmixována. Na
konci programu začne a zazní zvukový signál. Automatická funkce udržení stálé teploty spustí.
Juice: mixování
Funkce “juice“ je ideální pro přípravu smoothie, milkshake nebo dalších studených nápojů.
Program trvá 2 min. Když je program ukončen, začne signál po dobu jedné minuty. Tento
program pouze mixuje a z tohoto důvodu ingredience neohřívá.
Tuto funkci využijete při přípravě domácí marmelády. Program trvá 25 minut. Během této
doby stroj pravidelně ohřívá a mísí, abyste dosáhli správné struktury pro vynikající zaseknutí.
Program je dokončen, a zazní zvukový signál.
Poznámka: Tato funkce není vhodná pro vaření polévky, protože doba mixování a ohřevu jsou
nastaveny v nevhodném poměru pro polévku.
Jestliže vaše polévka nemá požadovanou konzistenci, můžete pokračovat v míchání polévky

Tato funkce slouží k udržení stále teplé polévky po dobu 30 minut od chvíle, kdy byl dokončen

takto se zaručí stále ideální konzistence a teplota polévky. Po uplynutí 30 minut se přístroj

jednoduše nechte polévku vychladnout (v lednici). S programem „juice“ můžete snadno
připravit i studené varianty polévek.
Přístroj má pojistku proti přehřátí. Pokud se přehřeje, automaticky se vypne. To se může stát,
pokud vařič polévky používáte vícekrát ihned za sebou. Pokud se to stane, vyndejte všechny
suroviny a nechte přístroj 30 minut vychladnout. Po vychladnutí by se již měl normálně spustit.
Pokud jste mixovali déle než 20 vteřin bez přerušení a přístroj se vypnul, nechte ho alespoň 10
vteřin vychladnout a poté můžete znovu mixovat.

funkcie môžete ľahko vyšívať základné francúzsku omáčku “Velouté”. Program trvá 30 minút.
Počas tejto doby sa prístroj varí a pravidelne mieša, takže sa soup je jemne rozmixované. Na
konci programu začne a zaznie zvukový signál. Automatická funkcia udržania stálé teploty
spustí.
Juice: mixovanie
Funkcia “juice” je ideálna pre prípravu smoothie, milkshake alebo ďalších studených nápojov.
Program trvá 2 min. Keď je program ukončený, a zaznie signál po dobu jednej minúty. Tento
program iba mixuje a z tohto dôvodu ingrediencie neohrieva.
Túto funkciu využijete pri príprave domácej marmelády. Program trvá 25 minút. Počas tejto
