This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used
for any other purpose or in any other application, such as for non domestic use or in a
commercial environment.
Ventilation
Allow at least a 10 cm gap all around the product.
The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with
items, such as newspapers, table‐cloths, curtains, etc.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
This apparatus is not suitable for use in a tropical climate.
The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled
with liquids, such a s vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the
disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of batt ery disposal.

Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat

Remote control battery
The battery should only be replaced by adults. Do not allow children to use the
remote control unless the ba ttery holder is attached.
The battery (1 x CR2025 lithium battery) for the remote control is included and it is
accessible and can be replaced.
To replace the battery, remove the battery holder located on the bottom of the
remote control to remove the battery.
This battery must be disposed of at your local recycling point.
First time use
Remove and discard the insulation film.

3. Reattach the battery holder to the remote control.

INSTALLATION
Attach the base to the main
body using the supplied screws
and washers.
PAIRING SPEAKER WITH A BLUETOOTH DEVICE
1. Connect the supplied power adapter to the DC IN jack of the speaker and then plug
the power adapter into the mains socket.
2. Press
on the speaker or on the remote control to turn on the unit.
3. Repeatedly press SOURCE on the speaker or on the remote control until the
Bluetooth indicator light flashes GREEN.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth function o
f the device and place the device near this unit.
5. Set your Bluetooth enabled device to search the speaker and select “SKYLINE” from
the list of found devices.

Note: If you are require

to enter a PIN code, enter 0000.
6. Once pairing is successful, the Bluetooth indicator light will become solid GREEN.
7. Start play on the Bluetooth device.
•
The effective operation range between the unit and the paired Bluetooth device is
approximately 10 metres in the open area.
•
This unit can only be connected to one device at a time.
•
When you select the Bluetooth source, this unit will automatically connect to the last
connected Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth device will be disconnected if a different
audio source (e.g. AUX) is selected.
Disconnecting a Bluetooth device
While a Bluetooth device is connected, press and hold
on the speaker for about 2
seconds or press PAIR on the remote control to disconnect current pairing.
The Bluetooth indicator light will flash GREEN.

LISTENING TO FM RADIO
1. Repeatedly press SOURCE on the speaker or the remote control until the FM
indicator light turns GREEN.
2. Repeatedly press / to tune up/down through the radio stations.

To start automatic tuning, press and hold
/ until the FM indicator
light flashes GRE EN. Release the button and the frequency will start scrolling.
Tuning will stop when a station is found.
3. To search all available stations, press and hold on the speaker until the FM
indicator light flashes GREEN and then release the button. 20 stations will be saved
as presets.

Repeatedly press
to listen to preset stations.
4. To switch between stereo and mono reception, repeatedly press on the
remote control.

The radio wil

automatically receive FM radio broadcasts in stereo (when
available).
Alternatively, you can manually set the radio to receive only in mono.
This may be preferred if the signal strength is low, and the background noise level
is high.

USB CHARGING
On the top of the speaker there is a USB
CHARGING port. You can connect any USB
charging cable (not supplied) to it and use the
speaker as an external battery pack for charging.
Note: Make sure the speaker is powered on to
charge devices (charge at 5V, 2.1A).
LISTENING TO AUXILIARY SOURCE
1. Plug one end of the supplied audio cable into the headphone
jack on your device.
2. Plug the other end o
f theaudiocableintotheAUXjack on top
of the speaker.
3. Press
to turn ON the speaker.
4. Repeatedly press SOURCE until the AUX indicator light
illuminates GREEN.
5. Use your device’s audio controls for music playback.

device is plugged into the AUX jack.
6. To stop playback, disconnect your device from the AUX jack.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch off and disconnect the unit from the mains socket before cleaning and
maintenance.
Clean the unit with a soft, slightly damp c loth and wipe it with a dry cloth.
Never immerse it in water.
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.

Pile de la télécommande
La pile doit être remplacée uniquement par un adulte. Ne laissez pas un enfant utiliser
la télécommande sauf si le porte‐pile est attaché.
La télécommande fonctionne avec une pile lithium de type CR2025 fournie. Cette pile
est accessible et peut être remplacée.
Pour remplacer la pile, sortez le porte‐pile situé en bas de la télécommande pour
enlever la pile.
Cette pile doit être mise au rebut dans un point de recyclage local.
Première utilisation
Enlevez et jetez le film isolant.
1. Poussez et faites glisser le porte‐pile.
2. Remplacez la pile avec une pile neuve de type CR2025
dans le porte‐pile en veillant à ce que la face imprimée
soit orientée vers le haut.
3. Réinsérez le porte‐pile dans la télécommande.
Remarque : Retirez la pile de la télécommande avant toute période de non utilisation
prolongée pour éviter tout dommage ou blessure pouvant être causé par u ne fuite
possible de la pile.

La plage de fonctionnement de la télécommande est de 5 mètres environ selon un
angle droit ou gauche de 30 degrés environ par rapport au capteur de l’appareil.
•
Pour éviter les interférences, ne placez pas d’objets devant le capteur infrarouge.

3. Appuyez de manière répétée sur le bouton SOURCE du haut‐parleur ou de la
télécommande jusqu'à ce que l'indicateur Bluetooth clignote en VERT.
4. Activez la fonction Bluetooth de l'appareil et placez l’appareil près de l'unité.
5. Réglez votre appareil Bluetooth afin de rechercher le haut‐parleur et sélectionnez
"SKYLINE" dans la liste des appareils détectés.
• Remarque : S'il est demandé d'entrer un code PIN, entrez 0000.
6. Une fois l'appariement réussi, l'indicateur lumineux Bluetooth s'allumera en VERT.
7. Démarrez la lecture sur l'appareil Bluetooth.
•
La portée efficace d’utilisation entre l’appareil et la source Bluetooth appariée est de
10 m environ dans un espace ouvert.
•
Cette unité ne peut être connectée qu’à une seule source audio en même temps.
•
Lorsque vous sélectionnez la source Bluetooth, cette unité se connecte
automatiquement au dernier appareil Bluetooth connecté. L’appareil se déconnecte
de la source Bluetooth s’il est réglé sur un autre type de source (par exemple AUX).
Déconnecter un appareil Bluetooth
Lorsque l'appareil Bluetooth est connecté, appuyez sur le bouton
et maintenez‐le
enfoncé sur le haut‐parleur durant environ 2 secondes ou appuyez sur le bouton PAIR
de la télécommande pour déconnecter l'appariement en cours.
L'indicateur lumineux Bluetooth clignotera en VERT.

Appuyez à nouveau pour réactiver le son.
Remarque : Vous pouvez également régler le niveau du volume
avec le contrôle du volume de l'appareil Bluetooth.

APPARIEMENT DU HAUT‐PARLEUR AVEC UN APPAREIL
BLUETOOTH
1. Branchez l’adaptateur secteur fourni à la prise d'entrée CC du haut‐parleur, puis
ÉCOUTE DE LA RADIO FM
1. Appuyez de manière répétée sur le bouton SOURCE on du haut‐parleur ou de la
télécommande jusqu'à ce que l'indicateur FM s'allume en VERT.
2. Appuyez de manière répétée sur / pour faire défiler les fréquences
vers le haut/bas pour accéder aux stations de radio.
•
Pour lancer une recherche automatique des stations, appuyez et maintenez le
bouton
/ enfoncé jusqu' à ce que l'indicateur FM clignote en VERT.
Relâchez le bouton et les fréquences commenceront à défiler. La syntonisation
s’arrête quand une station est trouvée.
3. Pour chercher toutes les stations disponibles, appuyez et maintenez le bouton
enfoncé sur le haut‐parleur jusqu'à ce que l'indicateur FM clignote en VERT puis
relâchez le bouton. 20 stations peuvent être mémorisées.
• Appuyez de manière répétée sur pour écouter les stations mémorisées.
4. Pour permuter entre la réception stéréo et mono, appuyez de manière répétée sur
sur la télécommande.
• La radio recevra automatiquement la diffusion des stations FM en stéréo (si
elles sont disponibles).
Alternativement, vous pouvez régler manuellement les stations de radio pour les
recevoir uniquement en mono.
Cela peut être préféré si la puissance du signal est faible, et si le niveau de bruit de
fond est élevé.
CHARGE USB
Sur le dessus du haut‐parleur s e trouve un port
USB DE CHARGE. Vous pouvez connecter
n'importe quel câble de charge USB (non fourni)
et utiliser le haut‐parleur comme une batterie
externe pour la recharge.
Remarque : Assurez‐vous que le haut‐parleur est
mis en marche pour charger les appareils (charge
à 5V, 2.1A).

casque de votre appareil.
2. Branchez l'autre extrémité du câble audio dans la prise AUX
située au‐dessus du haut‐parleur.
3. Appuyez sur
pour mettre le haut‐parleur en marche.
4. Appuyez de manière répétée sur SOURCE jusqu'à ce que
l'indicateur lumineux AUX s'allume en VERT.
5. Utilisez les boutons de contrôle de votre appareil audio pour la
lecture musicale.

Remarque: Seuls les boutons de volume

sur le haut‐parleur ou sur la télécommande fonctionnent
lorsqu'un appareil est branché à la prise AUX.
6. Pour arrêter la lecture, déconnectez votre appareil de la prise
AUX.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Éteignez et débranchez l’unité de la prise secteur avant de procéder au nettoyage ou à
un entretien.
Nettoyez l’unité avec un chiffon doux et légèrement humide, puis essuyez‐le avec un
chiffon sec.
Ne l’immergez jamais dans l’eau.
N’utilisez pas de nettoyant chimique ou abrasif.

Dit apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik en mag niet voor andere

• BESCHERM het snoer tegen knikken, vooral bij de stekker, het stopcontact en het
punt waar het snoer uit het apparaat komt, en zorg dat er niet over het snoer
gelopen kan worden.
• GEBRUIK ALLEEN hulpstukken/ toebehoren die door de fabrikant worden
aanbevolen.
• HAAL de stekker UIT het stopcontact bij bliksem of als u het apparaat gedurende een
lange periode niet zult gebruiken.
•
Als het apparaat een storing vertoont, probeer niet om het zelf te repareren, maar
raadpleeg een vakbekwame reparateur voor reparatie of onderhoud.

Gebruik dit apparaat alleen waarvoor het is bedoeld, zoals beschreven in deze
handleiding.
Batterij in afstandsbediening
De batterij mag alleen door volwassenen worden vervangen. Zorg dat kinderen de
afstandsbediening niet gebruiken, tenzij de batterijhouder correct is vastgemaakt.
De afstandsbediening werkt op 1 x CR2025 lithiumbatterij (meegeleverd), die op een
eenvoudige manier kan worden vervangen.
Haal de batterijhouder aan de onderkant van de afstandsbediening uit om de batterij
te verwijderen e n vervolgens te vervangen.
Lever uw gebruikte batterij in bij uw lokaal inzamelpunt.

Ingebruikname
Verwijder de isolatiefolie en gooi deze weg.
1. Duw en schuif de batterijhouder uit.
2. Plaats een nieuwe CR2025 batterij in de batterijhouder
met de bedrukte zijde omhoog.
3. Schuif de batterijhouder terug in de afstandsbediening.
Opmerking: Als u de afstandsbediening g edurende een lange periode niet zult
gebruiken, haal de batterij uit om schade of letsel veroorzaakt door het m ogelijk
lekken van de batterij te vermijden.

De afstandsbediening werkt binnen een afstand van circa 5 meter van de sensor en
binnen een hoek van circa 30 graden vanaf de linker‐ en rechterkant.
•
Plaats geen voorwerpen voor de afstandssensor, om storing te vermijden.
INSTALLATIE

DE LUIDSPREKER AAN EEN BLUETOOTH‐APPARAAT KOPPELEN
1. Verbind de meegeleverde netadapter met de DC IN‐aansluiting van de luidspreker
en sluit de netadapter vervolgens aan op een stopcontact.
2. Druk op op de luidspreker of de afstandsbediening om het toestel aan te zetten.
3.
Druk herhaaldelijk op SOURCE op de luidspreker of de afstandsbediening totdat het
Bluetooth‐controlelampje GROEN knippert.
4. Schakel de Bluetooth‐functie van het apparaat in en plaats het apparaat in de buurt
van dit toestel.
5. Laat uw Bluetooth‐geactiveerd apparaat naar de luidspreker zoeken en selecteer
“SKYLINE” in de lijst met gevonden apparaten.

Opmerking: Als er naar een PIN‐code word

gevraagd, voer 0000 in.
6. Eenmaal de koppeling tot stand is gebracht, brandt het Bluetooth‐controlelampje
continu GROEN.
7. Start het afspelen op het Bluetooth‐apparaat.
•
Het effectieve werkingsbereik tussen het toestel en het gekoppeld Bluetooth‐
apparaat is circa 10 meter in open gebied.
• Dit toestel kan tegelijkertijd slechts met één apparaat zijn verbonden.
•
Als de Bluetooth‐bron wordt geselecteerd, zal dit apparaat automatisch met het
laatst gekoppeld Bluetooth‐apparaat worden verbonden. Het Bluetooth‐apparaat

wordt ontkoppeld als een andere audiobron (bijv. AUX) wordt geselecteerd.

Als een Bluetooth‐apparaat is verbonden, druk en houd op de luidspreker circa 2
seconden ingedrukt of druk op PAIR op de afstandsbediening om de huidige koppeling
te verbreken.

NAAR DE FM‐RADIO LUISTEREN
1. Druk herhaaldelijk op SOURCE op de luidspreker of de afstandsbediening totdat het
FM‐controlelampje GROEN brandt.
2. Druk herhaaldelijk op / om op het gewenst e radiostation af te
stemmen.
•
Om het automatisch afstemmen te starten, druk en houd /
ingedrukt totdat het FM‐controlelampje GROEN knippert. Laat de knop los en de
frequentie begint te rollen. Het afstemmen stopt zodra een radiostation wordt
gevonden.
3. Om naar alle beschikbare stations te zoeken, druk en houd op de luidspreker
ingedrukt totdat het FM‐controlelampje GROEN knippert. Laat de knop vervolgens
los. Er kunnen tot 20 stations in het geheugen worden opgeslagen.

USB LADEN
Aan de bovenkant van de luidspreker bevindt zich
een USB‐laadpoort. Sluit een USB‐laadkabel (niet
meegeleverd) aan op de laadpoort en gebruik de
luidspreker als een externe accu om uw apparaat
op te laden.
Opmerking: Zorg dat de luidspreker is
ingeschakeld om het a pparaat op te laden (lading
van 5V, 2,1A).
NAAR EEN AUX‐BRON LUISTEREN
1. Sluit één uiteinde van de meegeleverde audiokabel aan op de
koptelefoonaansluiting van uw apparaat.
2. Sluit het ander uiteinde van de audiokabel aan op de AUX‐
aansluiting aan de bovenkant van de luidspreker.
3. Druk op om de luidspreker AAN te zetten.
4. Druk herhaaldelijk op SOURCE totdat het AUX‐controlelampje
GROEN brandt.
5. Gebruik de bedieningsknoppen van uw apparaat om muziek a
f
te spelen.
•
Opmerking: Alleen de volumeknoppen en op
de luidspreker of de a fstandsbediening zijn bruikbaar
wanneer een apparaat met de AUX‐aansluiting is
verbonden.
6. Om het afspelen te stoppen, ontkoppel uw apparaat van de
AUX‐aansluiting.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
Schakel het toestel uit en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voor reiniging en
onderhoud.
Maak het toestel schoon met een zachte, licht bevochtigde doek en droog het met
een droge doek af.
