1. ALGEMENE INFORMATIE
Correcte installatie, professionele bediening en regelmatig onderhoud van
dit apparaat zullen ervoor zorgen dat het u de beste prestaties en een lange
economische levensduur biedt.
Deze handleiding bevat de informatie die nodig is om het apparaat correct te
installeren en om het apparaat te gebruiken en te onderhouden op een manier
die optimale prestaties garandeert. Deze handleiding wordt beschouwd als een
permanent onderdeel van het apparaat.
Deze handleiding en bijgeleverde instructie, schakelschema’s, onderdelenlijst,

4. INSTALLATIE VAN ELEKTRISCHE ONDERDELEN
1 Zorg ervoor dat de geleverde spanning overeenkomt met de nominale spanning
op het typeplaatje.
2 Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat veilig is geaard en vrij staat
5. BEDIENING
1 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en schakel ② in, plaats het brood in de sleuf
①. Draai de timer ③ met de klok mee tot de gewenste temperatuur.
Als de ingestelde tijd voorbij is, produceert de timer een geluid. Dit betekent dat
het toastproces is beëindigd. Druk op de hi-lift ejector en haal het geroosterde
brood eruit.
2 Met (energiebespaar) schakelaar ② kunt u het aantal elementen instellen.
Bij model 688014 2 of 4 elementen en bij model 688016 2,4 of 6 elementen.
3 Tijdens het roosteren zullen er kruimels brood automatisch in de kruimellade
vallen. De kruimellade moet op tijd worden gereinigd om de hygiëne te
waarborgen.
6. TRANSPORT EN OPSLAG
Tijdens transport moet het apparaat zorgvuldig worden behandeld, en hevig
schudden worden voorkomen. Het verpakte apparaat moet worden bewaard in een
goed geventileerde ruimte. Het mag niet in een buitenruimte worden geplaatst en mag
nooit op zijn kop worden gezet. Houd het droog en stofvrij. Stel het niet bloot aan
direct zonlicht. Vermijd mechanische schokken en trillingen.
Als het om tijdelijke opslag gaat, moet een weerbestendige methode worden gebruikt.

7. REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
1 Voor het reinigen en/of repareren van het apparaat, haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact om een elektrische schok te voorkomen.
2 Aan het einde van de dag, trek de kruimellade uit het apparaat en maak het
schoon.
Gebruik een vochtige doek met en een mild en niet agressief
schoonmaakmiddel voor het reinigen van de apparaat.

3 Toast nooit voedsel waarvan oppervlak is bedekt met veel suiker, omdat
de suiker zal smelten en in het apparaat stroomt en het apparaat kan

1 De spanning en de fase van de voeding moeten overeenkomen met die op de
typeplaatje.
2 Gebruiker moet er op toezien dat er een juiste schakelaar, zekering en
drie-polige stekker is geïnstalleerd.
3 Het apparaat moet veilig zijn geaard om een elektrische schok te voorkomen.
4 Alvorens het te gebruiken, zorg ervoor dat de netsnoer niet stuk is en de
spanning normaal is.
9. DAGELIJKS CONTROLE
Controleer het toestel vóór en na gebruik. Voordat u gaat gebruiken, zorg ervoor dat
het toestel niet schuin staat. Verzeker je er van dat het netsnoer niet is versleten of ge-
broken. Wanneer in gebruik, zorg ervoor dat er geen onaangename geuren ontstaan
en er geen ongebruikelijke geluiden zijn.
Deze handleiding moet worden gelezen en begrepen door alle personen die dit
apparaat gebruiken. Contacteer uw dealer als u vragen hebt over installatie,
werking of het onderhoud van dit apparaat.

4. ELECTRICAL PARTS INSTALLATION
1 Make sure the supplied voltage matches the rating voltage on the naming plate.
2 Make sure that the appliance is grounded safely. For convenient operation,
never pile up the sundry goods near the switch.
5. OPERATION
1 Insert the plug into the receptacle, and turn on ②, place bread into the slot ①.
Rotate the timer ③ clockwise to the desired temperature. When the set time
is up, the timer will produce a sound. This means that the toasting process has
ended. Press the hi-lift toasting ejector, and take out the toasted bread.
2 With the (energy saving) switch ② you can set the number of elements.
for Model 688014 2 or 4 elements and model 688016 2,4 or 6 elements.
3 During the process of heating, the crumbs of bread will fall automatically
into the crumb tray. The crumb tray should be cleaned in time to ensure the
sanitation of the food stuff.
4 The toasted bread should be larger than the whole slot. If it is too small,
it would be a little difficult to take the bread out of the slot.
6. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
In the process of transportation, the appliance should be handled carefully, preventing
the intense shaking. The packaged appliance should be stored in a well-ventilated
area free of caustic air. It cannot be placed in the outside area and should never be
put upside down. Keep it dry and dust-free. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
Avoid mechanical shocks and vibrations.
If it is for temporary storage, the weather-proof method should be taken.

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1 Before cleaning and repairing the unit, cut off the power in case of electric
shock.
2 After finishing a day’s work, pull out the tray and clean it. Use a piece of wet
cloth dampened by detergent solution which is not corrosive to clean the unit.
Do not wash the unit with water jets.
3 Never toast any food whose surface is covered by a lot sugar, because the su-
gar will flow into the unit and cause contamination to the unit. It may result
in malfunctions of the unit.
8. NOTICE
1 The voltage and phase of power supply should match that one on the
naming plate.
2 Operators should install suitable switch, fuse protector and three-prong
receptacle.
3 The appliance should be grounded safely. No insulation material should be
placed between the body and earth. Make sure the appliance is grounded
safely to avoid unnecessary electric shock.
4 Before using, be sure that the wire is not loose and the voltage is normal.
9. DAILY CHECKING
Check the appliance before and after use. Before using, make sure the appliance
dose not lean. Be certain that the power cord is not worn out or broken.
When in use, make sure no unpleasant smell is present and there is no any unusual
noise.
This manual must be read and understood by all persons using or installing this
