Prevedere un’adeguata areazione del locale

quando una cappa ed apparecchi alimentati

con energia diversa da quella elettrica (stufe

a gas, ad olio, a carbone, ecc.), vengono usa-

ti contemporaneamente. La cappa aspirante

evacuando l’aria potrebbe creare una pres-

sione negativa nella stanza.

La pressione negativa del locale non deve

superare i 0,04 mbar, evitando così il risuc-

chio dei gas di scarico della fonte di calore.

Pertanto bisogna attrezzare il locale con delle

prese d’aria che alimentino un usso costan-

te di aria fresca.

Quando l’etichetta dati tecnici interna alla

cappa mostra il simbolo , l’apparecchio

è in classe II°, quindi nonnecessita di colle-

gamento a terra.

Quando l’etichetta dati tecnici interna alla

chio è in classe I°, quindi necessita di colle-

gamento a terra.

Nell’operazione di collegamento elettrico as-

sicurarsi che la presa di corrente sia munita di

collegamento a terra e vericare che i valori

di tensione corrispondano con quelli indicati

nella targhetta all’interno dell’apparecchio.

Prima di procedere a qualsiasi operazione di

pulizia o manutenzione è necessario togliere

l’apparecchio dalla rete.

Se l’apparecchio non è provvisto di cavo essi-

bile non separabile e di spina, o di altro dispo-

sitivo che assicuri la omnipolare disinserzione

I modelli SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952

EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT950.1 EM e

SLT951.1 EM (External Motor) possono esse-

re utilizzati solo se abbinati a motori dello

stesso produttore.

I modelli SLT950.1, SLT951.1 e SLT958.1

sono dotati di motore a bordo.

APERTURA PANNELLI

Nei modelli SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953

EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1,

SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 e SLT951.1 EM è

possibile aprire i pannelli in acciaio di coper-

tura dei ltri antigrasso tirando leggermente

un lato del pannello come indicato in g. 3

Nel modello SLT952 per aprire i pannelli oc-

corre premere gli appositi agganci posti late-

ralmente al pannello, come indicato in gura

11, ruotando il pannello verso il basso.

Per raggiungere l’apertura totale dei pannel-

li occorre sganciare le catene di sicurezza,

agendo mediante gli appositi moschettoni.

Per un adeguato funzionamento si consiglia

di installare il prodotto ad una distanza dal

livello del pavimento di 2000 - 2100 mm.

Prima di procedere nell’installazione dell’ap-

parecchio vericare che tutti i componenti

non siano danneggiati, in caso contrario con-

tattare il rivenditore e non proseguire con

l’installazione.

Se l’apparecchio è provvisto di cavo alimen-

tazione e di spina, deve essere posto in modo

dell’apparecchio. Nel caso di fritture fare

particolarmente attenzione al pericolo di

incendio che costituiscono olio e grassi.

Particolarmente pericoloso per la sua in-

ammabilità è l’oliogià usato. Nonusare

griglie elettriche scoperte. Per evitare un

possibilerischiodiincendioattenersialle

istruzioni indicate per la pulizia dei ltri

antigrassoelarimozionedieventualide-

positidigrassosull’apparecchio.

Inoltreleggereattentamentetutteleistru-

zionidiseguitoriportate.

- Utilizzare un tubo di evacuazione aria che

abbia la lunghezza massima non superiore a

5 metri.

- Limitare il numero di curve nella canalizza-

zione poiché ogni curva riduce l’ecienza di

aspirazione equiparata a 1 metro lineare. (Es:

se si utilizzano n°2 curve a 90°, la lunghezza

della canalizzazione non dovrebbe superare i

3 metri di lunghezza).

- Evitare cambiamenti drastici di direzione.

- Utilizzare un condotto con diametro da

150/200mm costante per tutta la lunghezza.

- Utilizzare un condotto di materiale appro-

vato normativamente.

SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953

EM - SLT958EM

Realizzare un controsotto con una apertura

delle dimensioni di:

SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm con distanza mi-

nima di 270mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm con distanza mi-

nima di 270mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm con distanza mi-

nima di 250mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm con distanza mi-

nima di 270mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT958 EM: 865mmx405mm con distanza

minima di 270mm tra sotto e controsot-

to.

E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa sul

quale far deuire l’aria aspirata.

Dopo aver scelto la posizione migliore, pre-

disporre la canalizzazione; la fornitura in do-

tazione comprende un raccordo uscita aria

del diametro di 150mm da installare all’uscita

prescelta.

Lasciare chiusi i fori di evacuazione non uti-

lizzati.

Disegnare nel sotto solido il perimetro del

foro di alloggio della cappa a cielo in base al

modello prescelto (Dis. 1); eettuare n° 4 fori

al sotto rispettando le dimensioni riportate

nel dis. 2; inserire nei fori i tasselli metrici

forniti in dotazione.

Aprire i pannelli inox, come descritto nel ca-

pitolo SISTEMA D’USO e rimuovere i ltri an-

tigrasso per evitare eventuali danni e permet-

tere l’installazione (Dis.3 ); avvitare le barre

lettate in dotazione nei tasselli (dis.4);le

barre lettate sono lunghe 250 mm e per-

mettono l’installazione della cappa a cielo ad

una distanza dal sotto solido compresa tra

270 mm e 370 mm (Dis. 5); in caso di in-

stallazioni più ampie tra la cappa a cielo e il

sotto occorre munirsi di barre lettate più

lunghe. Eettuare il collegamento elettrico e

collegare il tubo di evacuazione

dell’aria; inserire la cappa a cielo nella nic-

chia facendo entrare le barre lettate nei fori

(Dis.6), il bordo esterno della cappa a cielo

deve coincidere perfettamente con il contro-

sotto.

Inserire nelle barre lettate i piastrini forniti

in dotazione e i dadi facendo attenzione

nel tirarli adeguatamente (dis. 7); riposizio-

nare in sede i ltri antigrasso e i pannelli di

copertura dei ltri antigrasso.

SLT950 – SLT951 – SLT952 – SLT953 CON

MOTORE A BORDO

I modelli con motore a bordo prevedono lo

stesso criterio di installazione della versione

con motore remoto (EM), con alcune dieren-

ze.

In caso di utilizzo del gruppo aspirante con

portata pari a 1000m3/h occorre rispetta-

re una distanza tra sotto e controsotto

pari almeno a 410mm per i modelli SLT950,

SLT951 e SLT953. Il modello SLT952 richiede

una distanza tra sotto e controsotto pari

almeno a 450mm.

In dotazione al gruppo aspirante sono fornite

delle barre lettate lunghe 400 mm.

In caso di utilizzo del gruppo aspirante con

portata pari a 1500m3/h occorre rispetta-

re una distanza tra sotto e controsotto

pari almeno a 470mm per i modelli SLT950,

SLT951 e SLT953.

Il modello SLT952 richiede una distanza tra

sotto e controsotto pari almeno a 520mm.

In dotazione al gruppo aspirante sono fornite

delle barre lettate lunghe 400 mm.

Rimuovere il tappo di chiusura nella parte su-

periore e posizionarvi il motore di aspirazio-

ne (vedi dis.12).

Collegare il cavo elettrico del motore al-

l’apposito connettore presente nella cappa,

orientare la angia uscita aria nella direzione

preferita e ssare il motore alla carcassa uti-

lizzando le viti rimosse in precedenza.

Nel caso sia necessario orientare l’uscita aria

verso l’alto, occorre rimuovere il tappo di

chiusura indicato nel dis. 13. Rimuovere le

viti di ssaggio del motore, estrarlo, ruotar-

lo, inserirlo nel foro di uscita appena aperto

e ssarlo con le viti rimosse in precedenza.

Il foro non utilizzato deve essere chiuso con

l’apposito tappo.

Tenuto conto di questi aspetti, procedere

nell’installazione come indicato nella versio-

ne motore remoto.

SLT950.1–SLT951.1-SLT958.1(motore

abordo)

Realizzare un controsotto con una apertura

delle dimensioni di:

SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con distanza mini-

ma di 330mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con distanza mini-

ma di 330mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT958.1 : 865x405mm con distanza minima

di 330mm tra sotto e controsotto

E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa dal

quale far deuire l’aria agendo come segue.

Rimuovere le otto viti di ssaggio del gruppo

aspirante, indicate in g. 16, estrarre il grup-

po aspirante sconnettendo il connettore elet-

trico, rimuovere la copertura del foro uscita

aria che si intende utilizzare e posizionarvi

il gruppo aspirante. Ripristinare il collega-

mento elettrico e ssare con le viti rimosse in

precedenza. Ripristinare la copertura nel foro

uscita aria non utilizzato.

Proseguire nell’installazione come indica-

to per la versione SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM e

SLT958 EM.

SLT950.1EM–SLT951.1EM(motorere-

moto)

Realizzare un controsotto con una apertura

delle dimensioni di:

SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con distanza mini-

ma di 330mm tra sotto e controsotto;

SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con distanza mini-

ma di 330mm tra sotto e controsotto;

E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa dal

quale far deuire l’aria agendo come segue.

Rimuovere le otto viti di ssaggio della angia

uscita aria, indicate in g. 17, quindi posizio-

narla nel lato preferito dove precedentemente

è stata rimossa la copertura.

Ripristinare la copertura nel foro uscita aria

non utilizzato.

Proseguire nell’installazione come indicato

per la versione SLT950 EM e SLT951 EM

Radiocomando per il comando a distanza di

cappe aspiranti (g. 10).

Caratteristichetecniche:

Descrizionedifunzionamento:

- Per accendere o spegnere la cappa premere

una sola volta il tasto:

- Per aumentare la velocità no alla 4a (max)

premere il tasto :

- Per diminuire la velocità no alla 2a pre-

mere il tasto:

- Per tornare alla 1 a velocità da una superio-

re premere due volte il tasto:

- Per accendere e spegnere le luci premere

il tasto:

Al primo tocco del tasto luce le lampade si

accendono alla massima potenza.

SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Mantenendo premu-

to il tasto, la luce diminuisce di intensità per

poi aumentare continuamente. Lasciando il

tasto, la luminosità rimane impostata. Toc-

cando nuovamente il tasto luce è possibile

spegnere le lampade.

Per impostare il temporizzatore premere il

tasto:

FUNZIONAMENTO

Alla prima accensione mantenere premuto il

tasto luce per 5 secondi.

Il led più a destra inizierà a lampeggiare (ogni

5 secondi), la cappa rimane accesa per un

tempo di 10 min alla velocità selezionata per

poi spegnersi automaticamente. Aumentando

o diminuendo la velocità mentre il tempo-

rizzatore è attivo, quest’ultimo viene disabi-

litato.

Modalitàdifunzionamento:

Nel caso siano installati due sistemi cappa-

radiocomando nello stesso locale o nelle im-

mediate vicinanze i sistemi avendo lo stesso

codice di trasmissione potrebbero essere in-

uenzati quindi è necessario cambiare il co-

dice di un solo radiocomando.

ATT.: La batteria deve essere sostituita ogni

anno per garantire la portata ottimale del tra-

smettitore, per sostituire la batteria scarica

rimuovere il coperchio di plastica, togliere la

batteria in uso e inserirne una nuova rispet-

tando la polarità indicata nel contenitore. La

batteria usata deve essere smaltita negli ap-

positi contenitori.

Il prodotto è dotato di un dispositivo elettro-

nico che permette lo spegnimento automati-

co dopo quattro ore di funzionamento dal-

l’ultima operazione eseguita.

Generazione di un nuovo codice di tra-

smissione:

Il radiocomando viene fornito dalla fabbrica

con dei codici predeniti. Se si desidera una

nuova generazione di codici, occorre ese-

guire la seguente procedura: Premere con-

temporaneamente i tasti UP (+), STOP (0/1)

e DOWN (-) in modo continuo per 2 secondi,

nello stesso tempo si avrà l’accensione dei

led, succes-sivamente premere i tasti UP (+)

e DOWN (-), 3 lampeggi dei led indicheran-

no che l’operazione è stata completata. ATT:

questa operazione cancella in maniera deni-

tiva i codici preesistenti.

MANUTENZIONE

Un’accurata manutenzione garantisce un

buon funzionamento ed un buon rendimento

nel tempo.

Una cura particolare va rivolta ai ltri anti-

grasso, per rimuovere il ltro antigrasso pro-

cedere come indicato nel capitolo SISTEMA

D’USO, in base al modello.

Rimuovere il ltro antigrasso agendo sull’ap-

posita maniglia. Per il ripristino del ltro an-

tigrasso dopo la pulizia eseguire l’operazione

inversa.

Attenzione, quando riagganciate il pannello

inox di copertura del ltro antigrasso fare at-

tenzione che sia ben ssato.

Per la pulizia dell’apparecchio stesso viene

consigliato l’uso di acqua tiepida e detersivo

neutro, evitando l’uso di prodotti contenenti

abrasivi.

Per la pulizia di apparecchi in acciaio viene

consigliato l’uso di prodotti specializzati, se-

guendo le istruzioni indicate sul prodotto.

Per sostituire la lampada, (SLT950 EM, SLT951

EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953 ) slare la

lampada (dis. 9) e sostituire con una lampada

delle stesse caratteristiche.

Per la sostituzione delle lampade uorescen-

ti (SLT952 e SLT952EM) occorre scollegare il

prodotto dalla rete elettrica quindi, aprire il

panello interessato come indicato nel capito-

lo sistema d’uso. Rimuovere le viti perimetrali

indicate dal dis.14; estrarre il supporto del-

le lampade uorescenti (dis. 15), procedere

nella sostituzione utilizzando una lampada

delle stesse caratteristiche.

Ripristinare il pannello e le viti rimosse in

precedenza.

Per la sostituzione dell’alimentatore delle

lampade uorescenti agire analogamente a

come descritto sopra.

Nel caso in cui i pannelli della cappa SLT952,

non siano perfettamente piani e allineati tra

loro è possibile agire sulle viti di ssaggio

dell’aggancio pannello per allinearli e ripor-

tarli perfettamente in piano.

Dopo aver aperto i pannelli, vedi istruzioni

precedenti, allentare la vite indicata in gura

18 e alzare o abbassare l’aggancio del pan-

nello in maniera da allineare il pannello con

l’altro e portarlo in posizione perfettamente

piana.

Serrare la vite precedentemente allentata e

chiudere il pannello.

Sostituzione della barra LED (SLT958 EM -

SLT958.1).

Utilizzando un utensile appropriato, rimuo-

vere la barra LED dalla sua sede (vedi Fig.19),

scollegarla elettronicamente mediante l’ap-

posito connettore quindi sostituirla con una

di pari caratteristiche.

Apprendimento del nuovo codice di tra-

smissione:

Dopo aver cambiato il codice di trasmissio-

ne nel radiocomando, occorre far apprendere

alla centrale elettronica della cappa aspirante

il nuovo codice nel seguente modo: premere

il tasto d’emergenza (visibile dopo l’apertura

del pannello frontale) per due volte conse-

cutive in modo da togliere alimentazione al

prodotto e ripristinarla, da questo momento

ci sono 15 secondi di tempo per premere il

tasto luce per far si che la cappa si sin-

cronizzi con il nuovo codice.

WARNINGS

The appliance is not intended foruse by

The air sucked can’t be conveyed throu-

gh or into a duct used to let out fumes

fromappliancesfedbyenergyotherthan

electricpower(eg.centralizedheating,ra-

diators,water-heaters,etc.).

Toevacuatethe air outlet, pleasecomply

withthepertainingrulesgivenbycompe-

tentauthorities.

Provide the room with an adequate aeration

when a cooker hood and appliances fed by

energy other than electric power (gas-, oil-,

or coal- stoves, etc.) are used simultaneously.

The cooker hood, when evacuating the sucked

air, could generate a negative pressure in the

room- which can’t exceed the limit of 0.04

mbar, in order to avoid the suck of exhausts

deriving from the heat-source. Therefore the

room should be provided with air-intakes to

allow a costant ow of fresh air.

If the rating lable in the cooker-hood shows

the symbol , the appliance is built in class

II° and it does not need any earth connec-

tion.

If the rating lable in the cooker-hood does

not show the symbol , the appliance is

built in class I° and it needs the earth con-

nection.

When performing the electrical connections

on the appliance, please make sure that the

current-tap is provided with earth connection

and that voltage values correspond to those

indicated on the label placed inside the ap-

pliance itself.

Before carrying out any cleaning or maintai-

ning operations, the appliance needs to be

removed from the electric grid.

If the appliance is not provided with a non-

separable exible cable and plug, or with

another device ensuring omnipolar discon-

nections from the grid, with an opening di-

stance between the contacts of at least 3 mm,

then such disconnecting devices must be

If the appliance is endowed with a supply cord

and a plug, the appliance has to be put in a

place where the plug can be reached easily.

USES

SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958

EM, SLT953 EM, SLT950.1 and SLT951-1 EM

(External Motor) models can be used only if

connected with external motors manufactu-

red by the same producer.

SLT950.1, SLT951.1 and SLT958.1 models

are equipped with internal motor.

PANELSOPENING

In SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958

EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1, SLT958.1

EM and SLT951.1 EM models it is possible to

open the steel panels, which cover the grease

lters, by slightly pulling on a side of the pa-

nel itself, as shown in Fig. 3.

In SLT952 model, to open the panels you

need to push the appropriate hooks placed

on the sides of the panel , as shown in Fig. 11

and then rotating the panel downwards.

To achieve the complete opening of panels,

you need to release the safety chains, by

using the appropriate spring catches.

For proper working, it is recommended to in-

stall the appliance at a distance of 2000

- 2100 mm from the oor.

Before starting the appliance installation,

please check that all components are not da-

maged,

in such a case contact your retailer and do not

carry out installation.

Furthermore, please read carefully all of the

following installation instructions.

- Use an exhausting pipe whose maximum

length does not exceed 5 meters.

- Limit the no. of elbows in the piping, since

each elbow reduces the air capacity

of 1 linear meter. (Ex.: if you use no. 2 x 90 °

elbows, the length of piping must not exceed

3 meters).

- Avoid abrupt direction changes.

- Use a 150/200 mm constant diameter pipe

for the whole length.

- Use piping approved by standards in force.

INSTALLATION

SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM-SLT 952 EM – SLT953

EM - SLT958 EM.

Fit a false ceiling with an opening of the fol-

lowing sizes:

SLT950 EM: 1465x965 mm with a minimum

distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling;

SLT951 EM: 1065x665 mm with a minimum

distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling.

SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm with a minimum

distance of 250 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling;

SLT953 EM: 1065x665 mm with a minimum

distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling.

SLT958 EM: 865x405 mm with a minimum

distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling.

It is possible to select the side of the hood

where the air suctioned can be discharged.

After having chosen the most suitable posi-

tion, prepare the ducting: an air outlet con-

nection piece, with a diameter of 150 mm to

be installed in the side selected, is provided

with the appliance.

Leave any unused exhaust outlets closed.

Draw the outline of the hole to house the cei-

ling-mounted hood on the solid ceiling (Fig.

1), according to the model chosen; make 4

holes in the ceiling according to the dimen-

sions shown in (Fig. 2); place the metric plugs

provided in the holes.

Open the stainless steel panels, following

the instructions mentioned in the USES sec-

tion, and remove the grease lters in order

to avoid damaging them in any way and too

allow installation (Fig. 3); screw the threa-

ded bars provided into the plugs (Fig.4); the

threaded bars are 250 mm long and serve to

install the ceiling-mounted hood at a distan-

ce from the solid ceiling of between 270 mm

and 370 mm (Fig. 5); in case of a larger gap

between the hood and the ceiling, you need

to use longer threaded bars.

Make the electrical connections and connect

the air outlet pipe; place the ceiling-mounted

hood into the niche, by inserting the threaded

bars into the holes (Fig.6); the outer edge of

the hood needs to be perfectly ush with the

false ceiling. Insert the plates and nuts pro-

vided into the threaded bars, making sure to

tighten them securely (Fig. 7); ret the grease

lters and lter cover panels.

SLT950 – SLT951 - SLT 952 – SLT953 WITH

INTERNAL MOTOR

With Internal motor models, the same instal-

lation procedure as for the external motor

version (EM) can be followed, but with some

dierences.

If the appliance is equipped with a 1000m3/h

air capacity suctioning unit, a minimum di-

stance of at least 410mm between the ceiling

and the false ceiling needs to be maintained

with SLT950, SLT951 and SLT953 models.

The SLT952 model requires a minimum di-

stance of at least 450mm between the ceiling

and the false ceiling.

Threaded bars of the length of 400mm are

supplied with the suctioning unit.

If the appliance is equipped with a 1500m3/h

air capacity suctioning unit, a minimum di-

stance of at least 470mm between the ceiling

and the false ceiling needs to be maintained

with SLT950, SLT951 and SLT953 models.

The SLT952 model requires a minimum di-

stance of at least 520mm between the ceiling

and the false ceiling.

Threaded bars of the length of 400mm are

supplied with the suctioning unit.

Remove the plug in the upper part of the

appliance and t the suctioning unit. (see

g.12).

Connect the motor electric cable to the suita-

ble connector found inside the cooker hood ,

orient the air out-let ange towards the de-

sired direction and x the motor to the coo-

ker hood body by using the screws previously

removed.

If it is necessary to orient the air out-let

upwards, please remove the plug shown in

g. 13.

Remove the motor xing screws ,pull the mo-

tor out, rotate it and then insert it in the out-

let hole just opened and x it by using the

screws previously removed.

Unused holes must be closed with the suita-

ble plug.

Carry out the installation as shown for the

external motor version, but taking into ac-

count the details above.

SLT950.1– SLT951.1 -SLT958.1(internal

motor)

Fit a false ceiling with an opening that has the

following dimensions:

SLT950.1: 1465x965 mm with a minimum

distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling;

SLT951.1: 1065x665 mm with a minimum

distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling

SLT958.1: 865x405 mm with a minimum di-

stance of 330 mm between the ceiling and

the false ceiling

It is possible to select the side of the cooker

hood where the air suctioned can be dischar-

ged, as follows:

Remove the eight xing screws of the suc-

tioning unit shown in g. 16, pull the suc-

tioning unit out by disconnecting the electric

connector , remove the cover of the air out-

let hole you want to use and place the suc-

tioning unit . Restore the electric connec-

tion and secure the suctioning unit with the

screws previously removed . Ret the cover

on the unused air out-let hole.

Carry out the installation following the pro-

cedure shown for SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM and

SLT958 EM models.

SLT950.1EM–SLT951.1EMWITHEXTER-

NALMOTOR

Remove the grease lter by pulling its han-

dle.

To reinsert the grease lter after the cleaning,

just perform the opposite operation.

Attention: after refastening the stainless steel

panel make sure that it is properly xed.

Tocleantheapplianceitself tepid water and

neutral detergents are recommended, while

abrasive products must be avoided.

For steel appliances specialized detergen-

ts are recommended (please follow the in-

structions mentioned on the product itself to

obtain the desired results).

To replace the lamp, (SLT950 EM- SLT951

EM , SLT950.1, SLT953 ) remove the lamp

(Fig. 9) and replace it with a lamp of the same

kind.

To replace the uorescent lamps (SLT952

and SLT952EM) you need to disconnect the

appliance from the electrical network, then

open the panel following the instructions gi-

ven in the ‘USES’ section.

Remove the perimeter screws shown in g.

14; pull the uorescent lamps support out

(g.15), and replace the old lamp with a new

one of the same kind.

Ret the panel and the screws previously re-

moved.

To replace the uorescent lamps ballast plea-

se follow the steps described above.

If the panels of the hood SLT952 are out of

line and not perfectly at, it is possible to re-

gulate the screws xing the panel, in order to

align them and make them at again.

After you have opened the panels, according

to the preceding instructions, unscrew the

screw you can see on picture 18 and lift up

or down the panel in order to align it with the

other and make them perfectly at.

Tighten the screw you had loosen and close

the panel.

SubstitutionoftheLEDbar:

Using an appropriate tool, remove the LED

bar from its seat (refer to Fig. 19), disconnect

it electronically using the appropriate con-

nector then substitute it with a LED bar with

same characteristics.

If the client increases or reduces the speed

while the timer is on, this is automatically

stopped.

Standardconguration

If two cookerhoods-radiocontrol system are

installed in the same room or in the immediate

vicinity, each system may aect the operation

of the other, due to the fact that they have the

same code. Therefore it will be necessary to

change the code of one of the radio controls.

Warning:

The battery should be replaced eve-

ry yearto guarantee theoptimal rangeof

thetransmitter. Toreplacethe exhausted

battery,taketheplasticlido,removethe

batteryandreplaceitwithanewone,ob-

servingthecorrectbatterypolarities.Used

Generatinganewtransmissioncode

The radiocontrol is supplied by the manufac-

turer with default codes stored. If you want to

create a new set of codes, proceed as follows:

press and hold the UP, STOP and DOWN but-

tons simultaneously for 2 seconds. Afterthe

LEDS light up, press the UP and DOWN button

swithin 5 seconds. The LEDS will ash 3 times

to indicate that the process is completed.

WARNING: This procedure deletes all pre-

viously stored codes.

Learningthenewtransmissioncode

After changing the transmission code on the

radio control, the cooker hood electronic con-

trol unit must be made to set the new code

as follows: press the main Power O button

on the cookerhood (g. 8) and then restore

power to the electronic control unit. Within

the next 15 seconds, press the Light button.

This will ensure the control unit is synchroni-

zed with the new code.

MAINTENANCE

An accurate maintenance guarantees good

functioning and long-lasting performance.

A special care must be paid with grease l-

ters: to remove the grease lter please follow

the instructions given in the ‘USES’ section ,

according to the model chosen.

Réaliser un faux plafond avec une ouverture

ayant les dimensions suivantes:

Choisir le côté de la hotte par lequel l’air sera

évacué. Après avoir localisé la bonne solu-

tion, prédisposer le tuyau d’évacuation. La

fourniture en dotation comprend une bride

circulaire 150mm pour la sortie supérieure et

une bride ovale avec un raccord ovale 150mm

en cas de sortie latérale. Veiller à laisser fer-

mé les orices d’évacuation non employés.

Dessiner sur le plafond solide le périmètre du

trou de logement de la hotte selon le modèle

choisi (Des. 1); eectuer n° 4 trous sur le pla-

fond en respectant les dimensions reportées

dans le dessin 2; introduire dans les trous des

goujons métriques fournis en dotation; ouvrir

les panneaux inox et retirer les ltres anti-

graisse pour éviter les dommages et permet-

tre l’installation (Des. 3); visser les barres -

letées fournies en dotation dans les goujons

(Des. 4); les barres letées ont une longueur

de 250 mm et elles permettent l’installation

de la hotte à une distance du plafond solide

comprise entre 270 mm et 370 mm (Des. 5);

en cas d’installations plus vastes entre la hot-

te et le plafond, il est nécessaire de se munir

de barres letées plus longues.

Pour obtenir la pleine ouverture des pan-

neaux, libérer les chaînes de sécurité en

détachant les mousquetons.

Pour un fonctionnement correcte on conseil

d’installer la hotte à une distance du niveau

du sol de 2000 - 2100 mm.

Avant de commencer l’installation de l’ap-

pareil vérier si tous les composants ne sont

pas endommagés; dans le cas contraire, con-

tacter le revendeur et ne pas poursuivre l’in-

stallation.

Enoutre,lireattentivementtouteslesin-

structionssuivantes:

- Utiliser un tuyau d’évacuation d’une lon-

gueur maximale de 5 mètres.

- Limiter le nombre des coudes de la canali-

sation, puisque chaque coude réduit le ren-

dement d’aspiration d’un mètre linéaire. (Par

exemple: si on utilise 2 coudes de 90° la lon-

gueur de la canalisation ne doit pas dépasser

les 3 mètres).

- Éviter des drastiques changements de di-

rection.

- Utiliser un conduit d’un diamètre de 150

/200mm pour toute la longueur.

- Utiliser un conduit en matériel approuvé par

la réglementation.

Eectuer le branchement électrique et relier le

tube d’évacuation de l’air; introduire la hotte

dans la niche en faisant entrer les barres -

letées dans les trous (Des. 6), le bord externe

de la hotte doit coïncider parfaitement avec

le faux-plafond. Introduire dans les barres

letées les plaquettes fournies en dotation et

les écrous en faisant attention de la tirer cor-

rectement (Des. 7); ensuite xer la hotte avec

les vis fournies en dotation.

SLT950–SLT951–SLT952–SLT953AVEC

MOTEURABORD

Les modèles avec moteur à bord compren-

nent les mêmes critères d’installation de la

version External Motor (EM), avec quelques

diérences.

Lorsque vous utilisez l’unité d’aspiration avec

une capacité égale à 1000m3 / h, il faut res-

pecter une distance entre le plafond et le faux

plafond d’au moins 410mm pour les modèles

SLT950, SLT951 et SLT953. Le modèle SLT952

nécessite d’une distance entre le plafond et

le faux plafond d’au moins 450mm.

Le groupe aspirant est doté de barres letées

longues 400mm.

Lorsque vous utilisez l’unité d’aspiration avec

une capacité égale à 1500m3 / h, il faut res-

pecter une distance entre le plafond et le faux

plafond d’au moins 470mm pour les modèles

Enlever le bouchon de fermeture qui se trou-

ve dans la partie supérieure e positionner le

moteur d’aspiration (voir dessin 12). Brancher

le câble électrique du moteur dans le con-

necteur approprié qui se trouve à l’intérieure

de la hotte, orienter le collet sortie air dans la

direction préférée et xer le moteur à la car-

casse en utilisant les vis précédemment enle-

vés. Dans le cas où il est nécessaire d’orien-

ter la sortie air vers le haut, il faut enlever le

bouchon de fermeture indiqué dans le dessin

13. Enlever les vis de serrage du moteur ; puis

il faut le retirer, le rouler et l’insérer dans le

trou eectué et ensuite le xer avec les vis

précédemment enlevés. Fermer le trou non

utilisé avec le bouchon approprié.

Tenant compte de ces aspects, procédez l’in-

stallation comme indiqué pour la version Ex-

ternal Motor.

SLT950.1  – SLT951.1 - 958.1 (moteur à

bord)

Réaliser un faux plafond avec une ouverture

ayant les dimensions suivantes:

le connecteur électrique, enlever le bouchon de

fermeture de la sortie d’air que vous voulez uti-

liser et y placer le groupe d’aspiration. Rétablir

le branchement électrique et serrer avec les vis

précédemment enlevées. Mettre le bouchon sur

le trou pour la sortie d’air non utilisé.

Procéder l’installation comme indiqué pour la

version SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM et SLT98 EM.

SLT950.1  EM  – SLT951.1  EM  (External

reste posée. En appuyant encore une fois sur

la même touche, il est possible d’éteindre la

lumière.

- Pour programmer le temporisateur,

frapper la touche:

Au premier dèmarrage tenir le bouton lumière

pressè pour 5 secondes.

Le voyant lumineux à l’extrême droitese met

à clignoter (toutes les 5 secondes), la hot-

te reste allumée pendant 10 mn à la vitesse

sélectionnée puis s’éteint automatiquement.

Si on augmente ou diminue la vitesse lorsque

le temporisateur est actionné, ce dernier

s’exclu automatiquement.

Modalitésdefonctionnement

Attention: La pile doit être remplacée tous les

en respectant la polarite ́indiquée sur le

récipient. La pile usée doit être éliminée dans

les récipients spécialement destinés à cet

usage.

Créationd’unnouveaucodedetransmission

La télécommande est fournie par l’usine avec

des codes prédénis. Si on désire créer des

nouveaux codes, il faut suivre la procédure

suivante : frapper simultanément les tou-

ches UP(+), STOP (0/1) et DOWN (-) de façon

continue pendant 2 secondes; lesvoyants lu-

mineuxs’allument en même temps; frapper

ensuite les touches UP(+)et DOWN(-); 3 cli-

gnotements des voyants lumineux indiquent

que l’opération a été eectuée.

Attention:Cette opération élimine de manière

dénitive les codes préexistants.

Apprentissage du nouveau code de tran-

smission

Après avoir modié le code de transmission

de la télécommande, il faut que la centrale

électronique de la hotte apprenne le nouveau

code; pour cela, procéder de la façon suivan-

te: frapper le poussoir d’arrêt général de la

hotte, puis rétablir l’alimentation sur la cen-

trale électronique; à partir de ce moment, on

dispose de 15 secondes pour frapper la tou-

che lumière qui synchronise la hotte avec le

nouveau code.

Mettre le bouchon sur le trou pour la sortie

d’air non utilisé.

Procéder l’installation comme indiqué pour la

version SLT950 EM et SLT951 EM.

Après avoir ouvert les panneaux, il faut des-

serrer la vis, comme indiqué en g. 18 et

augmenter ou diminuer la xation de pan-

neau même an d’aligner ce panneau avec

l’autre en position alignée.

Serrer la vis précédemment et fermer le pan-

neau.

Substitution de la barre à LED :

A l’aide d’un outil approprié, extraire la barre

à LED de son emplacement (voir gure 19),

la débrancher électroniquement à l’aide du

connecteur puis la remplacer avec une autre

barre ayant les mêmes caractéristiques.

ENTRETIEN

Un entretien soigné est une garantie de bon

fonctionnement et de bon rendement de vo-

tre appareil dans le temps.

Un soin particulier doit être porté aux ltres

anti-graisse; pour enlever le ltre anti-grais-

se procéder comme indiqué dans le chapitre

VERSION DE L’APPAREIL, selon le modèle.

Enlever le ltre anti-graisse en se servant de

la poignée appropriée. Pour remettre le ltre

anti-graisse eectuer l’opération inverse.

Attention, lorsque vous accrochez le panneau

en acier inox couvrant le ltre anti-graisse,

assurez-vous qu’il soit bien xe.

Pour nettoyer l’appareil, nous conseillons

d’utiliser de l’eau tiède et du détersif neutre:

évitez les produits abrasifs.

Pour le nettoyage des appareils en acier nous

conseillons d’utiliser des produits spéciaux,

en suivant les instructions sur le produit.

Pour remplacer la lampe, (SLT950 EM, SLT951

EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) enlever la

lampe (g.9) et la remplacer avec une aux

mêmes caractéristiques.

Pour remplacer les lampes uorescentes

(SLT952 e SLT952EM) il faut débrancher le

produit du réseau électrique. Ouvrir le pan-

neau comme indiqué au chapitre VERSION DE

L’APPAREIL. Enlever les vis périmetrales indi-

quées dans le dessin 14; sortir le support des

lampes uorescentes (dessin 15) et procéder

avec le remplacement d’une lampe aux mê-

mes caractéristiques.

Remettre le panneau et les vis enlevées pré-

cédemment.

Pour le remplacement de l’alimentateur des

lampes uorescentes, procéder comme su-

sdit.

Réglage du panneau de la hotte SLT 952

Si les panneaux de la hotte SLT 952 ne sont

pas parfaitement alignés, alors il faudrait ré-

gler les vis de xation du panneau an qu’ils

soient installés de façon correcte.

Asegurarse de que haya una buena ventilación

del local cuando una campana y aparatos ali-

mentados con energía que no sea la eléctrica

(estufas de gas, sistemas de leña, carbón, acei-

te, etc.), son usados contemporáneamente. La

campana aspirante evacuando el aire podría

crear una presión negativa en la habitación.

La presión negativa del local no tiene que su-

perar los 0,04 mbar, evitando de este modo

al recirculación de los gases de descarga de la

fuente de calor. Por lo tanto hay que equipar

el local con tomas de aire que alimenten un

ujo constante de aire fresco.

En la operación de conexión eléctrica asegu-

rarse de que la toma de corriente tenga co-

nexión a tierra y vericar que los valores de

tensión correspondan con aquellos indicados

en la placa dentro del aparato.

Antes de realizar cualquier operación de lim-

pieza o mantenimiento hay que desconectar

el aparato de la red eléctrica.

Si el aparato no cuenta con cable exible que no

se puede separar y con enchufe, u otro disposi-

tivo que asegure la omnipolar desinserción

de la red, con una distancia de apertura de

los contactos de por lo menos 3 mm, enton-

ces tales dispositivos de separación de la red

se tienen que prever en la instalación ja.

Si el aparato cuenta con cable de alimenta-

ción y con enchufe, se tiene que colocar de

manera que sea accesible.

VERSIONES

Los modelos  SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM,

SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM,

SLT950.1EMySLT951.1EM.

(Motor Externo) pueden ser usados sólo com-

binados con motores externos del mismo-

productor.

Los modelos SLT950.1, SLT951.1 y SLT958.1

están equipados con un motor

integrado.

APERTURAPANELES

En los modelos SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM,

SLT953 EM, SLT958EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1,

SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 y SLT951.1 EM se

pueden abrir los paneles de acero inoxidable

que cubren los ltros anti-grasa

tirando ligeramente de un lado del panel

como se indica en la g. 3.

En el modelo SLT952 para abrir el panel hay

que presionar los ganchos situados en los la-

terales del panel, como se indica en la gura

11, girando el panel hacia abajo.

Para abrir completamente los paneles hay

que desenganchar las cadenas de seguridad,

desenganchando los mosquetones.

Para un correcto funcionamiento se aconseja

instalar el producto a una distancia de 2000-

2100 mm del suelo.

Antes de instalar el equipo, comprobar que

todos los componentes no esten dañados, de

lo contrario póngase en contacto con el ven-

dedor y no seguir la instalación. También, por

favor, lea todas las instrucciones que aqui se

encuentran.

- Utilice un tubo de evacuación de aire que

tenga una longitud máxima de no más de 5

metros.

- Limite el número de curvas en la canalización

ya que cada curva reduce la ecacia de la

aspiración equivalente a 1 metro. (Ej: si se

usan N° o 2 curvas a 90° la longitud de la

canalización no tiene que superar los 3 me-

tros).

- Evite cambios drásticos de dirección.

- Utilizar un tubo con un diámetro de

150/200mm constante en toda la longitud.

- Utilice tuberías de materiales aprobados

por la legislación.

INSTALACIÓN

SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM –

SLT953EM-SLT958EM.

Realizar un falso techo con una apertura del

siguiente tamaño:

SLT950EM: 1465x965mm con una distancia

mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT951EM: 1065x665mm con una distancia

mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT952EM: 1050x645 mm con una distancia

mínima de 250mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT953EM: 1065x665mm con una distancia

mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT958EM: 865x405mm con una distancia

mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo

Es posible elegir el lado de la campana so-

bre el que uirá el aire aspirado. Después de

haber escogido la mejor posición, prepare la

canalización; el suministro incluye un anillo

circular de 150mm de diámetro para la salida

superior y un anillo oval con un racor oval/

circular de 150mm de diámetro para una

eventual salida lateral.

Deje cerrados los oricios de evacuación no

utilizados.

Dibujar en el techo sólido el perímetro del

oricio de alojamiento de la campana en base

al modelo escogido (Dib. 1); efectuar 4 ori-

cios en el techo respetando las dimensiones

indicadas en el dibujo 2; introducir en los ori-

cios los tacos sumini-strados junto con la

campana; abrir los paneles inox y quitar los

ltros antigrasa para evitar posibles daños y

permitir la instalación (Dib. 3); atornillar las

barras roscadas suministradas en los tacos

(dib. 4); las barras roscadas tienen una longi-

tud de 250 mm y permiten la instalación de

la campana de techo a una distancia del te-

cho sólido comprendida entre 270 mm y 370

mm (Dib. 5); en caso de instalaciones más

amplias entre la campana y el techo, habrá

que utilizar barras roscadas más largas. Efec-

tuar la conexión eléctrica y conectar el tubo

de evacuación del aire;Introducir la campana

en el nicho haciendo que las barras roscadas

entren en los oricios (Dib. 6);

el borde externo de la campana debe coinci-

dir perfectamente con el falso techo.

Introducir en las barras roscadas las plaqui-

tas suministradas como equipamiento y las

tuercas, prestando atención a apretarlas ade-

cuadamente (dib. 7); Vuelva a colocar en su

alojamiento los ltros

antigrasa y los paneles de cobertura de los

ltros antigrasa.

SLT950–SLT951–SLT952–SLT953CON

MOTORINTEGRADO

Los modelos con motor integrado siguen

el mismo criterio de instalación que los con

motor externo (EM) con algunas diferencias.

En el caso de uso del bloque extractor con

caudal igual a 1000m3/h hay que dejar una

distancia mínima entre techo y falso techo de

mínimo 410mm para los modelos SLT950,

SLT951 y SLT953. El modelo SLT952 necesi-

ta una distancia entre techo y falso techo de

mínimo 450mm.

Junto al bloque extractor se suministran las

barras roscadas de 400 mm de longitud.

En el caso de uso del bloque extractor con

caudal igual a 1500m3/h hay que dejar una

distancia mínima entre techo y falso techo de

mínimo 470mm para los modelos SLT950,

SLT951 y SLT953.

El modelo SLT952 necesita una distancia en-

tre techo y falso techo de mínimo 520mm.

Junto al bloque extractor se suministran las

barras roscadas de 400 mm de longitud.

Quitar el tapón de cierre en la parte superior y

posicionar allí el motor de extracción (ver dib.12).

Conectar el cable eléctrico del motor en el corre-

spondiente conector que se encuentra dentro de la

campana, orientar la brida de salida de humos en

la dirección preferida y jar el motor al armazón

usando los tornillos extraídos precedentemente.

En el caso de que haya que orientar la salida

de humos hacia arriba, hay que quitar el tapón de

cierre indicado en el dib.. 13. sacar los tornillos de

jación del motor, extraerlo,

girarlo, ponerlo en el hueco de salida acabado de

abrir y jarlo con los tornillos extraídos preceden-

temente. Dejar cerrado el oricio no utilizado con

el tapón correspondiente.

Teniendo en cuenta estos aspectos, emprender

la instalación como se indica en la versión con el

motor externo.

SLT950.1  – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (motor

integrado).

Realizar un falso techo con una apertura de

las siguientes dimensiones:

SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con una distancia

mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con una distancia

mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT958.1 : 865x405mm con una distancia

mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo;

Se puede escoger el lado de la campana por el

cual encanalar el aire extraído siguiendo las

siguientes instrucciones.

Quitar los ocho tornillos de jación del blo-

que extractor , indicados en la g. 16, sacar el

bloque extractor desconectando el conector

eléctrico , extraer la tapa del oricio de salida

del humo que se desea utilizar y colocar allí

el bloque extractor. Volver a conectar la co-

nexión eléctrica y jar con los tornillos ante-

riormente extraídos. Volver a colocar la tapa

del oricio de salida de humos no utilizado.

Continuar con la instalación como se indi-

ca para la versión SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM y

SLT958 EM.

SLT950.1EM–SLT951.1EM(motorex-

terno).

Realizar un falso techo con una apertura de

las siguientes dimensiones:

SLT950.1: 1465x965mm con una distancia

mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo;

SLT951.1: 1065x665mm con una distancia

mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo;

Se puede escoger el lado de la campana por el

cual encanalar el aire extraído siguiendo las

siguientes instrucciones.

Quitar los ocho tornillos de jación de la bri-

da de salida de humos indicados en la g. 17,

y luego colocarla en el lado deseado en don-

de anteriormente se ha sacado la copertura.

Volver a colocar la tapa del oricio de salida

de humos no utilizado.

Continuar con la instalación como se indica

para la versión SLT950 EM y SLT951 EM.

el boton, la lumino-sidad queda planteada.

Apretando el boton otra vez, es posible apa-

gar la luz.

- Para congurar el temporizador

apriete el botón:

A la primera ignicion mantener el buton luz

apretado por 5 segundos.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

El led más a la derecha empezará a parpa-

dear (cada 5 segundos), la campana per-

manece encendida durante 10 min a la ve-

locidad seleccionada para después apagarse

automáticamente.

Si se aumenta o se disminuye la velocidad

mientras el temporizador está activado, este

último se desactivará.

Nota: Para cada función seleccionada se en-

ciende el led correspondiente.

Modalidadesdefuncionamiento

Si estuvieran instalados dos sistemas cam-

panamando a distancia en el mismo local o

en las cercanías, los sistemas con el mismo

código de transmisión podrían ser inuidos,

portanto, es necesario cambiar el código de

uno de los dos mandos a distancia.

ATENCIÓN:

La batería debe sustituirse cada año para-

garantizar el mejor alcance del transmisor -

Para sustituir la batería descargada, extraiga

la tapa de plástico, quite la batería en uso e

introduzca la nueva respetando la polaridad

indicada en el contenedor. La batería usa-

da debe eliminarse en los correspondientes

contenedores.

Generación de un nuevo código de

transmisión

El mando a distancia sale de fábrica con códigos

predenidos. Si se desea generar unnuevo

código, hay que seguir el siguiente procedi-

miento: Apriete simultáneamente los botones

UP(+),STOP(0/1) y DOWN(-) de manera conti-

nua durante 2 segundos, en ese mismo tiempo

se encenderán los leds, a continuación, aprie-

telos botones UP(+)yDOWN(-), 3 señales lumi-

nosas de los leds indicarán que la operación se

ha completado.

ATENCIÓN: Esta operación borra denitiva-

mente los códigos preexistentes.

Procedadelasiguientemanera:

Aprieteel botón de apagado general de la

campana, restablezca la alimentación a la

centralita electrónica, a partir de este mo-

mento tiene 15 seg. paraapretar el botón luz

y hacer asì que la campana se sincronice con

el nuevo código.

Aprendizajedelnuevocódigodetransmisión

Después de haber cambiado el código de

transmisión en el mando a distancia, hay que

hacer que la central electrónica de la campa-

na aprenda el nuevo código.

MANTENIMIENTO

Un cuidadoso mantenimiento garantiza un

buen funcionamiento y un buen rendimiento

durante tiempo.

Hay que prestar una especial atención a los

ltros anti-grasa, para sacar el ltro anti-

grasa hay que proceder como se indica en el

capítulo VERSIONES, según el modelo.

Sacar el ltro anti-grasa gracias a la corre-

spondiente manilla.

Para volver a colocar el ltro antigrasa de-

spués de la limpieza efectuar la operación

inversa.

Atención, cuando se enganche el panel ino-

xidable que cubre el ltro antigrasa poner

atención en que esté bien jado.

Para la limpieza del aparato se aconseja el uso

de agua tibia y detergente neutro, evitando el

uso de productos que contengan abrasivos.

Para la limpieza de aparatos de acero se

aconseja el uso de productos especializados,

siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas en el

producto.

Para sustituir la lámpara, (SLT950 EM, SLT951

EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) sacar la

lámpara (g.9) y sustituirla con una lámpara

de las mismas características.

Para sustituir las lámparas uorescentes

(SLT952 y SLT952EM) hay que desconectar el

producto de la red eléctrica y luego abrir

el panel en cuestión como se indica en el

capítulo Versiones.

Sacar los tornillos del perímetro indicados en

el (dib. 14); quitar el soporte de las lámparas

uorescentes (dib. 15), y a continuación su-

stituir las lámparas con otras con las mismas

características.

Volver a colocar el panel y los tornillos.

Para sustituir el alimentador de las lámparas

uorescentes proceder como descrito ante-

riormente.

Regulacion del panel de la campana SLT 952

Si los panelos de la campana SLT 952 no se

alinean perfectamente, se tiene que ajustar el

tornillo de jacion para alinear el panel y in-

stalar la campana de manera correcta.

Despues de abrir el panel, se tiene que aojar

el tornillo, como indicado en g. 18 y aumen-

tar o disminuir la jacion del panel para que

este mismo panel sea perfectamente alineado

con el otro.

Apretar el tornillo y cerrar el panel.

Sustitución de la barra LED:

Utilizando un utensilio apropiado, desmontar

la barra led de su ubicación (ver gura 19)

desconectarla electrónicamente mediante el

correspondiente conector y sustituirla con

una de características similares.

ÖFFNUNGDERPANEELE

Bei den Modellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM,

SLT953 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1,

SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 und SLT951.1 EM die

Edelstahlplatten, die die Fettlter abdecken,

önen, indem Sie eine Seite des Paneels leicht

anziehen (siehe Zeichng. 3).

Bei Modell SLT952 die Paneele önen, indem

Sie die seitlichen Hakenverschlüsse (Zei-

chng. 11) drücken und das Paneel nach unten

drehen.

Für die komplette Önung der Paneele müs-

sen die Sicherungsketten mittels der Karabi-

nerhaken gelöst werden.

Für eine entsprechende Leistung muss der

Abstand zwischen der Dunstabzugshaube

und dem Boden 2000 - 2100 mm betragen.

lauferhitzer, Warmwasserbereiter) ist Vor-si-

cht geboten, da beim Absaugen der Luft dur-

ch die Dunstabzugshaube dem Auf-stellraum

die Luft entnommen wird, die die Feuerstätte

zur Verbrennung benötigt. Ein gefahrloser

Betrieb ist möglich, wenn bei gleichzeitigem

Betrieb von Haube und raumluft-abhängiger

Feuerstätte im Auf-stellraum der Feuerstät-

te ein Unterdruck von höchstens 0,04 mbar

erreicht wird und damit ein Rücksaugen der

Feuerstätten-abgase vermieden wird.

* Dies kann erreicht werden, wenn durch ni-

cht verschließbare Önungen, (z.B. in Türen,

Fenstern, Zuluft-/Abluftmauerkasten oder

andere technische Maßnahmen, wie gegen-

seitige Verriegelung o.ä.), die Verbren-nun-

gsluft nachströmen kann.

Anmerkung: Bei der Beurteilung muss immer

der gesamte Lüftungsverbund der Wohnung

beachtet werden. Bei Betrieb von Kochge-

räten, z.B. Kochmulde und Gasherd, wird die-

se Regel nicht angewendet.

Im Zweifelsfalle muss der zuständige Schor-

nsteinfegermeister zu Rate gezogen werden.

* Beim elektrischen Anschluss müssen die

Spannungswerte des Stromnetzes mit den

Werten des im Inneren des Geräts ange-bra-

chten Typenschildes übereinstimmen.

Vor dem Einbau des Geräts vergewissern Sie

sich, dass alle Bestandteile nicht beschädigt

sind. Andersfalls, bitte den Verkäufer kon-

taktieren und den Einbau abbrechen. Bitte

alle folgenden Anweisungen sorgfältig lesen.

- Ein Abluftrohr verwenden, dass nicht länger

als 5 Meter ist.

- Die Zahl der Rohrbögen im Abluftkanal

vermeiden, da jeder Rohrbogen die Leistun-

gsfähigkeit um ein linear Meter senkt (z.B.

werden 2 Rohrbögen 90° verwendet, muss

die maximale Länge des Abluftkanals nicht

mehr als 3 Meter betragen).

- Drastische Richtungsänderungen vermei-

den.

- Eine Rohrleitung im Durchmesser von 150

mm für die ganze Länge der Rauchrohrlei-

tung verwenden.

- Material für Rohrleitung verwenden, das

den Normen und Vorschriften entspricht.

GERÄTEAUSFÜHRUNG

Das Gerät kann nur im Abluftbetrieb benutzt

werden und muss zu einem externen Motor

SEM1, SEM2, SEM5 oder ziu anderen externen

motoren des selben Herstellers angeschlos-

sen warden.

Vor dem Einbau des Geräts vergewissern Sie

INSTALLATION

UNDMONTAGE

SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM –

SLT953EM-SLT958EM

Es ist eine Hängedecke mit einer Önung fol-

gender Größe zu realisieren:

SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und

Hängedecke;

SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und

Hängedecke;

SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 250mm zwischen Decke und

Hängedecke;

SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und

Hängedecke;

SLT958 EM: 865x405mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und

Hängedecke;

Die Seite, an der die abgesaugte Luft abgelei-

tet werden soll, kann frei gewählt werden.

Nach Wahl der besten Position muss der en-

tsprechende Ausstoßkanal hergestellt wer-

den.

An der Festdecke die Ränder der Önung für

die Aufnahme der Abzugshaube entspre-

chend dem gewählten Modell anzeichnen

(siehe Zeichng. 1);an der Decke 4 Bohrungen

anbringen, wobei die in Abb. 2 angegebenen

Abmessungen eingehalten werden müssen.

Die mitgelieferten metrischen Dübel in die

Bohrungen einsetzen. Die Edelstahlplatten

önen und die Fettlter herausnehmen, um

eventuelle Schäden zu vermeiden und die

Deckeninstallation zu ermöglichen (Zeichng.

2). Die mitgelieferten Gewindestangen in die

Dübel einschrauben (Zeichng. 4); die Gewin-

destangen sind 250 mm lang und gestatten

die Installation der Abzugshaube an der Dec-

ke in einem Abstand von 270 bis 370 mm von

der Festdecke (Zeichng. 5); Bei Installationen

mit größerem Abstand zwischen Decke und

Abzugshaube müssen längere Gewindestan-

gen besorgt werden.

Die elektrischen Anschluss vornehmen und

das Luftabzugsrohr anschließen; Die Decke-

nabzugshaube in die Aussparung einsetzen

und dabei die Gewindestangen in die Bohrun-

gen einführen (Zeichng. 6).

Der äußere Rand der Abzugshaube muss

perfekt an der Hängedecke anliegen. Die mi-

tgelieferten Metallplättchen in die Gewinde-

stangen einsetzen und mit den Muttern fe-

stschrauben, wobei darauf geachtet werden

muss, dass sie richtig angezogen werden

(Zeichng. 7); die Fettlter wieder in ihre Auf-

nahme einsetzen und die Abdeckungen der

Fettlter wieder anbringen.

SLT950–SLT951–SLT952–SLT953MIT

INNEN-MOTOR

Die Modelle mit Innen-Motor verfügen über

die gleichen Installations-Kriterien des

Modells External-Motor (EM), mit einigen

Abwandlungen.

Im Falle einer Absauggruppe mit einer Ka-

pazität gleich 1000m3/h, muss der Minde-

stabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke

für die Modelle SLT950, SLT951 und SLT953

410mm betragen. Für das Modell SLT952

muss der Mindestabstand zwischen Decke

und Hängedecke 450mm betragen.

Die Absauggruppe ist mit 400mm langen

Gewindestangen ausgestattet.

Im Falle einer Absauggruppe mit einer Ka-

pazität gleich 1500m3/h muss der Minde-

stabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke

für die Modelle SLT950, SLT951 und SLT953

470mm betragen.

Für das Modell SLT952 muss der Mindesta-

bstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke

520mm betragen. Die Absauggruppe ist mit

400mm langen Gewindestangen ausgestat-

tet.

Den Verschluss aus der oberen Seite abneh-

men und den Absaug-Motor einsetzen (Bild

12). Den Stromkabel des Motors an dem dazu

bestimmten Verbinder innerhalb der Dunsta-

bzugshaube anschließen; den Absaug-Flan-

sch in der ausgewählten Richtung richten und

den Motor am Gehäuse mit den im Voraus

entfernten Schrauben befestigen.

Soll der Luftaustritt nach oben reichen, muss

zuerst der Verschluss, wie in Bild 13 angezei-

gt, entfernt werden. Die Befestigungsschrau-

ben des Motors entfernen, ihn herausziehen

und drehen, dann in die im Voraus durch-

geführte Önung einsetzen und mit den im

Voraus entfernten Schrauben wieder befesti-

gen.

Die nicht benutzte Önung mit dem dazu be-

stimmten Verschluss schließen.

Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Angaben die

Installation so fortführen wie bei Modell Ex-

ternal-Motor beschrieben.

SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (Innen-

Motor)

In der Doppeldecke eine Önung in den fol-

genden Größen durchführen:

SLT950.1: 1465x965mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke

und der Doppeldecke;

SLT951.1: 1065x665mm mit einem Minde-

stabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke

und der Doppeldecke.

SLT958.1: 865x405mm mit einem Mindesta-

bstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und

der Doppeldecke.

Man kann die Seite der Dunstabzugshau-

be, aus der die abgesaugte Luft ausgelassen

wird, auswählen, indem Sie die acht Befesti-

gungsschrauben von der Absauggruppe en-

tfernen (wie in Zeichng. 16), die Absauggrup-

pe herausnehmen und den Elektro-Verbinder

trennen; die Abdeckung für den gewünschten

Luftaustritts entfernen und die Absauggrup-

pe anschließen.

Den Strom einschalten und die vorher en-

tfernten Schrauben wieder befestigen.

Die nicht genutzte Abzugsönung mit der

Abdeckung schließen.

Die Installation wie bei Modell SLT950 EM ,

SLT951 EM und SLT958 EM fortsetzen.

SLT950.1  EM  – SLT951.1  EM  (External

Motor)

In der Doppeldecke eine Önung in den fol-

genden Größen durchführen:

Zur este Zündung, die Beleuchtungstaste für 5

Sekunden gedrückt halten.

Die äußerste rechte Led beginnt zu blinken

(alle 5 Sekunden), die Abzughaube läuft 10

Min. lang auf der eingestellten Geschwindig-

keit und wird dann automatisch abgeschaltet.

Wenn Sie die Geschwindigkeit bei aktiviertem

Timer erhöhen oder verringern, wird dadurch

der Timer abgeschaltet.

Funktionsweise

Sollten im gleichen Raum oder jedenfalls in

unmittelbarer Nähe zwei Abzugshauben mit

Funksteuerung installiert werden, können

diese sich gegenseitig stören, da sie den glei-

chen Übertragungscode haben. Daher muss in

diesem Fall der Code einer der beiden Funk-

steuerungen geändert werden.

Batteriewechsel:

Hierfür ist die Abdeckung der Fernbedienung

abzunehmen. Die Batterie kann nun getau-

scht werden. Verwenden Sie nur Ersatzbatte-

rien des gleichen Typs.

Wenn die Fernbedienung versagen sollte, ist

zunächst die Batterie zu wechseln, um diese

Störungsmöglichkeit auszuschließen.

GenerierungeinesneuenÜbertragungscodes

Die Funksteuerungen werden fabrikseitig mit

voreingestellten Codes ausgeliefert. Wenn

ein neuer Code generiert werden soll, ist wie

folgt vorzugehen: Betätigen Sie gleichzeitig

die Tasten UP (+),STOP (0/1) und DOWN (-)

2 Sekunden lang. Dabei leuchten die entspre-

chenden Leds auf. Danach die Tasten UP (+)

und DOWN (-) betätigen. Ein 3-maliges Blin-

ken der Leds zeigt an, dass der Vorgang ab-

geschlossen ist.

ACHTUNG

: Durch diesen Vorgang werden die

vorherigen Codes denitiv gelöscht.

ÜbernahmedesneuenÜbertragungscodes

Nach Änderung des Übertragungscodes der

Funksteuerung muss der neue Code von der

elektronischen Steuerung übernommen wer-

den.

Dazuistwiefolgtvorzugehen:

Betätigen Sie den Hauptschalter der Abzugs-

haube und stellen Sie dann die Stromversor-

gung der elektronischen Steuerung wieder

her. Ab diesem Moment haben Sie 15 Sek.

Zeit, um die Lichttaste zu betätigen, um zu

erreichen, dass die Steuerung sich auf den

neuen Code synchronisiert.

Das Paneel wieder einsetzen und mit den im

Voraus entfernten Schrauben wieder befesti-

gen.

Für die Ersetzung des Vorschaltgeräts der

Leuchtstoampen wie Oben fortsetzen.

Wenn die Paneelen der Deckenhaube SLT952

sind nicht ach und perfekt angeglichen, ist

es möglich die Schrauben zu regulieren. Diese

Schrauben stellen das Paneel fest und können

eingestellt werden, um das Paneel anzuglei-

chen.

Nachdem Sie bezüglich die oberstehende An-

weisungen das Paneel geönet haben, lösen

Sie die Schraube von Bild 18, ziehen Sie hoch

die Kupplung des Paneels oder lassen Sie das

herunter, um das Paneel anzugleichen.

Ziehen Sie die Schraube wieder an.

Austausch der Led-Leiste:

Mithilfe eines geeigneten Werkzeugs die Led-

Leist aus ihrer Aufnahme entnehmen (siehe

Abbildung 19), durch Lösen des Steckers von

der Elektronik abkabeln und durch eine Leiste

mit gleichen Eigenschaften ersetzen.

WARTUNG

Nur eine sorgfältige Pege garantiert auf

Dauer eine gute Leistung und Funktion des

Geräts.

Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern

die Fettlter. Für die Entfernung der Fettlter,

folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen des Kapi-

tels „Allgemeine Montagehinweise“, je nach

Modell.

Die Fettlter mittels des dazu bestimmten

Gris entfernen. Eingesetzt wird der Fettlter

im umgekehrten Handlungsablauf.

Achtung, die Edelstahlplatten, die die Fettl-

ter abdecken, müssen richtig eingesetzt sein.

Die Reinigung wird von Hand mit warmem

Wasser und milde Seife empfohlen. In keinem

Fall sind kratzende, ätzende oder aggressive

Reinigungsmittel und Hilfsmittel zu verwen-

den.

Verwenden Sie für Edelstahlgeräte Spezial-

produkte zur Edelstahlpege. Die jeweilige

Gebrauchsanweisung des verwendeten

Produktes ist unbedingt zu beachten.

Beim Lampenwechsel(SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM,

SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953), die Lampe ent-

fernen (Abb. 9) und mit einer ähnlichen Lam-

pe ersetzten.

Für die Ersetzung der Leuchtstoampen

(SLT952 e SLT952EM) muss das Gerät vom

Stromnetz abgeschaltet werden, danach, für

die Önung des Paneels, folgen Sie bitte den

Anweisungen des Kapitels „Allgemeine Mon-

tagehinweise“. Die Umfangsschrauben wie in

Bild 14 entfernen; die Halterung der Leucht-

stoampen herausziehen (Bild 15) und mit

der Ersetzung einer neuen Lampe fortfahren.

* Vermijd, in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van

Reeds gebruikte olie is bijzonder gevaarlijk

omwille van zijn ontvlambaarheid.

bruiken. Om een eventueel brandrisiko te ver-

zingen houden voor het schoonmaken van de

vet lters en het verwijderen van eventuele

afzettingen van vet op het toestel.

tkachels, enz.) tegelijkertijd gebruikt worden.

De dampkap zou door het evacueren van de

lucht een negatieve druk kunnen veroorzaken

in het lokaal. De negatieve druk in het lokaal

mag de 0,04mbar niet overschrijden. Op

deze wijze wordt vermeden dat de uitlaatgas-

sen van de warmtebron terug gezogen wor-

den. Het is dus noodzakelijk het lokaal uit te

rusten met luchtaanvoeren die een constante

stroom van verse lucht garanderen.

* Het is noodzakelijk het toestel van het li-

chtnet te scheiden door de stekker uit het

schoonmaakbeurt of onderhoudsbeurt te be-

Als het apparaat is uitgerust met een snoer en

stekker, moet het apparaat op een dusdanige

wijze worden gemonteerd dat men eenvoudig

bij de stekker kan.

GEBRUIKSVERSIES

De modellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952

EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM SLT950.1 EM en

SLT951.1 EM(Esternal Motor) kunnen alleen

worden gebruikt in combinatie met een af-

zonderlijke motor van dezelfde fabrikant.

De modellen SLT950.1 , SLT951.1 en SLT958.1

hebben een ingebouwde motor.

DEPANELENOPENEN

De stalen panelen op de vetlters in de mo-

dellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM,

SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1

EM, SLT958.1 en SLT951.1 EM opent u door

voorzichtig aan één kant van het paneel te

trekken zoals op de afb. 3.

De panelen van het model SLT952 opent

u door de sluitingen op de zijkanten in te

drukken zoals op de afb. 11. Daarna draait u

het paneel naar onder.

Om de panelen helemaal te openen, maakt

de veiligheidskettinkjes los (open hiervoor de

sluitingen).

Voor een perfecte werking raden wij aan het

product niet hoger dan 2000 - 2100 mm bo-

ven de vloer te installeren.

Voordat u het apparaat installeert, contro-

leert u of er geen beschadigde componenten

zijn. Als dit toch het geval is, neemt u contact

op met de verkoper en installeert u het ap-

paraat niet.

Lees bovendien aandachtig alle hierna vol-

gende instructies.

- Gebruik voor de luchtafvoer een buis die

niet langer is dan 5 meter.

- Beperk het aantal bochten in de buisleiding

want elke bocht vermindert de afzuigeciën-

tie met een waarde gelijk aan een strekkende

meter pijp. (Als u bijvoorbeeld 2 bochten van

90° gebruikt, mag de hele luchtleiding die

langer zijn dan 3 meter)

- Leg geen scherpe bochten in de leiding.

- Gebruik indien mogelijk een rookpijp met

een constante diameter van 150/200mm

over de hele lengte.

- Gebruik een pijp in een door de normen

voorgeschreven materiaal.

INSTALLATIE

SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM –

Maak een verlaagd plafond met een opening

met de volgende maten:

SLT950EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte

van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

SLT951EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte

van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

SLT952EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte

van minimum 250 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

SLT953EM: 1065x665 mm met een ruimte

van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

SLT958 EM: 865x405 mm met een ruimte

van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

U kunt zelf kiezen aan welke kant van de kap

u de afgezogen lucht wenst af e voeren.

Als u de beste plaats hebt gekozen, maakt

u de buisleiding klaar. Bij het apparaat hoort

een verbinding voor de luchtuitlaat van 150

mm die u op de uitlaat monteert.

Dek alle niet gebruikte afvoeropeningen af.

Teken op het plafond de omtrek van de ope-

ning waarin de afzuigkap komt, met de vorm

van het door u gekozen model. (afb. 1) Boor

4 openingen in het plafond op de maten in de

afb 2. Monteer de meegeleverde maatplug-

gen in de openingen.

Open de rvs-panelen volgens de instructcies

in het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM en verwijder de

vetlters om ze niet te beschadigen tijdens de

installatie (afb. 3). Schroef de meegeleverde

staven in de pluggen (afb. 4). De staven zijn

250 mm lang en dienen om de kap aan het

plafond te hangen op een minimum afstand

van 270 mm tot 370 mm van het echte pla-

fond (afb. 5). Als u een grotere afstand wenst

tussen kap en plafond, dient u langere staven

te gebruiken. Maak de elektrische aansluitin-

gen en koppel de luchtafvoerbuis aan. Mon-

teer de kap in de opening in het plafond met

de staven in de openingen (afb. 6).

De rand van de kap moet perfect samenvallen

met het verlaagde plafond.

Monteer op de schroefstangen de meegele-

verde plaatjes en moeren en haal ze goed aan

(afb. 7). Monteer de vetlters weer en de pa-

nelen op de vetlters.

SLT950–SLT951–SLT952–SLT953MET

INGEBOUWDEMOTOR

De modellen met een ingebouwde motor

worden op dezelfde manier geïnstalleerd als

de modellen met een afzonderlijke motor

(EM). Er zijn enkele kleine verschillen.

Als u de afzuigeenheid met een vermogen

gelijk aan 1000m3/h gebruikt, moet u een

afstand laten tussen het verlaagde plafond en

het plafond van minstens 410 mm voor de

modellen SLT950, SLT951 en SLT953. Voor

het model SLT952 dient u minstens 450 mm

afstand te laten tussen het plafond en het

verlaagde plafond.

Samen met de afzuigeenheid worden 400

mm lange schroefstangen geleverd.

Als u de afzuigeenheid met een vermogen

gelijk aan 1500m3/h gebruikt, moet u een

afstand laten tussen het verlaagde plafond en

het plafond van minstens 470 mm voor de

modellen SLT950, SLT951 en SLT953.

Voor het model SLT952 dient u minstens 520

mm afstand te laten tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond. Samen met de afzui-

geenheid worden 400 mm lange schroef-

stangen geleverd.

Verwijder de afsluiting in de bovenkant om er

de afzuigmotor te plaatsen (zie afb. 12).

Sluit het stroomsnoer van de motor aan op

de daarvoor bestemde plug in de kap zelf.

Draai de luchtuitlaatens in de gewenste ri-

chting en zet de motor vast op de kast met de

schroeven die u verwijderd hebt.

Als u de luchtuitlaat naar boven wilt richten,

verwijdert u de afsluiting die is aangeduid op

de afb. 13 Verwijder de borgschroeven, haal

de motor eruit, verdraai hem, steek hem in

de vrijgekomen opening en zet hem vast met

de verwijderde schroeven. Bedek de niet ge-

bruikte opening met de daarvoor bestemde

afsluiting.

van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en

het verlaagde plafond;

SLT958.1 : 865x405 mm met een ruimte van

minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het

U kunt zelf kiezen aan welke kant van de kap

u de afgezogen lucht wenst af te voeren.

Verwijder de acht borgschroeven uit de

afzuigeenheid die aangeduid zijn op afb. 16.

Maak de elektrische aansluiting los en haal

de afzuigeenheid uit de kast. Verwijder de af-

sluiting op de luchtuitlaatopening die u wenst

te gebruiken en zet er de afzuigeenheid in.

Maak de elektrische aansluiting weer en zet

die vast met de schroeven die u hebt ve-

rwijderd. Dek de luchtuitlaatopening die u

niet gebruikt af.

Installeer volgens de aanwijzingen voor de

uitvoeringen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM en

SLT958 EM

SLT950.1EM–SLT951.1EM(metafzon-

Maak een verlaagd plafond met een opening

Met het ‘lichtknopje’ kunt u de lichten aan- en

uitzetten. Bij de eerste keer indrukken van de

knop, zullen de lampen op maximaal vermo-

gen gaan branden. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953:

Indien u de knop ingedrukt houdt, zal het

licht afwisselend feller worden en weer dim-

men. Als u de knop loslaat, blijft deze in die

stand branden. Om de lampen uit te zetten,

drukt u nogmaals 1x op de knop.

- Om de timer in te stelle ndruk op

de toets

Druk voor het 1ᵉ gebruik de verlichting scha-

kelaar gedurende 5 seconden in.

De led aan de rechter kant begint te knippe-

ren (iedere 5 minuten), de afzuigkap blijft 10

minuten aanstaan op de gekozen snelheid en

gaat vervolgens automatisch uit.

Als de snelheid wordt verhoogd of verlaagd

nadat de timer is ingesteld wordt de timer

uitgezet.

Werkmodaliteit

Wanneer er twee kappen in dezelfde ruimte

worden geplaatst, of dicht bij elkaar, kan dit

van invloed zijn op de werking en moet de

code van slechts één afstandbediening wor-

den veranderd.

De batterij moet ieder jaar worden vervan-

gen om een optimale transmissie te kunnen

garanderen - Om de lege batterij te vervan-

gen verwijder het plastic dekseltje, verwijder

de batterij en steek een nieuwe batterij erin,

respecteer de polen die op de houder zijn

aangegeven. De gebrukte batterij moet weg-

gegooid worden in een speciale afvalbak.

Eennieuwetransmissiecodemaken

De afstandbediening wordt door de fabriek

geleverd met ingestelde codes. Als een een

nieuwe code wilt maken ga als volgt te werk:

Druk gelijktijdig op de toetsen UP (+),STOP

(0/1) en DOWN (-) en houdt ze 2 secondes

ingedrukt, gelijktijdig begint een led te bran-

den, druk vervolgens op de toetsen UP (+) en

DOWN (-), 3 als de led 3 keer knippert is de

handeling uitgevoerd.

: Met deze handeling worden voor altijd de

ingestelde codes verwijderd.

Invoerenvaneennieuwetransmissiecode

Nadat de centrale code van de afstandbedie-

ning is veranderd moet aan de elektronische

centrale van de afzuigkap de nieuwe code

doorgegeven worden op de volgende manier:

Druk op de toets voor het uitzetten van de

afzuigkap, herstel de elektrische voeding van

de elektronische centrale, vanaf dit moment

beschikt u over 15 secondes om op de ver-

lichtingsknop te drukken zodat de afzuigkap

zich op de nieuwe code synchroniseert.

Sluit de luchtuitlaatopening die u niet ge-

bruikt.

Installeer volgens de aanwijzingen voor de

uitvoeringen SLT950 EM en SLT951 EM.

ONDERHOUD

Een goed onderhoud waarborgt een goed

werkend apparaat dat lang blijft renderen.

Besteed bijzondere aandacht aan de vetlters.

Verwijder de vetlter volgens de instructies in

het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM voor uw model.

Gebruik het speciale handvat om de vetlter

te verwijderen. Om de schoongemaakte lter

weer in de kap te monteren, gaat u andersom

te werk.

Opgelet. Wanneer u het rvs-paneel weer op

de vetlter vastmaakt, controleert u of het

goed gesloten is.

Reinighetapparaatzelf met lauw water en

een neutraal reinigingsmiddel. Gebruik geen

schuurmiddelen.

Reinig stalen apparaten met speciale pro-

ducten voor staal volgens de instructies die

op de producten zelf staan.

Trek de lamp (SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM,

SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) (afb. 9) eruit en

vervang hem met een gelijkwaardige nieuwe

lamp.

Om de uorlampen (SLT952 en SLT952EM) te

vervangen, zet u eerst de stroom uit of maakt

u het stroomsnoer los. Open het paneel vol-

gens de instructies in het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM.

Verwijder de schroeven op de zijkanten zoals

op de afb. 14. Haal de lampenhouder eruit

(afb. 15) en vervang ze met gelijkwaardige

nieuwe lampen.

Sluit het paneel en zet het vast met de ve-

rwijderde schroeven.

Ga op dezelfde manier te werk om de voeding

van de uorlampen te vervangen.

Indien de panelen van de SLT952 afzuigkap

niet perfect vlak zijn is het mogelijk om deze

bij te stellen met de bevestigingsschroeven

van het paneel om het geheel sluitend te krij-

gen.

Nadat de panelen geopend zijn, conform de

montage instructies, moet de schroef losge-

draaid worden (afbeelding 18) waardoor het

paneel naar boven of beneden bijgesteld kan

worden om sluitend afgesteld te kunnen wor-

den.

Draai de losgedraaide schroef weer vast en

sluit het panel.

Vervangen van de LED blak:

Gebruik een geschikt gereedschap, verwijder

de ledbalk (zie guur 19), haal de elektroni-

sche verbinding los met het speciale stekker-

tje en vervang de balk met eengelijkwaardig

product.

La pressione negativa del locale non deve superare i 0,04 mbar, evitando così il risucchio dei gas di scarico della fonte di calore. Pertanto bisogna attrezzare il locale con delle prese d’aria che alimentino un flusso costante di aria fresca. APERTURA PANNELLI Nei modelli SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 e SLT951.1 EM è possibile aprire i pannelli in acciaio di copertura dei filtri antigrasso tirando leggermente un lato del pannello come indicato in fig. 3 Nel modello SLT952 per aprire i pannelli occorre premere gli appositi agganci posti lateralmente al pannello, come indicato in figura 11, ruotando il pannello verso il basso. Per raggiungere l’apertura totale dei pannelli occorre sganciare le catene di sicurezza, agendo mediante gli appositi moschettoni. Per un adeguato funzionamento si consiglia di installare il prodotto ad una distanza dal livello del pavimento di 2000 - 2100 mm. Prima di procedere nell’installazione dell’apparecchio verificare che tutti i componenti non siano danneggiati, in caso contrario contattare il rivenditore e non proseguire con 6 l’installazione. Inoltre leggere attentamente tutte le istruzioni di seguito riportate. - Utilizzare un tubo di evacuazione aria che abbia la lunghezza massima non superiore a 5 metri. - Limitare il numero di curve nella canalizzazione poiché ogni curva riduce l’efficienza di aspirazione equiparata a 1 metro lineare. (Es: se si utilizzano n°2 curve a 90°, la lunghezza della canalizzazione non dovrebbe superare i 3 metri di lunghezza). - Evitare cambiamenti drastici di direzione. - Utilizzare un condotto con diametro da 150/200mm costante per tutta la lunghezza. - Utilizzare un condotto di materiale approvato normativamente. INSTALLAZIONE SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958EM Realizzare un controsoffitto con una apertura delle dimensioni di: SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm con distanza minima di 270mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm con distanza minima di 270mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm con distanza minima di 250mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm con distanza minima di 270mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT958 EM: 865mmx405mm con distanza minima di 270mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto. E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa sul quale far defluire l’aria aspirata. Dopo aver scelto la posizione migliore, predisporre la canalizzazione; la fornitura in dotazione comprende un raccordo uscita aria del diametro di 150mm da installare all’uscita prescelta. Lasciare chiusi i fori di evacuazione non utilizzati. Disegnare nel soffitto solido il perimetro del foro di alloggio della cappa a cielo in base al modello prescelto (Dis. 1); effettuare n° 4 fori al soffitto rispettando le dimensioni riportate nel dis. 2; inserire nei fori i tasselli metrici forniti in dotazione. Aprire i pannelli inox, come descritto nel capitolo SISTEMA D’USO e rimuovere i filtri antigrasso per evitare eventuali danni e permettere l’installazione (Dis.3 ); avvitare le barre filettate in dotazione nei tasselli (dis.4);le barre filettate sono lunghe 250 mm e permettono l’installazione della cappa a cielo ad una distanza dal soffitto solido compresa tra 270 mm e 370 mm (Dis. 5); in caso di installazioni più ampie tra la cappa a cielo e il soffitto occorre munirsi di barre filettate più lunghe. Effettuare il collegamento elettrico e collegare il tubo di evacuazione dell’aria; inserire la cappa a cielo nella nicchia facendo entrare le barre filettate nei fori (Dis.6), il bordo esterno della cappa a cielo deve coincidere perfettamente con il controsoffitto. SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con distanza minima di 330mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; In caso di utilizzo del gruppo aspirante con portata pari a 1000m3/h occorre rispettare una distanza tra soffitto e controsoffitto pari almeno a 410mm per i modelli SLT950, SLT951 e SLT953. Il modello SLT952 richiede una distanza tra soffitto e controsoffitto pari almeno a 450mm. SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con distanza minima di 330mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT958.1 : 865x405mm con distanza minima di 330mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa dal quale far defluire l’aria agendo come segue. In dotazione al gruppo aspirante sono fornite delle barre filettate lunghe 400 mm. Rimuovere le otto viti di fissaggio del gruppo aspirante, indicate in fig. 16, estrarre il gruppo aspirante sconnettendo il connettore elettrico, rimuovere la copertura del foro uscita aria che si intende utilizzare e posizionarvi il gruppo aspirante. Ripristinare il collegamento elettrico e fissare con le viti rimosse in precedenza. Ripristinare la copertura nel foro uscita aria non utilizzato. In caso di utilizzo del gruppo aspirante con portata pari a 1500m3/h occorre rispettare una distanza tra soffitto e controsoffitto pari almeno a 470mm per i modelli SLT950, SLT951 e SLT953. Il modello SLT952 richiede una distanza tra soffitto e controsoffitto pari almeno a 520mm. In dotazione al gruppo aspirante sono fornite delle barre filettate lunghe 400 mm. Proseguire nell’installazione come indicato per la versione SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM e SLT958 EM. Rimuovere il tappo di chiusura nella parte superiore e posizionarvi il motore di aspirazione (vedi dis.12). Collegare il cavo elettrico del motore all’apposito connettore presente nella cappa, orientare la flangia uscita aria nella direzione preferita e fissare il motore alla carcassa utilizzando le viti rimosse in precedenza. Nel caso sia necessario orientare l’uscita aria verso l’alto, occorre rimuovere il tappo di chiusura indicato nel dis. 13. Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio del motore, estrarlo, ruotarlo, inserirlo nel foro di uscita appena aperto e fissarlo con le viti rimosse in precedenza. Il foro non utilizzato deve essere chiuso con l’apposito tappo. Tenuto conto di questi aspetti, procedere nell’installazione come indicato nella versione motore remoto. SLT950.1 EM – SLT951.1 EM (motore remoto) Realizzare un controsoffitto con una apertura delle dimensioni di: SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con distanza minima di 330mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con distanza minima di 330mm tra soffitto e controsoffitto; E’ possibile scegliere il lato della cappa dal quale far defluire l’aria agendo come segue. Rimuovere le otto viti di fissaggio della flangia uscita aria, indicate in fig. 17, quindi posizionarla nel lato preferito dove precedentemente è stata rimossa la copertura. Ripristinare la copertura nel foro uscita aria non utilizzato. Proseguire nell’installazione come indicato per la versione SLT950 EM e SLT951 EM 8 Alla prima accensione mantenere premuto il tasto luce per 5 secondi. FUNZIONAMENTO Il led più a destra inizierà a lampeggiare (ogni 5 secondi), la cappa rimane accesa per un tempo di 10 min alla velocità selezionata per poi spegnersi automaticamente. Aumentando o diminuendo la velocità mentre il temporizzatore è attivo, quest’ultimo viene disabilitato. Radiocomando per il comando a distanza di cappe aspiranti (fig. 10). Descrizione di funzionamento: - Per accendere o spegnere la cappa premere una sola volta il tasto: ATT.: La batteria deve essere sostituita ogni anno per garantire la portata ottimale del trasmettitore, per sostituire la batteria scarica rimuovere il coperchio di plastica, togliere la batteria in uso e inserirne una nuova rispettando la polarità indicata nel contenitore. La batteria usata deve essere smaltita negli appositi contenitori. Il prodotto è dotato di un dispositivo elettronico che permette lo spegnimento automatico dopo quattro ore di funzionamento dall’ultima operazione eseguita. - Per aumentare la velocità fino alla 4a (max) premere il tasto : - Per diminuire la velocità fino alla 2a premere il tasto: - Per tornare alla 1 a velocità da una superiore premere due volte il tasto: Generazione di un nuovo codice di trasmissione: Il radiocomando viene fornito dalla fabbrica con dei codici predefiniti. Se si desidera una nuova generazione di codici, occorre eseguire la seguente procedura: Premere contemporaneamente i tasti UP (+), STOP (0/1) e DOWN (-) in modo continuo per 2 secondi, nello stesso tempo si avrà l’accensione dei led, succes-sivamente premere i tasti UP (+) e DOWN (-), 3 lampeggi dei led indicheranno che l’operazione è stata completata. ATT: questa operazione cancella in maniera definitiva i codici preesistenti. - Per accendere e spegnere le luci premere il tasto: Al primo tocco del tasto luce le lampade si accendono alla massima potenza. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Mantenendo premuto il tasto, la luce diminuisce di intensità per poi aumentare continuamente. Lasciando il tasto, la luminosità rimane impostata. Toccando nuovamente il tasto luce è possibile spegnere le lampade. Per impostare il temporizzatore premere il tasto: 9 Apprendimento del nuovo codice di trasmissione: Dopo aver cambiato il codice di trasmissione nel radiocomando, occorre far apprendere alla centrale elettronica della cappa aspirante il nuovo codice nel seguente modo: premere il tasto d’emergenza (visibile dopo l’apertura del pannello frontale) per due volte consecutive in modo da togliere alimentazione al prodotto e ripristinarla, da questo momento ci sono 15 secondi di tempo per premere il tasto luce per far si che la cappa si sincronizzi con il nuovo codice. Per la sostituzione delle lampade fluorescenti (SLT952 e SLT952EM) occorre scollegare il prodotto dalla rete elettrica quindi, aprire il panello interessato come indicato nel capitolo sistema d’uso. Rimuovere le viti perimetrali indicate dal dis.14; estrarre il supporto delle lampade fluorescenti (dis. 15), procedere nella sostituzione utilizzando una lampada delle stesse caratteristiche. Ripristinare il pannello e le viti rimosse in precedenza. Per la sostituzione dell’alimentatore delle lampade fluorescenti agire analogamente a come descritto sopra. Nel caso in cui i pannelli della cappa SLT952, non siano perfettamente piani e allineati tra loro è possibile agire sulle viti di fissaggio dell’aggancio pannello per allinearli e riportarli perfettamente in piano. MANUTENZIONE Un’accurata manutenzione garantisce un buon funzionamento ed un buon rendimento nel tempo. Una cura particolare va rivolta ai filtri antigrasso, per rimuovere il filtro antigrasso procedere come indicato nel capitolo SISTEMA D’USO, in base al modello. Rimuovere il filtro antigrasso agendo sull’apposita maniglia. Per il ripristino del filtro antigrasso dopo la pulizia eseguire l’operazione inversa. Attenzione, quando riagganciate il pannello inox di copertura del filtro antigrasso fare attenzione che sia ben fissato. Per la pulizia dell’apparecchio stesso viene consigliato l’uso di acqua tiepida e detersivo neutro, evitando l’uso di prodotti contenenti abrasivi. Per la pulizia di apparecchi in acciaio viene consigliato l’uso di prodotti specializzati, seguendo le istruzioni indicate sul prodotto. Per sostituire la lampada, (SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953 ) sfilare la lampada (dis. 9) e sostituire con una lampada delle stesse caratteristiche. 10 Dopo aver aperto i pannelli, vedi istruzioni precedenti, allentare la vite indicata in figura 18 e alzare o abbassare l’aggancio del pannello in maniera da allineare il pannello con l’altro e portarlo in posizione perfettamente piana. Serrare la vite precedentemente allentata e chiudere il pannello. Sostituzione della barra LED (SLT958 EM SLT958.1). Utilizzando un utensile appropriato, rimuovere la barra LED dalla sua sede (vedi Fig.19), scollegarla elettronicamente mediante l’apposito connettore quindi sostituirla con una di pari caratteristiche. GB CONTENTS Warnings Uses Installation Working Maintenance 11 another device ensuring omnipolar disconnections from the grid, with an opening distance between the contacts of at least 3 mm, then such disconnecting devices must be supplied within the fixed installation. WARNINGS The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. If the appliance is endowed with a supply cord and a plug, the appliance has to be put in a place where the plug can be reached easily. The use of materials which can burst into flames should be avoided in close proximity of the appliance. When frying, please pay particular attention to fire risk due to oil grease. In order to avoid possible fire risk, all instructions for grease-filter cleaning and for removing eventual grease deposits should be strictly followed. The air sucked can’t be conveyed through or into a duct used to let out fumes from appliances fed by energy other than electric power (eg. centralized heating, radiators, water-heaters, etc.). To evacuate the air outlet, please comply with the pertaining rules given by competent authorities. Provide the room with an adequate aeration when a cooker hood and appliances fed by energy other than electric power (gas-, oil-, or coal- stoves, etc.) are used simultaneously. The cooker hood, when evacuating the sucked air, could generate a negative pressure in the room- which can’t exceed the limit of 0.04 mbar, in order to avoid the suck of exhausts deriving from the heat-source. Therefore the room should be provided with air-intakes to allow a costant flow of fresh air. USES SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT950.1 and SLT951-1 EM (External Motor) models can be used only if connected with external motors manufactured by the same producer. If the rating lable in the cooker-hood shows the symbol , the appliance is built in class II° and it does not need any earth connection. SLT950.1, SLT951.1 and SLT958.1 models are equipped with internal motor. PANELS OPENING If the rating lable in the cooker-hood does not show the symbol , the appliance is built in class I° and it needs the earth connection. In SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1, SLT958.1 EM and SLT951.1 EM models it is possible to open the steel panels, which cover the grease filters, by slightly pulling on a side of the panel itself, as shown in Fig. 3. When performing the electrical connections on the appliance, please make sure that the current-tap is provided with earth connection and that voltage values correspond to those indicated on the label placed inside the appliance itself. In SLT952 model, to open the panels you need to push the appropriate hooks placed on the sides of the panel , as shown in Fig. 11 and then rotating the panel downwards. Before carrying out any cleaning or maintaining operations, the appliance needs to be removed from the electric grid. INSTALLATION SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM-SLT 952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958 EM. Fit a false ceiling with an opening of the following sizes: SLT950 EM: 1465x965 mm with a minimum distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling; SLT951 EM: 1065x665 mm with a minimum distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm with a minimum distance of 250 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling; SLT953 EM: 1065x665 mm with a minimum distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. SLT958 EM: 865x405 mm with a minimum distance of 270 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. It is possible to select the side of the hood where the air suctioned can be discharged. After having chosen the most suitable position, prepare the ducting: an air outlet connection piece, with a diameter of 150 mm to be installed in the side selected, is provided with the appliance. Leave any unused exhaust outlets closed. Draw the outline of the hole to house the ceiling-mounted hood on the solid ceiling (Fig. 1), according to the model chosen; make 4 holes in the ceiling according to the dimensions shown in (Fig. 2); place the metric plugs provided in the holes. Open the stainless steel panels, following the instructions mentioned in the USES section, and remove the grease filters in order to avoid damaging them in any way and too allow installation (Fig. 3); screw the threaded bars provided into the plugs (Fig.4); the threaded bars are 250 mm long and serve to install the ceiling-mounted hood at a distance from the solid ceiling of between 270 mm and 370 mm (Fig. 5); in case of a larger gap between the hood and the ceiling, you need 13 to use longer threaded bars. Make the electrical connections and connect the air outlet pipe; place the ceiling-mounted hood into the niche, by inserting the threaded bars into the holes (Fig.6); the outer edge of the hood needs to be perfectly flush with the false ceiling. Insert the plates and nuts provided into the threaded bars, making sure to tighten them securely (Fig. 7); refit the grease filters and filter cover panels. Remove the motor fixing screws ,pull the motor out, rotate it and then insert it in the outlet hole just opened and fix it by using the screws previously removed. Unused holes must be closed with the suitable plug. Carry out the installation as shown for the external motor version, but taking into account the details above. SLT950 – SLT951 - SLT 952 – SLT953 WITH INTERNAL MOTOR SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (internal motor) Fit a false ceiling with an opening that has the following dimensions: With Internal motor models, the same installation procedure as for the external motor version (EM) can be followed, but with some differences. If the appliance is equipped with a 1000m3/h air capacity suctioning unit, a minimum distance of at least 410mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling needs to be maintained with SLT950, SLT951 and SLT953 models. The SLT952 model requires a minimum distance of at least 450mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. Threaded bars of the length of 400mm are supplied with the suctioning unit. If the appliance is equipped with a 1500m3/h air capacity suctioning unit, a minimum distance of at least 470mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling needs to be maintained with SLT950, SLT951 and SLT953 models. The SLT952 model requires a minimum distance of at least 520mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. Threaded bars of the length of 400mm are supplied with the suctioning unit. Remove the plug in the upper part of the appliance and fit the suctioning unit. (see fig.12). Connect the motor electric cable to the suitable connector found inside the cooker hood , orient the air out-let flange towards the desired direction and fix the motor to the cooker hood body by using the screws previously removed. If it is necessary to orient the air out-let upwards, please remove the plug shown in fig. 13. SLT950.1: 1465x965 mm with a minimum distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling; SLT951.1: 1065x665 mm with a minimum distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling SLT958.1: 865x405 mm with a minimum distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling It is possible to select the side of the cooker hood where the air suctioned can be discharged, as follows: Remove the eight fixing screws of the suctioning unit shown in fig. 16, pull the suctioning unit out by disconnecting the electric connector , remove the cover of the air outlet hole you want to use and place the suctioning unit . Restore the electric connection and secure the suctioning unit with the screws previously removed . Refit the cover on the unused air out-let hole. Carry out the installation following the procedure shown for SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM and SLT958 EM models. SLT950.1 EM– SLT951.1 EM WITH EXTERNAL MOTOR Fit a false ceiling with an opening that has the following dimensions: SLT950.1: 1465x965 mm with a minimum distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling; SLT951.1: 1065x665 mm with a minimum 14 distance of 330 mm between the ceiling and the false ceiling. It is possible to select the side of the cooker hood where the air suctioned can be discharged, as follows: Remove the eight fixing screws of the air-outlet flange shown in fig. 17, and place the suctioning unit on the desired side where the cover was previously removed. Refit the cover on the unused air out-let hole. Carry out the installation following the procedure shown for SLT950 EM and SLT951 EM models. WORKING 6 - channel radio control for cooker hood remote (fig. 10). SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Keeping the switch pressed the intensity of the light decreases and then increases continuously. Leaving the switch the brightness remains set up. Touching again the light switch it is possible to turn the lamps off. - To set the timer up press the button: At first ignition, keep pressed the lighting button for 5 seconds The LED on the right side will start to flash (every 5 seconds), the hood will work for 10 minutes at the selected speed and then it li15 ghts automatically off. If the client increases or reduces the speed while the timer is on, this is automatically stopped. Standard configuration If two cookerhoods-radiocontrol system are installed in the same room or in the immediate vicinity, each system may affect the operation of the other, due to the fact that they have the same code. Therefore it will be necessary to change the code of one of the radio controls. Warning: The battery should be replaced every yearto guarantee the optimal range of the transmitter. To replace the exhausted battery, take the plastic lid off, remove the battery and replace it with a new one, observing the correct battery polarities. Used batteries should be discarded in special collection bins. Generating a new transmission code The radiocontrol is supplied by the manufacturer with default codes stored. If you want to create a new set of codes, proceed as follows: press and hold the UP, STOP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. Afterthe LEDS light up, press the UP and DOWN button swithin 5 seconds. The LEDS will flash 3 times to indicate that the process is completed. WARNING: This procedure deletes all previously stored codes. Learning the new transmission code After changing the transmission code on the radio control, the cooker hood electronic control unit must be made to set the new code as follows: press the main Power Off button on the cookerhood (fig. 8) and then restore power to the electronic control unit. Within the next 15 seconds, press the Light button. This will ensure the control unit is synchronized with the new code. MAINTENANCE An accurate maintenance guarantees good functioning and long-lasting performance. A special care must be paid with grease filters: to remove the grease filter please follow the instructions given in the ‘USES’ section , according to the model chosen. 16 Remove the grease filter by pulling its handle. To reinsert the grease filter after the cleaning, just perform the opposite operation. Attention: after refastening the stainless steel panel make sure that it is properly fixed. To clean the appliance itself tepid water and neutral detergents are recommended, while abrasive products must be avoided. For steel appliances specialized detergents are recommended (please follow the instructions mentioned on the product itself to obtain the desired results). To replace the lamp, (SLT950 EM- SLT951 EM , SLT950.1, SLT953 ) remove the lamp (Fig. 9) and replace it with a lamp of the same kind. To replace the fluorescent lamps (SLT952 and SLT952EM) you need to disconnect the appliance from the electrical network, then open the panel following the instructions given in the ‘USES’ section. Remove the perimeter screws shown in fig. 14; pull the fluorescent lamps support out (fig.15), and replace the old lamp with a new one of the same kind. Refit the panel and the screws previously removed. To replace the fluorescent lamps ballast please follow the steps described above. If the panels of the hood SLT952 are out of line and not perfectly flat, it is possible to regulate the screws fixing the panel, in order to align them and make them flat again. After you have opened the panels, according to the preceding instructions, unscrew the screw you can see on picture 18 and lift up or down the panel in order to align it with the other and make them perfectly flat. Tighten the screw you had loosen and close the panel. Substitution of the LED bar: Using an appropriate tool, remove the LED bar from its seat (refer to Fig. 19), disconnect it electronically using the appropriate connector then substitute it with a LED bar with same characteristics. La pression négative de la pièce ne doit pas dépasser 0,04 mbar, évitant ainsi que la source de chaleurs provoque un appel des gaz qui doivent être évaqués. Il est donc nécessaire d’équiper la pièce de prises d’air alimentant un flux d’air frais constant. Quand l’ètiquette des caractéristiques techniques, qui se trouve dans la hotte montre le symbole , l’appareil est en classe II°, par conséquent il n’a pas besoin de aucune connexion à la terre. Quand l’ètiquette des caractéristiques techniques, qui se trouve dans la hotte ne montre pas le symbole , l’appareil est en classe I°, par conséquent il a besoin de la connexion à la terre. * L’ors du raccordement électrique assurezvous que la prise de courant soit munie de mise à la terre; vérifiez aussi que les valeurs de tension correspondent à celles qui sont indiquées sur la plaque des caractéristiques de l’appareil, qui se trouve à l’intérieur de celui-ci. *Avant de procéder à une opération d’entretien ou de nettoyage quelconque, il faut débrancher l’appareil. 18 Si votre appareil n’a pas pas de câble flexible qui ne peut pas être séparé, ni de prise ou bien d’autre dispositif qui garantisse le débranchement de tous les pôles du réseau,avec une distance d’ouverture entre les contacts d’au moins 3mm., ces dispositif de séparation du réseau doivent alors être prévus dans l’installation fixe. Si l’appareille fixé est pourvu du câble de l’alimentation et une fiche, l’appareille doit être placé de manière que la fiche soit facilement accessible. * Evitez d’utiliser des matériaux qui causent des flambées à proximité de l’appareil. Dans le cas de fritures, faites tout particulièrement attention au danger d’incendie que représentent les huiles et les corps gras. A cause de son inflammabilité l’huile usagée est particulièrement dangereuse. N’utilisez pas de grilles électriques découvertes. Pour éviter des risques d’incendie possibles suivez les instructions donnèes concernant le nettoyage des filtres anti-graisses et sur la façon d’enlever des dépots éventuels de graisse sur lappareil. VERSIONS DE L’APPAREIL Les modèles SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM et SLT950.1 EM et SLT951.1 EM External Motor) peuvent être utilisés seulement s’ils sont couplés à des moteurs externes du même producteur. Les modèles SLT950.1, SLT951.1 et SLT958.1 sont équipés avec un moteur à bord. OUVERTURE DES PANNEAUX Pour les modèles SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SL958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1 EM, SL958.1 et SLT951.1 EM il est possible d’ouvrir les panneaux en acier de couverture des filtres anti-graisse en tirant légèrement un côté du panneau comme indiqué dans la fig. 3. Pour ouvrir les panneaux du modèle SLT952 appuyer sur les crochets qui se trouvent sur les côtés du panneau, comme indiqué dans la fig. 11, en tournant le panneau vers le bas. Pour obtenir la pleine ouverture des panneaux, libérer les chaînes de sécurité en détachant les mousquetons. Pour un fonctionnement correcte on conseil d’installer la hotte à une distance du niveau du sol de 2000 - 2100 mm. Avant de commencer l’installation de l’appareil vérifier si tous les composants ne sont pas endommagés; dans le cas contraire, contacter le revendeur et ne pas poursuivre l’installation. INSTALLATION SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958 EM. Réaliser un faux plafond avec une ouverture ayant les dimensions suivantes: SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm avec distance minimum de 270mm entre plafond et faux plafond; En outre, lire attentivement toutes les instructions suivantes: - Utiliser un tuyau d’évacuation d’une longueur maximale de 5 mètres. - Limiter le nombre des coudes de la canalisation, puisque chaque coude réduit le rendement d’aspiration d’un mètre linéaire. (Par exemple: si on utilise 2 coudes de 90° la longueur de la canalisation ne doit pas dépasser les 3 mètres). - Éviter des drastiques changements de direction. - Utiliser un conduit d’un diamètre de 150 /200mm pour toute la longueur. - Utiliser un conduit en matériel approuvé par la réglementation. SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm avec distance minimum de 270mm entre plafond et faux plafond; SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm avec distance minimum de 250mm entre plafond et faux plafond; SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm avec distance minimum de 270mm entre plafond et faux plafond; SLT958 EM: 865x405mm avec distance minimum de 270mm entre plafond et faux plafond; 19 Choisir le côté de la hotte par lequel l’air sera évacué. Après avoir localisé la bonne solution, prédisposer le tuyau d’évacuation. La fourniture en dotation comprend une bride circulaire 150mm pour la sortie supérieure et une bride ovale avec un raccord ovale 150mm en cas de sortie latérale. Veiller à laisser fermé les orifices d’évacuation non employés. Dessiner sur le plafond solide le périmètre du trou de logement de la hotte selon le modèle choisi (Des. 1); effectuer n° 4 trous sur le plafond en respectant les dimensions reportées dans le dessin 2; introduire dans les trous des goujons métriques fournis en dotation; ouvrir les panneaux inox et retirer les filtres antigraisse pour éviter les dommages et permettre l’installation (Des. 3); visser les barres filetées fournies en dotation dans les goujons (Des. 4); les barres filetées ont une longueur de 250 mm et elles permettent l’installation de la hotte à une distance du plafond solide comprise entre 270 mm et 370 mm (Des. 5); en cas d’installations plus vastes entre la hotte et le plafond, il est nécessaire de se munir de barres filetées plus longues. Effectuer le branchement électrique et relier le tube d’évacuation de l’air; introduire la hotte dans la niche en faisant entrer les barres filetées dans les trous (Des. 6), le bord externe de la hotte doit coïncider parfaitement avec le faux-plafond. Introduire dans les barres filetées les plaquettes fournies en dotation et les écrous en faisant attention de la tirer correctement (Des. 7); ensuite fixer la hotte avec les vis fournies en dotation. Tenant compte de ces aspects, procédez l’installation comme indiqué pour la version External Motor. SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - 958.1 (moteur à bord) Réaliser un faux plafond avec une ouverture ayant les dimensions suivantes: SLT950.1: 1465x965mm avec distance minimum de 330mm entre plafond et faux plafond; SLT950 – SLT951 – SLT952 – SLT953 AVEC MOTEUR A BORD SLT951.1: 1065x665mm avec distance minimum de 330mm entre plafond et faux plafond; Les modèles avec moteur à bord comprennent les mêmes critères d’installation de la version External Motor (EM), avec quelques différences. SLT958.1: 865x405mm avec distance minimum de 330mm entre plafond et faux plafond; Lorsque vous utilisez l’unité d’aspiration avec une capacité égale à 1000m3 / h, il faut respecter une distance entre le plafond et le faux plafond d’au moins 410mm pour les modèles SLT950, SLT951 et SLT953. Le modèle SLT952 nécessite d’une distance entre le plafond et le faux plafond d’au moins 450mm. Choisir le côté de la hotte par lequel l’air sera évacué. Enlever les huit vis de serrage du groupe d’aspiration, comme indiqué dans la fig. 16, retirer le groupe d’aspiration en débranchant le connecteur électrique, enlever le bouchon de fermeture de la sortie d’air que vous voulez utiliser et y placer le groupe d’aspiration. Rétablir le branchement électrique et serrer avec les vis précédemment enlevées. Mettre le bouchon sur le trou pour la sortie d’air non utilisé. Le groupe aspirant est doté de barres filetées longues 400mm. Lorsque vous utilisez l’unité d’aspiration avec une capacité égale à 1500m3 / h, il faut respecter une distance entre le plafond et le faux plafond d’au moins 470mm pour les modèles SLT950, SLT951 et SLT953. Le modèle SLT952 nécessite d’une distance entre le plafond et le faux plafond d’au moins 520mm. Procéder l’installation comme indiqué pour la version SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM et SLT98 EM. SLT950.1 EM – SLT951.1 EM (External Motor) Le groupe aspirant est doté de barres filetées longues 400mm. Réaliser un faux plafond avec une ouverture ayant les dimensions suivantes: Enlever le bouchon de fermeture qui se trouve dans la partie supérieure e positionner le moteur d’aspiration (voir dessin 12). Brancher le câble électrique du moteur dans le connecteur approprié qui se trouve à l’intérieure de la hotte, orienter le collet sortie air dans la direction préférée et fixer le moteur à la carcasse en utilisant les vis précédemment enlevés. Dans le cas où il est nécessaire d’orienter la sortie air vers le haut, il faut enlever le bouchon de fermeture indiqué dans le dessin 13. Enlever les vis de serrage du moteur ; puis il faut le retirer, le rouler et l’insérer dans le trou effectué et ensuite le fixer avec les vis précédemment enlevés. Fermer le trou non utilisé avec le bouchon approprié. SLT950.1: 1465x965mm avec distance minimum de 330mm entre plafond et faux plafond; SLT951.1: 1065x665mm avec distance minimum de 330mm entre plafond et faux plafond. Choisir le côté de la hotte par lequel l’air sera évacué. Enlever les huit vis de serrage du collet sortie d’air, comme indiqué dans la fig. 17, puis positionner-le dans le côté choisi où précédemment vous avez enlever le bouchon. 20 Mettre le bouchon sur le trou pour la sortie d’air non utilisé. Au premier dèmarrage tenir le bouton lumière pressè pour 5 secondes. Procéder l’installation comme indiqué pour la version SLT950 EM et SLT951 EM. Le voyant lumineux à l’extrême droitese met à clignoter (toutes les 5 secondes), la hotte reste allumée pendant 10 mn à la vitesse sélectionnée puis s’éteint automatiquement. Si on augmente ou diminue la vitesse lorsque le temporisateur est actionné, ce dernier s’exclu automatiquement. FONCTIONNEMENT Radiocommande 6 canaux pour commande à distance de hottes d’aspiration (fig. 10). Modalités de fonctionnement Si deux dispositifs hotte-télécommande sont installées dans la même pièce, ou dans le voisinage immédiat, les dispositifs ayant le même code de transmission pourraient être influencés, et il est donc nécessaire de modifier le code d’une seule télécommande. La pile usée doit être éliminée dans les récipients spécialement destinés à cet usage. - Pour allumer ou éteindre la hotte, frapper une fois la touche: - Pour augmenter la vitesse jusqu’à la 4°(maximum) frapper la touche: - Pour diminuer la vitesse jusqu’à la 2° frapper la touche: Création d’un nouveau code de transmission La télécommande est fournie par l’usine avec des codes prédéfinis. Si on désire créer des nouveaux codes, il faut suivre la procédure suivante : frapper simultanément les touches UP(+), STOP (0/1) et DOWN (-) de façon continue pendant 2 secondes; lesvoyants lumineuxs’allument en même temps; frapper ensuite les touches UP(+)et DOWN(-); 3 clignotements des voyants lumineux indiquent que l’opération a été effectuée. - Pour revenir sur la 1° vitesse depuis une vitesse supérieure, frapper deux fois la touche: - Pour allumer ou éteindre les lumières, frapper la touche: Attention: Cette opération élimine de manière définitive les codes préexistants. Grace au bouton “lumière” on peut allumer ou éteindre la lumière même. En appuyant sur cette touche pour la première fois, les lampes s’allument à la puissance maximale. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: En appuyant sur cette touche de façon continue, l’intensité de la lumière diminue et ensuite augmente continuellement. En relachant la touche, la lumière reste posée. En appuyant encore une fois sur la même touche, il est possible d’éteindre la lumière. - Pour programmer le temporisateur, frapper la touche: Apprentissage du nouveau code de transmission Après avoir modifié le code de transmission de la télécommande, il faut que la centrale électronique de la hotte apprenne le nouveau code; pour cela, procéder de la façon suivante: frapper le poussoir d’arrêt général de la hotte, puis rétablir l’alimentation sur la centrale électronique; à partir de ce moment, on dispose de 15 secondes pour frapper la touche lumière qui synchronise la hotte avec le nouveau code. 21 Après avoir ouvert les panneaux, il faut desserrer la vis, comme indiqué en fig. 18 et augmenter ou diminuer la fixation de panneau même afin d’aligner ce panneau avec l’autre en position alignée. ENTRETIEN Un entretien soigné est une garantie de bon fonctionnement et de bon rendement de votre appareil dans le temps. Serrer la vis précédemment et fermer le panneau. Substitution de la barre à LED : A l’aide d’un outil approprié, extraire la barre à LED de son emplacement (voir figure 19), la débrancher électroniquement à l’aide du connecteur puis la remplacer avec une autre barre ayant les mêmes caractéristiques. Un soin particulier doit être porté aux filtres anti-graisse; pour enlever le filtre anti-graisse procéder comme indiqué dans le chapitre VERSION DE L’APPAREIL, selon le modèle. Enlever le filtre anti-graisse en se servant de la poignée appropriée. Pour remettre le filtre anti-graisse effectuer l’opération inverse. Attention, lorsque vous accrochez le panneau en acier inox couvrant le filtre anti-graisse, assurez-vous qu’il soit bien fixe. Pour nettoyer l’appareil, nous conseillons d’utiliser de l’eau tiède et du détersif neutre: évitez les produits abrasifs. Pour le nettoyage des appareils en acier nous conseillons d’utiliser des produits spéciaux, en suivant les instructions sur le produit. Pour remplacer la lampe, (SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) enlever la lampe (fig.9) et la remplacer avec une aux mêmes caractéristiques. Pour remplacer les lampes fluorescentes (SLT952 e SLT952EM) il faut débrancher le produit du réseau électrique. Ouvrir le panneau comme indiqué au chapitre VERSION DE L’APPAREIL. Enlever les vis périmetrales indiquées dans le dessin 14; sortir le support des lampes fluorescentes (dessin 15) et procéder avec le remplacement d’une lampe aux mêmes caractéristiques. Remettre le panneau et les vis enlevées précédemment. Pour le remplacement de l’alimentateur des lampes fluorescentes, procéder comme susdit. Réglage du panneau de la hotte SLT 952 Si les panneaux de la hotte SLT 952 ne sont pas parfaitement alignés, alors il faudrait régler les vis de fixation du panneau afin qu’ils soient installés de façon correcte. 22 ES ÍNDICE Advertencias Versiones de uso Instalación Funcionamiento Mantenimiento 23 ADVERTENCIAS de la red, con una distancia de apertura de los contactos de por lo menos 3 mm, entonces tales dispositivos de separación de la red se tienen que prever en la instalación fija. Los niños, las personas inexpertas o los minusválidos pueden utilizar el aparato sólo bajo la supervisión de adultos. Si el aparato cuenta con cable de alimentación y con enchufe, se tiene que colocar de manera que sea accesible. El aire recogido no se tiene que conducir hacia un conducto usado para la evacuación de humos de aparatos alimentados con energía que no sea eléctrica (instalaciones de calefacción centralizadas, radiadores, calentadores de baño, etc.). Evitar el uso de materiales que causen llamas (flambé) en las cercanías del aparato. En el caso de frituras poner especial atención al peligro de incendio que constituyen aceite y grasas. Particularmente peligroso por su inflamabilidad es el aceite ya usado. No usar parrillas eléctricas descubiertas. Para evitar un posible riesgo de incendio atenerse a las instrucciones indicadas para la limpieza de los filtros antigrasa y la eliminación de eventuales depósitos de grasa en el aparato. Para la evacuación del aire respetar las prescripciones de las autoridades competentes. Asegurarse de que haya una buena ventilación del local cuando una campana y aparatos alimentados con energía que no sea la eléctrica (estufas de gas, sistemas de leña, carbón, aceite, etc.), son usados contemporáneamente. La campana aspirante evacuando el aire podría crear una presión negativa en la habitación. VERSIONES La presión negativa del local no tiene que superar los 0,04 mbar, evitando de este modo al recirculación de los gases de descarga de la fuente de calor. Por lo tanto hay que equipar el local con tomas de aire que alimenten un flujo constante de aire fresco. Los modelos SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT950.1 EM y SLT951.1 EM. (Motor Externo) pueden ser usados sólo combinados con motores externos del mismoproductor. Cuando la etiqueta de datos técnicos interna de la campana muestra el símbolo , el aparato está en clase Ia, por lo tanto no necesita de conexión a tierra. Los modelos SLT950.1, SLT951.1 y SLT958.1 están equipados con un motor integrado. En la operación de conexión eléctrica asegurarse de que la toma de corriente tenga conexión a tierra y verificar que los valores de tensión correspondan con aquellos indicados en la placa dentro del aparato. Antes de realizar cualquier operación de limpieza o mantenimiento hay que desconectar el aparato de la red eléctrica. Si el aparato no cuenta con cable flexible que no se puede separar y con enchufe, u otro dispositivo que asegure la omnipolar desinserción 24 APERTURA PANELES En los modelos SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 y SLT951.1 EM se pueden abrir los paneles de acero inoxidable que cubren los filtros anti-grasa tirando ligeramente de un lado del panel como se indica en la fig. 3. En el modelo SLT952 para abrir el panel hay que presionar los ganchos situados en los laterales del panel, como se indica en la figura 11, girando el panel hacia abajo. Para abrir completamente los paneles hay que desenganchar las cadenas de seguridad, desenganchando los mosquetones. Para un correcto funcionamiento se aconseja instalar el producto a una distancia de 20002100 mm del suelo. Antes de instalar el equipo, comprobar que todos los componentes no esten dañados, de lo contrario póngase en contacto con el vendedor y no seguir la instalación. También, por favor, lea todas las instrucciones que aqui se encuentran. - Utilice un tubo de evacuación de aire que tenga una longitud máxima de no más de 5 metros. - Limite el número de curvas en la canalización ya que cada curva reduce la eficacia de la aspiración equivalente a 1 metro. (Ej: si se usan N° o 2 curvas a 90° la longitud de la canalización no tiene que superar los 3 metros). - Evite cambios drásticos de dirección. - Utilizar un tubo con un diámetro de 150/200mm constante en toda la longitud. - Utilice tuberías de materiales aprobados por la legislación. INSTALACIÓN SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958 EM. Realizar un falso techo con una apertura del siguiente tamaño: SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm con una distancia mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm con una distancia mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm con una distancia mínima de 250mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm con una distancia mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT958 EM: 865x405mm con una distancia mínima de 270mm entre techo y falso techo Es posible elegir el lado de la campana sobre el que fluirá el aire aspirado. Después de haber escogido la mejor posición, prepare la canalización; el suministro incluye un anillo circular de 150mm de diámetro para la salida superior y un anillo oval con un racor oval/ circular de 150mm de diámetro para una eventual salida lateral. Deje cerrados los orificios de evacuación no utilizados. Dibujar en el techo sólido el perímetro del orificio de alojamiento de la campana en base al modelo escogido (Dib. 1); efectuar 4 orificios en el techo respetando las dimensiones indicadas en el dibujo 2; introducir en los orificios los tacos sumini-strados junto con la campana; abrir los paneles inox y quitar los filtros antigrasa para evitar posibles daños y permitir la instalación (Dib. 3); atornillar las barras roscadas suministradas en los tacos (dib. 4); las barras roscadas tienen una longitud de 250 mm y permiten la instalación de la campana de techo a una distancia del techo sólido comprendida entre 270 mm y 370 mm (Dib. 5); en caso de instalaciones más amplias entre la campana y el techo, habrá que utilizar barras roscadas más largas. Efectuar la conexión eléctrica y conectar el tubo de evacuación del aire;Introducir la campana en el nicho haciendo que las barras roscadas 25 entren en los orificios (Dib. 6); el borde externo de la campana debe coincidir perfectamente con el falso techo. Introducir en las barras roscadas las plaquitas suministradas como equipamiento y las tuercas, prestando atención a apretarlas adecuadamente (dib. 7); Vuelva a colocar en su alojamiento los filtros antigrasa y los paneles de cobertura de los filtros antigrasa. SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (motor integrado). Realizar un falso techo con una apertura de las siguientes dimensiones: SLT950.1 : 1465x965mm con una distancia mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT951.1 : 1065x665mm con una distancia mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT958.1 : 865x405mm con una distancia mínima de 330mm entre techo y falso techo; SLT950 – SLT951 – SLT952 – SLT953 CON MOTOR INTEGRADO Se puede escoger el lado de la campana por el cual encanalar el aire extraído siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones. Los modelos con motor integrado siguen el mismo criterio de instalación que los con motor externo (EM) con algunas diferencias. Quitar los ocho tornillos de fijación del bloque extractor , indicados en la fig. 16, sacar el bloque extractor desconectando el conector eléctrico , extraer la tapa del orificio de salida del humo que se desea utilizar y colocar allí el bloque extractor. Volver a conectar la conexión eléctrica y fijar con los tornillos anteriormente extraídos. Volver a colocar la tapa del orificio de salida de humos no utilizado. En el caso de uso del bloque extractor con caudal igual a 1000m3/h hay que dejar una distancia mínima entre techo y falso techo de mínimo 410mm para los modelos SLT950, SLT951 y SLT953. El modelo SLT952 necesita una distancia entre techo y falso techo de mínimo 450mm. Junto al bloque extractor se suministran las barras roscadas de 400 mm de longitud. Continuar con la instalación como se indica para la versión SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM y SLT958 EM. En el caso de uso del bloque extractor con caudal igual a 1500m3/h hay que dejar una distancia mínima entre techo y falso techo de mínimo 470mm para los modelos SLT950, SLT951 y SLT953. SLT950.1 EM – SLT951.1 EM (motor externo). Realizar un falso techo con una apertura de las siguientes dimensiones: El modelo SLT952 necesita una distancia entre techo y falso techo de mínimo 520mm. Junto al bloque extractor se suministran las barras roscadas de 400 mm de longitud. Quitar el tapón de cierre en la parte superior y posicionar allí el motor de extracción (ver dib.12). Conectar el cable eléctrico del motor en el correspondiente conector que se encuentra dentro de la campana, orientar la brida de salida de humos en la dirección preferida y fijar el motor al armazón usando los tornillos extraídos precedentemente. En el caso de que haya que orientar la salida de humos hacia arriba, hay que quitar el tapón de cierre indicado en el dib.. 13. sacar los tornillos de fijación del motor, extraerlo, girarlo, ponerlo en el hueco de salida acabado de abrir y fijarlo con los tornillos extraídos precedentemente. Dejar cerrado el orificio no utilizado con el tapón correspondiente. Teniendo en cuenta estos aspectos, emprender la instalación como se indica en la versión con el motor externo. SLT950.1: mínima de SLT951.1: mínima de 1465x965mm con una distancia 330mm entre techo y falso techo; 1065x665mm con una distancia 330mm entre techo y falso techo; Se puede escoger el lado de la campana por el cual encanalar el aire extraído siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones. Quitar los ocho tornillos de fijación de la brida de salida de humos indicados en la fig. 17, y luego colocarla en el lado deseado en donde anteriormente se ha sacado la copertura. Volver a colocar la tapa del orificio de salida de humos no utilizado. Continuar con la instalación como se indica para la versión SLT950 EM y SLT951 EM. 26 FUNCIONAMIENTO Radio mando 6 canales para el mando a distancia de campanas aspirantes (fig. 10). CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS Alimentación pila alcalina: 12v mod.23A Frecuencia de trabajo: 433,92 Mhz Combinaciones : 4096 Consumo máx: 25mA Temperatura de funcionamiento: -20° : +55°C - Para encender o apagar la campana, apriete el botón una vez: - Para aumentar la velocidad hasta la 4a (máx.) apriete el botón: - Para disminuir la velocidad hasta la 2a apriete el botón: - Para volver a la 1a velocidad desde una superior, apriete dos veces el botón: - Para encender y apagar las luces apriete el botón: - Con el boton luz se puede encender o apagar la iluminacion: Apretando este boton la primere vez, las lamparas se encenden a la maxima potencia. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Teniendo el boton aprietado, la intensidad de la luz disminue y pues aumenta continuamente. Dejando el boton, la lumino-sidad queda planteada. Apretando el boton otra vez, es posible apagar la luz. - Para configurar el temporizador apriete el botón: El led más a la derecha empezará a parpadear (cada 5 segundos), la campana permanece encendida durante 10 min a la velocidad seleccionada para después apagarse automáticamente. Si se aumenta o se disminuye la velocidad mientras el temporizador está activado, este último se desactivará. Nota: Para cada función seleccionada se enciende el led correspondiente. Modalidades de funcionamiento Si estuvieran instalados dos sistemas campanamando a distancia en el mismo local o en las cercanías, los sistemas con el mismo código de transmisión podrían ser influidos, portanto, es necesario cambiar el código de uno de los dos mandos a distancia. ATENCIÓN: La batería debe sustituirse cada año paragarantizar el mejor alcance del transmisor Para sustituir la batería descargada, extraiga la tapa de plástico, quite la batería en uso e introduzca la nueva respetando la polaridad indicada en el contenedor. La batería usada debe eliminarse en los correspondientes contenedores. Generación de un nuevo código de transmisión El mando a distancia sale de fábrica con códigos predefinidos. Si se desea generar unnuevo código, hay que seguir el siguiente procedimiento: Apriete simultáneamente los botones UP(+),STOP(0/1) y DOWN(-) de manera continua durante 2 segundos, en ese mismo tiempo se encenderán los leds, a continuación, aprietelos botones UP(+)yDOWN(-), 3 señales luminosas de los leds indicarán que la operación se ha completado. ATENCIÓN: Esta operación borra definitivamente los códigos preexistentes. Proceda de la siguiente manera: Aprieteel botón de apagado general de la campana, restablezca la alimentación a la centralita electrónica, a partir de este momento tiene 15 seg. paraapretar el botón luz y hacer asì que la campana se sincronice con el nuevo código. Aprendizaje del nuevo código de transmisión Después de haber cambiado el código de A la primera ignicion mantener el buton luz transmisión en el mando a distancia, hay que apretado por 5 segundos. hacer que la central electrónica de la campa27 na aprenda el nuevo código. Regulacion del panel de la campana SLT 952 MANTENIMIENTO Si los panelos de la campana SLT 952 no se alinean perfectamente, se tiene que ajustar el tornillo de fijacion para alinear el panel y instalar la campana de manera correcta. Un cuidadoso mantenimiento garantiza un buen funcionamiento y un buen rendimiento durante tiempo. Despues de abrir el panel, se tiene que aflojar el tornillo, como indicado en fig. 18 y aumentar o disminuir la fijacion del panel para que este mismo panel sea perfectamente alineado con el otro. Hay que prestar una especial atención a los filtros anti-grasa, para sacar el filtro antigrasa hay que proceder como se indica en el capítulo VERSIONES, según el modelo. Sacar el filtro anti-grasa gracias a la correspondiente manilla. Apretar el tornillo y cerrar el panel. Sustitución de la barra LED: Utilizando un utensilio apropiado, desmontar la barra led de su ubicación (ver figura 19) desconectarla electrónicamente mediante el correspondiente conector y sustituirla con una de características similares. Para volver a colocar el filtro antigrasa después de la limpieza efectuar la operación inversa. Atención, cuando se enganche el panel inoxidable que cubre el filtro antigrasa poner atención en que esté bien fijado. Para la limpieza del aparato se aconseja el uso de agua tibia y detergente neutro, evitando el uso de productos que contengan abrasivos. Para la limpieza de aparatos de acero se aconseja el uso de productos especializados, siguiendo las instrucciones indicadas en el producto. Para sustituir la lámpara, (SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) sacar la lámpara (fig.9) y sustituirla con una lámpara de las mismas características. Para sustituir las lámparas fluorescentes (SLT952 y SLT952EM) hay que desconectar el producto de la red eléctrica y luego abrir el panel en cuestión como se indica en el capítulo Versiones. Sacar los tornillos del perímetro indicados en el (dib. 14); quitar el soporte de las lámparas fluorescentes (dib. 15), y a continuación sustituir las lámparas con otras con las mismas características. Volver a colocar el panel y los tornillos. Ein gefahrloser Betrieb ist möglich, wenn bei gleichzeitigem Betrieb von Haube und raumluft-abhängiger Feuerstätte im Auf-stellraum der Feuerstätte ein Unterdruck von höchstens 0,04 mbar erreicht wird und damit ein Rücksaugen der Feuerstätten-abgase vermieden wird. * Dies kann erreicht werden, wenn durch nicht verschließbare Öffnungen, (z.B. in Türen, Fenstern, Zuluft-/Abluftmauerkasten oder andere technische Maßnahmen, wie gegenseitige Verriegelung o.ä.), die Verbren-nungsluft nachströmen kann. Anmerkung: Bei der Beurteilung muss immer der gesamte Lüftungsverbund der Wohnung beachtet werden. Bei Betrieb von Kochgeräten, z.B. Kochmulde und Gasherd, wird diese Regel nicht angewendet. Im Zweifelsfalle muss der zuständige Schornsteinfegermeister zu Rate gezogen werden. * Beim elektrischen Anschluss müssen die Spannungswerte des Stromnetzes mit den Werten des im Inneren des Geräts ange-brachten Typenschildes übereinstimmen. In diesem Fall ist das Gerät gemäß der Norm nicht geerdet. * Vor jeder Reinigungs-oder Wartungsarbeit muss das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt werden. Falls das Gerät nicht an eine immer gut zugängliche Steckdose angeschlossen wird, ist in der Installation eine allpolige Trennvorrichtung vom Netz, mit einer Kontaktöffnungsweite von mindest. 3 mm pro Pol, vorzusehen. * Offenes Feuer bzw. der Gebrauch von Elektrogrills unter dem Gerät, ist zu vermeiden. Beim Frittieren, besonders mit mehrmals benutztem Öl, besteht Brandgefahr. Auch bei Nichtbeachtung der Reinigungsanweisungen besteht die Gefahr eines Brandes. ALLGEMEINE MONTAGEHINWEISE Die Modelle SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT950.1 EM und SLT951.1 EM (External Motor) können nur verwendet werden, indem sie mit Außenmotoren desselben Herstellers kombiniert sind. Die Modelle SLT950.1, SLT951.1 und SLT958.1 sind mit Innen-Motor ausgestattet. ÖFFNUNG DER PANEELE Bei den Modellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 und SLT951.1 EM die Edelstahlplatten, die die Fettfilter abdecken, öffnen, indem Sie eine Seite des Paneels leicht anziehen (siehe Zeichng. 3). Bei Modell SLT952 die Paneele öffnen, indem Sie die seitlichen Hakenverschlüsse (Zeichng. 11) drücken und das Paneel nach unten drehen. Für die komplette Öffnung der Paneele müssen die Sicherungsketten mittels der Karabinerhaken gelöst werden. Für eine entsprechende Leistung muss der Abstand zwischen der Dunstabzugshaube Schutzklasse II: und dem Boden 2000 - 2100 mm betragen. Gerätetypen, die in der Schutzklasse I ausgeführt sind, tragen auf dem Typenschild das entsprechende Symbol ( ). 30 Vor dem Einbau des Geräts vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Bestandteile nicht beschädigt sind. Andersfalls, bitte den Verkäufer kontaktieren und den Einbau abbrechen. Bitte alle folgenden Anweisungen sorgfältig lesen. - Ein Abluftrohr verwenden, dass nicht länger als 5 Meter ist. - Die Zahl der Rohrbögen im Abluftkanal vermeiden, da jeder Rohrbogen die Leistungsfähigkeit um ein linear Meter senkt (z.B. werden 2 Rohrbögen 90° verwendet, muss die maximale Länge des Abluftkanals nicht mehr als 3 Meter betragen). - Drastische Richtungsänderungen vermeiden. - Eine Rohrleitung im Durchmesser von 150 mm für die ganze Länge der Rauchrohrleitung verwenden. - Material für Rohrleitung verwenden, das den Normen und Vorschriften entspricht. INSTALLATION UND MONTAGE SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958 EM Es ist eine Hängedecke mit einer Öffnung folgender Größe zu realisieren: SLT950 EM: 1465x965mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und Hängedecke; SLT951 EM: 1065x665mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und Hängedecke; SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 250mm zwischen Decke und Hängedecke; GERÄTEAUSFÜHRUNG SLT953 EM: 1065x665mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und Hängedecke; Das Gerät kann nur im Abluftbetrieb benutzt werden und muss zu einem externen Motor SEM1, SEM2, SEM5 oder ziu anderen externen motoren des selben Herstellers angeschlossen warden. Vor dem Einbau des Geräts vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Bestandteile nicht beschädigt sind. Andersfalls, bitte den Verkäufer kontaktieren und den Einbau abbrechen. Bitte alle folgenden Anweisungen sorgfältig lesen. SLT958 EM: 865x405mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 270mm zwischen Decke und Hängedecke; - Ein Abluftrohr verwenden, dass nicht länger als 5 Meter ist. - Die Zahl der Rohrbögen im Abluftkanal vermeiden, da jeder Rohrbogen die Leistungsfähigkeit um ein linear Meter senkt (z.B. werden 2 Rohrbögen 90° verwendet, muss die maximale Länge des Abluftkanals nicht mehr als 3 Meter betragen). - Drastische Richtungsänderungen vermeiden. - Eine Rohrleitung im Durchmesser von 150/200mm für die ganze Länge der Rauchrohrleitung verwenden. - Material für Rohrleitung verwenden, das den Normen und Vorschriften entspricht. 31 Die Seite, an der die abgesaugte Luft abgeleitet werden soll, kann frei gewählt werden. Nach Wahl der besten Position muss der entsprechende Ausstoßkanal hergestellt werden. An der Festdecke die Ränder der Öffnung für die Aufnahme der Abzugshaube entsprechend dem gewählten Modell anzeichnen (siehe Zeichng. 1);an der Decke 4 Bohrungen anbringen, wobei die in Abb. 2 angegebenen Abmessungen eingehalten werden müssen. Die mitgelieferten metrischen Dübel in die Bohrungen einsetzen. Die Edelstahlplatten öffnen und die Fettfilter herausnehmen, um eventuelle Schäden zu vermeiden und die Deckeninstallation zu ermöglichen (Zeichng. 2). Die mitgelieferten Gewindestangen in die Dübel einschrauben (Zeichng. 4); die Gewindestangen sind 250 mm lang und gestatten die Installation der Abzugshaube an der Decke in einem Abstand von 270 bis 370 mm von der Festdecke (Zeichng. 5); Bei Installationen mit größerem Abstand zwischen Decke und Abzugshaube müssen längere Gewindestangen besorgt werden. Die elektrischen Anschluss vornehmen und das Luftabzugsrohr anschließen; Die Deckenabzugshaube in die Aussparung einsetzen und dabei die Gewindestangen in die Bohrungen einführen (Zeichng. 6). Der äußere Rand der Abzugshaube muss perfekt an der Hängedecke anliegen. Die mitgelieferten Metallplättchen in die Gewindestangen einsetzen und mit den Muttern festschrauben, wobei darauf geachtet werden muss, dass sie richtig angezogen werden (Zeichng. 7); die Fettfilter wieder in ihre Aufnahme einsetzen und die Abdeckungen der Fettfilter wieder anbringen. Die nicht benutzte Öffnung mit dem dazu bestimmten Verschluss schließen. Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Angaben die Installation so fortführen wie bei Modell External-Motor beschrieben. SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (InnenMotor) In der Doppeldecke eine Öffnung in den folgenden Größen durchführen: SLT950.1: 1465x965mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und der Doppeldecke; SLT951.1: 1065x665mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und der Doppeldecke. SLT958.1: 865x405mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und der Doppeldecke. SLT950 – SLT951 – SLT952 – SLT953 MIT INNEN-MOTOR Die Modelle mit Innen-Motor verfügen über die gleichen Installations-Kriterien des Modells External-Motor (EM), mit einigen Abwandlungen. Im Falle einer Absauggruppe mit einer Kapazität gleich 1000m3/h, muss der Mindestabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke für die Modelle SLT950, SLT951 und SLT953 410mm betragen. Für das Modell SLT952 muss der Mindestabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke 450mm betragen. Die Absauggruppe ist mit 400mm langen Gewindestangen ausgestattet. Im Falle einer Absauggruppe mit einer Kapazität gleich 1500m3/h muss der Mindestabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke für die Modelle SLT950, SLT951 und SLT953 470mm betragen. Für das Modell SLT952 muss der Mindestabstand zwischen Decke und Hängedecke 520mm betragen. Die Absauggruppe ist mit 400mm langen Gewindestangen ausgestattet. Den Verschluss aus der oberen Seite abnehmen und den Absaug-Motor einsetzen (Bild 12). Den Stromkabel des Motors an dem dazu bestimmten Verbinder innerhalb der Dunstabzugshaube anschließen; den Absaug-Flansch in der ausgewählten Richtung richten und den Motor am Gehäuse mit den im Voraus entfernten Schrauben befestigen. Soll der Luftaustritt nach oben reichen, muss zuerst der Verschluss, wie in Bild 13 angezeigt, entfernt werden. Die Befestigungsschrauben des Motors entfernen, ihn herausziehen und drehen, dann in die im Voraus durchgeführte Öffnung einsetzen und mit den im Voraus entfernten Schrauben wieder befestigen. Man kann die Seite der Dunstabzugshaube, aus der die abgesaugte Luft ausgelassen wird, auswählen, indem Sie die acht Befestigungsschrauben von der Absauggruppe entfernen (wie in Zeichng. 16), die Absauggruppe herausnehmen und den Elektro-Verbinder trennen; die Abdeckung für den gewünschten Luftaustritts entfernen und die Absauggruppe anschließen. Den Strom einschalten und die vorher entfernten Schrauben wieder befestigen. Die nicht genutzte Abzugsöffnung mit der Abdeckung schließen. Die Installation wie bei Modell SLT950 EM , SLT951 EM und SLT958 EM fortsetzen. SLT950.1 EM – SLT951.1 EM (External Motor) In der Doppeldecke eine Öffnung in den folgenden Größen durchführen: SLT950.1: 1465x965mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und der Doppeldecke; SLT951.1: 1065x665mm mit einem Mindestabstand von 330mm zwischen der Decke und der Doppeldecke; 32 Man kann die Seite der Dunstabzugshaube aus der die abgesaugte Luft ausgelassen wird auswählen, indem Sie die acht Befestigungsschrauben vom Absaug-Flansch entfernen, (wie in Zeichng. 17) und den Flansch in der gewünschten und im Voraus abgedeckten Seite einsetzen. Die nicht genutzte Abzugsöffnung mit der Abdeckung schließen. Die Installation wie bei Modell SLT950 EM und SLT951 EM fortsetzen. SCHALTUNG DES GERÄTS Fernbedienung (Funkfernsteuerung) (Abb.10) TECHNISCHE MERKMALE Stromversorgung durch Alkalibatterie: 12v mod.23A Betriebsfrequenz: 433,92 Mhz Anzahl Kombinationen : 4096 Max. Stromaufnahme: 25mA Betriebstemperatur: -20° : +55°C - Zum Ein- oder Ausschalten der Abzugshaube, betätigen Sie einmal die Taste: - Zum Erhöhen der Geschwindigkeit bis zur 4. (höchsten) Stufe, betätigen Sie die Taste: - Zum Verringern der Geschwindigkeit bis auf die 2. Stufe, betätigen Sie die Taste: - Zum Zurückstellen von einer höheren auf die 1. Geschwindigkeitsstufe, betätigen Sie zwei Mal die Taste: - Zum Ein- und Ausschalten der Beleuchtung, betätigen Sie die Taste: Die “Licht” Taste kann die Haube ein- oder ausschalten. Wenn man die Licht Taste drückt, schalten sich die Lampen auf der maximale Intensität ein. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Beim Behalten diese Taste gedrückt, die Intensität der Licht verringert. Beim Lassen der Taste, die Helligkeit bleibt eingesetzt. Beim Drücken die Taste noch einmal kann die Licht ausgeschaltet werden. 33 - Zum Einstellen des Timers, betätigen Sie die Taste: Zur este Zündung, die Beleuchtungstaste für 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Die äußerste rechte Led beginnt zu blinken (alle 5 Sekunden), die Abzughaube läuft 10 Min. lang auf der eingestellten Geschwindigkeit und wird dann automatisch abgeschaltet. Wenn Sie die Geschwindigkeit bei aktiviertem Timer erhöhen oder verringern, wird dadurch der Timer abgeschaltet. Funktionsweise Sollten im gleichen Raum oder jedenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zwei Abzugshauben mit Funksteuerung installiert werden, können diese sich gegenseitig stören, da sie den gleichen Übertragungscode haben. Daher muss in diesem Fall der Code einer der beiden Funksteuerungen geändert werden. Batteriewechsel: Hierfür ist die Abdeckung der Fernbedienung abzunehmen. Die Batterie kann nun getauscht werden. Verwenden Sie nur Ersatzbatterien des gleichen Typs. Wenn die Fernbedienung versagen sollte, ist zunächst die Batterie zu wechseln, um diese Störungsmöglichkeit auszuschließen. Generierung eines neuen Übertragungscodes Die Funksteuerungen werden fabrikseitig mit voreingestellten Codes ausgeliefert. Wenn ein neuer Code generiert werden soll, ist wie folgt vorzugehen: Betätigen Sie gleichzeitig die Tasten UP (+),STOP (0/1) und DOWN (-) 2 Sekunden lang. Dabei leuchten die entsprechenden Leds auf. Danach die Tasten UP (+) und DOWN (-) betätigen. Ein 3-maliges Blinken der Leds zeigt an, dass der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist. ACHTUNG: Durch diesen Vorgang werden die vorherigen Codes definitiv gelöscht. Übernahme des neuen Übertragungscodes Nach Änderung des Übertragungscodes der Funksteuerung muss der neue Code von der elektronischen Steuerung übernommen werden. Das Paneel wieder einsetzen und mit den im Voraus entfernten Schrauben wieder befestigen. Für die Ersetzung des Vorschaltgeräts der Leuchtstofflampen wie Oben fortsetzen. Dazu ist wie folgt vorzugehen: Betätigen Sie den Hauptschalter der Abzugshaube und stellen Sie dann die Stromversorgung der elektronischen Steuerung wieder her. Ab diesem Moment haben Sie 15 Sek. Zeit, um die Lichttaste zu betätigen, um zu erreichen, dass die Steuerung sich auf den neuen Code synchronisiert. Wenn die Paneelen der Deckenhaube SLT952 sind nicht flach und perfekt angeglichen, ist es möglich die Schrauben zu regulieren. Diese Schrauben stellen das Paneel fest und können eingestellt werden, um das Paneel anzugleichen. WARTUNG Nachdem Sie bezüglich die oberstehende Anweisungen das Paneel geöffnet haben, lösen Sie die Schraube von Bild 18, ziehen Sie hoch die Kupplung des Paneels oder lassen Sie das herunter, um das Paneel anzugleichen. Nur eine sorgfältige Pflege garantiert auf Dauer eine gute Leistung und Funktion des Geräts. Ziehen Sie die Schraube wieder an. Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern die Fettfilter. Für die Entfernung der Fettfilter, folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen des Kapitels „Allgemeine Montagehinweise“, je nach Modell. Austausch der Led-Leiste: Mithilfe eines geeigneten Werkzeugs die LedLeist aus ihrer Aufnahme entnehmen (siehe Abbildung 19), durch Lösen des Steckers von der Elektronik abkabeln und durch eine Leiste mit gleichen Eigenschaften ersetzen. Die Fettfilter mittels des dazu bestimmten Griffs entfernen. Eingesetzt wird der Fettfilter im umgekehrten Handlungsablauf. Achtung, die Edelstahlplatten, die die Fettfilter abdecken, müssen richtig eingesetzt sein. Die Reinigung wird von Hand mit warmem Wasser und milde Seife empfohlen. In keinem Fall sind kratzende, ätzende oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel und Hilfsmittel zu verwenden. Verwenden Sie für Edelstahlgeräte Spezialprodukte zur Edelstahlpflege. Die jeweilige Gebrauchsanweisung des verwendeten Produktes ist unbedingt zu beachten. Beim Lampenwechsel(SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953), die Lampe entfernen (Abb. 9) und mit einer ähnlichen Lampe ersetzten. Für die Ersetzung der Leuchtstofflampen (SLT952 e SLT952EM) muss das Gerät vom Stromnetz abgeschaltet werden, danach, für die Öffnung des Paneels, folgen Sie bitte den Anweisungen des Kapitels „Allgemeine Montagehinweise“. Die Umfangsschrauben wie in Bild 14 entfernen; die Halterung der Leuchtstofflampen herausziehen (Bild 15) und mit der Ersetzung einer neuen Lampe fortfahren. 34 NL INHOUDSOPGAVE Waarschuwingen Gebruiksversies Installatie Werking Onderhoud 35 * Vermijd, in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het toestel, materialen die vlammen (flambé) kunnen veroorzaken. In het geval van frituren moet men bijzonder oppassen voor het brandgevaar bij gebruik van oliën en vetten. Reeds gebruikte olie is bijzonder gevaarlijk omwille van zijn ontvlambaarheid. Geen onbedekte elektrische roosters gebruiken. Om een eventueel brandrisiko te vermijden moet men zich strikt aan de aanwijzingen houden voor het schoonmaken van de vet filters en het verwijderen van eventuele afzettingen van vet op het toestel. WAARSCHUWINGEN * Kinderen en hulpeloze of gehandicapte personen mogen het apparaat alleen onder toezicht volwassenen gebruiken. * De opgezogen lucht mag niet geleid worden in een afvoerbuis die gebruikt wordt voor de rook van apparatuur die niet elektrisch gevoed wordt ( installaties voor gecentraliseerde verwarming, centrale verwarming, boilers, enz.). GEBRUIKSVERSIES * De voorschriften respecteren van de bevoegde autoriteiten wat de afvoer van de te evacueren lucht betreft. De modellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT952 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT953 EM SLT950.1 EM en SLT951.1 EM(Esternal Motor) kunnen alleen worden gebruikt in combinatie met een afzonderlijke motor van dezelfde fabrikant. * Het is belangrijk een aangepaste verluchting van de ruimte te voorzien indien een dampkap en apparaten met een niet - elektrische energiebron ( gaskachels, kolenkachels, mazoutkachels, enz.) tegelijkertijd gebruikt worden. De dampkap zou door het evacueren van de lucht een negatieve druk kunnen veroorzaken in het lokaal. De negatieve druk in het lokaal mag de 0,04mbar niet overschrijden. Op deze wijze wordt vermeden dat de uitlaatgassen van de warmtebron terug gezogen worden. Het is dus noodzakelijk het lokaal uit te rusten met luchtaanvoeren die een constante stroom van verse lucht garanderen. De modellen SLT950.1 , SLT951.1 en SLT958.1 hebben een ingebouwde motor. DE PANELEN OPENEN De stalen panelen op de vetfilters in de modellen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT953 EM, SLT958 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT950.1 EM, SLT958.1 en SLT951.1 EM opent u door voorzichtig aan één kant van het paneel te trekken zoals op de afb. 3. Indien het classificeringslabel in de afzuigkap is uitgerust met het symbool , dan is het apparaat gebouwd volgens klasse II en hoeft het niet geaard te worden. De panelen van het model SLT952 opent u door de sluitingen op de zijkanten in te drukken zoals op de afb. 11. Daarna draait u het paneel naar onder. Indien het classificeringslabel in de afzuigkap is uitgerust met het symbool , dan is het apparaat gebouwd volgens klasse I en is aarding noodzakelijK. Om de panelen helemaal te openen, maakt de veiligheidskettinkjes los (open hiervoor de sluitingen). * Het is noodzakelijk het toestel van het lichtnet te scheiden door de stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken alvorens met een schoonmaakbeurt of onderhoudsbeurt te beginnen. Voor een perfecte werking raden wij aan het product niet hoger dan 2000 - 2100 mm boven de vloer te installeren. Voordat u het apparaat installeert, controleert u of er geen beschadigde componenten zijn. Als dit toch het geval is, neemt u contact op met de verkoper en installeert u het apparaat niet. Als het apparaat is uitgerust met een snoer en stekker, moet het apparaat op een dusdanige wijze worden gemonteerd dat men eenvoudig bij de stekker kan. 36 Lees bovendien aandachtig alle hierna volgende instructies. - Gebruik voor de luchtafvoer een buis die niet langer is dan 5 meter. - Beperk het aantal bochten in de buisleiding want elke bocht vermindert de afzuigefficiëntie met een waarde gelijk aan een strekkende meter pijp. (Als u bijvoorbeeld 2 bochten van 90° gebruikt, mag de hele luchtleiding die langer zijn dan 3 meter) - Leg geen scherpe bochten in de leiding. - Gebruik indien mogelijk een rookpijp met een constante diameter van 150/200mm over de hele lengte. - Gebruik een pijp in een door de normen voorgeschreven materiaal. INSTALLATIE SLT950 EM – SLT951 EM – SLT952 EM – SLT953 EM - SLT958 EM Maak een verlaagd plafond met een opening met de volgende maten: SLT950 EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT951 EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT952 EM: 1050x645 mm met een ruimte van minimum 250 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT953 EM: 1065x665 mm met een ruimte van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT958 EM: 865x405 mm met een ruimte van minimum 270 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; U kunt zelf kiezen aan welke kant van de kap u de afgezogen lucht wenst af e voeren. Als u de beste plaats hebt gekozen, maakt u de buisleiding klaar. Bij het apparaat hoort een verbinding voor de luchtuitlaat van 150 mm die u op de uitlaat monteert. Dek alle niet gebruikte afvoeropeningen af. Teken op het plafond de omtrek van de opening waarin de afzuigkap komt, met de vorm van het door u gekozen model. (afb. 1) Boor 4 openingen in het plafond op de maten in de afb 2. Monteer de meegeleverde maatpluggen in de openingen. Open de rvs-panelen volgens de instructcies in het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM en verwijder de vetfilters om ze niet te beschadigen tijdens de installatie (afb. 3). Schroef de meegeleverde staven in de pluggen (afb. 4). De staven zijn 250 mm lang en dienen om de kap aan het plafond te hangen op een minimum afstand van 270 mm tot 370 mm van het echte plafond (afb. 5). Als u een grotere afstand wenst tussen kap en plafond, dient u langere staven te gebruiken. Maak de elektrische aansluitingen en koppel de luchtafvoerbuis aan. Monteer de kap in de opening in het plafond met 37 de staven in de openingen (afb. 6). De rand van de kap moet perfect samenvallen met het verlaagde plafond. Monteer op de schroefstangen de meegeleverde plaatjes en moeren en haal ze goed aan (afb. 7). Monteer de vetfilters weer en de panelen op de vetfilters. SLT950.1 – SLT951.1 - SLT958.1 (met ingebouwde motor) Maak een verlaagd plafond met een opening erin met de volgende maten: SLT950.1 : 1050x645 mm met een ruimte van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT950 – SLT951 – SLT952 – SLT953 MET INGEBOUWDE MOTOR SLT951.1 : 1065x665 mm met een ruimte van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; De modellen met een ingebouwde motor worden op dezelfde manier geïnstalleerd als de modellen met een afzonderlijke motor (EM). Er zijn enkele kleine verschillen. SLT958.1 : 865x405 mm met een ruimte van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; Als u de afzuigeenheid met een vermogen gelijk aan 1000m3/h gebruikt, moet u een afstand laten tussen het verlaagde plafond en het plafond van minstens 410 mm voor de modellen SLT950, SLT951 en SLT953. Voor het model SLT952 dient u minstens 450 mm afstand te laten tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond. U kunt zelf kiezen aan welke kant van de kap u de afgezogen lucht wenst af te voeren. Verwijder de acht borgschroeven uit de afzuigeenheid die aangeduid zijn op afb. 16. Maak de elektrische aansluiting los en haal de afzuigeenheid uit de kast. Verwijder de afsluiting op de luchtuitlaatopening die u wenst te gebruiken en zet er de afzuigeenheid in. Maak de elektrische aansluiting weer en zet die vast met de schroeven die u hebt verwijderd. Dek de luchtuitlaatopening die u niet gebruikt af. Samen met de afzuigeenheid worden 400 mm lange schroefstangen geleverd. Als u de afzuigeenheid met een vermogen gelijk aan 1500m3/h gebruikt, moet u een afstand laten tussen het verlaagde plafond en het plafond van minstens 470 mm voor de modellen SLT950, SLT951 en SLT953. Installeer volgens de aanwijzingen voor de uitvoeringen SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM en SLT958 EM Voor het model SLT952 dient u minstens 520 mm afstand te laten tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond. Samen met de afzuigeenheid worden 400 mm lange schroefstangen geleverd. Verwijder de afsluiting in de bovenkant om er de afzuigmotor te plaatsen (zie afb. 12). Sluit het stroomsnoer van de motor aan op de daarvoor bestemde plug in de kap zelf. Draai de luchtuitlaatflens in de gewenste richting en zet de motor vast op de kast met de schroeven die u verwijderd hebt. Als u de luchtuitlaat naar boven wilt richten, verwijdert u de afsluiting die is aangeduid op de afb. 13 Verwijder de borgschroeven, haal de motor eruit, verdraai hem, steek hem in de vrijgekomen opening en zet hem vast met de verwijderde schroeven. Bedek de niet gebruikte opening met de daarvoor bestemde afsluiting. Hiermee rekening houdend, installeert u het apparaat zoals voorgeschreven voor de versie met afzonderlijke motor. SLT950.1 EM – SLT951.1 EM (met afzonderlijke motor) Maak een verlaagd plafond met een opening erin met de volgende maten: SLT950.1 : 1050x645 mm met een ruimte van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; SLT951.1 : 1065x665 mm met een ruimte van minimum 330 mm tussen het plafond en het verlaagde plafond; U kunt zelf kiezen aan welke kant van de kap u de afgezogen lucht wenst af te voeren. Verwijder de acht borgschroeven uit de luchtuitlaatflens die aangeduid zijn op de afb. 17. Plaats de flens aan de kant waar u de bedekking op de uitlaat hebt verwijderd. 38 Druk voor het 1ᵉ gebruik de verlichting schakelaar gedurende 5 seconden in. Sluit de luchtuitlaatopening die u niet gebruikt. Installeer volgens de aanwijzingen voor de uitvoeringen SLT950 EM en SLT951 EM. De led aan de rechter kant begint te knipperen (iedere 5 minuten), de afzuigkap blijft 10 minuten aanstaan op de gekozen snelheid en gaat vervolgens automatisch uit. Als de snelheid wordt verhoogd of verlaagd nadat de timer is ingesteld wordt de timer uitgezet. VERKING Werkmodaliteit Wanneer er twee kappen in dezelfde ruimte worden geplaatst, of dicht bij elkaar, kan dit van invloed zijn op de werking en moet de code van slechts één afstandbediening worden veranderd. De afstandsbediening gebruiken ( tek 10) TECHNISCHE KENMERKEN Voeding met alkaline batterijen: 12v mod.23A Werkfrequentie: 433,92 Mhz Combinaties: 4096 Max verbruik: 25mA Werktemperatuur: -20° : +55°C Att: De batterij moet ieder jaar worden vervangen om een optimale transmissie te kunnen garanderen - Om de lege batterij te vervangen verwijder het plastic dekseltje, verwijder de batterij en steek een nieuwe batterij erin, respecteer de polen die op de houder zijn aangegeven. De gebrukte batterij moet weggegooid worden in een speciale afvalbak. - Voor het aanzetten of uitzetten van de afzuigkap druk één keer op de toets: - Om de snelheid te verhogen tot aan 4°(max) druk op de toets: Een nieuwe transmissiecode maken De afstandbediening wordt door de fabriek geleverd met ingestelde codes. Als een een nieuwe code wilt maken ga als volgt te werk: Druk gelijktijdig op de toetsen UP (+),STOP (0/1) en DOWN (-) en houdt ze 2 secondes ingedrukt, gelijktijdig begint een led te branden, druk vervolgens op de toetsen UP (+) en DOWN (-), 3 als de led 3 keer knippert is de handeling uitgevoerd. - Om de snelheid te verlagen tot aan 2° druk op de toets: - Om terug te keren naar de 1° snelheid vanaf een hoger snelheid druk twee keer op de toets: - Om de lampen aan en uit te zetten druk op de toets: Att: Met deze handeling worden voor altijd de ingestelde codes verwijderd. Met het ‘lichtknopje’ kunt u de lichten aan- en uitzetten. Bij de eerste keer indrukken van de knop, zullen de lampen op maximaal vermogen gaan branden. SLT950 SLT951 SLT953: Indien u de knop ingedrukt houdt, zal het licht afwisselend feller worden en weer dimmen. Als u de knop loslaat, blijft deze in die stand branden. Om de lampen uit te zetten, drukt u nogmaals 1x op de knop. Invoeren van een nieuwe transmissiecode Nadat de centrale code van de afstandbediening is veranderd moet aan de elektronische centrale van de afzuigkap de nieuwe code doorgegeven worden op de volgende manier: Druk op de toets voor het uitzetten van de afzuigkap, herstel de elektrische voeding van de elektronische centrale, vanaf dit moment beschikt u over 15 secondes om op de verlichtingsknop te drukken zodat de afzuigkap zich op de nieuwe code synchroniseert. - Om de timer in te stelle ndruk op de toets: 39 ONDERHOUD Een goed onderhoud waarborgt een goed werkend apparaat dat lang blijft renderen. Besteed bijzondere aandacht aan de vetfilters. Verwijder de vetfilter volgens de instructies in het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM voor uw model. Gebruik het speciale handvat om de vetfilter te verwijderen. Om de schoongemaakte filter weer in de kap te monteren, gaat u andersom te werk. Opgelet. Wanneer u het rvs-paneel weer op de vetfilter vastmaakt, controleert u of het goed gesloten is. Reinig het apparaat zelf met lauw water en een neutraal reinigingsmiddel. Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen. Reinig stalen apparaten met speciale producten voor staal volgens de instructies die op de producten zelf staan. Trek de lamp (SLT950 EM, SLT951 EM, SLT950.1, SLT951.1, SLT953) (afb. 9) eruit en vervang hem met een gelijkwaardige nieuwe lamp. Om de fluorlampen (SLT952 en SLT952EM) te vervangen, zet u eerst de stroom uit of maakt u het stroomsnoer los. Open het paneel volgens de instructies in het hoofdstuk SYSTEEM. Verwijder de schroeven op de zijkanten zoals op de afb. 14. Haal de lampenhouder eruit (afb. 15) en vervang ze met gelijkwaardige nieuwe lampen. Sluit het paneel en zet het vast met de verwijderde schroeven. Ga op dezelfde manier te werk om de voeding van de fluorlampen te vervangen. Indien de panelen van de SLT952 afzuigkap niet perfect vlak zijn is het mogelijk om deze bij te stellen met de bevestigingsschroeven van het paneel om het geheel sluitend te krijgen. Nadat de panelen geopend zijn, conform de montage instructies, moet de schroef losgedraaid worden (afbeelding 18) waardoor het paneel naar boven of beneden bijgesteld kan worden om sluitend afgesteld te kunnen worden. 40 Draai de losgedraaide schroef weer vast en sluit het panel.
