2 Allgemeines
2.1 Bestimmungsgemäßer Einsatz
Das Gerät VAKUUM-HANDY VH-1/25 dient ausschließlich dazu, Steinplatten, Betonelemente und dergleichen
aufzunehmen, zu transportieren und zu verlegen. Das Gerät kann problemlos von einer Person bedient werden.
Bei der Ein-Mann-Bedienung des Gerätes, sollten Lasten mit einem Gewicht von mehr als 25 kg
nicht angehoben werden, ansonsten besteht Verletzungsgefahr!
Es dürfen nur saugdichte und ebene Produkte angehoben werden! Ansonsten besteht die
Gefahr des Herunterfallens der Last. Verletzungsgefahr!
• Die Last (Steinplatte) welche angesaugt und transportiert
werden soll, muss genügend Eigenstabilität aufweisen,
da ansonsten Bruchgefahr beim Anheben besteht!
• Steinplatten dürfen sich beim Anheben keinesfalls
durchbiegen – darauf ist besonders bei dünnen und
großformatigen Steinplatten zu achten!
• Generell dürfen Lasten (Steinplatten) nur mittig
angesaugt werden, da sonst die Last schief am Gerät
hängt, was zum Bruch der Last führen kann - speziell
beim Anheben von großformatigen Steinplatten mit einer
kleinen Saugplatte.
• Standardsaugplatten sind nicht für den Transport von
Glasscheiben geeignet!

5 Wartung und Pflege
5.1 Wartung
Um eine einwandfreie Funktion, Betriebssicherheit und Lebensdauer des Gerätes zu gewährleisten,
sind die in der unteren Tabelle aufgeführten Wartungsarbeiten nach Ablauf der angegebenen Fristen
durchzuführen.
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden; ansonsten erlischt die Gewährleistung.
Alle Arbeiten dürfen nur bei stillgelegtem Gerät erfolgen!
5.1.1 Mechanik
WARTUNGSFRIST
Auszuführende Arbeiten
Erstinspektion nach
25 Betriebsstunden
• Sämtliche Befestigungsschrauben kontrollieren bzw. nachziehen
(darf nur von einem Sachkundigen durchgeführt werden).
Alle 50 Betriebsstunden
• Sämtliche Befestigungsschrauben nachziehen (achten Sie darauf, dass die
Schrauben gemäß den gültigen Anzugsdrehmomenten der zugehörigen
Festigkeitsklassen nachgezogen werden).
• Sämtliche vorhandene Sicherungselemente (wie Klappsplinte) auf
einwandfreie Funktion prüfen und defekte Sicherungselemente ersetzen.
• Alle vorhandenen Gelenke, Führungen, Bolzen und Zahnräder auf
einwandfreie Funktion prüfen, bei Bedarf nachstellen oder ersetzen.
• Alle Schmiernippel (sofern vorhanden) mit Fettpresse schmieren.
Mindestens 1x pro Jahr
(bei harten Einsatzbedingungen
Prüfintervall verkürzen)
• Kontrolle aller Aufhängungsteile, sowie Bolzen und Laschen. Prüfung auf
Risse, Verschleiß, Korrosion und Funktionssicherheit durch einen
Sachkundigen.

5.2 Reparaturen
• Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur von Personen durchgeführt werden, die die dafür notwendigen
Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten besitzen.
• Vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme muss eine außerordentliche Prüfung durch einen Sachkundigen
oder Sachverständigen durchgeführt werden.
5.3 Hinweis zum Typenschild
• Gerätetyp, Gerätenummer und Baujahr sind wichtige Angaben zur Identifikation des Gerätes. Sie
sind bei Ersatzteilbestellungen, Gewährleistungsansprüchen und sonstigen Anfragen zum Gerät
stets mit anzugeben.
• Die maximale Tragfähigkeit (WLL) gibt an, für welche maximale Belastung das Gerät ausgelegt ist.
Die maximale Tragfähigkeit (WLL) darf nicht überschritten werden.
• Das im Typenschild bezeichnete Eigengewicht ist bei der Verwendung am Hebezeug/Trägergerät
(z.B. Kran, Kettenzug, Gabelstapler, Bagger...) mit zu berücksichtigen.

5.4 Hinweis zur Vermietung/Verleihung von PROBST-Geräten
Bei jeder Verleihung/Vermietung von PROBST-Geräten muss unbedingt die dazu gehörige Original-
Betriebsanleitung mitgeliefert werden (bei Abweichung der Sprache des jeweiligen Benutzerlandes,
ist zusätzlich die jeweilige Übersetzung der Original-Betriebsanleitung mit zuliefern)!
6 Entsorgung / Recycling von Geräten und Maschinen
Das Produkt darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal außer Betrieb genommen und zur Entsorgung/
zum Recyclen vorbereitet werden. Entsprechend vorhandene Einzelkomponenten (wie Metalle,
Kunststoffe, Flüssigkeiten, Batterien/Akkus etc.) müssen gemäß den national/ länderspezifisch
geltenden Gesetzen und Entsorgungsvorschriften entsorgt/recycelt werden!
Das Produkt darf nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden!

2 General
2.1 Authorized use
The device VACUUM-HANDY VH-1/25 is solely usable for picking up, transporting and laying stone slabs, concrete
elements and so on. This device can easily be operated by one person.
When operating the device by one person, do not lift loads heavier than 25 kg (55 lbs).
Otherwise there is a risk of injury!
It is only allowed to lift dense stone products with a plane surface! Otherwise the load could fall
down. Risk of injury!
• The load (stone slabs) which is to be sucked and
transported, must have sufficient inherent stability,
otherwise there is risk of breakage when lifting!
• Stone slabs must not be bend when lifting - especially
take care with thin and large-sized stone slabs!
• Generally, the load (stones slab) is only to be sucked in
the middle, otherwise the load hangs diagonally under
the device which may cause a breaking of the load -
especially when lifting large stone slabs with a small
suction plate.
• Standard suction plates are not suitable for the transport
of glass plates!

5.1 Maintenance
To ensure the correct function, safety and service life of the device the following points must be
executed in the maintenance interval.
Used only original spare parts, otherwise the warranty expires.
All operations may only be made in closed state of the device!
5.1.1 Mechanical

• Tighten all screws and connections (take care that the tightening torques
according to the property class of the screws are observed).
• Check all existing safety elements (such as linchpins) for perfect function and
replace defective safety elements.
• Check all existing joints, bolts, guidance’s and gears for correct function, if
necessary, adjust or replace it.
• Grease all grease nipples (if available) with a grease gun.

safety by an expert.

5.2 Repairs
Only persons with the appropriate knowledge and ability are allowed to repair the device.
Before the device is used again, it has to be checked by a qualified person or an expert.
5.3 Hints to the type plate
• Type, serial-number and production year are very important for the identification of your device. If
you need information to spare-parts, warranty or other specific details please refer to this
information´s.
• The maximum carrying capacity/working load limit (WLL) is the maximum load which can be
handled with the device. Do not exceed this carrying capacity/working load limit (WLL).
• If you use the device in combination with other lifting equipment (Crane, chain hoist, forklift truck,
excavator) consider the deadweight of the device.

5.4 Hints to the renting/leasing of PROBST devices
With every renting/leasing of PROBST devices the original operating instructions must be
included unconditionally (in deviation of the user´s country's language, the respective translations of
the original operating instructions must be delivered additionally)!
6 Disposal / recycling of devices and machines
The product may only be taken out of service and prepared for disposal / recycling by qualified
personnel. Correspondingly existing single components (such as metals, plastics, liquids,
batteries/rechargeable batteries etc.) must be disposed of/recycled in accordance with the
nationally/country-specific applicable laws and disposal regulations!
The product must not be disposed of in household waste!

2 Généralités
2.1 Utilisation conforme
L'appareil VAKUUM-HANDY VH-1/25 est exclusivement utilisé pour ramasser, transporter et poser des dalles de
pierre, des éléments en béton et autres. L'appareil peut facilement être utilisé par une seule personne.
Lorsque l'appareil est utilisé par une seule personne, les charges pesant plus de 25 kg ne
doivent pas être levées, sinon il y a un risque de blessure !
Seuls les produits absorbants et plats peuvent être soulevés ! Sinon, il y a un risque de chute
de la charge. Risque de blessure !
● La charge (dalle en pierre) qui doit être aspirée et
transportée doit avoir une stabilité suffisante, dans le cas
contraire la charge risque de se briser au moment où
elle sera soulevée!
● Les dalles de pierre ne doivent en aucun cas fléchir
pendant l’opération de levage – il faut faire
particulièrement attention avec les dalles en pierre peu
épaisses ou de grand format!
● En général, les charges (dalles de pierre) ne peuvent être
aspirées qu'en position centrale, sinon la charge sera
suspendue de travers sur l'appareil, ce qui peut entraîner
la rupture de la charge en particulier lors du levage de
dalles de pierre de grand format avec une petite platine
d’aspiration.
● Les platines d’aspiration standard ne sont pas adaptées
pour transporter des vitres!

5.1 Maintenance
Pour que l´appareil fonctionne parfaitement, pour assurer sa sécurité de fonctionnement et une longue
durée de vie, il est impératif d’effectuer les opérations de maintenance spécifiées dans le tableau ci-
dessous aux intervalles prescrits.
Utiliser exclusivement des pièces de rechange d’origine ; la garantie ne s’applique pas dans le cas
contraire.
Tenir compte du fait que tous les travaux effectués sur l´appareil impliquent systématiquement
son arrêt !
5.1.1 Mechanique

• Contrôler, le cas échéant resserrer toutes les vis de fixation
(opération à faire réaliser par un expert).

• Vérifier le bon serrage des boulons et les resserrer le cas échéant. Serrer
toutes les vis de fixation (en veillant à respecter les couples de serrage
correspondant aux différentes classes de résistance).
• Contrôler (si existants) que tous les éléments de sécurité fournis (par exemple
les goupilles clip) fonctionnent parfaitement et remplacer tout élément
défectueux.
• Vérifier le bon fonctionnement (si existants) de toutes les articulations,
guidages, boulons et roues dentées, les rajuster ou les remplacer en cas de
besoin.
• Graisser toutes les graisseurs (si existants) avec pompe à graisse.

• Contrôler les éléments porteurs ainsi que les boulons et éclisses.

5.2 Réparations
• Seul un personnel disposant des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires est autorisé à
effectuer des réparations sur l´appareil.
• Avant la remise en service, un contrôle extraordinaire doit être effectué par un spécialiste ou un
expert.
5.3 Informations concernant la plaque signalétique
• Le type et le numéro de l’appareil ainsi que l’année de construction sont des informations
importantes pour identifier l’appareil. Elles doivent toujours être indiquées pour des commandes de
pièces de rechange, des demandes de garantie et d’autres questions en liaison avec l’appareil.
• La charge maximale indique la capacité de charge maximale (WLL) pour laquelle l’appareil est
conçu. La charge maximale (WLL) ne doit pas être dépassée.
• Le poids propre défini sur la plaque signalétique doit être pris en compte lors de l’utilisation avec un
engin de levage / engin porteur (par ex. grue, palan, chariot élévateur, excavateur …).

5.4 Remarque concernant la location/le prêt des engins PROBST
Lors de chaque location/prêt d’un engin PROBST, les instructions d’emploi originales
correspondantes doivent impérativement être jointes (si la langue n’est pas celle de l’utilisateur, une
traduction des instructions d’emploi originales dans la langue adéquate doit être fournie) !
6 Elimination / recyclage des appareils et des machines
Le produit ne doit être mis hors service et préparé pour l'élimination / le recyclage que par un
personnel qualifié. Les composants individuels présents (tels que les métaux, les plastiques, les
liquides, les piles/accumulateurs, etc.) doivent être éliminés/recyclés conformément aux lois et aux
réglementations nationales/locales en vigueur en matière d'élimination des déchets!
Le produit ne doit pas être éliminé avec les ordures ménagères!

2.1 Uso autorizzato
Il dispositivo VACUUM-HANDY VH-1/25 è utilizzato esclusivamente per prelevare, trasportare e posare lastre di
pietra, elementi in calcestruzzo e simili. Il dispositivo può essere facilmente utilizzato da una sola persona.
Quando l'unità viene utilizzata da una sola persona, non si devono sollevare carichi di peso
superiore a 25 kg, per evitare il rischio di lesioni!
Si possono sollevare solo prodotti assorbenti e piani! In caso contrario, sussiste il rischio di
caduta del carico. Pericolo di lesioni!
• Il carico (lastra in pietra) che deve essere aspirato e
sollevato, deve avere una stabilità inerente sufficiente, in
caso contrario sussiste il rischio di rottura durante il
sollevamento!
• Le lastre in pietra non devono piegarsi durante il
sollevamento – fate particolare attenzione a lastre in
pietra larghe e sottili!
• In generale, i carichi (lastre di pietra) possono essere
risucchiati solo centralmente, altrimenti il carico viene
appeso obliquamente sull'apparecchio, il che può portare
alla rottura del carico - specialmente quando si sollevano
lastre di pietra di grande formato con una piccola piastra
di aspirazione.
• I piatti di aspirazione standard non sono adatti per il
trasporto di lastre in vetro!

5 Cura e manutenzione
5.1 Manutenzione
Affinché l'apparecchio funzioni perfettamente e per garantire la sua sicurezza ed una lunga durata, è
necessario effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione precisate nella tabella qui di seguito agli intervalli
prescritti.
Utilizzare solo parti di ricambio originali, altrimenti decade la garanzia.
Per tutti i servizi di manutenzione l’apparecchio deve essere completamente spento!
5.1.1 Meccanica

pieghevoli) per verificarne il corretto funzionamento e sostituire gli elementi di
fissaggio difettosi.
• Controlli tutti i giunti, le guide, i bulloni e le ruote dentate esistenti per
verificarne il corretto funzionamento, regolandoli o sostituendoli se
necessario.
• Lubrificare tutti gli ingrassatori (se presenti) con una pistola per grasso.

5.2 Riparazioni
• Gli interventi di riparazione dell'apparecchio possono essere eseguiti esclusivamente da persone
che possiedono le conoscenze e la competenza necessarie.
• Prima di rimettere in funzione l'unità, deve essere effettuata un'ispezione straordinaria da parte di
una persona qualificata o di un esperto.
5.3 Indicazioni per l’etichetta identificativa
• Modello, numero di matricola e anno di produzione sono molto importanti per l’identificazione del
vostro apparecchio. Se avete bisogno di informazioni in merito alle parti di ricambio, garanzia o
altri dettagli specifici fate riferimento a queste informazioni.
• La capacità di portata massima (WLL) indica il carico Massimo che può essere sollevato con
l’apparecchio. Non superare la capacità di portata (WLL) indicata.
• Se utilizzate l’apparecchio unitamente ad un’altra macchina operatrice (gru, argano, carrello
elevatore, escavatore) tenete in considerazione anche il peso netto dell’apparecchio.

5.4 Indicazioni per il noleggio/leasing di attrezzature PROBST
Ad ogni noleggio/leasing delle attrezzature PROBST è obbligatorio includere le istruzioni d’uso
originali (a seconda della lingua del paese dell’utilizzatore, verrà fornita in aggiunta la traduzione delle
istruzioni d’uso originali)!
6 Smaltimento / riciclaggio di apparecchi e macchinari
Il prodotto può essere messo fuori servizio e preparato per lo smaltimento / riciclaggio solo da
personale qualificato. I singoli componenti esistenti (come metalli, plastiche, liquidi,
batterie/accumulatori ecc.) devono essere smaltiti/riciclati in conformità alle leggi e alle norme di
smaltimento specifiche del paese!
Il prodotto non deve essere smaltito nei rifiuti domestici!

2.1 Gebruik volgens de voorschriften
Het apparaat VAKUUM-HANDY VH-1/25 wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor het oppakken, transporteren en leggen van
steenplaten, betonelementen en dergelijke. Het apparaat kan eenvoudig door één persoon worden bediend.
Wanneer het apparaat door één persoon wordt bediend, mogen lasten van meer dan 25 kg niet
worden opgetild, anders bestaat er gevaar voor letsel!
Alleen absorberende en platte producten mogen worden opgetild! Anders bestaat het risico dat
de lading naar beneden valt. Gevaar voor letsel!
• De last (steenplaat) die moet worden aangezogen en
getransporteerd, moet voldoende eigen stabiliteit
bezitten, omdat anders tijdens het optillen gevaar voor
breuk bestaat!
• Steenplaten mogen bij het optillen in geen geval
doorbuigen – met name bij dunne en grote steenplaten
moet daarop worden gelet!
• Over het algemeen mogen lasten (steenplaten)
uitsluitend in het midden worden aangezogen, omdat
de last anders scheef aan het apparaat hangt; wat kan
leiden tot breuk van de last - vooral bij het heffen van
stenen platen van groot formaat met een kleine
zuigplaat
• Standaardzuigplaten zijn niet geschikt voor het
transport van glasruiten!

5.1 Onderhoud
Om onberispelijke functie, bedrijfsveiligheid en levensduur van het toestel te garanderen, moeten de in
de tabel opgesomde onderhoudswerkzaamheden volgens de aangegeven perioden worden
uitgevoerd
Er mogen enkel originele vervangonderdelen gebruikt worden om de garantie te kunnen behouden.
Alle werkzaamheden mogen alleen bij stilstand van het apparaat worden uitgevoerd!
5.1.1 Mechanica
ONDERHOUDSTERMIJN

Eerste inspectie na
25 bedrijfsuren
• Controleer alle bevestigingsschroeven of draai ze opnieuw aan.
(mag alleen door een gekwalificeerd persoon worden uitgevoerd).
Elke 50 bedrijfsuren
• Draai alle bevestigingsschroeven opnieuw aan (zorg ervoor dat de
schroeven worden aangedraaid volgens de geldige aanhaalmomenten van
de betreffende sterkteklassen).
• Controleer of alle bestaande bevestigingselementen (zoals
klapankerpennen) goed functioneren en vervang defecte
bevestigingselementen.
• Controleer alle bestaande verbindingen, geleiders, bouten en tandwielen op
goede werking, stel ze bij of vervang ze indien nodig.
• Smeer alle smeernippels (indien aanwezig) met een vetspuit.
Ten minste 1x per jaar

• Inspectie van alle ophangingsonderdelen, bouten en moeren. Inspectie op
scheuren, slijtage, corrosie en functionele veiligheid door een expert.

5.2 Reparaties
• Reparaties aan het toestel mogen uitsluitend door personen worden uitgevoerd die daarvoor de
noodzakelijke kennis en competentie bezitten.
• Voordat opnieuw in gebruik wordt genomen, moet een buitengewone controle door een
gekwalificeerd persoon of deskundige worden uitgevoerd.
5.3 Instructie m.b.t. het typeplaatje
• Het apparaattype, apparaatnummer en bouwjaar zijn belangrijke opgaven voor de identificatie van
het apparaat. Zij dienen bij bestellingen van onderdelen, aanspraken op fabrieksgarantie en
overige aanvragen m.b.t. het apparaat altijd mee worden aangegeven.
• Het maximale draagvermogen (WLL) geeft aan voor welke maximale belasting het apparaat
ontworpen is. Het maximale draagvermogen (WLL) mag niet worden overschreden.
• Bij het gebruik bij het hefgereedschap/draagapparaat (bv. kraan, kettingtakel, vormheftruck,
bagger) moet ook rekening worden gehouden met het op het typeplaatje aangeduide eigen
gewicht.
Voorbeeld:
5.4 Instructie m.b.t. verhuur/uitlenen van PROBST apparaten
Bij iedere uitlening/verhuur van PROBST apparaten moet absoluut de daarbij horende originele
handleiding worden meegeleverd (indien de taal van het land van de betreffende gebruiker afwijkt,
dient bovendien de desbetreffende vertaling van de originele handleiding te worden meegeleverd)!
6 Verwijdering / recycling van apparatuur en machines
Het product mag alleen door gekwalificeerd personeel buiten gebruik worden gesteld en worden
voorbereid voor verwijdering / recycling. Dienovereenkomstig aanwezige afzonderlijke componenten
(zoals metalen, kunststoffen, vloeistoffen, batterijen/accu's enz.) moeten worden verwijderd/gerecycled
in overeenstemming met de nationaal/landspecifiek geldende wetten en verordeningen inzake
afvalverwerking!
Het product mag niet met het huisvuil worden meegegeven!
