Die Verpackung Ihr erster Eindruck ist uns wichtig! Die Verpackung Ihres neuen Kaminofens bietet einen hervorragenden Schutz gegen Beschädigung. Beim Transport können aber trotzdem Schäden an Ofen und Zubehör entstanden sein. Hinweis Bitte prüfen Sie daher Ihren Kaminofen nach Erhalt sorgfältig auf Schäden und Vollständigkeit! Melden Sie Mängel unverzüglich Ihrem Ofenfachhändler! Achten Sie bitte beim Auspacken besonders darauf, dass die Steinverkleidung unversehrt bleibt. Es können sehr leicht Kratzer am Material entstehen. Steinverkleidungen sind von der Garantie ausgenommen. Die Verpackung Ihres neuen Kaminofens ist weitgehend umweltneutral. Tipp Das Holz der Verpackung ist nicht oberflächenbehandelt und kann daher, nachdem Sie eventuelle Nägel bzw. Schrauben entfernt haben, in Ihrem Ofen (ausgenommen Pelletofen) verbrannt werden. Der Karton und die Folie (PE) können problemlos den kommunalen Abfallsammelstellen zur Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden. Nun die beiden Abstandhalter so dazwischenstecken, dass sie mit den Vorsprüngen in den Schlitzen einrasten. Hinweis Der Ofen ist mit dem Transportgestell auf der Palette angeschraubt und damit gegen Umfallen gesichert. Sämtliche Montagetätigkeiten sollen unbedingt in dieser gesicherten Position durchgeführt werden! Durch die Verbindung ist die Position der beiden Henkel fixiert. Hinweis Fragen Sie Ihren RIKA-Fachhändler nach der RIKA Montagehilfe E15768. Es wird dringend empfohlen, die Montagehilfe zu benutzen um den Ofen aufzustellen. Tipp Verwenden Sie die beigelegten Filzgleiter, um Sie Ihren Fußboden zu schützen! Führen Sie eine stabile Stange oder ein Kantholz durch die beiden Öffnungen. Der Ofen kann nun angehoben werden. Eine weitere Person sollte die Führung am unteren Ende des Ofens übernehmen, um den Ofen in der korrekten Position auf die Unterbauten aufzusetzen. Hinweis Verwenden Sie keine Rundstäbe oder Rohre, sondern Stangen mit flacher Auflage. Rutschgefahr! Achten Sie auf gleichzeitiges Anheben! 2 |3 2. STAHL- UND GUSSFUSS Befestigen Sie auf diese Art alle 4 Füße mit den Einlageblechen (Positionen wie unten gezeigt), Unterlegscheiben und Muttern. Montage (dargestellt am Beispiel Stahlfuß) Befestigen Sie den Stahlfuß und die Einlagebleche mit den Muttern und Scheiben. Wenn Sie die Muttern noch nicht vollständig festziehen, können sie die Einlagebleche nachträglich zwischen Ofen und Stahlfuß einschieben. #13 Ziehen Sie die Muttern fest an. 4. Stellen Sie den Ofen vorsichtig so auf den Stahlsockel, dass die Schrauben in die Bohrungen einrasten. #8 Hinweis Bitte achten Sie besonders auf Ihre Finger! Verletzungsgefahr! Sichern Sie den Ofen auf dem Stahlsockel indem Sie die Scheiben und Muttern festziehen. # 13 4 |5 5. HOLZBANK Bringen Sie das Hitzeschutzblech auf der Holzbank über den Bohrlöchern in Position. Die Bohrungen sind symmetrisch, sie können die Bank auch umdrehen und mit dem Sitzteil rechts aufstellen. Stecken Sie zuerst die Sockelblende, danach die 4 Distanzhalter auf die am Ofen vormontierten Schrauben auf. Stellen Sie den Ofen vorsichtig so auf die Bank, dass die Gewindehülsen in die Bohrungen einrasten. Hinweis Bitte achten Sie besonders auf Ihre Finger! Verletzungsgefahr! Schrauben Sie die Sechskantschrauben mit Unterlegscheibe von unten in die Gewindehülsen ein. Der Ofen ist damit gesichert. #13 Befestigen Sie die Teile mit den beigelegten Gewindehülsen. Legen Sie die Glasplatte zum Schutz für die Holzoberfläche in das untere Fach und stellen Sie den Köcher für das Kaminbesteck in die dafür vorgesehene Bohrung. L’imballo La prima impressione di chi riceve la stufa è molto importante per noi! L’imballo della vostra nuova stufa consente una eccellente protezione contro i danneggiamenti. Ciò nonostante la stufa e/o gli accessori potrebbero aver subito danni durante il trasporto. Attenzione Al momento della consegna verificare quindi con cura l’eventuale mancanza di componenti e la presenza di eventuali danni alla stufa! Comunicare immediatamente le irregolarità riscontrate al vostro rivenditore specializzato! Quando si disimballa il prodotto prestare particolare attenzione che i rivestimenti in pietra restino intatti. Possono verificarsi facilmente graffi sul materiale. I rivestimenti in pietra sono esclusi dalla garanzia. L’imballo della vostra nuova stufa è completamente realizzato in materiale ecocompatibile. Consiglio Il legno dell’imballo non ha subito alcun trattamento in superficie, e può quindi essere bruciato nella stufa a legno (non nella stufa a pellet). Il cartone e la pellicola (PE) possono essere depositati senza problemi nei normali centri comunali di raccolta rifiuti per il recupero dei materiali. Inserire adesso in mezzo tra i due ganci i distanziatori, badendo al corretto inserimento nella sede prevista. Attenzione La stufa è fissata con la gabbia di trasporto sul pallet, il che impedisce un’eventuale caduta della stufa. Tutte le attività di montaggio vanno effettuate in questa posizione di sicurezza! Grazie alla connessione tra di loro, la posizione dei due ganci rimane ben fissata. Attenzione Chiedete al vostro rivenditore RIKA il kit montaggio E15768. Si raccomanda vivamente l’utilizzo del kit montaggio per installare la stufa. Consiglio Utilizzare i feltrini per proteggere il vostro pavimento da eventuali danni. Far passare una barra di metallo oppure un travetto in legno dalle due aperture. Ora è possibile alzare la stufa. Si consiglia che una altra persona controlli bene i movimenti del lato inferiore della stufa, per poterla appoggiare sulla posizione corretta sui basamenti. Attenzione Non utilizzare barre rotonde oppure tubi, utilizzare esclusivamente barre con appoggio piano. Rischio di scivolamento! Fare attenzione ad alzare la barra su entrambi i lati nello stesso momento! 10 |11 7. Appoggiare la stufa con cautela sulla panchina, inserendo bene le bussole filettate nei fori. Attenzione Fare molta attenzione alle dita! Pericolo di ferirsi! Inserire le viti esagonali con la rondella dalla parte inferiore nelle bussole filettate. La stufa è quindi messa in sicurezza. #13 Fissare i pezzi con le bussole filettate. Appoggiare la piastra in vetro per proteggere la superficie del legno, inserendola nella parte inferiore della panchina a legno. Inserire il contenitore del set pulizia camino nel foro predisposto. However damage to the stove and accessories may still occur during transport. Note Therefore please check your stove on receipt for damage and completeness! Report any deficiencies to your dealer immediately! Pay particular attention during unpacking that the stone panels remain intact. Scratches to the material can easily occur. Stone panels are excluded from the warrant. The packaging of your new stove is environmentally neutral to a great extent. Tip The wood used in the packaging has not been surface treated and may therefore be burnt in your woodburning stove (not in a pelletstove!). The cardboard and film (PE) can be depolluted via the municipal waste collection for recycling. Now insert the two spacers between them so that they engage with the tabs into the slots. Note The stove is screwed with the transport construction on the pallet to secure it against falling. All assembly operations have to be carried out in this secured position! Now the position of the two handles is fixed. Note It is strongly recommended to use the “RIKA installation kit E15768” for installation. Ask your local RIKA-dealer for it. Tip Use the enclosed felt gliders to protect your floor! Put a stable rod or a square timber through the two openings. The stove can now be lifted. A 3rd person should lead the bottom of the stove to find the correct position on the basement. Note Do not use round rods or tubes, only rods with a flat contact surface. Risk of slipping! Pay attention to the simultaneous lifting. 18 |19 12.
