Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le
fonctionnement de l’appareil et les précautions à suivre pour la
sécurité de l’utilisateur. Merci de le lire attentivement avant la
première utilisation et de le conserver soigneusement pour toute
relecture future.Cet appareil doit être utilisé uniquement pour faire
de la recharge ou de l’alimentation dans les limites indiquées sur
l’appareil et le manuel. Il faut respecter les instructions relatives
à la sécurité. En cas d’utilisation inadéquate ou dangereuse, le
fabricant ne pourra être tenu responsable.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés d’au moins
8 ans et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou
de connaissance, s’ils (si elles) sont correctement surveillé(e)s ou
si des instructions relatives à l’utilisation de l’appareil en toute
sécurité leur ont été données et si les risques encourus ont été
appréhendés. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil. Le
nettoyage et l’entretien par l’usager ne doivent pas être effectués
par des enfants sans surveillance.
A n’utiliser en aucun cas pour charger des piles ou des batteries
non-rechargeables.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon d’alimentation ou la fiche
de secteur sont endommagés.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon de charge est endommagé
ou présente un défaut d’assemblage, afin d’éviter tout risque de
court-circuit de la batterie.
Ne jamais charger une batterie gelée ou endommagée.
Ne pas placer l’appareil à proximité d’une source de chaleur et
à des températures durablement élevées (supérieurs à 50°C).
Le mode de fonctionnement automatique ainsi que les restrictions
applicables à l’utilisation sont expliqués ci-après dans ce mode
d’emploi.
Risque d’explosion et d’incendie!
Une batterie en charge peut émettre des gaz explosif.
• Pendant la charge, la batterie doit être placée dans un
emplacement bien aéré.
• Éviter les flammes et les étincelles. Ne pas fumer.
• Protéger les surfaces de contacts électriques de la batterie à
l’encontre des courts-circuits.

• Porter des lunettes et des gants de protection

• En cas de contact avec les yeux ou la peau, rincer immédiatement
à l’eau et consulter un médecin sans tarder.
Connexion / déconnexion :
• Déconnecter l’alimentation avant de brancher ou de débrancher
les connexions sur la batterie.
• La borne de la batterie non reliée au châssis doit être connectée
la première. L’autre connexion doit être effectuée sur le châssis loin
de la batterie et de la canalisation de combustible. Le chargeur
de batterie doit alors être raccordé au réseau.
• Après l’opération de charge, débrancher le chargeur de
batterie du réseau puis retirer la connexion du châssis et enfin la
connexion de la batterie, dans l’ordre indiqué.
Raccordement :
• Cet appareil doit être raccordé à un socle de prise de courant
relié à la terre.
• Le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation doit être effectué
conformément aux règles d’installation nationales.
Entretien :
• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé
par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou des personnes de
qualification similaire afin d’éviter un danger.
• L’entretien doit être effectué que par une personne qualifiée.
• Avertissement ! Débrancher toujours la fiche de la prise secteur
avant d’effectuer des travaux sur l’appareil.
• N’utiliser en aucun cas des solvants ou autres produits nettoyants
agressifs.
• Nettoyer les surfaces de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon sec.

DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
Le GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem est une alimentation stabilisée de forte puissance basée sur la technologie Inverter. Conçu pour recharger
et entretenir les batteries au Plomb (Liquide, Gel, AGM....etc) en 12 V ou en 24 V, il est aussi une alimentation stabilisée 12 V (14.3 V)
ou 24 V (28.6 V). La mécanique de ce produit est conçue pour évoluer dans des environnements très exigeants : cadre militaire,
zones fortement polluées, carrières. Il est considéré comme un appareil xe et non comme un appareil mobile.
Ce chargeur est parfaitement adapté à la charge et à l’entretien de :
- Batteries Plomb 12 V (6 éléments en série) de 10 Ah à 240 Ah
- Batteries Plomb 24 V (12 éléments en série) de 10 Ah à 240 Ah
CALIBRAGE CABLE
Procédure permettant de calibrer les câbles de charge de l’appareil, an que le chargeur compense de manière optimale la chute
de tension due aux câbles. Il est fortement recommandé de réaliser cette procédure à chaque modication des câbles ou à chaque
changement de câbles.
1. Avant de commencer, s’assurer que le chargeur est débranché de la prise secteur.
2. Mettre les extrémités des câbles de charge en court-circuit.
3. Appuyer simultanément sur les boutons mode
et sélection courant .
4. Brancher la prise secteur tout en maintenant les deux boutons appuyés jusqu’à ce que le voyant
ou s’allume.
5. Résultats :
- Voyant
allumé : le calibrage s’est effectué correctement.
- Voyant
allumé : calibrage échoué, débrancher la prise secteur et recommencer la procédure.
6. Débrancher la prise secteur jusqu’à ce que le chargeur s’éteigne.
MISE EN ROUTE
1. Brancher le chargeur sur la batterie.
2. Brancher le chargeur sur la prise secteur (réseau monophasé 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).
3. Sélectionner le mode en appuyant sur le bouton mode
et le courant de charge en appuyant sur le bouton . Après envi-
ron cinq secondes, la charge se lance automatiquement.
4. Durant la charge, l’appareil indique l’état d’avancement de la charge. Lorsque le voyant
clignote, la batterie est prête à
démarrer le moteur. Et lorsque le voyant
reste allumé, la batterie est entièrement chargée.
5. La charge peut être interrompue à tout moment en débranchant la prise secteur ou en appuyant sur le bouton mode
.
6. Après l’opération de charge, débrancher le chargeur du réseau puis retirer les connexions de la batterie.
MODES DE CHARGE
• Description des Modes et Courants de charge :
12 V
Mode CHARGE Plomb (14.4 V/15 A max.) :
Mode destiné à la charge de batteries 12V au plomb de 10Ah à 240Ah. Cycle de charge automatique six
étapes.
24 V
Mode CHARGE Plomb (28.8V/15Amax) :
Mode destiné à la charge de batteries 24V au plomb de 10Ah à 240Ah. Cycle de charge automatique six
étapes.
* Ce chargeur lance automatiquement la recharge des batteries à partir de 1 V. En cas de recharge d’une
batterie au plomb profondément déchargée (tension inférieure à 1V), il est possible de forcer la charge
pour essayer de la récupérer. Placer le chargeur au mode de fonctionnement souhaité (12 V ou 24 V), puis
effectuer un appui long pendant 5 s sur le bouton
. Le chargeur lance le cycle de charge sélectionné en
tentant de récupérer la batterie.
*12 V Supply: permettant d’utiliser le chargeur comme une alimentation stabilisée dont la tension est régulée à 14.3 V et délivrant
jusqu’à 15 A. Ce mode peut etre utilisé sans batterie. Pour sélectionner cette option, placer le chargeur en mode 12 V et appuyer sur
le bouton mode
jusqu’à ce que le voyant supply s’allume.
*24 V Supply: permettant d’utiliser le chargeur comme une alimentation stabilisée dont la tension est régulée à 28.6 V et délivrant

Le 15.24 Xtrem possède un ensemble de dispositifs le protégeant contre les courts circuits et inversion de polarité.
Il dispose d’un système qui évite toute étincelle lors du branchement du chargeur sur la batterie. Ce chargeur est à
double isolation et est compatible avec l’électronique des véhicules.
Le 15.24 Xtrem est équipé d’un capteur de température intégré qui lui permet d’adapter son courant de charge en fonction de la
température ambiante an d’éviter toute surchauffe de l’électronique interne.

• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).
• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).
• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).
En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :

The automatic mode of operation and usage restrictions are
explained below in these operating instructions.
Risk of explosion and fire!
A battery being charged can emit explosive gas.
• During the charge, the battery must be placed in a well
ventilated area.
• Avoid flames and sparks. Do not smoke.
• Protect the electrical contacts of the battery against short-
circuiting.
Acid projection hazard!
• Wear safety goggles and protective gloves
• If your eyes or skin come into contact with battery acid, rinse
the affected part of the body with plenty of water and seek
immediate medical assistance.

Connection / disconnection:
• Disconnect the power supply before connecting/disconnecting
the device to/from the battery.
• The terminal of the battery that is not connected to the car
frame must be connected first. The other connection must be
made on the car frame, far from the battery and the fuel line. The
battery charger must be connected to the power supply network.
• After the charging process, disconnect the battery charger
from the power supply network and remove the connector from
the car frame and then the connector from the battery, in this
order.
Connection:
• This device must be connected to an earthed power supply
• Connection to the mains must be made according to the
national installation regulations.
Maintenance:
• If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or an equally qualified
person.
• Service should be performed by a qualified person
• Warning! Always remove the power plug from the wall socket
before carrying out any work on the device.
• Under no circumstances should solvents or other aggressive
cleaning agents be used.
• Clean the device’s surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem is a highly stabilized power supply based on inverter technology. Designed to recharge and maintain
batteries lead batteries (liquid/AGM/gel... etc.) at 12 V or 24 V. It is also a 12 V (14.3 V) or 24 V (28.6 V) stabilized power supply. The
mechanic of this product is designed to operate in very demanding environments: military settings, heavily polluted areas, quarries.
It is considered as a xed device not a mobile product.
This charger is perfectly suitable for charging and maintenance of:
- 12 V lead batteries (6 cells in series) from 10 Ah to 240 Ah
- 24 V lead batteries (12 cells in series) from 10 Ah to 240 Ah
CABLE CALIBRATION
Procedure for calibrating the charging cables of the device, so that the charger optimally compensates for the voltage drop due to
the cables. It is strongly recommended to perform this procedure each time the cables are modied or changed.
1. Before starting, make sure that the charger is disconnected from the mains socket.
2. Short-circuit the ends of the charging cables.
3. Simultaneously press the mode
and current selection buttons.
4. Plug into the power outlet while holding down the two buttons until the indicator
or lights up.
5. Results :
- Light on
: Calibration has been carried out correctly.
- Indicator on
: calibration failed, unplug the mains plug and repeat the procedure.
6. Unplug the mains plug until the charger switches off.
START UP
1. Connect the charger to the battery.
2. Plug the charger to the mains (single phase 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).
3. Select the mode by pressing the mode button
and the charging current by pressing button . After roughly ve seconds,
the charge starts automatically.
4. During the charge, the device indicates the charge progress. When the light
ashes, the battery is ready to start the
engine. Once the indicator
stays on, the battery is completely charged.
5. Charging can be interrupted at any time by unplugging the power plug or pressing the mode button
.
6. After the charge, disconnect the charger from the mains, then disconnect the clamps from the battery.

*This charger automatically starts recharging batteries from 1 V. When recharging a deeply discharged
lead acid battery (voltage less than 1V), it is possible to force the charge to try to recover it. Set the char-
ger to the desired operating mode (12 V or 24 V) and then press and hold button
for 5 seconds. The
charger starts the selected charging cycle while trying to recover the battery.
*12 V Supply: allowing the charger to be used as a stabilized power supply with a voltage regulated at 14.3 V and delivering up to
15 A. This mode can be used without a battery. To select this option, place the charger in 12 V mode and press the mode button
until the supply indicator lights up.
*24 V Supply: allowing the charger to be used as a stabilized power supply with a voltage regulated at 28.6 V and delivering up to
15 A. This mode can be used without a battery. To select this option, place the charger in 24 V mode and press the mode button
until the supply indicator lights up.

• Protections:
The GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem has several features to protect it against short-circuits or polarity inversions. It has an
anti-spark feature which prevents sparks whilst connecting the device to the battery. This charger has double insula-
tion and is safe to use with the battery in situ as it will protect the vehicle’s on-board electronics.
The GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem is tted with an integrated temperature sensor which enables it to adapt to the ambient temperature
in order to avoid any overheating to the internal electronics.

• Bei Kontakt der Batteriesäure mit den Augen oder der Haut
gründlich mit Wasser nachspülen und sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen.

Verbinden/Trennen :
• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Spannungsnetz bevor Sie Kabel
und Zangen anschließen oder trennen.
• Versichern Sie sich immer, dass die rote Klemme zuerst mit dem
«+» Pol der Batterie verbunden wird. Falls es nötig ist die schwarze
Klemme mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie zu verbinden, versichern
Sie sich, dass es einen Sicherheitsabstand von der Batterie zum
Benzintank/Aufspuff gibt. Achten Sie während der Ladung auf
einen frei zugänglichen Netzanschluss.

einen geeigneten Fachbetrieb.
• Die Wartung und Reparatur darf nur von entsprechend
geschultem und qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden.
• Achtung! Alle Kontrollarbeiten oder Wartungen dürfen nur
duchgeführt werden, wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet und die
Stromversorgung unterbrochen ist.
• Benutzen Sie niemals Lösungsmittel oder anderen aggressiven
Reinigungsprodukte.

Das GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem ist eine leistungsfähige stabilisierte Inverter-Spannungsquelle. Entwickelt zum Laden und Pegen von
Blei-Säure-Batterien (üssig/AGM/Gel) mit 12 V oder 24 V, dient es auch als stabilisierte Spannungsquelle mit 12 V (14.3 V) oder
24 V (28.6 V). Die Mechanik dieses Produkts widersteht hohen Anforderungen : Verteidigung, stark verschmutzte Umgebungen,
Steinbrüche. Es wird als stationäres Gerät und nicht als mobiles Gerät betrachtet.
Dieses Ladegerät ist perfekt geeignet zum laden und pegen von :
- Blei-Säure-Batterien 12 V (6 Elemente in Serie) von 10 Ah bis 240 Ah
- Blei-Säure-Batterien 24 V (12 Elemente in Serie) von 10 Ah bis 240 Ah
KABEL-KALIBRIERUNG
Dieser Vorgang ermöglicht die Ladekabel zu kalibrieren, wobei das Ladegerät den durch die Kabel verursachten Spannungsfall kom-
pensiert. Diese Kalibrierung sollte bei jeder Veränderung und bei jedem Wechsel der Ladekabel durchgeführt werden.
1. Bevor Sie beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Ladegerät nicht mit dem Versorgungsnetz verbunden ist.
2. Die Polklemmen miteinander verbinden.
3. Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Tasten Modus-Auswahl
und Auswahl der Ladeströme .
4. Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem Versorgungsnetz und halten Sie die beiden Tasten gedrückt, bis die Kontrolleuchte
oder
leuchtet.
5. Ergebnis:

INBETRIEBNAHME

4. Während des Ladens zeigt das Gerät den Ladefortschritt an. Wenn die Kontrollleuchte
blinkt, ist die Batterie bereit, den
Motor zu starten. Leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte
so ist die Batterie vollständig geladen.
5. Der Ladevorgang kann jederzeit unterbrochen werden durch Trennen vom Stromnetz oder durch das Drücken der Taste Modus-
Auswahl
.
6. Nach dem Ladevorgang trennen Sie erst das Ladegerät vom Spannungsnetz und dann von der Batterie.

* Dieses Ladegerät beginnt automatisch mit dem Auaden der Batterien ab 1 V. Im Falle der Auadung einer
tiefentladenen Blei-Säure-Batterie (Spannung unter 1V) ist es möglich, die Auadung zu erzwingen, um eine

• Schutzfunktionen :

El GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem es una fuente de alimentación estabilizada de alta potencia basada en la tecnología de inverter. Diseñado
para recargar y mantener las baterías de plomo (líquido/AGM/gel) a 12 V o 24 V, es también una fuente de alimentación estabilizada
de 12 V (14,3 V) o 24 V (28,6 V). La mecánica de este producto está diseñada para funcionar en entornos muy exigentes: entornos
militares, zonas muy contaminadas, canteras. Está considerado como un aparato jo y no como un aparato móvil.
Este cargador es perfectamente adecuado para la carga y el mantenimiento de :
- Baterías de plomo de 12 V (6 celdas en serie) de 10 Ah a 240 Ah
- Baterías de plomo de 24 V (12 celdas en serie) de 10 Ah a 240 Ah
CALIBRADO DE CABLE
Procedimiento que permite calibrar los cables de carga para que el cargador compense de manera optima la bajada de tensión
dado a los cables. Se recomienda rmemente realizar este procedimiento cada vez que modique los cables o los cambie.
1. Antes de empezar, asegúrese de que el cargador está desconectado de la toma de corriente.
2. Cortocircuitar los extremos de los cables de carga.
3. Presione simultáneamente los botones de modo
y selección actual .
4. Enchufe el cable de alimentación mientras mantiene presionados los dos botones hasta que la luz indicadora
o se
ilumine..

INICIO
1. Conectar el cargador a la batería.
2. Conectar el cargador sobre el toma corriente (red monofásica 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).
3. Seleccionar el modo presionando sobre el botón modo

Подключение / отключение :
• Отключите подачу питания перед тем как подключать или
отключать соединения к батарее.
• Сначала подключите клемму АКБ, не соединенную с шасси.

Аппарат GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem - это стабилизированный источник питания большой мощности, основанный на инверторной
технологии. Предназначен для перезарядки и свинцовые аккумуляторы (жидких / AGM / гелевых) в 12 В или 24 В, он также
является стабилизированным источником питания 12 В (14,3 В) или 24 В (28,6 В). Механика этого устройства разработана
для испольования в очень требовательных и сложных условиях : военные, сильно загрязненные районы, карьеры. Это
стационарный, а не переносной аппарат.
Это зарядное устройство идеально подходит для зарядки и обслуживания:
- 12 В свинцовые аккумуляторы (6 ячеек последовательно) от 10 Ач до 240 Ач
- 24 В свинцовые аккумуляторы (12 элементов последовательно) от 10 А до 240 А
КАЛИБРОВКА КАБЕЛЯ
Алгоритм, позволяющий произвести калибровку кабелей зарядки, чтобы зарядное устройство оптимально компенсировало
снижение напряжения из-за кабелей. Настоятельно рекомендуется выполнять эту процедуру каждый раз, когда кабели
модифицированы или каждый кабель заменен.

• In geval van oog- of huidcontact, meteen met veel water
afspoelen en onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
Aansluiten / Afsluiten :
• Sluit de stroomvoorziening af, alvorens de accu aan te sluiten
of los te koppelen.
• De aansluitklem van de accu die niet is aangesloten op
een chassis moet als eerst aangekoppeld worden. De andere
verbinding moet plaats vinden op de chassis, ver van de accu en
van de brandstofkanalisering. De accu oplader moet vervolgens
op het net aangesloten worden.
• Koppel na het laden eerst de acculader van de netspanning
los. Koppel daarna de connectie van de chassis los, en pas
daarna de connectie met de accu.
Aansluiten :
• Dit apparaat moet aangesloten aan de netspanning met een
geaard stopcontact.
• De aansluiting op de netspanning moet conform de nationale
regelgeving gebeuren.
Onderhoud :
• Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, dient deze vervangen
te worden door de fabrikant, zijn reparatie dienst of een
gekwalificeerde technicus, om gevaar te vermijden.
• Het onderhoud dient uitsluitend door een gekwalificeerde
onderhoudsmonteur te gedaan te worden.
• Waarschuwing ! Altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact halen
alvorens eventuele onderhoudswerkzaamheden te verrichten.
• Nooit oplosmiddelen of andere agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen
gebruiken.
• De oppervlaktes van het apparaat reinigen met een droge
doek.

De GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem is een krachtige gestabiliseerde voeding met Inverter technologie. De GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem kan 12V
of 24V loodaccu’s (vloeibaar/AGM/gel) opladen en onderhouden, en kan tevens worden gebruikt als 12 V (14.3 V) of 24 V (28.6 V)
gestabiliseerde voeding. Dit apparaat functioneert ook in zeer veeleisende omgevingen (militaire omgeving, zwaar vervuilde zones,
steengroeven). Dit apparaat is geen mobiele accu-lader, en moet op een vaste plek geplaatst worden.
De lader is perfect geschikt voor het opladen en onderhouden van :
- 12 V loodaccu’s (6 elementen in serie) van 10 Ah tot 240 Ah
- 24 V loodaccu’s (12 elementen in serie) van 10 Ah tot 240 Ah
KALIBREREN KABEL
Procedure waarmee de laadkabels van het apparaat kunnen worden gekalibreerd, zodat de lader het spanningsverlies, dat wordt
veroorzaakt door de kabels, optimaal kan compenseren. Het wordt sterk aanbevolen om deze procedure uit te voeren na iedere
wijziging in de kabels, en ook na het vervangen ervan.
1. Voor u begint moet u zich ervan verzekeren dat de lader niet is aangesloten op de netspanning.
2. Zet de uiteinden van de kabels in kortsluiting.
3. Druk tegelijkertijd op de knoppen module
en stroomkeuze .
4. Sluit het apparaat aan op de netstroom en houd de twee knoppen ingedrukt totdat het lampje
of gaat branden.
5. Resultaten :
- Lampje
brandt : het kalibreren is correct verlopen.
- Lampje
brandt : het kalibreren is niet gelukt, koppel het apparaat af van de netspanning en begin opnieuw.
6. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact totdat de lader uitschakelt.
OPSTARTEN
1. Sluit de acculader aan op de accu.
2. Sluit de acculader aan op het stroomnet (enkel-fase netwerk, 220-240Vac 50-60 Hz).
3. Kies de module door op de knop module

seconden start het laden automatisch op.
4. Tijdens het opladen geeft het apparaat het laadniveau aan. Wanneer het lampje
knippert, is de accu klaar om de motor te
starten. En als het lampje
blijft branden is het opladen voltooid.
5. Het laden kan op ieder moment worden onderbroken, door de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen of door op de knop module
te drukken
.
6. Koppel na aoop van de laad-procedure als eerste de acculader van de netspanning af. Koppel daarna de aansluitingen op de accu los.

12 V
Module LADEN Lood (14.4 V/15 A max.) :
Module bestemd voor het laden van 12V lood-accu’s van 10Ah tot 240Ah. Automatische laadcyclus in
zeven stappen.
24 V

Module bestemd voor het laden van 24V lood-accu’s van 10Ah tot 240Ah. Automatische laadcyclus in

* Deze lader begint automatisch met het opladen van de batterijen vanaf 1 V. Wanneer u een diep ontla-
den loodzuur accu wilt opladen (spanning lager dan 1V) kunt u het laden forceren en zo proberen de accu
te herstellen. Plaats de lader in de gewenste laadmodule (12 V of 24 V), en druk vervolgens gedurende 5
s op de knop

• Beveiligingen :
De 15.24 Xtrem heeft een reeks beveiligingen die het apparaat beschermen tegen kortsluiting en polariteitswisse-
ling. Het apparaat beschikt over een systeem dat vonkvorming tijdens het aankoppelen van de acculader op de accu
voorkomt. De lader heeft een dubbele isolatie en zal uw auto-elektronica geen schade toebrengen.
De 15.24 Xtrem is uitgerust met een ingebouwde temperatuursensor die het apparaat in staat stelt om de laadstroom aan te pas-
sen aan de omgevingstemperatuur, om zodoende oververhitting van de interne elektronica te voorkomen.

e le precauzioni da seguire per vostra sicurezza. Leggere
attentamente prima dell’uso e conservare con cura per poter
consultarlo successivamente.Questo dispositivo deve essere
usato soltanto per fare la ricarica o alimentazione entro i limiti
indicati sul dispositivo e su questo manuale. Bisogna rispettare
le istruzioni relative alla sicurezza. In caso di uso inadeguato o

Dispositivo da usare all’interno. Non deve essere esposto alla
pioggia.
Questo dispositivo può essere usato da bambini di età superiore

applicabili all’uso sono spiegate in seguito su questo manuale.

Una batteria in carica può emettere dei gas esplosivi.
• Durante la carica, la batteria deve essere messa in un luogo
ben ventilato.
• Evitare fiamme e scintille. Non fumare.
• Proteggere le superficie della batteria da corto-circuiti.

• Portare occhiali e guanti di protezione.

• In caso di contatto con gli occhi o con la pelle, sciacquare
abbondantemente e consultare un medico immediatamente.
Connessione / Sconnessione:
• Scollegare l’alimentazione prima di collegare o scollegare le
connessioni della batteria.
• Il terminale della batteria non collegato al telaio deve essere
collegato per primo. L’altra connessione deve essere effettuata
sul telaio, lontano dalla batteria e dal serbatoio del carburante.
Il caricatore del carica batterie deve essere collegato alla rete
elettrica.
• Dopo l’operazione di carica, scollegare il caricatore della
batteria dalla presa poi togliere la connessione dal telaio e in
seguito la connessione della batteria, nell’ordine indicato.
Collegamento:
• Questo dispositivo deve essere collegato ad una presa di
corrente con messa a terra.
• Il collegamento alla rete di alimentazione deve essere fatta in
conformità con le regole d’installazione nazionali.
Manutenzione:
• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere
sostituito dal fabbricante, dal suo servizio post-vendita o da
persone di qualifiche simili per evitare pericoli.
• La manutenzione deve essere effettuata da una persona
qualificata
• Attenzione! Scollegare sempre la schede dalla presa elettrica
prima di effettuare ogni manipolazione sul dispositivo.
• Non usare in nessun caso solventi o altri prodotti pulenti
aggressivi.
• Pulire le superfici del dispositivo con uno straccio secco.

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
IL GYSFLASH 15.24 Xtrem è un rifornimento stabilizzato di forte potenza basato sulla tecnologia inverter.. Progettato per caricare e
mantenere le batterie Piombo (liquido/AGM/gel) in 12 V o in 24 V, è anche un’alimentazione stabilizzata 12 V (14.3 V) o 24 V (28.6
V). La meccanica di questo prodotto è progettata per muoversi in ambienti molto esigenti : quadro militare, zone molto sporche,
strade. Questo dispositivo è considerato sso e non mobile.
Questo caricabatterie è perfettamente adatto alla carica e alla manutenzione di :
- Batterie Piombo 12 V (6 elementi in serie) da 10 Ah a 240 Ah
- Batterie Piombo 24 V (12 elementi in serie) da 10 Ah a 240 Ah
CAVO DI CALIBRAZIONE
Procedura per calibrare i cavi di carica del dispositivo in modo che il caricabatterie compensi in modo ottimale la caduta di tensione
dovuta ai cavi. Si consiglia fortemente di eseguire questa procedura ogni volta che i cavi vengono cambiati o modicati.
1. Prima di cominciare, assicurarsi che il caricabatterie sia scosnnesso dalla presa di corrente.
2. Inserire le estremità dei cavi di carica nel corto-circuito.
3. Premere contemporaneamnte sui pulsanti mode
e selezione corrente .
4. Collegare la presa di corrente sempre mantenendo i due pulsanti premuti no a che questa spia
o si accende.
5. Risultati :
- Spia
accesa : la calibrazione è stata effettuata correttamenete.
- Spia
accesa : calibrazione fallita, scollegare la presa di corrente e ricominciare la procedura.
6. Scollegare la presa di correnete no a quando il caribatterie non si è spento.
AVVIAMENTO
1. Collegare il caricabatterie alla batteria.
2. Collegare il caricabatterie alla presa di corrente (rete monofase 220-240Vac 50-60Hz).
3. Selezionare la modalità premendo il pulsante mode
e la corrente di carica premendo sul pulsante . Dopo circa cinque
secondi, la carica si avvia automaticamente.
4. Durante la carica, il dispositivo indica lo stato di avanzamento della carica. Quando la spia
lampeggia, la batteria è pronta
ad avviare il motore. E quando la spia
rimane accesa, la batteria è completamente carica.
5. La carica può essere interrotta in qualsiasi momento scollegando la spina dalla presa o premendo il tasto mode
.
6. Dopo l’operazione di carica, scollegare il caricabatterie dalla rete, in seguito ritirare le connessioni dalla batteria.
MODALITA’ DI CARICA
• Descrizione delle Modalità e della Corrente di carica :
12 V
Modalità CHARGE Piombo (14.4 V/15 A max.) :
Modalità destinata alla carica di batterie 12V al piombo da 10Ah a 240Ah. Ciclo di carica automatico sette
tappe.
24 V
Modalità CHARGE Piombo (28.8V/15Amax) :
Modealità destinata alla carica di batterie 24V al piombo da 10Ah a 240Ah. Ciclo di carica automatico sette
tappe.
* Questo caricabatterie avvia automaticamente la ricarica delle batterie a partire da 1 V. In caso di ricarica di
una batteria al piombo fortemente scarica (tensione inferiore a 1V), è possibile forzare la carica per provare
a recuperarla. Posizionare il caricabatteria nella modalità desiderata (12V o 24V) e poi premere a lungo per 5
secondi sul pulsante
. Il caricabatterie lancia il ciclo di carica selezionato tentando di recuperare la batteria
*12 V Supply: permette di utilizzare il caricabatterie come un’alimentazione stabilizzata in cui la tensione viene regolata a 14.3 V e
consegna no a 15 A. Questa modalità può essere utilizzata senza batteria. Per selezionare questa opzione, posizionare il caricabatte-
rie in modalità 12 V e premere sul pulsante modalità
no a che la spia supply si accende.
*24 V Supply: permette di utilizzare il caricabatterie come un’alimentazione stabilizzata in cui la tensione viene regolata a 28.6 V e
consegna no a 15 A. Questa modalità può essere utilizzata senza batteria. Per selezionare questa opzione, posizionare il caricabatte-
rie in modalità

• Protezioni:
Il 15.24 Xtrem ha un insieme di dispositivi che lo proteggono da corto-circuiti e inversioni di polarità. Dispone di un
sistema che evita ogni scintilla durante il collegamento del caricabatterie alla batteria. Il caricabatterie è a doppio
isolamento ed è compatibile con l’elettronica dei veicoli.
Il 15.24 Xtrem è provvisto di sensore di temperatura integrato che permette di adattare la sua corrente di carica in funzione della
temperatura dell’ambiente per evitare surriscaldamento dell’elettronica interna.
