Wire routing: Ensure wires from the secondary and primary sides of the transformer do not cross paths within the box. Enclosure access: The box meets the IP66 and NEMA 4 standards for weatherproofing when installed correctly. To maintain this rating, do not drill into the enclosure. For outdoor installations, use outdoor rated conduit to maintain the IP66 NEMA 4 rating. 1-1 English Illustra 625 PTZ Breakout Box Mounting the Breakout Box The breakout box can be mounted either indoors or outdoors to any suitable vertical flat surface. Step Action 1 Remove the cover from the box. 2 Using the breakout box as a template, mark locations for the four mounting screws. As seen in the Figure 1. Figure 1 3 Drill holes. If in concrete, insert anchors. 4 Place the breakout box in it’s mounting position. Then insert a 25mm (1 inch) #8 mounting screw (not supplied) into each hold in the four corners of the breakout box and tighten to secure. - End - 1-2 Quick Reference Guide English Illustra 625 PTZ Breakout Box Wiring the Breakout Box This guide assumes that cables have been pulled to the site. Step Action 1 For outdoor installations, remove the four watertight cord grip fittings and replace with appropriately rated 20mm conduit needed for outdoor use. Fit seals/glands in accordance with conduit manufacturer’s instructions. 2 Feed the alarm and audio cables through the conduit and connectors. 3 Terminate the alarm and audio wires using the provided connectors. The pin out details are printed on the circuit board in the breakout box and are detailed in Figure 2. Lieferumfang Standardartikel • Illustra 625 PTZ Breakout-Box Bausatz • Kurzanleitung • Audiokabel • Alarmkabel Erforderliche Werkzeuge • 2,5 mm Schlitzschraubendreher Warnhinweise Schutz vor äußeren Faktoren: Um die Box vor dem Eindringen äußerer Einflüsse zu schützen, sollte sie vertikal montiert und die Kabel nach unten geführt werden. Kabelführung: Sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich die Kabel der Sekundär- und Primärseiten des Transformators in der Box nicht kreuzen. Gehäuseöffnungen: Bei ordnungsgemäßer Installation entspricht die Box den Wetterbeständigkeits-Normen IP66 und NEMA 4. Um diese Einstufung beizubehalten, dürfen keine weiteren Löcher in das Gehäuse gebohrt werden. Für Installationen im Freien sind außenbereichtaugliche Leitungskanäle zu verwenden, um die IP66 NEMA 4-Einstufung zu gewährleisten. 2–5 Deutsch Illustra 625 PTZ Breakout-Box Montage der Breakout-Box Die Breakout-Box kann im Innen- und Außenbereich auf alle vertikalen Flächen montiert werden. Schritt Aktion 1 Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung der Box. 2 Verwenden Sie die Breakout-Box als Vorlage, um die Positionen der vier Befestigungsschrauben zu markieren. Siehe Abbildung Abbildung 1. Dichtungen und Verschraubungen gemäß Herstellerangaben des Leitungskanals anbringen. 2 Alarm- und Audiokabel durch den Leitungskanal und die Anschlüsse führen. 3 Alarm- und Audiokabel mithilfe der mitgelieferten Anschlussstecker anschließen. Die Pinbelegungen sind auf der Platine der Breakout-Box aufgedruckt und in Abbildung 2 ausführlich beschrieben. Fixez les joints et les bagues selon les instructions fournies par le fabricant du conduit. 2 Insérez les câbles alarme et audio dans le conduit et les connecteurs. 3 Terminez l'installation des câbles alarme et audio à l'aide des connecteurs fournis. Les informations relatives aux broches sont imprimées sur le circuit situé à l'intérieur de la boîte de dérivation et sont détaillées dans la Figure 2. Figura 1 3 Taladre los agujeros. En hormigón, inserte riostras de anclaje. 4 Coloque la caja de conexiones en su posición de montaje. Paso Acción 1 Para las instalaciones al aire libre, quite los cuatro accesorios estancos para fijar el cable y reemplácelos por el conducto para exteriores de 20 mm que cumple adecuadamente con la norma. Ajuste los sellos/casquillos de acuerdo con las instrucciones del fabricante de conductos. 2 Pase los cables de alarma y audio por el conducto y los conectores. 3 Coloque los conectores suministrados en los extremos libres de los cables de alarma y de audio. Los detalles de salida de clavijas están impresos en la tarjeta de circuito en la caja de conexiones y se detallan en la Figura 2. Passaggio Azione 1 Rimuovere il coperchio dal box. 2 Utilizzando il breakout box come riferimento, contrassegnare le posizioni delle quattro viti di montaggio. Procedere come mostrato in Figura 1. Acesso ao compartimento: A caixa atende aos padrões IP66 e NEMA 4 para mudanças climáticas quando instalada de forma correta. Para que essa classificação seja mantida, não perfure o compartimento.
