Deze handleiding hoort bij de STREX Anti Blafband en bevat belangrijke
informatie over de installatie, veiligheid en het gebruik. Lees de
handleiding zorgvuldig door en volg de instructies en waarschuwingen
om te zorgen voor je eigen veiligheid en de veiligheid van anderen en je
huisdier.

UITPAKKEN
De STREX Anti Blafband is een snelle, gemakkelijke en humane manier om overmatig geblaf
bij honden te verminderen. Dit apparaat leert je hond zijn geblaf matigen. Er zijn geen andere
toepassingen voor dit product.
Gebruik de Anti Blafband alleen zoals beschreven in deze handleiding. Elk ander gebruik wordt
als oneigenlijk beschouwd en kan leiden tot persoonlijk letsel of materiële schade. STREX is niet
aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel als gevolg van onjuist of onzorgvuldig gebruik.
Haal alles uit de verpakking en controleer op beschadigingen. Als dit het geval is, gebruik of
installeer de Anti Blafband dan niet. Wees zeer voorzichtig bij het openen van de verpakking om
schade aan het product te voorkomen.
Vergelijk alle onderdelen met de verpakkingsinhoud. Mis je een onderdeel, of je hebt een
beschadigd onderdeel, neem dan contact met ons op via email: [email protected].
Laat het verpakkingsmateriaal en de montageaccessoires niet achteloos rondslingeren. Het kan
gevaarlijk speelmateriaal worden voor kinderen. Gooi het verpakkingsmateriaal pas weg als de Anti
Blafband geïnstalleerd is en werkt.

Dunne folies kunnen aan de neus en mond blijven plakken en de
ademhaling belemmeren.

De Anti Blafband wordt geleverd met de benodigde 6V batterij. Wees
voorzichtig bij het uitpakken en/of installeren van deze batterij.
●Houd nieuwe en gebruikte batterijen uit de buurt van kinderen.
●Een ingeslikte batterij kan binnen twee uur interne chemische
brandwonden veroorzaken en tot de dood leiden.
●Als je denkt dat batterijen zijn ingeslikt of in enig deel van het lichaam
zijn geplaatst, dien je onmiddellijk medische hulp in te roepen.
●Gooi gebruikte batterijen onmiddellijk weg.
Bevat kleine onderdelen, niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 3 jaar of
personen die de neiging hebben niet-eetbare voorwerpen in de mond te
stoppen.
Kleine onderdelen kunnen worden ingeslikt of vast komen te zitten in de
luchtpijp en verstikkingsgevaar opleveren. Als algemene richtlijn geldt dat
verstikkingsgevaar alles is met kleine onderdelen met een diameter van
minder dan 31 mm en een lengte van 57 mm.
Kabels, snoeren of koorden die langer zijn dan 18 cm (7 inch) kunnen
schadelijk zijn voor baby’s en zeer jonge kinderen.
Kinderen kunnen verstrikt raken tijdens het spelen met de riem. Laat de
Anti Blafband niet rondslingeren.

HOE WERKT HET?
De Anti Blafband stopt het blaen door het geluid en de trillingen die afkomstig zijn van de Anti
Blaf apparaateenheid geleidelijk te verhogen. Deze functie wordt aangestuurd door een slimme-
blafmicroprocessor, die eectief is in het onderscheiden van het geblaf van je hond van het
geblaf van andere honden en omgevingsgeluiden. Het wordt automatisch geactiveerd om op
intelligente en systematische wijze piepjes en trillingen te produceren na elke blaf.
De Anti Blafband heeft zeven correctieniveaus, die elk verschillende geluids- en
trillingscombinaties leveren op basis van het aantal blaen.
Het apparaat gaat naar een automatische beveiligingsmodus van 1 minuut na 7 keer continu
werken.

De STREX Anti Blafband begint automatisch te werken zodra je de meegeleverde 6V batterij hebt
geïnstalleerd. De halsband wordt automatisch ingesteld op het 4e gevoeligheidsniveau. Indien
nodig kunt je op de knop “+” of “-” drukken om het gevoeligheidsniveau aan te passen.
Hoelang 1 batterij kan worden gebruikt is sterk afhankelijk van de blarequentie van jouw hond.
Als je een constant piepgeluid hoort, betekent dit dat je de batterij moet vervangen. Als de anti
blafband alleen nog piept maar niet trilt, betekent dit dat je de batterij moet vervangen.
Te volgen stappen:
●Maak de riem een beetje los van het apparaat, zodat je het batterijklepje kunt verwijderen.
●Plaats de batterij. Zorg ervoor dat de batterij correct is geïnstalleerd met betrekking tot de
polariteit. Plaats de batterij tussen de “clip” (pluspool) en de “veer” (negatieve pool) contacten.
Sluit het batterijklepje.
●Trek de riem weer strak om het apparaat.
Doe de halsband niet om je hond zonder eerst het apparaat te testen.

De Anti Blafband wordt geleverd met 2 sets plastic sensoren en een mini moersleutel.
De korte sensoren zijn voor kortharige honden, de langere sensoren zijn voor langharige honden.
Testen doe je door in de richting van het kleine gaatje te blazen waar de microfoon zich bevindt. Dit
simuleert het blaen van een hond.
Te volgen stappen:
●Neem de halsband met je handen naar de achterkant van de halsband gericht en blaas zachtjes
een klein luchtje in de richting van het kleine gaatje dat zich tussen de 2 vibratiesensoren
bevindt. Je hoort een pieptoon.
●Blaas opnieuw en je hoort de tweede piep.
●Blaas voor de derde keer en je hoort een pieptoon en voelt een milde trilling (vergelijkbaar met
de trilling van de mobiele telefoon).
Je kunt hiermee doorgaan tot het 7e correctieniveau is bereikt (zie het vorige hoofdstuk HOE WERKT
HET?). De rode LED blijft branden terwijl het apparaat een pieptoon produceert.
Je kunt de sensoren verwijderen en vastzetten met de minisleutel of met je hand.

Er zijn twee KNOPPEN “+” en “-” die worden gebruikt om het gevoeligheidsniveau aan te passen.
Standaard staat het gevoeligheidsniveau elke keer dat je de batterij plaatst op het 4e niveau.
Door de knoppen aan te passen, wordt de gevoeligheid geleidelijk verhoogd of afgezwakt. Hoe
hoger het gevoeligheidsniveau, hoe gemakkelijker het is om de halsband te activeren.
Doe de halsband om de nek van je hond en pas de lengte van de halsband aan met behulp van de
schuifgesp. De halsband moet goed onder de nek van je hond passen. Zorg ervoor dat de sensoren
zich op één vingerbreedte van de nek van de hond bevinden (steek je vinger tussen de nek van de
hond en de sensoren om te controleren).
⇨ JUISTE PASVORM: de halsband beweegt niet en je kunt SLECHTS EEN vinger onder de halsband
of riem schuiven.
⇨ ONJUISTE PASVORM: de halsband beweegt en je kunt TWEE vingers onder de halsband of riem
schuiven. In deze situatie gaat de halsband willekeurig af en werkt deze niet correct wanneer je
hond blaft.
Zorg ervoor dat de trilsensoren in direct contact staan met de huid van je hond. Haar tussen de
sensoren en de huid zal het eect van de vibratie verminderen. We adviseren om de vacht van de
hond onder de nek te knippen of te scheren om direct contact te garanderen.
Zorg ervoor dat er niet meer dan één
vinger door kan.

WAARSCHUWINGEN:
●Dit product is geen vervanging voor verantwoord toezicht op je hond.
●Zorg ervoor dat je, voordat je de halsband omdoet, de trilsensoren op de trillingselektroden
vastschroeft! Gebruik de mini moersleutel om ze vast/los te draaien.
●Laat je hond niet op deze halsband kauwen. Je moet ook proberen om krassen of klauwen aan
de behuizing te minimaliseren.
●Dit apparaat is gemaakt van plastic en elektronische componenten die niet verteerbaar zijn.
Raadpleeg je plaatselijke dierenarts als je hond onderdelen van dit product heeft ingeslikt.
●De halsband is niet bedoeld om als veiligheidshalsband te worden gebruikt. Als je een riem
gebruikt, gebruik deze dan altijd met een apart type halsband.
●Controleer het contactgebied in de nek van je huisdier dagelijks op tekenen van uitslag of
wonden. Als je uitslag of zweren ziet, stop dan met het gebruik van de halsband totdat de huid is
genezen. Raadpleeg je dierenarts als de aandoening langer dan 48 uur aanhoudt.
●Gebruik de halsband niet als je huisdier last heeft van vlooien of oormijt. Constant krabben
door vlooien of oormijt kan er soms voor zorgen dat de halsband reageert wanneer dit niet
de bedoeling is. Als deze activiteiten duidelijk zijn, laat je huisdier dan door een dierenarts
controleren op parasieten.
●De halsband mag alleen worden gebruikt bij gezonde honden. Als je hond niet helemaal gezond
is, adviseren wij je om voor het gebruik van de halsband naar je dierenarts te gaan.
●De Anti Blafband is niet bedoeld voor gebruik bij honden jonger dan 6 maanden en/of honden
die minder dan 3 kg wegen.
●Dit product is niet geschikt voor gebruik bij agressieve honden. Als je niet zeker weet of dit
product geschikt is voor je hond, raadpleeg dan een gecerticeerde trainer of je dierenarts.
●Hoewel de microprocessor van de Anti Blafband is ontworpen om het geblaf van je hond te
onderscheiden van omgevingsgeluiden, kan het apparaat af en toe worden geactiveerd door
andere trillingen of geluiden.
●Laat de halsband niet langer dan 6-10 uur om je hond zitten.
●Laat de halsband niet om je hond zitten als hij slaapt, ligt of niet onder toezicht staat. Als de
halsband te lang wordt gedragen of te strak om de nek van de hond zit, kan dit huidirritatie
veroorzaken. Dit kan variëren van roodheid tot decubitus. Deze aandoening is algemeen bekend
als doorligwonden of druknecrose.
●Als je denkt dat de riem te lang is voor je hond, kun je er enkele delen van af knippen.
●Veel honden blaen tijdens het spelen met mensen en andere honden. Schakel het apparaat uit
voordat je de hond laat spelen.

PROBLEEMOPLOSSINGEN
Waarom blijft de halsband van mijn hond afgaan zonder duidelijke reden?
Waarom gaat de halsband af als mijn hond zijn hoofd schudt?
Waarom maakt de halsband geen geluid of trillingen als mijn hond blaft?
Waarom wordt de halsband geactiveerd als mijn hond niet blaft?
Kan ik de halsband gebruiken als er andere honden in de buurt spelen?
Is mijn Anti Blafband veilig en diervriendelijk?
●Het gevoeligheidsniveau is waarschijnlijk gewoon te hoog ingesteld. Verlaag het gevoeligheidsniveau door
op de min “-” knop te drukken en pas aan totdat je het gewenste eect hebt bereikt.
●Controleer of de kraag goed vastzit. Onthoud dat je de halsband zo strak moet trekken dat er maar één
vinger tussen de sensoren en de nek van de hond past.
●Dit kan zijn omdat de hond nog niet gewend is aan het dragen van de halsband. Als dit een probleem is,
is het het beste om je hond te trainen om het in kleine stappen per keer te dragen totdat hij zich meer op
zijn gemak voelt bij het dragen.
●Controleer of de batterij correct is geplaatst en nog stroom heeft. Als de batterij nog steeds energie heeft,
moet je mogelijk het gevoeligheidsniveau verhogen door op “+” te drukken om het gevoeliger te maken
om te activeren of de halsband strakker maken, omdat deze misschien gewoon te los zit.
●Sommige honden zullen minder hard blaen, in dat geval moet je het gevoeligheidsniveau verhogen.
Dikke vacht rond de nek kan ook de oorzaak zijn van dit probleem.
●Als de halsband alleen nog piept maar niet meer trilt is de batterij waarschijnlijk (te) leeg. Vervang de
batterij.
●De slimme chip is ontworpen om gevoelig te zijn voor het geblaf van je hond, maar kan soms worden
geactiveerd door andere harde geluiden. Dit is normaal en heeft geen invloed op het gedrag van je hond.
●Honden blaen wanneer ze spelen of opgewonden raken, dus voor comfort en veiligheid raden we het
gebruik van de halsband niet aan in dit soort omgevingen.
●Ja, de Anti Blafband is ontworpen om je hond te corrigeren en zijn aandacht te trekken, niet om hem te
straen. Deze halsband bevat geen schokapparaat en verbetert de hond alleen met piepjes en trillingen.
Hoewel de eerste sterke trillingscorrectie je hond kan laten schrikken.

het juiste gebruik in deze handleiding niet opvolgt, aanvaarden wij geen
aansprakelijkheid voor eventueel daaruit voortvloeiend persoonlijk letsel of
schade aan eigendommen. In dergelijke gevallen vervalt de garantie.
Neem ook de waarschuwingen of veiligheidsvoorschriften in de afzonderlijke
hoofdstukken van deze handleiding in acht.
Elektrische apparaten kunnen mensen blootstellen aan gevaren die zowel
ernstig letsel als de dood tot gevolg kan hebben. Het gebruik van elektrische
apparaten kan gevaren opleveren, waaronder, maar niet uitsluitend, letsel,
brand, elektrische schokken en schade aan het elektrische systeem. Deze
veiligheidsinstructies zijn bedoeld om je de informatie te geven die je nodig
hebt om de STREX Acculader te gebruiken en om dergelijke gevaren te
voorkomen. Gezond verstand en respect voor het apparaat helpen het risico
op letsel te verminderen.

●Gebruik de Anti Blafband niet voor een ander doel dan waarvoor het bedoeld is (zie het hoofdstuk
“BEOOGD GEBRUIK”).
●De Anti Blafband kan buiten worden gebruikt, hij is regenbestendig. Laat je hond niet zwemmen terwijl hij
de halsband draagt.
●Ga voorzichtig met het apparaat om. Schokken, stoten of een val, zelfs van geringe hoogte, kunnen het
apparaat beschadigen.
●Plaats de Anti Blafband niet onder mechanische belasting.
●De Anti Blafband moet goed en stevig worden gemonteerd. Volg de instructies om mogelijk letsel te
voorkomen.
●Oefen geen overmatige kracht uit bij het gebruik van de knoppen op de Anti Blafband.
●Als het niet meer mogelijk is om de Anti Blafband veilig te gebruiken, stel het apparaat dan buiten gebruik
en bescherm het tegen onbedoeld gebruik. Een veilige werking kan niet langer worden gegarandeerd als
het apparaat:
– zichtbaar beschadigd is,
– niet meer naar behoren werkt,
– gedurende langere perioden in slechte omgevingsomstandigheden is opgeslagen of
– is blootgesteld aan ernstig transport gerelateerde belastingen.
●De Anti Blafband is geen speelgoed. Houd en bewaar het apparaat buiten bereik van kleine kinderen.
●Het apparaat mag alleen door volwassenen worden geïnstalleerd en afgesteld.
●Je mag de Anti Blafband niet reconstrueren, repareren of demonteren. Dit kan het apparaat beschadigen.
●Onderhoud, wijzigingen en reparaties mogen uitsluitend worden uitgevoerd door een deskundige of in een
gekwaliceerde winkel.
●Controleer het apparaat af en toe op beschadigingen. Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het tekenen van
beschadiging vertoont.
●Als er rook, vuur of een vreemde geur uit je apparaat komt, moet je het apparaat onmiddellijk uitschakelen en
van je hond verwijderen.

Water
Hitte & Koeling
●De Anti Blafband is ontworpen om het beste te werken bij normale omgevingstemperaturen
tussen 0° en 35°C en te worden bewaard bij temperaturen tussen 0° en 45°C. De Anti Blafband
kan beschadigd raken en de levensduur van de batterij kan verkorten als het apparaat
buiten deze temperatuur bereiken wordt bewaard of gebruikt. Stel je apparaat niet bloot
aan dramatische veranderingen in temperatuur. Bewaar je apparaat niet in een hete auto of
gedurende langere tijd in direct zonlicht.
●Gebruik het apparaat alleen in een gematigd klimaat (niet in een tropisch klimaat).
●Dompel de Anti Blafband niet onder in vloeistof.
●Laat je hond niet zwemmen met de Anti Blafband.
De Anti Blafband is regenbestendig. Je kunt je huisdier uitlaten in regen en nat
weer en er zeker van zijn dat het apparaat werkt.
Batterij Veiligheid
●Plaats de Anti Blafband niet in de buurt van vuur of in direct zonlicht. De opwarming van het
apparaat kan extra verwarming, breuk of ontsteking van de batterij veroorzaken.
●Probeer de batterij niet op te laden. Deze batterij is daarvoor niet geschikt.
●Probeer de batterij niet aan te passen of uit elkaar te halen.
●Gebruik je Anti Blafband niet als een batterij geur begint af te geven, oververhit raakt of begint te
lekken.
●Raak geen lekkende materialen aan en adem de dampen van de batterij niet in. Lekkende of
beschadigde batterijen kunnen bij contact met de huid bijtend letsel veroorzaken, draag daarom
in dat geval geschikte veiligheidshandschoenen.
●Een batterij bevat gevaarlijke stoen. Open de batterij niet en plaats niets in een blootliggende
batterij.
●Sta niet toe dat kinderen en dieren een blootgestelde batterij aanraken.
●Gooi de batterij nooit in het vuur.
●Niet kortsluiten. Bij kortsluiting kan een batterij exploderen of lekken.
●Een lege batterij kan nog steeds gevaarlijk zijn.

REINIGING
ONDERHOUD & SERVICE

●Een licht vochtige of droge doek wordt aanbevolen voor het reinigen van de buitenkant van de Anti Blafband.

Verwijdering van de Batterij
De Anti Blafband bevat een batterij die niet met het huishoudelijk afval mag

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Anti Bark Collar stops barking by progressively increasing the sound and vibration coming
from the Anti Barking device unit. This feature is controlled by a smart-bark microprocessor,
which is eective at distinguishing your dog’s barks from other dogs’ barks and environmental
noises. It is automatically triggered to produce beeping and vibrations after each bark
intelligently and systematically.
The Anti Bark Collar has seven correction levels, each delivering dierent sound and vibration
combinations based on the number of barks..
The device enters a 1-minute auto-protection mode after 7 times working continuously.

The STREX Anti Barking Collar starts working automatically once you have installed the included 6V
battery. The collar will be automatically set to the 4th sensitivity level. If needed, you can press the
“+” or “-“button to adjust the sensitivity level.
1 battery can be used for 1-2 weeks according to your dog’s barking frequency.
If you hear a constant beeping, it means you need to replace the battery.
Steps to follow:
●Loosen the strap a little bit from the device so that you can remove the battery cover.
●Place the battery. Ensure that the battery is installed correctly concerning the polarity. Insert the
battery between the “clip” (positive pole) and the “spring” (negative pole) contacts.
●Close the battery cover.
●Tighten the strap again around the device.
Do not put the collar on your dog without rst testing the device.

De Anti Blafband wordt geleverd met 2 sets plastic sensoren en een mini moersleutel.
De korte sensoren zijn voor kortharige honden, de langere sensoren zijn voor langharige honden.
Testing is done by blowing towards the small hole where the microphone is located. This simulates
a dog’s bark.
Steps to follow:
●Take the collar in your hands facing the back side of the collar and gently blow a small pu of air
towards the small hole located between the 2 vibration probes. You will hear a beep.
●Blow again and you will hear the second beep.
●Blow for the third time and you will hear a beep and feel a mild vibration (similar to the cell
phone vibration).
You may continue to do this till the 7th correction level is reached (see the previous chapter HOW
DOES IT WORK?). The red LED remains on while the device produces a beep sound.
You can remove and x the probes with the mini spanner or your hand.

There are two BUTTONS “+” and “-“used to adjust the sensitivity level. As a default, the sensitivity
level will be on the 4th level every time you install the battery.
By adjusting the buttons, the sensitivity will gradually be enhanced or weakened. The higher the
sensitivity level is, the easier it is to trigger the collar.
Put the collar around your dog’s neck and adjust the length of the collar using the slide buckle
arrangement. The collar should t snugly underneath your dog’s neck. Make sure the probes are
one nger width apart from the dog’s neck (stick your nger between the dog’s neck and the probes
to check).
⇨ CORRECT FIT: the collar is not moving and you can slide JUST ONE nger under the collar or
strap.
⇨ INCORRECT FIT: The collar is moving and you can slide TWO ngers under the collar or strap. In
this situation, the collar will go o randomly and is not working correctly when your dog is barking.
Make sure the vibration probes are in direct contact with your dog’s skin. Hair between the probes
and skin will diminish the eect of the vibration. We advise clipping or shaving the dog’s fur under
the neck to ensure direct contact.

●This product is not a substitute for responsible supervision of your dog.
●Before putting the collar on your dog, make sure you screw the vibration probes on the vibration
electrodes! Use the mini spanner to screw/unscrew them.
●Do not allow your dog to chew this collar. You should also attempt to minimize scratching or
clawing at the casing.
●This device is made of plastic and electronic components that are not digestible. Consult your
local vet if your dog swallows any parts of this product.
●The collar is not intended to be used as a restraining collar. If you are using a leash, use it always
with a separate restraining type of collar.
●Check the contact area on your pet’s neck daily for signs of a rash or wounds. If you see a rash
or sores, stop using the collar until the skin has healed. Consult your veterinarian if the condition
persists for more than 48 hours.
●Don’t use the collar if your pet is suering from eas or ear mites. Constant scratching from eas
or ear mites can, at times, cause the collar to react when it is not supposed to. If these activities
are evident, have your pet checked by a veterinarian for parasites.
●The collar should only be used on healthy dogs. If your dog is not completely healthy, we advise
you to visit your veterinarian before using the collar.
●The Anti Barking Collar is not intended for use on dogs under 6 months old and/or dogs
weighing less than 3kg.
●This product is not suitable for use with aggressive dogs. If you are not sure if this product is
right for your dog, please consult a certied trainer or your veterinarian.
●Although the Anti Barking Collar’s microprocessor is designed to dierentiate your dog’s bark
from stray environmental noises, the unit may occasionally be activated by other vibrations or
sounds.
●Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 6-10 hours.
●Do not leave the collar on your dog when they are sleeping, lying down, or unattended. If the
collar is worn for too long or made too tight on the dog’s neck, it may cause skin irritation. This
may range from redness to pressure ulcers. This condition is commonly known as bed sores or
pressure necrosis.
●If you think the strap is too long for your dog, you can cut some parts.
●Many dogs bark while playing with people and other dogs. Turn o the device before letting the
dog play.

Why does my dog’s collar just keep going o for no apparent reason?

●The sensitivity level is probably just set too high. Lower the sensitivity level by pressing the minus “-”
button and adjust until you reach the desired eect.
●Check that the collar is on tight. Remember, tighten the collar so that you can only t one nger
inbetween the probes and the dog’s neck.
●This may be because the dog is not yet used to wearing the collar. If this is an issue, it is best to train your
dog to wear it in small time increments at a time until he feels more comfortable wearing it.
●Check that the battery is inserted correctly and that it still has power. If the battery still has juice, you may
need to either increase the sensitivity level by pressing “+” to make it more sensitive to activate or tighten
the collar as it might just be too loose.
●Some dogs will bark less loudly, in which case you will need to increase the sensitivity level. Thick fur
around the neck area can also be the cause of this problem.
●If the collar only beeps but no longer vibrates, the battery is probably (too) empty. Replace the
battery.
●The smart chip is designed to be sensitive to your dog’s barking, however, it may sometimes be triggered
by other loud sounds. This is normal and will not aect your dog’s behavior.
●Dogs will bark when they are playing or getting excited, so for comfort and safety, we do not recommend
using the collar in these types of environments.
●Yes, the Anti Barking Collar is designed to correct your dog and get his attention, not to punish him. This
collar does not contain a shock device and only improves the dog with beeps and vibrations. Although the
rst strong vibration correction can startle your dog.

●Handle the device carefully. Jolts, impacts, or a fall even from a low height can damage the device.
●Do not place the device under mechanical stress.
●The Anti Barking Collar needs to be properly and securely mounted. Follow the instructions to prevent
any possible injury.
●Do not apply excessive force when using the buttons on the Anti Barking Collar.
●If it is no longer possible to operate a device safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any
accidental use. A safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the device:
– is visibly damaged,
– is no longer working properly,
– has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
– has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.

●The Anti Barking Collar is designed to work best in normal ambient temperatures between 0°C
and 35°C and to be stored at temperatures between 0° and 45°C. The Anti Barking Collar may
be damaged and the battery life may be shortened if the device is stored or used outside this
temperature range. Do not subject your device to dramatic changes in temperature. Do not
store your device in a hot car or direct sunlight for extended periods.
●Use the device only in a moderate climate (not in a tropical climate).
●Do not immerse the Anti Barking Collar in liquid.
●Do not let your dog swim with the Anti Barking Collar.
The Anti Barking Collar is rainproof. You can walk your pet in rain and wet
weather and be sure that the device will work.
Battery Safety
●Do not place the Anti Barking Collar near a re, or in direct sunlight. The heating of the device
can cause additional heating, breaking, or ignition of the battery.
●Do not attempt to charge the battery. This battery is not suitable for this.
●Do not attempt to modify or disassemble your battery.
●Do not use your Anti Barking Collar if the battery begins to emit odor, overheats, or begins to
leak.
●Do not touch any leaking materials or breathe fumes emitted from the battery. A leaking or
damaged battery can lead to caustic burning of the skin. Therefore, use suitable protective
gloves.
●The battery contains dangerous substances, do not open the battery or insert anything into the
exposed battery.
●Do not allow children and animals to touch an exposed battery.
●Never throw the battery into a re.
●Do not short circuit the battery. The battery can explode or leak if shorted.

Device Disposal

●Store the device in a place not exposed to sunlight & humidity, which is dust-free.
●Do not store the Anti Barking Collar in extremely high or extremely low temperatures. This can damage the
device.
●Store the device beyond the reach of small children.
●Remove the battery from the Anti Barking Collar before long-time storage.
DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
This product complies with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE).
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the appliance indicates that, at
the end of its life, the product must be disposed of separately from normal
household waste and taken to a separate collection center for the recycling of
electrical and electronic equipment or returned to the seller at the time a new
similar device is purchased.
The user is responsible for taking the device to a waste collection service at
the end of its service life. Correct separate collection of waste with a view to
subsequent recycling, processing, and environmentally friendly disposal of
the device helps to prevent possible negative impacts on the environment
and health and promotes the recycling of the materials of which the product
is composed. The unlawful disposal of the product by the user results in
administrative sanctions laid down by law. For more detailed information

Battery Disposal
This device contains a battery that cannot be disposed of with normal
household waste. The battery should be recycled following your local
regulations.
Remove the battery from the Anti Barking Collar before disposal.
As an end consumer, you are legally obliged to hand in all empty batteries
following KCA regulations (small chemical waste).
Packing Material Disposal
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of. Do not just
dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure
they are collected for recycling.

transferrable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain support under the warranty.
