• Attach correct size earbud cups to earphones and

connect to player.

• Press center button to turn on player.

• Press left or right buttons to scroll through options and

select Music from the Main Menu by pressing the center

button.

and press center button to select desired choice.

device to unlock it from any temporary condition such as

freezing or failing to connect to the computer.

Your MP3 player is equipped with a variety of features. To help you maximize

your listening pleasure, SanDisk would like to advise you that it is important to

use the headphones with your MP3 player at a safe hearing level.

• Exposure or repeated exposure for an extended period of time to music and

other sounds that are too loud can cause damage to your hearing resulting

in temporary or even permanent “noise induced hearing loss”.

• Symptoms of hearing loss increase gradually with prolonged exposure at

high levels of loudness.

• Initially, you may not even be aware of the loss unless detected with a

hearing test.

• Your hearing may adapt to higher volumes of sound. In order to prevent any

your headphones and set the MP3 player’s volume to a low setting where

Lecture de la musique

Istruzioni per la sicurezza

Il lettore MP3 è dotato di una varietà di funzioni. Per contribuire a potenziare al

massimo il piacere di ascolto, SanDisk ricorda che è importante usare le cue

con il lettore MP3 a un livello di ascolto sicuro per l’udito.

• L’esposizione o la ripetuta esposizione per un periodo di tempo prolungato

a musica e altre emissioni sonore troppo alte può provocare danni all’udito

con conseguente “perdita dell’udito indotta dal rumore” temporanea o

persino permanente.

• I sintomi della perdita dell’udito aumentano gradualmente con l’esposizione

prolungata a livelli di volume elevato.

• Inizialmente si potrebbe anche non avere percezione della perdita se non

attraverso un test dell’udito.

• L’udito può adattarsi a volumi sonori più alti. Per prevenire eetti dannosi

per l’udito, bisogna controllare il suono emesso dalle cue e impostare il

volume del lettore MP3 a un livello basso che consenta un ascolto agevole

e chiaro.

• Alcuni studi, tra cui uno studio dell’NIDCD, indicano che i suoni inferiori a 80

decibel hanno una scarsa probabilità di provocare la perdita dell’udito,

anche dopo un’esposizione prolungata.

• Ascoltare il lettore MP3 a un livello che consenta di udire comunque una

conversazione e le persone circostanti senza necessità di strillare per

parlare.

• Può inoltre essere pericoloso ascoltare musica con cue/auricolari ad

alto volume mentre si cammina o si è impegnati in altre attività. È necessario

prestare la massima attenzione e interrompere l’uso del dispositivo in tutte

Воспроизведение музыки
