Compact es un equipo de Aire Acondicionado diseñado y fabricado por Dirna Bergstrom para ser utilizado a motor del vehículo parado durante los períodos de descanso a la sombra y/o por la noche. El único mantenimiento requerido es la limpieza periódica del condensador y las válvulas de drenaje al menos 1 vez al año (ver página 9). Compact está diseñado con la más avanzada tecnología para lograr un eficaz rendimiento, una reducción en el gasto de combustible y en las emisiones de CO2 a la atmósfera. Son estas características lo que lo hace único en el mercado del Aire Acondicionado para vehículos. Si la temperatura en la cabina de su vehículo es muy elevada para el descanso, enfrie la cabina con el Aire Acondicionado del vehículo durante unos minutos y después conecte el Compact para mantener la temperatura de confort. Para cualquier duda consulte a su concesionario o directamente a Dirna Bergstrom No olvide solicitar a su concesionario su tarjeta de garantía. ! ADVERTENCIA: Para un mejor funcionamiento del equipo es aconsejable ponerlo en marcha ocasionalmente durante losmeses de invierno, con el fin de evitar que las juntas se deterioren. ! ATENCIÓN: Si durante el montaje el equipo se inclina o cada vez que se abata la cabina con el equipo montado, se deberá esperar un mínimo de 60 minutos desde que el equipo quede en posición horizontal antes de ponerlo en funcionamiento. 2 COMPACT ® ES Panel de control ºC + 2 TEMP 3 - ºF 4 ON/OFF 1 1.- On/off: encendido y apagado del equipo y selección de modos de funcionamiento. 2.- Indica el funcionamiento de los compresores. 3.- Display: Pantalla donde se indica la función seleccionada y el estado del equipo. 4.- Selectores de temperatura: Selección de la temperatura ambiente y la velocidad del soplador (esta sólo en modo manual), programación del mando y grados Fahrenheit. • Al conectar, el equipo hace un chequeo de los leds, aparece en display 88--bd y se apaga. Mensajes especiales del display (mirar Diagnosis de averías): Lb: Batería baja. EO: Mal contacto de los cables del sensor aire de retorno o sensor aire de retorno. E2: Fallo del ventilador del condensador o soplador centrífugo. E9: Protección compresores (cabina abatida). Mando a distancia Funciones del Mando a distancia: 1 1 Encendido / Apagado del equipo. 2 Control de las velocidades del soplador. 3 Control de temperatura. 2 3 Dar de alta el mando a distancia: Para dar de alta el mando a distancia, con el equipo apagado mantener pulsada la tecla - C del panel de control hasta que aparezca en el display C parpadeando, cuando quede fijo pulsar la tecla On/off del mando antes de 30 seg. o habrá que repetir la operación completa. 3 ES COMPACT ® Dar de baja el mando a distancia: Para dar de baja el mando a distancia se debe mantener pulsada la tecla - del panel de control hasta que aparezca en el display C ,parpadeando, cuando quede fijo pulsar la tecla C + del panel antes de 30 seg. o habrá que repetir la operación completa. Encendido del equipo Para encender el equipo pulsar la tecla On/off . El equipo siempre arranca en Función F4 (Función Automática). Para cambiar de función se debe mantener pulsado On/off , irán pasando las distintas funciones por el display, soltar al obtener la función deseada. En la primera puesta en marcha el equipo se iniciará con los parámetros establecidos de fábrica. Función F0 - Funcionamiento Manual Al seleccionar F0 en el display se muestra la temperatura seleccionada y le permite al usuario elegir la temperatura de confort que aparecerá en el display de 15ºC a 27ºC ó 59ºF a 71ºF así como variar la velocidad del soplador del equipo (5 velocidades señaladas con las siglas V1 a V5). La temperatura de confort se controla pulsando brevemente las teclas + control o - . del panel de del mando. Las velocidades del soplador será controlado manteniendo pulsadas las teclas + panel de control o desde - del del mando apareciendo en el display las siglas V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5. Cuando el equipo está en funcionamiento aparecerá en el display los grados seleccionados. Función F1 - Función termómetro digital Seleccionando esta función el equipo indica en su display la temperatura interior de la cabina. Función F2 - Función Programadora de tiempo F2 programa el equipo para su desconexión automática en un período de entre 1 y 9 horas. Para programar mantener pulsada la tecla On/off hasta visualizar en el display F2, seleccionar el tiempo de funcionamiento con las teclas + . 4 - y confirmar pulsando On/off COMPACT ® ES Función F4 - Funcionamiento automático del equipo Al seleccionar F4 le permite al usuario elegir la temperatura de confort 15ºC a 27ºC, o 59ºF a 71ºF que seleccionará desde las teclas + - del panel de control o de las teclas del mando. Al seleccionar aparecerá en el display intercalados CA y los grados seleccionados. Con esta función el equipo regula y controla automáticamente la temperatura de confort actuando sobre las velocidades del soplador y los compresores. Pulsando la tecla del mando a distancia se anula la función F4 y pasa a F0 (Función Manual). En el primer encendido el equipo se inicia en F4 con los parámetros de fábrica. Función F6 - Selección º F Para activar esta función se debe mantener pulsada la tecla On/Off hasta que aparezca en el display F6, soltar la tecla y se activará directamente ºF. Para volver a ºC se debe mantener pulsada la tecla - del panel de control con el equipo apagado, aparecerá en el C display C parpadeando, cuando se quede fijo pulsar la tecla + del panel de control. Al realizar esta operación el mando se desactiva por lo que al finalizar se debe dar de alta el mando de nuevo. 5 ES COMPACT ® Esquema eléctrico ¡AVISO IMPORTANTE! Precaución de no invertir las polaridades al conectar la alimentación en el equipo el display no se enciende y el equipo no funciona. Es recomendable que esta operación la realice un Servicio Autorizado por Dirna Bergstrom. * ( ) 7 EN COMPACT ® Thank you for acquiring and trusting our products range. Compact is an Air Conditioning equipment designed and made by Dirna Bergstrom to be used with vehicle´s engine off, during resting periods under the shade and/or at night. The only maintenance that is required is a periodical cleaning of the condenser, at least once a year (1). Compact is designed with the most advanced technology to achieve an efficient output, a reduction in energy expenses and CO2 emissions to the atmosphere. These are the characteristics which make it unique on the market of Air Conditioning for vehicles. If the temperature inside your vehicle cabin is too high for you to rest, cool down cabin with vehicle Air Conditioning during a few minutes, then connect Compact to maintain comfort temperature. If you have any doubt, please consult your dealer or directly Dirna Bergstrom Do not forget to ask your dealer for your warranty card. ! RECOMMENDATION: For optimal operation of the unit, it is recommended to start it up occasionally during the winter months in order to prevent the joints from deteriorating. ! NOTE: If, during assembly, the unit becomes slanted or the cabin drops with the unit mounted, wait for at least 60 minutes from the moment the unit is horizontal before starting up. 8 COMPACT ® EN Control panel ºC + 2 TEMP 3 - ºF 4 ON/OFF 1 1.- On/off switch on /off the unit and functioning selection mode. 2.- Indicate the compressors functioning. 3.- Display: Screen where it shows the slected functioning and condition of the unit. 4.- Temperature selectors : To select the surrounding temperature and the blower speed (this only in manual mode) , remote control programmation and Fahrenheit degrees. • When you connect, the engine make leds control and you can read 88--bd on the display and the engine swith off. Lb: Low battery. EO: Poor contact of the sensor wires or sensor failed. E2: Condenser fan or centrifugal blower failure. E9: Compressor protection (cabin tilted). Remote control Remote control functions: 1 Switching on /off of equipment. 2 Blower speeds control. 3 Temperature control. 1 2 3 How to activate remote control: In order to activate remote control, while equipment is switched off, push key - from control C panel until C flashes on display. When it stops flashing, push the On/off key on in the remote control. You will have to do it within 30 seconds or else you will have to repeat the whole operation. 9 EN COMPACT ® How to deactivate remote control: In order to deactivate remote control, push key - of control panel until C , flashes on dis- C play. Once it stops flashing, push key + on panel. You will have to do it within 30 seconds or else you will have to repeat the whole operation. Equipment switching on In order to switch on Compact, push the On/off key . Equipment always starts on function F4 (Automatic Function). To change function, push the On/off key and the various functions will be displayed one by one. Release key when desired function is reached. The first time equipment is switched on, it will be initiated with the pre-established parameters. Function F0 - Manual operation To select F0 the display shows the set temperature and allows the user to choose the comfort temperature which will be displayed from 15ºC to 27ºC (59ºF to 71ºF) and to vary the unit blower speed (5 speeds indicated with the characters V1 to V5). Comfort temperature can be controlled by briefly pressing the keys panel or - . of the control remote control. The blower speeds are controlled by keeping the keys + down + - of the control panel pressed or from the remote control, with the display showing V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5. The display shows the degrees selected when the unit is running. Function F1 - Digital thermometer function By selecting this function, Compact displays temperature inside cabin. Function F2 - Time programming function F2 programs the equipment so that it is automatically disconnected during a 1-9 hour period. In order to program, push the On/off key until F2 is shown on display, select functioning time using the keys + - and confirm by pushing On/off 10 . COMPACT ® EN Function F4 - Automatic unit operation Selecting F4 allows the user to choose the comfort temperature 15ºC to 27ºC (59ºF to 71ºF), which will be selected from the control panel + - or the remote control . When selecting, the display will switch between CA and the degrees selected. With this function the unit automatically regulates and controls comfort temperature by acting on the compressors and fan speed. Pressing the remote control key cancels function F4 and moves to F0 (Manual Function). The unit runs initially in F4 with the default parameters. Function F6 - ºF Selection key pressed down until the display shows F6, and then release the key to directly enable ºF. To return to ºC, keep the - key on the control To activate this function, keep the On/Off C panel pressed down with the display flashing C , when it stops flashing, press the + key on the control panel. The control is disabled when carrying out this operation, meaning it must be registered again once finished. 11 EN COMPACT ® Wiring Diagram IMPORTANT NOTE! We recommend entrusting this operation to a technical service authorised by Dirna Bergstrom. * ( ) 13 FR COMPACT ® Merci de votre acquisition et de confier en notre gamme de produits. Compact est un appareil de Climatisation conçu et fabriqué par Dirna Bergstrom pour être utilisé à moteur arrêté du véhicule pendant les périodes d’arrêt à l’ombre et/ou pendant la nuit. Le seul entretien requis est le nettoyage régulier du condensateur d’au moins une fois par an (1). Compact a été conçu avec la technologie la plus avancée pour obtenir un rendement efficace, une réduction du combustible et des émissions de CO2 vers l’atmosphère. Ce sont ces caractéristiques qui le rendent unique sur le marché de la Climatisation pour véhicules. Si la température dans la cabine de votre véhicule est très élevée pour le repos, refroidissez la cabine avec la Climatisation du véhicule pendant quelques minutes puis branchez le Compact pour maintenir la température de confort. Pour quelque doute, consultez votre concessionnaire ou directement Dirna Bergstrom. N’oubliez pas de demander à votre concessionnaire votre carte de garantie. ! RECOMMANDATION : pour obtenir un fonctionnement optimal de l’équipement, il est conseillé de le mettre en marche régulièrement pendant les mois d’hiver, afin d’éviter la détérioration des joints. ! ATTENTION : Si pendant le montage, l’équipement s’incline ou si la cabine est repliée avec l’équipement monté, une fois que ce dernier récupère sa position horizontale, il faudra attendre au moins 60 minutes avant de le remettre en marche. 14 COMPACT ® FR Panneau de contrôle ºC + 2 TEMP 3 - ºF 4 ON/OFF 1 1.- On/off: allumer/étaindre l´unité et sélection des modes du fonctionnement. 2.- Indique le fonctionnement des compresseurs. 3.- Display: Écran ou se montre la fonction désirée et l´état de l´unité. 4.- Sélecteurs du tèmperature: selection de la température ambiant et la vittesse du souffleur (celui ci uniquement sur le mode manuel) programmation de la télécommande et dégrees Fahrenheit. • Au moment de se connecter, l’appareil effectue une check-up des leds et l’écran montre 88--bd puis s’éteint. Messages spéciaux de l’écran (veuillez voir Diagnostic de pannes): Lb: Faible batterie EO: Mauvais contact des câbles du capteur ou capteur en panne. E2: Défaut ventilateur du condenseur ou souffleur centrifuge. E9: Protection compresseurs (cabine rabattue). Télécommande Fonctions de la Télécommande: 1 Allumage / Éteignage de l’appareil. 2 Contrôle des vitesses du souffleur. 3 Contrôle de température. 1 2 3 Enregistrer la télécommande: Pour enregistrer la télécommande, avec l’appareil éteint, maintenir appuyée la touche du panneau de contrôle - ; lorsqu’il devient fixe, pousser la touche On/off de la télécommande avant 30 sec. ou il faudra répéter l’opération. 15 FR ES COMPACT ® Eliminer la télécommande: Pour éliminer la télécommande, il faut maintenir appuyée la touche du panneau de contrôle - jusqu’à ce que C , apparaisse à l’écran en clignotant ; lorsqu’il devient fixe, pousser la C touche + du panneau avant 30 sec. ou il faudra répéter l’opération. Allumage de l’Appareil Pour allumer Compact pousser la touche On/off . L’appareil démarre toujours en Fonction F4 (Fonction Automatique). Pour changer de fonction, il faut maintenir appuyée On/off , vous passerez par les différentes fonctions sur le display ; lâcher au moment d’obtenir la fonction choisie. Lors de la première mise en marche, l’appareil d’initialisera avec les paramètres établis d’usine. Fonction F0 – Fonctionnement Manuel F0 permet à l’usager de choisir la température de confort qui apparaîtra à l’affichage, de 15ºC à 27ºC ou 59ºF à 71ºF ainsi que de varier la vitesse de la soufflante de l’appareil (5 vitesses signalées par les sigles V à V5). La température de confort est contrôlée en appuyant brièvement sur les touches + panneau de contrôle - du ou de la télécommande. Les vitesses de la soufflante seront contrôlées en appuyant et maintenant les touches du panneau de contrôle + - ou de la télécommande , les sigles V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 apparaîtront à l’affichage. Quand l’appareil est en fonctionnement, les degrés sélectionnés sont affichés. Fonction F1 - Fonction thermomètre numérique En sélectionnant cette Fonction Compact indique à l’écran la température intérieure de la cabine. Fonction F2 - Fonction Programmatrice de temps F2 programme l’appareil pour sa déconnexion automatique sur une période entre 1 et 9 heures. Pour programmer, maintenir appuyée la touche On/off jusqu’à visualiser à l’écran F2, sélectionner le temps de fonctionnement avec les touches + - et confirmer en appuyant sur On/off . 16 COMPACT ® FR ES Fonction F4 - Fonctionnement automatique de l’appareil En sélectionnant F4, l’usager pourra choisir la température de confort de 15ºC à 27ºC, ou 59ºF à 71ºF qu’il sélectionnera à l’aide des touches + - du panneau de contrôle ou celles de la télécommande . Lors de la sélection, ca et les degrés sélectionnés apparaîtront intercalés à l’affichage. Avec cette fonction, l’appareil règle et contrôle automatiquement la température de confort en intervenant sur les vitesses du ventilateur et des compresseurs. En appuyant sur la touche de la télécommande, la fonction F4 est annulée et passe à F0 (Fonction Manuelle). A la première mise en marche, l’appareil s’initialisera en F4 avec les paramètres établis en usine. Fonction F6 - Sélection º F Pour activer cette fonction, il faut appuyer et maintenir la touche On/Off jusqu’à ce qu’apparaisse F6, à l’affichage, relâcher la touche et ºF s’activera automatiquement. Pour revenir à ºC, il faut appuyer et maintenir la touche - du tableau de commandes quand sur la touche C l’appareil est éteint, à l’affichage C apparaîtra en clignotant, quand il devient fixe, appuyez + du tableau de commandes. En effectuant cette opération, la commande se désactive, il faudra donc en terminant, enregistrer à nouveau la commande. 17 FR ES COMPACT ® Schéma électrique AVIS IMPORTANT ! Précaution: ne pas inverser les polarités lors du branchement de l’appareil. Dans ce cas, la plaque de commandes ne s’allume pas et l’appareil ne fonctionne pas. Quant aux vannes de drainage, il faut les démonter et les nettoyer correctement à l’intérieur. Cette opération devrait être réalisée par un Service Autorisé par Dirna Bergstrom. * ( ) 19 GE COMPACT ® Wir danken Ihnen, dass Sie sich für unsere Produktreihe entschieden haben. Compact ist eine von Dirna Bergstrom konstruierte und hergestellte Klimaanlage zum Einsatz in außer Betrieb befindlichen und im Schatten und/oder nachts abgestellten Motorfahrzeugen. Die Instandhaltung erfordert lediglich die gelegentliche Reinigung (mindestens 1 Mal jährlich) des Kondensators. (1). Compact wurde mit modernster Technologie konstruiert, um eine leistungsfähige und treibstoffsparende Anlage mit geringem CO2 –Ausstoß zu erhalten. Gerade diese Eigenschaften machen sie zu einer einzigartigen Fahrzeugklimaanlage auf dem Markt. Bei sehr hoher Fahrerhausinnentemperatur bei stehenden Fahrzeug kühlen Sie die Kabine wenige Minuten lang mit der Klimaanlage des Fahrzeuigs und schalten Sie dann Compact ein, um die Komforttemperatur zu halten. Bei Unklarheiten wenden Sie sich an Ihren Vertragshändler oder direkt an Dirna Bergstrom. Vergessen Sie nicht, bei Ihrem Vertragshändler den Garantieschein anzufordern. ! ACHTUNG: Sollte das Gerät während des Einbaus ins Schwanken geraten oder die Kabine umkippen, muss man von dem Moment, wo sich das Gerät wieder in waagerechter Stellung befindet, mindestens 60 Minuten abwarten bis es in Betrieb genommen werden kann. 20 COMPACT ® GE Steuertafel ºC + 2 TEMP 3 - ºF 4 ON/OFF 1 1.- On/off: Ein- und Ausschalten des Gerätes und Auswahl der Betriebsart (automatisch-manuell) 2.- Zeigt an, ob die Kompressoren in Betrieb sind 3.- Display: Zeigt die ausgewählte Funktion und den Zustand des Gerätes an. 4.- Temperaturauswahl: Auswahl der Anzeige der Raumtemperatur und der Lüftergeschwindigkeit (nur bei manuellem Betrieb), Programmierung der Fernbedienung und Auswahl der Temperaturanzeige in Celsius oder Fahrenheit. • Beim Einschalten checkt die Anlage die LEDs und auf dem Display wird 88--bd angezeigt und dann wieder ausgeschaltet. Spezielle Displaymeldungen (Fehlerdiagnose beachten): Lb: Batterie schwach EO: Wackelkontakt der Sensorkabel oder Sensor defekt. E2: Störung am Kondensatorlüfter oder Zentrifugalgebläse. E9: Kompressorschutz (Kabine abgeklappt). Fernbedienung Funktionen der Fernbedienung: 1 1 Ein- und Ausschaltung der Anlage. 2 Steuerung der Gebläsedrehzahlen. 3 Temperatursteuerung. 2 Inbetriebnahme der Fernbedienung: Zur Inbetriebnahme der Fernbedienung bei ausgeschalteter Anlage Taste C Steuertafel gedrückt halten, bis auf dem Display C 3 - auf der blinkend angezeigt wird. Sobald die Anzeige kontinuierlich leuchtet, On/Off-Taste der Steuerung vor Ablauf von 30 Sek. drücken; sonst muss der gesamte Vorgang wiederholt werden. 21 GE COMPACT ® Außerbetriebnahme der Fernbedienung: Zur Außerbetriebnahme der Fernbedienung Taste - auf der Steuertafel gedrückt halten, bis auf dem C Display blinkend C , blinkend angezeigt wird. Sobald die Anzeige kontinuierlich leuchtet On/Off-Taste der Steuerung vor Ablauf von 30 Sek. drücken; sonst muss der gesamte Vorgang wiederholt werden. Einschaltung der Anlage Compact wird durch Betätigen der On/Off-Taste eingeschaltet. Die Anlage startet immer in Funktion F4 (Automatik). Zum Umschalten der Funktion On/Off-Taste drücken und auf dem Display die einzelnen Funktionen nacheinander durchschalten und Taste loslassen, sobald die gewünschte Funktion erreicht ist. Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme startet die Anlage mit den werkseitig eingestellten Parametern. Betrieb F0 - Manuelle Betriebsweise F0 ermöglicht es dem Anwender, die gewünschte Temperatur aus der Anzeige von 15ºC bis 27ºC oder 59ºF bis 71ºF ebenso wie die Geschwindigkeit des Gebläses zu verändern (5 Geschwindigkeiten gekennzeichnet mit den Ziffern V1 bis V5). Die gewünschte Temperatur wird durch einen kurzen Druck auf die Taste + Schalttafel oder der auf der - auf der Fernsteuerung gesteuert. Die Geschwindigkeiten des Gebläses werden gesteuert, indem die Tasten + Schalttafel oder der - Fernsteuerung ständig niedergedrückt gehalten werden, wobei in der Anzeigen die folgenden Zeichen angezeigt werden V1, V2, V3, V4, V5. Wenn das Gerät sich in Betrieb befindet, werden auf der Anzeige die gewählten Grade angezeigt. Funktion F1 - Funktion Digitalthermometer Wird diese Funktion gewählt, dann zeigt Compact auf dem Display die Innentemperatur des Fahrerhauses an. Funktion F2 - Funkion Zeitprogrammierer F2 programmiert die Anlage zur automatischen Abschaltung für einen Zeitraum von 1 bis 9 Stunden. Zum Programmieren Taste On/Off angezeigt wird. Bei dieser Betriebsweise reguliert und steuert das Gerät die gewünschte Temperatur, indem es die Geschwindigkeiten des Lüfters und der Kompressoren betätigt. Afstandsbediening Functies van de afstandsbediening: 1 In-/uitschakelen van het apparaat. 2 Snelheid van de blazers. 3 Instellen temperatuur. 1 2 3 Aanmelden van de afstandsbediening: Druk, terwijl het apparaat uitgeschakeld is, op de knop C display het symbool C - van het besturingspaneel, tot op het gaat knipperen. Als dit symbool blijft branden, binnen 30 seconden op de knop On/off van de afstandsbediening drukken. Bij de eerste keer in gebruik nemen wordt het apparaat in werking gesteld Functie F0 - Handmatig bedrijf Als F0 gekozen wordt, wordt op het display de ingestelde temperatuur getoond. De gebruiker kan de gewenste comforttemperatuur instellen tussen 15ºC en 27ºC (59ºF tot 71ºF), evenals het veranderen van de blaassnelheid van het apparaat (5 snelheden, aangegeven met de code v1 tot v5). De comforttemperatuur wordt ingesteld door de knoppen + - van het toetsenpaneel of van de afstandsbediening kortstondig in te drukken. De snelheid van de blazer wordt ingesteld door de knoppen + of - van het besturingspaneel van de afstandsbediening in te drukken. Op het display verschijnt de code V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5. Als het apparaat in werking is, verschijnt op het display de ingestelde temperatuur. Functie F1 - Functie digitale thermometer Deze geeft de temperatuur in de cabine aan. Functie F2 - Tijdprogramma F2 programmeert het apparaat zodat deze na 1 tot 9 uur automatische uitschakelt. Druk op de knop On/off tot op het scherm F2, verschijnt om het apparaat te programmeren. Selecteer het aantal bedrijfsuren met de knoppen + On/off . 46 - en bevestig uw invoer met de knop COMPACT ® NL Functie F4 - Automatische werking van het apparaat Als F4 gekozen wordt, kan de gebruiker de comforttemperatuur instellen tussen 15ºC en 27ºC (59ºF tot 71ºF).
