Thank you for having chosen our AFX FOG MACHINE WITH DMX CONTROL. For your own safety, please read

this user manual carefully before installing the device.

SAFETY INTRODUCTION

• If the device has been exposed to temperature changes due to environmental changes, do not switch it on

immediately. The arising condensation could damage the device. Leave the device switched off until it has

reached room temperature.

• It is essential that the device is earthed. A qualified person must carry out the electric connection.

• Make sure that the available voltage is not higher than stated at the end of this manual.

• Make sure the power cord is never crimped or damaged. If it is damaged, ask your dealer or authorized agent to

replace the power cord.

• Always disconnect from the mains, when the device is not in use or before cleaning it. Only handle the power cord

by the plug. Never pull out the plug by tugging the power cord.

• During initial start-up, some smoke or smell may arise. This is normal and should decrease gradually.

• DISCONNECT DEVICE: Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the

disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

CAUTION:

1. Be very careful during installation. Since you will be working with a dangerous voltage you can suffer a

life-threatening electric shock when touching live wires.

2. Please be aware that damages caused by manual modifications to the device are not subject to warranty. Keep

away from children and non-professionals.

3. The Fog machine doesn’t include any spare parts for repair, please check if all the parts are well installed and

screws are fitted tightly before operating. Do not use the fog machine when the cover is open.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

• This device is only allowed to be operated with an alternating current of 220V-240VAC/60-50Hz and was

designed for indoor use only.

• Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when installing or operating it.

• Operate the device only after having familiarized yourself with its functions. Do not permit operation by person not

qualified for operating the device. Most damages are the result of unprofessional operation.

• Please use the original packaging if the device is to be transported.

• For safety reasons, please be aware that all modifications on the device are forbidden. Furthermore, any other

operation may lead to short-circuit, burns, electric shock, lamp explosion, crash, etc. If this device will be

operated in any way different to the one described in this manual, the product may suffer damages and the

warranty becomes void.

• When you use the fog machine on a wooden floor or ground with carpet, the machine should never be directly in

contact with the ground. The machine should keep a distance with the ground of 50cm at least. It’s not allowed to

put flammable and explosive objects within 5 meters

IMPORTANT NOTES

Before operation, please make sure the local mains power matches the rated input voltage. Please refer to the rating

label on the rear side of the unit.

Before filling the fog liquid, please unplug the unit from the mains.

In order to prevent short circuits, please don’t let fog liquid flow into the inner part of the machine before filling, you

can also take out the liquid bottle and fill in the fog liquid outside the unit.

The fog machine must be installed on the ground. It’s not allowed to slope the unit or place it upside down

After use, switch the fog machine off and unplug it from the mains

The fog machine isn’t waterproof. If moisture or fog liquid enters inside the machine, you must unplug it immediately

from the mains and contact your dealer.

It’s forbidden to spray directly towards persons. Keep far away from flammability and explosive objects

The fog spray is very hot, please keep a distance of at least 5 meters when using it

Please don’t touch the surface of the fog machine during the use because the housing will reach 40-80°C

When the machine doesn’t work, please check if the fuse is burnt out or not. If it is, replace it by an identical fuse,

find out the fault and restart the machine. But please note: the repair must be handled by professional.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Install the fog liquid

Unscrew the cap of the fog liquid bottle and fill the fog liquid. After filling, screw tight the cap of the fog liquid bottle to

avoid fog liquid leaking out.

Power Supply and Signal Cable Connection

1. Mains Power connection

The exclusive plug should be used between the connection of unit and power. Please ensure that the rated voltage

and frequency are accordance with the power supply. The required input voltage and frequency are: 220-240Vac –

50/60Hz

We suggest that every fog machine has an independent switch so that you can turn on or turn off the fog machine

randomly.

Note: the ground wire (yellow/green double-color wire) must be safely connected, the electronic installation must be

in accordance with the related standards

CAUTION: When installing the device, make sure there is no highly inflammable material within a distance of

min.5m!

2. Connection of Signal Cable

You can use the 3-pin XLR cable to connect the output socket of the master and the input socket of the slave unit.

Connect the DIGITAL OUT socket of the master and the IN socket of the slave unit, then, connect the OUT socket to

the IN socket of the next light. Ordinal to connect all units as below:

The connection between the output of master unit and the input of slave unit must be carried out by the 3-pin XLR

cable which is provided by the manufacturer. Connect the signal cable from the DMX output of the controller to the

input of the first master unit, then connect the DMX input of slave unit from the DMX output of the master unit, etc,

until you have connected all slaves. Insert the last connector to the input of the final light. (Note: the core diameter of

every cable should be 0.5mm at least, double core screened cable should be used).The signal connection must be

done via the supplied 3-pin XLR cable. Note: Make sure that the internal wires of the 3 pins XLR cable don’t touch

each other or the connector.

A DMX signal terminator is recommended on the output of the last unit of the chain. A DMX terminator is a XLR

connector with a 120Ω resistor between pin 2 and pin 3 of the XLR connector

DESCRIPTION

1) INTERVAL AND DURATION TIME CONTROL

These controls are used to adjust interval time and duration when you use the fog

machine in timer mode.

2) SMOKE OUTPUT CONTROL

This control is used to set the volume of fog when you use fog machine in CONT

mode

3) TIMER BUTTON

This button is used to select the timer mode. In this mode, fog machine run in

stand-alone mode. It sprays the fog with the value (interval and output time) you set

with interval and output time control buttons. When you push this button, the timer led

lights on. Push a second time this button to disable timer function

4) CONT BUTTON

This button is used to select CONT mode. In this mode, the fog machine sprays fog in continuous mode. The

volume of fog is set with the smoke output control (2). When you push this button, CONT led lights on. Push

another time this button to disable this function

5) MANUAL BUTTON

This button is used to select manual mode. Press this button to sprays 100% of volume all the time you hold the

button. When you release the button, the spray of fog stops.

OPERATION

1. Control panel operation

When you switch the power button to on, the fog machine will heat during 10 minutes. When the fog machine is

ready to spray, the green led of the wired remote control will light. So you can select one of the three operating

modes : Timer, Continuous or Manual ( see remote control description )

2. DMX Channel Table

To set DMX channel use, use the DIP switches. Check the following table to choose the good DMX address :

The following points have to be considered during the inspection:

All screws for installing the devices or parts of the device have to be tightly connected and must not be corroded.

There must not be any deformations on the housing, glass pane, fixations and installation spots.

The electric power supply cables must not show any damage, material fatigue or sediments. Further instructions

depending on the installation spot and usage have to be adhered to by a skilled installer and any safety problems

have to be removed.

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a moist, lint-free cloth. Never use alcohol or solvents.

CAUTION: Disconnect from mains before starting maintenance operation!

CLEANING AND USING FREQUENCY OF PRODUCT

Please clean the fog machine periodically in order to keep it in good condition.

1- The fog liquid should be clear and not polluted. The bottle cap should be screwed tightly after filling in of the fog

liquid.

2- When the fog machine worked 40 hours continuously, please use 80% of distilled water and 20% of white

vinegar to clean the impurities which accumulated inside the heating tube

3- Remove the nozzle before the fog machine is warming up. Use vinegar to clean it and keep clear

4- Pour out the fog liquid and fill the tank with the distilled water/vinegar mix as above. Switch on the power and the

machine will warm up.

5- Operate the fog machine at open place until the distilled water/vinegar mix has been used up. Fill the unit again

with fog liquid and operate it at an open place until the vinegar smell has disappeared.

6- Others instructions :

a. Fog machines may jam easily because of impurities in the fog liquid. Therefore, a periodical

maintenance will lengthen the life time of the machine.

b. Please use a dry cloth for cleaning, please keep clear the machine when you store it.

ce manuel avant d’installer l’appareil.

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE ET D’UTILISATION

• Si l’appareil a été exposé à des changements de température, ne le mettez pas immédiatement sous tension. La

condensation qui peut se produire, risque d’endommager les circuits. Attendez que l’appareil ait atteint la

température ambiante avant de le mettre sous tension.

• L’appareil fait partie de la classe de protection I. Il est donc primordial qu’il soit relié à la terre.

• Assurez-vous que la tension secteur ne dépasse pas celle indiquée à la fin de ce mode d’emploi.

• Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation n’est pas écrasé ou endommagé. Dans ce cas, demandez à votre

revendeur ou un technicien de remplacer le cordon.

• Débranchez toujours l‘appareil du secteur lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé ou avant de le nettoyer. Ne tirez que sur la

fiche, jamais sur le cordon.

• Lors de la première mise en service, une fumée ou une légère odeur peut se produire. Ceci est normal et cesse

après quelques instants.

• Lorsque le cordon d'alimentation ou un coupleur d'appareil est utilisé comme dispositif de déconnexion, ce

dispositif doit rester facilement accessible;

Si un interrupteur omnipolaire est utilisé comme dispositif de déconnexion, l'emplacement sur l'appareil et la

fonction de l'interrupteur doit être décrite, et le commutateur doit rester facilement accessible

ATTENTION :

1. Soyez très prudent lors de l’installation. Puisque vous travaillez avec des tensions dangereuses, vous pouvez

subir un choc électrique grave si vous touchez des fils nus sous tension.

2. Les dommages résultant du non respect des instructions ou de la modification de l’appareil ne sont pas couverts

par la garantie. Tenir loin des enfants et des personnes non-qualifiées.

3. L’appareil ne contient aucune pièce remplaçable. Vérifiez si toutes les pièces sont bien installées et que les vis

sont bien serrées avant la mise en service. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil lorsque le boîtier est ouvert.

REGLES GENERALES

• Cet appareil doit être alimenté uniquement en courant alternatif de 220-240Vac/50-60Hz et utilisé uniquement à

l’intérieur.

• Ne pas secouer l’appareil. Ne pas forcer pendant l’installation ou l’utilisation.

• Utilisez cet appareil uniquement si vous vous êtes familiarisés avec ses fonctions. Ne pas autoriser une personne

inexpérimentée d’utiliser cet appareil. La plupart des dommages résultent d’une mauvaise utilisation.

• Conservez l’emballage d’origine pour tout transport.

• Pour des raisons de sécurité, il est interdit de modifier cet appareil de quelque sorte que ce soit. Toute

manipulation non décrite dans ce manuel peut conduire à des courts-circuits, un choc électrique, une chute, etc.

et invaliderait la garantie.

• Si vous utilisez la machine à fumée sur du parquet ou sur un sol avec moquette, il est interdit que la machine à

fumée touche directement le sol. La machine doit conserver une distance par rapport au sol de 50cm minimum.

Respectez une distance de sécurité d’au moins 5m avec des matériaux ou objets inflammables.

IMPORTANT

Avant d’utiliser la machine, assurez-vous que la tension d’alimentation secteur est conforme à la tension

d’alimentation de la machine. Sur le panneau arrière se trouve tous les caractéristiques électriques de la machine à

fumée.

Avant de remplir le réservoir de liquide à fumée, débranchez le câble électrique de la machine à fumée

Pour éviter les court-circuits, ne faites pas couler de liquide à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Il est préférable de retirer le

réservoir puis de le remplir afin d’éviter toutes mauvaises manipulations.

La machine doit être installée sur une surface plane. Il n’est pas autorisé de l’installer en pente ou à l’envers

Eteignez et débranchez la machine après utilisation.

La machine à fumée n’est pas étanche. Si du liquide ou de l’humidité entre dans la machine, débranchez-la

immédiatement et appelez votre revendeur pour connaître la procédure.

Ne jamais vaporiser directement sur une personne. Maintenir la machine loin de produits inflammables ou explosifs.

La fumée peut être très chaude. Il est important de maintenir une distance de sécurité de 5m quand vous l’utilisez.

Ne touchez pas la surface de la machine pendant l’utilisation car le boîtier peut atteindre 40-80°C.

Si la machine ne fonctionne pas, vérifiez que le fusible ne soit pas brulé. Si c’est le cas, remplacez le par un fusible

de même valeur. Si le fusible saute une nouvelle fois ou si la machine ne fonctionne toujours pas, contactez votre

revendeur. N’essayez pas de réparer la machine vous-même.

INSTALLATION

Remplissage du réservoir

Dévissez le bouchon puis remplissez le réservoir. Une fois rempli, revissez le bouchon fermement pour que le

liquide à fumée ne sorte pas.

Connexion de l’alimentation et du câble signal

1. Connexion de l’alimentation secteur

Utilisez le cordon fourni pour brancher l’appareil sur le secteur. Assurez-vous que la tension et la fréquence du

secteur correspond à la tension et la fréquence d’alimentation de l’appareil, à savoir : 220Vac～50Hz. Chaque

appareil doit pouvoir être mis sous et hors tension individuellement.

2. Connexion du câble signal

La connexion entre la sortie du Maître et l’entrée de l‘Esclave se fait au moyen du cordon XLR à 3 broches fourni. La

sortie DMX de la console de commande doit être branchée sur l’entrée DMX du premier Maître. Branchez la sortie

DMX du Maître sur l’entrée DMX de l’Esclave et ainsi de suite jusqu’au dernier Esclave. Branchez une terminaison

sur la sortie du dernier appareil afin d’éviter des parasites. Cette résistance de fin de ligne consiste en une fiche XLR

qui comporte une résistance de 120Ω entre les broches 2 et 3.

Note: Utilisez du câble à double blindage. Le diamètre du conducteur de chaque câble doit être d’au moins 0,5mm.

DESCRIPTION

1) REGLAGE DUREE ET INTERVALLE PROJECTION

Ce réglage est utilisé pour ajuster la durée de projection et l’intervalle entre les

projections lorsque vous utilisez la machine en mode timer

2) REGLAGE VOLUME FUMEE (OUTPUT)

Ce réglage permet d’ajuster le volume de fumée projeté lorsque vous utilisez la

machine en mode continu.

3) BOUTON TIMER

Lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton TIMER, vous entrez dans le mode TIMER.

Dans ce mode, la machine fonctionne toute seule. La durée de projection ainsi

que l’intervalle entre les projections de fumée est ajusté à l’aide du bouton

“réglage durée et intervalle projection” (1). Lorsque vous appuyez sur ce bouton,

le voyant TIMER s’allume. Appuyez une seconde fois pour désactiver le mode TIMER.

4) BOUTON CONT

Lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton CONT, vous entrez dans le mode continue. Dans ce mode, la machine

à fumée projette de la fumée en continue. Le volume de fumée est ajusté à l’aide du bouton “réglage volume

fumée” (2). Lorsque vous appuyez sur ce bouton, le voyant CONT s’allume. Appuyez une seconde fois pour

désactiver la fonction.

5) BOUTON MANUEL

Lorsque vous appuyez sur ce bouton, vous projetez 100% de la fumée. La fumée est projetée tous le

temps où vous appuyez sur le bouton. Lorsque vous relachez le bouton, la fumée s’arrête.

UTILISATION

1. Mise en route

Lorsque vous allumez la machine à fumée, celle-ci va chauffer pendant 10 minutes environ. Au bout du temps de

chauffe, le voyant vert de la télécommande va s’allumer ce qui signifie que vous pouvez commencer à projeter la

fumée. Utilisez l’un des trois modes de fonctionnement : Timer, Continue ou manuel

Les points suivants doivent être vérifiés lors d’une inspection :

1) Toutes les vis utilisées pour l’installation et les composants de l’appareil doivent être fermement branchés et

exempts de corrosion.

2) Le boîtier, la vitre de protection, les fixations et le point d’installation ne doivent présenter aucune déformation.

3) Les cordons d’alimentation électrique ne doivent présenter aucun dommage, ni signes d’usure. L’installateur doit

respecter toutes les consignes de sécurité.

Nous recommandons un nettoyage fréquent de l’appareil. Utilisez un chiffon humide, non-pelucheux. Ne jamais

utiliser d’alcool et de solvants.

ATTENTION : Débrancher l’appareil du secteur avant d’effectuer des travaux de maintenance.

ENTRETIEN

Merci de nettoyer régulièrement la machine à fumée pour réduire le remplacement des composants ou le montant

des éventuelles réparations.

1- Le liquide à fumée doit être propre et non pollué. Le bouchon doit être fermement vissé après avoir rempli le

réservoir

2- Lorsque la machine a été utilisée pendant 40 heures continues, mélangez 80% d’eau distillé avec 20% de

vinaigre blanc pour nettoyer les impuretés qui se trouvent dans le corps de chauffe

3- Enlevez le bec avant que la machine ne chauffe. Utilisez du vinaigre pour le nettoyer.

4- Remplissez le réservoir du mélange eau distillée/vinaigre et faites fonctionner la machine à un endroit bien

ventilé jusqu’à ce que le réservoir soit vide.

5- Une fois nettoyé, remplissez le réservoir avec du liquide à fumée puis rallumez la machine.

6- Utilisez la machine à fumée dans un endroit ouvert jusqu’à ce que tout le liquide soit utilisé afin d’éviter les

odeurs de vinaigre.

7- Autres instructions

a. Toutes les machines à fumée peuvent être bouchées si le liquide à fumée est sale ou chaud. Un

nettoyage régulier est recommandé

b. Utilisez un chiffon doux pour nettoyer l’appareil

• Netztrennungsvorrichtungen

a) Wenn das Gerät über den Netzstecker ausgeschaltet wird, muss die Steckdose jederzeit leicht zugänglich

bleiben

b) Wenn das Gerät über einen Schalter ausgeschaltet wird, muss dieser klar gekennzeichnet und leicht

zugänglich sein.

VORSICHT:

1. Während der Montage besonders vorsichtig sein, denn Sie arbeiten mit hohen Spannungen, die einen

lebensbedrohlichen Stromschlag verursachen können.

2. Das Gerät darf nicht technisch verändert werden, denn dann erlischt jeglicher Garantieanspruch. Von Kindern

und Laien fernhalten.

3. Das Gerät enthält keine vom Bediener auswechselbaren Teile. Das Gerät nicht bei offenem Gehäuse betreiben.

ALLGEMEINE RICHTLINIEN

• Das Gerät darf nur mit 220-240V 50-60Hz Wechselstrom und in trockenen Innenräumen betrieben werden.

• Das Gerät darf nicht geschüttelt werden. Bei der Montage oder dem Betrieb keine Gewalt anwenden.

• Alle Personen, die mit der Bedienung, Installation und Wartung des Geräts zu tun haben, müssen ausgebildet

und qualifiziert sein und diese Bedienungshinweise beachten.

• Das Gerät vorzugsweise in der Originalverpackung transportieren.

• Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind Veränderungen jeglicher Art verboten. Zudem kann falsche Bedienung zu

Kurzschluss, Verbrennungen, Stromschlag, usw. führen. Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch verfällt der

Garantieanspruch.

• Wenn die Nebelmaschine auf einem Holz- oder Teppichboden benutzt wird, darf sie nie direkt mit dem Boden in

Berührung kommen. Es muss ein Mindestabstand von 50cm zum Boden eingehalten werden. Es dürfen sich

keine entzündlichen oder brennbaren Gegenstände in einem Umkreis von 5m befinden.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

Vor Inbetriebnahme prüfen, ob die Netzspannung der Betriebsspannung des Geräts entspricht. Siehe dazu das

Schild auf der Rückseite des Geräts.

Vor dem Füllen des Tanks das Gerät vom Netz trennen.

Um Kurzschluss zu vermeiden, darf kein Nebelöl ins Gerät dringen. Es ist am sichersten, den Tankbehälter aus dem

Gerät zu nehmen und das Nebelöl außerhalb des Geräts einzufüllen

Das Gerät muss auf dem Boden aufgestellt werden. Das Gerät darf weder geneigt noch kopfüber aufgestellt

werden.

Nach Gebrauch das Gerät ausschalten und vom Netz trennen.

Das Gerät ist nicht wasserdicht. Wenn Feuchtigkeit oder Nebelöl ins Gerät dringen, muss es sofort vom Netz

getrennt werden. Fragen Sie Ihren Fachhändler um Rat, bevor Sie das Gerät erneut benutzen.

Es ist verboten, den Nebel direkt auf Menschen zu richten. Von entzündlichen und brennbaren Gegenständen

fernhalten. Der Nebel ist sehr heiß. Bitte beachten Sie einen Mindestabstand von 5m zu Menschen und

Gegenständen, wenn das Gerät in Betrieb ist.

Während des Betriebs nicht das Gehäuse berühren. Es wird sehr heiß und kann zwischen 40-80°C erreichen.

Falls die Maschine nicht funktioniert, prüfen Sie den Zustand der Sicherung. Wenn sie defekt ist, muss sie durch

eine identische ersetzt werden. Finden Sie den Betriebsfehler heraus und starten Sie die Maschine erneut.

Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem Fachmann vorgenommen werden.

Einfüllen des Nebelöls

Anschluss des Netz- und Signalkabels

1. Anschluss des Netzkabels

Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem mitgelieferten Netzkabel ans Netz an. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung

und –frequenz, der Betriebsspannung und –frequenz des Geräts entspricht, d.h. 220-240V AC / 50-60Hz. Es ist

empfehlenswert, jedes Gerät einzeln ein- und ausschalten zu können.

Hinweis: Der Erdleiter (gelb-grüner Leiter) muss fest an die elektrische Anlage angeschlossen werden. Diese muss

den geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften entsprechen.

2. Anschluss des Signalkabels

Der Anschluss zwischen dem Master-Ausgang und dem Slave-Eingang erfolgt über ein 3-pol. XLR Kabel. Der

Ausgang der DMX Konsole muss an den Eingang des ersten Master-Geräts angeschlossen werden. Der Ausgang

des Master-Geräts wird an den Eingang des ersten Slave-Geräts angeschlossen usw. An den Ausgang des letzten

Slave-Geräts muss ein Endwiderstand angeschlossen werden, um Störungen zu verhindern. Dieser Endwiderstand

besteht aus einem XLR Stecker, der einen 120Ω Widerstand zwischen Pin 2 und 3 besitzt.

Hinweis: Der Durchmesser der Leiter jedes Kabels muss mindestens 0,5mm betragen. Benutzen Sie ein Kabel mit

einzeln abgeschirmten Adern.

Hinweis: Darauf achten, dass sich die inneren Drähte des 3-pol. XLR Kabels nicht untereinander bzw. einen

anderen Verbinder berühren.

Es wird empfohlen, einen DMX Abschlusswiderstand an den Ausgang des letzten Geräts der Kette anzuschließen.

Ein Abschlusswiderstand ist ein XLR Verbinder mit einem 120Ω Widerstand zwischen Stift 2 und 3 des XLR

Verbinders.

BESCHREIBUNG

1) INTERVALL & SPÜHZEITREGLER

Zur Einstellung der Zeitabstände und Sprühdauer im Timerbetrieb.

2) NEBELVOLUMENREGLER

Zur Einstellung des Nebelvolumens im CONT Betrieb

3) TIMER TASTE

Wählt die Timer Betriebsart. In dieser Betriebsart läuft die Maschine selbsttätig und sprüht den Nebel in den mit

dem Regler 1 eingestellten Zeitabständen. Wenn diese Betriebsart aktiviert ist, leuchtet die Timer LED. Erneut

drücken, um die Betriebsart zu verlassen.

4) CONT TASTE

Wählt die CONT Betriebsart. In dieser Betriebsart sprüht die Maschine ständig Nebel. Das Nebelvolumen wird

mit dem Volumenregler (2) eingestellt. Wenn diese Taste gedrückt ist, leuchte die CONT LED. Erneut drücken,

um die Funktion zu verlassen.

5) MANUAL TASTE

Wählt die manuelle Betriebsart. Solange die Taste gedrückt wird, sprüht das Gerät 100% Nebel. Taste loslassen

und der Nebelaustritt stoppt.

BEDIENUNG

1. Bedienung über das Schaltfeld

Nach dem Einschalten heizt die Maschine 10 Minuten lang auf. Wenn die Maschine betriebsbereit ist, leuchtet die

grüne LED auf der Fernbedienung. Sie können eine der drei Betriebsarten wählen: Timer, Continuous oder Manual

REINIGUNG

Gerät bitte regelmäßig reinigen, um es in gutem Betriebszustand zu halten.

1- Das Nebelöl muss klar sauber sein. Nach Füllen des Tanks die Nebelölflasche wieder gut verschließen.

Nach 40 Betriebsstunden 80% destilliertes Wasser und 20% weißen Essig vermischen, um die Rohre zu

reinigen.

2- Vor dem Aufheizen der Maschine die Düse abmontieren. Mit Essig reinigen und klarem Wasser ausspülen. .

3- Restlichen Tankinhalt leeren und den Tank mit dem Wasser/Essiggemisch füllen. Gerät einschalten und

aufheizen lassen.

4- Die Nebelmaschine in einem offenen Raum betreiben bis das Wasser-Essiggemisch ganz verbraucht ist. Erneut

den Tank mit Nebelöl füllen und in einem offenen Raum betreiben, bis der Essiggeruch verschwunden ist.

5- Weitere Anweisungen :

a. Nebelmaschinen können leicht verstopfen. Deshalb verlängert regelässiges Reinigen die

Betriebsdauer.

b. Zum Reinigen ein trockenes Tuch benutzen.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

• Sluit nooit het apparaat direct na de overdracht van een koude naar een warme kamer. Het condenswater dat

hierbij gevormd wordt kan een elektrische schok veroorzaken. Laat het apparaat eerst op kamertemperatuur

komen voordat u het aansluit.

• Wees zeker dat de voedingsspanning niet hoger is dan de spanning die aan het eind van de handleiding vermeld

is.

• Let op dat het netsnoer nooit beschadigd of geklemd is. Indien het beschadigd is laat hem door uw dealer of een

ervarene technicus vervangen.

• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact indien het toestel niet gebruikt wordt of alvorens U het toestel reinigt. Trek de

stekker alleen uit het stopcontact via het ervoor bepaalde oppervlak. Niet aan het kabel trekken.

• ONTKOPPELING VAN HET NET: Indien het toestel via het stopcontact wordt uitgeschakeld, moet de contactdoos

altijd makkelijk bereikbaar zijn.

LET OP

1. Wees voorzichtig bij de installatie. Omdat u met gevaarlijke spanningen werkt kunt u een schok lijden indien u

onder spanning staande draden aanraakt.

2. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel of schade aan eigendommen veroorzaakt door ondeskundig

gebruik of niet naleving van de veiligheidsinstructies. Elke aanspraak op garantie vervalt in dergelijke gevallen.

4. Het toestel omvat geen onderdelen die kunnen worden gerepareerd. Controleer of alle delen juist geïnstalleerd

zijn et vast zitten alvorens U het toestel gebruikt. Nooit het toestel gebruiken wanneer de behuizing open is.

ALGEMENE RICHTLIJNEN

• Deze toestel moet alleen met 110-220Vac 50/60Hz wisselstroom worden gevoed. Allen voor gebruik binnenshuis.

• Niet het toestel schudden. Geen overmatige kracht bij de installatie of de bediening gebruiken.

• Het apparaat mag niet worden blootgesteld aan overmatige hitte, vochtigheid of stof. De minimale afstand tussen

het apparaat en het muur moet meer dan 1m bedragen.

• Gebruik het toestel alleen nadat u zijn functies kent. Alle personen die dit apparaat gebruiken, installeren of

onderhouden moeten gekwalificeerd zijn en deze gebruiksaanwijzing naleven.

• Transporteer het toestel altijd in zijn originele verpakking.

• Voor veiligheidsreden zijn wijzigingen van het toestel niet toegestaan. Ondeskundige bediening kan kortsluitingen,

brandwonden, elektrische schokken, enz. veroorzaken. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel of

schade aan eigendommen veroorzaakt door ondeskundig gebruik of niet naleving van de veiligheidsinstructies.

Elke aanspraak op garantie vervalt in dergelijke gevallen.

• Indien u de rookmachine op een houten vloer of een tapijt gebruikt, wees zeker dat de machine nooit direct in

contact met de vloer komt. Laat een afstand van tenminste 50cm boven de vloer. Plaats geen brandbare of

explosieve voorwerpen in een afstand van 5 meters.

WAARSCHUWINGEN

Alvorens u het toestel gebruikt wees zeker dat de lichtnetspanning met de voedingsspanning van de machine

voldoet. Zie het etiket op de achterkant van het toestel.

Verwijder het stopcontact alvorens U rookfluid in de tank vult.

Om kortsluiting te vermijden laat geen rookvloeistof binnen de behuizing dringen. U kunt ook de tank verwijderen en

de vloeistof buiten de behuizing ingieten. Plaats de machine op een horizontale vlakke en hel ze niet of houd ze op

haar kop.

Naar gebruik stekker uittrekken

De machine is niet waterdicht. Indien vochtigheid, water of rookvloeistof binnen de behuizing dringt, schakel het

toestel uit en neem direct contact met uw dealer op.

Nooit direct op mensen spuiten. Uit de buurt van vuur houden.

De temperatuur van de rook is erg heet(40

C-80

C). Laat een afstand van tenminste 5m tussen de machine en

andere materialen

Het toestel bevat geen van de gebruiker wisselbare onderdelen. Laat alle reparaties van een ervaren technicus

doorvoeren.

Aansluiting van de netkabel en signaalkabel

1. Aansluiting van de netkabel

Gebruik de meegeleverde kabel om het toestel aan het lichtnet aan te sluiten. Controleer dat de spanning van uw

lichtnet met de ingangsspanning van het toestel overeenkomt. Het toestel benodigd een aansluitspanning van

220-240Vac 50/60Hz wisselspanning. Iedere unit heeft haar eigen netschakelaar zodat u iedere unit separaat kunt

aan en uitschakelen.

Opmerking: De aarde draad (groen-geel) moet zeker worden aangesloten. De elektrische installatie moet met de

geldende richtlijnen overeenkomen

LET OP: Laat tenminste 5m afstand tussen de machine en licht ontvlambare voorwerpen!

2. Aansluiting van de signaalkabel

Gebruik een 3-pin XLR kabel om de uitgangsconnector van de DMX controller op de ingang van het lichteffect aan

te sluiten. Sluit de DIGITAL OUT connector van het lichteffect op de IN connector van het volgende apparaat aan,

enz. tot het laatste toestel:

De kabel tussen de uitgang van de DMX controller en de ingang van de eerste lichteffect word meegeleverd. De

doorsnede van de kabel moet tenminste 0,5mm bedragen. Gebruik kabel met individuele afscherming van iedere

ader.

Een DMX signaal afsluitweerstand moet aan de uitgang van het laatste toestel aangesloten worden. Een DMX

afsluitweerstand is een XLR connector met een 120 ohm weerstand tussen pin 2 et 3.

BESCHRIJVING

1) INTERVAL EN DURATION TIIJDREGELAAR

In programmeermodus wordt met deze regelaar de intervaltijd en de werkingsduur

ingesteld.

2) ROOKVOLUME REGELAAR

In CONT modus wordt met deze regelaar het rookvolume ingesteld.

3. TIMER TOETS

Kiest de timer modus. In deze modus werkt de machine automatisch. Ze spuit rook met

het interval en duur die u met te regelaars 1 en 2 ingesteld hebt. Indien u deze toets

drukt licht the timer led op. Druk een tweede keer om de timer functie te deactiveren.

4. CONT TOETS

Kiest de CONT modus. In deze modus spuit de machine continu rook. Het volume wordt

d.m.v. de rookvolumecontrole (2) ingesteld. Indien u deze knop drukt licht de CONT led

op. Druk opnieuw om deze functie te deactiveren.

5. MANUAL TOETS

Kiest de handmatige modus. Druk de toets in en de machine spuit 100% rook zolang u de toets ingedrukt houd.

Als u de toets loslaat, stopt de rook.

BEDIENING

1. Bediening via de controlepaneel

Schakel het toestel in en de rookmachine warmt tijdens 10 minuten op. Indien de machine klaar te spuiten is licht de

groen led op de afstandsbediening op. Kies één van de 3 werkingsmodi: Timer, Continuous of Manual (zie

beschrijving van de afstandsbediening )

2. DMX kanaal tabel

Voor DMX modus zet de juiste adres dmv de DIP schakelaars:

CLEANING AND USING FREQUENCY OF PRODUCT

Reinig de rookmachine om beschadiging van onderdelen te vermijden.

1- Gebruik alleen zuivere rook vloeistof. Sluit de vloeistoffles goed naar gebruik.

2- Na ca. 40 uren gebruik, reinig de nozzle met 80% destilleerde water en 20% azijn. Verwijder de nozzle avlorens

de machine opwarmd.

3- Giet de rookvloeistof uit en vul de tank met de mengsel van destilleerde water en azijn. Schakel de machine in.

4- Gebruik de rookmachine in een opene ruimte totdat de tank leeg is. Vul de machine opnieuw met rookvloeistof

en gebruik de machine totdat de azijngeur verdwijnt.

5- Andere instructies :

a. Rookmachines kunnen licht door vervuilingen in de vloeistof verstoppen. Reinig het toesel regelmatig

om de leeftijd van de machine te verlengen.

b. Reinig de machine met een droge doek.
