Welkom bij T-Mobile
Hartelijk dank dat je hebt gekozen voor T-Mobile PrePaid.
Met T-Mobile PrePaid bel je altijd voordelig, zonder dat je vastzit aan een
abonnement. Je betaalt dus alleen voor wat je gebruikt. En je kiest zelf een
tarief dat het beste bij je past. Zo weet je altijd precies waar je aan toe bent.
Natuurlijk profi teer je met T-Mobile PrePaid ook van veel andere voordelen.
Zo kun je gratis punten sparen voor meer beltegoed. En je kunt heel
eenvoudig je beltegoed opvragen en opwaarderen, overal en altijd.

Direct bellen met T-Mobile PrePaid.
1. Druk de simkaart voorzichtig uit de kaart en plaats hem in je telefoon.
2. Zet je telefoon aan (zorg ervoor dat de batterij is opgeladen).
3. Toets de pincode in. Deze vind je bij de simkaart.
Je telefoon is nu klaar voor gebruik.
Let op:
Bewaar de pincode goed. Bewaar ook de bijgeleverde pukcode goed.
Die heb je namelijk nodig als je je pincode bent vergeten, of als je deze
3 keer verkeerd hebt ingetoetst.
Je kunt ook zelf een pincode kiezen en instellen. Je doet dat via het menu
van je mobiele telefoon.
Is je telefoon geschikt voor internet en/of mms? Dan krijg je automatisch
een sms’je met de instellingen. Als je deze opslaat, is je toestel ook klaar
voor internet en mms.

Kies een tarief dat bij je past
Met T-Mobile PrePaid bel je automatisch met Prepaid Standaard, maar je kunt
het tarief altijd wijzigen. Dat kan één keer per maand via My T-Mobile of door
een gratis sms te sturen naar 1414 met daarin de naam van het tariefplan (b.v.
Prepaid Bonus Sms). Sms je graag en veel? Kies dan voor Bonus Sms. Als je
met minimaal € 10,- opwaardeert, krijg je de volgende maand namelijk 300
sms’jes gratis. Wil je gedurende de maand weten hoeveel van je gratis sms’jes
nog hebt ? Bel gratis naar 1348 en je krijgt via sms een statusoverzicht.
Beltegoed opvragen.
Wil je weten hoeveel beltegoed je nog hebt? Bel dan gratis naar 1244.
Als je beltegoed op is, kun je in Nederland wel gebeld worden.
Beltegoed opvragen in het buitenland.
Om je beltegoed in het buitenland op te vragen, bel je 1344. Je ontvangt
dan een sms’je met je actuele beltegoed.

Beltegoed opwaarderen.
Met T-Mobile PrePaid kun je op verschillende manieren je beltegoed
opwaarderen, bijvoorbeeld via internet of met een opwaardeerkaart.
Opwaarderen met opwaardeerkaarten.
Je kunt je beltegoed opwaarderen met een opwaardeerkaart van
T-Mobile. Je kunt deze kopen bij veel verschillende verkooppunten
zoals de T-Mobile Shops, telecomwinkels, supermarkten en drogisterijen.
Bel gratis naar 1244 en volg de instructies hoe je kunt opwaarderen.
Online Opwaarderen.
Met Online Opwaarderen kun je gemakkelijk en veilig je beltegoed
opwaarderen via www.t-mobile.nl/opwaarderen. Omdat je met iDeal betaalt,
wordt het opwaardeerbedrag direct bij je beltegoed bijgeschreven.

Geldigheid beltegoed.
Elke keer dat je actief gebruikmaakt van je T-Mobile simkaart, verlengt T-Mobile
de geldigheidsduur van je beltegoed met zes maanden. Onder ‘actief gebruik’
vallen alle inkomende en uitgaande gesprekken, sms-berichten, opwaarderen
en internet.
Mobiel internet op uw mobiele telefoon.
Even je mail lezen in de trein, even het laatste nieuws checken: met
preppaid mobiel internet van T-Mobile heb je het hele internet op je mobiele
telefoon, met een downloadsnelheid tot 384 Kb per seconde. En je betaalt
nooit meer dan € 2,50 per dag. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent.

Alles in eigen hand met My T-Mobile.
My T-Mobile is je eigen, beveiligde pagina op www.t-mobile.nl. Hier kun je
je telefooninstellingen wijzigen, je beltegoed bekijken, producten en
diensten aanvragen en nog veel meer. Je krijgt toegang tot My T-Mobile met
je eigen gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Je kunt je eenvoudig aanmelden
via www.t-mobile.nl/my
Gratis beltegoed met T-Mobile Speciaal.
Met T-Mobile Speciaal spaar je automatisch voor beltegoed, leuke cadeaus of
gadgets. Voor elke euro die je opwaardeert, ontvang je een spaarpunt.
Meld je gratis aan via My T-Mobile op www.t-mobile.nl/speciaal en ontvang je
eerste spaarpunten, die je kunt inwisselen voor gratis beltegoed.

T-Mobile Voicemail.
Ben je even niet bereikbaar? Dan worden gesprekken automatisch doorge-
schakeld naar je voicemail. Als iemand je voicemail heeft ingesproken, dan
ontvang je daarvan een sms’je. Je kunt je berichten beluisteren door te bellen
naar 1233. Daar kun je ook je welkomstboodschap inspreken of andere
voicemailinstellingen aanpassen.
T-Mobile Klantenservice.

Verlies of diefstal.
Is je telefoon of simkaart kwijt of gestolen? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact
op met T-Mobile Klantenservice via +31 6 2400 1200 (voor het actuele
klantenservice tarief, zie website). Je simkaart wordt dan onmiddellijk
geblokkeerd. Bij verlies of diefstal is T-Mobile Klantenservice 24 uur per dag
bereikbaar.

T-Mobile PrePaid allows you to make low cost calls, without being stuck to a
contract. You only pay for what use and you choose a tariff that suits you best.
That way you will always know exactly how things stand.
Of course, T-Mobile PrePaid also offers you all kinds of other benefi ts. For
example, you can save free points for more calling credit, and you can very
simply check and top up your calling credit anywhere and anytime you want.

Getting started with T-Mobile PrePaid.
1. Carefully place the SIM card in your phone.
2. Switch on your phone (make sure the battery is fully charged).
3. Enter the PIN code, which comes with the SIM card.
Your mobile phone is now ready to use.
NB:
Keep your PIN code in a safe place. You should also keep the PUK code in a
safe place, as you will need this if you have forgotten your PIN code or have
entered the wrong PIN code three times.
You can change your PIN code via the menu on your mobile phone.
If your phone is Internet and/or MMS enabled, you will automatically receive
the correct settings by SMS. If you save these settings, your phone is also
ready for Internet and MMS use.

Choose a tariff that suits you best
T-Mobile PrePaid means you automatically call with Prepaid Standard, but you can
always change the tariff. You can do so once a month via My T-Mobile or by sending
a free text message to 1414, stating the name of the tariff plan (e.g. Prepaid Bonus
SMS). If you are a keen text messager, you should opt for Bonus SMS. If you then top
up by at least € 10.00, you will get 300 free text messages in the following month.
If you want to know how many free text messages you have left in the month, call
1348 free of charge and you will be sent a text message showing a status overview.
Checking calling credit balance.
You can check your balance at anytime by calling 1244. If you are out of credit,
you will still be able to receive calls within The Netherlands.
Check calling credit balance while abroad.
You can check your balance abroad, by calling 1344. The call will be
disconnected and you will receive an SMS message with your current balance.

Topping up calling credit.
You can top up your T-Mobile PrePaid calling credit in various ways.
You can top up online or use a top up voucher, for instance.
Topping up using a voucher.
You can top up your balance using a T-Mobile voucher which you can buy
at many different retail outlets such as T-Mobile Shops, telecom shops,
supermarkets and drugstores. Call 1244 free of charge and follow the
instructions on how to top up using the code on the voucher.
Online top-up.
Online top-up allows you to top up both easily and safely via
www.t-mobile.nl/Opwaarderen

Call credit validity.
Every time you use your T-Mobile PrePaid sim card ‘actively’, T-Mobile
extends the validity of your call credit balance with six months. ‘Active usage’
means all incoming and outgoing calls, outgoing text messages, internet
usage and top ups.
Internet on your mobile phone.
Prepaid mobile Internet from T-Mobile gives you the whole Internet on your
mobile phone, with a download speed of up to 384 Kb per second. It is ideal
for checking your mail while in the train, or for catching up on the latest news.
The great thing is you never pay more than € 2.50 per day. That way you once
again know exactly how things stand.

Full control with My T-Mobile.
My T-Mobile is your own secure page at www.t-mobile.nl. It is where you can
change your phone settings, check your calling credit, request products and
services and a whole lot more besides. You can access My T-Mobile using your
own user name and password. Registering is easy via www.t-mobile.nl/my
Free calling credit with T-Mobile Speciaal.
With T-Mobile Speciaal you can automatically save for extra calling credit, lovely
gifts and gadgets. You will receive one credit for every euro you top up. Why
not register via My T-Mobile at www.t-mobile.nl/speciaal, free of charge, and
receive your fi rst credits, which you can exchange for free calling credit.

T-Mobile Voicemail.
If you can’t take any calls, your calls will automatically be forwarded to your
voicemail. If someone has left you a message, you will receive an SMS to tell you
about this. You can access your voicemail by dialling 1233. You can also record
a welcome message or personalize your voicemail settings via this number.
T-Mobile Customer Service.
If you would like to fi nd out more about T-Mobile PrePaid or have any other

Service. T-Mobile Customer can be contacted by dialling 1200 on your mobile.

Loss or theft.
If your mobile Phone or SIM card has been lost or stolen, please contact
T-Mobile Customer Service as quickly as possible on +31 6 2400 1200
(please visit our website, for the latest Customer Service tariff).
Your SIM card will be blocked immediately. T-Mobile Customer Service can be
contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of a loss or theft.
As you are paying by means of iDeal, the top up amount will be added to your
balance straightaway.
Calling credit validity.
Each time you actively use your T-Mobile PrePaid SIM card, T-Mobile will
extend the validity of your calling credit balance by six months. ‘Active use’
refers to all incoming and outgoing calls, SMS messages, Internet use and
top ups.
