Always connect this product to a grounded circuit to avoid the risk of electrocution.
• Always disconnect from the power source before cleaning this product.
• Never disconnect this product from power cord by pulling or tugging on the cord.
• If mounting this product overhead, always secure it to a fastening device using a safety cable.
• Do not mount this product on or near a flammable surface.
• Never aim the cannon at people or animals.
• Never look directly into the cannon.
• Make sure the voltage of the outlet to which you are connecting is within the range stated
on the decal or rear panel of the product.
• This product is for indoor use only! (IP20) To prevent risk of fire or shock, do not expose
this product to rain or moisture.
• Always install this product in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 20 in (50 cm)
from adjacent surfaces.
• Be sure that no ventilation slots on the unit’s housing are blocked.
• Do not intentionally obstruct the air vents or leave machine unattended.
• Never connect this product to a dimmer.
• Never carry this product from the power cord.
• The maximum ambient temperature is 104 °F (40 °C). Do not operate this product at higher
temperatures.
• In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using the unit immediately.
• Never try to repair this product. Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians can lead to
damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center.
• To eliminate unnecessary wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of non-use
completely disconnect the product from the power via the breaker or by unplugging it.

To Begin
Carefully unpack the Funfetti Shot
and check that all the parts are in the
package, and are in good condition.
If the box, or any of the contents, appear damaged from shipping, or show
signs of mishandling, save all packaging and file a claim with the carrier
immediately. Do not notify Chauvet
. Failure to report damage to the carrier
immediately, or failure to have all packaging available for inspection, could
invalidate your claim.
For other issues, such as missing components or parts, damage not related to
shipping, or concealed damage, file a claim with Chauvet
within 7 days of

Description
The Funfetti Shot is an electric confetti launcher, perfect for concerts,
parties, or special events.
Featuring DMX or wireless remote control, this
simple to set up launcher requires no CO
2
and comes with a double-
bracketed yoke for easy floor standing or hanging. Fits nicely in the CHS-

VIP Gear Bag by Chauvet.

Mounting
Before mounting this product, read the Safety Notes. Place launcher
on a flat,
level surface using the double brackets provided
or use a clamp to mount to
truss systems (such as TRUSST). Always use at least one safety cable
to
secure to rigging.
Ensure that the launcher is not shooting directly into anyone’s face or
above heavy traffic areas.
Mounting Diagram
When mounting overhead, be sure to point Funfetti Shot
at an upward
angle to keep the confetti from pouring out prior to launching.
AC Power
This product has a voltage-specific power supply that can work with an input
voltage of 120 VAC, 60 Hz or 230 VAC, 50 Hz.
To eliminate unnecessary wear and improve its lifespan, during periods
of non-
use completely disconnect the product via breaker or by
unplugging it.
Fuse Replacement
1. Disconnect the product from power.
2. Wedge the tip of a flat-head screwdriver into the slot of the fuse holder.
3. Pry the safety cap out of the housing.
4. Remove the blown fuse from the clip on the front of the safety cap and
replace with a fuse of the exact same type and rating.
5. Re-insert the fuse holder and reconnect power.
Disconnect the product from power before replacing the fuse.

Operation
1. Fill the main tube with Funfetti Shot refills (FRC, FRM, and FRU, sold
separately).
Note: The use of CHAUVET Funfetti Shot refills, specially
manufactured for use with Funfetti Shot launchers, is
recommended. The standard tank capacity is: 0.5 lb (0.25 kg) for
FRC and FRU;
1 lb (0.45 kg) for FRM.
2. Plug into a suitable power outlet.
3. Turn on the Funfetti Shot by one of the following:
• Pressing the <MENU> and <ENTER> buttons at the same time.
• Using DMX activation.
• Pressing the button assigned to CH-1 on the FC-W wireless remote
control.
Note: To refill the Funfetti Shot launcher, turn off the launcher and
add more Funfetti Shot refills to the main tube.
Control from the
Display
Press the <MENU> and <ENTER> buttons at the same time
. This will
activate the Funfetti Shot blower fan immediately. Press buttons again
to shut
off.
• The display will show d 1 while in this standalone mode.
• Set your DMX before loading Funfetti Shot refills.
• The fan will blast confetti up to 30 ft (9 m) and run for 25 seconds.
FC-W Wireless
Remote Control
To trigger the Funfetti Shot using the FC-W wireless remote control,
plug in
the product and do the following:
1. Plug the wireless receiver into the Wireless Remote
port on the side of the
Funfetti Shot.
2. On the wireless transmitter, press the button assigned to CH-1 (1–4) and
the Funfetti Shot fan turns on.

To ensure full access to all channels in each DMX mode, the highest
recommended DMX address for this product is 512.

Para Empezar
Desembale el Funfetti Shot

Montaje
Antes de montar este producto, lea las Notas de Seguridad. Coloque el
lanzador en una superficie plana y nivelada usando los soportes dobles

Funcionamiento
1. Llene el tubo principal con relleno Funfetti Shot (FRC, FRM y FRU,

Description
Le Funfetti Shot est un lanceur de confettis électrique, idéal pour les
concerts, les fêtes ou les événements spéciaux. Pouvant être contrôlé par
DMX ou par télécommande sans fil, ce lanceur est très facile à installer et ne
nécessite pas de CO
2
. Il est livré avec un étrier à double-
crochet pour une
installation aisée au sol ou suspendu. Il est recommandé d'utiliser le sac de
transport CHS-50 VIP fabriqué par Chauvet.

Installation
Avant de monter cet appareil, lisez les Consignes de Sécurité
. Vous pouvez
installer le lanceur sur une surface plane et à niveau en utilisant l'étrier à
double crochet inclus ou bien vous pouvez utiliser une pince pour
installer le
lanceur sur des structures truss (telle que TRUSST)
. Utilisez toujours au
moins un câble de sécurité pour sécuriser au point d'attache.
Assurez-vous que le lanceur ne puisse pas lancer des confettis
directement vers le visage d'une personne ou au-
dessus de zones de
circulation intense.

Lors d'une installation en hauteur, assurez-vous de positionner le
Funfetti Shot
dans un angle orienté vers le haut pour éviter que les
confettis ne se déversent avant d'être projetés.
Alimentation CA
Ce produit dispose d'une alimentation spécifique à la tension qui peut
fonctionner avec une tension d'entrée de 120 VAC, 60 Hz ou 230 V, 50 Hz.
Durant les périodes de non-utilisation, pour éviter tout usure inutile et
pour prolonger la durée de vie, éteignez complètement l'appareil en le
débranchant ou en coupant le disjoncteur.

2. Insérez la pointe d'un tournevis à tête plate dans la fente de la porte-

3. Retirez le fusible grillé.
4. Remplacez-le par un fusible de même type.

Débranchez l'appareil avant de changer le fusible.

Utilisation
1. Remplissez le tube principal avec des recharges Funfetti Shot (FRC,
FRM et FRU, vendues séparément).
Remarque : Il est recommandé d'utiliser les recharges Funfetti Shot
,
spécialement fabriquées par CHAUVET pour l'utilisation avec les
lanceurs Funfetti Shot. La capacité standard du réservoir est de :
0,25 kg (0,5 lb) avec FRC et FRM ; 0,45 kg (1 lb) avec FRM.
2. Brancher sur une prise murale appropriée.
3. Vous pouvez met en marche le Funfetti Shot par une des opérations
suivantes :
• en appuyant simultanément sur les boutons <MENU> et
<ENTER>,
• par activation DMX,
• ou en pressant le bouton affecté à CH-1 sur la FC-W
télécommande sans fil.
Remarque : Pour remplir le lanceur Funfetti Shot, éteignez
l'appareil et ajoutez des recharges Funfetti Shot dans le tube
principal.

Lesen Sie vor der Montage dieses Geräts in jedem Fall die

Montageansicht
Richten Sie die Funfetti Shot bei einer Montage des Geräts über Kopf
immer nach oben aus, damit das Konfetti nicht vor dem Start der
Maschine herausfällt.
Wechselstrom
Dieses Produkt hat eine Spannung spezifische Stromversorgung, die mit einer
Eingangsspannung von 120 V AC, 60 Hz oder 230 V AC, 50 Hz arbeiten.
Um unnötigen Verschleiß zu vermeiden und die Lebensdauer des Geräts

5. Schrauben Sie die Abdeckung der Sicherung wieder ein, und schließen

Betrieb
1. Füllen Sie das Hauptrohr mit Funfetti Shot Refills (FRC, FRM und FRU
sind separat erhältlich).
Hinweis: Es wird empfohlen, die CHAUVET Funfetti Shot Refills zu
verwenden, die speziell für Funfetti Shot-Geräte hergestellt werden.
Die Kapazität des Standardbehälters beträgt: 0,25 kg für FRC und
FRU; 0,45 kg für FRM.
2. Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine passende Wandsteckdose an.
3. Schalten Sie die Funfetti Shot ein der folgenden:
• Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die Tasten <MENU> und <ENTER>.
• Verwendung der DMX-Aktivierung.
• Drücken Sie die CH-1 zugeordnete Taste auf der drahtlosen FC-W
Fernbedienung.
Hinweis: Zum Füllen des Funfetti-Geräts schalten Sie das Gerät aus
und füllen mehr Funfetti Shot Refills in das Hauptrohr.

Zum Abschalten drücken Sie

• Die Anzeige zeigt während des Stand-alone-Modus "d 1" an.
• Stellen Sie Ihr DMX ein, bevor Sie die Funfetti Shot Refills laden.
• Der Ventilator bläst das Konfetti bis zu 9 m weit und läuft maximal
25 Sekunden.

Um die Funfetti Shot mit der drahtlosen FC-W
Fernbedienung zu betreiben,
stecken Sie das Gerät an und gehen wie folgt vor:
1. Verbinden Sie den drahtlosen Empfänger mit dem Anschluss für die
drahtlose Fernbedienung (Remote Control Receiver) seitlich an der
Funfetti Shot.
2. Drücken Sie am drahtlosen Sender die Taste, die CH-1 (1–4) zugeordnet
ist und der Ventilator der Funfetti Shot wird eingeschaltet.

Vista d'Insieme
Montaggio
Prima di montare l'unità, leggere le Note di Sicurezza. Posizionare il
lanciatore su una superficie in piano utilizzando la doppia staffa fornita o
utilizzare un morsetto per il montaggio su sistemi a traliccio
(quale il
TRUSST). Per l'installazione, utilizzare sempre almeno un cavo di sicurezza.

In caso di montaggio sospeso assicurarsi di puntare Funfetti Shot
verso
l’alto per impedire che i coriandoli cadano prima del lancio.
Alimentazione CA
Questo prodotto ha un alimentatore specifico-tensione che può funzionare con
una tensione di ingresso di 120 VAC, 60 Hz o 230 VAC, 50 Hz.
Per evitarne l'eccessiva usura e migliorarne la durata nel tempo,
scollegare l'unità dalla presa elettrica o disattivare l'alimentazione
tramite l'apposito interruttore, se inutilizzata per lunghi periodi.
Sostituzione Fusibile
1. Scollegare l'alimentazione elettrica dall'unità.
2. Wedge la punta di un cacciavite a testa piatta nella fessura del
portafusibili.
3. Rimuovere il fusibile bruciato e sostituirlo con un altro dello stesso tipo
e amperaggio.
4. Riavvitare il cappellotto del portafusibile e ricollegare l'alimentazione
elettrica.
Prima di sostituire il fusibile, scollegare l'alimentazione elettrica
dall'unità.

Funzionamento
1. Riempire il tubo principale con le ricariche Funfetti Shot (FRC, FRM e
FRU vendute separatamente).
Nota: si raccomanda di utilizzare le ricariche Funfetti Shot di
CHAUVET, realizzate appositamente. La capacità standard
del serbatoio è di: 0,25 kg. (0,5 libbre) per la FRC e FRU;
0,45 kg (1 libbre) per FRM.
2. Collegare ad una presa di corrente idonea.
3. Accendere Funfetti Shot da una delle seguenti:
• premendo i pulsanti <MENU> ed <ENTER>
contemporaneamente, oppure
• utilizzando l'attivazione DMX, oppure
• premendo il pulsante assegnato a CH-1 sul telecomando
FC-W.
Nota: per rifornire il lanciatore Funfetti Shot, spegnere l'unità e
inserire la ricarica nel tubo principale.
Controllo dal Display
Premere i pulsanti <MENU> ed <ENTER>
contemporaneamente per
attivare immediatamente il soffiatore Funfetti Shot.
Premere nuovamente i
pulsanti per spegnerlo.
• In modalità indipendente il display visualizzerà d 1.
• Impostare il DMX prima di inserire le ricariche Funfetti Shot.
• Il soffiatore spara coriandoli su un'area di 9 metri max per 25 secondi.
FC-W Telecomando
Wireless
Per attivare Funfetti Shot utilizzando il telecomando FC-W
, collegare alla
presa elettrica l'unità ed effettuare quanto segue:
1. inserire il ricevitore wireless nella porta telecomando dedicata
posizionata lateralmente al Funfetti Shot.
2. Sul trasmettitore wireless, premere il pulsante assegnato a CH-1 (1–4) e
la ventola del Funfetti Shot si attiva.

De Funfetti is een elektrisch confettikanon, perfect voor concerten, feesten,
of speciale evenementen. Via DMX of
draadloze afstandsbediening, dit
eenvoudig te installeren kanon vereist geen CO
2
en wordt geleverd met een

Lees alvorens dit product te monteren alle Veiligheidsinstructies
. Plaats
kanon op een effen, horizontaal oppervlak met behulp van de dubbele
beugels of gebruik een klem om op console te monteren (zoals TRUSST)
.
Gebruik altijd minstens een veiligheidskabel om aan tuigage te bevestigen.
Montage Diagram
Denk er bij montage boven lichaamshoogte aan om de Funfetti in een
zodanige hoek te plaatsen, dat de confetti voorafgaand aan de lancering
er niet uit kan stromen.
AC Voeding
Funfetti Shot heeft een vaste voeding die werkt met ofwel een spanning van
120 VAC, 60 Hz of 240 V wisselstroom, 50 Hz.
Om onnodige slijtage te elimineren en zijn levensduur te verlengen,
gedurende perioden wanneer het product niet wordt gebruikt, moet u
het product afsluiten door een aardlekschakelaar om te zetten of door
het te ontkoppelen
Vervangen van de
Zekering
1. Ontkoppel het apparaat van de stroom.
2. Wig de punt van een platte schroevendraaier in de sleuf van de
zekeringhouder.
3. Druk de veiligheidsafdekking uit de behuizing.
4. Verwijder de doorgebrande zekering vanaf de clip aan de voorkant van
de veiligheidsafdekking en vervang deze door een zekering van exact
hetzelfde type.
5. Plaats de zekeringhouder terug en steek de stekker er weer in.
Ontkoppel het product van de stroom uit voordat u de zekering

Werking
1. Vul de hoofdbuis met Funfetti vullingen (FRC, FRM, en FRU afzonderlijk
verkrijgbaar).
Let op: Gebruik van CHAUVET Funfetti vullingen wordt
aanbevolen, speciaal vervaardigd voor gebruik met een Funfetti
kanon. De standaard tankinhoud is:
0,5 pond (0,25 kg) voor de FRC en FRU;
1 pond (0,45 kg) voor FRM.
2. Steek de stekker in een geschikt stopcontact.
3. Zet de Funfetti Shot door een van de volgende:
• het <MENU> en <ENTER> tegelijkertijd in te drukken.
• Met DMX activatie.
• Druk op de draadloze afstandsbediening FC-W op de aan CH-1
toegewezen knop.
Let op: Om het Funfetti kanon te vullen, zet het apparaat uit en
voeg meer Funfetti vullingen aan de hoofdbuis toe.
Controle vanaf het
Display
Druk het <MENU> en <ENTER>
tegelijkertijd in. Dit zal de Funfetti
ventilator onmiddellijk activeren. Druk nogmaals op de toetsen af te sluiten.
• Op het display verschijnt d 1, weergave in de standalone-modus.
• Stel uw DMX in alvorens Funfetti Shot te bevullen.
• De ventilator zal confetti blazen tot 30 voet, met een looptijd van 25
seconden.
FC-W Draadloze
Remote Control
Om de Funfetti Shot te activeren met behulp van de FC-W
draadloze
afstandsbediening, steek de stekker in het product en doe het volgende:
1. Sluit de draadloze ontvanger aan op de Draadloze Afstandbediening
poort aan de zijkant van de Funfetti Shot.
2. Druk op de draadloze afstandsbediening op de aan CH-1 (1-4)
toegewezen knop en de Funfetti Shot ventilator springt aan.
