This product is intended for the cleaning of surfaces in cleanrooms or other scientific applications. Directions for Use:
Open each bag and remove bottle. Wet surface thoroughly. Allow surface to air dry.
DANGER
CONTENTS: Ethyl Alcohol 63.4%, Methyl Alcohol 3.2%, Isopropyl Alcohol 3.4%, USP Water For Injection 30.0%
solution that was 0.22 micron filtered and filled and double bagged in a controlled environment. Gamma irradiated to
a 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level. Highly flammable liquid and vapour. May cause damage to organs. Causes serious
eye irritation. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. Wear protective
gloves, clothing, eye and face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove
contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention. Store in
well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Dispose of container in accordance with local and national regulations. ANTIDOTE:
IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON Center or physician.
*Specially Denatured Alcohol Formula 3A 95 parts by vol., and Isopropyl Alcohol—5 parts by vol.

surface sécher à l’air libre. DANGER
CONTENU : 63,4 % d’alcool éthylique, 3,2 % de méthanol, 3,4 % d’isopropanol, 30,0 % d’eau pour préparation
injectable conformément à la pharmacopée américaine, solution filtrée à 0,22 micron, puis mise en bouteille et
conditionnée avec un double emballage en environnement contrôlé. Irradiation aux rayons gamma pour assurer un
niveau garanti de stérilité de 10-6. Liquide et vapeurs très inflammables. Peut endommager les organes. Provoque
une sévère irritation des yeux. Tenir à l’écart de la chaleur, des étincelles et des flammes nues. Ne pas fumer. Maintenir
le récipient fermé de manière étanche. Porter des gants et des vêtements de protection ainsi que des équipements de
protection des yeux/du visage. EN CAS DE CONTACT AVEC LES YEUX : rincer avec précaution à l’eau pendant plusieurs
minutes. Enlever les lentilles de contact si la victime en porte et si elles peuvent être facilement enlevées. Continuer
à rincer. Si l’irritation oculaire persiste : consulter un médecin. Stocker dans un endroit bien ventilé. Tenir au frais.
Éliminer le récipient conformément aux réglementations locales et nationales. ANTIDOTE : EN CAS D’INGESTION :
appeler immédiatement un CENTRE ANTIPOISON ou un médecin.
