Extension Pipe
Removing the pipe :
Use your finger to lift the joint (arrow)
from the case.
Storing the pipe :
Put the joint into the case first, followed
neatly by the rest of the pipe.
Attaching the mouthpiece and pipe :
Rotate the pipe or mouthpiece while
inserting it into the hole.
Removing : Rotate in the opposite
direction and pull.
Foreign objects in the mouthpiece or pipe
could be inhaled. Make sure you check inside
the mouthpiece or pipe before playing.
Make sure you wash your hands and gargle
before playing.
• Do not wash the pianica or the case.
• Do not take apart the pipe. It may result in
air leaking from the pipe.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away any dirt.
• Never wipe with thinner or benzene.
If moisture has collected in the instrument,
press the water drain button and
blow hard to remove moisture.
* After removing the mouthpiece,
hold the pianica upside down
over a handkerchief and
shake lightly to remove
any moisture inside the
breath hole.
• Do not expose to
strong sunlight for
long periods of time.
• Do not place close to
heat sources.
Pressing on the hinge q
while pulling up makes
the latch easier to open
or close if it is stiff.
Never try to take apart the pianica.
Do not swing the pianica.
You might hit someone
standing close by.
Place the mouhpiece
gently in your mouth.
Don’t bite or chew on
the mouthpiece.
Hold the pipe with your
left hand and blow lightly.
Do not chew on the
mouthpiece.
