BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG Das Produkt dient zur Spannungsversorgung für Kleinspannungsgeräte mit passender DC-Buchse. Es ist zum Anschluss an haushaltsübliche Netzspannung von 100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz vorgesehen. Am Ausgang liegt eine galvanisch getrennte Gleichspannung (DC) an. Die Stromaufnahme des Verbrauchers darf den Nennstrom des jeweiligen Netzgerätes (je nach Typ) nicht überschreiten. Das Produkt verfügt über einen Kurzschluss- und Überladungsschutz. Das Produkt ist EMV-geprüft und erfüllt die Anforderungen der geltenden europäischen und nationalen Richtlinien. Die CE-Konformität wurde nachgewiesen, die entsprechenden Erklärungen sind beim Hersteller hinterlegt. Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Produktes nicht gestattet. Eine andere Verwendung als oben beschrieben ist nicht erlaubt und kann zur Beschädigung des Produkts führen. Darüber hinaus ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, Stromschlag usw. verbunden. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung genau durch und bewahren Sie diese für späteres Nachschlagen auf. 2. Es besteht die Gefahr eines lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages. • In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten. • Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zulässig. Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind: -- Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit -- Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel. • Das Produkt erwärmt sich bei Betrieb. Achten Sie auf eine ausreichende Belüftung; das Gehäuse darf nicht abgedeckt werden! • Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, so ist das Produkt außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen unbeabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern. Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn: -- das Produkt sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist, -- das Produkt nicht mehr arbeitet und -- nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder -- nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen. • Schalten Sie das Produkt niemals gleich dann ein, wenn es von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei entstandene Kondenswasser kann unter ungünstigen Umständen Ihr Produkt zerstören. Lassen Sie das Produkt uneingeschaltet auf Zimmertemperatur kommen. • Die Netzgeräte sind nicht für die Anwendung an Menschen und Tieren zugelassen. Sonstiges 5. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die technische Sicherheit des Produkts, z.B. auf Beschädigung des Gehäuses. Verlegen Sie das Kabel immer so, dass niemand darüber stolpern oder daran hängen bleiben kann. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Verbinden Sie den DC-Stecker des Stecker-Netzteils mit der DC-Buchse am Kleinspannungsverbraucher. Die Polarität kann nicht geändert werden. Der Stecker hat die festgelegte Polarität „innen Plus (+), außen Minus (-)“ Achten Sie darauf, dass der Verbraucher ausgeschaltet ist, wenn Sie ihn mit dem Stecker-Netzteil verbinden. Stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine haushaltsübliche Netzsteckdose. Der korrekte Betrieb wird am Netzteil durch eine Leuchtanzeige signalisiert. Problem Die Betriebsanzeige leuchtet nicht. Ursache Lösung Keine Netzspannung vorhanden. Kontrollieren Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter der Steckdose. Kontrollieren Sie den korrekten Sitz des Netzteils in der Steckdose. Netzteil ist überlastet. Entfernen Sie den Verbraucher und kontrollieren Sie die technischen Daten. 6. ENTSORGUNG Elektronische Geräte sind Wertstoffe und gehören nicht in den Hausmüll. Entsorgen Sie das Produkt am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. 7. INTENDED USE The power pack serves as voltage supply for low-voltage devices with matching DC jacks. It is intended for connection to common household mains voltage (100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). A galvanic separated DC voltage is applied to the output. The power consumption of the consuming device many not exceed the nominal voltage of the respective power pack (depends on the type). The product has a protection against short circuit and overload. This product fulfils European and national requirements related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). CE conformity has been verified and the relevant statements and documents have been deposited at the manufacturer. Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the device are inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons (CE). Any usage other than described above is not permitted and can damage the product and lead to associated risks such as short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. Please read the operating instructions thoroughly and keep them for further reference. 2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS We do not assume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if the product has been abused in any way or damaged by improper use or failure to observe these operating instructions. The warranty/ guarantee will then expire! The icon with exclamation mark indicates important information in the operating instructions. Carefully read the whole operating instructions before operating the device, otherwise there is risk of danger. Persons / Product • The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children! • When used in conjunction with other devices, observe the operating instructions and safety notices of connected devices. • The product must not be subjected to heavy mechanical stress. • The product must not be exposed it to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration, or dampness. • Never touch the device with wet or moist hands. There is a danger of electrocution. • On commercial premises, the accident prevention regulations of the relevant professional insurance association for electrical systems and operating materials are to be observed. • Operation in unfavourable ambient conditions is not permitted. Adverse ambient conditions are: -- moisture or excessive humidity -- dust and combustible gases, vapours or solvents • Since the device generates heat when operating, ensure that it is adequately ventilated. The housing must not be covered! • If you have reason to assume that safe operation is no longer possible, then disconnect the device immediately and secure it against inadvertent operation. It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if: -- the device is visibly damaged, -- the device no longer functions -- it has been stored for long periods of time under unfavourable conditions or -- it has been subject to considerable stress in transit. • Never switch the device on immediately after having taken it from a cold to a warm environment. Under adverse conditions, the resulting condensation could destroy the device. Allow the device to reach room temperature before switching it on. • Power units are not designed for application to human beings or animals. Periodically check the technical safety of the device, e.g. check for damage to the housing etc. Always lay the cable so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in it. This poses a risk of injury. Connect the DC plug of the power pack with the DC jack on the low-voltage device. The polarity cannot be altered. The plug has the fixed polarity „inside plus (+), outside minus (-)“. Make sure that the consumer is switched off when connected to the poower pack. Plug the power pack into a standard domestic wall socket. Correct operation is signaled at the power pack by a LED. To remove the consumer, proceed in reverse sequence. 5. Troubleshooting By purchasing the power pack you have acquired a product that has been designed to the state of the art and is operationally reliable. Problems and malfunctions can occur nevertheless. We would therefore like to show how you can rectify certain faults yourself: Observe the safety instructions by all means! Problem The power indicator is not lit. Cause Solution No mains voltage. Check the circuit breaker of the power outlet. Check the correct fit of the power outlet. Power pack overloaded. Remove the consumer and check the technical data. 6. DISPOSAL Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. UTILISATION PRÉVUE Le bloc d’alimentation enfichable est destiné à alimenter des appareils à faible tension avec douille DC appropriée. Il a été conçu afin d’être branché sur une tension de réseau domestique de 100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz. Une tension continue (DC) isolée électriquement est présente sur la sortie. La consommation de courant du consommateur ne doit pas dépasser le courant nominal du bloc d’alimentation correspondant (selon le type). Le produit a un protection contre les court-circuits et les surcharges. Ce produit respecte les conditions européennes et nationales relatives à la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM). Cette conformité a été vérifiée, et les déclarations et documents en rapport ont été déposés chez le fabricant. La conversion et/ou la modification non autorisées de l’appareil ne sont pas permises pour des raisons de sécurité et d’approbation (CE). La garantie en serait d’ailleurs annulée! Le point d’exclamation attire l’attention sur une information importante dont il convient de tenir compte impérativement. Personnes / Produit • Ce produit n’est pas un jouet et doit être tenu hors de portée des enfants! • Si vous raccordez ce produit à d’autres appareils, consultez le mode d’emploi et les consignes de sécurité de ces autres appareils. • Ne soumettez pas ce produit à de fortes contraintes mécaniques. • Ce produit ne doit pas être exposé à des températures extrêmes, aux rayons directs du soleil ou à d’intenses vibrations. • Ne touchez jamais l’appareil avec les mains humides ou mouillées. Risque d’électrocution mortelle ! • Dans les installations industrielles, il conviendra d’observer les consignes de prévention des accidents relatives aux installations et au matériel électriques édictés par les syndicats professionnels. • Le fonctionnement dans des conditions ambiantes défavorables est interdit. Ces conditions défavorables sont les suivantes : -- présence de liquides ou humidité de l’air trop élevée, -- poussière et gaz inflammables, vapeurs ou solvants. • L’appareil chauffe durant le fonctionnement ; veillez à assurer une ventilation suffisante ; le boîtier ne doit pas être recouvert ! • Lorsqu’un fonctionnement sans risque de l’appareil n’est plus assuré, mettez-le hors service et assurezvous qu’il ne pourra pas être remis involontairement sous tension. Un fonctionnement sans risque n’est plus assuré lorsque : -- l’appareil est visiblement endommagé, -- l’appareil ne fonctionne plus et que -- l’appareil a été stocké durant une période prolongée dans des conditions défavorables ou -- qu’il a subi de sévères contraintes liées au transport. • N’allumez jamais tout de suite l’appareil lorsqu’il vient d’être transporté d’un local froid à un local chaud. L’eau de condensation qui se forme en pareil cas risque, le cas échéant, de détruire l’appareil. Attendez que l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante avant de le brancher. • Les blocs d’alimentations ne sont pas agréés pour l’application aux hommes et animaux. 5. Contrôlez régulièrement la sécurité technique de l’appareil en vous assurant par ex. de l’absence d’endommagements au niveau du boîtier. Placez le câble de façon à éviter que des personnes ne trébuchent ou ne restent accrochées à celui-ci. Cela entraîne des risques de blessures. Reliez la fiche CC du bloc d’alimentation à la douille CC du consommateur à faible tension. La polarité ne peut pas être modifiée. La fiche a une polarité fixe : „positive (+) à l’intérieur, négative (-) à l’extérieur“. Veillez à ce que le consommateur soit désactivé pendant le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation. Branchez le bloc d’alimentation sur une prise de courant domestique. Le fonctionnement correct est signalé par un témoin lumineux rouge sur le bloc d’alimentation. Pour enlever le consommateur, procédez dans l’ordre inverse ! 4. Dépannage Avec le bloc d’alimentation, vous avez acquis un produit à la pointe du perfectionnement technique et bénéficiant d’une grande sécurité de fonctionnement. Il est toutefois possible que des problèmes ou des pannes surviennent. Vous trouverez ci-après plusieurs procédures vous permettant de vous dépanner le cas échéant : Observez impérativement les consignes de sécurité ! Problème Cause Solution L’indicateur de fonctionnement ne s’allume pas. Pas d’alimentation secteur. Contrôlez le disjoncteur de protection de circuit de la prise de courant. Vérifiez que le bloc d’alimentation est bien enfoncé dans la prise. Le bloc secteur est-il en surcharge. Débranchez le consommateur et contrôlez les caractéristiques techniques. 5. ELIMINATION DES DÉCHETS Les appareils électroniques sont des matériaux recyclables et ne doivent pas être éliminés avec les ordures ménagères. En fin de vie, éliminez l’appareil conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur. 6. BEDOELD GEBRUIK De stekkernetvoeding dient als voedingsspanning voor laagspanningsapparaten met passende DC-bus. Deze is ontwikkeld voor aansluiting op de gewone huishoudelijke netspanning van 100 - 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz. Bij de uitgang is een galvanisch gescheiden gelijkspanning (DC) aangelegd. Het stroomverbruik van de verbruiker mag de nominale stroom van de betreffende netvoeding (steeds afhankelijk van type) niet overschrijden. Het product heeft een bescherming tegen kortsluiting en overbelasting. Dit product voldoet aan de Europese en nationale eisen betreffende elektromagnetische compatibiliteit (EMC). De CE-conformiteit werd gecontroleerd en de betreffende verklaringen en documenten werden neergelegd bij de fabrikant. Het eigenhandig ombouwen en/of veranderen van het product is niet toegestaan om veiligheids- en keuringsredenen (CE). Een andere toepassing dan hierboven beschreven, is niet toegestaan en kan leiden tot beschadiging van het product. Daarnaast bestaat het risico van bijv. kortsluiting, brand, elektrische schokken, enz. Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing grondig en bewaar deze voor raadpleging in de toekomst. 2. VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schade aan eigendom of lichamelijke letsels indien het product verkeerd gebruikt werd op om het even welke manier of beschadigd werd door het niet naleven van deze bedieningsinstructies. Personen / Product • Het product is geen speelgoed en moet buiten het bereik van kinderen gehouden worden! • Indien gebruikt met andere toestellen, volg dan de bedieningsinstructie en veiligheidsnotities van het aangesloten toestel. • Het product mag niet onderworpen worden aan zware mechanische druk. • Het product mag niet blootgesteld worden aan extreme temperaturen, rechtstreeks zonlicht, intense trillingen of vocht. • Raak het apparaat nooit met vochtige of natte handen aan. Elektrische schokken zijn levensgevaarlijk! • In industriële omgevingen dienen de Arbo-voorschriften ter voorkoming van ongevallen met betrekking tot elektrische installaties en bedrijfsmiddelen te worden opgevolgd. • Gebruik onder slechte omgevingsvoorwaarden is niet toegestaan. Ongunstige omgevingsvoorwaarden zijn: -- vocht of een te hoge luchtvochtigheid -- stof en brandbare gassen, dampen of oplosmiddelen • Het apparaat wordt warm tijdens gebruik; zorg voor voldoende ventilatie; de behuizing mag niet worden afgedekt! • Wanneer aan te nemen is dat veilig gebruik niet meer mogelijk is, mag het apparaat niet meer worden gebruikt en moet het worden beveiligd tegen onbedoeld gebruik. Er is wellicht sprake van onveilig gebruik als: -- het apparaat zichtbaar is beschadigd, -- het apparaat niet meer functioneert en -- het apparaat gedurende langere tijd onder ongunstige omstandigheden is opgeslagen of -- het apparaat tijdens transport te zwaar is belast. • Schakel het apparaat nooit meteen in nadat het van een koude in een warme ruimte is gebracht. Het daarbij gevormde condenswater kan onder bepaalde omstandigheden het apparaat beschadigen. Laat het apparaat oningeschakeld op kamertemperatuur komen. • Netvoedingen zijn niet toegestaan voor gebruik op mensen of dieren. 5. Controleer regelmatig de technische veiligheid van het apparaat, bijv. op beschadiging van de behuizing. Plaats het kabel altijd zo, dat niemand erover kan struikelen of erin verstrikt kan raken. Er bestaat risico op verwonding. Sluit de DC-stekker van de netvoeding aan op de DC-bus bij de laagspanningsverbruiker. De polariteit kan niet worden gewijzigd. De stekker heeft de vastgelegde polariteit „binnen plus (+), buiten min (-)“. Let hierbij op dat de verbruiker uitgeschakeld is als deze met de stekkernetvoeding wordt verbonden. Steek nu de netvoeding in een gewone wandcontactdoos. Het correcte bedrijf wordt op de stekkernetvoeding aangegeven door een rode lichtaanduiding. Handel in omgekeerde volgorde om de verbruiker te verwijderen! 5. Storingen verhelpen U heeft met deze stekkernetvoeding een product aangeschaft dat volgens de huidige stand der techniek is ontwikkeld en veilig is in het gebruik. Toch kunnen zich problemen of storingen voordoen. Daarom wordt hieronder beschreven hoe eventuele storingen verholpen kunnen worden: Neem altijd de veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht! Probleem De bedrijfsaanduiding brandt niet. Oorzak Oplossing Geen netspanning aanwezig. Controleer de veiligheidsschakelaar van de leiding van de contactdoos. Controleer of de stekkernetvoeding correct in de contactdoos zit. De trafo is overbelast. Verwijder de verbruiker en controleer de technische specificaties. 6. VERWIJDERING Elektronische apparaten zijn recyclebare stoffen en horen niet bij het huisvuil.
