Apple Pencil.
2. Setting>Notes>Turn off "Only Draw with
Apple Pencil".

enter the working mode.
2. Simply touch the top of the pen again
when you need to turn it off, it will
automatically turn off and stop working
when the pen has been inactive for
five minutes.
