of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the device in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• Protect this device from heat sources such as
radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
appliances (including amplifiers) that produce
heat.
• Do not remove the cover under any conditions.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Never operate this device when its cover is
removed.

3. General Guidelines

4. Batteries
WARNING
Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may explode. Do not attempt to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local
regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the appliance.
2. Open the battery compartment and insert the batteries according to the correct
polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment.
REMARK
• Replace the batteries as soon as the display turns dark.
• Remove the batteries after use.

5. Operation
General Operation
1. Place the scale on a solid, level and non-slippery surface.
2. Carefully step onto the scale, making sure your bare feet touch the metal parts.
Stand still until the display freezes the weight.
3. Step off the scale. The scale will switch off automatically.
Using the Tuya Smart App
To use the Tuya Smart app, you will need either
o iOS® 8.0 or higher
o Android® 6.0 or higher
1. Search the Tuya Smart app in the app store.
2. Download and install the app on your mobile device. The app icon
will appear after the installation is completed.
3. Switch on the Bluetooth® function (and GPS for Android) on your mobile device.
4. Register with your mobile phone number.
5. Load the main page on the Tuya Smart app and add
the device.

6. Go to Body Fat Scale (Bluetooth®) or perform an auto
scan.
7. Make sure the scale is switched on during the
Bluetooth® search. Do not perform any operation
during this time.
8. Select the user to set up the personal data. Note that
entering wrong data may result in measurements being
inaccurate.
9. To add a user, click Me → User Management, then click + to add a member. To
switch a user, click the user icon in the upper left corner. Each account can support
up to 10 users.

10. To select the weighing unit, click Unit
Switch, select the weighing unit and
confirm.
11. Lightly tap your foot on the scale to activate the display. Wait until the display
shows 0.0. Step on the scale with bare feet. Stepping on the scale with socks or
shoes will not get complete data.
12. Wait until the display freezes and data
has been transferred to your
smartphone.
13. Click Record to see your long-term recorded data on
body weight, BMI, BMR, muscle and bone mass, etc.
Tuya supports day, week and month reports.

6. Troubleshooting
The scale will not switch on.
• Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
• Replace used batteries with fresh ones.
Bluetooth® will not connect.
• Make sure your appliance is powered correctly and the batteries are fresh.
• Enable the Bluetooth® function on your mobile device. For Android® phones, it is
required to activate the location permission due to system configuration.
• Keep the distance between the appliance and your mobile phone within 5 m to
ensure the connection.
• If Bluetooth® connection fails, press and hold the unit button on the back of the
scale until CRL is displayed.
No body fat data measured when weighing.
• Step on the scale barefoot and make sure both of your feet are dry.
• Wait for the display to freeze and the data transmission.
• The Bluetooth® function is not activated or is paired with another scale.
The scale is producing inconsistent weights.
• Make sure to install the scale on a flat and stable surface.
• Check the sensors and clean them with a dry cloth.
The app displays the incorrect fat-muscle ratio.
• Personal parameters are incorrect. Enter the correct gender, age and height.
How to recalibrate the scale after moving it or replacing the batteries?
• Step on the scale to switch it on. Wait for the display to show 0.0 kg/lb./st.
How to change the weighing unit?
• Press the unit button on the back of the scale. The app should now display the
selected weighing unit.
7. Care and Maintenance
• Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh
chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.
• Do not immerse the device in any liquid.

1. Inleiding

verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid of hun
aanwijzingen heeft gegeven, hoe zij het toestel
moeten gebruiken en zich bewust zijn van de

• Demonteer of open dit toestel nooit. De
gebruiker mag geen onderdelen vervangen.
Gebruik dit toestel nooit wanneer de behuizing
geopend is.
• Leer eerst de functies van het toestel kennen
voor u het gaat gebruiken.
3. Algemene richtlijnen
• Raadpleeg de Velleman® service- en kwaliteitsgarantie achteraan deze handleiding.
• Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen. Schade door
wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht valt niet onder de garantie.
• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. De garantie vervalt automatisch
bij ongeoorloofd gebruik.
• De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in
deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of
problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
• Noch Velleman nv noch zijn verdelers kunnen aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor
schade (buitengewoon, incidenteel of onrechtstreeks) – van welke aard dan ook

4. Batterijen
WAARSCHUWING
U mag batterijen nooit doorboren of in het vuur gooien (explosiegevaar). Herlaad geen
alkalinebatterijen. Gooi batterijen weg volgens de plaatselijke milieuwetgeving. Houd
batterijen buiten het bereik van kinderen.
1. Het batterijvak bevindt zich aan de achterkant van het toestel.
2. Open het batterijvak en plaats de batterijen. Respecteer de polariteit.
3. Sluit het batterijvak.
OPMERKING
• Vervang de batterijen zodra de display niet meer oplicht.
• Verwijder de batterijen na gebruik.

5. Gebruik
Algemeen
1. Plaats de weegschaal op een stabiele, vlakke en niet-gladde ondergrond.
2. Stap voorzichtig op de weegschaal. Zorg ervoor dat uw voeten op de elektroden
staan. Beweeg niet en wacht tot het gewicht op de display stabiel is.
3. Stap van de weegschaal af. De weegschaal schakelt automatisch uit.
De Tuya Smart-app gebruiken
Om de Tuya Smart-app te gebruiken hebt u nodig
o iOS® 8.0 of hoger
o Android® 6.0 of hoger
1. Zoek de Tuya Smart-app in de Apple App Store of Google Play Store.
2. Download en installeer de app op uw mobiele toestel. Nadat de
installatie is voltooid, verschijnt de app-pictogram op het scherm.
3. Activeer de Bluetooth® functie (en GPS voor Android) op uw mobiele telefoon.
4. Registreer met uw mobiele nummer.
5. Laad de hoofdpagina op de Tuya Smart-app en voeg
het toestel toe.

6. Ga naar Body Fat Scale (Bluetooth®) of voer een
automatische scan uit.
7. Zorg ervoor dat de weegschaal is ingeschakeld bij het
Bluetooth® zoeken. Voer hierbij geen enkele handeling
uit.
8. Selecteer de gebruiker om de persoonlijke gegevens in
te stellen. Het invoeren van verkeerde gegevens kan
leiden tot onnauwkeurige metingen.
9. Om een gebruiker toe te voegen, klik op Me → User Management en vervolgens op
+ om een persoon toe te voegen. Klik linksboven op het gebruikerspictogram om
naar een andere gebruiker te gaan. Ieder account kan tot 10 gebruikers opslaan.

10. Om de weegeenheid te veranderen, klik
op Unit Switch. Selecteer de gewenste
weegeenheid en bevestig.
11. Tik met uw voet op de weegschaal om deze te activeren. Wacht tot het display
“0.0” aangeeft. Stap met blote voeten op de weegschaal. Draag geen sokken of
schoenen, dit kan leiden tot onjuiste metingen.
12. Wacht tot het display stabiel is en de
gegevens naar uw smartphone zijn
verzonden.
13. Klik op Record om de opgeslagen gegevens
(lichaamsgewicht, BMI, BMR, spier- en botmassa, enz.)
weer te geven. Tuya ondersteunt dag-, week-,
maandoverzichten.

6. Probleemoplossing
De weegschaal schakelt niet in.
• Zorg ervoor dat de batterijen correct geplaatst zijn.
• Vervang de batterijen.
Geen Bluetooth®-verbinding.
• Zorg ervoor dat uw toestel correct is aangesloten op de voeding en nieuwe
batterijen zijn geplaatst.
• Activeer de Bluetooth® functie op uw mobiele telefoon. Voor Android®-telefoons
moet de locatietoestemming worden geactiveerd voor de systeemconfiguratie.
• Houd een afstand van min. 5 m tussen het toestel en uw mobiele telefoon om
een goede verbinding te garanderen.
• Als de Bluetooth® verbinding mislukt, houd de UNIT-knop aan de achterkant
van de weegschaal ingedrukt totdat "CRL" wordt weergegeven.
De meting van het vetpercentage wordt niet weergegeven.
• Stap met blote voeten op de weegschaal en zorg ervoor dat uw voeten droog
zijn.
• Wacht tot het display stabiel is en de gegevens naar uw smartphone zijn
verzonden.
• De Bluetooth® functie is niet geactiveerd of is gekoppeld met een andere
weegschaal.
De weegschaal geeft onnauwkeurige meetresultaten weer.
• Plaats de weegschaal op een stabiele, vlakke en niet-gladde ondergrond.
• Controleer de sensoren en reinig deze met een droge doek.
De app toont de verkeerde vet- en spiermassaratio.
• Persoonlijke gegevens zijn niet correct. Controleer of het geslacht, leeftijd en
lengte correct zijn ingevoerd.
Hoe kalibreer ik de weegschaal opnieuw na het verplaatsen of vervangen van
de batterijen?
• Stap op de weegschaal om deze in te schakelen. Wacht tot het display
“0.0 kg/lb./st.” aangeeft.
Hoe verander ik de weegeenheid?
• Druk op de UNIT-knop aan de achterkant van de weegschaal. De app geeft de
geselecteerde weegeenheid weer.

7. Reiniging en onderhoud
• Reinig het toestel af en toe met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen bijtende
chemische producten, reinigingsmiddelen of sterke detergenten.
• Dompel het toestel nooit onder in een vloeistof.

2. Consignes de sécurité

jouer avec l'appareil. Le nettoyage et
l'entretien ne doivent pas être effectués par

4. Batteries
AVERTISSEMENT
Ne jamais perforer les piles et ne pas les jeter au feu (danger d’explosion). Ne jamais
recharger des piles alcalines. Se débarrasser des piles en respectant la réglementation
locale relative à la protection de l’environnement. Garder les piles hors de la portée des
enfants.
1. Le compartiment à piles est situé à l'arrière de l'appareil.
2. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles et insérer les piles. Respecter la polarité.
3. Fermer le compartiment à piles.
REMARQUE
• Remplacer les piles dès que l’éclairage de l’écran s’éteint.
• Retirer les piles après utilisation.

5. Fonctionnement
Général
1. Placer la balance sur une surface solide, plane et non glissante.
2. Monter prudemment sur la balance en posant vos pieds sur les électrodes. Ne pas
bouger jusqu'à ce que le poids se stabilise.
3. Descendre de la balance. La balance s'éteint automatiquement.
Utiliser l'application Tuya Smart
Pour utiliser l'application Tuya Smart, votre appareil mobile doit être équipé de
o iOS® 8.0 ou supérieur
o Android® 6.0 ou supérieur
1. Rechercher l'application Tuya Smart dans l'App Store ou le Google Play Store.
2. Télécharger et installer l'application sur votre appareil mobile.
Une fois l'installation complétée, l'icône de l'application s'affiche à
l'écran.
3. Activer la fonction Bluetooth® (et GPS pour Android) sur votre appareil mobile.
4. Connectez-vous à l'application à l'aide de votre numéro
de téléphone mobile.
5. Accéder à la page principale de l'application Tuya Smart
et ajouter l'appareil.

6. Aller à Body Fat Scale (Bluetooth®) ou effectuer un
balayage automatique.
7. S'assurer que la balance est allumée lors de la
recherche Bluetooth®. Ne pas effectuer d'autres
opérations pendant ce temps.
8. Sélectionner l'utilisateur pour configurer les données
personnelles. Noter que la saisie d'informations
incorrectes peut entraîner des mesures inexactes.
9. Pour ajouter un utilisateur, cliquer sur Me → User Management, puis cliquer sur + pour
ajouter une personne. Pour changer d'utilisateur, cliquer sur l'icône de l'utilisateur en
haut à gauche. Chaque compte peut enregistrer les données de 10 personnes.

10. Pour changer l'unité de poids, cliquer
sur Unit Switch. Sélectionner l'unité de
poids et confirmer.
11. Taper votre pied sur la balance pour activer l'affichage. Attendre jusqu'à ce que
"0.0" s'affiche. Monter sur la balance pieds nus. Veiller à monter pieds nus (sans
chaussures, ni chaussettes), sinon le résultat ne sera faussé.
12. Attendre jusqu'à ce que l'affichage se
stabilise et que les données mesurées
soient transférées vers votre
smartphone.
13. Cliquer sur Record pour afficher les données
enregistrées (poids corporel, IMC, BMR, masse
musculaire, masse osseuse, etc.). Tuya supporte les
rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.

6. Problèmes et solutions
La balance ne s'allume pas.
• S'assurer que les piles sont correctement installées.
• Remplacer les piles usagées.
Bluetooth®.
• S'assurer que votre appareil est correctement alimenté et que les piles sont
neuves.
• Activer la fonction Bluetooth® sur votre appareil mobile. Pour les téléphones
sous Android®, la permission de localisation est requise pour la configuration du
système.
• Garder une distance minimale de 5 m entre l'appareil et votre téléphone mobile
pour assurer une bonne connexion.
• Si la connexion Bluetooth® a échoué, maintenir enfoncé le bouton UNIT à
l'arrière de la balance jusqu'à ce que CRL s'affiche.
La masse graisseuse ne s'affiche pas.
• S'assurer que vos pieds sont secs et nus avant de monter sur la balance.
• Attendre jusqu'à ce que l'affichage se stabilise et que les données mesurées
soient transférées vers votre smartphone.
• La fonction Bluetooth® n'est pas activée ou est appairé avec un autre appareil.
La balance génère des mesures inexactes.
• Veiller à poser la balance sur une surface plane et stable.
• Vérifier les capteurs et nettoyer les avec un chiffon sec.
L'application affiche un rapport graisse-muscle incorrect.

4. Pilas
ADVERTENCIA

1. El compartimiento de pilas está en la parte inferior del aparato.
2. Abra el compartimiento de pilas e introduzca las pilas. Respete la polaridad.
3. Vuelva a cerrar el compartimiento de pilas.

• Reemplace las pilas en cuanto la pantalla se apague.

5. Funcionamiento
Funcionamiento general
1. Ponga el aparato en una superficie estable, nivelada y no deslizante.
2. Súbase a la báscula con los pies descalzos. Asegúrese de colocar ambos pies
correctamente en los sensores (placas metálicas). Permanezca quieto hasta que el
peso si fije en la pantalla.
3. Baje de la báscula de baño. El aparato se apagará automáticamente.
Utilizar la aplicación 'Tuya Smart'
Tuya Smart requiere
o iOS® 8.0 o superior
o Android® 6.0 o superior
1. Busque la App 'Tuya Smart' en la App Store o la Google Play Store.
2. Descargue e instale la aplicación en el smartphone. Una vez
instalada, el ícono de la App aparece en la pantalla de inicio.
3. Active la función Bluetooth® (y GPS para Android) en el aparato móvil.
4. Cree un cuenta con su número de teléfono.
5. Abra la página principal de la App 'Tuya Smart' y añada
el aparato.

6. Seleccione el modelo 'Body Fat Scale' (Bluetooth®) o
realice un escaneo automático.
7. Asegúrese de que la báscula esté encendida durante la
búsqueda Bluetooth®. Espere hasta que el proceso de
emparejamiento se termine.
8. Seleccione el usuario e introduzca las informaciones
personales. La precisión de las lecturas puede verse
afectada, si introduce informaciones no correctas.
9. Para añadir un usuario, haga clic en Me → User Management y luego en +. Para
seleccionar otro usuario, haga clic en el icono de usuario (esquina superior
izquierda). Puede guardar hasta un máximo de 10 usuarios.

10. Para configurar la unidad de medida,
haga clic en 'Unit Switch', seleccione la
unidad deseada y confirme su elección.
11. Presione con un pie en la báscula para activar la pantalla. Espere hasta que la
pantalla muestre 0.0. Suba a la báscula de baño con los pies descalzos. Si lleva
calcetines y los zapatos, la báscula no puede medir el porcentaje de grasa
corporal.
12. Espere hasta que la pantalla se fije y
que el smartphone haya recibido los
datos.
13. Haga clic en 'Record' para ver los datos almacenados
(peso, BMI, masa muscular, grasa corporal, etc.). Tuya
permite informes diarios, semanales y mensuales.

6. Solución de problemas
La báscula de baño no se enciende.
• Preste atención a la polaridad a la hora de reemplazar las pilas.
• Reemplace siempre todas las pilas a la vez y no utilice pilas de diferente tipo y
capacidad.
Bluetooth®.
• Asegúrese de que el aparato esté encendido y de que haya instalado las pilas de
forma correcta.
• Active la función Bluetooth® en el smartphone. Para los usuarios Android®,
asegúrese de que su localización esté activada.
• Asegúrese de que la distancia entre la báscula y el smartphone no sobrepase los
5 m.
• Si no es posible establecer una conexión Bluetooth®, mantenga pulsado el botón
UNIT de la parte trasera del aparato hasta que CRL aparezca en la pantalla.
La báscula no mide el porcentaje de grasa corporal.
• Utilice la báscula con los pies descalzos y asegúrese de tener los pies secos.
• Espere hasta que la pantalla se fije y se transmitan los datos.
• La función Bluetooth®no está activada o está conectada a otra báscula.
La báscula muestra medidas de peso incorrectas.
• Asegúrese de que la báscula esté colocada sobre una superficie plana y estable.
• Compruebe los sensores y límpielos con un paño seco.
La App muestra una relación grasa corporal/masa muscular incorrecta.

4. Batterien und Akkus
WARNUNG
Durchbohren Sie nie die Batterien und werfen Sie diese nicht ins Feuer
(Explosionsgefahr). Versuchen Sie niemals, nichtaufladbare Batterien wieder
aufzuladen. Entsorgen Sie die Batterien gemäß den örtlichen Vorschriften. Halten Sie die
Batterien von Kindern fern.
1. Das Batteriefach befindet sich an der Unterseite des Gerätes.
2. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und legen Sie die Batterien polungsrichtig ein.
3. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach.
BEMERKUNG
• Führen Sie einen Batteriewechsel durch, wenn das Display erlischt.
• Entfernen Sie die Batterien nach Gebrauch.

5. Betrieb
Allgemeine Bedienung
1. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen stabilen, ebenen und rutschfesten Untergrund.
2. Stellen Sie sich barfuß auf die Waage. Beachten Sie, dass Ihre Füße die Elektroden
(Metallplatten) berühren. Bleiben Sie ruhig stehen bis das gemessene Gewicht
angezeigt wird.
3. Steigen Sie von der Trittfläche herunter. Die Waage schaltet sich automatisch ab.
Tuya-App verwenden
Für die App 'Tuya Smart' ist folgendes Betriebssystem erforderlich:
o iOS® 8.0 oder höher
o Android® 6.0 oder höher
1. Suchen Sie die App 'Tuya Smart' im Apple App Store oder Google Play Store.
2. Laden Sie die App 'Tuya Smart' herunter und installieren Sie
diese auf Ihrem Smartphone. Das Symbol der App erscheint nach
Installation auf dem Startbildschirm.
3. Aktivieren Sie die Bluetooth®-Funktion (und GPS für Android) auf Ihrem
Mobilgerät.
4. Erstellen Sie ein Benutzerkonto mit Ihrer
Telefonnummer.
5. Öffnen Sie die Hauptseite der App Tuya Smart und
fügen Sie Ihr Gerät hinzu.

6. Wählen Sie das Modell 'Body Fat Scale' (Bluetooth®)
aus oder führen Sie einen Auto-Scan durch.
7. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Waage während der
Bluetooth®-Suche eingeschaltet ist. Warten Sie bis der
Kopplungvorgang beendet ist.
8. Wählen Sie den Benutzer aus und geben Sie die
Benutzerdaten ein. Die App benötigt diese
Informationen für eine maximale Genauigkeit.
9. Um einen Benutzer hinzuzufügen, wählen Sie 'Me → User Management' und danach
+. Um einen anderen Benutzer auszuwählen, tippen Sie auf das Symbol des
Benutzers links oben. Es können bis zu 10 Benutzer gespeichert werden.

10. Um die Gewichtseinheit zu ändern,
tippen Sie auf 'Unit Switch'. Wählen Sie
die gewünschte Maßeinheit aus und
bestätigen Sie.
11. Tippen Sie einmal kurz mit dem Fuß die Waage an, um das Display einzuschalten.
Warten Sie bis 0.0 im Display erscheint. Stellen Sie sich barfuß auf die Waage. Zur
Messgenauigkeit sollen Sie vor dem Wiegen unbedingt die Socken oder Schuhen
ausziehen.
12. Warten Sie bis das Display nicht mehr
blinkt und die Daten an die App auf
Ihrem Smartphone gesendet sind.
13. Tippen Sie auf 'Record', um alle gespeicherten Daten
(Gewicht, BMI, Muskelmasse, Knochenmasse usw.)
anzuzeigen. Tuya unterstützt Tages-, Wochen- und
Monatsberichte.

6. Problemlösung
Das Gerät schaltet sich nicht ein.
• Beachten Sie, dass Sie die Batterien polungsrichtig eingelegt haben.
• Führen Sie einen Batteriewechsel durch. Verwenden Sie immer Batterien des
gleichen Typs.
Bluetooth®-Verbindung kann nicht hergestellt werden.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät eingeschaltet ist und die Batterien
polungsrichtig eingelegt sind.
• Aktivieren Sie bitte die Bluetooth®-Funktion an Ihrem Mobilgerät. Bei Android®
ist es erforderlich den Standort/GPS einzuschalten.
• Ihr Smartphone sollte sich in der Nähe (max. 5 m) der Waage befinden, um den
Datenaustausch zu ermöglichen.
• Kann keine erfolgreiche Bluetooth®-Verbindung hergestellt werden, so halten
Sie die Taste UNIT auf der Rückseite des Gerätes gedrückt bis CRL angezeigt
wird.
Das Körperfett wird bei der Messung nicht gemessen.
• Stellen Sie sich barfuß auf die Waage und achten Sie darauf, dass beide Füße
trocken sind.
• Warten Sie bis das Display nicht mehr blinkt und die App die Daten empfangen
hat.
• Die Bluetooth®-Funktion ist nicht aktiviert oder ist mit einer anderen Waage
gekoppelt.
Es werden anormale Messergebnisse angezeigt.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen flachen und stabilen Boden.
• Überprüfen Sie die Sensoren und reinigen Sie diese mit einem trockenen Tuch.
Die App zeigt nicht das korrekte Verhältnis Körperfett/Muskelmasse an.
• Die persönliche Daten sind nicht korrekt. Füllen Sie die richtigen Daten
(Geschlecht, Alter und Höhe) aus.
Die Waage neu kalibrieren, nachdem diese bewegt oder einen Batteriewechsel
durchgeführt wurde.
• Stellen Sie sich auf die Waage und schalten Sie diese ein. Warten Sie bis
0.0 kg/lb./st. angezeigt wird.
Die Maßeinheit ändern.
• Drücken Sie die Taste UNIT auf der Rückseite des Gerätes. Die App zeigt die
gewünschte Maßeinheit an.

7. Pflege und Wartung
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät ab und zu mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine
aggressiven Chemikalien, Lösungsmittel oder starke Reinigungsmittel.

4. Baterie
OSTRZEŻENIE

5. Obsługa
Ogólne zasady obsługi
1. Umieścić wagę na stabilnej, równej i nieśliskiej powierzchni.
2. Ostrożnie wejść na wagę zwracając uwagę, aby bose stopy dotykały metalowych
części. Stać nieruchomo, dopóki odczyt nie zostanie zatrzymany na wyświetlaczu.
3. Zejść z wagi. Waga wyłączy się automatycznie.
Korzystanie z aplikacji Tuya Smart
Aby korzystać z aplikacji Tuya Smart, konieczny jest
o iOS® 8.0 lub nowszy
o Android® 6.0 lub nowszy
1. Należy wyszukać aplikację Tuya Smart w App Store.
2. Pobrać i zainstalować aplikację na urządzeniu mobilnym. Ikona
aplikacji pojawi się po zakończeniu instalacji.
3. Włączyć funkcję Bluetooth® (i GPS dla systemu Android) w urządzeniu mobilnym.
4. Zarejestrować się, podając swój numer telefonu
komórkowego.
5. Załadować stronę główną w aplikacji Tuya Smart i
dodać urządzenie.

6. Przejść do Body Fat Scale (Bluetooth®) lub wykonać
automatyczne skanowanie.
7. Upewnić się, że podczas wyszukiwania przez Bluetooth®
waga jest włączona. W tym czasie nie należy
wykonywać żadnych operacji.
8. Wybrać użytkownika, aby ustawić dane osobiste.
Należy pamiętać, że wprowadzenie błędnych danych
może spowodować, że pomiary będą niedokładne.
9. Aby dodać użytkownika, należy kliknąć Me → User Management, a następnie kliknąć
+, aby dodać osobę. Aby przełączyć użytkownika, kliknąć ikonę użytkownika w
lewym górnym rogu. Każde konto może obsługiwać do 10 użytkowników.

11. Stuknąć lekko stopą o wagę, aby aktywować wyświetlacz. Poczekać aż na
wyświetlaczu pojawi się 0,0. Wejść na wagę bosymi stopami. W przypadku wejścia
na wagę w skarpetkach lub butach uzyskane dane będą niekompletne.
12. Poczekać aż odczyt zostanie
zatrzymany na wyświetlaczu, a dane
zostaną przesłane do smartfona.
13. Aby zobaczyć swoje długoterminowe dane dotyczące
masy ciała, BMI, BMR, masy mięśniowej i kostnej, itp.,
należy kliknąć Record. Tuya obsługuje raporty dzienne,
tygodniowe i miesięczne.

6. Wykrywanie i usuwanie usterek
Waga nie włącza się.
• Upewnić się, że baterie są prawidłowo włożone.
• Zużyte baterie wymienić na nowe.
Bluetooth® nie łączy się.
• Upewnić się, że urządzenie jest prawidłowo zasilane, a baterie są nowe.
• Włączyć funkcję Bluetooth® na urządzeniu mobilnym. W przypadku telefonów z
systemem Android® wymagane jest włączenie zgody na lokalizację ze względu
na konfigurację systemu.
• Aby zapewnić połączenie, należy zachować odległość 5 m między urządzeniem a
telefonem komórkowym.
• Jeśli połączenie Bluetooth® nie powiedzie się, nacisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk
Unit z tyłu wagi aż wyświetli się symbol CRL.
Podczas ważenia nie zmierzono udziału tkanki tłuszczowej.

• Parametry osobiste są nieprawidłowe. Wprowadzić prawidłową płeć, wiek i
wzrost.
Jak ponownie skalibrować wagę po jej przeniesieniu lub wymianie baterii?
• Wejść na wagę, aby ją włączyć. Poczekać, aż wyświetlacz wskaże 0,0 kg/lb./st.
Jak zmienić jednostkę ważenia?
• Nacisnąć przycisk Unit z tyłu wagi. Aplikacja powinna teraz wyświetlić wybraną
jednostkę ważenia.

4. Pilhas
ADVERTÊNCIA
Nunca perfure as baterias nem as deite no fogo, pois podem explodir. Não tente
recarregar baterias não recarregáveis Descarte as baterias de acordo com as
regulamentações locais. Mantenha as baterias fora do alcance das crianças.
1. Localize o compartimento das pilhas na parte de baixo do aparelho.
2. Abra o compartimento das pilhas e introduza as pilhas respeitando sempre a
polaridade.
3. Fechar o compartimento das pilhas.
OBSERVAÇÃO
• Substitua as pilhas assim que o visor ficar escuro.
• Retire as pilhas após cada utilização.

5. Utilização
Funcionamento Geral
1. Coloque a balança numa superfície sólida, nivelada e antiderrapante.
2. Suba cuidadosamente para cima da balança certificando-se de que os pés
descalços tocam nas partes metálicas-. Fique imóvel até que o visor estabilize o
valor do peso.
3. Desça da balança. A balança desliga-se automaticamente.
Usando uma aplicação Tuya Smart
Para usar a aplicação Tuya Smart vai precisar de
o iOS® 8.0 ou superior
o Android® 6.0 ou superior
1. Procure a aplicação Tuya Smart na sua app store.
2. Descarregue e instale a aplicação no seu dispositivo móvel. O
ícone da aplicação aparecerá assim que a instalação estiver
concluída.
3. Ative a função Bluetooth® (e GPS for Android) no seu dispositivo móvel.
4. Proceda ao registo com o seu número de telefone.
5. Carregue a página priLoad the main page on the Tuya
ncipal da aplicação Tuya Smart e adicione o dispositivo.

6. Vá para Body Fat Scale (Bluetooth®) ou faça uma busca
automática.
7. Certifique-se de que a balança está ligada durante a
pesquisa Bluetooth® . Não efetue qualquer outra
operação durante este tempo.
8. Selecione o utilizador para introduzir os dados pessoais.
Não se esqueça que a introdução de dados incorretos
pode levar a medições erradas.
9. Para adicionar um utilizador, clique em Me →User Management, e depois clique em +
para adicionar um membro. Para trocar de utilizador, clique no ícone do utilizador no
canto superior esquerdo. Cada conta pode suportar até 10 utilizadores.

10. Para selecionar a unidade de pesagem,
clique em Unit Switch, selecione a
unidade de pesagem e confirme.
11. Toque ao de leve com o seu pé na balança para ativar o visor. Aguarde até o visor
indicar 0.0. Coloque-se em cima da balança com os pés descalços. Subir para a
balança com meias ou sapatos impedirá a leitura completa dos dados.
12. Aguarde até o visor congelar e os
dados terem sido transferidos para o
seu smartphone.
13. Clique em Record para ver os dados guardados a longo
prazo relativamente ao peso corpora, BMI, BMR, massa
muscular e massa óssea, etc. A Tuya suporta relatórios
diários, semanais e mensais.

6. Resolução de problemas
A balança não liga.
• Verifique se as pilhas foram colocadas corretamente.
• Substitua as pilhas por pilhas novas.
Bluetooth® não liga.
• Certifique-se de que o aparelho está ligado corretamente e as pilhas são novas.
• Ative a função Bluetooth® do seu disposiivo móvel. Para telefones Android®,é
necessário ativar a autorização de acesso à sua localização devido à
configuração.
• Mantenha uma distância de pelo menos 5 m entre o aparelho e o seu telemóvel
para garantir a ligação.
• Se a ligação Bluetooth®falhar, mantenha o botão de unidade pressionado, na
parte de trás da balança até aparecer CRL.
Não foram medidos quaisquer dados relativos à gordura corporal durante a
pesagem.
• Suba para a balança com os pés descalços, certificando-se de que tem os pés
bem secos.
• Aguarde até o visor congelar e pela transmissão dos dados.
• A funçãoBluetooth®não está ativa ou está emparelhada com outra balança.
A balança está a produzir pesagens inconsistentes.
• Certifique-se de que monta a balança numa superfície plana e estável.
• Verifique os sensores e limpe-os com um pano seco.
A aplicação apresenta uma relação gordura-músculo incorreta.
• Os parâmetros pessoais estão incorretos. Introduza o género, idade e altura
corretos.
Como recalibrar a balança depois de a mover ou de substituir as pilhas?
• Coloque-se em cima da balança para a ligar. Aguarde até aparecer no visor 0.0
kg/lb./st.
Como alterar a unidade de pesagem?
• Pressione o botão de unidade na parte de trás da balança. A aplicação deverá
apresentar agora a unidade de pesagem selecionada.

an extra quality check, both by an internal quality department and by
specialized external organisations. If, all precautionary measures
notwithstanding, problems should occur, please make appeal to our
warranty (see guarantee conditions).
General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer Products (for
EU):
• All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on production
flaws and defective material as from the original date of purchase.
• Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an equivalent article, or
to refund the retail value totally or partially when the complaint is valid and
a free repair or replacement of the article is impossible, or if the expenses
are out of proportion.
You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the value of 100%
of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year after the
date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the
purchase price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in case
of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date of purchase and
delivery.
• Not covered by warranty:
- all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the article (e.g. by
oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by the article, as well
as its contents (e.g. data loss), compensation for loss of profits;
- consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an aging
process during normal use, such as batteries (rechargeable, non-
rechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps, rubber parts, drive belts...
(unlimited list);
- flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident, natural
disaster, etc.…;
- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from improper
handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to the
manufacturer’s instructions;
- damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of the
article (the warranty validity will be reduced to six (6) months when the
article is used professionally);
- damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping of the
article;
- all damage caused by modification, repair or alteration performed by a
third party without written permission by Velleman®.
• Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your Velleman® dealer,
solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging), and be completed
with the original receipt of purchase and a clear flaw description.
• Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the manual and
check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior to presenting the
article for repair. Note that returning a non-defective article can also
involve handling costs.
• Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to shipping costs.
• The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercial warranties.
The above enumeration is subject to modification according to the
article (see article’s manual).

tijdstippen een extra kwaliteitscontrole, zowel door onze eigen
kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe gespecialiseerde organisaties. Mocht
er ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u
steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).
Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden consumentengoederen (voor
Europese Unie):
• Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode van 24
maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de oorspronkelijke
aankoopdatum.
• Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of vervanging van
een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding
zijn, kan Velleman® beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen
door een gelijkwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel
gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u een
vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van 100% van de
aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na aankoop en
levering, of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of
terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.
• Valt niet onder waarborg:
- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de levering veroorzaakt
aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en
door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor
eventuele winstderving.
- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan
veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv. batterijen (zowel oplaadbare
als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen
onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst).
- defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen,
natuurrampen, enz.
- defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een
onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal gebruik of
gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften van de fabrikant.
- schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel of collectief
gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de
garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).
- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij transport van het
apparaat.
- alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties uitgevoerd door
derden zonder toestemming van Velleman®.
• Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw
Velleman®-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het
oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke verpakking (bij
voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke foutomschrijving
bij.
• Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog eens na
of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet naar

qualité externe. Dans le cas improbable d’un défaut malgré toutes les
précautions, il est possible d’invoquer notre garantie (voir les conditions

Conditions générales concernant la garantie sur les produits grand
public (pour l’UE) :
• tout produit grand public est garanti 24 mois contre tout vice de
production ou de matériaux à dater du jour d’acquisition effective ;
• si la plainte est justifiée et que la réparation ou le remplacement d’un
article est jugé impossible, ou lorsque les coûts s’avèrent
disproportionnés, Velleman® s’autorise à remplacer ledit article par un
article équivalent ou à rembourser la totalité ou une partie du prix d’achat.
Le cas échéant, il vous sera consenti un article de remplacement ou le
remboursement complet du prix d’achat lors d’un défaut dans un délai de
1 an après l’achat et la livraison, ou un article de remplacement
moyennant 50% du prix d’achat ou le remboursement de 50% du prix
d’achat lors d’un défaut après 1 à 2 ans.
• sont par conséquent exclus :
- tout dommage direct ou indirect survenu à l’article après livraison (p.ex.
dommage lié à l’oxydation, choc, chute, poussière, sable, impureté…) et
provoqué par l’appareil, ainsi que son contenu (p.ex. perte de données) et
une indemnisation éventuelle pour perte de revenus ;
- toute pièce ou accessoire nécessitant un remplacement causé par un
usage normal comme p.ex. piles (rechargeables comme non
rechargeables, intégrées ou remplaçables), ampoules, pièces en
caoutchouc, courroies… (liste illimitée) ;
- tout dommage qui résulte d’un incendie, de la foudre, d’un accident,
d’une catastrophe naturelle, etc. ;
- out dommage provoqué par une négligence, volontaire ou non, une
utilisation ou un entretien incorrect, ou une utilisation de l’appareil
contraire aux prescriptions du fabricant ;
- tout dommage à cause d’une utilisation commerciale, professionnelle ou
collective de l’appareil (la période de garantie sera réduite à 6 mois lors
d’une utilisation professionnelle) ;
- tout dommage à l’appareil qui résulte d’une utilisation incorrecte ou
différente que celle pour laquelle il a été initialement prévu comme décrit
dans la notice ;
- tout dommage engendré par un retour de l’appareil emballé dans un
conditionnement non ou insuffisamment protégé.
- toute réparation ou modification effectuée par une tierce personne sans
l’autorisation explicite de SA Velleman® ; - frais de transport de et vers
Velleman® si l’appareil n’est plus couvert sous la garantie.
• toute réparation sera fournie par l’endroit de l’achat. L’appareil doit
nécessairement être accompagné du bon d’achat d’origine et être dûment
conditionné (de préférence dans l’emballage d’origine avec mention du
défaut) ;
• tuyau : il est conseillé de consulter la notice et de contrôler câbles, piles,
etc. avant de retourner l’appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé défectueux
qui s’avère en bon état de marche pourra faire l’objet d’une note de frais à
charge du consommateur ;
• une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la période de garantie fera l’objet
de frais de transport ;
• toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux conditions
susmentionnées.
La liste susmentionnée peut être sujette à une complémentation
selon le type de l’article et être mentionnée dans la notice d’emploi.

Desde su fundación en 1972 Velleman® ha adquirido una amplia
experiencia como distribuidor en el sector de la electrónica en más de 85
países. Todos nuestros productos responden a normas de calidad
rigurosas y disposiciones legales vigentes en la UE. Para garantizar la
calidad, sometemos nuestros productos regularmente a controles de
calidad adicionales, tanto a través de nuestro propio servicio de calidad
como de un servicio de calidad externo. En el caso improbable de que
surgieran problemas a pesar de todas las precauciones, es posible
recurrir a nuestra garantía (véase las condiciones de garantía).
Condiciones generales referentes a la garantía sobre productos de
venta al público (para la Unión Europea):
• Todos los productos de venta al público tienen un período de garantía
de 24 meses contra errores de producción o errores en materiales desde
la adquisición original;
• Si la queja está fundada y si la reparación o sustitución de un artículo no
es posible, o si los gastos son desproporcionados, Velleman® autoriza
reemplazar el artículo por un artículo equivalente o reembolsar la
totalidad o una parte del precio de compra. En este caso, usted recibirá
un artículo de recambio o el reembolso completo del precio de compra si
encuentra algún fallo hasta un año después de la compra y entrega, o un
artículo de recambio al 50% del precio de compra o el reembolso del 50%
del precio de compra si encuentra un fallo después de 1 año y hasta los 2
años después de la compra y entrega.
Por consiguiente, están excluidos entre otras cosas:
- todos los daños causados directa o indirectamente al aparato (p.ej. por
oxidación, choques, caída,...) y a su contenido (p.ej. pérdida de datos)
después de la entrega y causados por el aparato, y cualquier
indemnización por posible pérdida de ganancias;
- partes o accesorios, que estén expuestos al desgaste causado por un
uso normal, como por ejemplo baterías (tanto recargables como no
recargables, incorporadas o reemplazables), bombillas, partes de goma,
etc. (lista ilimitada);
- defectos causados por un incendio, daños causados por el agua, rayos,
accidentes, catástrofes naturales, etc.;
- defectos causados a conciencia, descuido o por malos tratos, un
mantenimiento inapropiado o un uso anormal del aparato contrario a las
instrucciones del fabricante;
- daños causados por un uso comercial, profesional o colectivo del
aparato (el período de garantía se reducirá a 6 meses con uso
profesional);
- daños causados por un uso incorrecto o un uso ajeno al que está
previsto el producto inicialmente como está descrito en el manual del
usuario;
- daños causados por una protección insuficiente al transportar el
aparato.
- daños causados por reparaciones o modificaciones efectuadas por una
tercera persona sin la autorización explícita de Velleman®;
- se calcula gastos de transporte de y a Velleman® si el aparato ya no
está cubierto por la garantía.
• Cualquier artículo que tenga que ser reparado tendrá que ser devuelto a
su distribuidor Velleman®. Devuelva el aparato con la factura de compra
original y transpórtelo en un embalaje sólido (preferentemente el
embalaje original). Incluya también una buena descripción del fallo;
• Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y controle los cables, las pilas, etc.
antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un defecto en el artículo
los gastos podrían correr a cargo del cliente;
• Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga del cliente para una
reparación efectuada fuera del período de garantía.
• Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos.
La lista previamente mencionada puede ser adaptada según el tipo
de artículo (véase el manual del usuario del artículo en cuestión).

Alle Produkte entsprechen den strengen Qualitätsforderungen und
gesetzlichen Anforderungen in der EU. Um die Qualität zu gewährleisten
werden unsere Produkte regelmäßig einer zusätzlichen Qualitätskontrolle
unterworfen, sowohl von unserer eigenen Qualitätsabteilung als auch von
externen spezialisierten Organisationen. Sollten, trotz aller
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen, Probleme auftreten, nehmen Sie bitte die Garantie
in Anspruch (siehe Garantiebedingungen).
Allgemeine Garantiebedingungen in Bezug auf Konsumgüter (für die
Europäische Union):
• Alle Produkte haben für Material- oder Herstellungsfehler eine
Garantieperiode von 24 Monaten ab Verkaufsdatum.
• Wenn die Klage berechtigt ist und falls eine kostenlose Reparatur oder
ein Austausch des Gerätes unmöglich ist, oder wenn die Kosten dafür
unverhältnismäßig sind, kann Velleman® sich darüber entscheiden,
dieses Produkt durch ein gleiches Produkt zu ersetzen oder die
Kaufsumme ganz oder teilweise zurückzuzahlen. In diesem Fall erhalten
Sie ein Ersatzprodukt oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 100% der
Kaufsumme im Falle eines Defektes bis zu 1 Jahr nach Kauf oder
Lieferung, oder Sie bekommen ein Ersatzprodukt im Werte von 50% der
Kaufsumme oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 50 % im Falle eines
Defektes im zweiten Jahr.
• Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:
- alle direkten oder indirekten Schäden, die nach Lieferung am Gerät und
durch das Gerät verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation, Stöße, Fall, Staub,
Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, ...), sowie auch der Inhalt (z.B. Datenverlust),
Entschädigung für eventuellen Gewinnausfall.
- Verbrauchsgüter, Teile oder Zubehörteile, die durch normalen Gebrauch
dem Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien (nicht nur aufladbare,
sondern auch nicht aufladbare, eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen,
Gummiteile, Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschränkte Liste).
- Schäden verursacht durch Brandschaden, Wasserschaden, Blitz,
Unfälle, Naturkatastrophen, usw.
- Schäden verursacht durch absichtliche, nachlässige oder
unsachgemäße Anwendung, schlechte Wartung, zweckentfremdete
Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von Benutzerhinweisen in der
Bedienungsanleitung.
- Schäden infolge einer kommerziellen, professionellen oder kollektiven
Anwendung des Gerätes (bei gewerblicher Anwendung wird die
Garantieperiode auf 6 Monate zurückgeführt).
- Schäden verursacht durch eine unsachgemäße Verpackung und
unsachgemäßen Transport des Gerätes.
- alle Schäden verursacht durch unautorisierte Änderungen, Reparaturen
oder Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne Erlaubnis von Velleman®
vorgenommen werden.
• Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Velleman®-Verteiler.
Legen Sie das Produkt ordnungsgemäß verpackt (vorzugsweise die
Originalverpackung) und mit dem Original-Kaufbeleg vor. Fügen Sie eine
deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung hinzu.
• Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen, lesen Sie die
Bedienungsanleitung nochmals und überprüfen Sie, ob es keinen auf de
Hand liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gerät zur Reparatur
zurückschicken. Stellt sich bei der Überprüfung des Gerätes heraus, dass
kein Geräteschaden vorliegt, könnte dem Kunden eine
Untersuchungspauschale berechnet.
• Für Reparaturen nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist werden Transportkosten
berechnet.
• Jede kommerzielle Garantie lässt diese Rechte unberührt.
Die oben stehende Aufzählung kann eventuell angepasst werden
gemäß der Art des Produktes (siehe Bedienungsanleitung des
Gerätes).

Od czasu założenia w 1972, Velleman® zdobył bogate doświadczenie w
dziedzinie światowej elektroniki. Obecnie firma dystrybuuje swoje
produkty w ponad 85 krajach.
Wszystkie nasze produkty spełniają surowe wymagania jakościowe oraz
wypełniają normy i dyrektywy obowiązujące w krajach UE. W celu
zapewnienia najwyższej jakości naszych produktów, przechodzą one
regularne oraz dodatkowo wyrywkowe badania kontroli jakości, zarówno
naszego wewnętrznego działu jakości jak również wyspecjalizowanych
firm zewnętrznych. Pomimo dołożenia wszelkich starań czasem mogą
pojawić się problemy techniczne, prosimy odwołać się do gwarancji (patrz
warunki gwarancji).
Ogólne Warunki dotyczące gwarancji:
• Wszystkie produkty konsumenckie podlegają 24-miesięc znej gwaranc ji
na wady produkcyjne i materiałowe od daty zakupu.
• W przypadku, gdy usterka jest niemożliwa do usunięcia lub koszt
usunięcia jest nadmiernie wysoki Velleman ® może zdecydować o
wymianie artykułu na nowy, wolny od wad lub zwrócić zapłaconą kwotę.
Zwrot gotówki może jednak nastąpić z uwzględnieniem poniższych
warunków:
- zwrot 100% ceny zakupu w przypadku, gdy wada wystąpiła w ciągu
pierwszego roku od daty zakupu i dostawy
- wymiana wadliwego artykułu na nowy, wolny od wad z odpłatnością
50% ceny detalicznej lub zwrot 50% kwoty ceny nabycia w przypadku gdy
wada wystąpiła w drugim roku od daty zakupu i dostawy.
• Produkt nie podlega naprawie gwarancyjnej:
- gdy wszystkie bezpośrednie lub pośrednie szkody spowodowane są
działaniem czynników środowiskowych lub losowych (np. przez utlenianie,
wstrząsy, upadki, kurz, brud, ...), wilgotności;
- gwarant nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikających z utraty
danych;
- produkty konsumenckie, części zamienne lub akcesoria podatne na
process starzenia, wynikającego z normalnego użytkowania, np: baterie
(ładowalne, nieładowalne, wbudowane lub wymienne), żarówki, paski
napędowe, gumowe elementy napędowe... (nieograniczona lista);
- usterka wynika z działania pożaru, zalania wszelkimi cieczami,
uderzenia pioruna, upadku lub klęski żywiołowej, itp.;
- usterka wynika z zaniedbań eksploatacyjnych tj. umyślne bądź
nieumyślne zaniechanie czyszczenia, konserwacji, wymiany materiałów
ekspolatacyjnych, niedbalstwa lub z niewłaściwego obchodzenia się lub
niezgodnego użytkowania z instrukcją producenta;
- szkody wynikające z nadmiernego użytkowania gdy nie jest do tego celu
przeznaczony tj. działalność komerycjna, zawodowa lub wspólne
użytkowanie przez wiele osób - okres obowiązywania gwarancji zostanie
obniżony do 6 (sześć) miesięcy;
- Szkody wynikające ze źle zabezpieczonej wysyłki produktu;
- Wszelkie szkody spowodowane przez nieautoryzowaną naprawę,
modyfikację, przeróbkę produktu przez osoby trzecie jak również bez
pisemnej zgody firmy Velleman ®.
• Uszkodzony produkt musi zostać dostarczony do sprzedawcy ®
Velleman, solidnie zapakowany (najlepiej w oryginalnym opakowaniu),
wraz z wyposażeniem z jakim produkt został sprzedany. W przypadku
wysyłki towaru w opakowaniu innym niż oryginalnym ryzyko usterki
produktu oraz tego skutki przechodzą na właściciela produktu. Wraz z
niesprawnym produktem należy dołączyć jasny i szczegółowy opis jego
usterki, wady;
• Wskazówka: Aby zaoszczędzić na kosztach i czasie, proszę
szczegółowo zapoznać się z instrukcja obsługi; czy przyczyną wady są
okoliczności techniczne czy też wynikaja wyłącznie z nieznajomości
obsługi produktu. W przypadku wysyłki sprawnego produktu do serwisu
nabywca może zostać obciążony kosztmi obsługi oraz transportu.
• W przypadku napraw pogwarancyjnych lub odpłatnych klient ponosi
dodatkowo koszt wysyłki produktu do i z serwisu.
wymienione wyżej warunki są bez uszczerbku dla wszystkich
komercyjnych gwarancji.
Powyższe postanowienia mogą podlegać modyfikacji w zależności
od wyrobu (patrz art obsługi).

defeitos depois de 1 a 2 anos.
• estão por consequência excluídos:
- todos os danos directos ou indirectos depois da entrega do artigo (p.ex.
danos ligados a oxidação, choques, quedas, poeiras, areias,
impurezas…) e provocado pelo aparelho, como o seu conteúdo (p.ex.
perca de dados) e uma indemnização eventual por perca de receitas;
- consumíveis, peças ou acessórios sujeitos a desgaste causado por um
uso normal, como p.ex. pilhas (recarregáveis, não recarregáveis,
incorporadas ou substituíveis), lâmpadas, peças em borracha correias…
(lista ilimitada);
- todos os danos que resultem de um incêndio, raios, de um acidente, de
una catastrophe natural, etc.;
- danos provocados por negligencia, voluntária ou não, uma utilização ou
manutenção incorrecta, ou uma utilização do aparelho contrária as
prescrições do fabricante ;
- todos os danos por causa de uma utilização comercial, profissional ou
colectiva do aparelho ( o período de garantia será reduzido a 6 meses
para uma utilização profissional);
- todos os danos no aparelho resultando de uma utilização incorrecta ou
diferente daquela inicialmente prevista e descrita no manual de utilização;
- todos os danos depois de uma devolução não embalada ou mal
protegida ao nível do acondicionamento.
- todas as reparações ou modificações efectuadas por terceiros sem a
autorização de SA Velleman®;
- despesas de transporte de e para Velleman® se o aparelho não estiver
coberto pela garantia.
• qualquer reparação será fornecida pelo local de compra. O aparelho
será obrigatoriamente acompanhado do talão ou factura de origem e bem
acondicionado (de preferência dentro da embalagem de origem com
indicação do defeito ou avaria);
• dica: aconselha-mos a consulta do manual e controlar cabos, pilhas,
etc. antes de devolver o aparelho. Um aparelho devolvido que estiver em
bom estado será cobrado despesas a cargo do consumidor;
• uma reparação efectuada fora da garantia, será cobrado despesas de
transporte;
• qualquer garantia comercial não prevalece as condições aqui
mencionadas.
A lista pode ser sujeita a um complemento conforme o tipo de artigo
e estar mencionada no manual de utilização.
