BEDIENUNG

STÖRUNG / WARTUNG

PAPIERSTAU IM GERÄT:

Ergibt sich durch zuviel zugeführtes Material ein

Stau, so blockiert das Schneidwerk. Gehen Sie

wie folgt vor:

- Wippschalter (1) (Abb. 1) betätigen (Stellung

„gebogener Pfeil“).

- Schneidwerk läuft rückwärts und gibt das zuviel

eingeführte Zerkleinerungsgut frei.

- Zurückgeführtes Papier kurz über dem Einlaß-

schlitz abreißen, danach den Wippschalter (1)

in Position „I“ stellen.

- Schneidwerk läuft vorwärts und zerkleinert den

im Schneidwerk verbliebenen Papierrest.

- Die Zerkleinerung mit geringerer Papiermenge

fortsetzen.

MOTORSCHUTZ:

Sollte der Motor überfordert werden, so schaltet

er ab. Schalten Sie das Gerät am Wippschalter (1)

(Abb. 1) aus (Stellung „0“). Nach einer Abkühlzeit

von ca. 15-20 Minuten (je nach Raumtemperatur)

können Sie das Gerät erneut starten.

CHECKLISTE BEI STÖRUNGEN:

Sollte das Gerät nicht funktionieren, prüfen Sie

folgende Punkte:

- ist der Netzstecker am Netz angeschlossen?

- ist der Wippschalter (1) eingeschaltet?

- ist das Gerät auf dem Auffangbehälter aufge-

setzt (150.3 C)?

- ist ein Papierstau im Gerät?

Folgen Sie den Instruktionen bei „PAPIER-

STAU“.

- ist der Motor überlastet worden?

Warten Sie bis er abgekühlt ist und starten

dann erneut.

Wenn keine der Prüfpunkte zutreffen, benach-

richtigen Sie bitte Ihren Fachhändler.

WARTUNG SCHNEIDWERK (3,5x18 mm):

Nach ca. 30 Minuten Dauerbetrieb für ca. 15-20

Sekunden auf Rückwärtslauf schalten und gleich-

zeitig etwas von dem mitgelieferten Spezial-Öl

auf das Schneidwerk sprühen.

BEDIENUNGSELEMENTE:

1 = Wippschalter (Abb. 1)

(Ein / Aus / Rückwärtslauf)

Dieser Schalter beinhaltet folgende Funktio-

nen:

- Stellung „I“

Das Gerät ist betriebsbereit.

- Stellung „0“

Das Gerät ist ausgeschaltet.

- Stellung „gebogener Pfeil“

Das Schneidwerk läuft rückwärts.

2 = Zusatzschalter (Abb. 1)

(Vorwärtslauf manuell)

Bei Betätigung dieses Schalters läuft das

Schneidwerk vorwärts.

3 = Fühler (Vorwärtslauf) (Abb. 2)

Startet den Zerkleinerungsvorgang sobald

ein Blatt Papier in den Einlaßschlitz einge-

führt wird.

ZUFÜHRUNG VON PAPIER:

- Gerät am Wippschalter (1) (Abb. 1) einschalten

(Stellung „I“).

- Papier durch den Einlaßschlitz dem Schneid-

werk zuführen.

- Gerät schaltet automatisch auf Vorwärtslauf

und zieht das Papier ein. Nach dem

Zerkleinerungsvorgang schaltet das Gerät au-

tomatisch ab.

Führen Sie dem Gerät niemals mehr

als die angegebene Höchstmenge Pa-

pier (siehe „TECHNISCHE DATEN“) zu!

Sollte trotzdem zuviel Papier in das

Schneidwerk gelangt sein, siehe bei „STÖ-

RUNG“ unter „PAPIERSTAU IM GERÄT“.

ENTLEEREN DES AUFFANGBEHÄLTERS:

- Betätigen Sie kurz den Zusatzschalter (2) (Abb.

1) für „Vorwärtslauf manuell“.

- Der im Auslauf verbliebene , zuletzt zugeführte

Papierrest wird „frei“ und in den Auffangbehälter

geführt.

- Fassen Sie das Gerät an den beiden seitlichen

Griffmulden und nehmen es ab.

- Der Auffangbehälter kann entleert werden.

- Nachdem Sie das Gerät wieder auf den Behäl-

ter aufgesetzt haben, können Sie mit der Zer-

kleinerung fortfahren.

Hinweis: Das Gerät läuft nur, wenn es auf dem

Auffangbehälter aufgesetzt ist (150.3 C).

<< Das Gerät darf nicht von mehreren Per-

sonen gleichzeitig bedient werden!

Die Auslegung der Sicherheitselemente

beruhen auf einer gefahrlosen Bedienung

im “Einmannbetrieb“.

<< Während des Zerkleinerungsvorganges

dürfen keine andere Arbeiten (z. B. Rei-

nigung etc.) an der Maschine getätigt

werden!

<< Kindern ist der Aufenthalt im Arbeits-

bereich der betriebsbereiten Maschine

nicht gestattet!

Die sicherheitstechnische Gesamt-

konzeption (Abmessungen, Zuführ-

öffnungen, Sicherheitsabschaltungen etc.)

dieser Maschine beruht auf einer gefahr-

losen Bedienung für Erwachsene.

<< Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem Fach-

mann durchgeführt werden!

WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

INBETRIEBNAHME

EINSATZBEREICH:

Der Datenshredder Olympia 150.4 / 150.3 C ist

eine Maschine zum Zerkleinern allgemeinen

Schriftgutes.

Die Maschine darf nur zur Zerkleine-

rung von Papier verwendet werden!

Die Zerkleinerung andersartiger Daten-

träger kann Verletzungen an der Person

(z.B. durch Splitterung fester Materiali-

en etc.), sowie Schäden am Gerät (z.B.

Zerstörung des Schneidwerkes etc.) zur

Folge haben.

AUFSTELLUNG:

- Gerät auspacken, und aufstellen.

- Gerät an den beiden seitlichen Griffmulden

fassen und auf den Auffangbehälter setzen

(Kabelausgang nach hinten).

- Gerät mit Netzstecker am Stromnetz anschlie-

ßen (Angaben über die erforderliche Vor-

sicherung der Netzsteckdose siehe „TECHNI-

SCHE DATEN“).

Der Netzanschluß des Gerätes muß

frei zugängig sein!

Die Maschine sollte nur in geschlos-

senen und temperierten (10-40

Räumen eingesetzt werden!

MALFUNCTIONS / MAINTENANCE

PAPER JAM:

If too much paper is fed to the cutting system the

cutting system will jam. Proceed as follows:

- Operate the rocker switch (1) (fig. 1) to position

„bowed arrow“.

- Cutting system runs in reverse and frees excess

paper.

- Tear off the excess paper over the feed slot and

turn the rocker switch (1) to position „I“.

- The cutting system will run forward and cut the

remainder of the paper left in the cutting system.

- Continue shredding with less paper.

MOTOR PROTECTION:

The motor shuts down automatically, should it

become overloaded. Turn the machine off with the

rocker switch (1) (fig. 1). Allow the motor to cool

down for 15 to 20 minutes (depending upon room

temperature) and then continue shredding.

CHECKLIST IN CASE OF MALFUNCTIONS:

If the device does not function, check the following:

- Is the plug connected to the mains?

- Is the rocker switch (1) on?

- has the machine been reset onto the receptacle

(150.3 C)?

- Is there a paper jam?

Follow the instructions under „PAPER JAM“.

- has the motor been overloaded?

Wait until the motor has cooled, and then restart.

If none of the above applies, contact your

dealer.

MAINTENANCE

CUTTING BLOCK (3.5x18 mm):

After approximately 30 minutes of continuous

use, run the cutting system in reverse for 15 to 20

seconds and spray some of the enclosed Special

Oil onto the cutting system.

OPERATION

EXPLANATION OF THE CONTROLS:

1 = Rocker switch (fig. 1)

(on / off / reverse)

This switch is for the following functions:

- position „I“

machine is ready for operation

- position „0“

machine is switched off

- position „bowed arrow“

cutting blades are reversing

2 = Auxiliary switch (fig. 1)

(forward run, manual)

Operate this switch to put the cutting system

in forward mode.

3 = Sensor (forward run) (fig. 2)

The shredding operation is started as soon

as a sheet of paper passes through the feed

slot.

FEEDING THE PAPER:

- Turn machine on with rocker switch (1) (fig. 1)

(position „I“).

- Feed paper through the inlet guide to the cutting

system.

- Machine switches automatically to forward and

draws paper in. The machine switches off

automatically after shredding.

Never feed the shredder with a quantity

of paper exceeding the maximum

indicated in the technical details.

Should the machine be overfed, follow

the instructions under „PAPER JAM“.

EMPTYING THE RECEPTACLE:

- Operate briefly the auxiliary switch (2) (fig 1) for

„forward run, manual“.

- The paper left in the outlet is released and drops

into the receptacle.

- Take the machine by the moldings on each side

and lift it up.

- The receptacle can be emptied easily.

- After the machine has been reset onto the

receptacle, you can continue shredding.

Note: The machine will only run if reset onto the

receptacle (150.3 C).

<< The machine may not be operated by

more than one person at any given time!

The machine was designed for safe

operation by “one person only”.

<< During the shredding process no other

work may be performed on the machine

(for example cleaning, etc.).

<< Keep children away from the machine.

This machine’s design and safety concept

are based on adult dimensions (feeder

route, safety cut-off switches, etc.) to

ensure that it can be operated safely by

adults only.

<< Repairs may only be performed by

trained personnel.

<< Keep all loose articles of

clothing, ties, jewelery,

long hair or other loose

objects away from

opening, injury may

result!

<< Never insert fingers into opening.

Serious injury may result!

<< In case of danger switch the

machine off with the mains switch,

or with the emergency switch, or

unplug the machine.

<< Always unplug the machine from

the mains power supply before

opening the machine.

INITIATION

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

The document shredder Olympia 150.4 / 150.3 C

is a machine for the destruction of common

written material.

The unit should only be fed with paper!

Shredding other types of materials can

cause injuries (e.g. by splinters of hard

materials) or may damage the shredder

(e.g. destruction of the cutting system).

INSTALLATION:

- Unpack and set machine upright.

- Take the machine by the moldings on each

side and put it onto the cabinet (trip switch at

the back).

- Plug in the machine (for instructions for the

necessary precautions see „TECHNICAL

DATA“.

The mains connection at the machine

must be freely accessible!

Only operate the machine in enclosed

rooms at temperatures between 10

UTILISATION

VOMMENT REMEDIER AUX

PETITES PANNES / ENTRETIEN

EN CAS DE BOURRAGE:

Si trop de matériel à détruire est amené au bloc de coupe,

ce dernier se bloque. Procéder comme suit:

- Appuyer sur le commutateur à bascule (1) (fig. 1) (position

„flèche coubée“).

- Le bloc de coupe se met en marche arrière pour débloquer

le matériel.

- Arrachez le surplus de papier un peu au-dessus de

l’entonnoir et mettez le commutateur à bascule (1) sur

position „I”.

- Le système de coupe se met en marche arrière et coupe

le papier qui est resté dans le bloc de coupe.

- Retirer les documents relachés de la machine et

recommencer à détruire avec une quantité moins

importantede papier.

PROTECTION DU MOTEUR:

Si le moteur est surchargé, il s’arrête automatiquement.

Déconnecter l’appareil à laide de le commutateur à bascule

(1) (fig. 1) (position „0“). Après un temps de refroidissement

de 15 à 20 minutes (selon la température ambiante) vous

pouvez recommencer à détruire.

PROCEDURE EN CAS DE

MAUVAIS FONCTIONNEMENT:

Si l’appareil ne fonctionne pas, veuillez effectuer les

contrôles suivants:

- La fiche électrique est-elle convenablement branchée

dans la prise?

- Est ce que le commutateur à bascule (1) est enclenche?

- la machine est-elle posée sur le récipient (150.3 C)?

- L’appareil est-il bloqué par un bourrage de papier?

Suivez alors les instructions données à la rubrique

„BOURRAGE“.

- L’effort fourni par le moteur a-t-il été excessif?

Attendez alors qu’il refroidisse puis démarrer le à nouveau.

Si aucum des différents contrôles indiqués ci-dessus

ne donne de résultat, veuillez contacter votre agent.

ENTRETIEN DU BLOC DE COUPE (3,5x18 mm):

Après environ 30 minutes de fonctionnement continu, il est

recommandé d’enclencher la marche arrière pendant 15 à

20 secondes environ et vaporiser un peu d’huile spéciale

livrée avec la machine sur le bloc de coupe.

ÉLÉMENTS DE COMMANDE:

1 = Commutateur à bascule (fig. 1)

(marche / arrêt / marche arrière)

Ce commutateur a les fonctions suivantes:

- position „I“

la machine est prête pour mise en marche

- position „0“

la machine est hors circuit

- position „flèche courbée“

le système de coupe se trouve en marche

arrière.

2 = Commutateur auxiliaire (fig. 1)

(marche avant manuelle)

Ce commutateur met le système de coupe en

marche avant.

3=Dédecteur (marche avant) (fig. 2)

Démarre la procédure de broyage dés qu’une

feuille de papier est introduite dans la rainure

d’admission.

INTRODUCTION DE PAPIER:

- Appuyer sur le commutateur à bascule (1) (fig.

1)de la machine.

- Introduire le papier au bloc de coupe.

- La machine se met automatiquement en marche

avant et dédruit le papier. Après cette opération

de destruction, la machine s’arrête

automatiquement.

Ne chargez jamais la machine d’une

quantité de papier supérieure à celle

indiquée dans les dates techniques!

Si jamais trop de papier est introduit au

bloc de coupe, voir les instructions sous:

„EN CAS DE BOURRAGE“.

POUR VIDER LE RÉCIPIENT:

- Appuyer un peu sur le commutateur auxiliaire

(2) (fig. 1) pour „marche avant manuelle“.

- Le reste de papier dans la goulotte est libéré et

guidé dans le récipient.

- Enlevez l’appareil à l’aide de poignée.

- Maintenant le récipient peut facilement être

vidé.

- Après avoir remis la machine sur le récipient,

vous pouvez continuer le broyage.

Remarque : la machine fonctionne seulement

lorsqu'elle est posée sur le récipient (150.3 C).

RECOMMANDATIONS IMPORTANTES DE SÉCURITÉ

<< N’approchez jamais du

bloc de coupe les

vêtements amples,

colliers, cheveux longs,

cravates etc. Il pourrait

en résulter de sérieuses

blessures!

<< N’introduisez jamais les doigts

dans l’ouverture. Il pourrait en

résulter de sérieuses blessures!

<< En cas de danger, arrêter la

machine par l’interrupteur

principal, ou par l’interrupteur

d’urgence, ou débranchez la

machine.

<< Débrancher le raccordement

réseau avant d’ouvrir

l’installation.

<< La machine ne doit pas être utilisée par

plusieurs personnes en même temps!

La conception des éléments de sécurité

repose sur une mise en service sans danger

pour “L’utilisation de la machine par une

seule personne”

<< Ne pas effectuer d’autres activités sur la

machine (par ex. nettoyage...) durant le

procédé de destruction!

<< La présence d’enfants est interdite dans

la zone de travail de l’installation quand

celle-ci est prête à fonctionner!

L’ensemble de la conception des

techniques de sécurité (dimensions,

ouvertures d’alimentation, arrêt des

dispositifs de sécurité etc.) de cette

installation sont conçues pour permettre

une utilisation sans danger pour un adulte.

<< Les travaux de réparation doivent être

effectués uniquement par un spécialiste.

MISE EN MARCHE

DOMAINES D’UTILISATION:

Le destructeur de documents Olympia 150.4 /

150.3 C est un appareil destiné à détruire des

documents courants.

Cet appareil ne doit être utilisé que

pour la destruction de papier!

La destruction d’autres supports de

données peut causer des blessures (par

des éclats de matériel dur) ou casser le

destructeur (par exemple: détruire le

système de coupe).

INSTALLATION:

- Déballer et installer la machine.

- Prenez la machine par les deux poignées situées

sur les deux côtés et mettez-la sur l’armoire

(sortie du câble en arrière).

- Brancher la machine (voir les données de

sécurité électrique sous

„CHARACTÉRISTQUES TECHNIQUES“).

Le branchement électrique de

l’appareil doit être accessible!

L’installation doit être mise en place

obligatoirement dans un local fermé et

tempéré (10 - 40

C)!

Als er teveel materiaal wordt toegevoerd, kan er een

opstopping ontstaan waardoor het snijmechanisme

wordt geblokkeerd. Ga dan als volgt te werk:

- Tuimelschakelaar (1) (Fig. 1) bedienen.

- Het snijmechanisme loopt achteruit en het teveel

ingevoerde materiaal komt vrij.

- Scheurt u het te veel erin gestopte papier even

boven de invoer-sleuf af en zet u de

tuimelschakelaar (1) op stand „I“.

- Het snijmechanisme draait vooruit en vernietigt

het resterende papier in het snijmechanisme.

- Gaat u nu met het vernietigen van kleine

hoeveelheden papier door.

BEVEILIGING VAN DE MOTOR:

Bij overbelasting schakelt de motor zichzelf uit. In

dat geval het apparaat met de tuimelschakelaar (1)

(Fig. 1) uitschakelen.

Na een afkoeling van ca. 15 tot 20 minuten (afhankelijk

van de omgevingstemperatuur) kunt u het apparaat

opnieuw starten.

CHECKLIST BIJ STORINGEN:

Mocht het apparaat niet werken, controleer dan de

volgende punten:

- Zit de stekker in het stopcontact?

- Is de tuimelschakelaar (1) ingeschakeld?

- is het apparaat op de prullenbak gezet (150.3 C)?

-Papierdoorvoerstoring in het apparaat?

Volg de instructies onder "PAPIER-

DOORVOERSTORING" op.

- Is de motor overbelast?

Laat de motor afkoelen en start dan opnieuw.

Als geen van deze punten van toepassing zijn,

gelieve u uw dealer in te lichten.

ONDERHOUD SNIJMECHANISME (3,5x18 mm):

Na ca. 30 minuten continu bedrijf gedurende ca. 15

tot 20 se-conden op achteruit schakelen en

tegelijkertijd een paar druppeltjes van de

meegeleverde speciale olie op het snijmechanisme

sproeien.

BEDIENING

BEDIENINGSELEMENTEN:

1 = Tuimelschakelaar (Fig. 1)

(in / uit / achteruit draaien)

Deze schakelaar omvat volgende functies:

- stand „I“

het apparaat is klaar voor gebruik

- stand „0“

het apparaat is uitgeschakeld

- stand „kromme pijl“

het snijmechanisme draait achteruit

2 = Extra schakelaar (Fig. 1)

(manueel vooruit draaien)

Na het indrukken van deze schakelaar draai

het snijmechanisme vooruit.

3 = Voeler (draait vooruit) (Fig. 2)

Start de vernietingshandeling zodra een vel

papier in de invoer-sleuf gestoken wordt.

TOEVOER VAN PAPIER:

- Machine met de tuimelschakelaar (1) (Fig. 1)

inschakelen (stand „I“).

- Voer het papier via de gleuf naar het

snijmechanisme.

- De machine schakelt automatisch vooruit en

trekt het papier naar binnen. Na het versnipperen

schakelt de machine zichzelf uit.

Nooit meer dan de aangegeven maxi-

male hoeveelheid papier an het

apparaat toevoeren (zie "TECHNISCHE

GEGEVENS")!

Mocht er desondanks teveel papier in het

snij-mechanisme terechtgekomen zijn: Zie

"STORING" onder "PAPIER-

DOORVOERSTORING IN HET

APPARAAT".

LEGEN VAN DE VERZAMELBAK:

- Drukt u even de extra schakelaar (2) (Fig. 1) in

voor „vooruit draaien manueel“.

- De in de uitvoer achtergebleven papierresten,

die als laatste in het apparaat gestopt werden,

komen vrij en worden in de prullenbak gevoerd.

- Pakt u het apparaat bij de beide handgrepen

aan de zijkant beet en haalt u het eraf.

- De prullenbak kan nu makkelijk geleegd wor-

den.

- Nadat u het apparaat weer op de prullenbak

hebt gezet, kunt u met het versnipperen

doorgaan.

Opmerking: Het apparaat loopt alleen als het

op de prullenbak staat (150.3 C).

De shredder Olympia 150.4 / 150.3 C is een

machine voor het versnipperen van normaal

Het versnipperen van ander materiaal

kan persoonlijk letsel (bijv. door het

versplinteren van vast materiaal) alsmede

beschadiging van het apparaat (bijv.

vernieling van het snijmechanisme) tot

gevolg hebben.

OPSTELLING:

- Apparaat uitpakken en opstellen.

- Pakt u het apparaat aan de beide handgrepen

vast en zet u het op de prullenbak (met de

kabeluitgang naar achter).

ANOMALIE DI FUNZIONAMENTO

/ MANUTENSIONE

INCEPPAMENTO

DELLA CARTA NELL'APPARECCHIO:

Alimentando materiale in modo eccessivo si crea un

inceppamento che bloccherà l'utensile di taglio.

Procedere come segue:

- Azionare l‘interruttore a bilico (1) (fig. 1) (posizione

„freccia piegata“).

- L'utensile di taglio ruota in senso inverso liberando ed

espellendo il materiale alimentato in esuberanza.

- Adesso potete strappare la carta che ha causato il

sovraccarico, vicino alla fessura per l’inserimento e

quindi rimettete l’interruttore a bilico (1) nella posizione

„I“.

- Il meccanismo tagliente gira in avanti e distrugge la

carta avanzata nel meccanismo della macchina.

- Quindi potete continuare la distruzione di documenti,

inserendo quantità inferiori.

PROTEZIONE MOTORE:

Sollecitando il motore oltre i limiti avviene il blocco.

Disinserire la macchina tramite l‘interruttore a bilico (1)

(fig. 1). Dopo un periodo di raffreddamento di circa 15-

20 minuti, (dipendente dalla tempertura ambiente) sarà

possibile innestare nuovamente la macchina.

CHECK-LIST IN CASO DI ANOMALIE:

Se l'apparecchiatura non dovesse funzionare, eseguire

un controllo in base ai seguenti punti:

- Assicurarsi che la spina di alimentazione sia ben

collegata alla presa?

- È inserito l‘interruttore a bilico (1)?

- La machina è stata posata sul cesto di raccolta

(150.3 C)?

- Assicurarsi che non ci sia un inceppamento di

materiale, seguendo qui in caso affermativo le

istruzioni date.

- Accertarsi che il motore non sia sovraccarico,

attendendo eventualmente il raffreddamento dello

stesso prima di riavviarlo.

Non trovando il defetto in base ai punti riportati,

rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore specializzato.

MANUTENZIONE DELLA TAGLIERINA (3,5x18 mm):

Dop cica 30 minuti di funzione ininterrotta, invertire per

circa 15-20 secondi il senso di rotazione spruzzando

sulla taglierina alcune gocce dell'olio speciale fornito.

USO

Azionando questo interruttore, il meccanis-

mo tagliente gira in avanti.

Avvia il meccanismo per la distruzione di

documenti, appena il primo foglio viene

inserito nella fessura della macchina.

INTRODUZIONE DELLA CARTA:

- Inserire la macchina tramite l‘interruttore a bilico

(1) (fig. 1).

- Introduzione della carta nella bocca

d'immissione e invio alle taglierina.

- La macchina s'innesta automaticamente con

rotazione in senso di taglio assumendo la carta.

Dopo l'operazione di trinciatura la macchina si

disinnesta automaticamente.

Non alimentare la macchina oltre la

quantità max. consentita (vedi "DATI

TECNICI")!

Alimentando troppo materiale alla

taglierina vedi la pos. "Difetto in caso

d'inceppamento“.

SVUOTARE IL CESTO RACCOGLITORE:

- Azionate brevemente l’interruttore supplemen-

tare (2) (fig. 1) per „l’andamento in avanti -

manuale“.

- La carta inserita per ultima nella macchina,

rimasta dietro il meccanismo tagliente, viene

espulsa totalmente.

- Adesso sollevate la macchina prendendola con

due mani per le apposite conche, quindi il cesto

può essere svuotato comodamente.

- Dopo che avete riposata la macchina sul cesto,

potete continuare la distruzione di documenti.

Avvertenza: la macchina funziona solo se è stata

posata sul cesto di raccolta (150.3 C).

una macchina per la trinciatura di carta in generale.

La macchina è predisposta unicamente

per la trinciatura della carta!

Lo sminuzzamento di altri materiali

portadati potrebbe causare ferite a

persone, (ad es, a causa di scheggiamenti

di materiali solidi ecc.) portando inoltre al

danneggiamento dell'apparecchiatura

stessa (ad es. danneggiamento della

taglierina ecc.).

PLAZZAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA:

- Togliere l'imballaggio e piazzare la macchina.

- Prendete la macchina con due mani per le

apposite conche sui suoi lati ed appoggiatela sul

cesto (con l’uscita per il cavo verso il retro).

- Eseguire l'allacciamento dell'apparecchiatura

alla rete d'alimentazione mediante l'innesto della

spina. (I dati relativi alle valvole di sicurezza

sono esposti nel cap. „DATI TECNICI“).

La presa di collegamento alla rete

AVERIA / MANTENIMIENTO

ACUMULACION DE PAPEL EN EL APARATO:

Por la introducción de demasiado papel, se obtiene

una acumulación con el resultante bloqueo del

mecanismo de corte. Proceda tal como sigue:

- Accionar el interruptor basculante (1) (fig. 1)

(posición „flecha acodata“).

- El mecanismo de corte retrocede dejando libre el

material triturado que ha sido introducido de forma

desproporcionada.

- Arranque el papel que sobresalga en la ranura de

alimentación y ajuste el interruptor basculante (1)

en posición „I“.

- El mecanismo de corte avanza y tritura el papel

restante.

- Continúe la trituración con menos papel.

PROTECCION DE MOTOR:

En el caso de que el motor se sobrecargue, este se

desconecta. Desconecte el aparato mediante el

interruptor basculante (1) (fig. 1), respectivamente.

Tras un tiempo de enfriamiento de aprox. 15 - 20

minutos (según la temperatura ambiente del local),

puede activar de nuevo el aparato.

LISTA DE CHEQUEO EN CASO DE AVERIAS:

En el caso de que el aparato no funcione, compruebe

los puntos siguientes:

- ¿Está conectada la clavija de red en la red

eléctrica?

- ¿Está conectado el interruptor basculante (1)?

- ¿Se encuentra el aparato montado sobre el

recipiente de recogida (150.3 C)?

- ¿Existe acumulción de papel en el aparato?

Siga las instrucciones en caso de "ACUMULACION

DE PAPEL".

- ¿Está sobrecargado el motor?

Espere a que se enfríe y actívelo de nuevo.

Si ninguno de los puntos indicados corresponden

a su caso, póngase en contacto con el servicio de

asistencia técnica.

MANTENIMIENTO DEL

MECANISMO DE CORTE (3,5x18 mm):

Tras aprox. unos 30 min. de servicio permanente,

activar la marcha de retroceso durante 15 - 20

segundos y poverizar con el aceite especial

suministrado sobre el mecanismo de corte.

MANEJO

ELEMENTOS DE MANEJO:

1 = Interruptor basculante (fig. 1)

Este interruptor incorpora las funciones

siguientes:

- Posición „I“

el aparato está dispuesto.

- Posición „0“

el aparato está desconectado.

- Posición „flecha acodada“

el mecanismo de corte funciona en el sentido

inverso.

2 = Interruptor adicional (fig. 1)

(avance manual)

Accionando este interruptor, el mecanismo

de corte funciona avanzando.

3 = Palpador (avance) (fig. 2)

Inicia la trituración en cuanto se introduzca

papel en la ranura de alimentación.

ALIMENTACION DE PAPEL:

- Para conectar, accione la parte verde del inter-

ruptor basculante (1) (fig. 1) (posición „I“).

- Introducir el papel en la ranura de entrada del

mecanismo de corte.

- La máquina conmuta automáticamente al

avance insertando el papel. Tras el proceso de

trituración se desconecta automáticamente la

máquina.

No alimentar la máquina con más papel

que el indicado como cantidad máxima

de papel (véase CARACTERISTICAS

TECNICOS)!

Sin embargo si al mecanismo de corte le

llaga demasiado papel. Véase "AVERIA"

bajo "ACUMULACION DE PAPEL EN EL

APARATO".

VACIAR EL DEPOSITO COLECTOR:

- Accione brevemente el interruptor adicional (2)

(fig. 1) para „avance manual“.

- El papel restante queda libre y cae en la

papelera.

- Sujete el aparato por las cavidades de agarre

laterales y retírelo.

- Ahora puede vaciar la papelera cómodamente.

- En cuanto haya vuelto a colocar el aparato

sobre la papelera, puede continuar el

funcionamiento.

Nota: El aparato funciona únicamente

encontrándose montado sobre el recipiente de

recogida (150.3 C).

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES

INSERÇÃO DE PAPEL:

- Ligar a máquina no interruptor basculante (1)

(fig. 1).

- Inserir o papel através da ranhura de

alimentação de papel.

- A máquina avança automaticamente e puxa o

papel. Após a operação de corte a máquina

desliga automaticamente.

Nunca insira no apareiho uma

quantidada maior de papel do que a

recomendada (ver "DADOS

TÉCNICOS") !

Mas se se verificar um excesso de papel

no mecanismo de corte consulte

"AVARIAS" em "CONGESTIONAMENTO

DE PAPEL NO APERELHO".

ESVAZIAMENTO DO

RECIPIENTE DE RECOLHA:

- Accione brevemente o botão adicional (2) (fig.

1) para a "marcha manual para a frente".

- Os restos das últimas folhas inseridas serão

conduzidos para dentro do recipiente de recolha.

- Pegue a máquinas nas duas cavidades laterais,

e retire-a.

- O recipiente de recolha pode ser esvaziado.

- Depois de ter colocado novamente a máquina

no recipiente, pode continuar com a destruição

do papel.

Indicação: A máquina funciona unicamente

quando é colocada no recipiente de recolha

(150.3C).

ENTRADA EM FUNCIONAMENTO

CAMPO DE APLICAÇÃO:

A trituradora Olympia 150.4 / 150.3 C é uma

máquina para cortar todo o tipo de material próprio

para escrita.

A máquina só deve ser utilizada para

cortar papel!

O corte de outro tipo de suporte de dados

pode causar ferimentos ao operador (por

exemplo, devido a lascas de materiais

rijos) ou danos no aparelho (por exemplo,

danos no mecanismo de corte).

INSTALAÇÃO:

- Desempacote a máquina e coloque-a no sitio

desejado.

- Pegue a máquina nas duas cavidades laterais

e coloque-a no cesto (saída do cabo para trás).

- Ligar o aparelho corrente. (Dados as medidas

de precaução necessárias para a instalação da

tomada em "DADOS TÉCNICOS").

A ligação à rede da máquina tem que

ser livremente acessível!

A máquina deve apenas ser instalada

para desligar) foi elaborado pensando

numa utilização segura para adultos.

CONGESTIONAMENTO

DE PAPEL NO APARELHO:

Caso se verifique congestionamento devido a ter

sido introduzido demasiado material, o mecanismo

de corte bloqueia. Proceda da seguinte forma:

- Accionar o interruptor basculante (1) (Fig. 1)

(Posição «seta curvada»).

- O mecanismo de corte retrocede e rejeita o papel

introduzido em excesso, sem o ter cortado.

- Retire o papel, colocada em demasia, da fenda de

inserção e coloque o interrupotor (1) na posição

«I».

- O mecanismo de corte move-se para frente

destruíndo os restos que ficaram dentro do

mecanismo.

- Continue a destruição inserindo uma quantidade

reduzida de folhas.

PROTECÇÃO DO MOTOR

O motor pára se estiver sobrecarregado. Desligue a

máquina no interruptor basculante (1) (Fig. 1).

Após um periodo de arrefecimento de cerca de 15 a

20 minutos (consoante a temperatura da sala) pode

reinicializar a máquina.

VERIFICAR EM CASO DE AVARIA:

Se o aparelho não funcionar, proceda s seguintes

verificações:

-a ficha está ligada corrente?

-o interruptor basculante (1) está ligado?

-A máquina é colocada no recipiente de recolha

(150.3 C)?

- Há algum congestionamento de papel?

Siga as instruções descritas em

"CONGESTIONAMENTO DE PAPEL".

-O motor está sobrecarregado?

Espere que ele arrefeça e reinicialize a máquina.

Se não se verificar nenhum destes casos, avise

por favor o seu fornecedor especializado.

MANUTENÇAO - MECANISMO DE CORTE:

(3,5x18 mm):

Após cerca de trinta minutos de funcionamento da

máquina mude para modo de retroceder durante

quinze a vinte segundos e borrife simultaneamente o

mecanismo de corte com o óleo especial que nós

fornecemos.
