Compatibility

There are dierent types of door cylinders. Only the European cylinders (A) can be easily re-

placed with the Netatmo Smart Door Lock.If your door is equipped with another type of cylinder

(B), please contact a professional to replace it with the Netatmo Smart Door Lock.

Note: if your door is equipped with an outdoor security hidding the eurocylinder, this can

prevent the installation of a Netatmo Smart Door Lock. Please contact a professional for

advice before installing your product.

Compatibilité

Il existe diérents types de cylindres de porte. Seuls les cylindres européens (A) peuvent être

facilement remplacés par la Serrure Intelligente Netatmo.Si votre porte est équipée d’un autre

type de cylindre (B), contactez un professionnel pour le remplacer par la Serrure Intelligente

NL Compatibiliteit

Er zijn verschillende soorten deurcilinders. Alleen Europese cilinders (A) kunnen eenvoudig

worden vervangen door het Netatmo Slimme Deurslot. Als uw deur is uitgerust met een ander

type cilinder (B), neem dan contact op met een professional om deze te vervangen door het

Netatmo Slimme Deurslot.

Let op: als uw deur is uitgerust met een externe beveiliging die de Europese cilinder afdekt,

kan dit de installatie van het Netatmo Slimme Deurslot verhinderen. Vraag professioneel

advies voordat u uw product installeert.

Remove the existing cylinder

A. Open the door and locate on the edge the ﬁxing screw at the level of the eurocylinder.

Tips: This screw is usually dierent from the other screws along the edge of the door.

B. Unscrew the ﬁxing screw with a suitable screwdriver.

C. Insert your key into the existing cylinder and turn it a few degrees in one direction or the

other while gently pulling out the cylinder of your door.

Retirez le cylindre existant

A. Ouvrez la porte et repérez sur la tranche l’emplacement de la vis de ﬁxation au niveau de

l’eurocylindre.

Astuce: cette vis est généralement diérente des autres vis présentes le long de la tranche

de la porte.

B. Dévissez la vis de ﬁxation avec un tournevis adapté.

C. Insérez votre clé dans le cylindre existant et tournez-la de quelques degrés dans une

direction ou l’autre en tirant délicatement pour retirer le cylindre de votre porte

Entfernen Sie den vorhandenen Zylinder

A. Önen Sie die Tür und markieren Sie auf der Kante der Tür die Stelle, an der sich die

Befestigungsschraube in Höhe des Europäischen Zylinders beﬁndet.

Hinweis: Diese Schraube unterscheidet sich in der Regel von den anderen Schrauben an

der Türkante.

Retira el cilindro existente

A. Abre la puerta e identiﬁca en el lateral dónde está el tornillo de ﬁjación del cilindro.

Rimozione del cilindro esistente

A. Aprire la porta e segnare la posizione della vite di ﬁssaggio sul bordo del cilindro europeo.

Nota: questa vite è in genere diversa dalle altre viti presenti lungo il perimetro della porta.

B. Allentare la vite di ﬁssaggio con un cacciavite adatto.

C. Inserire la chiave nel cilindro esistente e ruotarla di pochi gradi in entrambe le direzioni,

tirando delicatamente per rimuovere il cilindro dalla porta.

Verwijder de bestaande cilinder

A. Open de deur en zoek op de rand de bevestigingsschroef ter hoogte van de eurocilinder.

Tip: Deze schroef wijkt meestal af van de andere schroeven langs de rand van de deur.

B. Draai de bevestigingsschroef los met een geschikte schroevendraaier.

C. Steek uw sleutel in de bestaande cilinder en draai deze een paar graden in de ene of de

andere richting, waarbij u voorzichtig trekt om de cilinder uit uw deur te verwijderen.

Retirar o cilindro existente

A. Abra a porta e marque no bordo a localização do parafuso de ﬁxação ao nível do cilindro

europeu.

A. Unscrew the outdoor knob using the Allen key.

B. Pull out the outdoor knob from the Smart Door Lock.

Measure the outdoor thickness

A. Use the door measurement tool provided in the pack to measure the outside thickness of

your door.

B. Insert the black arrow in the hole of the M5 ﬁxing screw on the edge of the door.

C. Pull the tab until it covers the outdoor decoration of your lock (plate or rosette).

Note: if in doubt, you can also conﬁrm your measurement directly on the cylinder you

removed from the door.

Mesurer l’épaisseur extérieure

A. Munissez-vous de l’outil de mesure de porte fourni dans le pack pour mesurer l’épaisseur

extérieure de votre porte

B. Insérez la ﬂèche noire dans le trou de la vis de ﬁxation M5, sur la tranche de la porte.

A. Nehmen Sie das im Produktumfang enthaltene Türmesswerkzeug zur Hand, um die

Außenstärke Ihrer Tür zu messen.

B. Introduce la ﬂecha negra en el agujero del tornillo M5, en el lateral de la puerta.

C. Tira de la lengüeta hasta cubrir la decoración exterior de tu cerradura (placa o escudo)

Nota: en caso de duda, también puedes conﬁrmar la medida directamente del cilindro que

has quitado de la puerta.

Misurazione dello spessore esterno

A. Utilizzare lo strumento in dotazione nella confezione per misurare lo spessore esterno

della porta.

B. Inserire la freccia nera nel foro della vite di ﬁssaggio M5 sul perimetro della porta.

C. Tirare la linguetta ﬁno a coprire la parte decorativa esterna della serratura (piastra o

rosone).

Nota: in caso di dubbio, veriﬁcare le misure direttamente sul cilindro rimosso dalla porta.

Meet de buitendikte

A. Neem het meegeleverde deur meetinstrument om de buitendikte van uw deur te meten

B. Steek de zwarte pijl in het gat van de M5 bevestigingsschroef aan de rand van de deur.

C. Trek aan het lipje totdat het de buitendecoratie van uw slot (plaat of rozet) bedekt.

Let op: bij twijfel kunt u uw meting ook direct bevestigen op de cilinder die u uit de deur

hebt gehaald.

Medir a espessura exterior

A. Utilize uma ferramenta de medição para a porta fornecida no pack para medir a espessura

exterior da sua porta

B. Insira a seta preta no orifício do parafuso de ﬁxação M5, no bordo da porta.

C. Puxe a lingueta até tapar a decoração exterior da sua fechadura (chapa ou rosácea).

- 35 or 40 mm: take the extension kit of the corresponding thickness in the pack and continue

next page, step (5)

Add the outdoor extension (35, 40, 45 or 50 mm)

A. Open the USB trapdoor, by rotating it to the right.

B. Unscrew the holding screw on the front panel using the Allen key and remove the extremity

of the European cylinder. You will not need this screw anymore.

C. Remove the black connector at the bottom of the European cylinder. You will not need it

anymore.

D. Insert the extension selected in the previous step.

E. Insert back the extremity of the European cylinder and tighten the screw selected in the

previous step. Then close the USB trapdoor.

Ajouter la rallonge extérieure (35, 40, 45 ou 50 mm)

A. Ouvrez la trappe USB, en la faisant pivoter vers la droite.

B. Dévissez la vis de maintien sur la face avant en utilisant la clé Allen et retirez l’extrémité du

cylindre européen. Vous n’aurez plus besoin de cette vis.

C. Retirez le connecteur noir situé sur la partie inférieure du cylindre européen. Vous n’en

aurez plus besoin.

D. Insérez la rallonge sélectionnée à l’étape précédente.

E. Réinsérez l’extrémité du cylindre européen et visser fortement la vis sélectionnée à l’étape

précédente. Puis, fermez la trappe USB.

Añadir la extensión exterior (35, 40, 45 o 50 mm)

A. Abre la entrada USB girándola hacia la derecha.

B. Desatornilla el tornillo de sujeción con la llave Allen y retira el extremo del cilindro de perﬁl

europeo. Ya no necesitarás este tornillo.

C. Retira la clavija negra situada en la parte inferior del cilindro de perﬁl europeo. Ya no la

necesitarás.

D. Introduce la extensión que elegiste en la etapa anterior.

E. Introduce de nuevo el extremo del cilindro de perﬁl europeo y atornilla con fuerza el tornillo

que elegiste en la etapa anterior. Luego, cierra la entrada USB.

Aggiunta della prolunga esterna (35, 40, 45 o 50 mm)

A. Aprire il pannello della porta USB ruotandolo verso destra.

B. Allentare la vite di ﬁssaggio sul pannello frontale utilizzando la chiave a brugola e rimuo-

vere l’estremità del cilindro europeo. La vite non servirà più.

C. Rimuovere il connettore nero sul fondo del cilindro europeo. Non servirà più.

D. Inserire la prolunga del passaggio precedente.

E. Reinserire l’estremità del cilindro europeo e riavvitare la stessa vite del passaggio prece-

Measure the indoor thickness

A. Use again the door measurement tool provided in the pack to measure the indoor

thickness of your door.

B. Insert the black arrow in the hole of the ﬁxing screw on the edge of the door.

C. Pull the tab until it covers the indoor decoration of your lock (plate or rosette).

Note: if in doubt, you can also conﬁrm your measurement directly on the cylinder you

removed from the door.

Install the Smart Door Lock

A. Align the cam vertically with the body of the European cylinder by turning the indoor

handle.

B. Insert the Smart Door Lock from the indoor side of the door. Make sure to align the M5 hole

in the Smart Lock with the hole in the door.

Tip: if you can lock/unlock your door with the indoor handle, you are aligned.

C. Screw without forcing the M5 ﬁxing screw provided with a suitable screwdriver.

Tip: If the provided M5 screw is not compatible, use your original screw.

A. Check that you have access to the USB trapdoor by rotating it to the right.

Note: If the trapdoor is blocked by your door, increase the length of your cylinder by using

the extensions.

B. Insert the outdoor knob by aligning its screw with the hole on the black part.

C. Screw back the outdoor knob screw with the Allen key.

Check your Smart Door Lock is secured from the outside

Pull out the Smart Key from the Smart Door Lock. Try to unlock / lock the door by turning the

outdoor knob of the Smart Door Lock: check that it turns freely preventing the opening.

Check that the indoor handle cannot be reached with the hand when the door is closed. In

case of problems, refer to the help p.46.

Conﬁrma que la Cerradura Inteligente sea segura desde el exterior

Retira la Llave Inteligente de la Cerradura. Intenta bloquear/desbloquear la puerta girando

Veriﬁca della sicurezza della Serratura Intelligente dall’esterno

Estrarre la Chiave Intelligente dalla Serratura. Provare a inchiavare/schiavare la porta ruotando

EN The Smart Door Lock beneﬁts from more than a year of autonomy. When the battery is low, it

warns you to replace the batteries. If you have not replaced your batteries in time, you can still

open your Smart Door Lock punctually by powering it through the micro USB port:

A. Open the front cover under the outer knob.B. Plug a micro-USB cable into the micro-USB

port of the Smart Door Lock (the micro-USB cable required may be the same as that used to

charge some smartphones).

C. Then plug the cable into a power bank. The Smart Lock will emit asound signal to indicate

that it is switched on.

D. Unlock the door using the mobile application.

E. Remove the USB cable and close the cover.

F. Change the batteries from the inside.

Note: You will not lose your data stored in the Smart Lock.

La Serrure Intelligente bénéﬁcie de plus d’un an d’autonomie. Lorsque la batterie est faible,

elle vous avertit de remplacer ses piles. Si vous n’avez pas remplacé vos piles à temps, vous

avvisa l’utente di sostituirla. Nel caso in cui le pile non siano state sostituite per tempo, è

comunque possibile aprire di tanto in tanto la Serratura Intelligente collegandola alla porta

A. Aprire il pannello anteriore situato al di sotto della maniglia esterna.

- Check that the ﬁxing screw is not too tightened (it can block the system).

- Check that nothing blocks the Lock.

- Check that the batteries are well inserted by removing them. Then put them back over

the ribbon ensuring the positive and negative ends match the engraving. The Smart

Door Lock will emit a sound signal to indicate it has been powered on.
