Introductie
Bedankt voor het aanschaffen van dit Maxima product. Deze instructies dienen volledig gelezen
te worden voordat u dit product gaat installeren of gebruiken. Op deze manier kunt u optimaal
van dit product gebruik maken.
Uw nieuwe Maxima product is geproduceerd met geavanceerde productietechnieken. Elk product
wordt voor verzending geïnspecteerd en getest om veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid te kunnen
waarborgen. Alle parameters voldoen volgens de nationale standaarden.
De Maxima sous vide kunt u gebruiken voor het verwarmen van bijvoorbeeld vlees op een
stabiele temperatuur. Dit zorgt voor behoud van de vitamines en mineralen in het vlees, sappiger
vlees en een smaakvolle ervaring.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor het werd ontworpen.
De fabrikant aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade als gevolg van
onjuiste bediening en verkeerd gebruik.
• Onjuiste bediening en verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat kan ernstige schade aan het
apparaat en verwonding van personen tot gevolg hebben.
• Zorg dat het apparaat en de stekker niet met water of een andere vloeistof in aanraking
komen.
• Mocht het apparaat onverhoopt in het water vallen, trek dan onmiddellijk de stekker uit
het stopcontact en laat het apparaat controleren door een erkend vakman. Het niet
navolgen van dit advies kan levensgevaar opleveren.
• Probeer nooit zelf de behuizing van het apparaat te openen.
• Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing van het apparaat.
• Plaats het apparaat nooit op de zijkant of ondersteboven, ook niet met transport.
• Raak de stekker niet met natte of vochtige handen aan.
• Controleer stekker en snoer regelmatig op eventuele beschadiging. Indien stekker of
snoer beschadigd is, laat de reparatie bij een erkend bedrijf uitvoeren.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet nadat het is gevallen of op andere wijze beschadigd is. Laat
het bij een erkend reparatiebedrijf controleren en zo nodig repareren.
• Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren. Dit kan levensgevaar opleveren.
• Zorg dat het snoer niet met scherpe of hete voorwerpen in aanraking komt en houdt het
uit de buurt van open vuur. Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact wilt trekken, pak dan altijd
de stekker zelf beet en trek nooit aan het snoer.
• LET OP! Gebruik geen verlengsnoer, maar sluit het apparaat rechtstreeks op het
stopcontact aan.
• Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor het verwarmen/warm houden van voedsel.
• Wees voorzichtig uzelf niet te branden aan het apparaat.
• LET OP! Raak geen andere elementen dan het bedieningspaneel aan tijdens gebruik.
• Gevaar! De metalen onderdelen kunnen zeer heet worden tijdens gebruik.
• Houdt het apparaat tijdens gebruik steeds in de gaten.
• Laat kinderen nooit zonder toezicht in de buurt van het apparaat spelen.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit buitenhuis.

• Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat niet wordt gebruikt en telkens
voordat het wordt schoongemaakt.
• De elektrische aansluitingen moeten voldoen aan de hiervoor bestemde richtlijnen.
• Gevaar! Zo lang de stekker in het stopcontact zit, staat het apparaat onder netspanning.
• Schakel het apparaat uit, voordat u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt.
• Draag het apparaat nooit aan het snoer.
• Voorkom overbelasting.
Voorbereiding voor eerste ingebruikname
• Controleer of het apparaat niet beschadigd is. Neem in geval van beschadiging
onmiddellijk contact op met uw leverancier en gebruik het apparaat NIET.
• Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal.
• Plaats het apparaat waterpas op een stabiele ondergrond om te voorkomen dat deze valt
en brandwonden aanricht.
• Plaats het apparaat zo, dat er een ruimte tussen de zijwanden en de muren of andere
voorwerpen een ruimte van minimaal 10 cm is.
• Plaats het apparaat niet direct naast bronnen die warmte uitstralen (bijvoorbeeld
gasfornuis of verwarming).
• Plaats het apparaat zo, dat de stekker te allen tijde vrij en bereikbaar is.
• Maak voor het eerste gebruik het apparaat van binnen en buiten schoon met een zacht,
vochtig doekje (water met mild reinigingsmiddel), en droog het daarna meteen af.
• LET OP! Gebruik geen agressieve of bijtende reinigingsmiddelen. Gebruik ook geen
benzine houdende producten of oplosmiddelen. Zorg ervoor dat er geen water in het
apparaat komt.
• Volg de stappen die aangegeven worden in het volgende hoofdstuk ‘Bediening’.

Bediening
• Stop de stekker goed in de machine en in het stopcontact. Zodra deze goed zit licht het
display op.
• Vul het apparaat met water en zorg dat het waterpeil niet onder de minimum komt en ook
niet boven de maximum. Als er geen water in het apparaat zit, of te weinig krijgt u een
E04 error in het display en zal het apparaat niet werken.
• Stop het gevacumeerde voedsel in het rek wat hier voor bedoeld is. Laat het rek hierna
voorzichtig in de sous vide zakken.
• Als u nog niet in het menu zit drukt u één keer op de time knop. U kunt dan de uren
instellen van 0 t/m 23. Druk nog een keer op de time knop en stel de minuten in. Deze
kunt u instellen van 0 t/m 59.
• Als u op de temp knop drukt krijgt u de temperatuur instellingen. Deze kan u instellen van
van 00.0 t/m 99.9 graden celcius. Als u nog eens op Temp drukt kunt u hem instellen in
graden Fahrenheit.
• Met de + en – knop kunt u de tijd en temperatuur verhogen of verlagen.
• Met de start/stop knop (onderste knop) kunt u het programma starten en weer stoppen.
Bij het starten verschijnen dan icoontjes in het display welke aan geven dat hij verwarmd
en het water aan het pompen is.

• Zodra het programma klaar is geeft de machine een piep toon. Echter gaat deze niet uit
maar blijft nog een uur werken en geeft daar bij elke minuut de piep toon tenzij u de stop
knop gebruikt.
• Bij een temperatuur hoger dan 85℃ zal de pomp niet langer werken/activeren en stopt
het water automatisch met rond gepompt worden.
Let op:
• Als de pomp wat lawaai maakt bij het opstarten kan dat komen door dat het water in het
bad begint met bewegen. Wacht circa 10 seconden en het vreemde geluid zal ophouden.
• Let goed op dat het water niet onder minimum en boven maximum komt.
• De Maxima sous vide is niet geschikt om onverpakt voedsel te bereiden. Verpak en/of
vacumeer het voedsel voor u deze in de sous vide stopt. Mocht er tijdens het proces een
zak weer open gaan, verwijder deze dan (pas hier bij op dat water en de machine heet
kunnen zijn) en maak de sous vide weer helemaal leeg en schoon. Begin vervolgens
opnieuw.
• Indien het apparaat een vreemd geluid blijft maken tijdens het proces kan dit komen door
vuil wat in de pomp terecht is gekomen. Stop de machine, maak deze grondig schoon en
start hem opnieuw.
• Na gebruik moet het u het water weer weg laten lopen en niet in de machine laten staan.

Reiniging en onderhoud
• LET OP! Voordat u het apparaat gaat reinigen, dan wel ter reparatie stelt, altijd eerst de
stekker uit het stopcontact.
• LET OP! Voordat u het apparaat gaat reinigen, dan wel ter reparatie stelt, het water de
tijd geven om af te laten koelen en vervolgens het rek er uit halen. Hierna kunt u de
machine oppakken bij de handgrepen en deze voorzichtig leeg gieten.
• Als er vuil in de pomp zit moet u eerst het apparaat leeg hebben gemaakt (zie
bovenstaande). Haal nu het beveiligingsscherm los met een schroevendraaier. Vul het
apparaat nu weer met schoon water en voeg indien nodig wat schoonmaakmiddel toe en
zet vervolgens het apparaat aan. Het vuil wordt zo vanzelf weer uit de pomp verwijderd.
Zodra dit gedaan is kunt u het apparaat stoppen en het afvalwater weggooien.
• LET OP! Nooit het apparaat, dan wel de stekker, in water of een andere vloeistof
onderdompelen.
• LET OP! Zorg ervoor dat er geen water in het interne deel van het apparaat komt.
• De binnen- buitenkant van het apparaat maakt u schoon met een zacht, vochtig doekje
(water met mild reinigingsmiddel).
• Het deksel maakt u schoon in water of met een doekje.
• Bij regelmatig gebruik kan er kalkaanslag ontstaan, indien u dit wilt verwijderen kunt u het
beste advies van een specialist vragen zodat u de juiste middelen gebruikt.
• LET OP! Gebruik geen agressieve of bijtende reinigingsmiddelen. Gebruik ook geen
benzine houdende producten of oplosmiddelen.
• LET OP! Doe het apparaat nooit in de vaatwasser!
• Regelmatig dient gecontroleerd te worden of de voedingskabel niet is beschadigd,
wanneer deze beschadigd is, is het niet toegestaan het apparaat te gebruiken. De kabel
dient vervangen te worden door de leverancier of een gekwalificeerde elektricien.
• Eventueel ander onderhoud- en reparatiewerkzaamheden mogen alleen door
gekwalificeerde vaklui worden uitgevoerd met gebruikmaking van originele onderdelen en
accessoires.
• LET OP! Probeer nooit zelf het apparaat te repareren.
Opslag
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat op de juiste manier is schoongemaakt voordat u het
opslaat.
• Rol het snoer op en stop het netjes weg.
• Berg het apparaat op in een droge en koele plaats.

Garantie
Hartelijk bedankt dat u onze producten gebruikt. Ons bedrijf hanteert bepalingen zoals
beschreven in onze "Algemene Voorwaarden", en geven u ondersteuning wanneer u een factuur
kunt overleggen.
Wij verlenen 12 maanden garantie na aankoopdatum. In de garantieperiode is ons bedrijf
verantwoordelijk voor onderdelen onder garantie in geval van materiaalfouten, fabricagefouten of
kwaliteitsproblemen. Alleen bij correct gebruik en orginele onderdelen.
De volgende zaken vallen niet onder de garantie:
1. Schade als gevolg van transport, installatie of verkeerde aansluitingen.
2. Component schade veroorzaakt door verkeerde elektrische- of water aansluiting.
3. Schade als gevolg van demontage of aanpassingen aan de orginele machine, zonder
toestemming.
4. Schade als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik, slechte reiniging of ondeskundig onderhoud.
5. Schade als gevolg van brand, instorting, blikseminslag, wateroverlast, spanningspieken,
ongedierte en andere vergelijkbare gebeurtenissen.
6. Het niet lezen of volgen van de gebruikershandleiding.
7. Verbruiksonderdelen en aan slijtage onderhevige onderdelen.
8. Aangepaste factuur of geen factuur.
Afdanken
• Aan het einde van de levensduur, het apparaat afdanken volgens de op dat moment
geldende voorschriften en richtlijnen.

product.
Your new Maxima product was manufactured with advanced production techniques. Every

The Maxima souse vides machines can be used for heating meat at a stable temperature. This

Safety Regulations
• Read all instructions carefully before using the machine.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. The lid and lid handles may get hot
while cooking; use of an oven mitt when handling is advised.
• Protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord (power lead), plug or sous vide
cooking unit in water or other liquid.
• Children should not use this appliance. When in use around childresn, close supervision
by an adult is necerssary and the appliance should be kept out their reach.
• Keep the appliance and cord (power lead) away from hot surfaces, heated ovens, or
stove burners. Operate the appliance only on a dry, stable surface, such as a table or
countertop and away from any moving parts.
• Unplug from outlet wgen not in use and before cleaning. Allow machine to cool before
putting in or taking out parts or emptying the water bath. Do not immerse this appliance in
water or any other liquid.
• Do not use any attachment or accessory not recommended by the supplier. Use of such
attachments or accessories may cause fire, electrical shock, or injury.
• Do not use this appliance for any purpose other than its intended use.
• Take care not to overfill the water bath; allow sufficient room to accommodate the volume
of food pouches when added to water bath. Top off water in bath to no more than the
MAX level mark after addign pouches, if necessarya, to ensure the food inside the
pouches us completely submerged.

• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot water or other
hot liquids, including the sous vide. Alwats allow bathe to cool before emtying unit.
• Take care when removing the lid when unit is hot, as hot water will collect on the inside
during cooking. Use oven mitts to remove lid and tip lid carefully to drain accumulated
water into the water bath for safety.
• To disconnect, press the START/STOP button to turn off, then remove plug from wall
outlet.
• This appliance is not intended for use by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or who lack experience with cooking appliances.
Preperation before first time use
• Unpack en inspect your machine immediately after receipt. If there are any latent defects
or damage to the machine then immediately contact the freight carrier as well as your
dealer. Save all packaging materials foor inspection by the freight carrier.
• Read this instruction manual completely before attempting to isntall and operate this
product. All installations and set ups must be done by authorized service agents, your
dealer, or Maxima representatives.
• The machien ust be positioned on a flat sueface with sufficient space aroud the machine
to allow for easy access to the machine, and for cleaning and ventilation.
• If your machine is supplied with a factory (fitted molded) plug then you may plug the unit
into a standard electrical outlet. Make sure that the voltage of the machine and the wall
outlet are compatible. If your machine is not supplied with a factory (fitted molded) plug
then a qualified electrical technician must be contacted to wire the unit to the power
supply.
• Before using your machine for the first time it is recommended that the exterior, the lid
and the chamber of the machine are wiped down with a damp cloth with mild detergent.
• Level and position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.

Operations
• Property insert the electrical cord into the power inlet on the back off the machine and
then plug in into he wall socket, when weel connected, the display illuminates.
• Be suere water bath contains water before using, and the water should not be higher
than the Max level and not lower than the MIN level. If there is no water in the water bath
or the water level is lower tan the Min level, the machine will not word and the LCD
display shows error code E04 to warn.
• Place vacuum packaged food in the pouch rack and then put the rack in to the water
bath.
• If you are not in the menu you have to press once on the TIME button. No you can set
the hours from 0 hours up and including 23 hours. Press again on the Time button to set
te minuts. This can bes set from 0 minuts up and including 59 minuts.
• If you press the TEMP button you get in the temperature settings. This can be set from 0
celcius up and including 99.9 degrees Celsius. If you press again on the Temp button you
can set the degrees in Fahrenheit.
• With the + and – buttons you can increase or decrease the time and temperature.
• You can start the program with the START/STOP button (bottom button)and stop again.
At the start icons are then displayed on the display which indicates that it is heated and
the water is at the pumps.

• If the set time runs out, the device will not be shut off, it continues working for one hour,
there will be a “beep” warning tone every minute unless the user oresses the STOP
button tho shut off the device.
• If the temperature surpasses 85℃, the pump will not be working and the water cycling
stops automatically.
Notice
• If the pump has a slight noise when machine starts, that’s because the water in the bath
is starting to cycle, wait 10 seconds and the noise will disappear.
• When pulling water into the bath, be sure that the water level will be between the MIN
and MAX level.
• This Maxima sous vide is not suitable for cooking food directly, food must be packed in
bags before putting into the bath. If the bag breaks
• If the machine has a abormal noise whiling cooking, that is because there is a possibility
caused by the impurities sucked into the pump. If this is the case, stop the machine and
clean it and then restart.
• After using, please pull the water out of the bathe.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always remove the plug from the socket before any cleaning or maintenance is being
done to the appliance.
• Warning! Let the appliance cool down before any cleaning or maintenance is being done
to the appliance.
• If impurities are sucked into the pump, please firstly pull the water out of the bath, take
the baffle off using a screwdriver. Then pull in clean water (adding detergent if necessary)

and make the machine work, the water cycle will take out the impurities gradually, when
the cooker is well cleaned, please stop the machine and pull the waste water out of bath.
• Dry interior with a soft, clean cloth.
• Any other maintenance or repairs may only be done by certified personnel with the use of

• Warning! Do not use any aggressive detergents or scourers, which may cause
scratches. Do not use gasoline containing or solvents while cleaning. Make sure no water
enters the appliance.
• When the appliance is not being used, please remove the plug from the main socket.
• After using, please pull the water out of the bath.

Storage
• Make sure the appliance is cleaned the right way before it is being stored.
• Coil the power cord and put it away.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
Guarantee
Thank you for using our products, our company will follow related provisions from our "Algemene
Voorwaarden", and provide you services when you can show us the invoice.
We provide 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date). In the warranty period,
our company is responsible for free parts if there is a device fault or quality problem of spare
parts under correct operation.
The following does not belong to free services:
1. Damages result from transportation, installation, improper connections.
2. Component damages caused by failing to provide power and voltage as required in technical
data.
3. Damages caused by disassembling products, adjust or change the mechanical and electrical
structures without permission.
4. Damages caused by improper operation, cleaning and maintenance.
5. Non-man-made damage, such as damages from abnormal voltage, fire, building collapse,
lightning, floods and other natural disasters, and damages from rats and other pests.
6. Failure in following the manual when operating.
7. Wearable and expendable parts.
8. Altered invoice or without invoice.
Discarding
• When discarding the appliance at the end of its useful life, please observe the regulations
and guidelines in force at that time.
