Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le
fonctionnement de votre appareil et les précautions à suivre
pour votre sécurité. Merci de le lire attentivement avant la
première utilisation et de le conserver soigneusement pour
toute relecture future. Ces instructions doivent être lues et
bien comprises avant toute opération. Toute modication
ou maintenance non indiquée dans le manuel ne doit pas
être entreprise. Tout dommage corporel ou matériel dû à
une utilisation non-conforme aux instructions de ce manuel
ne pourra être retenu à la charge du fabricant. En cas de
problème ou d’incertitude, veuillez consulter une personne
qualiée pour manier correctement l’appareil. Cet appareil
doit être utilisé uniquement pour faire de la recharge dans les
limites indiquées sur l’appareil et le manuel. Il faut respecter
les instructions relatives à la sécurité. En cas d’utilisation
inadéquate ou dangereuse, le fabricant ne pourra être tenu
responsable.
Appareil destiné à un usage à l’intérieur. Il ne doit pas être
exposé à la pluie.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés d’au moins
8 ans et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou
de connaissance, s’ils (si elles) sont correctement surveillé(e)
s ou si des instructions relatives à l’utilisation de l’appareil en
toute sécurité leur ont été données et si les risques encourus
ont été appréhendés. Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec
l’appareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien par l’usager ne doivent
pas être effectués par des enfants sans surveillance.
A n’utiliser en aucun cas pour charger des piles ou des
batteries non-rechargeables.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon d’alimentation ou la
che de secteur sont endommagés.
Ne jamais charger une batterie gelée ou endommagée.
Ne pas couvrir l’appareil.
Ne pas placer l’appareil à proximité d’une source de chaleur
et à des températures durablement élevées (supérieurs à
50°C).
Ne pas obstruer les ouvertures de ventilation. Se référer à la
partie installation avant d’utiliser l’appareil.
Le mode de fonctionnement automatique ainsi que les
restrictions applicables à l’utilisation sont expliqués ci-après
dans ce mode d’emploi.

Une batterie en charge peut émettre des gaz explosif.

• Pendant la charge, la batterie doit être placée dans un
emplacement bien aéré.
• Eviter les ammes et les étincelles. Ne pas fumer.
• Protéger les surfaces de contacts électriques de la batterie
à l’encontre des courts-circuits.
Risque de projection d’acide !
• Porter des lunettes et des gants de protection.
• En cas de contact avec les yeux ou la peau, rincer
immédiatement à l’eau et consulter un médecin sans tarder.
Connexion / déconnexion :
• Déconnecter l’alimentation avant de brancher ou de
débrancher les connexions sur la batterie.
• La borne de la batterie non reliée au châssis doit être
connectée la première. L’autre connexion doit être effectuée
sur le châssis loin de la batterie et de la canalisation
de combustible. Le chargeur de batterie doit alors être
raccordé au réseau.
• Après l’opération de charge, débrancher le chargeur de
batterie du réseau puis retirer la connexion du châssis et
enn la connexion de la batterie, dans l’ordre indiqué.
Raccordement :
• Cet appareil doit être raccordé à un socle de prise de
courant relié à la terre.
• Le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation doit être effec-
tué conformément aux règles d’installation nationales.
• Ce matériel est conforme à la CEI 61000-3-12.
• Ce matériel est conforme à la CEI 61000-3-11.
Entretien :
• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être
remplacé par un câble ou un ensemble spécial disponible
auprès du fabricant ou de son service après-vente.
• L’entretien doit être effectué que par une personne qualiée.
• Avertissement ! Débrancher toujours la che de la prise
secteur avant d’effectuer des travaux sur l’appareil.
• Si le fusible interne est fondu, il doit être remplacé par le
fabricant, son service après-vente ou des personnes de
qualication similaire an d’éviter un danger.
• Régulièrement, enlever le capot et dépoussiérer à la
soufette. En proter pour faire vérier la tenue des
connexions électriques avec un outil isolé par un personnel
qualié.

DESCRIPTION GENERALE
Le BATIUM 25/24X est destiné à la recharge de batteries 6 V, 12 V et 24 V. Il possède 3 fonctions :
- La courbe de charge IUoU permet la recharge des batteries de démarrage au plomb, à électrolyte liquide ou gel, des
véhicules légers aux poids lourds possédant une batterie de capacité 35 Ah à 350 Ah.
- La courbe de charge IUIo permet la recharge des batteries de traction au plomb ouvert, pour gerbeurs, auto-
laveuses et transpalettes, de capacité 35 Ah à 180 Ah.
- La fonction «Mesure de tension» permet de mesurer la tension de l’alternateur, du démarreur ou de la batterie.
BRANCHEMENT ET FONCTIONNEMENT GÉNÉRAL (p.2)
Vérier le niveau de l’électrolyte pour les batteries ouvertes.
Compléter les niveaux si nécessaire avant la charge.

Brancher les pinces : pince rouge sur la borne + de la batterie et pince noire sur la borne –.
Brancher le chargeur :
- directement sur la batterie, en utilisant les pinces standard du chargeur.
- ou sur le branchement spécique de l’appareil, en remplaçant les pinces en bout de câble par le connecteur
adapté et en respectant la polarité et le calibre de courant.
2 Brancher le chargeur sur la prise secteur 230 V.
3 Positionner l’interrupteur sur « ON » (arrière du produit). L’afcheur et toutes les leds du clavier s’allument.

Choisir la courbe de charge (5):
- IUoU pour des batteries automobiles,
- IUIo pour des batteries de traction.

Choisir la tension de votre batterie : 6 V /12 V / 24 V (4) selon les indications inscrites sur la batterie ou en
fonction de l’éventuel couplage réalisé (série ou parallèle cf p.2).
Risque d'explosion ou de projection d'acide en cas d'une mauvaise sélection
de la tension (ex : 24V pour une batterie de 12V).
6 Choisir l’allure de charge en fonction de la capacité (Ah) inscrite sur la batterie (6).

Avant de commencer la charge, le BATIUM réalise les opérations suivantes :
a - Il analyse la batterie : tension/état batterie… Le BATIUM indique toute anomalie (cf tableau « Anomalies,
causes, remèdes »).
b - Il restaure la batterie quand sa tension est trop basse.
8 Le BATIUM débute la charge. Il indique l’état de charge de la batterie (2), et par alternance de 3 s sur
l’afcheur (1) : la tension en V et le courant en A.

Spécicités de la fonction IUoU
Une fois la charge terminée, le chargeur se met en oating
: il peut rester branché sur la batterie et la
maintient en charge pour compenser l’autodécharge naturelle de la batterie.
Spécicités de la fonction IUIo
Une fois la charge terminée, le BATIUM se coupe et indique
. Si la batterie reste branchée après la n de
la charge, toutes les 72 h, le chargeur relance un cycle de charge pour compenser l’autodécharge de la batterie.
Spécicités de la fonction «SOS Recovery»
• Une fois la batterie désulfatée, le BATIUM repasse en charge normale IUoU.
• S’il ne parvient pas à récupérer la batterie, il indique sur l’afcheur
.

Quand la batterie est chargée (voyant

Nb : Lors d’une coupure de courant, le BATIUM mémorise la dernière conguration (excepté en mode « SOS
Recovery »), et reprend les derniers paramètres.

FONCTION « SOS RECOVERY » (p.2)
Cette fonction concerne les batteries automobiles (IUoU) ayant subi une décharge profonde. Elle permet d’obtenir une
plus forte désulfatation de la batterie.
Pour activer cette fonction, respecter les étapes suivantes :
1. Déconnecter impérativement la batterie du véhicule (
DANGER DE SURTENSION).
2. Connecter les pinces du BATIUM sur la batterie.
3. Raccorder le BATIUM au secteur puis positionner l’interrupteur sur « ON ».
4. Sélectionner la courbe de charge IUoU (5).
5. Activer la fonction en appuyant pendant 5 secondes sur la touche «SOS recovery» (3) jusqu’à l’apparition de
sur l’afcheur.
6. Choisir la tension (4) et l’allure de charge (6).
7. Ne rien toucher pendant quelques secondes, le processus commence (processus identique au §8).
FONCTION CHARGE FORCEE (p.2)
En cas de batterie fortement déchargée (tension inférieure à 2 V), le BATIUM ne démarre pas et l’indique par des
signaux :
• L’afcheur indique

Le chargeur détecte une batterie dont la tension est supérieure à 0.5 V (± 0,3 V) et entame un cycle de récupération
de la batterie.
FONCTION VOLTMÈTRE (MODE TEST) (p.2)
Cette fonction permet au BATIUM de mesurer la tension de la batterie, de l’alternateur ou du démarreur du véhicule.
Procéder comme suit :
1. Allumer le BATIUM 25.24X.
2. Sélectionner le mode «test» (5).
3. Connecter le chargeur à la batterie.
4. Sélectionner la tension souhaitée (6) :
Pour otenir la tension minimale de la batterie.
Pour obtenir la tension de la batterie en temps réel.
Pour obtenir la tension maximale de la batterie.
5. Appuyer sur «Reset test» (3) pour réinitialiser les tensions.
6. Appuyer sur (5) pour sortir du mode «Test».
PROTECTIONS
Le BATIUM 25-24X est protégé contre les courts-circuits et inversions de polarité. Il dispose également d’un système
anti-étincelle qui évite toutes étincelles lors du branchement du chargeur sur la batterie. Sans tension aux pinces, le
BATIUM ne délivre pas de courant par sécurité.

La garantie couvre tous défauts ou vices de fabrication pendant 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat (pièces et main
d’oeuvre).
La garantie ne couvre pas :
• Toutes autres avaries dues au transport.
• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).
• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).
• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).
En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :
- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture….)
- une note explicative de la panne.

Do not use for charging non-rechargeable batteries

Do not obstruct the cooling vents. Refer to the installation
section before operating the machine.
The automatic mode of operation and usage restrictions are
explained below in these operating instructions.
Risk of explosion and re!
A battery being charged can emit explosive gas.
• During the charge, the battery must be placed in a well
ventilated area.
• Avoid ames and sparks. Do not smoke.
• Protect the electrical contacts of the battery against short-
circuiting.
Acid projection hazard!
• Wear safety goggles and protective gloves
• If your eyes or skin come into contact with battery acid,
rinse the affected part of the body with plenty of water
and seek immediate medical assistance.

Connection / disconnection:
• Disconnect the power supply before connecting/
disconnecting the device to/from the battery.
• The terminal of the battery that is not connected to the car
frame must be connected rst. The other connection must
be made on the car frame, far from the battery and the
fuel line. The battery charger must be connected to the
power supply network.
• After the starting/charging process, disconnect the
booster/battery charger from the power supply network
and remove the connector from the car frame and then
the connector from the battery, in this order.
Connection:
• This device must be connected to an earthed power supply
• Connection to the mains must be made according to the
national installation regulations.
• This hardware is compliant with the IEC 61000-3-12.
• This equipment complies with the IEC 61000-3-11.
Maintenance:
• If the power supply cable is damaged, it must only
be replaced by a cable specied or supplied by the
manufacturer or its after-sales service.
• Service should be performed by a qualied person
• Warning! Always remove the power plug from the wall
socket before carrying out any work on the device.
• If the internal fuse is blown, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its after-sales service or an equally qualied

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
BATIUM 25/24X is designed to charge 6V, 12V and 24V batteries. It has 3 functions:
- The IUoU charging curve allows to charge lead acid batteries, with liquid or gel electrolyte, from light vehicles to
heavy goods vehicles with a battery capacity of 35 Ah to 350 Ah.
- The IUIo charging curve allows to charge open lead traction batteries (e.g. for forklifts, oor sweepers...), from
35 Ah to 180 Ah capacity.
- The «Voltage measurement» function is used to measure the voltage of the alternator, starter or battery.
CONNECTION AND GENERAL OPERATION (p.2)
Precaution: Check the electrolyte level.
Fill it up if necessary, before starting the charge.

Connect the clamps: red clamp on the + terminal of the battery and black clamp on the - terminal.
Connect the charger:
- Directly to the battery, using the charger’s standard clamps.
- or the device’s specic connector, by replacing the clamps with a dedicated connector while observing the
correct polarity and current .
2 Connect the charger to the 230 V mains.
3 Set the switch to «ON» (back of the product). The display and all the keypad LEDs light up.

Choose the charging curve (5):
- IUoU for automotive batteries,
- IUIo for traction batteries.

Select the battery voltage 6 V /12 V / 24 V (4) according to the recommendation features on the battery or
according to the battery coupling (series or parallel cf p.2).
Risk of explosion or acid splash in case of incorrect voltage selection (24V for a 12V battery).
6 Choose the charging rate, according to the capacity (Ah) written on the battery (6).

Once the charge is nished, the charger is in oating mode : it can remain connected to the battery
and compensates for the self-discharge.
Specics of the IUIo function
When charging is complete, the BATIUM is switched off and indicates . If the battery stays connected

«SOS RECOVERY» FUNCTION» (p.2)
This function is for automotive batteries (IUoU) that have been deeply discharged. It allows a stronger desulphation of
the battery.
To activate this feature, follow these steps:
1. Always disconnect the battery from the vehicle (
DANGER OF OVERVOLTAGE).
2. Connect the clamps of the Batium to the battery.
3. Connect the Batium to the mains then position the switch to «ON».

This function allows the BATIUM to measure the voltage of the vehicle’s battery, alternator or starter motor.
Proceed as follows:
1. Switch the Batium 25.24X on.
2. Select «test» mode (5).
3. Connect the charger to the battery.
4. Select the desired voltage (6):
To get the minimum battery voltage.
To get the battery voltage in real time.
To get the maximum battery voltage.
5. Press «Reset test» (3) to reset the voltages.
6. Press (5) to exit the «Test» mode.
PROTECTIONS
The Batium 25-24X is protected against short-circuits and polarity reversals. It has an anti-spark feature which
prevents sparks whilst connecting the device to the battery. The device will not deliver current if there is no battery
detected (no voltage in the clamps).

• Bei Kontakt der Batteriesäure mit den Augen oder der
Haut gründlich mit Wasser nachspülen und sofort einen
Arzt aufsuchen.
Verbinden/Trennen
• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Spannungsnetz bevor Sie
Kabel und Zangen anschließen oder trennen.
• Versichern Sie sich immer, dass die rote Klemme
zuerst mit dem "+" Pol der Batterie verbunden wird.
Falls es nötig ist die schwarze Klemme mit der
Fahrzeugkarosserie zu verbinden, versichern Sie sich,
dass es einen Sicherheitsabstand von der Batterie zum
Benzintank/Aufspuff gibt. Achten Sie während der
Ladung auf einen frei zugänglichen Netzanschluss.
• Beachten Sie am Ende des Startvorgangs/Ladevorgangs
folgendes: Trennen Sie erst den Booster/das Gerät vom
Stromnetz und entfernen Sie dann erst die Klemmen von
der Batterie.
Anschluss
• Beachten Sie die Anschlussreihenfolge.
• Der Anschluss an die Stromversorgung muss den nationa-
len Vorschriften entsprechen.
• Das Gerät entspricht der Norm ICE 61000-3-12.
• Das Gerät entspricht der Norm ICE 61000-3-11.
Wartung:
• Ist das Netzkabel defekt/beschädigt, lassen Sie es
unverzüglich von dem Hersteller bzw. dem Kundenservice
austauschen.
• Die Wartung und Reparatur darf nur von entsprechend
geschultem und qualiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt
werden.
• Achtung! Alle Kontrollarbeiten oder Wartungen dürfen
nur duchgeführt werden, wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet
und die Stromversorgung unterbrochen ist.
• Ist die interne Sicherung geschmolzen, dann muss diese
entweder vom Hersteller, seinem Kundendienst oder

BESCHREIBUNG
Das Batium 25/24X ist ein automatisches Ladegerät für 6 V, 12 V und 24 V Batterien mit 3 verschiedenen Funktionen:
- Die Ladekennlinie IUoU für Startbatterien mit Blei-Säure, mit Flüssigelektrolyt oder Gel, mit einer Kapazität von 35
Ah bis 350 Ah, von Leichtfahrzeugen bis hin zu LKW.
- Die Ladekennlinie IUIo ist für offene Blei-Traktionsbatterien mit Flüssigelektrolyt, für Elektro-Hochhubwagen, Rei-
nigungsmaschinen und Hubwagen, mit einer Kapazität von 35 Ah bis 180 Ah.
- Die Funktion «Spannungsmessung» misst die Spannung der Lichtmaschine, des Anlassers oder der Batterie.
ANSCHLUSS UND FUNKTIONSWEISE (S. 2)
Elektrolytstand bei offenen Batterien prüfen.
Wenn nötig, ergänzen Sie den Elektrolyt vor dem Ladevorgang.

Klemmen anschliessen : rote Klemme an den (+) Pol der Batterie, und schwarze Klemmen an den (-) Pol der
Batterie.
Ladegerät anschliessen :
- direkt an der Batterie, mit den Polklemmen des Ladegeräts.
- oder an den spezischen Anschluss des Geräts, indem die Klemmen an den Enden der Kabel durch den
vorgesehenen Anschluss ersetzt werden. Die Polarität und die Stromstärke sind zu beachten.
2 Schliessen Sie das Ladegerät an einer 230 V-Netzspannung an.

Besonderheit der IUoU-Ladekennlinie

Ende des Ladevorgangs angeschlossen, so startet es alle 72 Stunden einen neuen Ladezyklus, um ein Entladen
der Batterie zu kompensieren.
Besonderheit der «SOS Recovery»-Funktion
• Sobald die Batterie desulfatiert ist, startet das Batium mit einer normalen IUoU-Ladekennlinie.
• Ist der Regenerierungsprozess nicht erfolgreich, so wird auf dem Display
angezeigt.

Hinweis : Während eines Stromausfalls speichert das Batium automatisch die letzte Konguration (Ausnahme: Modus
«SOS Recovery») und setzt den Ladevorgang mit diesen Parametern an dieser Stelle fort, sobald die Netzspannung
wieder vorliegt.
FUNKTION ERZWUNGENE LADUNG (S. 2)
Diese Funktion dient der Wiederherstellung von tiefentladenen KFZ-Batterien (IUoU). Es wird so eine bessere Desulfa-
tierung der Batterie erzielt.

Wenn die Batterie zu tief entladen ist (sehr niedrige Spannung <2V), startet das Batium nicht und zeigt mit mehreren
Signalen folgendes an:

Mit dieser Funktion kann das Batium die Spannung der Batterie, der Lichtmaschine oder des Anlassers des Fahrzeugs
messen. Gehen Sie vor wie folgt :
1. Schalten Sie das Batium 25.24X ein.
2. Wählen Sie den Modus «Test» (5).
3. Schliessen Sie das Ladegerät an die Batterie an.
4. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Spannung (6) :

kenschlag beim Anschluss des Ladegerätes an die Batterie verhindert. Ist das Ladegerät nicht an eine Batterie anges-
chlossen, sind die Polklemmen spannungslos.

GARANTIE
Die Garantieleistung des Herstellers erfolgt ausschließlich bei Fabrikations- oder Materialfehlern, die binnen 24 Monate
nach Kauf angezeigt werden (Nachweis Kaufbeleg).
Die Garantieleistung erfolgt nicht bei:
• Durch Transport verursachten Beschädigungen.
• Normalem Verschleiß der Teile (z.B. : Kabel, Klemmen, usw.) sowie Gebrauchsspuren.
• Von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch verursachten Defekten (Sturz, harte Stöße, Demontage).
• Durch Umwelteinüsse entstandene Defekte (Verschmutzung, Rost, Staub).
Die Reparatur erfolgt erst nach Erhalt einer schriftlichen Akzeptanz (Unterschrift) des zuvor vorgelegten Kostenvoran-

Este aparato se puede utilizar por niños de al menos 8
años y por personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o

instalación antes de utilizar el aparato.

de uso están explicadas en este manual.

Conexión / desconexión:
• Desconecte la alimentación eléctrica antes de conectar o
desconectar las conexiones sobre la batería.
• El borne de la batería no conectado al chasis debe
conectarse primero. La otra conexión se debe efectuar
en el chasis, lejos de la batería y de la canalización de
combustible. El cargador de baterías debe conectarse
después a la red eléctrica.
• Tras la operación de arranque/carga, desconecte el
arrancador/cargador de la red eléctrica, retire la conexión
del chasis y la conexión de la batería, en este orden.
Conexiones:
• Este aparato debe conectarse a una toma de corriente
conectado a tierra.
• La conexión a la red eléctrica se debe efectuar conforme
a las reglas de instalación nacionales.
• Este material es conforme con la CEI 61000-3-12
• Este material es conforme con la CEI 61000-3-11.
Mantenimiento:
• Si se daña el cable de alimentación, deberá ser
reemplazado por un cable o conjunto especial disponibles
en el fabricante o su servicio pos-venta.
• El mantenimiento solo debe realizarlo una persona
cualicada.
• ¡Advertencia! Desconecte siempre la clavija de la corriente
antes de trabajar sobre el aparato.
• Si el fusible interno se funde, deberá ser reemplazado
por el fabricante, su servicio post-venta o una persona
cualicada, para evitar todo peligro.
• Con regularidad, quite la cubierta protectora y quite el
polvo con una pistola de aire comprimido. Aproveche
para que una persona cualicada compruebe la jación
de las conexiones eléctricas con una herramienta aislada.

DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
El Batium 25/24X se destina a recargar baterías de 6 V, 12 V et 24 V. Posee 3 funciones :
- La curva de carga IUoU permite la carga de baterías de arranque al plomo, al electrolito líquido o gel, tanto de vehí-
culos ligeros como de pesos pesados que posean una batería de capacidades de entre 35Ah a 350 Ah.
- La curva de carga IUIo permite la carga de baterías de tracción al plomo abierto, para auto-lavadoras, apilador y
carretilla, con capacidad de 35 Ah a 180 Ah.
- La función «Medida de tensión» permite medir la tensión del alternador, del arrancador o de la batería.
CONEXIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO GENERAL (p.2)
Compruebe el nivel del electrolito en baterías abiertas.
Restablezca el nivel si fuese necesario antes de la carga.

Conecte las pinzas: pinza roja en el borne + de la batería y pinza negra en el borne -.

- directamente en la batería, utilizando las pinzas estándar del cargador.
- o sobre la conexión especíca del aparato, reemplazando las pinzas en el extremo del cable por el conector
adaptado y respetando la polaridad y el calibre de corriente.

Especicaciones de la función IUoU
Una vez que se termina la carga, el cargador se pone en modo oating : se puede dejar conectado a la
batería y él mantendrá la carga para compensar la autodescarga natural.
Especicaciones de la función IUIo
Una vez que se termina la carga, el cargador se corta e indica . Si la batería permanece conectada
después del n de la carga, todas las 72 horas, el cargador lanza de nuevo un ciclo para compensar la descarga
natural de la batería.
Especicaciones de la función SOS Recovery
• Una vez que se desulfata la batería, el Batium vuelve a pasar a carga normal IUoU.
• Si no consigue recuperar la batería, lo indica en pantalla

FUNCIÓN « SOS RECOVERY » (p.2)
Esta función sirve para las baterías automotrices (IUoU) que hayan sufrido una descarga profunda. Permite obtener una
desulfatacion aun mas fuerte de la batería.
Para activar esta función, respetar las siguientes etapas :
1. Desconectar imperativamente la batería del vehículo (
PELIGRO DE SOBRE TENSIÓN).
2. Conectar las pinzas del Batium sobre la batería.
3. Conectar le Batium a la corriente y posicionar el interruptor en « ON ».
4. Seleccionar la curva de carga IUoU (5).
5. Activar la función presionando 5 segundos en la tecla «SOS recovery» (3) hasta que aparezca
en la pantalla.
6. Eligir la tensión (4) y el ritmo de carga (6).
7. No tocar nada durante cualquier segundos, el proceso empieza (proceso idéntico al §8).
FUNCIÓN CARGA FORZADA (p.2)
En caso de una batería muy descargada (tensión inferior a 2V), el Batium no arranca e indica las señales:

FUNCIÓN VOLTÍMETRO (MODO TEST) (p.2)
Esta función permite al BATIUM medir la tensión de la batería, del alternador o del arrancador del vehículo.
Proceder como sigue :
1. Encender el Batium 25.24X.
2. Seleccionar el modo «test» (5).
3. Conectar el cargador a la batería.
4. Seleccionar la tensión deseada (6) :
Para obtener la tensión mínima de la batería.
Para obtener la tensión de la batería en tiempo real.
Para obtener la tensión máxima de la batería.
5. Presione «Reset test» (3) para re iniciar la tensiones.
6. Presione (5) para salir del modo «Test».
PROTECCIONES
El Batium 25-24X está protegido contra los corto-circuitos y las inversiones de polaridad. Dispone de un sistema anti
chispas que evita las chispas cuando se conectar el cargador a la batería. Si no hay tensión en las pinzas, por seguri-
dad el Batium no libera corriente.

• Во время зарядки АКБ должна быть помещена в хорошо
проветриваемом месте.
• Избегайте пламени и искр. Не курить.
• Защитите поверхности батареи от электрического контакта
во избежание короткого замыкания.
Риск кислотных брызг!
• Носите защитные очки и перчатки.
• В случае контакта с глазами или кожей, промойте обильно
водой и проконсультируйте врача без промедления.
Подключение / отключение :
• Отключите подачу питания перед тем как подключать или
отключать соединения к батарее.
• Сначала подключите клемму АКБ, не соединенную с шасси.
Второе подсоединение должно быть осуществлено на шасси
как можно дальше от АКБ и от трубопроводов топливной
системы. Затем, подключите зарядное устройство к сети.
• После зарядки отключите стартер/зарядное устройство от
сети, затем отсоедините зажим от шасси и, наконец, зажим
от аккумулятора. Действуйте в указанном порядке.
Подключение:
• Это устройство должно быть в розетку с заземлением.
• Подключение к электросети должно быть произведено в со-
ответствии с законами страны.

Уход:

ОПИСАНИЕ
Батиум 25 /24Х предназначен для зарядки аккумуляторов 6 В, 12 В и 24 В. Он имеет 3 функции:
- кривая нагрузки IUoU позволяет заряжать свинцовые аккумуляторы, жидким электролитом или гелем, легкие
транспортные средства, также большегрузные транспортные средства имеющие аккумулятор емкостью
от 35 Ач до 350 Ач.
- Кривая зарядки IUIo позволяет заряжать свинцовые открытые тяговые аккумуляторы электрических
автопогрузчиков, поломоечных машин и вилочных погрузчиков емкостью от 35 Ач до 180 Ач.
- Функция измерения напряжения используется для измерения напряжения переменного тока, стартера или
аккумулятора.
ПОДКЛЮЧЕНИЕ И ПРИНЦИП РАБОТЫ (стp.2)
В случае с открытыми АКБ, проверьте уровень электролита.
При надобности долейте жидкости перед зарядкой.

Подсоедините зажимы: красный зажим на клемму + АКБ, а черный зажим на клемму -.
Подключите зарядное устройство:
- непосредственно на АКБ, используя стандартные щипцы зарядного устройства.
- или через специфическое подключение аппарата, заменив зажимы на кабелях коннектором, соблюдая
полярность и максимальный ток.

Особенности функции IUoU
После завершения зарядки зарядное устройство переходит в плавающее положение : оно
может оставаться подключенным к аккумулятору и поддерживать его в заряженном состоянии, чтобы
компенсировать естественный саморазряд аккумулятора.
Особенности функции IUIo
Как только зарядка будет завершена, BATIUM выключится и отобразит . Если аккумулятор остается
подключенным после окончания заряда, каждые 72 часа зарядное устройство перезапускает цикл зарядки,
чтобы компенсировать саморазряд аккумулятора..
Особенности функции «SOS Recovery»
• Как только АКБ десульфатирована, Batium снова переходит в режим нормальной зарядки IUoU.
• Если ему не удается восстановить АКБ, то на экране высвечивается

ФУНКЦИЯ « SOS RECOVERY » (стp.2)
Эта функция применяется к автомобильным аккумуляторам (IUoU), которые подверглись глубокой разрядке. Это
позволяет добиться более глубокой десульфатации аккумулятора.
Для включения этой функции выполните следующие действия:
1. В обязательном порядке отсоедините АКБ от автомобиля. (ОПАСНОСТЬ ПЕРЕНАПРЯЖЕНИЯ).
2. Подсоедините зажимы к клеммам аккумулятора.
3. Подключите Batium к сети и поставьте прерыватель на « ON ».
4. Выберите кривую зарядки IUoU.(5).
5. Активируйте функцию 5-секундным нажатием на кнопку «SOS recovery» (3) пока не загорится
на индикаторе
6. Выберите напряжение (4) и скорость зарядки (6).
7. Ничего не делать в течение нескольких секунд, процесс начинается (процесс совпадает с §8).
ФУНКЦИЯ ПРИНУДИТЕЛЬНОЙ ЗАРЯДКИ (стp.2)
В случае сильно разряженного аккумулятора (напряжение менее 2 В) Batium не запускается и сигнализирует
об этом сигналами:

ФУНКЦИЯ ВОЛЬТМЕТР (РЕЖИМ TEST) (стp.2)
Эта функция позволяет BATIUM измерять напряжение аккумулятора, генератора или стартера транспортного
средства. Выполните следующие действия:
1. Включите Batium 25.24X.
2. Выберите режим «test» (5).
3. Подключите зарядное устройство к АКБ.

• Plaats de accu tijdens het opladen in een goed geventileerde
ruimte.
• Vermijd vuur en vonken. Niet roken.
• Scherm de elektrische delen van de accu af om kortsluiting
te voorkomen.
Let op : zuur-projectie gevaar.
• Draag altijd een veiligheidsbril en veiligheidshandschoenen.
• In geval van oog- of huidcontact, meteen met veel water
afspoelen en onmiddellijk een arts raadplegen.
Aansluiten / Afsluiten :
• Sluit de stroomvoorziening af, alvorens de accu aan te
sluiten of los te koppelen.
• De aansluitklem van de accu die niet is aangesloten op een
chassis moet als eerst aangekoppeld worden. De andere
verbinding moet plaats vinden op de chassis, ver van de
accu en van de brandstofkanalisering. De accu oplader
moet vervolgens op het net aangesloten worden.
• Koppel na het starten/laden eerst de acculader van de
netspanning los. Koppel daarna de connectie van de
chassis los, en pas daarna de connectie met de accu.
Aansluiten :
• Dit apparaat moet aangesloten aan de netspanning met
een geaard stopcontact.
• De aansluiting op de netspanning moet conform de na-
tionale regelgeving gebeuren.
• Deze apparatuur is conform aan CEI 61000-3-12
• Deze apparatuur is conform aan CEI 61000-3-11 norm.
Onderhoud :
• Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, dient deze vervangen
te worden door een door de fabrikant van het apparaat
geleverde voedingskabel.
• Het onderhoud dient uitsluitend door een gekwaliceerde
onderhoudsmonteur te gedaan te worden.
• Waarschuwing ! Altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact
halen alvorens eventuele onderhoudswerkzaamheden te
verrichten.
• Als de zekering beschadigd is, dient deze vervangen te
worden door de fabrikant, zijn reparatie dienst of een
gekwaliceerde technicus, om gevaar te vermijden.

ALGEMENE OMSCHRIJVING
De Batium 24/24X kan accu’s van 6V, 12V en 24V opladen. De Batium heeft 3 functies :
- Met de laadcurve IUoU kan hij start-accu’s (lood-accu’s en elektrolyt accu’s, vloeibaar of gel) van personenauto’s tot
vrachtauto’s met een accu-capaciteit van 35Ah tot 350Ah opladen.
- De IUIo laadcurve is geschikt voor het opladen van open lood-zuur tractie accu’s, voor pallet trucks, schrobzuig-
machines en heftrucks, met een capaciteit van 35Ah tot 180 Ah.
- Met de functie «Meten van de spanning» kan de spanning van de dynamo, de starter of de accu gemeten worden.
AANSLUITEN EN ALGEMENE WERKING (p.2)
Controleer het elektrolyt-niveau van de open accu’s.
Vul indien nodig het niveau bij, voordat u met het opladen begint.

Koppel de klemmen aan : de rode klem op de + pool van de accu en de zwarte klem op de - pool.
Koppel de lader aan :
- direct op de accu, met behulp van de standaard klemmen van de lader.
- of op de specieke aansluiting van het apparaat, door de klemmen aan het eind van de kabel te vervangen
door de aangepaste aansluiting. Respecteer hierbij de polariteit en de stroomsterkte.
2 Sluit de acculader aan op de 230V netspanning.
3 Zet de schakelaar op « ON » (aan de achterkant van het apparaat). Het display en alle ledlampjes gaan branden.

- IUoU voor accu’s van auto’s,
- IUIo voor tractie-accu’s.

Bijzonderheden van de IUoU functie
Wanneer het laden is beëindigd, stelt de lader zich in oating : de lader kan op de accu aangesloten
blijven, handhaaft de laadstatus en compenseert zo de natuurlijke ontlading.
Bijzonderheden van de functie IUIo
Wanneer het laden is beëindigd zal de BATIUM uitschakelen en aangeven. Als de accu na aoop van het
laden aangesloten blijft, zal deze iedere 72 uur een laadcyclus lanceren om het natuurlijk ontladen van de accu
te compenseren.
Bijzonderheden van de «SOS Recovery» functie
• Wanneer de accu gedesulfateerd is, gaat de Batium over naar de normale IUoU laadcurve.
• Als de lader niet in staat is de accu te herstellen zal het apparaat
aangeven op het display.

Wanneer de accu is opgeladen (lampje
groen), zet dan op « OFF ».
10 Koppel de voedingskabel los.
11 Koppel de klemmen /of de aansluiting los van de accu.
Nb : Tijdens een stroomstoring zal de Batium de laatst ingebrachte conguratie memoriseren (met uitzondering
van de modus « SOS Recovery »), en de laatst ingebrachte instellingen hernemen.
FUNCTIE « SOS RECOVERY » (p.2)
Deze functie is bedoeld voor diep ontladen accu’s van auto’s (IUoU). Hiermee kan een sterkere desulfatie verkregen
worden.
Respecteer, om deze functie te activeren, de volgende stappen:
1. De accu moet eerst worden losgekoppeld van het voertuig (GEVAAR OVERSPANNING).
2. Koppel de klemmen van Batium aan op de accu.
3. Sluit de Batium aan op de netspanning, en zet de schakelaar op « ON ».
4. Kies de IUoU laadcurve (5)
5. Activeer de functie met een druk (5 seconden lang) op de knop «SOS recovery» (3) totdat
verschijnt op de
display.
6. Selecteer de spanning (4) en de snelheid (6).
7. Raak gedurende enkele seconden niets aan, het laadproces start op (proces identiek aan §8).
FUNCTIE GEFORCEERD LADEN (p.2)
Als de accu zeer diep ontladen is (spanning lager dan 2 V) zal Batium niet opstarten en dit aangeven met behulp van
de volgende signalen :
• Het display toont
,
• De lampjes « accu-spanning », « capaciteit » en « laadcurve » branden.
1. Druk gedurende 5 seconden op de toets
de display geeft aan,
2. Forceer het laden door een druk op de knop (4), de display geeft
aan.
3. De cyclus start op.
De lader detecteert een accu waarvan de spanning hoger is dan 0.5 V (± 0,3 V) en start een cyclus op om de accu te
herstellen.
FUNCTIE VOLTMETER (MODULE TEST) (p.2)
Met deze functie kan de BATIUM de spanning van de accu, de dynamo of de starter van het voertuig meten.
Handel als volgt :
1. Zet de Batium 25.24X aan.
2. Kies de module «test» (5).
3. Sluit de acculader aan op de accu.
4. Kies de gewenste spanning (6) :
Voor de minimale spanning van de accu.
Voor de real-time accu-spanning.
Voor de maximaal spanning van de accu.
5. Druk op «Reset test» (3) om de spanningen te resetten.
6. Druk op (5) om uit de «Test» module te geraken.
BEVEILIGING
De Batium 25-24X is beveiligd tegen kortsluiting en ompoling. Het apparaat beschikt tevens over een anti-
vonksysteem,dat het ontstaan van vonken tijdens het aankoppelen van de lader op de accu voorkomt. In verband met
de veiligheid levert de Batium, zonder spanning op de klemmen, geen stroom.

• Incidenten als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik (verkeerde elektrische voeding, vallen, ontmanteling).
• Gebreken ten gevolge van de gebruiksomgeving (vervuiling, roest, stof).
In geval van storing moet het apparaat teruggestuurd worden naar uw distributeur, samen met:

DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Il Batium 25/24X è destinato alla carica di batterie 6 V, 12 V e 24 V. Possiede 3 funzioni:
- La curva di carica IUoU permette la ricarica delle batterie di avviamento al piombo, con elettrolita liquido o gel, dei
veicoli commerciali (furgoni) che possiedono una batteria di capacità da 35 Ah a 350 Ah.
- La curva di carica IUIo permette la ricarica delle batterie di trazione al piombo aperte, per carrelli elevatori, depu-
ratori e camion, di capacità da 35 Ah a 180 Ah.
- La funzione «Misura di tensione» permette di murare la tensione dell’alternatore, dell’avviatore e della batteria.
COLLEGAMENTO E FUNZIONAMENTO GENERALE (p.2)
Vericare il livello dell’elettrolito per le batterie aperte.
Se necessario, riempire no a livello prima della carica.

Collegare i morsetti: morsetto rosso sul terminale + della batteria e morsetto nero sul terminale –.
Collegare il caricabatterie:
- direttamente sulla batteria utilizzando i morsetti standard del caricabatterie.
- o sul collegamento specico dell’apparecchio, sostituendo i morsetti all’estremità del cavo con il connettore
adatto e rispettando la polarità e il calibro della corrente.
2 Collegare il caricatore sulla presa di corrente da 230 V.
3 Posizionare l’interruttore su « ON » (retro del prodotto). Lo schermo e tutti i led della tastiera di accendono.

Scegliere la curva di carica (5):
- IUoU per le batterie automobili,
- IUIo per le batterie di trazione.

Scegliere la tensione della vostra batteria: 6 V /12 V / 24 V (4) secondo le indicazioni inscritte sulla batteria o in
funzione dell’evantuale collegamento realizzato (serie o in parallelo vedere p.2).
Rischio di esplosione o di proiezione di acido in caso di una selezione sba-
gliata della tensione (24V per una batteria di 12V).
6 Scegliere l’andamento della carica in funzione della capacità (Ah) descritta sulla batteria (6).

Prima di cominciare la carica, il Batium realizza le seguenti operazioni:
a- Analizza la batteria : tensione/stato della batteria... Il Batium indica ogni anomalia (vedere tabella « Anomalie,
cause, rimedi » ).
b- Ripristina la batteria quando la tensione è troppo bassa.

Specicità della funzione IUoU
Una volta terminata la carica, il caricatore si mette in oating : può restare collegato alla batteria e
mantenerla in carica per compensare l’autoscaricamento naturale della batteria.
Speciche della funzione IUIo
Una volta terminata la carica, il BATIUM si interrompe e indica . Se la batteria resta collegata dopo la ne
della carica, per tutte le 72h, il caricabatterie ricomincia un ciclo di carica per compensare l’autoscaricamento
della batteria.
Specicità della funzione «SOS Recovery»
• Una volta desolfatata la batteria, il Batium ritorna alla carica normale IUoU.
• Se non riesce a recuperare la batteria indica sullo schermo
.

Quando la batteria è caricata (spia
verde), posizionare l’interruttore su « OFF ».
10 Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione.
11 Scollegare i morsetti / o il connettore dalla batteria.
Nb : Nel caso di un’interruzione di corrente, il Batium memorizza l’ultima congurazione (tranne in modalità «
SOS Recovery »), e riprende gli ultimi parametri.

FUNZIONE « SOS RECOVERY » (p.2)
Questa funzione riguarda le batterie di automobili (IUoU) che hanno subito un forte abbassamento di carica. Permette
di ottenere una più forte desolfatazione della batteria.
Per attivare questa funzione, rispettare le seguenti tappe:
1. Scollegare imperativamente la batteria del veicolo (
PERICOLO DI SOVRATENSIONE).
2. Collegare i morsetti del Batium sulla batteria.
3. Collegare il Batium alla presa e poi posizionare l’interruttore su « ON ».
4. Selezionare la curva di carica IUoU (5).
5. Attivare la funzione premendo 5 secondi sul pulsante «SOS recovery» (3) no a quando appare
sul display.
6. Scegliere la tensione (4) e l’andamento della carica (6).
7. Non toccare niente per qualche secondo, il processo comincia (processo identico al §8).
FUNZIONE CARICA FORZATA (P.2)
In caso di batteria profondamente scarica (tensione inferiore a 2 V), il Batium non si avvia e lo indica con dei segnali :

3. Il ciclo si avvia.
Il caricatore individua una batteria la cui tensione è superiore a 0.5 V (± 0,3 V) e inizia un ciclo di recupero della batteria.
FUNZIONE VOLTMETRO (MODALITÀ TEST) (p.2)
Questa funzione permette al BATIUM di misurare la tensione della batteria, dell’alternatore e dell’avviatore del veicolo.
Procedere come segue:
1. Accendere il Batium 25.24X.
2. Selezionare la modalità «test» (5).
3. Collegare il caricabatterie alla batteria.
4. Selezionare la tensione desiderata (6) :
Per ottenere la tensione minima della batteria.
Per ottenre la tensione della batteria in tempo reale.
Per ottenere la tensione massima della batteria.
5. Premere su «Reset test» (3) per rinizializzare le tensioni.
6. Premere su (5) per uscire dalla modalità «Test».
PROTEZIONI
Il Batium 25-24X è protetto contro i corto-circuiti e inversioni di polarità. Dispone anche di un sistema anti-scintille che
evita qualsiasi scintilla durante il collegamento del caricatore alla batteria. Senza tensione sui morsetti, per sicurezza il
Batium non eroga alcuna corrente.

GARANZIA
La garanzia copre qualsiasi difetto di fabbricazione per 2 anni, a partire dalla data d’acquisto (pezzi e mano d’opera).
La garanzia non copre:
• Danni dovuti al trasporto.
• La normale usura dei pezzi (Es. : cavi, morsetti, ecc.).
• Gli incidenti causati da uso improprio (errore di alimentazione, cadute, smontaggio).
• I guasti legati all’ambiente (inquinamento, ruggine, polvere).
In caso di guasto, rinviare il dispositivo al distributore, allegando:
- la prova d’acquisto con data (scontrino, fattura...)
- una nota esplicativa del guasto.
