1. VEILIGHEIDSINFORMATIE
Lees zorgvuldig de meegeleverde instructies voor
installatie en gebruik van het apparaat. De fabrikant is
niet verantwoordelijk voor letsel of schade veroorzaakt
door een verkeerde installatie of verkeerd gebruik.
Bewaar de instructies altijd op een veilige en
toegankelijke plaats voor toekomstig gebruik.
1.1 Veiligheid van kinderen en kwetsbare mensen
• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen vanaf
8 jaar en ouder en door personen met beperkingen,
mits ze zijn voorgelicht over het veilige gebruik van
het apparaat en de potentiële gevaren en/of ze onder
toezicht staan.
• Laat kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.
• Kinderen mogen zonder toezicht geen reinigings- en
onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het apparaat
uitvoeren.
• Houd alle verpakking uit de buurt van kinderen en
gooi het op passende wijze weg.

Algemene veiligheid

Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik of
gelijksoortige toepassingen zoals:
– Boerderijen, personeelskeukens in winkels,
kantoren of andere werkomgevingen
– Door gasten in hotels, motels, bed&breakfasts en
andere woonomgevingen
• Houd de ventilatieopeningen altijd vrij van
obstructies; dit geldt zowel voor losstaande als
ingebouwde modellen.
• Gebruik geen mechanische of andere middelen om
het ontdooiproces te versnellen, behalve die
middelen die door de fabrikant zijn aanbevolen.
• Let op dat u het koelcircuit niet beschadigt.
• Gebruik geen elektrische apparaten in de koelkast,
tenzij deze door de fabrikant worden aanbevolen.

• Gebruik geen waterstralen of stoom om het apparaat
te reinigen.
• Maak het apparaat schoon met een vochtige, zachte
doek. Gebruik alleen neutrale schoonmaakmiddelen.
Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen, schuursponsjes,
oplosmiddelen of metalen voorwerpen.
• Bewaar geen explosieve substanties zoals spuitbussen
met drijfgas in dit apparaat.
• Als de voedingskabel beschadigd is, moet de
fabrikant, een erkende serviceverlener of een
gekwalificeerd persoon deze vervangen teneinde
gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen.
2. VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
2.1 Montage
WAARSCHUWING!
Alleen een erkende
installatietechnicus mag het
apparaat installeren.
• Verwijder de verpakking en de
transportbouten.
• Installeer en gebruik geen
beschadigd apparaat.
• Volg de installatie-instructies op die
zijn meegeleverd met het apparaat.
• Pas altijd op bij verplaatsing van het
apparaat, want het is zwaar. Gebruik
altijd veiligheidshandschoenen en
gesloten schoeisel.
• Zorg ervoor dat rond het apparaat
lucht kan circuleren.
• Wacht ten minste 4 uur alvorens het
apparaat aan de netstroom aan te
sluiten. Hierdoor kan de olie terug in
de compressor stromen.
• Installeer het apparaat niet in de
nabijheid van radiators, fornuizen,
ovens of kookplaten.
• De achterzijde van het apparaat moet
tegen de muur worden geplaatst.
• Installeer het apparaat niet op een
plaats met direct zonlicht.
• Gebruik dit apparaat niet in gebieden
die te vochtig of te koud zijn, zoals
bijgebouwen, garages of kelders.
• Til de voorkant van het apparaat op
als u hem wilt verplaatsen, om krassen
op de vloer te voorkomen.
2.2 Aansluiting op het
elektriciteitsnet
WAARSCHUWING!
Gevaar voor brand en
elektrische schokken.
• Dit apparaat moet worden
aangesloten op een geaard
stopcontact.
• Controleer of de elektrische
informatie op het typeplaatje
overeenkomt met de
stroomvoorziening. Zo niet, neem dan
contact op met een elektromonteur.
• Gebruik altijd een correct
geïnstalleerd, schokbestendig
stopcontact.
• Gebruik geen meerwegstekkers en
verlengsnoeren.
• Zorg dat u de elektrische onderdelen
(hoofdstekker, kabel, compressor) niet
beschadigt. Neem contact met de
erkende servicedienst of een
elektricien om de elektrische
onderdelen te wijzigen.
• De stroomkabel moet lager blijven
dan het niveau van de stopcontact.
• Steek de stekker pas in het
stopcontact als de installatie is

voltooid. Zorg ervoor dat het
netsnoer na installatie bereikbaar is.
• Trek niet aan het netsnoer om het
apparaat los te koppelen. Trek altijd
aan de stekker.
2.3 Gebruik
WAARSCHUWING!
Gevaar op letsel,
brandwonden of elektrische
schokken.
• De specificatie van het apparaat mag
niet worden veranderd.
• Plaats geen elektrische apparaten
(bijv. ijsmachines) in het apparaat
tenzij uitdrukkelijk geschikt verklaard
door de fabrikant.
• Zorg ervoor dat u het koelcircuit niet
beschadigt. Het bevat isobutaan
(R600a), aardgas met een hoge
ecologische compatibiliteit. Dit gas is
ontvlambaar.
• Als er schade aan het koelcircuit
optreedt, zorg er dan voor dat er zich
geen vlammen en andere
ontstekingsbronnen in de kamer
bevinden. Ventileer de kamer goed.
• Zet geen hete items op de
kunststofonderdelen van het
apparaat.
• Plaats geen koolzuurhoudende
dranken in het vriesvak. Dit zal extra
druk in de drankfles veroorzaken.
• Bewaar geen ontvlambare gassen en
vloeistoffen in het apparaat.
• Plaats geen ontvlambare producten
of items die vochtig zijn door
ontvlambare producten in, bij of op
het apparaat.
• Raak de compressor of condensator
niet aan. Ze zijn heet.
• Zorg ervoor dat u nooit met natte of
vochtige handen items uit het vriesvak
verwijderd of aanraakt.
• Vries ontdooide voedingswaren nooit
opnieuw in.
• Bewaar de voedingswaren volgens de
instructies op de verpakking.
2.4 Onderhoud en reiniging
WAARSCHUWING!
Gevaar voor letsel of schade
aan het apparaat.
• Schakel het apparaat uit en trek de
stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u
onderhoudshandelingen verricht.
• Het koelcircuit van dit apparaat bevat
koolwaterstoffen. Enkel bevoegde
personen mogen de eenheid
onderhouden en herladen.
• Controleer regelmatig de afvoer van
het apparaat en reinig het indien
nodig. Indien de afvoer verstopt is, zal
er water op de bodem van het
apparaat liggen.
2.5 Verwijdering
WAARSCHUWING!
Gevaar voor letsel of
verstikking.
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
• Snij het netsnoer van het apparaat af
en gooi dit weg.
• Verwijder de deur om te voorkomen
dat kinderen en huisdieren
opgesloten raken in het apparaat.
• Het koelcircuit en de
isolatiematerialen van dit apparaat
zijn ozonvriendelijk.
• Het isolatieschuim bevat ontvlambare
gassen. Neem contact met uw
plaatselijke overheid voor informatie
m.b.t. correcte afvalverwerking van
het apparaat.
• Veroorzaak geen schade aan het deel
van de koeleenheid dat zich naast de
warmtewisselaar bevindt.

3.2 Inschakelen
Steek dan de stekker in het stopcontact.
Draai de thermostaatknop op een
gemiddelde stand
Het controlelampje en het alarmlampje
gaan branden.
3.3 Uitschakelen
Draai de temperatuurknop op de stand
"O" om het apparaat uit te schakelen.
3.4 Temperatuurregeling
De temperatuur wordt automatisch
geregeld.
Een gemiddelde instelling is
over het algemeen het
meest geschikt.
De exacte instelling moet
echter worden gekozen
rekening houdend met het
feit dat de temperatuur in
het apparaat afhankelijk is
van:
• de kamertemperatuur
• hoe vaak de deur
geopend wordt
• de hoeveelheid voedsel
die wordt bewaard
• de plaats van het
apparaat
1. Draai de thermostaatknop op een
lagere stand om de minimale koude
te verkrijgen.
2. Draai de thermostaatknop op een
hogere stand om de maximale koude
te verkrijgen.
LET OP!
Als de
omgevingstemperatuur
hoog is of als het apparaat
volledig gevuld is en de
thermostaatknop op de
koudste instelling staat, kan
het apparaat continu
werken, waardoor er ijs op
de achterwand gevormd
wordt. In dat geval moet de
knop op een hogere
temperatuur gezet worden
om automatische ontdooiing
mogelijk te maken en
zodoende het
energieverbruik te
beperken.
3.5 Alarm bij hoge
temperatuur
In het geval van een abnormale stijging
van de temperatuur in de vriesruimte
(bijv. stroomuitval) gaat het alarmlampje
branden.
Als de normale omstandigheden
hersteld worden gaat het alarmlampje
automatisch uit.

3.6 FROSTMATIC-functie
Druk op toets FROSTMATIC om de
functie FROSTMATIC te activeren.
De FROSTMATIC indicator gaat branden
4. DAGELIJKS GEBRUIK
WAARSCHUWING!

4.1 Het bewaren van
ingevroren voedsel
Als u het apparaat voor het eerst of na
een periode dat het niet gebruikt is
inschakelt, dient u het apparaat minstens
2 uur te laten werken met de
FROSTMATIC functie ingeschakeld. De
vriesladen zorgen ervoor dat u het
voedselpakket dat u wenst, snel en
makkelijk kan vinden. Indien grote
hoeveelheden voedsel moeten worden
bewaard, verwijder dan alle lades
behalve de onderste lade die nodig is
voor een goede luchtcirculatie. Het
voedsel kan op alle schappen tot 15 mm
ver naar de deur uitsteken.
WAARSCHUWING!
In het geval van onbedoelde
ontdooiing, bijvoorbeeld als
de stroom langer is
uitgevallen dan de duur die
op de kaart met technische
kenmerken onder 'maximale
bewaartijd bij stroomuitval'
is vermeld, moet het
ontdooide voedsel snel
geconsumeerd worden of
onmiddellijk bereid worden
en dan weer worden
ingevroren (nadat het
afgekoeld is).
4.2 Vers voedsel invriezen
Het vriesvak is geschikt voor het
invriezen van vers voedsel en om
diepvriesvoedsel langere tijd te bewaren.
Om kleine hoeveelheden vers voedsel in
te vriezen is het niet nodig om de
instelling te veranderen.
Om vers voedsel in te vriezen, activeer
de FROSTMATIC-functie ten minste 24
uur voordat u het in te vriezen voedsel in
het vriesvak legt.
Plaats het verse voedsel dat u in wilt
vriezen in de twee bovenste vakken.
De maximale hoeveelheid
levensmiddelen die in 24 uur kunnen
worden ingevroren, staat aangegeven op
het typeplaatje, een label dat zich aan de
binnenkant van het apparaat bevindt.
Het invriesproces duurt 24 uur. voeg
tijdens deze periode geen ander voedsel
toe om in te vriezen.
Wanneer het invriesproces is voltooid, de
vereiste temperatuur weer instellen (zie
"FROSTMATIC-functie").
4.3 Koude accumulators
De vriezer is uitgerust met minstens een
koude accumulator die de bewaartijd
verlengt in geval van een
stroomonderbreking of stroomuitval.

ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING
WAARSCHUWING!

5.1 De binnenkant
schoonmaken
Voordat u het apparaat voor de eerste
keer gebruikt, wast u de binnenkant en
de interne accessoires met lauwwarm
water en een beetje neutrale zeep om de

typische geur van een nieuw product
weg te nemen. Droog daarna grondig af.
LET OP!
Gebruik geen
oplosmiddelen of
schuurmiddelen. Deze
beschadigen de lak.
5.2 Periodieke reiniging
LET OP!
Trek niet aan leidingen en/of
kabels aan de binnenkant
van de kast en verplaats of
beschadig ze niet.
LET OP!
Zorg ervoor dat u het
koelsysteem niet
beschadigt.
LET OP!
Til de voorkant van de
koelkast op als u hem wilt
verplaatsen, om krassen op
de vloer te voorkomen.
Het apparaat moet regelmatig worden
schoongemaakt:
1. Maak de binnenkant en de
accessoires schoon met lauw water
en wat neutrale zeep.
2. Controleer de afdichtingen
regelmatig en wrijf ze schoon om u
ervan te verzekeren dat ze schoon en
vrij van restjes zijn.
3. Spoel ze af en maak ze grondig
droog.
4. Maak indien toegankelijk de
condensor en de compressor aan de
achterkant van het apparaat schoon
met een borstel.
Deze handeling zal de prestatie van
het apparaat verbeteren en het
elektriciteitsverbruik besparen.
5.3 De vriezer ontdooien
Het vriesvak is vorstvrij. Dit betekent dat
er geen rijp gevormd wordt als het
vriesvak werkt, noch op de
binnenwanden, noch op het voedsel.
5.4 Periodes dat het apparaat
niet gebruikt wordt
Neem de volgende
voorzorgsmaatregelen als het apparaat
gedurende lange tijd niet gebruikt
wordt:
1. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2. Verwijder al het voedsel.
3. Maak het apparaat en alle
toebehoren schoon.
4. Laat de deur/deuren open staan om
onaangename luchtjes te
voorkomen.

1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years

provided that they have been given instruction and/or
supervision regarding the safe use of the appliance

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 Installation

• Remove all the packaging and the
transit bolts.
• Do not install or use a damaged
appliance.
• Follow the installation instruction
supplied with the appliance.
• Always take care when moving the
appliance as it is heavy. Always use
safety gloves and enclosed footwear.
• Make sure the air can circulate around
the appliance.
• Wait at least 4 hours before
connecting the appliance to the
power supply. This is to allow the oil
to flow back in the compressor.
• Do not install the appliance close to
radiators or cookers, oven or hobs.
• The rear of the appliance must stand
against the wall.
• Do not install the appliance where
there is direct sunlight.
• Do not install this appliance in areas
that are too humid or too colds, such
as the construction appendices,
garages or wine cellars.
• When you move the appliance, lift it
by the front edge to avoid scratching
the floor.
2.2 Electrical connection

information on the rating plate agrees
with the power supply. If not, contact
an electrician.
• Always use a correctly installed
shockproof socket.
• Do not use multi-plug adapters and

• The mains cable must stay below the
level of the mains plug.
• Connect the mains plug to the mains
socket only at the end of the
installation. Make sure that there is
access to the mains plug after the
installation.
• Do not pull the mains cable to
disconnect the appliance. Always pull
the mains plug.

• Do not change the specification of
this appliance.
• Do not put electrical appliances (e.g.
ice cream makers) in the appliance
unless they are stated applicable by
the manufacturer.
• Be careful not to cause damage to
the refrigerant circuit. It contains

high level of environmental
compatibility. This gas is flammable.
• If damage occurs to the refrigerant
circuit, make sure that there are no

2.4 Care and cleaning

the drain is blocked, defrosted water
collects in the bottom of the

2.5 Disposal

Insert the plug into the wall socket.
Turn the temperature regulator clockwise
to a medium setting.
The power indicator light and the alarm
light will light up.
3.3 Switching off
To turn off the appliance, turn the
temperature regulator to the "O"
position.
3.4 Temperature regulation
The temperature is regulated
automatically.
A medium setting is
generally the most suitable.
However, the exact setting
should be chosen keeping in
mind that the temperature
inside the appliance
depends on:
• room temperature,
• how often the door is
opened,
• the quantity of food
stored,
• the location of the
appliance.
1. Turn the Temperature regulator
toward lower settings to obtain the
minimum coldness.
2. Turn the Temperature regulator
toward higher settings to obtain the
maximum coldness.
CAUTION!
If the ambient temperature
is high or the appliance is
fully loaded, and the
appliance is set to the lowest
temperatures, it may run
continuously causing frost to
form on the rear wall. In this
case the dial must be set to
a higher temperature to
allow automatic defrosting
and therefore reduced
energy consumption.
3.5 High temperature alarm
In the event of an abnormal temperature
rise inside the freezer (e.g. power cut)
alarm light comes on.
When normal conditions are restored the
alarm light will switch off automatically.
3.6 FROSTMATIC function
To activate FROSTMATIC function, press
the FROSTMATIC button.
The FROSTMATIC indicator will light up.

4. DAILY USE

4.1 Storage of frozen food
When first starting-up or after a period
out of use, before putting the products
in the compartment let the appliance run
at least 2 hours with the FROSTMATIC
function turned on. The freezer drawers
ensure that it is quick and easy to find
the food package you want. If large
quantities of food are to be stored,
remove all drawers except for the
bottom drawer which needs to be in
place to provide good air circulation. On
all shelves it is possible to place food
that protrude until 15 mm from the door.
WARNING!
In the event of accidental
defrosting, for example due
to a power failure, if the
power has been off for
longer that the value shown
in the technical
characteristics chart under
"rising time", the defrosted
food must be consumed
quickly or cooked
immediately and then re-
frozen (after cooling).
4.2 Freezing fresh food
The freezer compartment is suitable for
freezing fresh food and storing frozen
and deep-frozen food for a long time.
To freeze small amount of fresh foods it
is not necessary to change the present
setting.
To freeze fresh food activate the
FROSTMATIC function at least 24 hours
before placing the food to be frozen in
the freezer compartment.
Place the food to be frozen in the two
top compartments.
The maximum amount of food that can
be frozen in 24 hours is specified on the
rating plate, a label located on the inside
of the appliance.
The freezing process lasts 24 hours:
during this period do not add other food
to be frozen.
When the freezing process is completed,
return to the required temperature (see
"FROSTMATIC Function").
4.3 Cold accumulators
The freezer contains at least one cold
accumulator which increases storage
time in the event of a power cut or
breakdown.

5.1 Cleaning the interior
Before using the appliance for the first
time, the interior and all internal
accessories should be washed with
lukewarm water and some neutral soap
to remove the typical smell of a brand-
new product, then dried thoroughly.

5.2 Periodic cleaning

lift it by the front edge to

The equipment has to be cleaned
regularly:
1. Clean the inside and accessories with
lukewarm water and some neutral
soap.
2. Regularly check the door seals and
wipe clean to ensure they are clean
and free from debris.
3. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. If accessible, clean the condenser
and the compressor at the back of
the appliance with a brush.
This operation will improve the
performance of the appliance and
save electricity consumption.
5.3 Defrosting the freezer
The freezer compartment is frost free.
This means that there is no build up of
frost when it is in operation, neither on
the internal walls nor on the foods.
5.4 Periods of non-operation
When the appliance is not in use for long
periods, take the following precautions:
1. Disconnect the appliance from
electricity supply.
2. Remove all food.
3. Clean the appliance and all
accessories.
4. Leave the door/doors open to
prevent unpleasant smells.

Cela permet à l'huile de refouler dans
le compresseur.
• N'installez pas l'appareil à proximité
d'un radiateur, d'une cuisinière, d'un
four ou d'une table de cuisson.
• La surface arrière de l'appareil doit
être positionnée contre un mur.
• N'installez pas l'appareil dans un

2.4 Entretien et nettoyage

• la température ambiante,
• la fréquence d'ouverture

ATTENTION!
Si la température ambiante
est élevée ou l'appareil très
rempli et si le thermostat est
réglé sur la température la
plus basse, il est possible
que le compresseur
fonctionne en régime
continu, d'où un risque de
formation de givre sur la
paroi arrière. Pour éviter cet
inconvénient, modifiez la
position du thermostat pour
obtenir moins de froid, de
façon à permettre un
dégivrage automatique et,
par conséquent, des
économies d'énergie.
3.5 Alarme haute température
Lorsque la température à l'intérieur du
compartiment congélateur s'élève
anormalement (par exemple, en cas de
coupure de courant), le voyant Alarme
s'allume.
Une fois les conditions normales de
fonctionnement rétablies, le voyant
Alarme s'éteint automatiquement.
3.6 FonctionFROSTMATIC
Pour activer la fonction FROSTMATIC,
appuyez sur le bouton FROSTMATIC.
Le voyant correspondant FROSTMATIC
s'allume.
4. UTILISATION QUOTIDIENNE
AVERTISSEMENT!

concernant la sécurité.
4.1 Conservation d'aliments
congelés et surgelés
Lors de la mise en service ou après un
arrêt prolongé, laissez l'appareil
fonctionner au moins pendant 2 heures
environ avec la fonction FROSTMATIC
activée avant d'introduire les produits
dans le compartiment. Les tiroirs de
congélation vous permettent de trouver
facilement et rapidement les aliments
dont vous avez besoin. Si vous devez
stocker une grande quantité d'aliments,
retirez tous les tiroirs et le bac à glaçons,
sauf le bac inférieur qui doit être en
place afin de permettre une circulation
d'air optimale. Vous pouvez ranger des
aliments sur toutes les clayettes en
respectant un espace de 15 mm avec la
porte.
AVERTISSEMENT!
En cas de décongélation
accidentelle, due par
exemple à une coupure de
courant, si la coupure a duré
plus longtemps qu'indiqué
au paragraphe « Autonomie
de fonctionnement » du
chapitre Caractéristiques
techniques, consommez
rapidement les aliments
décongelés ou cuisez-les
immédiatement avant de les
recongeler (une fois
refroidis).
4.2 Congélation d'aliments
frais
Le compartiment congélateur est idéal
pour congeler des aliments frais et
conserver longtemps des aliments
congelés ou surgelés.
Pour congeler de petites quantités
d'aliments frais, il n'est pas nécessaire de
modifier le réglage actuel.
Activez la fonction FROSTMATIC au
moins 24 heures avant d'introduire des
aliments frais à congeler dans le
compartiment congélateur.
Placez les denrées à congeler dans les
deux compartiments supérieurs.

La quantité maximale de denrées que
vous pouvez congeler par tranche de
24 heures figure sur la plaque
signalétique, située à l'intérieur de
l'appareil.
Le processus de congélation dure
24 heures : vous ne devez ajouter aucun
autre aliment à congeler pendant cette
période.
Une fois le processus de congélation
terminé, revenez à la température
souhaitée (voir « Fonction
FROSTMATIC »).
4.3 Accumulateurs de froid
Le congélateur est équipé d'au moins un
accumulateur de froid qui permet
d'augmenter l'autonomie de
conservation de votre appareil en cas de
coupure de courant ou de panne.
5. ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

5.1 Nettoyage de l'intérieur
Avant d'utiliser l'appareil pour la
première fois, nettoyez l'intérieur et tous
les accessoires avec de l'eau tiède
savonneuse (pour supprimer toute odeur
de neuf), puis séchez-les soigneusement.

5.2 Nettoyage périodique

• Entfernen Sie die
Verpackungsmaterialien und die
Transportschrauben.
• Stellen Sie ein beschädigtes Gerät
nicht auf und benutzen Sie es nicht.
• Halten Sie sich an die mitgelieferte
Montageanleitung.
• Gehen Sie beim Transport des Geräts
vorsichtig vor, denn es ist schwer.
Tragen Sie dazu stets
Sicherheitshandschuhe und feste
Schuhe.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Luft um
das Gerät zirkulieren kann.
• Warten Sie mindestens 4 Stunden,
bevor Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz
anschließen. Dies ist erforderlich,
damit das Öl in den Kompressor
zurückfließen kann.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der
Nähe von Heizkörpern, Herden,
Backöfen oder Kochfeldern auf.
• Die Geräterückseite muss gegen die
Wand gestellt werden.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht dort auf,
wo es direktem Sonnenlicht
ausgesetzt sein könnte.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an zu
feuchten oder kalten Orten auf, wie z.
B. in Nebengebäuden, Garagen oder

eine sachgemäß installierte
Schutzkontaktsteckdose an.
• Verwenden Sie keine
Mehrfachsteckdosen oder
Verlängerungskabel.

Bauteile (wie Netzstecker, Netzkabel
und Kompressor) nicht zu
beschädigen. Wenden Sie sich an den
autorisierten Kundendienst oder
einen Elektriker, um die elektrischen
Bauteile auszutauschen.
• Das Netzkabel muss unterhalb des
Netzsteckers verlegt werden.
• Stecken Sie den Netzstecker erst nach
Abschluss der Montage in die
Steckdose. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der
Netzstecker nach der Montage noch
zugänglich ist.
• Ziehen Sie nicht am Netzkabel, wenn
Sie das Gerät vom Netzstrom trennen
möchten. Ziehen Sie stets am
Netzstecker.
2.3 Verwendung

Es besteht Verletzungs-,

• Nehmen Sie keine technischen
Änderungen am Gerät vor.
• Stellen Sie keine elektrischen Geräte
(z. B. Eisbereiter) in das Gerät, wenn
solche Geräte nicht ausdrücklich vom
Hersteller für diesen Zweck
zugelassen sind.
• Achten Sie darauf, den Kältekreislauf
nicht zu beschädigen. Er enthält
Isobutan (R600a), ein Erdgas mit
einem hohen Grad an
Umweltverträglichkeit. Dieses Gas ist
brennbar.
• Wird der Kältekreislauf beschädigt,
stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass es keine
Flammen und Zündquellen im Raum
gibt. Belüften Sie den Raum.
• Stellen Sie keine heißen Gegenstände
auf die Kunststoffteile des Geräts.
• Legen Sie Erfrischungsgetränke nicht
in das Gefrierfach. Dadurch entsteht
Druck auf den Getränkebehälter.
• Bewahren Sie keine entzündbaren
Gase und Flüssigkeiten im Gerät auf.
• Platzieren Sie keine entflammbaren
Produkte oder Gegenstände, die mit
entflammbaren Produkten benetzt
sind, im Gerät, auf dem Gerät oder in
der Nähe des Geräts.
• Berühren Sie nicht den Kompressor
oder den Kondensator. Sie sind heiß.
• Nehmen Sie keine Gegenstände aus
dem Gefrierfach bzw. berühren Sie
diese nicht, falls Ihre Hände nass oder
feucht sind.
• Frieren Sie aufgetaute Lebensmittel
nicht wieder ein.
• Befolgen Sie die Hinweise auf der
Verpackung zur Aufbewahrung
tiefgekühlter Lebensmittel.
2.4 Reinigung und Pflege

• Schalten Sie das Gerät immer aus und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose, bevor Reinigungsarbeiten
durchgeführt werden.
• Der Kältekreis des Gerätes enthält
Kohlenwasserstoffe. Das Gerät muss
von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft
gewartet und nachgefüllt werden.
• Prüfen Sie regelmäßig den
Wasserabfluss des Geräts und
reinigen Sie ihn gegebenenfalls. Bei
verstopftem Wasserabfluss sammelt
sich das Abtauwasser am Boden des
Geräts an.
2.5 Entsorgung

3.2 Einschalten des Geräts
Stecken Sie den Stecker in die
Netzsteckdose.

Uhrzeigersinn auf eine mittlere
Einstellung.

Eine mittlere Einstellung ist

Allerdings muss für eine
exakte Einstellung
berücksichtigt werden, dass
die Temperatur im Innern
des Geräts von
verschiedenen Faktoren
abhängt:
• Raumtemperatur,
• Häufigkeit der
Türöffnung,
• Menge der eingelagerten
Lebensmittel,
• Standort des Geräts.

eine niedrigere Einstellung, um die
minimal mögliche Kühlung zu
erreichen.

ACHTUNG!
Ist die
Umgebungstemperatur
hoch oder das Gerät voll
beladen, dieses aber auf die
niedrigste Temperatur
eingestellt, so kann es bei
andauerndem Betrieb des
Geräts an der Rückwand zu
Frostbildung kommen. In
diesem Fall muss eine
höhere Temperatur gewählt
werden, die ein
automatisches Abtauen
ermöglicht und damit auch
einen niedrigeren
Energieverbrauch.
3.5 Temperaturwarnung
Bei einem außergewöhnlichen
Temperaturanstieg innerhalb des
Gefriergeräts (z. B. bei Stromausfall)
leuchtet die Alarmleuchte.
Sobald die normalen Bedingungen
wieder hergestellt sind, schaltet sich die
Alarmleuchte automatisch aus.
3.6 Funktion FROSTMATIC
Drücken Sie zum Einschalten der
Funktion FROSTMATIC die Taste
FROSTMATIC.
Die FROSTMATIC-Kontrolllampe
leuchtet auf.
4. TÄGLICHER GEBRAUCH

4.1 Lagern von gefrorenen
Lebensmitteln
Lassen Sie das Gerät vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme oder nach einer Zeit, in
der das Gerät nicht benutzt wurde,
mindestens zwei Stunden lang mit
eingeschalteter Funktion FROSTMATIC
laufen, bevor Sie Lebensmittel in das
Fach legen. Die Gefrierschubladen
sorgen dafür, dass Sie die Lebensmittel
schnell und einfach finden. Wenn große
Mengen an Lebensmitteln gelagert
werden sollen, entfernen Sie die
Schubladen, ausgenommen die untere
Schublade, die an ihrem Platz bleiben
muss, um eine gute Luftzirkulation zu
garantieren. Es ist auf allen Ablagen
möglich, Lebensmittel bis zu einem
Abstand von 15 mm zur Tür einzulagern.
WARNUNG!
Kam es zum Beispiel durch
einen Stromausfall, der
länger dauerte als der in der
Tabelle mit den technischen
Daten angegebene Wert
(siehe „Lagerzeit bei
Störung“) zu einem
ungewollten Abtauen, dann
müssen die aufgetauten
Lebensmittel sehr rasch
verbraucht oder sofort
gekocht und nach dem
Abkühlen erneut eingefroren
werden.
4.2 Einfrieren frischer
Lebensmittel
Der Gefrierraum eignet sich zum
Einfrieren von frischen Lebensmitteln
und zum längerfristigen Lagern von
bereits gefrorenen und tiefgefrorenen
Lebensmitteln.
Für das Einfrieren einer kleinen Menge
frischer Lebensmittel ist keine Änderung
der Einstellung erforderlich.
Um frische Lebensmittel einzufrieren,
schalten Sie die Funktion FROSTMATIC
mindestens 24 Stunden, bevor Sie die

einzufrierenden Lebensmittel in das
Gefrierfach legen, ein.
Legen Sie die einzufrierenden
Lebensmittel in die beiden oberen
Fächer.
Die maximale Menge an Lebensmitteln,
die in 24 Stunden eingefroren werden
kann, ist auf dem Typenschild
angegeben, das sich im Innern des
Gerätes befindet.
Der Gefriervorgang dauert 24 Stunden:
legen Sie während dieses Zeitraums
keine weiteren einzufrierenden
Lebensmittel in das Gerät.
Stellen Sie nach Abschluss des
Gefriervorgangs wieder die gewünschte
Temperatur ein (siehe „Funktion
FROSTMATIC“).
4.3 Kälteakkus
Das Gefriergerät enthält mindestens
einen Kälteakku, der die Lagerzeit im
Falle eines Stromausfalls oder einer
Störung verlängert.
5. REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

5.1 Reinigen des Innenraums
Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen,
beseitigen Sie den typischen
"Neugeruch" am besten durch
Auswaschen der Innenteile mit
lauwarmem Wasser und einer neutralen
Seife. Sorgfältig nachtrocknen.
ACHTUNG!
Verwenden Sie keine
Reinigungsmittel oder
Scheuerpulver, da diese die
Oberfläche beschädigen.
5.2 Regelmäßige Reinigung

Ziehen Sie nicht an
Leitungen und/oder Kabeln
im Innern des Geräts und
achten Sie darauf, diese
nicht zu verschieben oder zu
beschädigen.

Das gesamte Gerät muss regelmäßig
gereinigt werden:
1. Reinigen Sie die Innenseiten und die
Zubehörteile mit lauwarmem Wasser
und etwas Neutralseife.
2. Prüfen und säubern Sie die
Türdichtungen in regelmäßigen
Abständen, um zu gewährleisten,
dass diese sauber und frei von
Fremdkörpern sind.
3. Spülen und trocknen Sie diese
sorgfältig ab.
4. Reinigen Sie den Kondensator und
den Kompressor auf der
Geräterückseite, falls diese
zugänglich sind, mit einer Bürste.
Dadurch verbessert sich die Leistung
des Geräts und es verbraucht
weniger Strom.
5.3 Abtauen des Gefriergeräts
Das Gefrierfach ist ein NoFrost-Fach. Das
bedeutet, dass sich während des
Betriebs weder an den Innenwänden
noch an Lebensmitteln Reif bilden kann.

5.4 Stillstandszeiten
Bei längerem Stillstand des Geräts
müssen Sie folgende Vorkehrungen
treffen:
1. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der
Netzstromversorgung.
2. Entnehmen Sie alle Lebensmittel.
3. Reinigen Sie das Gerät und alle
Zubehörteile.
4. Lassen Sie die Tür(en) offen, um das
Entstehen unangenehmer Gerüche

spotrebič, pretože je ťažký. Vždy
používajte ochranné rukavice a

• Uistite sa, že okolo spotrebiča môže

elektrickej siete počkajte aspoň 4
hodiny. Je to potrebné na to, aby olej
stiekol späť do kompresora.
• Spotrebič neinštalujte blízko

uzemnenú zásuvku.
• Nepoužívajte adaptéry, rozdvojky ani
predlžovacie prívodné káble.
• Dbajte na to, aby ste nespôsobili
poškodenie elektrických častí (napr.

kompresora). Ak je potrebná výmena
elektrických komponentov, obráťte sa
na autorizované servisné stredisko

• Elektrický napájací kábel musí zostať

Obsahuje izobután (R600a), prírodný
plyn s vysokou kompatibilitou so
životným prostredím. Tento plyn je
horľavý.
• V prípade poškodenia chladiaceho
okruhu zabezpečte, aby sa v
miestnosti nenachádzali žiadne
plamene ani iné zápalné zdroje.
Miestnosť dobre vyvetrajte.
• Dbajte na to, aby sa horúce predmety
nedostali do kontaktu s plastovými
časťami spotrebiča.
• Do mraziaceho priestoru nedávajte
sýtené a nealkoholické nápoje.
Spôsobí to vznik nadmerného tlaku v
nádobe s nápojom.
• V spotrebiči neskladujte horľavé plyny
ani kvapaliny.
• Horľavé látky ani predmety, ktoré sú
nasiaknuté horľavými látkami,
neklaďte do spotrebiča, do jeho
blízkosti ani naň.
• Nedotýkajte sa kompresora ani
kondenzátora. Sú horúce.

mraziaceho priestoru nevyberajte
žiadne predmety ani sa ich

• Rozmrazené potraviny nikdy znovu
nezmrazujte.
• Dodržiavajte pokyny ohľadne
správneho uskladnenia uvedené na
obale mrazených potravín.
2.4 Ošetrovanie a čistenie
VAROVANIE!
Hrozí nebezpečenstvo
zranenia alebo poškodenia
spotrebiča.
• Pred vykonávaním údržby spotrebič
vypnite a vytiahnite jeho zástrčku zo
sieťovej zásuvky.
• Tento spotrebič obsahuje uhľovodíky
v chladiacej jednotke. Údržbu a
dopĺňanie jednotky smie vykonať iba
kvalifikovaná osoba.
• Pravidelne kontrolujte odtok
spotrebiča a v prípade potreby ho

Pri vysokej teplote okolia
alebo pri úplnom naplnení
spotrebiča a nastavení
spotrebiča na najnižšiu
teplotu môže spotrebič
pracovať nepretržite, čo
spôsobí tvorbu námrazy na

prípade treba regulátor
nastaviť na vyššiu teplotu,
aby mohlo prebehnúť
automatické odmrazovanie

3.5 Alarm pri zvýšení
vnútornej teploty
Pri mimoriadnom zvýšení teploty v
mrazničke (napr. pre výpadok dodávky
elektrickej energie) sa rozsvieti výstražný
ukazovateľ.
Po obnovení normálnych podmienok
výstražný ukazovateľ automaticky
zhasne.

4. KAŽDODENNÉ POUŽÍVANIE
VAROVANIE!
Pozrite si kapitoly ohľadne
bezpečnosti.
4.1 Skladovanie mrazených
potravín
Pri prvom uvedení do prevádzky alebo
po dlhodobom odstavení nechajte
spotrebič pred vložením potravín bežať
najmenej 2 hodiny so zapnutou funkciou
FROSTMATIC. Zásuvky mrazničky
zaisťujú rýchle a jednoduché hľadanie
požadovaných potravín. Ak je potrebné
zmraziť veľké množstvo potravín, vyberte
všetky zásuvky okrem dolnej zásuvky,
ktorá musí zostať na svojom mieste, aby
bola zaistená správna cirkulácia
vzduchu. Na všetky police môžete
položiť potraviny, ktoré vyčnievajú až do
15 mm od dverí.
VAROVANIE!
V prípade neúmyselného
rozmrazenia potravín,
napríklad v dôsledku
výpadku elektrického prúdu,
za predpokladu, že čas
trvania výpadku energie bol
dlhší ako údaj uvedený v
technických údajoch pod
položkou „akumulačná
doba“, rozmrazené potraviny
treba čo najskôr spotrebovať
alebo uvariť a potom znova
zmraziť (po ochladení).
4.2 Zmrazovanie čerstvých
potravín
Mraziaci priestor je vhodný na
zmrazovanie čerstvých potravín a na
dlhodobé uchovávanie mrazených a
hlboko mrazených potravín.
Pri zmrazovaní malého množstva
čerstvých potravín nie je nutné meniť
predvolené nastavenie spotrebiča.
Pri zmrazovaní čerstvých potravín
zapnite funkciu FROSTMATIC najmenej
24 hodín pred vložením potravín
určených na zmrazenie do mraziaceho
priestoru.
Čerstvé potraviny, ktoré chcete zmraziť,
vložte do dvoch horných chladiacich
priečinkov.
Maximálne množstvo potravín, ktoré
možno zmraziť za 24 hodín, sa uvádza
na typovom štítku, ktorý sa nachádza vo
vnútri spotrebiča.
Proces zmrazovania trvá 24 hodín: v
tomto čase nepridávajte ďalšie potraviny
na zmrazenie.
Keď sa skončí zmrazovanie, znova
nastavte požadovanú teplotu (pozri
„FunkciaFROSTMATIC").
4.3 Chladiace akumulátory
Mraznička obsahuje najmenej jeden
chladiaci akumulátor na predĺženie doby
skladovania potravín v prípade výpadku
elektrického napájania alebo poruchy.
5. OŠETROVANIE A ČISTENIE

5.1 Čistenie vnútrajška
Pred prvým použitím spotrebiča treba
jeho vnútro a všetky jeho diely umyť
vlažnou vodou s prídavkom neutrálneho

5.3 Odmrazovanie mrazničky
Priestor mrazničky je beznámrazový.
Znamená to, že sa tu počas prevádzky
netvorí námraza, a to ani na vnútorných
stenách, ani na potravinách.
5.4 Obdobia mimo prevádzky
Ak spotrebič nebudete dlhší čas
používať, vykonajte nasledujúce
opatrenia:
1. Spotrebič odpojte od elektrického
napájania.
2. Vyberte všetky potraviny.
3. Spotrebič a všetky časti
príslušenstva vyčistite.
4. Dvierka nechajte pootvorené, aby sa
zabránilo vzniku nepríjemného
zápachu.
