1. VEILIGHEID
1.1. Veiligheidssymbolen en -labels op het apparaat

Bedek het apparaat niet met kleding of andere
objecten om oververhitting te voorkomen.
1.2. Veiligheidswaarschuwingen en -voorschriften
Zorg dat u de veiligheidsinstructies volledig heeft gelezen
en begrepen, voordat u het apparaat installeert, gebruikt of
onderhoud. Zo voorkomt u mogelijke materiële schade en
immateriële schade aan u of aan anderen, het apparaat, uw
andere eigendommen of eigendommen van anderen.
!WAARSCHUWING
Brandgevaar door kortsluiting:
• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer het
apparaat in gebruik is. Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de
stekker uit het stopcontact als u de ruimte verlaat.
• Wikkel de voedingskabel nooit rondom het apparaat. Wikkel
de voedingskabel voor gebruik volledig af.
• Gebruik geen verlengsnoer of stekkerdozen met dit apparaat.
• Controleer voordat u het apparaat gaat gebruiken of het
voltage op het typeplaatje overeenkomt met het voltage van het
stopcontact. Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een geaard
stopcontact.
• Zorg bij het plaatsen van de batterijen in de afstandsbediening
dat de plus (+) en min (-) markeringen van de batterij
overeenkomen met de plus (+) en min (-) markeringen van het
apparaat.
• Gebruik nooit een batterij die niet is ontworpen voor gebruik
met de afstandsbediening.

Brandgevaar door licht ontvlambare materialen:
• Plaats het apparaat nooit in de buurt van brandbare
materialen. Zorg dat de afstand tussen het apparaat en
brandbare materialen minimaal 1 meter is.
Brandgevaar door oververhitting:
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit op of in de buurt van andere
warmtebronnen.
• Dek het apparaat nooit af.
• Blokkeer de luchtstroom naar de lucht in- of uitgangen van het
apparaat niet.
• Gebruik nooit een timer of een aparte afstandsbediening die
het apparaat automatisch inschakelt.
Brandgevaar door instabiliteit:
• Plaats het apparaat altijd op een vlakke en stabiele
ondergrond.
Chemisch verbrandingsgevaar door accuzuur:
• Houd de batterijen altijd buiten het bereik van kinderen om de
kans op het inslikken van batterijen te voorkomen. Onderzoek
de afstandsbediening regelmatig en zorg dat het
batterijcompartiment goed gesloten is. Schakel direct een arts
in wanneer u vermoedt dat er een batterij is ingeslikt. Laat het
kind niet eten of drinken en wek geen braken op wanneer de
batterij is ingeslikt.
• Voorkom bij een lekkende batterij contact met het accuzuur.
– Bij contact met het accuzuur in de ogen: Spoel de ogen
direct uit met water voor minimaal 10 minuten. Raadpleeg
direct een arts.
– Bij contact met het accuzuur op de huid: Spoel de huid direct
af met water.

Explosiegevaar door warmtestraling:
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de buurt van explosieve stoffen.
Explosiegevaar door ontvlambare stoffen:
• Gooi het apparaat niet weg bij het huishoudelijk afval. Volg bij
het afdanken van het apparaat de nationale en lokale
regelgeving met betrekking tot het milieuvriendelijk afdanken
van het apparaat.
• Demonteer, open of versnipper nooit batterijen.
Elektrocutiegevaar door kortsluiting:
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als een onderdeel beschadigd of
defect is. Vervang een beschadigd of defect apparaat
onmiddellijk. Haal de voedingskabel uit het stopcontact en
neem contact op met de klantenservice.
• Maak het apparaat nooit open. Het apparaat mag alleen door
een bevoegde servicemonteur geopend worden voor
onderhoud.
• Plaats het apparaat nooit direct onder een stopcontact. De
voedingskabel kan tegen het verwarmingselement aankomen,
waardoor de plastic isolatie kan smelten.
• Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere
vloeistoffen.
• Bedien het apparaat nooit met natte handen.
• Plaats het apparaat altijd op een droge en vochtbestendige
ondergrond.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in een vochtige ruimte, zoals een
badkamer, of in de nabijheid van een bad, een douche of een
zwembad.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als de voedingskabel beschadigd is.
De voedingskabel mag alleen door een bevoegde
servicemonteur vervangen worden.
Verstikkingsgevaar door zuurstoftekort:
• Laat kinderen nooit met het verpakkingsmateriaal spelen. Houd
het verpakkingsmateriaal buiten bereik van kinderen.

• Gebruik het apparaat alleen in een goed geventileerde ruimte.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in kleine ruimtes, wanneer hier
personen in aanwezig zijn die niet in staat zijn de ruimte
zelfstandig te verlaten, tenzij er voortdurend toezicht is.
VOORZICHTIG
Struikelgevaar door loshangende kabels:
• Laat de voedingskabel nooit hangen op een manier dat iemand
er over kan struikelen of er per ongeluk aan kan trekken.
Verbrandingsgevaar door hitte:
• Laat het apparaat altijd volledig afkoelen en haal de stekker uit
het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat reinigt.
• Raak de hete onderdelen van het apparaat nooit aan. Raak
alleen het bedieningspaneel aan of wacht tot het apparaat
volledig afgekoeld is.
• Plaats het apparaat altijd op een hittebestendige ondergrond.
• Houd altijd toezicht op kinderen wanneer het apparaat in
gebruik is om te verzekeren dat ze niet met het apparaat
spelen.
• Dit apparaat is gevuld met een nauwkeurige hoeveelheid
speciale olie. Repareer of wijzig het apparaat nooit zelf. Neem
voor onderhoud en reparatie contact op met de leverancier.

Risico op schade aan het apparaat:
• Reinig het apparaat nooit met agressieve chemische
schoonmaakmiddelen die het apparaat kunnen beschadigen.
• Laat het apparaat nooit vallen en vermijd stoten. Overmatige
trillingen kunnen leiden tot losgeraakte verbindingen en kunnen
de goede werking van het apparaat beïnvloeden. Gebruik het
apparaat niet meer als het apparaat is gevallen.

• Houd de batterijen schoon en droog. Maak de batterijen
schoon met een schone droge doek als de batterijen vuil zijn
geworden.
• Zorg dat u het apparaat volledig heeft gemonteerd voordat u
het apparaat in gebruik neemt.
2. INFORMATIE OVER HET APPARAAT
2.1. Beschrijving van het apparaat
De Oslo 2500 is een oliekachel geschikt voor het verwarmen
van goed geventileerde ruimtes. De ingebouwde thermostaat
meet de huidige omgevingstemperatuur en schakelt het apparaat
automatisch uit wanneer de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt.
Wanneer de temperatuur in de ruimte onder de ingestelde
temperatuur daalt, wordt het apparaat automatisch weer
ingeschakeld.
2.2. Bedoeld gebruik en te verwachten onbedoeld gebruik
Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik binnenshuis.
Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik in vochtige ruimtes, zoals
een badkamer, of in de nabijheid van een bad, een douche of een
zwembad.
Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in huishoudelijke en
soortgelijke toepassingen, zoals:
•keukenruimtes van het personeel in winkels, kantoren en andere
werkomgevingen;
•boerderijen;
•gebruik door klanten in hotels, motels en andere
woonomgevingen;
•“bed & breakfast”-achtige omgevingen.

Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen
(waaronder kinderen) met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of
geestelijke capaciteiten of met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij
ze onder toezicht staan of instructies betreffende het gebruik van
het apparaat hebben ontvangen van iemand die verantwoordelijk
is voor hun veiligheid.
Elk ander gebruik van het apparaat dan beschreven in deze
handleiding wordt beschouwd als onbedoeld gebruik en kan
leiden tot materiële schade en immateriële schade aan u of aan
anderen, het apparaat, uw andere eigendommen of eigendommen
van anderen en het vervallen van de garantie.

3. INSTALLATIE
3.1. Verpakking verwijderen en controleren

Verstikkingsgevaar door zuurstoftekort:
• Laat kinderen nooit met het verpakkingsmateriaal spelen. Houd
het verpakkingsmateriaal buiten bereik van kinderen.
1. Verwijder de verpakking en het verpakkingsmateriaal van het
apparaat.

2. Controleer de inhoud van de verpakking aan de hand van

de voetstukken 8.

4.4. De temperatuur handmatig instellen
1. Druk twee keer op de modusknop i.
Het display e knippert.
2. Druk op de plusknop t of minknop r om de temperatuur in te
stellen.

• De temperatuur kan worden ingesteld tussen 10°C –
35°C/50°F – 95°F.
Wacht 5 seconden. Na 5 seconden is uw keuze bevestigd.

temperatuurindicator LED u oplicht.

4.5. Celsius of Fahrenheit instellen
Houd de modusknop i ingedrukt om te wisselen tussen Celsius en
Fahrenheit.
4.6. De timer instellen
1. Druk drie keer op de modusknop i.
Het display e knippert.
2. Druk op de plusknop t of minknop r om timertijd in te stellen.

• De timertijd kan worden ingesteld tussen 1 – 24 uur.
Wacht 5 seconden. Na 5 seconden is uw keuze bevestigd.
Het apparaat schakelt automatisch uit na het aantal ingestelde
uren.

• Het display e wisselt elke 5 seconden tussen het weergeven
van de huidige temperatuur en het resterende aantal uur van
de timer.
• Schakel het apparaat uit en weer in om de timer uit te
schakelen.

4.7. Na gebruik
1. Druk op de aan-/uitknop y om het apparaat uit te schakelen.
Het bedieningspaneel schakelt uit. Alleen de aan-/uitknop y
licht nog op.
2. Druk nogmaals op de aan-/uitknop y om het apparaat uit te
schakelen.
3. Laat het apparaat afkoelen.
4. Haal de voedingskabel 3 uit het stopcontact.

• Het apparaat onthoudt de ingestelde temperatuur voor het
eerstvolgende gebruik.

Wanneer u het apparaat niet gebruikt, bewaar het apparaat in de
originele verpakking in een droge ruimte.

7. PROBLEEMOPLOSSING

E0 Schakel het apparaat opnieuw in.
E1/E2 Er is een bevoegde servicemonteur nodig om
het probleem op te lossen. Neem contact op met
Coolblue.
8. AFVOEREN
Dit symbool geeft aan dat het apparaat niet met ander
huishoudelijk afval weggegooid mag worden binnen
de EU. Door het apparaat op de juiste wijze af te
voeren, helpt u mogelijke gevaren voor het milieu en
de volksgezondheid te voorkomen. Het recyclen van
materialen draagt bij tot het behoud van natuurlijke
hulpbronnen. Gooi afgedankte elektronische apparaten
daarom niet weg met het huishoudelijk afval. Volg bij
het afvoeren van het apparaat de nationale en lokale
regelgeving met betrekking tot het milieuvriendelijk
afvoeren van elektronische apparatuur. U kunt ook
contact opnemen met Coolblue wanneer u het apparaat
niet meer wil gebruiken of u kunt het apparaat inleveren
bij een Coolblue winkel naar keuze.
9. GARANTIE
Het apparaat wordt geleverd met een garantieperiode van 2 jaar
na aankoop. Om aanspraak te kunnen maken op de garantie, dient
u te beschikken over de aankoopbon met koop- en/of leverdatum.

maintenance on the device. This will prevent possible material

Fire hazard due to short circuit:
• Never leave the device unattended when in use. Turn off and
unplug the device when you leave the room.
• Never wind the power cable around the device. Completely
unwind the power cable before use.
• Do not use extension cords or power strips with this device.
• Before using the device, check that the voltage indicated on the
type plate matches the voltage of the wall socket. Connect the
device to a grounded wall socket only.
• When inserting the batteries into the remote control, please
make sure that the plus (+) and minus (-) marks on the battery

• Never use a timer or separate remote control that turns the
device on automatically.
Fire hazard due to instability:
• Always place the device on a flat and stable surface.
Danger of chemical burns from battery acid:
• Always keep batteries out of the reach of children to prevent the
risk of swallowing the batteries. Examine the remote control
regularly and make sure that the battery compartment is
properly secured. Immediately seek medical attention when you
suspect that a battery has been swallowed. Do not allow the
child to eat or drink and do not induce vomiting if the battery
has been swallowed.
• If the battery is leaking, avoid contact with the battery acid.
– In case of contact with the battery acid in the eyes: Rinse the
eyes directly with water for a minimum of 10 minutes. Consult
a doctor immediately.
– In case of contact with the battery acid with the skin: Rinse
the skin directly with water.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEVICE
2.1. Description of the device
The Oslo 2500 is an oil heater that is suitable for heating well
ventilated spaces. The built-in thermostat measures the current
ambient temperature and turns the device off automatically when
the set temperature has been reached. When the temperature in the
space drops below the set temperature, the device will be turned
back on automatically.
2.2. Intended use and foreseeable unintended use
This device is intended for indoor use only.
This device is not intended for use in damp spaces, like a bathroom,
or nearby a bath, shower or swimming pool.
This device is intended for use in domestic and similar applications,
like:
•staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments;
•farms;
•use by customers in hotels, motels and other residential areas;
•"bed and breakfast"-like environments.
This device is not meant for use by persons (including children)
with limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or with lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision or
received instruciton regarding the use of the device from someone
who is responsible for their safety.
Any use of the device other than described in the user manual is
considered unintended use and may result in property damage
and non-material damage to you or others, the device, your other

2. ANGABEN ZUM GERÄT
2.1. Gerätebeschreibung
Der Oslo 2500 ist ein Ölradiator, der zur Beheizung gut belüfteter
Räume geeignet ist. Der eingebaute Thermostat misst die aktuelle
Umgebungstemperatur und schaltet das Gerät bei Erreichen der
eingestellten Temperatur automatisch ab. Wenn die Temperatur

Le Oslo2500 est un chauffage à bain d’huile qui peut être utilisé
pour chauffer les espaces bien ventilés. Le thermostat intégré
mesure la température ambiante actuelle et éteint automatiquement
l’appareil lorsque la température définie est atteinte. Lorsque la
température de la pièce descend en dessous de la température
définie, l’appareil se remet en marche automatiquement.

Cet appareil est conçu pour un usage intérieur uniquement.
Cet appareil n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation dans des endroits
humides, tels qu’une salle de bains, ou à proximité d’une baignoire,
d’une douche ou d’une piscine.
Cet appareil est conçu pour une utilisation dans des applications

température Celsius à Fahrenheit et vice versa.
4.6. Réglage de la minuterie
1. Appuyez trois fois sur le bouton Mode i.
L’écran e clignote.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton plus t ou sur le bouton moins r pour
définir le nombre d’heures de la minuterie.
33REMARQUEREMARQUE
• Le nombre d’heures défini peut être compris entre1 et
24heures.
Patientez 5secondes. Après 5secondes, votre sélection est
confirmée.
L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement lorsque le nombre d’heures
défini est écoulé.

• L’écran e passe toutes les 5secondes de l’affichage de
la température actuelle à celui des heures restantes de la
minuterie.
• Redémarrez l’appareil pour éteindre la minuterie.
4.7. Après l’utilisation
1. Appuyez sur le bouton on/off y pour éteindre l’appareil.
Le panneau de commande s’éteint. Seul le bouton on/off y
reste allumé.
2. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton on/off y pour éteindre
complètement l’appareil.
3. Laissez l’appareil refroidir.
