Important Notice
Do not display any still part of the
image for a long period
In such cases the still part of the image remains dimly
on the plasma screen (“image retention”). This is not
considered a malfunction and is not covered by the
warranty.
Typical still image parts:
●
Channel number, channel logo and other logos
●
Still or moving pictures viewed in
4:3 or 14:9 aspect ratio
●
Video games
To avoid image retention, the screen saver may
be activated (VIERA logo moves) or the on-screen
message may move after a few minutes if no signals
are sent or no operations are performed.

Safety Precautions
To help avoid risk of electrical shock, fire, damage or
injury, please follow the warnings and cautions below:
■ Mains plug and lead
Warning
If you detect anything unusual,
immediately remove the mains
plug.

This TV is designed to operate on AC 220-240 V, 50 /
60 Hz.
●
Insert the mains plug fully into the socket outlet.
●
Ensure that the mains plug is easily accessible.
●
Disconnect the mains plug when cleaning the TV.
●
Do not touch the mains plug with wet hands.
●
Do not damage the mains lead.

Do not place a heavy object
on the lead.
•
Do not place the lead near a
high temperature object.
•
Do not pull on the lead. Hold
onto the mains plug body
when disconnecting the plug.

the TV yourself as live parts are accessible

■ Dangerous part / Small object
Warning

This product contains possibly dangerous parts such
as plastic bags, that can be breathed in or swallowed

swallowed by young children.
Remove SD Card immediately
after use and store out of reach of
young children.

3D Eyewear and Electronic Touch Pen contain
small parts that can be swallowed by young children

■ Pedestal
Warning
●
Do not disassemble or modify the pedestal.
Caution
●
Do not use any pedestal other than the one provided
with this TV.
●
Do not use the pedestal if it becomes warped or
physically damaged. If this occurs, contact your nearest
Panasonic dealer immediately.
●
During setup, make sure that all screws are securely
tightened.
●
Ensure that the TV does not suffer any impact during
installation of the pedestal.
●
Ensure that children do not climb onto the pedestal.
●
Install or remove the TV from the pedestal with at least
two people.
●
Install or remove the TV by the specified procedure.
■ Radio wave
Warning
●
Do not use the TV, 3D Eyewear and Electronic Touch
Pen in any medical institutions or locations with medical
equipment. Radio waves may interfere with the medical
equipment and cause accidents due to the malfunction.
●
Do not use the TV, 3D Eyewear and Electronic Touch
Pen near any automatic control equipment such as
automatic doors or fire alarms. Radio waves may
interfere with the automatic control equipment and
cause accidents due to the malfunction.
●
Keep the distance at least 22 cm from the TV, 3D
Eyewear and Electronic Touch Pen when you have a
cardiac pacemaker. Radio waves may interfere with the
operation of the pacemaker.
●
Do not disassemble or alter the TV, 3D Eyewear and
Electronic Touch Pen in any way.
■ Built-in wireless LAN
Caution
●
Do not use the built-in wireless LAN to connect to any
wireless network (SSID

) for which you do not have
usage rights. Such networks may be listed as a result
of searches. However, using them may be regarded as
illegal access.

SSID is a name for identifying a particular wireless
network for transmission.
●
Do not subject the built-in wireless LAN to high
temperatures, direct sunlight or moisture.
●
Data transmitted and received over radio waves may be
intercepted and monitored.
●
The built-in wireless LAN uses 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
frequency bands. To avoid malfunctions or slow
response caused by radio wave interference, keep the
TV away from the devices such as other wireless LAN
devices, microwaves, mobile phones and the devices
that use 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signals when using the
built-in wireless LAN.
●
When noises occur due to the static electricity, etc.,
the TV might stop operating for the protection of the
devices. In this case, turn the TV off with Mains power
On / Off switch, then turn it on again.
●

■ Bluetooth
®
wireless technology
Caution
●
The TV, 3D Eyewear and Electronic Touch Pen use
the 2.4 GHz radio frequency ISM band (Bluetooth
®
).
To avoid malfunctions or slow response caused by
radio wave interference, keep the TV, 3D Eyewear and
Electronic Touch Pen away from the devices such as
other wireless LAN devices, other Bluetooth devices,
microwaves, mobile phones and the devices that use
2.4 GHz signal.

■ Ventilation
Caution
Allow sufficient space around the TV in order to help
prevent excessive heat, which could lead to early failure
of some electronic components.

Ventilation should not be

such as newspapers, tablecloths
and curtains.

Whether you are using a pedestal or not, always ensure
the vents at the bottom of the TV are not blocked and
there is sufficient space to enable adequate ventilation.
■ Moving the TV
Caution
Before moving the TV, disconnect all cables.
●
The TV is heavy. Move the
TV with at least two people.
Support as shown to avoid
injury by the TV tipping or
falling.
●
Transport only in upright position. Transporting the TV
with its display panel facing upwards or downwards
may cause damage to the internal circuitry.
■ When not in use for a long time
Caution
This TV will still consume some power even in the Off
mode, as long as the mains plug is still connected to a
live socket outlet.
●
Remove the mains plug from the wall socket when the
TV is not in use for a prolonged period of time.
■ Excessive volume
Caution
●
Do not expose your ears to
excessive volume from the
headphones. Irreversible
damage can be caused.
●
If you hear a drumming noise in your ears, turn down
the volume or temporarily stop using the headphones.
■ Battery for the Remote Control /
3D Eyewear / Electronic Touch Pen
Caution
●
Incorrect installation may cause battery leakage,
corrosion and explosion.
●
Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
●
Do not mix old and new batteries.
●
Do not mix different battery types (such as alkaline and
manganese batteries).
●
Do not use rechargeable batteries (Ni-Cd, etc.).
●
Do not burn or break up batteries.
●
Do not expose batteries to excessive heat such as
sunshine, fire or the like.
●
Make sure you dispose of batteries correctly.
●
Remove the battery from the unit when not using for
a prolonged period of time to prevent battery leakage,
corrosion and explosion.
■ Electronic Touch Pen Use
Warning
●
The TV may be hot. Do not touch it continuously to
prevent low temperature burn.
Caution
●
Do not forcibly hit or pick the TV screen with the
Electronic Touch Pen to prevent the TV from falling
over.
●
Touch the TV screen only with the tip of the Electronic
Touch Pen, do not move the tip with exerting pressure
on, or do not move the tip fast to prevent the scratch of
the screen.
●
Stop using the Electronic Touch Pen immediately if you
experience any redness, pain or skin irritation. In rare
cases, the materials used in the Electronic Touch Pen
may cause an allergic reaction.
●
Use the Electronic Touch Pen taking a break
sometimes. Guideline for continuous use is around
1 hour to protect against eyestrain or physical
deconditioning.
●
Do not use the Electronic Touch Pen at high
temperatures. Always keep the Electronic Touch Pen in
a cool and dry place.
■ 3D Eyewear Use
Caution
●
Use the 3D Eyewear only for the intended purpose and
nothing else.
●
Do not move around while wearing the 3D Eyewear to
avoid falling or accidental injury.
●
Do not drop, bend, exert pressure on, or step on the 3D
Eyewear.
●
Be careful of the tips of the frame when putting on the
3D Eyewear.
●
Be careful not to trap your fingers in the hinge section
of the 3D Eyewear.
●
Do not use the 3D Eyewear if it is physically damaged.
●
If you suffer from any eyesight problems (short / far-
sighted, astigmatism, eyesight differences in left and
right), ensure that you correct your vision before using
the 3D Eyewear. The supplied 3D Eyewear can be worn
over vision correction glasses.

Stop using the 3D Eyewear immediately if you
experience any redness, pain or skin irritation around
the nose or temples. In rare cases, the materials used
in the 3D Eyewear may cause an allergic reaction.
●
Do not use the 3D Eyewear at high temperatures.
Always keep the 3D Eyewear in a cool and dry place.
●
Stop using the 3D Eyewear immediately if a malfunction
or fault occurs.
■ Viewing 3D Images
Caution
●
Pay special attention when children are viewing 3D
images. 3D images should not be viewed by children
younger than about 6 years old, as a guideline.
All children must be fully supervised by parents or
guardians who must ensure their safety and health
while they are viewing 3D images.
●
Stop viewing 3D images immediately if you feel tired,
feel unwell, experience any other uncomfortable
sensation or clearly see double images. Take an
appropriate break before continuing to view. When you
set the 3D effect by using [3D Adjustment], take into
account that the vision of 3D images varies among
different individuals.
●
Do not view 3D images if you have a history of
oversensitivity to light, heart problems or any other
medical conditions.
●
When viewing 3D images, your sense of distance may
be tricked or go wrong. Be careful not to hit the TV
screen or other people unintentionally. Ensure there
are no breakable objects around you to avoid any
accidental damage or injury.
●
Do not view 3D images from a distance shorter than
recommended. The recommended viewing distance is
at least 3 times of the image height.

When black bands at the top and bottom of the screen
are displayed, such as movies, view the screen from

Ensure that the unit is disconnected from the mains socket before attaching or disconnecting any leads.

Check the type of terminals and cable plugs are correct when connecting.

Always use a fully wired SCART or HDMI cable.

Keep the TV away from electronic equipment (video equipment, etc.) or equipment with an infrared sensor.
Otherwise, distortion of image / sound may occur or operation of other equipment may be interfered.

Electronic Touch Pen
You can paint or play games on the TV screen with the Electronic Touch Pen.

The Electronic Touch Pen can be used by pairing to the TV in [Auto Setup] (p. 17) or [Touch Pen Setup].

Lights for approx. 2 seconds when turned on, and
then blinks at approx. 2-second intervals.

Up to 2 pieces of the Electronic Touch Pen (Pen1 /
Pen2) can be used simultaneously.

■ Inserting the battery

Turn and slide the unit cover until the entire
shape of the battery is visible.

■ How to hold the Electronic Touch Pen

Touch the tip of the Electronic Touch Pen vertically onto
the TV screen and press it lightly.
Note
●
Do not use devices such as mobile phones or personal transceivers that emit strong electromagnetic waves near the
Electronic Touch Pen as this may cause the Electronic Touch Pen to malfunction.
●

First time Auto Setup
Automatically sets up the TV and searches for available TV channels when the TV is turned on for the first time.

These steps are not necessary if the setup has been completed by your local dealer.

Please complete connections (p. 9 - 13) and settings (if necessary) of the connected equipment before starting Auto
Setup. For details of settings for the connected equipment, read the manual of the equipment.

Plug the TV into mains socket and turn power on

You can enjoy viewing 3D images with contents or programmes corresponding to the 3D effect by wearing the 3D

First registration
Perform the first registration when first using the 3D Eyewear with this TV.

2 Press the button for about 1 second to turn the 3D Eyewear on

The lamp lights for about 2 seconds and then flashes.

The 3D Eyewear will be turned on and start registration.
●
Place the 3D Eyewear within 50 cm from the TV while registration in progress.
3 After the registration is successfully completed, the 3D Eyewear will reconnect with TV automatically when
the 3D Eyewear is turned on near the TV in 3D mode
Registration again
When connection with the registered TV fails, or when using with another TV, re-register the 3D Eyewear.

2 Within 50 cm from the TV, press Power button until lamp lights, then release it to start registration
3 After the registration is successfully completed, the 3D Eyewear will reconnect with TV automatically when the 3D

Turn the 3D Eyewear on and put it on
Connection status and battery status are displayed on the bottom right of the screen.

View the 3D images
Safety precautions will be displayed when you first watch the 3D image. Select [Yes] or [No] to continue to view
3D images.
Note
●
Turn off the 3D Eyewear after using it.
●
Use the 3D Eyewear within approximately 3.2 m from the TV. You cannot view the 3D images with the 3D Eyewear
too far from the TV, because of the difficulty of receiving radio waves from the TV.
●
The range may be shortened depending on the obstacles between the TV and the 3D Eyewear, or the surrounding
environment.
●
Use the 3D Eyewear where there is no interference from other Bluetooth devices.
●
3D content will not be correctly visible if the 3D Eyewear is worn upside down or back-to-front.
●
When viewing 3D images, make sure your eyes are at an approximately horizontal level and keep a position where
you do not see double images.
●
If light appears to flicker under fluorescents or dimmers when using the 3D Eyewear, change the setting of [3D
Refresh Rate] in [3D Settings] (Picture Menu).
●
There are differences in the viewing range of the 3D Eyewear among individuals.

The TV does not switch on
●
Check the mains lead is plugged into the TV and the socket outlet.
The TV goes into Standby mode
●
Auto power standby function is activated.
The remote control does not work or is intermittent
●
Are the batteries installed correctly? (p. 14)
●
Has the TV been switched on?
●
The batteries may be running low. Replace them with new ones.
●
Point the remote control directly at the TV’s remote control signal receiver (within about 7 m and a 30 degree
angle of the signal receiver).
●
Situate the TV away from sunshine or other sources of bright light not to shine on the TV’s remote control signal
receiver.
Electronic Touch Pen does not work
●
Check that the batteries are fresh, are of the same type and are installed with the correct polarity (+ & -).
●
Check if the pairing range is within 50 cm.
●
The Electronic Touch Pen automatically turns off if pairing cannot be performed within 2 minutes. In this case, pair
again.
●
The Electronic Touch Pen automatically turns off if unused for 5 minutes.
(When the Electronic Touch Pen is turned on, the indicator lamp blinks but turns off in several minutes.) Turn the
power on again.
No image can be displayed
●
Check the TV is turned on.
●
Check the mains lead is plugged into the TV and the socket outlet.
●
Check the correct input mode is selected.
●
Check the setting of [AV2] ([COMPONENT] / [VIDEO]) in [Input Selection] to match the output of the external
equipment.
●
Is [Contrast], [Brightness] or [Colour] in the Picture Menu set to the minimum?
●
Check all required cables and connections are firmly in place.

Unusual image is displayed
●
Turn the TV off with Mains power On / Off switch, then turn it on again.
●
If the problem persists, initialise all settings. [Shipping Condition] in [System Menu] (Setup Menu)
Unusual sound from the TV
●
When the power is on, drive noise may be heard from inside the TV (not a sign of faulty operation).
Parts of the TV become hot
●
Even if the temperature of parts of the front, top and rear panels has risen, these temperature rises do not cause
any problems in terms of performance or quality.
Maintenance
First, remove the mains plug from the socket outlet.
Display panel, Cabinet, Pedestal
Regular care:
Gently wipe the surface of the display panel, cabinet, or pedestal by using a soft cloth to clean the dirt or fingerprints.
For stubborn dirt:
First clean the dust on the surface. Dampen a soft cloth with clean water or diluted neutral detergent (1 part detergent
to 100 parts water). Wring the cloth and wipe the surface. Finally, wipe away all the moisture.
Caution
●
Do not use a hard cloth or rub the surface too hard, otherwise this may cause scratches on the surface.
●
Take care not to subject the TV’s surfaces to water or detergent. Liquid inside the TV could lead to product failure.
●
Take care not to subject the surfaces to insect repellent, solvent, thinner or other volatile substances. This may
degrade surface quality or cause peeling of the paint.
●
The surface of the display panel is specially treated and may be easily damaged. Take care not to tap or scratch the
surface with your fingernail or other hard objects.
●
Do not allow the cabinet and pedestal to make contact with a rubber or PVC substance for a long time. This may
degrade surface quality.
Mains plug
Wipe the mains plug with a dry cloth at regular intervals. Moisture and dust may cause fire or electrical shock.

■ Gebruik van de Elektronische aanraakpen
Waarschuwing

De tv kan heet worden. Raak de tv niet lang aan om
brandwonden bij lage temperatuur te voorkomen.
Let op

Stoot of duw niet hard tegen de tv met de Elektronische
aanraakpen omdat hij daardoor kan omvallen.
●
Raak het tv-scherm alleen aan met de punt van de
Elektronische aanraakpen, druk niet hard op de
penpunt als u de pen beweegt, en beweeg de pen niet
te snel omdat u anders krassen kunt maken op het
scherm.
●
Stop het gebruik van de Elektronische aanraakpen
onmiddellijk als uw huid rood, pijnlijk of geïrriteerd
wordt. In zeldzame gevallen kunnen de materialen die
in de Elektronische aanraakpen worden gebruikt, een
allergische reactie veroorzaken.
●
Stop soms voor een pauze wanneer u de Elektronische
aanraakpen gebruikt. Aanbevolen wordt het apparaat
niet langer dan ongeveer 1 uur achter elkaar te
gebruiken om de ogen te ontzien en het lichaam in
beweging te houden.
●
Gebruik de Elektronische aanraakpen niet bij een hoge
temperatuur. Bewaar de Elektronische aanraakpen
altijd op een koele, droge plaats.

■ De 3D-bril gebruiken
Let op
●
Gebruik de 3D-bril alleen voor het beoogde doel en
niets anders.
●
Loop niet rond met de 3D-bril op om te vermijden dat u
valt en letsel oploopt.
●
Laat de 3D-bril niet vallen, buig hem niet, druk er niet
op en trap er niet op.
●
Let op de hoeken van de montuur wanneer u de 3D-bril
opzet.
●
Zorg dat u uw vingers niet knelt in het scharniergedeelte
van de 3D-bril.
●
Gebruik de 3D-bril niet als deze beschadigd is.
●
Als u gezichtsproblemen hebt (bijziend/verziend,
astigmatisme, verschil in het gezichtsvermogen links
en rechts), moet u uw gezichtsvermogen corrigeren
voordat u de 3D-bril gebruikt. De meegeleverde
3D-bril kan over een bril voor gezichtscorrectie worden
gedragen.
●
Stop het gebruik van de 3D-bril onmiddellijk als u
roodheid, pijn of irritatie van de huid rond de neus of
slapen gewaarwordt. In zeldzame gevallen kunnen
de materialen die in de 3D-bril worden gebruikt, een
allergische reactie veroorzaken.
●
Gebruik de 3D-bril niet bij een hoge temperatuur.
Bewaar de 3D-bril altijd op een koele en droge plaats.
●
Stop het gebruik van de 3D-bril onmiddellijk als een
storing of defect optreedt.
■ 3D-beeld weergeven
Let op
●
Let bijzonder op wanneer kinderen naar 3D-beeld
kijken. Kinderen jonger dan ongeveer 6 jaar mogen
niet naar 3D-beeld kijken. Wanneer kinderen naar
3D-beeld kijken, moeten ze voortdurend onder toezicht
blijven van een ouder of voogd die moet letten op hun
veiligheid en gezondheid.
●
Stop onmiddellijk met kijken naar 3D-beeld als u
moe wordt, als u zich onwel voelt, als u een ander
onaangenaam gevoel ervaart of duidelijk dubbel beeld
ziet. Neem voldoende rust voordat u verder kijkt. Houd
er, wanneer u het 3D-effect instelt met [3D-aanpassing],
rekening mee dat verschillende mensen 3D-beeld
verschillend waarnemen.
●
Kijk niet naar 3D-beeld als u overgevoelig bent voor
licht, hartproblemen hebt of als er een andere medische
toestand bestaat.
●
Wanneer u naar 3D-beeld kijkt, kunt u afstanden
verkeerd inschatten of niet meer onderkennen. Let
op dat u niet per ongeluk op het tv-scherm of andere
mensen slaat. Zorg dat er geen breekbare voorwerpen
rond de gebruiker aanwezig zijn om mogelijke schade
of letsel te voorkomen.

Kijk niet naar 3D-beeld van een kortere afstand dan
aanbevolen. De aanbevolen kijkafstand is minstens
3 keer de beeldhoogte.

Elektronische aanraakpen
Met de Elektronische aanraakpen kunt u op het tv-scherm tekenen en spelletjes spelen.

De Elektronische aanraakpen kan gebruikt worden wanneer hij met de tv gekoppeld is in [Auto set-up] (p. 17) of
[Setup van aanraakpen].

Automatisch instellen bij het eerste gebruik
Deze functie helpt u bij het automatisch instellen en zoekt naar beschikbare kanalen wanneer de tv voor het eerst
wordt aangezet.

U mag deze stappen overslaan als uw dealer de tv al heeft ingesteld.
●
Voltooi alle verbindingen (p. 9 - 13) en instellingen (indien nodig) van de externe apparatuur voordat u de
automatische instelling uitvoert. Raadpleeg de handleiding bij het aangesloten apparaat voor informatie over de
instellingen ervan.

Selecteer het type [Beginscherm]
Er wordt uitleg weergegeven hoe u [Mijn Beginscherm] kunt gebruiken. Volg tijdens de demonstratie de
aanwijzingen op het scherm en selecteer de gewenste optie voor [Beginscherm].

[Mijn Beginscherm] is het beginscherm dat wordt weergegeven wanneer u de tv aanzet of op HOME drukt.
De automatische instelling is voltooid en de tv is klaar voor gebruik.
Als het afstemmen is mislukt, controleert u de aansluiting van het netwerk, de RF-kabel, en volgt u de
aanwijzingen op het scherm.
Opmerking
●
De tv schakelt automatisch over naar stand-by wanneer het toestel niet wordt bediend gedurende 4 uur als
[Automatisch in Stand-by] in het menu Timer is ingesteld op [Aan].
●
De tv schakelt automatisch over naar stand-by wanneer geen signaal wordt ontvangen en het toestel niet wordt
bediend gedurende 10 minuten als [Automatisch uitschakelen] in het menu Timer is ingesteld op [Aan].

technologie) en geeft aan dat u de 3D-bril kunt gebruiken met een tv die dezelfde markering

Opmerking
●
Oefen geen druk uit op de lens van de 3D-bril en bekras hem niet.
●
Gebruik geen apparaten zoals mobiele telefoons of persoonlijke zendontvangers die sterke elektromagnetische
golven uitzenden in de buurt van de 3D-bril omdat dit storingen in de werking van de 3D-bril kan veroorzaken.
●
Draag de 3D-bril niet wanneer u naar iets anders dan 3D-beeld kijkt. Lcd-schermen (bijvoorbeeld computerschermen,
digitale klokken en rekenmachines) kunnen moeilijk zichtbaar zijn wanneer er met de 3D-bril naar kijkt.
Beginregistratie
Voer de beginregistratie uit wanneer u de 3D-bril voor het eerst met de tv gebruikt.

2 Houd de knop ongeveer 1 seconde ingedrukt om de 3D-bril in te schakelen

Het lampje brandt 2 seconden en begint daarna te knipperen.

De 3D-bril wordt ingeschakeld en de registratie start.

Houd de 3D-bril tijdens de registratie binnen een afstand van 50 cm van de tv.
3 Na de succesvolle registratie wordt altijd automatisch verbinding gemaakt tussen de tv en de 3D-bril als
deze in de 3D-stand nabij de tv wordt ingeschakeld
Opnieuw registreren
De 3D-bril moet opnieuw geregistreerd worden als geen verbinding kan worden gemaakt met de geregistreerde tv
of als u de bril met een andere tv wilt gebruiken.

Naar 3D-beeld kijken
■ Afspelen van 3D-compatibele Blu-ray-schijven (Frame Sequential-formaat)

Sluit de 3D-compatibele speler aan via een volledig bedrade HDMI-compatibele kabel. (Als u een speler gebruikt die
niet compatibel is met 3D, wordt het beeld weergegeven in 2D.)

Als de ingangsmodus niet automatisch wordt omgeschakeld, selecteert u deze zelf voor de aangesloten speler met
de AV-knop.

Zet de 3D-bril aan en zet hem op
De verbindingsstatus en de batterijstatus worden rechtsonder in het scherm aangegeven.

Kijk naar het 3D-beeld
Wanneer u voor het eerst naar 3D-beeld kijkt, worden de veiligheidsmaatregelen weergegeven. Selecteer [Ja] of
[Nee] om verder te gaan met het bekijken van 3D-beeld.
Opmerking
●
Schakel de 3D-bril na gebruik uit.
●
Gebruik de 3D-bril binnen een afstand van ongeveer 3,2 meter van de tv. U kunt met de 3D-bril niet naar 3D-beeld
kijken als u zich te ver van de tv bevindt. In dat geval kan de bril het radiosignaal van de tv namelijk niet ontvangen.
●
Het bereik kan korter zijn. Dit is afhankelijk van hindernissen tussen de tv en de 3D-bril en andere
omgevingsfactoren.
●
Gebruik de 3D-bril waar er geen interferentie is met andere Bluetooth-apparaten.
●
3D-beeld wordt niet correct weergegeven als u de 3D-bril ondersteboven of achterstevoren draagt.
●
Houd bij het kijken naar 3D-beeld uw ogen ongeveer horizontaal en kijk van een positie waar u geen dubbel beeld
ziet.
●
Als het licht bij gebruik van de 3D-bril lijkt te flikkeren in een ruimte met tl-lampen of gedimd licht, wijzigt u de
instelling [3D-verversingsfreq.] in [3D instellingen] (menu Beeld).
●
Het gezichtsveld van de 3D-bril verschilt van persoon tot persoon.
Veelgestelde vragen
Probeer eerst het probleem op te lossen aan de hand van de volgende eenvoudige richtlijnen voordat u hulp inroept.
●

De tv gaat niet aan
●
Controleer of de stekker van het netsnoer in de tv en in het stopcontact zit.
De tv schakelt over naar de stand-bystand
●
De automatische stand-byfunctie is geactiveerd.
De afstandsbediening werkt niet of slechts af en toe
●
Zijn de batterijen op de juiste manier in de afstandsbediening geplaatst? (p. 14)
●
Is de tv ingeschakeld?
●
De batterijen zijn wellicht leeg. Vervang deze door nieuwe.
●
Wijs met de afstandsbediening recht naar de signaalontvanger van de afstandsbediening op de tv (binnen
ongeveer 7 m afstand en een hoek van 30 graden van de ontvanger).
●
Zorg ervoor dat de signaalontvanger op de tv niet is blootgesteld aan zonlicht of ander fel licht.
De Elektronische aanraakpen werkt niet
●
Controleer of de batterijen vol zijn, van hetzelfde type zijn, en in de juiste richting geplaatst zijn (+ & -).
●
Controleer of het koppelen gebeurt op een afstand van minder dan 50 cm.
●
De Elektronische aanraakpen wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld als het koppelen niet lukt binnen 2 minuten.
Probeer het koppelen in dat geval opnieuw.
●
De Elektronische aanraakpen wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld als hij 5 minuten niet gebruikt wordt.
(Als de Elektronische aanraakpen wordt ingeschakeld, brandt het indicatorlampje maar gaat het na enkele
minuten uit.) Schakel het apparaat weer aan.
Geen beeld
●
Controleer of de tv aan staat.
●
Controleer of de stekker van het netsnoer in de tv en in het stopcontact zit.
●
Controleer of de juiste ingangsmodus is geselecteerd.
●
Controleer of de instelling van [AV2] ([COMPONENT] / [VIDEO]) in [Ingangssignaal kiezen] overeenkomt met het

het vlak van prestaties of kwaliteit.

Veeg de buitenkant van het beeldscherm, de behuizing of de standaard voorzichtig af met een zachte doek om vuil of
vingerafdrukken te verwijderen.
Voor hardnekkig vuil:
Verwijder eerst het stof aan de buitenkant. Bevochtig een zachte doek met schoon water of een opgelost neutraal
schoonmaakproduct (1 deel schoonmaakproduct op 100 delen water). Wring de doek uit en veeg het oppervlak
schoon. Droog vervolgens al het vocht af.
Let op

Gebruik geen harde of ruwe doek en wrijf niet hard op het oppervlak omdat u daardoor krassen kunt maken.
●
Gebruik geen water of schoonmaakproducten op de tv. Wanneer een vloeistof in de tv terechtkomt, kan dit defecten
veroorzaken.
●
Zorg dat er geen insecticiden, oplosmiddelen, verdunners of andere vluchtige stoffen met de tv in aanraking komen.
Hierdoor kan de kwaliteit van het oppervlak afnemen of kan de verf afbladderen.
●
Het scherm is behandeld en voorzien van een gevoelige oppervlaktelaag. Tik en kras niet op het oppervlak met uw
vingernagel of een hard voorwerp.
●
Zorg dat de behuizing en de standaard niet gedurende langere tijd in contact zijn met rubber of pvc. Hierdoor kan
de kwaliteit van het oppervlak afnemen.
Netsnoerstekker
Maak de netsnoerstekker regelmatig schoon met een droge doek. Vocht en stof kunnen brand of een elektrische schok
veroorzaken.

de a continua vizionarea. Atunci când setaţi efectul 3D

Prima înregistrare
Efectuaţi prima înregistrare la prima utilizare a ochelarilor 3D cu acest televizor.

Reluarea înregistrării
Când conectarea la televizorul înregistrat nu reuşeşte sau când utilizaţi ochelarii 3D cu un alt televizor, trebuie să-i
reînregistraţi.

Vizualizaţi imaginile 3D
La prima vizionare a imaginii 3D, vor fi afişate măsurile de precauţie. Selectaţi [Da] sau [Nu] pentru a continua
vizionarea imaginilor 3D.
Observaţie
●
Opriţi ochelarii 3D după utilizare.
●
Utilizaţi ochelarii 3D la o distanţă de aproximativ 3,2 m de televizor. Nu puteţi viziona imaginile 3D cu ochelarii 3D la o
distanţă prea mare de televizor, din cauza dificultăţii de recepţionare a undelor radio de la televizor.
●
Domeniul se poate reduce în funcţie de obstacolele dintre televizor şi ochelarii 3D sau de mediul înconjurător.
●
Utilizaţi ochelarii 3D atunci când nu există interferenţe de la alte dispozitive Bluetooth.
●
Conţinutul 3D nu va fi vizibil corect dacă ochelarii 3D sunt purtaţi invers sau întorşi.
●
Când vizionaţi imagini 3D, asiguraţi-vă că ochii dumneavoastră sunt la un nivel aproximativ orizontal şi menţineţi o
poziţie în care să nu vedeţi imagini duble.
●
Dacă lumina pare să prezinte scintilaţii sub surse fluorescente sau îşi reduce intensitatea la utilizarea ochelarilor 3D,
modificaţi setarea pentru [Rată de reîmprosp. 3D] în [Setări 3D] (meniul Imagine).
●
Există diferenţe în intervalul de vizualizare al ochelarilor 3D de la o persoană la alta.
Întrebări frecvente
Înainte de a solicita service sau asistenţă, urmaţi aceste indicaţii simple pentru a rezolva problema.
●

Televizorul nu porneşte
●
Verificaţi dacă aţi conectat cablul de alimentare la televizor şi la priză.
Televizorul trece în modul aşteptare
●
Funcţia automată de aşteptare este activată.
Telecomanda nu funcţionează sau funcţionează intermitent
●
Bateriile sunt introduse corect? (p. 14)
●
Televizorul a fost pornit?
●
Se poate ca bateriile să fie consumate. Înlocuiţi-le cu unele noi.
●
Îndreptaţi telecomanda direct către receptorul de semnal al telecomenzii televizorului (până la aproximativ 7 m şi
un unghi de 30 de faţă de receptorul de semnal).
●
Amplasaţi televizorul departe de lumina soarelui sau de alte surse de lumină puternică, pentru a nu se reflecta în
receptorul de semnal al telecomenzii televizorului.
Dispozitivul Creion tactil electronic nu funcţionează
●
Verificaţi dacă bateriile sunt noi, sunt de acelaşi tip şi sunt instalate cu polaritatea corectă (+ & -).
●
Verificaţi dacă distanţa de asociere este mai mică de 50 cm.
●
Dispozitivul Creion tactil electronic se opreşte automat dacă asocierea nu se poate realiza în 2 minute. În acest
caz, efectuaţi din nou asocierea.
●
Dispozitivul Creion tactil electronic se opreşte automat dacă nu este utilizat timp de 5 minute.
(Când dispozitivul Creion tactil electronic este pornit, lampa indicatoare luminează intermitent, dar se stinge peste
câteva minute.) Cuplaţi din nou dispozitivul la sursa de alimentare.
Nu se poate afişa nicio imagine
●
Verificaţi dacă televizorul este pornit.
●
Verificaţi dacă aţi conectat cablul de alimentare la televizor şi la priză.
●
Verificaţi selectarea corectă a modului de intrare.
●
Verificaţi setarea [AV2] ([COMPONENT] / [VIDEO]) din [Selectare intrare] astfel încât să corespundă ieşirii
echipamentului extern.
●
Sunt [Contrast], [Luminozitate] sau [Culoare] din meniul Imagine setate la valoarea minimă?
●
Verificaţi dacă toate cablurile necesare şi conexiunile sunt bine fixate.

●
Opriţi televizorul de la butonul de pornire / oprire a alimentării şi apoi reporniţi-l.

Sunet neobişnuit de la televizor
●
Când televizorul este pornit, este posibil ca din interiorul televizorului să se audă un zgomot al acţionării (acest
lucru nu indică un defect).
Părţi ale televizorului devin fierbinţi
●
Chiar dacă temperatura părţilor frontală, superioară şi posterioară creşte, aceste temperaturi nu creează
probleme în ceea ce priveşte funcţionarea sau calitatea.
Întreţinere
Mai întâi scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
Ecranul de afişare, carcasa, piedestalul
Îngrijirea periodică:
Ştergeţi cu atenţie suprafaţa ecranului de afişare, carcasa sau piedestalul prin utilizarea unei cârpe moi pentru a
curăţa urmele de murdărie sau amprentele.
Pentru urme persistente de murdărie:
Mai întâi, ştergeţi praful de pe suprafaţă. Umeziţi o cârpă moale cu apă curată sau cu apă care conţine o cantitate
mică de detergent neutru (1 parte detergent la 100 părţi apă). Stoarceţi cârpa şi ştergeţi suprafaţa. La final, ştergeţi
suprafaţa cu o cârpă uscată.
Atenţie
●
Nu utilizaţi o cârpă din material dur şi nu frecaţi suprafaţa prea insistent, deoarece pot apărea zgârieturi pe
suprafaţă.
●
Aveţi grijă ca suprafeţele televizorului să nu ajungă în contact cu apă sau detergent. Lichidele pătrunse în interiorul
televizorului pot determina deteriorarea produsului.
●
Aveţi grijă ca suprafeţele să nu ajungă în contact cu insecticide, solvenţi, diluanţi sau alte substanţe volatile.
Acestea ar putea distruge calitatea suprafeţei prin desprinderea stratului de vopsea.
●
Suprafaţa panoului de afişare are un strat de acoperire special care se deteriorează foarte uşor. Evitaţi lovirea sau
zgârierea suprafeţei cu unghiile sau cu alte obiecte dure.
●
Nu lăsaţi carcasa şi piedestalul să ajungă în contact o perioadă mai lungă cu obiecte din cauciuc sau PVC. Acest
lucru ar putea afecta calitatea suprafeţei.
Ştecărul
Ştergeţi ştecărul cu o cârpă uscată la intervale regulate. Umezeala şi praful pot provoca incendii sau electrocutare.

bateriilor uzate, vă rugăm să le predaţi la punctele de colectare prevăzute, în concordanţă cu legislaţia
naţională şi directivele 2002/96/CEE şi 2006/66/CEE.

Fişa clientului
Numărul modelului şi numărul de serie al acestui produs se găsesc pe panoul din spate al televizorului. Este
recomandat să notaţi acest număr de serie în spaţiul de mai jos şi să păstraţi acest manual, precum şi chitanţa
cu care aţi cumpărat televizorul, pentru a putea fi folosite la identificarea produsului în cazul unui furt sau al unei
pierderi, respectiv pentru lucrările de service prevăzute de garanţie.
