Slijtagegevoelige onderdelen (b.v. batterijen) zijn uitgesloten van garantie. Bij ontvangst van de RMA goederen behoudt Gembird zich het recht om te kiezen tussen vervanging van de defecte waren of het uitgeven van een kreditnota.
