Installing and Using the Product
Please read this manual carefully before operating your set and retain it for future reference.

Owner’s Manual. Some of the content in this manual may differ from your product.

C Rear Speakers / Wireless Receiver (Sold separately, SPK8-S)
D Wireless Subwoofer - Install it close to the sound bar.
E External Device - (Blu-ray player, game console, etc.)
a Connect the sound bar to your TV via an optical cable or an HDMI cable.
b If you are using an external device (ex. Blu-ray player, game console, etc.), connect it to the sound bar via an HDMI cable.
c If you purchased the rear speakers and wireless receiver separately, connect the rear speakers to the wireless receiver via a speaker
cable. When connecting the rear speakers to the wireless receiver, connect the black striped cable to the negative terminal of each
speaker and the remaining cable to the positive terminal of each speaker.
d Connect to power in the following order: wireless subwoofer [ wireless receiver [ sound bar. Then, turn on the sound bar. When
the connection is automatically established with the sound bar, the LEDs on the wireless subwoofer and the wireless receiver will
light up in green.
e Using the product with your TV
A Press the Function button repeatedly until “OPT/HDMI ARC” appears on the status display.
B On your TV’s settings, set the output speaker to [HDMI ARC], [Optical], or [External Speaker].
C When the TV is properly connected to the product, “OPT”, “ ARC”, or “E-ARC” will appear on the status display with a sound.
f Connecting the product to your smartphone via Wi-Fi
A Connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi.
B Install the LG Sound Bar app on Google Play or the App Store.
C Run the LG Sound Bar app and follow the instructions.
D The product will connect to your smartphone and you can control the product with LG Sound Bar app.
g Connecting the product to your smartphone via Bluetooth
A Tap the Settings button on your smartphone and select Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth function. ( Off >
On)
B Press the Bluetooth pair button. After a moment, you will see “BT READY” on the status display.
C Find and tap “LG_Speaker_DSP8YA_XXXX” or the name you registered on the Google Home app.
D When the product is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, you can see the status display change from “PAIRED” [
“Connected Bluetooth device name” [ “BT”.
If you see a red LED on the back of the wireless subwoofer or on the front of the wireless receiver, it means that the sound bar is not
connected to the speakers. If this is the case, connect them in the following order.
A Press the Power button on the sound bar to turn it off.
B Press the PAIRING (Pairing) button on the back of the disconnected wireless subwoofer or wireless receiver. Check if each LED blinks green.
-If you still see a red LED on the back of the wireless subwoofer, press and hold the button on the back of the subwoofer again.
C Press the Power button on the sound bar to turn it on.
D When the connection is established, you will see a green LED light on the back of the wireless subwoofer or on the front of the wireless
receiver light up in green.
Keep the sound bar, the subwoofer and wireless receiver away from the device (ex. wireless router, microwave oven, etc.) over 1 m to prevent
wireless interference.
ySome speakers may not make sound depend on the input source. Select CINEMA sound mode to listen through all speakers.

a Verbinden der Soundbar mit Ihrem TV-Gerät über ein optisches-Kabel oder ein HDMI-Kabel.
b Wenn Sie ein externes Gerät benutzen (z. B. Blu-ray Player, Spielekonsole usw.), dann schließen Sie dieses an die Soundbar über ein
HDMI-Kabel an.
c
Falls Sie die Rücklautsprecher und den kabellosen Empfänger separat erworben haben, schließen Sie die Rücklautsprecher über
Lautsprecherkabel am kabellosen Empfänger an. Um die Rücklautsprecher am kabellosen Empfänger anzuschließen, von jedem
Lautsprecher das schwarz gestreifte Kabel am negativen Anschluss anschließen und das andere Kabel am positiven Anschluss.
d Den Stromanschluss in folgender Reihenfolge herstellen: Kabelloser Subwoofer [ kabelloser Empfänger[ Soundbar. Dann die
Soundbar einschalten. Wenn die Verbindung mit der Soundbar automatisch hergestellt wird, leuchten die LEDs auf dem kabellosen
Subwoofer und dem kabellosen Empfänger in Grün.
e Das Gerät mit Ihrem TV-Gerät verwenden
A Wiederholt auf die Taste Funktion drücken, bis „OPT/HDMI ARC“ in der Statusanzeige angezeigt wird.
B Bei den Einstellungen Ihres TV-Geräts die Audioausgabe auf [HDMI ARC], [Optisch] oder [Externer Lautsprecher] stellen.
C Wird das Gerät ordnungsgemäß am TV-Gerät angeschlossen, werden in der Statusanzeige „OPT“, „ ARC“ oder „E-ARC“
angezeigt, und Sie hören einen Signalton.
f Das Gerät mit Ihrem Smartphone verbinden per WLAN
A Das Smartphone mit dem WLAN verbinden.
B Auf dem Smartphone die App LG Sound Bar installieren, die Sie vom Google Play oder App Store herunterladen können.
C Die App LG Sound Bar ausführen und die Instruktionen befolgen.
D Das Gerät verbindet sich mit Ihrem Smartphone, so dass Sie mit der App LG Sound Bar das Gerät bedienen können.
g Das Gerät mit Ihrem Smartphone verbinden per Bluetooth
A Beim Smartphone auf die Schaltäche Einstellungen tippen und Bluetooth auswählen. Die Bluetooth-Funktion
einschalten. ( Aus > Ein)
B Auf die Taste Bluetooth paaren drücken. Nach wenigen Sekunden wird in der Statusanzeige „BT READY“ angezeigt.
C „LG_Speaker_DSP8YA_XXXX“ nden und darauf tippen, oder auf den Namen, den Sie in der Google Home App registriert
haben.
D Wenn die Soundbar mit Ihrem Smartphone via Bluetooth verbunden worden ist, wechselt die Anzeige in der Statusanzeige
wie folgt: „PAIRED“ [ „Name des verbundenen Bluetooth-Geräts“ [ „BT“.
Falls auf der Rückseite des kabellosen Subwoofers oder auf der Vorderseite des kabellosen Empfängers eine rote LED leuchtet, dann
bedeutet dies, dass die Soundbar nicht mit den Lautsprechern verbunden ist. Wenn das der Fall ist, die Lautsprecher in folgender
Reihenfolge anschließen:
A Auf der Soundbar auf die Taste Ein/Aus drücken, um das Gerät auszuschalten.
B Auf der Rückseite des nicht verbundenen kabellosen Subwoofers oder kabellosen Empfängers auf die Taste PAIRING (Pairing) drücken.
Überprüfen, dass jede LED grün blinkt.
-Falls auf der Rückseite des kabellosen Subwoofers nach wie vor die rote LED leuchtet, dann die Taste auf der Rückseite des Subwoofers
erneut gedrückt halten.
C Auf der Soundbar auf die Taste Ein/Aus drücken, um das Gerät einzuschalten.
D Wenn die Verbindung hergestellt ist, leuchten die LEDs auf der Rückseite des kabellosen Subwoofers oder auf der Vorderseite des kabellosen
Empfängers in Grün.
Sound Bar und Subwoofer und kabelloser Empfänger sollten einen Abstand von mindestens 1 m zu anderen Geräten (z. B. WLAN-Router,
Mikrowellengerät usw.) haben, um Funkinterferenzen zu vermeiden.
yJe nach Eingabequelle bleiben einige Lautsprecher möglicherweise stumm. Damit der Ton über alle Lautsprecher wiedergegeben wird, den
Tonmodus CINEMA (Kino) auswählen.

a Connecter la barre de son à votre téléviseur via un câble optique ou HDMI.
b En cas d’utilisation d’un périphérique externe (ex. Lecteur Blu-ray, console de jeu, etc.), le connecter à la barre de son via un câble
HDMI.
c Si les haut-parleurs arrière et le récepteur sans l sont achetés séparément, connecter les haut-parleurs arrière au récepteur sans
l à l’aide d’un câble de haut-parleur. Lors de la connexion des haut-parleurs arrière au récepteur sans l, connecter le câble rayé
noir à la borne négative de chaque haut-parleur, et l’autre câble à leur borne positive.
d Connecter à l’alimentation dans l’ordre suivant : caisson de basses sans l [ récepteur sans l [ barre de son. Puis, mettre la
barre de son sous tension : Lorsque la connexion est automatiquement établie avec la barre de son, les LED du caisson de basse
sans l et du récepteur sans l s’allument en vert.
e Utilisation de la barre de son avec votre TV
A Appuyer de manière répétée sur le bouton de Fonction jusqu’à ce que « OPT/HDMI ARC » apparaisse sur l’afchage de
statut.
B Dans les paramètres du téléviseur, ajustez la sortie du haut-parleur sur [HDMI ARC], [Optique], ou sur [Haut-parleur externe].
C Une fois le téléviseur correctement connecté au produit, « OPT », « ARC », ou « E-ARC » apparaît sur l’afchage de statut avec
l’émission d’un son.
f Connexion de la barre de son à votre smartphone via Wi-Fi
A Connecter votre smartphone au Wi-Fi.
B Installer l’application LG Sound Bar depuis le Google Play ou l’App Store.
C Lancer l’application LG Sound Bar puis suivre les instructions.
D Le produit se connectera à votre smartphone pour vous permettre de contrôler le produit avec l’application LG Sound Bar.
g Connexion de la barre de son à votre smartphone via Bluetooth
A Appuyer sur le bouton Paramètres de votre smartphone et sélectionner Bluetooth. Activer la fonction Bluetooth.
( Off > On)
B Appuyer sur le bouton Appairer Bluetooth . Après un moment, vous verrez « BT READY » sur l’afchage du statut.
C Rechercher et appuyer sur « LG_Speaker_DSP8YA_XXXX » ou sur le nom que vous avez enregistré dans l’application Google
Home.
D Lorsque le produit est connecté à votre smartphone via Bluetooth, vous pouvez voir l’afchage de statut passer de « PAIRED »
[ « Nom de l’appareil Bluetooth connecté » [ « BT ».
Si une LED rouge s'allume au dos du caisson de basses sans l ou sur le devant du récepteur sans l, cela signie que la barre de son n’est
pas connectée aux haut-parleurs. Dans ce cas, les connecter dans l’ordre suivant.
A Appuyer sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt de la barre de son pour la désactiver.
B Appuyer sur le bouton PAIRING (Pairing) au dos du caisson de basses sans l déconnecté ou du récepteur sans l. Vérier que chaque LED
clignote en vert.
-Si une LED est toujours en rouge au dos du caisson de basses sans l, maintenir de nouveau enfoncé le bouton au dos du caisson de basses
sans l.
C Appuyer sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt de la barre de son pour l’activer
D Une fois la connexion établie, vous verrez une LED verte s’allumer au dos du caisson de basses sans l ou sur le devant du récepteur sans l.
Pour éviter les interférences entre équipements sans l, la barre de son, le caisson de basses et le récepteur sans l doivent être placés à au
moins un mètre par rapport à d’autres équipements (comme le routeur, le four micro-ondes, etc.)
yCertains haut-parleurs peuvent ne pas émettre de son selon la source d’entrée. Sélectionner le mode sonore CINEMA (Cinéma) pour écouter le
son au travers de tous les haut-parleurs.
yLa conception et les caractéristiques peuvent être sujettes à modication sans préavis.

a Sluit de soundbar aan op uw TV via een optische kabel of een HDMI-kabel.

c Als u de luidsprekers achteraan en de draadloze ontvanger afzonderlijk hebt gekocht, sluit de luidsprekers achteraan dan op de
draadloze ontvanger aan via een luidsprekerkabel. Sluit bij het aansluiten van de luidsprekers achteraan op de draadloze ontvanger,
de zwart gestreepte kabel aan op de negatieve klem van elke luidspreker en de andere kabel op de positieve klem van elke
luidspreker.
d Op de voeding aansluiten in de volgende volgorde: draadloze subwoofer [ draadloze ontvanger [ soundbar. Zet vervolgens de
soundbar aan. Als de verbinding met de soundbar automatisch wordt gemaakt, zullen de LED’s op de draadloze subwoofer en de
draadloze ontvanger groen gaan branden.
e Het product met uw TV gebruiken
A Druk meerdere keren op de knop Functie tot ‘OPT/HDMI ARC’ op het statusscherm wordt weergegeven.
B Stel, in uw TV-instellingen, de uitgaande luidsprekers in op [HDMI ARC], [Optisch], of [Externe luidspreker].
C Als de TV goed op met het product is verbonden, zal ‘OPT’, ‘ ARC’ of ‘E-ARC’ op het statusscherm worden weergegeven, met
een geluidswaarschuwing.
f Het product met uw smartphone verbinden via Wi-Fi
A Uw smartphone verbinden via Wi-Fi.
B De LG Sound Bar-app installeren van de Google Play of de App Store.
C Open de LG Sound Bar-app en volg de instructies.
D Het product zal verbinding maken met uw telefoon en u kunt het product bedienen met de LG Sound Bar-app.
g De unit met uw smartphone verbinden via Bluetooth
A Tik op de knop Instellingen op uw smartphone en selecteer Bluetooth. Schakel de functie Bluetooth in. ( Uit >
Aan)
B Druk op de knop Bluetooth koppelen . Na enkele momenten zal u ‘BT READY’ zien op het statusscherm.
C Zoek en tik op ‘LG_Speaker_DSP8YA_XXXX’ of de naam die u hebt geregistreerd op de Google Home-app.
D Wanneer het product is verbonden met uw smartphone via Bluetooth, kunt u de wijziging in het statusscherm zien ‘PAIRED’
[ ‘Naam van het via Bluetooth verbonden apparaat’ [ ‘BT’.
Als u een rode LED ziet op de achterkant van de draadloze subwoofer of op de voorkant van de draadloze ontvanger, betekent dit dat de
soundbar nog niet is verbonden met de luidsprekers. Als dit het geval is, verbindt ze dan in de volgende volgorde.
A Druk op de knop Aan/uit op de soundbar om deze uit te schakelen.
B Druk op de knop PAIRING (Pairing) op de achterkant van de niet verbonden draadloze subwoofer of draadloze ontvanger. Controleer of elke
LED groen knippert.
-Als u nog altijd een rode LED ziet op de achterkant van de draadloze subwoofer, houd de knop op de achterkant van de subwoofer opnieuw
ingedrukt.
C Druk op de knop Aan/uit op de soundbar om deze aan te schakelen.
D Wanneer de verbinding tot stand is gebracht, zult u een groen LED-lampje zien op de achterkant van de draadloze subwoofer of zal de
voorkant van de draadloze ontvanger groen gaan branden.
Houd de soundbar, de subwoofer en de draadloze ontvanger meer dan 1 m uit de buurt van het apparaat (bijv. draadloze router, magnetron,
enz.) om draadloze storing te voorkomen.
ySommige luidsprekers werken mogelijk niet, afhankelijk van de ingangsbron. Selecteer de geluidsmodus CINEMA (Bioscoop) om te luisteren via
alle luidsprekers.
yOntwerp en specicaties kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd.

c Se i diffusori posteriori e il ricevitore wireless sono stati acquistati separatamente, collegare i diffusori posteriori al ricevitore

e Uso del prodotto con il televisore
A Premere ripetutamente il pulsante Funzione nché nel visualizzatore dello stato non appare “OPT/HDMI ARC”.
B Nelle impostazioni del televisore, impostare il diffusore di uscita su [HDMI ARC], [Ottico] o [Diffusore esterno].
C Quando il televisore è collegato correttamente al prodotto, nel visualizzatore dello stato appare “OPT”, “ ARC” o “E-ARC”, e
viene emesso un segnale acustico.
f Connessione del prodotto allo smartphone tramite Wi-Fi
A Connettere lo smartphone al Wi-Fi.
B Installare l’app LG Sound Bar da Google Play o App Store.
C Eseguire l’app LG Sound Bar e seguire le istruzioni.
D Il prodotto si connette allo smartphone ed è possibile controllarlo tramite l’app LG Sound Bar.
g Connessione dell’unità allo smartphone tramite Bluetooth
A Toccare il pulsante Impostazioni sullo smartphone e selezionare Bluetooth. Attivare la funzione Bluetooth.
( Disattivata > Attiva)
B Premere il pulsante Abbinamento Bluetooth . Dopo qualche attimo, sul visualizzatore dello stato appare “BT READY”.
C Trovare e toccare “LG_Speaker_DSP8YA_XXXX” o il nome registrato nell’app Google Home.
D Quando il prodotto è connesso allo smartphone tramite Bluetooth, l’indicazione sul visualizzatore dello stato cambia da
“PAIRED” [ “Nome del dispositivo Bluetooth connesso” [ “BT”.
Se sul lato posteriore del subwoofer wireless o sul lato anteriore del ricevitore wireless si accende un LED rosso, signica che la soundbar
non è connessa ai diffusori. In tal caso, collegarli nell’ordine seguente.
A Premere il pulsante di Accensione della soundbar per spegnerla.
B Premere il pulsante PAIRING (Pairing) sul lato posteriore del subwoofer wireless o del ricevitore wireless disconnesso. Controllare che ciascun
LED lampeggi in verde.
-Se sul lato posteriore del subwoofer wireless è ancora acceso il LED rosso, premere e tenere premuto nuovamente il pulsante sul lato
posteriore del subwoofer.
C Premere il pulsante di Accensione della soundbar per accenderla.
D Una volta stabilita la connessione, sul lato posteriore del subwoofer wireless o sul lato anteriore del ricevitore wireless si accende un LED
verde.
Per evitare interferenze wireless, tenere la soundbar, il subwoofer e il ricevitore wireless a una distanza superiore a 1 metro da altri dispositivi
(ad esempio router wireless, forni a microonde ecc.).
yAlcuni altoparlanti potrebbero non emettere suoni, a seconda della sorgente di ingresso. Selezionare la modalità audio CINEMA (Cinema) per
emettere il suono da tutti gli altoparlanti.

How to disconnect the wireless network connection or the
wireless device
Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds or longer to
turn off the product.
