1 INLEIDING
Deze handleiding beschrijft de werking en het gebruik van het A2--bedieningspaneel,
dat is geïnstalleerd in de AristoArc 400 & AristoArc 500 lasstroombron.
Zie de handleiding voor algemene informatie over de werking van de
voedingseenheid.
1.1 Bedieningspaneel
1 Geel indicatielampje -- onbekende fout
2 Knop voor instelling van de lasstroom
3 Knop voor instelling van druk van de lasboog
1.2 Afstandsbediening
Door het gebruik van een afstandsbediening kunnen de primaire parameters van het
lasproces gereguleerd worden met een ander apparaat dan het bedieningspaneel.
Bij Aristo--apparatuur met geïntegreerde bedieningspanelen werkt de
afstandsbediening alleen als programmaversie 1.21 of hoger is geïnstalleerd.
Wanneer de afstandsbefiening is aangesloten, staat de stroombron in de
afstandsbediening--modus. De knoppen zijn geblokkeerd. De functies kunnen alleen
via de afstandsbediening worden aangepast.

Druk lasboog “Arc force” 0--10 0--10
Stroom
Meer stroom zorgt voor een grotere en diepere penetratie in het werkgebied.
Druk lasboog “Arc force”
De druk van de lasboog reguleert de verandering van de stroom wanneer de lengte
van de boog verandert. Een lagere waarde zorgt voor een minder kromme boog en
minder spatten.

stroombron uitschakelen om het systeem
terugtezetten.
De LED brandt / knippert zolang de fout gedetecteerd wordt. Een reset vindt alleen plaats als de fout
is opgelost en de machine opnieuw wordt gestart.
