,Please observe the Warning and Safety instructions for washer-disinfector
G 7825/26.
If using automatic mobile unit recognition, please make sure the coding is
correctly set.
Areas of application:
Modules for laboratory glassware can be placed in the E 741/1 mobile unit.
The modules have their own operating instructions.
Depending on the size of the items to be processed, up to three modules can be
placed in levels ato dat the same time.
Before loading the machine and before starting a programme, please check
that:
–the sealing caps in the module connections are in good working order,
–the modules are correctly connected to the water intake in the mobile unit,
–the mobile unit is correctly connected to the water intake in the washer-
disinfector.
^Locate the module rollers on the runners, with the
spring-mounted water intake facing towards the
mobile unit.
^Push the module completely into the mobile unit.
Engage the catches on the underside of the module
frame into the recess in the runners.
Make sure it clicks into position correctly.
If the module is accurately positioned, the water
intake on modules with integrated water connection
will connect correctly.
Removing modules from the mobile unit
^Push the module gently in the direction of the water intake, and then lift it off the
guide rail.

met magneetstrip voor automatische wagenherkenning
,Houdt u zich aan de veiligheidsinstructies en waarschuwingen uit de ge-
bruiksaanwijzing van de reinigings- en desinfectieautomaten G 7825/26.
Bij gebruik van de automatische wagenherkenning moet de codering worden
aangepast!
Toepassing:
In de wagen E 741/1 kunt u modules voor laboratoriumglaswerk plaatsen.
Bij de modules horen aparte gebruiksaanwijzingen.
Afhankelijk van de grootte van het spoelgoed kunt u maximaal drie modules
tegelijk op de niveaus atot dplaatsen.
Controleer bij het beladen/voor elke programmastart:
–of de afsluitkleppen in de module-aankoppelingen functioneren.
–of de aansluiting van de geplaatste modules op de watertoevoer van de wagen
correct is.
–of de ingeschoven wagen goed op de watertoevoer van de reinigings-/
desinfectieautomaat aansluit.
^Plaats de wieltjes van de module op de geleide-
rails. De verende watertoevoer wijst naar de
wagen.
^Schuif de module helemaal in de wagen.
De vergrendelingshaken aan de onderkant van het
moduleframe vallen in de uitsparing in de geleiderails
van de wagen.
De module moet duidelijk vastklikken, alleen dan is
de module correct gepositioneerd.
De watertoevoer bij modules met geïntegreerde
wateraansluiting is alleen gewaarborgd als u de
module correct positioneert.
Modules uit de wagen halen
^Schuif de module iets in de richting van de watertoevoer en til de module
omhoog.
^Trek de module vervolgens uit de geleiderails.
